Hyuk wasn't exactly what you'd call a model student. He spent most of his time in the back of the classroom, head down, doodling in the margins of his notebook or staring out the window. School was just a thing to endure until the day was over.

But lately, his gaze had been lingering on someone else : Y/n

She sat a few seats ahead of him, always focused, her pencil moving gracefully across her notebook. She wasn't the type to cause a scene or demand attention, but Hyuk noticed her in everything she did. The way she tucked her hair behind her ear when she was deep in thought, the way she always make a little smile when she answers a question correctly, little things that most people probably don’t notice.

Hyuk though? He noticed everything.

One day after school, Hyuk stayed behind, pretending to look for something in his desk, but in reality, he was waiting for Y/n. She was always one of the last to leave, making sure her notes were perfect before packing up.Sure enough, she was still there, flipping through her textbook, her brow slightly furrowed.

"Hey, Y/n," Hyuk said casually, trying not to sound as nervous as he felt.

She looked up, quit surprised. "Oh, Hyuk. What's up?"

He scratched the back of his neck. "You're pretty good at math, right? I'm kinda stuck on this problem." It wasn't a total lie-math wasn't exactly his strong suit. But more than anything, he just wanted an excuse to talk to her.

Y/n tilted her head, a small smile forming. "Math? Didn't think you'd ask for help with that."Hyuk shrugged, leaning against her desk. "Figured you'd be the best person to ask."

She laughed softly and moved her chair over to make room. "Alright, show me what you ve got."

They spent the next half hour going over equations and formulas. Y/n was patient with him, explaining things in a way that actually made sense to Hyuk. Everytime he got something right, she'd give him an encouraging nod or a quick "See? You're getting it."

Hyuk found himself more focused than he'd ever been in class. Not because of the math, but because of her. As they worked, he couldn't help but notice little things: the faint scent of her shampoo, the way her lips pursed slightly when she was thinking.

At one point, their hands accidentally brushed as she reached for his notebook. Y/n didn't seem to notice, but Hyuk's heart skipped a beat.

"See? It's not so hard once you break it down," Y/n said, tapping the page with her pencil.

Hyuk nodded, trying to act like he wasn't completely distracted. "Yeah, thanks. I guess I just needed a good teacher." Y/n smiled, a little embarrassed, "Happy to help you out."

As they packed up to leave, Y/n glanced at him. "You know, you're not as bad at this as you think. You just need to put in the effort."

Hyuk smirked. "Guess I'll have to ask for your help more often, then."

She laughed, slinging her bag over her shoulder. "Well, if you're serious, I'll be at the library after school tomorrow. Feel free to stop by."

Hyuk felt a surge of excitement. "Yeah? Alright, maybe I will."

They walked out of the classroom together, the hallway quiet and bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun. For once, Hyuk didn't mind the idea of spending more time in school. If it meant getting to know Y/n a little better, he was all in.

And maybe, just maybe, he'd learn more than just math along the way.

I personally feel like this req is kinda long so you can do either one instead of both.

it seemed nothing was going right for you.

you've failed another test. in reality, you just got a b, but that was unacceptable by your family's standards. you knew they'd take away your phone if they found out, so you just kept it under wraps.

standards were high everywhere, and you couldn't help but to compare yourself to everyone. people like momo, who were both brains and beauty? it made you feel horrible, the green bug of jealousy a constant presence in your life now.

you were shy too, so you didn't really have a way to let out your feelings. your friends from junior high didn't make it into U-A, and they've slowly stopped talking to you. stopped replying to your texts, stopped answering your calls, stopped inviting you places. and while the girls were all sweet to you and invited you out with them, it always tugged in the back of your mind that they were doing it out of obligation. passing by isn't the same as being a real friend after all.

the only solace you found was from sketching. should you have been focusing on the lecture mr. aizawa said was really important for the next exam? yeah, but you were just so out of it.

you finally started to take basic notes of the subject when the bell rang, you sighed and quickly got your bags and almost ran out of class, leaving your book of 'notes' splayed out on your desk.

katsuki noticed it, everyone else had already left at this point, so he couldn't just hand it to one of the girls and go on with his day so.. he went over to reach it.

however, he noticed the drawings of him that were randomly drawn around your notes, that he noticed you didn't finish. the drawings ranged from chibi versions of him in his hero outfit, to a sketch of his side profile of when he was taking notes.

he decided to give it back to you, as you now interested him. he almost felt flattered at the way you depicted him.

he was in front of your dorm, about to knock in his usually brazen manner, but the sounds of choked back sobs caught his attention. were you crying? about what?

he knocked gently, and after he heard a bunch of scrambling around the room, you opened your door. your eyes were clearly pink and swollen, still wiping your eyes as you answered. "oh, bakugo? what are you doing here?"

he held out your notebook, making your eyes widen. "you didn-"

"i did. let me in."

you took your notebook and stood to the side, letting him into your room.

he scratched the back of his head, eyeing you. eventually he sighed and just came out with it. "so, i'm not really good at this shit but, what's up with you? you've been acting weird."

you opened your mouth to protest, but he put a hand up. "none of that 'i'm fine' bullshit. i saw how upset you were."

you looked at the floor, feeling tears blur your vision.

he awkwardly held his arms out and you crashed into his arms, your face in his chest, your tears staining his shirt as he held you.

he sat you on your bed, and you relented. telling him everything, about your parents, about how you felt so socially isolated, about how you felt so hopeless when compared to the others in your class.

he sat quietly and proceeded to alleviate some of your stresses one by one. telling you how you were still talented, regardless of a grade. how your parents were in the wrong and that you shouldn't be ashamed. how the girls and the class all spoke highly of you in your absence.

it felt nice to finally be understood, you thought as you rested your head on his shoulder.

-He finds it cute.

-Honestly, he really likes it since he can tease about it later.

-Every once in a while he'll float over to you and lift the headphones out or lightly tug on your earbuds to pull them out.

-"Whatchu listening to?" He asks.

-He's not really looking for answer, he just wants your attention.

-If you close your eyes while listening, he'll go in for a kiss just to see your surprised face.

-If you wear earbuds he'll ask if you can share.

-If you're ok with it, he gives comments about the music you listen to.

Nene Yashiro

-Honestly, she doesn't really judge you since she's just so happy she actully got a relationship, so when she sees you listening to music and bopping your head, she doesn't mind.

-She might every once in a while ask what song it is.

-If she knows the song she'll either talk about it or fawn over the band members/singer.

-You introduced her to a lot of diffrent types of music along with new bands and singers.

-Every once in a while she gets a sticky notes and writes songs she likes so you can listen to them. (Along with a few doodles in the corner.)

Kou Minamoto

-He's concerned.

-He thinks you're going to hit your head or something else since your not really paying attention to your surroundings.

-He usually has a hand wrapped around your waist just to make sure your safe.

-If you offer to listen to music with him, he'll accept. Perhaps you could dance together.

-I don't think he'd be a very good dancer so you might have to teach him if you know.

-If neither of you know, well you can just look like two idiots having fun.

-When you two dance im the school (if ever) Hanako is going to intervene. He'll probably trip Kou so he'll fall on you making him look like a pervert. And nobody else can see Hanako so they Kou is in the wrong.

-Hanako truly doesn't mean any harm by it, he's just trying to poke some fun.

-As long as you tell Kou he doesn't need to worry about you and you can handle your surroundings, he's a lot more comfortable.

Teru Minamoto

-Same thing with his brother, he worries you're going to get hurt and tries to avoid anything happening to you.

-He always had a ton of fangirls and the fact he choose means you matter to him more than you could imagine. (Same thing with his fans if you know what I mean.)

-He might even go as far as taking you things away if you don't listen to him.

-Don't worry, just give him puppy dog eyes and he'll give in faster than the speed of sound.

-Or cry, if you can cry on command good lord. He HATES to see a person he cares for in pain, so he'll do almost anything to make it stop.

-If you walk around while listening to music, he's right behind you with his hands on your shoulders to make sure you're safe. This does not change if your eyes are open.

-And if you do happen to have someone bump into you, are they going to have an earful from your boyfriend.

-So, just be careful around him and when you listen to music.

Sakura Nanamie

-It doesn't bother her in the slightest.

-She enjoys the stillness of sound, she's usually caught up with Tsukasa being loud, so just being in the same room as you, but not talking makes her enjoy these times together.

-She knows your not paying attention so she sometimes go up behind you and give a little kiss on your cheek. (Or on the lips depending on how far the relationship has gone.)

-When she wants your attention for either a question or because she simply wants affection, she'll lightly tap your shoulder or rub the back of your hand.

-She ALWAYS asks if you can give her attention beforehand, since she is very much aware of what it's like for someone to be forced into it.

-This also makes it very rare for her to ask for anything, but I'm getting off track.

-It's not a huge part of her life but she still thinks it kinda cute you do it

Tsukasa Yugi

-All he can think is, "Perfect opportunity".

-You're distracted AND can't hear him. He wants to prank or surprise you as much as possible. Having your attention on something else other than him (Which he is a bit offended by) Gives him the chance to shock you.

-At this point, it's not as surprising. The most shocking part is what he tries and do to gain your focus.

-He's given you things he's killed, which the offer is nice, the corpse is not.

-He'll incessantly bother you asking if he can listen to music with you.

-If you refuse, he'll do one of three things.

- 1. Continue to cry and complain

- 2. Take whatever you're listening to music on.

- 3. Get Sakura involved. Which ends up with your device getting confiscated.

-As fun as it is to mess with you, he gets super annoyed if you ignore him completely. And that leads to one of the items above.

-Just as long as you devote your time to mostly him, he's fine with whatever else you do.

he had invited you to cinema club one day, and you just couldn’t say no to how welcoming he was to you. you weren’t used to people just coming up and striking up conversation with you, so you just gave him a little nod and went about your day. but you were seriously considering on taking up on his offer.

so that’s how you found yourself sitting by the window, listening to charlie and robbie talking about their upcoming stab-a-thon. you didn’t like the sound of that. a lot of people being gathered up in one place to watch, so that was exactly what you told him when he asked if you were coming.

he was disappointed at your answer, especially because he looked forward to seeing you outside of school, but he wasn’t willing to give up so easily. so on that friday night, he came over to your house with CDs, snacks, and everything you could imagine for a perfect movie night. he said that he didn’t want a girl like you being all alone on a night like this, so you let him in.

and that was how this became your annual tradition. charlie would come over and the two of you would go up to your room and watch all 7 stab movies back to back. you two would be snuggled up together, struggling to stay awake in each other’s arms.

you two would sloppily make out as the movie played in the background before slowly falling asleep. at school, you couldn’t help but be kind of awkward around eachother. you’d try to sneak quick little kisses before going separate ways for class. charlie would doodle little things that reminded him of you in his notebook.

you felt like he was the only person in the whole school who loved you for who you were. he loved every single part of you. you were the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, and he knew how lucky he was being able to be your boyfriend. 

you’d reunite with him at breaks, sneaking off to be alone until classes resumed. charlie would tell you all about his day, and you would happily listen to him. that was how your dynamic with him was, and you loved it. he was your other half. he’d tell you everything. except how he’d been planning to talk to you since the first day of freshman year.

hi! fox mulder being all cutely sad and mopey when his crush (reader) takes a week off from work, making him miss her sm that dana finds it so silly of him to do! and maybe when the reader returns he’s all so happy and does the case better hahah

Fox Mulder is struggling, you are off with sickness and he's calling you every 3 hours to make sure you're okay. He's desperate to see you, just to try and make you feel even 1% better.

he's dropped off soup (your stomach is too upset to eat it)

he's dropped off a new vhs (your head hurts too much to look at a screen)

the last time, he dropped off a huge bouquet of flowers (your nose is too blocked to smell them)

the case that he has is not important, I mean Scully and Skinner are telling him that it is but to Fox?? nah, not interested

when he and Scully are out questioning ay leads and investigating the area, all she can hear is him huffing and tutting. When speaking to locals, he's doodling in his pad as Scully asks questions

in the office, he's not much better. He's completely unable to focus on the task at hand and is spending the majority of his time throwing self made paper balls through the basketball hoop on the back of the door

this goes on for a few days but as you still feel unwell- Fox goes from being largely uninterested in work to being outright miserable

when he walks in, there's no greeting, it's just a nod and straight to his desk. shoes on the table and staring at the ceiling until he's pleading with Scully to go upstairs and get him a coffee because he's too sad and mopey to do it himself

"she has the flu Mulder, she'll be back in a few days"

"you said that a few days ago and here we are" he shoots her a look and then IMMEDIATELY remembers that this is Dr Dana Scully, she raises an eyebrow at him and he mumbles an apology into his coffee cup

"how long are you going to be miserable for?" she asks with a smirk

"maybe forever" he sighs

"apparently, she's coming back to work tomorrow so..."

before Scully can even FINISH her sentence, he's sat up in his chair reaching for the phone, as he goes to dial the final digit in your number he hears a giggle from across the room and sees Scully laughing at him

"that's the quickest i've seen you move all week"

relief washes over him when you answer the phone and you sound BETTER like not as horrifically ill like u did previously, ur apologetic for not calling him earlier but you've been sleeping and he's apologising back for calling so much and he can see Scully shaking her head at the sap that he has become

once the phone call is done, he's a new man. seemingly reborn. he's quizzing Scully on her notes from the investigation and questioning all the motives of those involved

the case is basically cracked by the end of the day

UNDERTALE AU INFO DUMP!!

Fineline is an undertale au that has been living in me and Bea's (writer for fineline and other stuff who is my irl bestie but doesnt have tumblr cuz shes a nerd) brain for the past 4 years and now it’s finally getting life.

Basically found family bad sanses with a lot of self inserts, random ocs I make them interact with, and a healthy dose of shipping.

Their physical designs aren’t too far from accepted fanon but I think their personalities are quite different.

Nightmare is a bit more chill and has massive gossipy wine aunt vibes.

Dust is just a tad stupid and the most extroverted of the group.

Horror is the resident chef and is a big softie with a scary face and no concept of societal norms.

Killer is the most different because he’s the calm, dead-inside always bored one, trying and failing to get the others to chill out.

It would be amazing to have asks for them to answer and be able to share their shenanigans with other people so I hope you guys like their silliness!
