saw someone say the phrase “locked in their blank white yaoi room” and realized that even when they aren’t badly mischaracterized THIS is the reason i can’t stand tuckington (and to some extent chex) so much. this is an issue with all shipping stuff but tuckington got hit so fucking bad with the “they exist solely to fuck each other and have no other relationships” beam it completely ruined the ship to me. it’s so good in canon because they actively enhance each other’s relationships with other people but in fandom you’d forget that anyone else in the fucking show even exists. there’s a reason i say you can tell how good a tuckington fic is going to be by how much of it is a chucker fic

I’m hesitant to say this since things are still kind of up in the air right now and as far as I can tell there still hasn’t been any official word on the future of these shows, but it appears that the individual episodes of seasons 2-14 of RvB are available for the public on the Rooster Teeth Animation youtube channel again! Seasons 15+ (so 15, The Shisno Paradox, Singularity, Zero and Restoration) and the completes are still unavailable/membership only, though.

i haven’t checked each episode individually so please let me know if anything is unavailable still. or if there are any other updates!

has had a few parts of her face replaced over time, biggest being new faux-skin for her lower jaw (including new lips! fake makeup free!). i think she gets repairs from shady "i do you a favor you do me a favor" type shops. she's not picky about the parts matching what she :originally" looked like, especially since it's a plus to look less like what she thinks of as "allison"

she won't let anyone fix her nose after she "broke" it because it makes her look less like allison < chat she doesn't even know

stopped wearing earrings same reason, but the holes won't close. cuz u know. her skin isn't skin.

epsilon unit tex:

okay this looks bad for epsilon's racism levels. but tbf everyone in the epsilon unit looks simpler and brighter and more "fake"/cartoony. sharper, flatter look

she regains certain "og" allison traits, but you wouldn't know that on sight due to the simplified rendering inside the unit.

are we far enough out of the 2010s that I can say that a lot of what was getting framed as intentional queerbaiting in the big Tumblr Popular shows was definitely just writers making homophobic jokes bc they thought the idea of a character being gay was funny rather than any attempted implication that a character might be gay

So, im probably missing something because i always do, buuut

At the end of season 12 after Tucker is injured, there is a small timeskip to the time when he has already recovered and everything is more or less fine

And its only after this timeskip that we see Church appearing beside Carolina and asking her if she missed him, which to me implies that he has only now returned to her

So basically what I'm saying is that I think Church stayed with Tucker during his recovery, because he was worried about him and wanted to make sure that he was going to be alright

The worst characters are the ones were you only get like three pieces of lore about them but the lore is so fascinating and hits your brain at just the right angle to have you behaving like a feral dog in front of your conspiracy theory cork board
