When you first showed Lando the two lines on your positive pregnancy test, your entire world had changed. It felt like such a whirlwind of excitement, and before you knew it you were 9 months pregnant watching Lando’s races on television. It was pure luck that your water only broke the day after the season ended, which meant that Lando had a cherished couple of months with your baby girl, Piper, before heading back to racing. 

The two of them had become quite the dynamic duo in your household. From the moment that Lando first looked at your daughter, he knew that he was in love. He was an amazing father and you told him exactly that at every moment you could. It was one of the biggest fears that Lando had, being an absent father or not knowing what to do. Before you met Lando he was fully in his bachelor lifestyle, not once even thinking of kids, but now he was the biggest girl dad you’ve ever seen, giving into your daughter’s every whim. It’s exactly why Lando says he wants to give up racing all together once he sees your daughter cry for the first time when he leaves to go to the MTC for the first time since she was born - he would do anything for Piper, he would give up everything he loved if it meant that his little girl would be happy. Luckily, he had you to keep him grounded, and after more than a couple of tearful conversations you had helped Lando make peace with continuing on with his career with you and your daughter there to support him in the background. This was the first week that this was truly going to be tested though, since it was finally time for him to fly to Bahrain. 

“Say goodbye to daddy!” you say as you pick up your daughter’s hand to make her wave. 

You can see the way the wheels are turning in Lando’s head as he stays frozen in the entryway. He’s not forgetting anything, there’s no way he could with your packing lists that he’s used for every single race since you started dating. Even if he did forget something, he knows he could easily get someone from the team to either shop for him or send it over.

“Y/N I - , I don’t know anymore about this,” Lando mutters with his grip on the door handle loosening. 

“Lan, cmon now, I can’t have two babies in this house at once.” you joke as you pinch his cheek. “But seriously, you’re gonna be okay? Just do your best out there. I’m only a phone call away all the time if you need me. You’re going to be great and we’re cheering you on from here. I’ll send you all the pictures and videos and everything so it’ll feel like you’re still with us.”

While Piper can’t talk yet, she still reaches out to Lando to gently pat his shoulder - which only brings more tears to the forefront of Lando’s eyes. He always said his daughter was smart beyond her years, able to sense things even some adults don’t notice. 

“What if Piper can’t fall asleep without me reading her story? What if she learns how to walk before I’m gone? Or what if she forgets that I even exist?” 

“First off, I have memorized “the Rainbow Fish” perfectly from the 7 different times you taught me it. She’s not going to walk because she’s barely 8 months old. And lastly, she’s not going to forget you Lando, I promise you that. Do you trust me?” 

Lando doesn’t miss a beat when he says “always.” 

You hand your daughter off to Lando’s arms in exchange for the carry on that’s currently in his hands. You know that all he needs to do is hold her, to remember that feeling of being with her so he can keep that memory with him for the week ahead. You’re not the only one who’s noticed the way that Piper always immediately seems to calm down whenever she’s in her dad’s arms. There was something special between the two of them, something so unbreakable - which is exactly what you tell Lando. 

“Plus I think she’s in that phase where she’s starting to like you better, so I could use some alone time with our little bug” you tease as you squish your daughter’s cheeks. When Lando sees you cracking jokes it makes him feel a little more at ease - if you were so comfortable with this then why shouldn’t he be too? With one last hug and kiss, Lando finally walks out the door with a promise to facetime you once he gets to the airport. 

Piper starts crying the second she realizes that her dad is really gone, and honestly you shed a few tears too.

 “Don’t worry Pipes, we’re going to see daddy sooner than you think,” you whisper to your daughter as you try to soothe her. Little did Lando know that you had a bag packed in your bedroom for you and your daughter to surprise him at the paddock on race day.

The expectations were low for Lando in Bahrain, both from the media and from himself. He had been very upfront about having different priorities this summer than just racing, so he had been a write-off in so many people’s minds. That’s what made it even sweeter when Lando saw the checkered flag first in Bahrain, marking the very first time he had ever won at the circuit. It’s no secret that Lando had become more sensitive since he had become a dad, but when he says “This one is for my girls, I love you Y/N and Piper” over the radio, it brings tears to everyone’s eyes. 

Lando is already over the moon. He gives a big cheer to the roaring crowd before going to hug the rest of the team. It’s absolutely electric and it really seems like everyone, regardless of whether they are a McLaren fan or not, could appreciate how much this win meant to him. 

But the sweetest moment is when he spots you. You’re a little bit off to the side, a couple of security guards standing around you to make sure that nobody would try and trample over you and Piper. Little Piper is wearing a pair of noise canceling McLaren branded headphones on her ears as she hangs out happily in your arms. It’s like she spots her dad at the same time too, since she starts waving her arms in Lando’s direction. Lando immediately stops everything he’s doing to run over to you two. You have a knowing look in your eye, like you were just waiting for him to finally spot you both. 

“Oh my god, you’re here.”  Lando lets out a breath he didn’t even know he was holding. Having you both here makes him finally feel complete, like his heart was finally whole again. 

“There’s no way we were going to miss daddy’s first race of the season. Congratulations, babe” 

Lando has questions of course - how you managed to pull this off without him noticing, whether Piper gave you trouble on the plane, and so much more. For now, though, he just wants to spend time with you two. He almost forgets that he’s at the race entirely, let alone that he won it until a team member comes up behind him to ask him if he’s ready to do his interview 5 minutes from now. 

When Piper reaches over with her little grabby hands for Lando, you of course give into her whims as you pass her over to the sweaty driver. It also gives you a second to pull out your phone and capture the moment for yourself. Piper is playing with the visor on Lando’s helmet, learning a new form of peek a boo that you know that she’s going to want to keep playing when you get home. You’re the one who helps keep Lando on track, giving him one last kiss on his helmet before you tell him to head off towards the hoard of media personnel eagerly awaiting his appearance. When you go to take Piper back from him she refuses to budge, and with both Piper and Lando giving you their classic puppy dog eyes, you know you’re outnumbered. 

“Keep her safe, Lan, okay?” It’s a rhetorical question. You know that Lando wouldn’t let anything happen to her - but it’s still a big crowd, the biggest you’ve ever been since you gave birth, and it’s a little scary to not hold onto her here. 

You don’t think anyone has ever seen Will Buxton this happy as he pulls Lando aside for his post-race interview. 

“I have to say, congratulations on an absolutely brilliant drive from you today, Lando - and would you like to introduce the special guest you’ve brought with you?” Will asks with a grin. 

Lando can’t help the similar smile that is etched on his face as he looks at his little girl. “This is my daughter Piper, and she’s just the best thing that has ever happened to me. And I can’t share enough praise for my beautiful wife Y/N too - words can’t describe how much she means to me.I really wouldn’t be standing here in front of you today without her support.”  Lando looks back at you with a smile and kisses Piper on the cheek to end off his sentence, but Piper seems to be more interested in the texture of the mic than her dad at the moment. 

“What does it mean to you to have this be your first win as a father, Lando?” 

“Oh man, this little girl is everything to me - I just want to do my best on the track so that Piper can look back and always be proud to have me as her dad.” 

The moment is made extra sweet as Piper tosses and turns in Lando’s hold so that she can cling to him like a koala bear, pulling herself further into Lando’s chest. She is starting to like the microphone just as much as Lando, so she pulls her face right onto it before she says her very first word - “dada”.

At first Lando thinks he’s hallucinating - there’s so many people around and there’s so much noise that he can barely hear himself think. But then Piper says it again and he can’t help but start to cry.

“She -, she- called me dada, oh my god I can’t believe it,” Lando’s in pure disbelief as he stares in awe at his little girl and looks back at you watching in the crowd. For a minute he forgets that there’s a full corral of people watching him until he hears a collective “awww” from the crowd.  “Sorry it’s just -, wow, she’s never done that before.” he says sincerely as he wipes the tears from his cheeks.

It’s now Piper’s turn to cry as she gets overwhelmed with all the eyes that are staring at her, pushing the microphone away from her as she buries her head into Lando’s shoulder. She is just a little kid, after all. Lando wraps up the interview as fast as he can, apologizing as he whisks Piper away to try and lift her spirits. 

Luckily it’s time to head into the cooldown room, which proves to be the perfect place for Piper to calm down from her outburst. The antics continue there as Lando bounces Piper on her lap, pointing to the TV screen to show her all the highlights. 

“Look at daddy about to overtake uncle Charles! And there’s uncle Alex, and uncle George...” Lando continues to retell the story of the last two hours as the other two podium sitters, Max and Oscar, chime in intermittently. Sometimes Piper’s gaze falls to Lando’s new hat instead of the screen, but he’s happy to have her in the room with him to share this moment. 

You have to really bargain with Lando to get him to hand Piper back to you so he can head to the podium by himself - it’s only at the rational explanation of not wanting your baby covered in champagne that he finally gives in to reason. Piper loves seeing the celebrations on the podium, adding in some cheers of her own when she sees her dad jumping up and down with joy on the podium. The little girl is addicted to the shine of the Bahrain trophy in the sun and you and Lando both later joke that she likes the piece of metal better than the both of you combined. 

It’s no surprise that Piper falls asleep on the car ride home - you do the same next to her as the jet lag catches up to you both. Piper still keeps one hand firmly on the trophy, having barely let it out of her sight since Lando brought it to her. Lando can’t help but feel so lucky as he looks through the rearview mirror at the both of you. 

It never gets any easier - leaving. The next weekend Lando heads to the United States and Piper cries the whole day once she notices that he’s packing a suitcase. You’re honest with Lando when you tell him that you’ll see him once he gets back, there’s no way you and Piper would be able to handle all the time changes and long haul flights that would come with going to every race.

You still watch every race though, throwing sleep training to the wind as Piper often stays up at all odd hours to watch with you. There are so many moments where you wish that you could be there with Lando, especially with the season he’s having. As the journalists would say, Lando’s “dad powers” have brought him his best ever start to a Formula 1 season, as he has yet to finish outside the top 3 so far. 

“What do you think is going to happen when I don’t come home from a trip with one of those?” Lando jokes as he sees your daughter absolutely enamored with the newest addition to her trophy collection. It’s the Australian GP trophy, which proves to be the perfect vessel for Piper to put her cereal pieces into. The little girl has taken to yelling as her new favorite hobby, and she shows it off every time she squeals with joy when Lando walks through the door after a race.

“I don’t want to find out, so you’ll just have to keep getting podiums, Lan” you joke back as you lean your head onto his shoulder.

I need a Logan/Wade/Reader fic where reader is dating Wade (before movie) and meets Logan, sees how he acts with Wade, and makes a ton of “just fuck already” jokes that Wade (ofc) encourages and it pisses Logan off until he does one day (reader included lol) 😏

A/N: i'm going to have to make a part 2 for this, since this is pretty much solely humor and reader making fun of wade and logan. i will be making a part 2 for the smut, though. mark my fucking words.

You were used to Wade bringing around some strange characters. Usually, they thought he had drugs or something (which he did, most of the time. Until they all mysteriously went missing right before his birthday party. Almost like his unsavory lifestyle was suddenly sanitized for wider consumption. Hm. Weird.) Sometimes they wanted money - other times it seemed more likely that Wade was holding them for ransom and relapsing into his merc days. But that wasn't really your business.

The point to your opening statement was: you didn't really want to fuck Wade's friends. Astonishing, really - you went to high school with a group of weird kids that all turned out to be some flavor of L,G,B or T and as such, you either wanted to or did fuck most of them. But Wade's friends? They just lacked a little something-something. Al was too old and too high most of the time. Yukio and her gruff girlfriend were far too young for you. Colossus was too Russian. Vanessa was Wade's ex - which would have been hot, honestly - but you weren't the biggest fan of how the two of them handled the post-breakup, and therefore she was off limits. But Peter... maybe...?

So, you were typically relegated to Wade, and Wade alone, which was more than fine by you. That insane healing factor meant the man could go all night, and he was naturally (or, unnaturally. Mutantly?) ribbed for your pleasure. Nice.

So when he came back from his most recent world-saving (multiverse saving?) adventure, you expected him to bring back maybe some kind of bright-eyed teenage sidekick, or a wacky off-the-wall team up, like Dopinder.

Ah, right, Dopinder. God, you would have fucked him. Sadly, the man was staunchly monogamous like some kind of fucking freak.

Anyway, that's not the point. The point is, when you walked into Wade's unbirthday party? He had company. And the company? Hot. Old. Man.

You scoffed to yourself as you threw your jacket on the coat rack - or was that Peter? Who gives a shit. You were on a mission. You sauntered straight up to Wade, no greeting or preamble, and tossed your arm around his shoulders, setting your ass down right in his lap.

"Oh, hell yeah! There's my sugar ass-" Wade grinned at you, and you just rolled your eyes and planted a big kiss on his bald forehead. Thank god, he'd stopped wearing that dumbass hair. It made him look like a social studies teacher. And not a good one - like one of the ones that just took the job so that he could coach the JV boy's soccer team, and he's not even very good at that. Anyway.

Wade wrapped an arm around you, and you adjusted yourself on his lap, hazarding a glance over at the man sitting next to him. His eyes flit from Wade to you, then to Wade again, brow scrunched a little closer together than when you'd first seen him.

"Wolvie, meet my little discord kitten. And you-" he broke the fourth wall, just to look you straight in the eyes. "This, is the big bad wolf. Er-ine. Yeah. Yeah, that works."

"Wade," you replied, trying not to think about the fact that he just looked into your eyes like you were a camera on the Office. "You never told me you were bringing home a third. I would have brought the nice strap."

The man - Wolvie? Wolverine? Whatever - choked on his beer, and shot Wade a confused, accusatory glare.

"What about the-"

Wolvie gestured in the direction of Vanessa, and Wade's eyes widened, his mouth actually fell open. And this time, it wasn't fake or sarcastic shock, but actual, genuine emotion.

"Oh, no no no - that metal skull of yours really is dense, isn't it, peanut?" He knocked on Wolvie's forehead with way more force than he would use on any normal human, and the man batted Wade's hand away like a pissy tom cat, lip curled over his teeth in a growl.

That was. Hot. Ok.

Wade continued talking anyway - as he always did.

"No, Vanessa? Lovely lady, don't get me wrong - but that ship sailed loooong ago, my temporally-challenged friend," Wade sighed, squeezing the arm that was around your shoulder. "No - that relationship was, as the kids say - 'lacking in communication and emotional openness' - oh, and she made me feel like chicken shit for not being a superhero!"

"Babe, you did that to yourself," you shook your head at him. Really - Vanessa and Wade had just grown apart. She'd looked into more gainful employment, and Wade had followed, struggling to integrate into whatever the fuck "proper" society was. What really happened was that Wade blamed himself for her death and tied way too much of his self-worth to their relationship. And Vanessa - well, she just didn't feel safe with him anymore. It wasn't her fault; it was the PTSD. But it still hurt him. It was better for the both of them to part ways. You always knew Wade still held a torch for her, but you didn't mind much in a relationship sense. You were polyamorous - your man loving multiple people didn't bother you. What did matter was the fact that for Wade's mental health - or what little of it remained - he shouldn't be trying to get with that woman again.

"Yeah! I know! I was getting to that - shh," he pressed a finger to your lips and you kissed it, which made him go "aww" before returning to his rambling. "Anyway, while I was on this beautiful journey of self-discovery, I realized so many things, buttercup."

He sighed, cupping your cheek. "The Avengers are absolute booty ass - without their mainstay former drug addict, I'm afraid they lost out on the crowd of little white girls that want to fuck older men, and we all know that demographic is vital to the longevity of a franchise. Furthermore, the Honda Odyssey fucks hard, which means I have to re-examine my vehicle-related inherent biases. Oh, and also - I'm not a hero. Can't pretend to be some kind of 'normie.' So I'd rather be a freak with the rest of the rejects."

Wade gestured to the rest of the party, and your grin widened, arms wrapping tight around his neck and pulling him in for a stupid, sloppy kiss. God, that's what you'd been trying to tell him for goddamn ages. Thank fuck, the whole multiverse just had to be threatened for him to realize it. You should have expected it - that's just kind of how men are.

Wolverine cleared his throat, and you pulled away, patting Wade on the chest. The older man looked at the both of you with trepidation, like he might be interrupting something. Your heart skipped a little - he really did like Wade, didn't he? Well -

"That's great, baby," you patted Wade's cheek. "Glad you had to experience whatever is closest to death for you to realize what's really important. That's so incredibly healthy and absolutely viable in the long-term."

Wolvie chuckled, grinning at both you and your boyfriend. Oh no - not only was he hot, he was pretty. That stupid little cat ear hair wasn't helping, especially not when he was laughing at your joke.

You took the opportunity to raise your leg just enough to brush your calf along the inside of his knee, and his eyes immediately flicked to yours, smile faltering as he calculated whether to lean into it or shy away.

"Thank you, I so appreciate you, baby-boo-" Wade nuzzles his nose against your cheek and you giggled, biting your lip to quell your laugh as you tried to watch both boys. "But if I remember correctly, before we went on this plot-hole addressing rant, you said something about the good strap?"

He waggled his hairless brows, and your gaze flicked between the two of them again - Wade, eager and grinning; Wolvie, tense and most certainly blushing.

"Yeah," you sighed dramatically, waving your hand in the direction of the refreshments table. "Unfortunately, the food at this party isn't bottom friendly. Shame."

"Fuck!" Wade cursed, head snapping forward in frustration. "I knew Peter forgot something! That insensitive metrosexual!"

You snorted, shook your head as your gaze pulled to Wolverine, you dragged your leg just a little higher.

"Oh, don't worry about it. If your friend here wants, we could recreate your favorite Lonely Island music video."

Said friend's brow knit, his jaw clenched as he tilted his head ever so slightly to the side, as if you'd translate your Wade-speak for him.

Thankfully, your boyfriend did it for you, with an exaggerated gasp for comedic effect.

"3-Way (The Golden Rule) (Featuring Lady Gaga & Justin Timberlake)?" He cried, leaning over so that he could smush his face closer to yours. You waggled your eyebrows suggestively.

He all but squealed, kicking his feet to the point where he almost launched you straight out of his lap.

"You hear that, Logan-boy? It won't even be gay - with a honey in the middle there's some leeway," he gestured to you dramatically, jazz-hands and all.

"It might be a little gay," you whispered in Wolvie - Logan's? - direction.

Either way, it seemed like something one of you said made the poor man short-circuit. He was just looking at the two of you like Wade was regrowing a baby head.

"It is, like, a genuine offer," you clarified for him. "We're not fucking with you - well. Wade's always fucking around."

"Oh, but I am so serious about this, babygirl. Wanna find out if that 207th bone is also adamantine, let me tell you-"

"Shut your whore mouth," Logan hissed at Wade, and you heard the man's teeth click as Wade's jaw snapped shut. What?

"Hey, did he just listen to you when you told him to shut up?"

Logan raised an eyebrow, but gave you a curt nod as answer. Your head whipped from one man to the other.

"You two definitely fucked already!"

"Oh-"

"What did he tell you?" You cut in, finger raised as Wade tried to speak. His eyes widened, and his lips closed like he had no control over them. Your jaw fell open. You turned to Logan like he was some kind of evil sex magician. Which - maybe he was. Or maybe that was a different man from the same movie that no one knows how to write because someone actually gave him an accurate accent. How would you know?

"We didn't fuck," Logan clarified. "We fought. Hard."

"It was the only way around the Hays Code censor!" Wade cut in, words spilling out like he only had a few seconds before Logan shot him another look that had his mouth shutting and his pants tightening.

You rolled your eyes. "Sweetie, the Hays Code was abolished in 1968," you patted his cheek like you were talking to a child.

"Tell that to the mouse!"

"Well," you did your best to get this trainwreck back on track. "Anyway. What do you think, hmm?"

You directed your question at Logan-Wolvie-Wolverine. It was so hard to learn somebody's actual name when Wade just threw nicknames out like candy.

But still, the man frowned, lips pursed as he considered the proposition. His lips twitches as he swirled the bottle of beer in his hand, like he could find the answers in the foam that swelled there. He shook his head, then took a sip, smacking an "ah" before the bottle hit the table with a thump.

This “hardened” time can come to a close and give way to a new era where you’re more able to face feelings and express them authentically. Your inner child is pointing to a past experience (or multiple) you can revisit to do healing work. This may be a very disappointing heartbreak in a past relationship (of any kind). You might have had to end it with someone who was very attached to you and make that first “hurtful” move so you both could move on and heal. Or, you became disillusioned from lack of emotional fulfillment. Most of you have already done a lot of healing/shadow work and reached a more stable place with your inner sense of security. But, there’s difficulty translating this into being vulnerable with others. This has made space for beautiful growth—however, there’s an emphasis on being open to developing with other people, too. You may want to continue working on yourself in isolation, but some growth and self-knowledge can only be discovered through others. You may repress your inner child’s desire for connection—forcing yourself to be independent. This seems comfortable for you, but not necessarily fulfilling. You may not know where to start with allowing others inside your world. This pile is stuck in the middle of not wanting to deal with toxic BS and yearning for something new + authentic. You may really have to push yourself to leave your comfort zone when it comes to others, and remember that your past experiences don’t define every experience you could have. I've been getting a lot of asks about the various futures of the characters in this setting, specifically Class 1-A. So I thought it'd be fun to mix them all up together and toss in some headcanons about the various students in the future. And yes, I will change some of the hero names and titles to what I believe are better versions. Because I like to think that someone from the Management Course got to these kids before they went public.

The Fresh-Picked Hero, Vineyard: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Defense Popular Product: Sticky purple orb toys that you can throw around.

Mineta eventually grew to a more decent of a hero. He learned to properly apply himself rather than coasting on what little talent he had and worked to put on a brave face when fighting villains. He was hoping his growth would improve his image with the ladies. It did not.

The Super Sweet Hero, Sugar Ray: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: A line of sweets designed and endorsed by Sato himself.

In spite of his brutish power and appearance, Sato found himself loved among old folks and housewives that loved the recipes he came up with. He'd always spare his treats with anyone he helped in his hero work, always brightening the spirits of anyone he came across.

The Taping Hero, Cellophane: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Recon Popular Product: A brand of tape supposedly based on Sero's own tape.

While never the most popular or successful hero, Sero was always the most approachable one of the class, remaining down to Earth in spite of his past and lifestyle. This ended up making him more of the "working man's hero", finding fans in blue-collar workers. His power may have played a part in this.

The Fighting Hero, Martial: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: A line of fur coats inspired by his tail and costume.

Ojiro was never going to be a popular hero, yet found a hardcore audience in niche communities. He would go on to found several dojos that would help young heroes learn how to apply themselves as marital artists, with or without their Quirks, and would accept many of them as his sidekicks.

The Unseen Heroine, Ultraviolet: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Recon Popular Product: A shoe line inspired by the ones from her costume.

In spite of the massive controversy when she appeared on the hero scene because of her power, Hagkaure has taken to stealth-focused hero work well. Still, she tries to gain as much attention as possible as not to be left in the background. Surprisingly, this does not interfere with her work since no one ever sees it coming.

The Petting Hero, Anima Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Rescue Popular Product: A playset featuring various animals Koda works with, including little information cards on them.

While Koda had a role in the Heteromorphic moment, he found himself far more preoccupied with animal protection and conversation, working to endorse several zoos and sanctuaries. The once shy boy found his voice in sharing his love of animals. He remains popular with young children.

The Tentacle Hero, Sixth Sense: Rank: 50s to 60s Specialization: Recon Popular Product: A mask and headpiece set resembling Shoji's costume.

True to his word, Shoji helped foster and repair the relations with the Heteromorphs. He worked tirelessly as the public face of the movement and as the hero who would help deal with cases of Heteromorph related crimes. In time, Shoji started to feel like he didn't needed to hide his scars.

The Illustrious Hero, Rayonnant: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: A clothing line heavily inspired by his own fabulous wardrobe and costume.

In spite of his flashy looks and grandiose persona, Aoyama was always one of the more empathic heroes. He would always help encourage "lost causes", becoming an icon and true hero for those that felt alone and afraid. He wanted to make sure they all grew to shine as bright as he did.

The Astonishing Hero, Paradigm: Rank: 100s to 150s Specialization: Recon Popular Product: A toy version of his masks that distorts your voice.

Preferring to stay away from the limelight, both for himself and his Quirk, Shinso made a valuable underground hero for the world at large. He's been immensely helpful in deescalating dangerous situations and assisting police in doing wet work to gather evidence. In spite of that, he never once felt like a villain.

The Stun Gun Hero, Chargebolt: Rank: 70s to 80s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: A toy version of his disk launcher and glasses

While not as lazy as he was in his youth, Denki still takes a laid back attitude to hero work and tends to treat it more like celebrity work. Less out of any selfish desire and more that he's surprisingly good at that part of it, especially with teenagers. Still does little electrical shows and short circuits himself sometimes at the request of fans.

The Hearing Heroine, Treblemaker: Rank: 20s to 30s Specialization: Rescue Popular Product: Various musical equipment themed after her, especially headphones and musical toys.

After her injury, Jiro focused less on hero work as a whole. While she still went out and landed her ear when she was needed, she instead used it as a platform to prop up her music to a resounding success. She'd often use her music and concerts to help raise money and attention to disaster areas she had worked in. Eri has been and always will be her biggest fan.

The Alien Heroine, Pinky: Rank: 10s to 20s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: Various health and beauty products, especially skin care ones.

It's been said by her fans that Mina was built to be a hero. And they'd be right. Between her flashy power and friendly personality, she quickly gained a following and shot up the ranks. She remains a fan favorite among the crowds, earning the fan name of Alien Queen. Tends to gossip a lot about her fellow heroes and causes undue drama.

The Sturdy Hero, Red Riot: Rank: 20s to 30s Specialization: Defense Popular Product: As much as Kirishima wants it to be his workout equipment and videos, it's his hair care products.

Kirishima became a noble and courageous hero, always being the first to run into whatever danger was in his way. In spite of his simple ability, his overall brand helped him garner the attention he deserved. He became an icon for young men around the state, inspiring them to be brave, to improve, and to protect the ones they love.

The Everything Hero, Refine: Rank: 5s-15s Specialization: Support Popular Product: A junior chemistry set that actually taught quite a bit about chemistry.

While never at the front of any one operation, Momo's plays a pivotal role in organizing and planning many operations, both big and small, and is considered the resident "mastermind" among the heroes. When she isn't doing that, she is assisting Uraraka, helping to provide the resources for needed to help those who can't afford the needed support equipment.

The Jet-Black Hero, Tsukuyomi: Rank: 10s to 20s Specialization: Combat Popular Product: Various plushies designed after Dark Shadow

since you're studying steel types, do you know what steel types would be best for kids? my baby cousin has recently developed an extreme obsession with the aron line and is begging her parents for a pet aron. which is obviously Not Feasible considering those things are capable of eating cars whole, so my uncle and aunt are looking into other steel types to appease her.

to be honest, i wouldn't recommed pretty much any pokemon that's steel type in its base form for a young child. a lot of them have sharp edges or points where a child's hand can get crushed; they tend to have specialized care needs with diets that aren't commercially available at pet stores, and hence need to be put together on your own; they can be incredibly heavy, which is another safety concern, and a lot of them are pretty large; and many of them just don't have a temperament and lifestyle that's suited to pet life. klefki is really the only one i can think of recommending to a very young child, and maybe a togedemaru to an older child who understands being careful about when and where to touch a pokemon. some pokemon that arent steel type until they evolve, like rookidee or female burmy in certain environments, make better pets that can be evolved later down the line if she's still sure about wanting to care for a steel type

but, at the same time, it might be better to indulge her love of aron in other ways! try finding her books and videos about aron care, getting her a plush aron, or taking her to a zoo where she can see one in person. some battling trainers will even happily let a kid see one of their pokemon. help her understand why she can't have an aron right now while also using this as an opportunity to encourage her interests and curiosity! even if she never does grow up to get an aron for herself, you'll still be fostering a love and respect for pokemon in her without dismissing what she finds interesting.

When you transferred to work a desk job in LAPD SWAT, mostly comprised of completing paperwork and applying for grants and government funding, you were warned of several things. Those warnings, focused on the officers' high-pressure lifestyles and gruff exteriors, did not mention how easy it would be to fall for one of them.

The moment you met Jim Street, he captured your entire attention. Several months into your new job, you have fallen in love with him. He is a SWAT officer, incredibly handsome, and absolutely out of your league. So, you’ve decided to watch him from a distance, do what you can to help him, and hope your feelings pass like a high school crush. Unfortunately, falling in love with someone isn’t as easy to move on from.

“Hondo,” Hicks calls from his office doorway. “We need two accounts of yesterday’s raid for the paperwork. They’re waiting for it.”

“I’ll go,” Street volunteers.

“You want to do paperwork?” Hicks asks.

“No, he wants to see the girl who submits it,” Luca answers. “He’s in love with her but won’t admit it.”

“That’s not entirely true,” Street argues.

“Which part?”

“Uh, the love part. I don’t even know her.”

“Street, kid, you don’t have to know someone to fall for them,” Deacon says, patting Street’s shoulder. “But I’ll give the other account and then get out of your way.”

“Hey, try to pick up some courage on the way!” Luca calls after Street.

“You could always just tell her you like her, ask her out, send her a letter, whatever you do,” Deacon reminds Street.

“She doesn’t feel the same,” Street laments.

Deacon shakes his head, wondering what he did to have to deal with not one but two oblivious idiots who are in love with each other but won’t admit it.

“Hi, Sergeant Kay, Officer Street,” you greet. “This should be quick.”

Deacon knows the drill, and you type while he tells you what happened. When he concludes, you print it and pass it to him for proofreading and his signature. Carrying through on his promise to Street, Deacon leaves as soon as he’s done, praying that something happens while you’re alone in the office.

“Alright, your turn, Officer Street.”

“You can just call me Street,” he offers.

“Okay, Street. Just start talking whenever you’re ready. Tell me everything you remember.”

As you did with Deacon, you type quickly, keeping your eyes on the screen so you don’t get distracted by Street sitting across the desk. After you print the report, you sit back and watch him read it. You must avoid daydreaming, and luckily, Jim passes the paper back to you before you can begin.

“Thank you,” you say, inhaling deeply when your fingers brush his.

“Need anything else from me?”

Everything, you think, yet you say, “That’s it for now. Thank you for coming so quickly. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to return the favor.”

Street pauses as he stands, and for a moment, you have a glimmer of hope that something will happen, but then he says, “Thanks,” and walks out of the door.

Sighing, you slouch in your chair and take a few breaths before returning to your duties.

Street and Luca are sparring, and Luca barely misses Street’s face when he suddenly drops the punching pad.

“Whoa, dude, what the heck was that?” Luca exclaims.

Street is looking over his shoulder, so Luca turns quickly, shaking his head when he sees what made Street speechless and immobile. You’re standing with Hicks, dressed in one of your nicest outfits. Street overheard you mention something about a proposal meeting, but he didn’t consider how beautiful you would look for it. Granted, he thinks you’re always beautiful, but his mind wanders to how you’d look on a date with him, and he distantly acknowledges that he is a goner.

“Are you going to stand there and drool over her or do something?” Luca asks.

“What?” Street asks, snapping his mouth closed as he turns to Luca.

“Just ask her out, man, she clearly-“

“Is out of my league. I’m not going to ruin the little bit of friendship we have.”

“So you finally admit you like her.”

“No. I just see her a lot, I guess.”

“You guess,” Luca repeats sarcastically. “You’re an idiot, Streeter.”

Street doesn’t argue, and Luca considers actually punching him in the head to knock some sense into him.

When you return from the proposal, you are in a great mood because the private investors love your ideas and feel empowered to do something bold. As soon as you enter SWAT HQ, you begin looking for Street. The worst case scenario is he says no and never wants to see you again, which would be terrible, but you’re hoping for the best: a yes.

Hearing Street’s voice outside the situation room, you smile and round the last corner. Street is talking to Molly Hicks, though, and you freeze, letting your smile fall. Street laughs at something she said, her voice quiet enough that you can’t hear. As Street reaches up to grasp her forearm while he replies in a whisper, you realize that you misread everything you thought was a signal.

Rushing to your office, you close the door and lay your head on your desk. You thought Street liked you, too, and that’s why he was a little awkward and different around you. But, no, he chose Molly. And why wouldn’t he? She’s probably better for him than you ever could be.

Your computer chimes with an incoming email, and you brush your hands over your forehead and the top of your hair before burying yourself in paperwork. On any other day, you would procrastinate finishing the more involved forms. Today, you blow through them quickly, desperate to keep your mind off Street and maintain the distance you’ve put between you. If he likes Molly, who are you to get in the way of that?

“Molly, Street, to what do I owe this… pleasure-adjacent incident?” Hicks asks.

“Dad,” Molly chides.

“Sorry. What do you want? And, Street, if you tell me you’re dating my daughter-“

“Oh, no, sir,” Street interjects. “We tried once and… we’re good.”

Hicks raises his hands in a request for someone to tell him what’s going on.

“Fine, I’ll ask,” Molly says. “Can SWAT officers date other LAPD employees?”

“Depends on the person, their departments, histories.” He looks over to Street to add, “For example, a SWAT officer and a, let’s say, grant writer and secretarial employee, would be able to have a relationship. The officer just may have to give action reports to a different employee to complete the paperwork without bias.”

“Oddly specific example,” Street jokes. “But I still think this is a terrible idea.”

Molly rolls her eyes. “Jim here thinks that his feelings aren’t reciprocated.”

“You’re kidding me, right? I didn’t think you were this oblivious.”

“Rude, sir,” Street argues.

“I called him an idiot,” Molly adds.

“Yeah, that fits, too,” Hicks agrees.

“This isn’t really helping my confidence level, guys.”

“I’m sure your ego can take it.”

You usually leave around the same time as Street, but after waiting for five minutes and seeing no sign of you, Street walks out alone. Inside your office, you’re putting the finishing touches on a report, glad to work a few minutes longer to avoid Street. He may not talk to you much outside of work, but he’s incredibly perceptive and would probably catch on and ask what’s wrong.

Truthfully, you want to move on from Street, want him to be happy no matter who he is with, but you refuse to let him go, though you never really had him. 

Street’s motorcycle is gone when you exit, and you sigh, realizing it will be a long few weeks of avoiding him while your heart heals. If your heart heals.

Walking toward your office, you turn when you see Street. It’s been three days since you last saw him, more than that since you talked, but seeing him still makes you feel something. Not only the heartbreak of knowing he chose Molly but the initial happiness stemming from the joy of falling in love with him.

Luca walks by, stopping and taking a few steps backward as he realizes you’re hiding in a doorway. He sees Street down the hall and pieces everything together.

“What’d he do?” Luca asks.

“What did who do?” you reply.

“Street.”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“It’s like dealing with middle schoolers,” Luca huffs as he walks away.

When you peek around the corner, Street is gone, and you rush to your office and close the door behind you.

The path to Hicks’ office goes straight past the man you’re trying to avoid, but you have time-sensitive documents to deliver. Steeling your nerves and straightening your shoulders, you walk straight to Hicks’ office without looking for anyone in particular.

After you enter the office, Street watches the door. Hondo asks a question, but Street can only focus on you and why he can’t seem to spend any time with you recently, never seeing you for more than a few seconds at a time.

“Street!” Hondo yells, finally getting his attention.

The office door opens, and Street immediately looks away again.

“Oh my- Street, just do something!” Luca exclaims, pushing him forward. 

“Like what? She clearly doesn’t like me! She won’t even look at me! You want me to tell her I love her when the most time I’ve ever spent with her alone was to finish paperwork! That’ll go well, Luca, thanks so much for the great advice.”

You clear your throat behind Street, and when he looks at you, you gesture toward your office. Street follows wordlessly, assuming this is the beginning of being let down slowly. You, however, are doing everything you can to hide your smile. It sounded like he was talking about you, and that’s all the hope you need to put yourself out of your misery. A bad answer is still an answer, and right now, closure sounds better than another sleepless night wondering why you’re not good enough.

“So,” Street begins, leaning against your desk.

“Were you talking about me?” you ask, getting straight to the point. “Let’s stop dancing around whatever this is between us, okay?”

“Yeah, I was talking about you,” he confesses. “I’ve had feelings for you for a while, but I thought you didn’t feel the same.”

“What kind of feelings?”

“I- I think I’m falling in love with you. I’ve never felt this before, but I like it.”

“What about Molly? I saw you laughing with her, and-“

“Have you been avoiding me because of that?” Street interjects, realizing that the morning before he talked to Molly was the last time he saw you.

“Yes,” you whisper. “Because you looked happy, and I didn’t- I couldn’t deal with losing you if I was still seeing you.”

“Losing me?”

“I assumed you were with Molly. You said you thought you were falling for me, but I know that I am in love with you. Seeing you happy with someone else while I was too scared to tell you how I feel hurt.”

“Molly was telling me that I was stupid for not telling you,” Street explains, his usual personality beginning to shine through the awkward nervousness.

“Now what?”

“Hicks said we be in a relationship.” You furrow your brows, and Jim clarifies, “It’s not against the rules for us to date, I just have to finds someone else to do my paperwork.”

“Do you want to be in a relationship with me?”

Street notices a shadow hovering outside the door before another joins. He motions for you to be play along, taking your hand as he answers, “No, that’s not what I want.”

You follow his eyes, smiling when you realize someone is listening in.

“Okay,” you answer sadly, interlacing your fingers with his. “Then why’d you say all that?”

“I was confused. We’re- we’re never going to work as more than friends.”

“What is happening?” Luca asks.

“This can’t be right,” Hicks answers. “They’ve both been acting like different people and now they’re not going to do anything?”

Hondo moves against the door and can’t stop it before it opens, and Luca topples inside. When he looks up, Street is sitting on your desk, and you’re standing between his legs, his arms around your waist, and your hands pushed in his hair.

“Did you pretend to break up and then start making out?” Luca asks, rolling his shoulder as he stands. “That’s messed up, man.”

“So is eavesdropping,” Street deadpans.

“No more longing looks or hiding in hallways?” Hondo asks. “You’re all good?”

“Better than good,” you answer, smiling at Street.

“Bye,” Street adds, his attention back on you. “Close the door and get away from it on your way out.”

Luca wants to ask for more information about why you hid from Street, having missed the part about Molly, but decides to ask later when he sees you leaning in again.

After the door closes, you hear Hicks inquire, “Did we make a mistake?”

“A big one. They’re going to be inseparable and intolerable,” Hondo answers.

“I think they’re pretty cute together,” Luca says.

“Me too,” Street mumbles against your lips, holding you close so you don’t slip away again.

This moment and the idea of a future being happy with Street is worth everything, you decide. The sadness and long nights have made room for a love you didn’t know existed.

“Still think you’re falling for me?” you tease.

“I may need more information before I update my claim,” Street replies, smiling lazily as he cups the back of your neck to bring you in again.

I fully believe that the whitebeard pirates would be good but completely chaotic with an actual child like I know whitebeards whole thing is being a dad but I think you throw a four year old at them and they're like "oh God can it have beer yet?" Correct me if im wrong but when aren’t the only kids who have been in the Moby Dick Hiyori and Momonosuke? And they had both parents to look after them so no one had to worry about taking any reponsability in that aspect and Whitebeard din’t have to step in as a dad in their case.

To me the best contenders to know whag the hell they are doing would be Marco and Oden, with Izou and Ace coming a close second

Oden, well he is a dad so that gives him an advantage on dealing with kids but regardless he is soemone who gives zero shits on what people think of him so he has no problem being the goofy dad 24/7. And despite his hotheaded personality and what I thought to be a careless lifestyle he is a man who will and has given everything to protect his family and retainers

Up next we have Marco, I don’t recall him having direct contact with any children on the series but he has shown to have a calm, mature demeanor, this paired up with his medical knowledge would aid him in things such as when does a child become ready for solid foods, when should they start walking etc. Not saying he would know everything as he is the Ship’s doctor and not a pediatrician but his love for his family would be enough encouragement to learn about children and their development. Plus this man can do no wrong sooo

Ace, now listen you may think, of course you’re going to say he’s up there he had Luffy and you would be absolutely right that is one of the reasons 😂. Listen in his youth he had a rough attitude and if even then he was able to fill that role he filled for luffy even years later is a testament to his qualifications. Second point is his personality, when he grew up he grew up to be a a goofball, at least I saw him that way, I feel like his personality would match up perfectly with a child. But a good match dosen’t feed the child so that’s why he won’t be up in first place. He would be great with the children but he would be as clueless as can be when it comes to needs of the kid, he would forget tk water and feed the child.

For Izou, I think he would be a good option because like Marco he seems tk have that Mature and responsible demeanor , so he would be a good option for a child coming aboard. He would also be great with the needs of the child, reminding himself to do all the tasks needed to be done if the child is wrong or remind the child themselves if they are old enough. But despite being a big brother, he is only a big brother by a year so I don’t think thats adding tk his resume in this case. The reason why he is not on top is because even though he would be great at keeping track of what teh child needs he doesn’t neccesarily have the knowledge, he can be told about what and when the kid needs something but he wouldn’t know that by himself, so give him the information and he is up there with Marco And Oden, which would probably be the ones who teach him in the first place

Thatch would be a good option too, he has a playful and caring personality for the child and he would be able to adapt his meals to better fit the kid, but same as Izou he would need to be given that information. And similar to Ace he would forget about some needs of the kid or be incredibly reckless, he would remember to feed and water the kid since he is a chef and it’s his job but other needs eh, keep an eye on him ir next thing you know you’ll have a toddler making your meals, handling knifes and other utensils.

I do want to mention Haruta, I think kids would love his outfit, he looks goofy so he could be a good entertainer for them. The rest of the commanders though… well they would be good bug brothers but maybe from a little far away, they are more rady to handle bigger kids and teens who can take a little bit more force. They could be caring but if someone like Kingdew or Fossa approach a kid I don’t know if a small child would be…how to say it…. I don’t think they would be ready for their personalities and facial expressions….

- they are natural beauties. They may have smooth skin or there’s a glow to them, especially their hair. Is it just me, or do a lot of these natives have curly or wavy hair? Very attractive voices, may love or have the ability to sing.

-they love having expensive or nice things. This can play out as being materialistic but I seen people who live minimalistic lifestyles but still have nice or decent things.

- may come from a family that had a heavy focus on finances, the women in their life may love to shop for their family. The native may love to shop and buy things for their family. A lot of these natives may have had parents who opened a bank account in their name at an early age. They learned the value of money at an early age.

- I know this is going to sound stereotypical but there’s some truth to it. These natives love their comfort food and relaxing. I’m not saying they’re lazy(even though you can be) but these people love peace and quiet. If not quiet then surrounded by loving people. Think of Venus in her purest form, that’s these native.

-they’ll never admit this but these natives can most definitely be possessive with their partners. Not always in a creepy or toxic way but it goes back to that wanting peace so if you bring that energy in their life, they will want you around forever. They deeply crave intimacy on a soul level but it manifest for them as buying you something that has a deep meaning to them or symbolic to yall relationship. I also notice a lot of these natives marry or settle down at a young age. They’re not the type to hope from person- person. They’ll choose a person they could spend their life with, and if it doesn’t workout then they’ll be single for a long while before hopping into another serious relationship. They also know from the get go if they want to be with that person, it’s like an intuitive feeling they get(probably due to Aries 12h), you’ll know if a Taurus wants you.

-music is another favorite thing they love. They may have a very few artist that their “die hard fans” of but they’ll listen to anything.

-may be interested in fashion/beauty, music, acting, money, culinary, dance, forestry careers

I know everyone has their different takes on Astarion’s character, and what they think his story should look like/what he would or wouldn’t do with his life after the events of the game, and I think they’re all valid. And not everyone is going to like your read or what you want him to pursue or be like after all is said and done. And there’s nothing wrong with that! Could you imagine how boring things would be if we all agreed? I personally love seeing the diversity of takes.

That being said, I am very much a fan of the idea of non-Ascended Astarion starting a family after everything, just me personally. Now, I know that’s a whole can of worms for people who don’t like that concept or who don’t like the idea of kids/pregnancy in their fiction. That’s completely fine. Funnily enough, I have no desire to have my own kids, but I love exploring that sort of lifestyle and the dynamic it creates when it comes to my characters in my own writing.

And I do think he wants kids, in my world state (to borrow a Dragon Age term), anyway.

I always go back to Astarion’s confession, when he says he wants “something real.” All those years where sex and love were nothing but a performance to seduce people and lure them to what he thought was their death. And now, with Tav/Durge, he wants the real thing. He wants to love and be loved.

He says he doesn’t know what “real” looks like anymore, which means he’s got to figure it out. And we know he isn’t much for plans, so that means a lot of what he learns is learned as he goes. That must extend to learning what he wants, too.

“I Want to Live” is the song that is consistently played in relation to his character development (despite being the players song.) Want. For all of those years, he was told by Cazador that he and his fellow spawn were a family. If he doesn’t ascend, then what he desires, and discovering what he wants, and taking what was false for so long and learning what the real version of it looks like to him all come together to make it easy for me to see him enjoying fatherhood.

He wouldn’t be Astarion without that prickly personality of his, but as his relationship with Tav/Durge progresses, you get to see the softness and sweetness he has in him, too. And I believe he really does mean it when he says he wants to protect them. He does genuinely care, as sarcastic and standoffish as he can be. That’s part of his personality and his character arc.

Now, do I think he likes all kids? Not at all. I think he likes certain kids, and for certain reasons. He may not encourage taking in Yenna, but he does insist on saving her from Orin. He seems to have a high opinion of Arabella. It depends on the kid. In a strange way, I think his own personhood being taken from him has made him view kids as more individual than most people tend to.

And I think he would adore his own kids because of who they are. They’re proof of how far he’s come, they’re proof that he’s alive and he’s living and that Cazador didn’t win in the end. He’s here. He won. He’s growing past everything.

And, most importantly: they’re his kid(s.)

Do I think he’s ever considered having children prior to having one, even before he was turned? I doubt it, honestly. But especially prior to his vampirism, I don’t think it matters whether he did or not. He can’t remember what color his eyes were, let alone what he wanted or who he was. And it doesn’t matter, he makes that much clear. He isn’t that person anymore, and he won’t ever get to be them again. So whether he had thought about children specifically or not, whether he wanted them or not, I don’t think that matters to him anymore.

He never saw himself as a hero, either, but he’s a Hero of Baldur’s Gate now. He cares. In his own way. And he defines and does things his own way in his life now. He’s still not your stereotypical hero, but he’s also no longer your stereotypical vampire. He wouldn’t be Astarion if he was easy to define. And after everything, he is still Astarion. He’s complex, and he can be quite contradictory and inconsistent. That’s both part of his personality and a result of the 200 years of trauma he survived, I think.

And again, he’s also not one for plans. I don’t think he considers being a father until Tav/Durge is telling him that he’s going to be one. And that kind of life-changing news can rattle even the people who have planned for it and wanted it their whole lives. Energy of the Fourth House

When discussing the placements within this post, I’ll be talking about the energy within the home and not what your childhood was like. The dominant personalities that your parents might have had  and the morals that they wanted to teach you. The lessons that have lived subtly within you as you grew up, ones that you might fall back on without realizing when the world gets to be too much. The fourth house speaks more to how your home felt, the energy it gave off, and how your parents presented itself. Your IC will be more reflective of what you experienced or how you were as a kid.

Aries: Active and Independent household (surprise surprise). Those growing up with these elements are usually surrounded by those who want to integrate some sort of outdoor activity in their family time or were encouraged to try out for an extracurricular activity at some point in their adolescence. Things weren’t usually slow in the house and people were usually coming and going; whether that’s just movement within the home or people literally headed in and out to run errands or have fun. The other aspect of this sign is a tendency to flex a ‘selfish’ mindset. The guardians tend to disregard or not immediately listen to what others in the household crave or need for themselves. It’s not always on purpose or it’s from a wounded childhood themselves, but there is a quality of guardians prioritizing activities or things they prefer and assuming others want it as well without realizing. Gemini: This home will be very active mentally. The parents will either be very knowledgeable of the family tree and it’s heritage, or there won’t be a trace of it. While they won’t be very proactive, they will also encourage and support the native in all their academic endeavors; traditional or not. The home can seem calm or soothing, but something is always happening. They may celebrate holidays as a way to spend time together, or there just may be many antics within the home. The home will be stuffed with mementos or scrapbooks; the parents will have a bad habit of keeping anything that represents a landmark or loving memory for members of the family well beyond their expiration date. They will be sensitive people; often in-tune with their children and more than likely keep up to date with their interests and current events to the best of their abilities. There is a high chance of having family recipes or emphasis on quality times with this sign coloring your fourth house. The issue is that sometimes these actions can become smothering or possibly cross boundaries for the native. Due to the tight-knit bond that is created, the guardians can become hurt or confused if their child does not tell them everything, which is bound to happen at times. They struggle to completely hide their hurt or sentimentality over changes within the home, but they do their best to adjust to small things like their kids no longer participating in family events, hanging out with friends more, rebelling more, etc. The guardians will not notice if they’re ‘embarrassing’ their child, since their main worry is losing connection with their children. Those who are not well adjusted will have a tendency to lean on their children instead of giving them a place to always come back to for shelter. Leo: This one will be answered differently since it’s not as stereotypical beneath the surface. It’s split between the guardians behaving like children themselves and avoiding responsibility, or they can be involved in creative endeavors themselves, thus introducing and surrounding the native to the creative field at an early age. A smaller branch is that the native will showcase their natural talents from an early age, and will either have those talents encouraged or seen as an annoyance from the parents. One thing for sure, is that no matter what artistic and honest expression will find their way to the native. The world will find a way to make sure the native is able to express their inner child or is able to get their talents out into the world. They will find a way to protect and nurture what is pure within the soul of a Native with Leo covering the Fourth House when it comes to their inner child. Miley was usually with her father on his tours if I recall, and her mother Tish managed her during her Disney years. So this is one of the ways Leo can play out over your fourth. It is either all encompassing or the guardians will end up being a bit immature; wanting to live their dreams through their children and not stepping up to the plate of parenthood. Even if their home environment is not secure, the natives will always be guided to a community or friends where they can express themselves sincerely, or simply to the right place at the right time. Whether it’s the native’s subconscious innocence or sheer will, it is impossible to fully extinguish the sun, especially when they’re young.

Virgo: The cerebral energy turns a bit more stable and serious with Virgo over the fourth. The home will look polished, but not over the top. They will have the necessities and anything more will be seen as a treat to celebrate big events or achievements. The main energy is that what happens in the home is consistent and reliable. The parents make sure there isn’t much chaos or upheaval within the household so the children aren’t upset or distracted by what goes on. The guardians won’t enforce strict household rules, but they will want their children to uphold strong morals or stick by a certain ethical code. This, along with the slight loose hand of the parents, will lead to the native learning more about the ways of life as opposed to book knowledge. Their upbringing can bring attention to them, positive or negative, but it also means that they interact with a larger walk of life. This quality can give a weird blend of knowing your parent is your guardian while they also feel like a best friend, making lines a bit blurry and having the chance to either feel like there was no structure within the home or you ended up having to parent yourself at times.

Capricorn: Natives with this energy over the fourth usually experience a ‘tense’ household. By that, I mean that all things associated with domesticity are muted or subtle. Guardians will usually focus on raising the native responsibly or instilling strong morals, but can sometimes forget to bring the emotional aspect into the mix. The parents will believe in their children to an extreme degree, which can put stress on the child to feel like even a B can be seen as a failure. The issue is usually that the parents communicate or deal with issues in such a serious manner that, when young, the native cannot differentiate when their parents are truly disappointed in them and when they’re not. Affection will usually be shown by example as opposed to verbally. There will be a lot of rules implemented or the native will usually attend a private, charter, all girls/boys or high profile school. The parents want nothing but the best for their child, but tend to go overboard and end up dropping a lot of pressure and giving their children forms of performance anxiety by accident. Due to pressures or how strict the household is, the native will learn how to sneak around their guardians at an early age. If you know someone with a Capricorn fourth house, there is a high chance they know various tricks and have snuck out of the house more times than they can count. They may not be rebellious by nature, but the restrictions that are placed on them give the native a chance to get creative which may help them later on in life.

Aquarius: The natives who will end up maturing themselves without realizing. When you have Aquarius sitting in the fourth house, there will always be a quality that makes you stand out from those around you. You could either be a foreigner, your traditions are unique, the familial roles within your home aren’t the standard, etc. It can relate to Sagittarius in a way, except where people will either be enamored or flock to Sagittarius, they will point or stare at Aquarius. This can also manifest in smaller ways such as one guardian working night/erratic shifts, not celebrating holidays, different displays of affection, etc. Regardless, the native will soon become aware of how different they are to their classmates. Pisces: Those having Pisces over their fourth house might have a loose grasp of their childhood memories. There’s a very caring and soft energy to be felt for natives that have this sign here. There’s a possibility that they could have been coddled in their younger years in some way as well. Caretakers will view the native as someone who is very sensitive or they will have their own made up perception of them. So the native might be someone who isn’t excitable but still sociable, however that will be twisted into being shy or closed off when described by their guardian. For those who are sensitive, the side effect of them being sheltered is very high. If the native doesn’t go out of their way to experience life themselves, breaking free of their parent’s grasp will happen later in life. They could be well aware of the difficult circumstances of their past but still wash over them with a ‘it wasn’t so bad’ smile. There is a martyrdom that comes with Pisces where if their family is happy, then they’re happy. These kinks will be worked out at some point in their later teenage or adult years when they can no longer outrun the beast.

As someone who enjoyed these movies as a kid and still have some nostalgia for them even if they’re not my favorite, whenever I look at Gwen/Kevin I get Kiara/Kovu vibes. I feel similarly about Hunter/Willow from TOH as well. Also, Caleb and Belos are a little like Mufasa and Scar.

Girl with a strict and sheltered upbringing falls in love with a “bad boy” with a tough childhood who’s been manipulated to hate by someone, Zira/Servantis, but is redeemed by love and someone showing him kindness. Both Kovu and Kevin get facial scars at one point too.

I may be biased due to Benlie being one of my OTPs but I’ve compared them to a lot of ships. I do get some similar vibes to Simba and Nala when watching them. Julie may have not met Ben as a child but I do think had they stayed together, their dynamic as parents would be kind of similar. I headcanon she was also a troublemaking tomboy before mellowing out as a teen. It’s an average pairing but one that’s cute and wholesome nonetheless.

Both Ben and Simba are characters who went through a lot of traumatic events and were forced to grow up with a lot of responsibilities as children. Simba struggled with nightmares in the sequel and it’s implied Ben did so too when he pulled 4 all nighters in a row. Ben also felt like he had to keep secrets from Julie on his first date, worried she’d reject him, as well as having blamed himself for the deaths of people like Gwen in SOTO and being a rowdy little kid/cub. Both felt they had to live up to the image of a family member, Max/Mufasa, and slowly came into learning to be their own person.

Nala and Julie are the wiser of the two, reminding their partners of their responsibilities and encouraging them to be more open minded. Also, you cannot convince me that Ben wouldn’t be like this as a parent. The OS Ben 10,000 was a bit overprotective so I could see him trying to overcompensate after all the trouble he got himself into as a kid/teenager. Not in the gross, sexist “dad hates his daughter’s boyfriend” way. More like wanting his kid to have a normal life after seeing the negative side of his lifestyle.

In my family, it’s like I can’t do anything without a shitty half baked copy of it coming from my brother. TV shows? He has to watch them too. Friends who are at least twice his age? Too bad, his friends too in his opinion. Not even the stuff most kids find weird- therian masks and quadrobics? He’ll look like shit doing both, and won’t stop bragging about it. It feels like a mockery to my life, every time he copies me. He’s even flirted with my fucking boyfriend, who’s twice his age??? Wtf???

So as you may know, I got converse the other day. Y’know, the shoes that are popular because of art, embroidery, beads, and painting on them? That I bought specifically to do these things? My mom called it ‘ruining’ them. Like what? I’m sorry? First of all, I didn’t even do it on the fabric part of the shoe that would make it unable to be worn with the supplies I own. I painted on the white bits and the bottom. Also- I painted things that express ME. I painted trans flags, the paw lines on the top, theradelta(◯⃤), quotes, etc to express MYSELF- what I like, what makes up me, and what COMFORTS ME- and she called it ruining them. Now sure, If it were any other kind of shoe, if I hadn’t mentioned it before hand several times, if I hadn’t asked for permission, etc- I could see how it would VAGUELY be seen as that. But come on. This just felt like you were saying that my personality, beliefs, and lifestyle ruined me as a person, despite all of them being harmless. And to make matters worse, she’s even more upset because my brother who has NO sense of ‘just bc they did it doesn’t mean I have to’, decided to draw blobs that I can’t even recognize as things on his brand new Nikes.

Mine cost 20 and were an after thought. His cost 50, and he got two pairs. But when I craft on the thing I got to craft on, it’s RUINING them. Heh. Thanks, mom.
