the sandra lynn / fig conversation is driving me Insane. fig saying that sometimes she doesn’t wanna exist as herself at all…not wanting to ask her friends how they see her (because she’s afraid to hear their response) saying that to someone she is a monster and she Cannot stop thinking about it. sandra lynn starting the conversation saying she needs to step up but is also simultaneously taken aback about what fig expresses and doesn’t know how to responds to it and suggests getting ice cream. sandra lynn saying “convincing people they deserve good things is really tough” talking about herself but how it also reflects fig. insane!!

for a looooong time now i’ve had this particular… thing? Yes and yes! I just have to figure out how to code a checkpoint system into the game which is… all my previous attempts have failed. 😭 But I need to learn it so that I can put it in Book One but, most importantly, use it in Book Two — where it'll be absolutely necessary.

One of my headcanons is that Kou and Hanako often play fight afterschool as an excuse to spend more quality time with each other!! Hanako says he’s helping Kou train but in reality it keeps him busy a little longer yk? I mean if Kou so happens to get hurt while they spar who knows maybe Hanako can step up to bandage him <3 And maybe if there’s time he can offer a juice pack as a weak consolation? Then Kou shares one with Hanako? As they watch the sun fade in the horizon??? Having learned not only more about their fighting style but each other as a whole?

Anyways in other words: BOYS WILL BE BOYS!!!

It's time for my annual day of thinking about that one really weird jukebox musical made by Disney and lucasfilms that I hate and adore with every fiber of my being. I hate it because it's a jukebox musical and half the characters are the worst things ever and the writing is really bad alot of the time and I love it because the relationship between the main two characters is the GREATEST ENEMIES TO LOVERS I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME and it's a straight couple and it's not cringe (or it's good cringe idk) AND I can cut the tension when they are flirting with a knife and it's funny

...this post is about Strange Magic by the way. It's amazing and terrible all at once and I need to talk about it at some point because I've been thinking about it again
