The natural sciences: physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, and earth science.

Considering you deal mostly with making technology, you’re probably a physics guy. But what about the other sciences?

How would you rank the natural sciences from least to greatest in terms of your knowledge on and interest in them?

I’m especially curious because Eggman seems to have knowledge in a whole boatload of studies. But his understanding of them only tends to only go so far as they suit his evil schemes, so, very surface level. It’s most likely one of the reasons why he always loses. He could probably tell you every part and function of the human and mobian brain from when he tried to make a mind control ray, but he could not for the life of himself tell you what an appendix is.

You're right. I am a physics guy. Something about finding out the ways of the universe and how I can apply them! I really do love physics since it's so essential and part of nearly EVERYTHING. Maybe it's the bias speaking, but physics is definitely one of the most important sciences- It's also the entire basis of all my inventions soooooooo

Chemistry is also used pretty frequently for me. It's also pretty essential since lots of my weaponry requires chemical reactions-- guns, explosives, the like.

Something I am interested in but don't know as much on is astronomy, for sure. It overlaps with physics and chemietry though so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to order this or not. I think some consider it a subfield of physics, but others say it's a different branch. Anyways- I'm not too knowledgeable on it- planning to get more into it if I get the time.

I'm not very into biology. Sure, it's cool- but not my field, I think. I guess I've done SOME things that messed with life and organic matter, but... usually... that was on accident... so I don't actually know as much about it. They do say biology is applied chemistry, though. I could pick it up easy if I tried, I think.

Earth Science? Uhhhh... like geology? I know it's just sciences that relate to Earth and stuff, right? Yeah... I'm not too knowledgable on that one. I feel like Earth Science is very specific compared to the other topics. Well- it takes a lot of the other sciences and uses it to study the earth- so I'm not really sure how to list this one since technically, it does overlap with the other sciences that I AM interested in.

Honestly, I don't blame Eggman for only delving as deep as it benefits him. It's kind of hard to learn something when you have no interest in it-- and there is a LOT of material to cover (I'm honestly still lacking in a lot of information in things I do have an interest in.)

WELL, now it is much less the case, I do think touken has gotten a lot more acceptance than back in the day. I feel like most people have their individual reasons now for not liking it which is fair. Idc as long as its not some bullshittery lol.

But while the Manga was going, some people viewed touken as abusive and toxic due to Touka's violent outbursts. Kaneki was the uwu poor abuse victim who has never done anything wrong and NEVER hurt her as well 🥺 poor baby innocent man and the oh so mean and horrible woman. Simply, a perspective that lacked a lot of nuance.

And then you have also the people who get so lost in their fanon Interpretation that kaneki is gay and touka a lesbian that they found it homophobic that they got canon. Who think they had no development and are a forced hetero ship.

Also a lot of misogyny towards touka. Called her Hoeka, Thotka, walking vagina. Etc.

If you're curious and not too bothered by seeing hate anons, check out from the blog @/toukaisbetterthanyou their #hall of shame. Partially very fun stuff but also quite nasty so dont stay there for too long.

You’d think since I’ve been housebound for nearly a week that I would’ve finished reading TSOA by now. Especially since I love it so much. But nope! Only read three chapters the first night and one chapter another day. Everyday I’ve held it in my hands and said “I’m going to finish reading you today” and every night I close my eyes thinking “never mind I will finish you tomorrow!”

I have a serious problem.

Tomorrow I have a math exam, the next day a basque exam and I need to pass to clean 8 technology figures (cause they're dirty asf and I need to handle the notebook to my teacher) and make another 3 of them for (i didn't hear when) tomorrow or the day after. I also have to do a math file recuperation cause i failed last year. 20 ejercises (from a to j normally) and 11 problems (from a to e also) AND they only give me +1 point in the exam (cause they're always out of 10) IF i have them ALL good. I also don't know when I must deliver the file.

Am I doing any of that? Of course not, I'm gonna ate dinner (fried chicken and rise, wish I had honey to add to the chicken but we got run out of) and be reading in tumblr, wattpad and ao3. Procastination? yeah that's me, it's probably gonna take its toll on me but that seems like a problem for 'Future Sarah'.

I fear it has become an adiction.
