i’m so obsessed with the idea of Frat guy/popular Gojo and Weird girl Y/n.

Y/n who’s a little rough around the edges but actually really kind.

Y/n who has dyed hair and eccentric style,

Y/n who doesn’t take bullshit

Y/n whose music is a bit out there or odd.

And Frat Boy gojo who is absolutely Smitten by her. falling in love with her style and attitude alike.

Frat Boy gojo who saw her getting harassed at one of his Fraternity’s parties and was about to step in when she was already was a step ahead of him. The guy bothering her having tried to grab her ass under her skirt y/n quickly turning around slapping him so hard it Gojo winced at the sight. Then she cussed the man out about manners before storming off. He never got her name but he knew how badly he wanted her since that night.

Frat Boy Gojo who spent the rest of the night trying to find Y/n only to find out she left not long after the incident. Sighing as he spends the rest of the night trying to find out her name.

Frat Boy Gojo who now sees her everywhere, always managing to spot her around campus on her way to class she’s all he can see. Who spends half his time stalking her socials shamelessly following her impatiently waiting for her follow back.

Frat Boy Gojo whose heart starts to race when he gets the notification that she followed him back. Liking a few of his posts along the way.

The big Window she’s seated in giving him a full view of her outfit that day. Quickly making his way to the Cafe and ordering a drink of his and walking to your table and speaking sweetly with his signature charming smile.

“Hey is this seat taken?”

Frat Boy Gojo who swears he’s going to faint when you finally look up at him a sweet smile on your face as you speak to him in a quiet voice. Who almost bursts out laughing as he remembers the night he first saw you mentally laughing at the switch.

Frat Boy Gojo who spends the rest of his time in the cafe chatting with you trying to make you smile and laugh.

Frat Boy Gojo who mentally signs away his old life as he hears you laugh at his cheesy flirting and puns. His heart racing out of his chest the entire time he speaks to you. You’re sarcastic come backs matching his puns. He’s already married and has two kids with you in his mind at this point.

Weird Girl Y/n who is a little shocked when Satoru gojo follows her but deciding to just brush it off and follow him back. Looking through his posts mindlessly liking a few.

Weird Girl Y/n who’s even more shocked to see that same man at the cafe she was studying in now asking for a seat at her table.

Weird Girl Y/n who can’t help but laugh at his silly attempts of flirting and cheesy puns. She know his reputation but it’s not as if she’s doesn’t also have one of her own.

this was just racking in my brain i love when those popular guys date weird emo chicks and i just feel gojo would be absolutely SMITTEN by a Y/n who dressed very eccentric and stood out by her style. After like so many sorority girls i think y/n would seem like a breath of fresh air to him.

Beetlejuice last night for the second time!! Gonna ramble about it below for my own sake. Tldr: I was puppet show kid, I was giggling like an idiot the whole time, and I loved every second.

Second time going yesterday! Oh my God, it was awesome. I got picked as the puppet show kid because there weren't any kids in my section (left orchestra). I jokingly half assed raised my hand. He proceeded to ask,

"Are you too old for a puppet show?"

I said, "Never!"

He replied, "Never? Okay!"

Then he did the puppet show bit. It was an amazing experience (again). He was so lively and hilarious tonight!! So many extra bits and adlibs from him that were so fun to catch. One of my favorite things I hadn't seen him do before is when Adam is going to console him, he says, "Get the fuck away-" all pouty and dumb.

Madison! Holy SHIT, she is amazing. Her voice is amazing, her facial expressions are so fun to watch if you’re close enough. She’s just fantastic to watch on stage. I got to see Ryan Breslin as Adam too! He was so funny, an amazing and silly Adam. I really loved seeing him perform on stage.

At the stage door, I met most of the cast. Justin was the last one out and almost everyone waiting at the stage door had left already. It was just me and another little girl. He was so sweet and awesome to talk to. This was my belated birthday present.. best financial decision ever. (I’m telling myself this so it will be true.)

I’ve wanted to do a fic like this for some time now, a ‘thank you’ letter to PAFL and its community of sorts. I’m happy I finally got around to writing it:) 

I wasn’t sure whether I should do this or not, but, hey! It might make someone feel a bit better!! Or, reading the fic will. That’s enough reason, I think, and you don’t have to read this, of course, no matter who you are.

First of all, I want to talk about PAFL a bit.

The first PAFL song I listened to was PiP. I saw its thumbnail when listening to some other music youtube, and so, I listened to it. Oh boy am I glad I did:) I remember thinking how cool it is that someone's making songs for their OCs and that people are interested in them. I could see so much love for the characters in it. I was so happy when I discovered there were more songs like that!! This was around when Comfort Zone had first come out, a week or two after at most. That was two years ago. I’ve been obsessed ever since.

I love PAFL. I genuinely love that songs haven’t been coming out much lately. Like, there’s media that comes out weekly and sucks shit. I’m glad Ferry is taking their time with this!!! Even if all we get each year is one song, that’s cool, because the community is wonderful and we also get doodles and art and now patreon stuff.. yippee yay… !!! And even if we didn’t. who the fuck caressss!!!!! I love coming up with AUs and OCs and theorizing with my friends!!! the time between songs gives us time to do all that:)

The characters are so charming. Every member of the cast has been a fave of mine at some point or another. They’re all so, real! I love them! I love how they fuck up and I love how they get fucked over and I love how they get exploded and killed and shot and hugged and saved and helped!!! They’re human… might not make sense, but i rlly do like them…

It’s so neat looking back at older songs and seeing how stuff’s changed. The art style, the music, it’s all so nice to look back on. Even if I wasn’t there for it.

And don’t even get me started on the worldbuilding..  Everyone say thank you to Boris Strugackij and Arkadij Strugackij for making roadside picnic and inspiring Ferry to make this… so lovely and neat. wonderful. I have not read it myself, but I might, just to be able to make my own pafl OCs more swagger..

So. This fic.

I can’t mention two years ago without at least mentioning my depression.

I can’t remember most of last year, speaking truthfully. Parts of 2021 are also fuzzy. Depression and anxiety are terrible, would not recommend. This feels cheesy to say, but it does get better!!! Slowly, unsteadily, it gets better!!! I don’t mean for this part of the post to be a ‘feel bad for me’ thing at all. Do not. I am safe and healthy now and I couldn’t be happier to be here right now.

Is life good now?? Sorta, but what matters to me right now is, I’m happy!!! It feels so surreal. I never thought I’d be like this. A part of me wants to be angry, to get depressed again about how I could have been happy all this time. But I won’t!!! Because then I’d spiral and forget another year, and, I don’t want that!

Which is so cool!!! I can like, fucking, do stuff now!! I can throw away the bad thoughts, embrace the good ones, encourage myself!!! I do things!!! I go outside and goddd dude that’s so good!! I go outside!!!

I’m doing stuff! I’m drawing, writing, cleaning my room, taking care of myself!!! If I didn’t stay alive to enjoy these small joys, what am I even here for?? 

And I’m alive!!! I’m here!!! I made it, I’m here, writing this on 10th november, 2023, and I’m ALIVE!!!! How cool is that??? 

And yea, the world is shitty, it sucks ass, but, my friends don’t!!!:3 and that’s more than enough for me… SHOUT OUT TO MY FRIENDS!!! I LOVE YOU DUDES!!!

Moving on:

It doesn’t feel right to say that I’m here now only to PAFL. But, what I can say is that it’s been a wonderful crutch for me!! It’s been something to focus on, something silly, but also something I can relate to, and something that inspires me to make my own stuff! I’d most likely still be here, were it not for these silly songs.. but, not sure I’d be as alive as I am now! Unsure if my heart would feel right in my chest! And I wouldn’t have met my amazing friends!!!! Everyone here is so nice.

Dima may be a bit OOC in this fic, and that's because! This fic is based on my own experiences, which, i don’t think is bad…

I could talk here forever about how it gets better. Butttt to be quite honest I don’t wanna lol. I just wanna say, Thank you! to Parties are for Losers, for being cool. 

(Though I also wanna say, don’t put Ferry on a pedestal, they’re human, we all make mistakes, all that stuff.)

Day Eighteen: Tickle Fight

Summary: Peter wants to watch a spider documentary, Ted wants to watch trashy reality television. Now, they battle for the greatest prize of all: The remote.

“Hey Pete! I’m home!”

Ted closed the door behind him, dropping his keys on the table and, when they fell to the floor, decided that that was a problem for future Ted even though he was definitely going to forget and make himself late to work tomorrow.

Oh well.

God, he was fucking exhausted, right now, Ted wanted nothing more than to crash and watch some mind-numbingly stupid reality television.

Faint sounds of some show echoed from the living room and Ted walked in to see Peter sprawled on the couch. He gazed listlessly through half-lidded eyes at the fucking Discovery Channel of all things. Because of course he fucking was.

Then, Ted zeroed in on his prize: The remote.

It was hanging limply from his hand, but before Ted could try to snatch it up, Peter sat up, tucking it between his body and the couch.

“Oh, hey Ted. How was work?”

“Ugh,” Ted groaned, “It fucking sucked.”

He threw himself on the couch, forcing Peter to quickly move his legs out of the way unless he wanted to have them crushed. Ted let his head sag back against the couch, he’d been running around the office all day actually doing shit for a change and he thinks that he might never get up from this couch again.

“Fork over the remote, kid, it’s my turn.” Ted held his hand out expectantly only to let out an exaggerated yelp of pain when Peter swatted it away.

“No way! They’re doing a segment on spiders in a couple of minutes and Steph is like obsessed with them. I want to learn more about them so I can actually understand what she’s saying!”

Did Ted’s heart melt a little bit at the soft smile Peter got when talking about his girlfriend? Sure, he’s not made of fucking stone.

Does that mean that he’s not gonna be an asshole about it? Fuck no.

“Okay. First of all, that’s fucking disgusting. Get your soppy-ass romantic shit out of my house before I vomit.” Peter graced him with the middle finger which Ted shot right back at him. “Second of all, tough shit, kid! It actually is my house, so I get to say when I watch TV!”

Peter dug the remote out of where he’d hidden it, dangling it in front of Ted’s face and snatching it away faster than his brother could grab it.

“Do you have the remote?” Peter looked around for a moment before his eyes, landing on the remote in his hand, widened in mock surprise. “Oh! No you don’t! Guess that means that I’m watching TV right now.”

He smirked, looking particularly proud of himself as Ted seethed. God his kid brother was an asshole, where the fuck did he pick that up?

“Alright shithead, you better hand that remote over right the fuck now or else you’re not gonna like what’s coming to you.”

Oh. Right.

Well, at least he learned from the best.

Peter let out a disbelieving scoff, “Oh yeah? I’d like to see you tRY—TED WAIT!”

The shriek that he let out when Ted launched himself at Peter was like music to his ears. It was always gratifying to teach this little shit a lesson about who was the big brother, and who was the little brother.

And hey, if Ted just enjoyed messing around with Pete because it made him feel a little bit closer to the dork? That could just be his little secret.

“Tehehehehed! Nononono plehehease I cahahahn’t!” One of Ted’s hands was buried in Peter’s ribs, using all of his older brother knowledge to tickle the kid to tears while the other hand grabbed ahold of the remote.

He tugged at it and it barely budged, locked in Peter’s white-knuckled grip.

When the fuck did those little noodle arms actually get some muscle?

“Look kid, all you gotta do is give me the remote and I’ll let you go, doesn’t that sound good?”

As Peter tried to formulate a response, Ted jumped to the spot behind his ear, using the resulting snort and instinctive scrunch of his shoulders to claim his prize.

“Ha! That’ll teach you not to mess with—what the fuck?!”

The last few words escaped Ted in a wheeze as Peter tackled him onto his back. He tried to reach for the remote but Ted was quick to shove it under his back and out of reach.

“You know,” Peter said in between panting breaths, recovering from his attack, “I don’t think I’ve ever gotten you back. Let’s see how you like a taste of your own medicine.”

Then Peter dug his hands into Ted’s ribs, and the world turned upside down because this wasn’t how things worked!

Still, Peter smirked when Ted’s initial shriek faded into loud cackles and said, “Just let me know when you feel ready to give up that remote!”

Ted’s not on the receiving end of this kind of thing too often. His coworkers will jab at his sides when he’s getting on their nerves, and Pete has definitely never managed to get the upper hand in situations like this. Honestly, Ted had kind of forgotten that the kid was old enough, and apparently strong enough, to actually turn the tables on what were normally one-sided attacks.

It’s a little terrifying, he has to admit.

All coherent thought floods out of his head when Peter manages to worm his hands under his arms and all that’s left is, “Wait! Waitwaitwait Pehehehetey! Shihihihihit get out of there you ahahahasshole!”

Against all his better instincts, Ted peeled one of his arms away from their defensive position and shot it out to squeeze at the tendon above Peter’s knee in a desperate bid to gain the upper hand.

The risk paid off and Peter tumbled off of him with a squeal, nervous giggles turning into frantic laughter when Ted latched on and went to town.

“Jeez kid!” Ted shouted, dodging flailing kicks that were a sure-fire concussion waiting to happen, “You gotta get some meat on your bones! Maybe it would help protect you from being the most ticklish fucking dork on the planet.”

Then, out of nowhere, Peter launched his own attack on Ted’s legs, squeezing down his thigh before digging into the same spot his brother had just been targeting.

Ted collapsed. All fight seeps out of his body as shrill cackles pour out of his mouth interspersed by frantic babbling and pleas for mercy.

“Oh, you’re one to fucking talk! How do you survive like this? You’re worse than I am!” Peter laughs delightedly, the sound mingling with whatever garbled mess Ted’s letting out.

Who knew that little Petey was fucking evil?

“Do you yield?” Peter’s deepening his voice in a way that sounds fucking stupid coming out of him, but Ted doesn’t have enough breath to tease him about it.

He’s curled up in a ball at this point, weakly tugging at Peter’s hands as he sputters out, “I yield! I yieheheheld! Now let me gohohohoho!”

Peter decides to have mercy on him and Ted just sags onto the floor for a few moments before hauling himself up with an emphatic groan, rubbing away the residual tingles on his knees.

“God, I’m fucking starved,” Ted reaches down and grabs the keys from off the floor because he didn’t forget and turns back to Peter, “Wanna get some Chinese food?”

Peter grins at him, already slipping on his jacket, “Only if you’re paying.”

“Of course I’m paying! Do you even have a job? Because you should really get one.”

The door closes behind them and they continue bickering as Ted slings an arm around his brother’s shoulder, leaving the remote abandoned on the couch behind them.

hi haitch!

i’m the anon who sent that ask about my fear of dying. i just read your response, and i greatly appreciate it. it’s good to know that it’s not just me who experiences it, as i often feel silly for being so over obsessed.

i’d just like to say that i just got back from a concert (just saw ice nine kills with amity affliction, yes i cried hearing the shower scene, no i do not care). i did not think about the world ending once, the only feelings of anxiety i felt was while waiting for INK to come on stage. i have another in about 6 days, which i am extremely excited for (thy art is murder and brand of sacrifice are great deathcore btw). i wholeheartedly enjoyed tonight, and even got complimented by a man, which never happens. he’s 26, waaaay to old for me at 18, but the universe gives just as it takes. i screamed and sung until i was drenched in sweat and on the verge of throwing up and passing out at once in the pit.

i tell you this because it was after reading your response after this event, i think i understand. shifting my thoughts to the successes and joys of life, instead of the mysterious and unlikely fatalities i think i may endure, is what would be best.

no one is prepared for these things, my uni counsellor and mother both tell me this. if the freak death of the earth happens, it’s not just me. i should begin to make the effort to truly enjoy life. listen to my music unabashedly, wear the clothes i want, wear all the black lipstick i want. next january, i’ll be seeing bad omens, vip and all. i wish that by then, i will be able to leave the house without the fear of never coming home, to enjoy the body and brain i exist within. not everyone has everything sorted out. lazy days are to come and go, just as are great days full of joy and productivity.

your wisdom is something i wish to live and learn to gain. thank you haitch, i think you’ve just kicked my ass onto the right path. yes, i will read that every night before bed without fail from now on XD

went to london and saw stex today after two months of obsessing over greaseball and dinah with no prior knowledge of this musical lol ❤️

i’m not actually into musicals generally and i was literally just going for the lesbians but omg it was so sick. i’ll be honest the actual rusty plot was of no interest to me so like genuine question… do people actually like rusty? i knew i’d be rooting for greaseball regardless bc duh mean lesbian but like, do other people find him lowkey annoying and his storyline hella boring? or am i just like a super man-hating lesbian? (absolutely not hating on the show btw like it was fucking sick and i already wanna see it again, and DEFO not hating on jeevan or kayna bc holy shit they were incredible but like… sorry rusty steam is just not it, plus he’s a fraud)

I think opinions tend to be kinda mixed on Rusty tbh, I love him personally but I also love to make fun of him so it’s kind of a silly combo yknow

so then blah blah blah finnick’s aunt comes for him like “time to go to private school!! <3 also hey annie… hate u girl” which i think parallels the academy in hg canon. finnick is all angsty about getting to do something for himself for once instead of being a perpetual people pleaser and goes surfing in a riptide at their annual surfing comp despite everyone telling him to get his ass OUT of the water omg. naturally, annie goes in to save him

then they get transported into wet side story itself, complete with musical numbers and flirty surfers. annie is pissed at finnick for not telling her abt him moving so they’re on a bit of a break. some biker kisses her on the cheek during a musical number and she’s like >:) and then finnick catches some girl from tripping and falling and eating SHIT and annie is like >:( bc why is he looking at other bitches?? it’s fucked up

The world is kinda like a purgatory, everyone there has died but could move to another plane. Thusly there are people from all different decades. Magic is very common here, a lot of people can do small basic spells. But it takes years of practice to become a wizard, and decades to become a good one. There are 5 main,,, species? Races? I’m not quite sure how to label em. But we have:

Angels, they’re naturally fun colors, have magical hair, and vaguely cow like ears?. Angles can use their magic to make themselves look like normal humans tho. They usually live together and provide comfort for people. But there has been a rebellion happening and now a lot of angels try and live life not for the sole service of others but now for themselves ( is allegory 4 womanhood moment )

Dr. benzedrine is vaguely narcissistic and full of himself, but in an oddly charming way. Personality wise hes a mixture of howl ( hmc ) without Any of the swauve, mostly just the dramatics, and aziraphale ( good omens ). Hes a middle aged man who Will Not admit hes gay, he is Incredibly repressed. He was apart of the huge royal academy of wizards, best one they’d ever had. But had a falling out with the leader in charge and now just has his own little wizard store. He befriended Donnie at a little diner because he made a reference to a Kate bush or Fiona apple song, or something or other. Him and sandman do Not get along, sandman often visits the store just to annoy him. But they have more similarities than they know, they just need to stop bitching at eachother!

( also he was born like 5’ something but the spirits in charge of transferring people to this plane were like “ I’d be mad funny if we made him really short he’d be so mad “ )

Horseshoe has a regal flowyness to him, semi-oblivious to his own charm, and loves to dance the night away. When everyone around him is disheveled and falling apart, he still manages to look fantastic. He has a bit of a problem with feeling like he Needs to take care of everyone, like it’s job ( he’s workin through it in therapy ) Like I mentioned there are people who are like elemental benders, Donnie is one of them. He has a little terrarium with either a mushroom or a daisy, and can make vines grow from his hands and legs. Donnie is also autistic ( heavily based on my experiences with it, he’s also just kinda heavily based off of me ) He's from da 60s, during the whole hippy thing.

Sandman is your typical bitchy mallgoth, who goes around calling everyone a " poser" and everything " poser shit " they put up a bitchy angry front but deep down theyre an insecure sensitive little guy. Sandman is a Pixie so that means they can summon these ( usless ) spirit guys ( they’re not very good at it ) shes also kinda Super into typical """ cringey """ stuff from 2015 ( ie undertale, fnaf, the lving tombstone, mlp ) Sandman is semi kinda not really it’s complicated openly non-binary, but still seems to repress quite a bit and just push away all deeper feelings. I thought it would be interesting to experiment with a character who is a trans femme gay guy, kinda like a reverse trans masc lesbian I guess. Idk lol don’t get mad at me

I think as someone who started watching horror movies at a very young age and is also super obsessed with horror movies/books now, i fully believe that if you had a imaginary friend as a child, you’re absolutely cursed and haunted and u need to be exorcised asap. Have you listened to Ariana’s new album and Hozier’s new EP? I loved ‘We can’t be friends’, ‘don’t wanna break up again’, ‘boy is mine’, and ‘I wish I hated you’ from Ari’s album specifically, although every song in that album was so good. ‘Too Sweet’ and ‘Fare Well’ were my favorite from Hozier’s album, the guitar in both is just so good.
