I forgot I made these badge ribbons back in april/may to give away as a con purchase bonus, and I have a lot extra that I had been concerned about because the joke is so topical that what if they become outdated and tariffs are no longer an issue by the next time I attend a ribbon con. which was wildly optimistic of me

unfortunately right now is also the funniest time to own this ribbon and a few people requested them, so I made them available to purchase (it's on ko-fi rather than my big cartel shop because then I can send these via untracked letter shipping for cheap)

based on how tapestry sales are going, the rat king design probably will not be brought back in the future for another preorder!

I don't have a MOQ to hit for these, but there is a threshold where the price per unit drops dramatically, and I only plan to bring back designs for future sales if earlier preorders hit this threshold (indicating said design would also sell well in the future). so if the rat king woven tapestry is what you've always yearned for, this will probably be the only chance to get it.

rat king prints and wall banners are unrelated to this measure so this particular illustration isn’t going anywhere, this is specifically just about the woven tapestry since those are a bit unique to handle

barn owl tapestries are doing well though and I plan to make more millefleur designs in the future :^)

never been so disgusted as when I open a fanfic and the notes happily describe how they had assistance from chatgpt. like I'm sorry are you so useless that you need a lying machine to help you play with toys, something I assumed most people master in toddlerhood

final tapestry colors will be a bit different from the photos currently on the shop listing (sample disclaimer is there for a reason) but they're getting closer to what I want and crisper details

at some point after preorders are fulfilled, I will probably also list the samples at a discounted price if anyone's interested. they will be washed free of bonbon hairs. but they come with free thread loops pulled loose because he keeps trying to play with them and gets his claws stuck
