Piper Mclean - Once one of my guy classmates jumped on my back and I flipped him over into the ground as a reflex then just walked away

Jason Grace - One of my friend's brother got into the hospital because he was wearing his headphones connected to his PC with a cable when a lightning struck into their house and I made a joke about it in hope to cheer her up (I failed)

Leo Valdez - In a summercamp my friendgroup and I wanted to make a campfire and I almost set a tree on fire. Lucky us we had a bottle of water with us just in case

Frank Zhang - From 1 to 4th grade my homeroom teacher was my relative and I just casually called her mom sometimes

Hazel Levesque - In 7th grade I threatened a guy to beat him up if he's continue being rude and in 8th grade I did tried to beat him up after he made a teacher and a few of my classmates cry. The principal told us to stop, but the guy literally ran into the principal and shoved him against a shelf because "it's none of his business to stop a fight" and then he ran out of school without any of his stuff and disappeared for half a day. We still doesn't know what he did during that time

Luke Castellan - My class hated a teacher SO MUCH that we started to write down the rude things she had done into a notebook I had. Once during a lesson the teacher said something pretty rude about us not doing our tasks so I just casually took the notebook out and started writing down what she says. Because I was sitting in the last row, the teacher only saw that I was writing and she thought I'm doing my task so she started praising me and calling me a Golden Child for being the only one who does the tasks, listens to her and has good grades and behaviour. I even got a 5 (that is equals with an A in my country) for my "work during the lesson"

Those latest Beast!Ganon concepts are really, REALLY Cool! One of my favorite aspects is that they diverge a bit more from the usual "big boar monster" design tropes that we see in canon and incorporate other elements. The wide, flat tail that almost looks amphibic or aquatic is a personal fave, together with the feet being rather wide, and the whole profile being long and low (relatively^^) to the ground makes almost look like some aquatic monster or dragon that rises out of some cursed swamp or something.

Thank you! admittedly, other than taking calamity ganons .. or just its cloud like form really, as inspiration (somewhat beast ganon from twilight princess too, which is my favorite of his canon forms), i think alot of its design is really just ... a "me" thing, i love auqatic animals and the shapes are typical for my monster designs xD (i did want it to be both familiar and different though)

while i cant possibly make an entire attack pattern for him my idea does involve motions like 'swimming' through the ground (turning the ground into malice and swimming through it? straight up burrowing but hes so strong solid stone and earth is like water to him? move this phase to a sandy area so its also a mimic of moldoras? (closest to the forgotten plateau, which is where the end fight is, would be the taobab grassland, which isnt fully sand but more similar, might do soemthign else with that place though, maybe a big horse research site))

(i also dont want all his magical moves, both in beast form and all his other ones, to depend on malice, malice is what fuels his life now, the rage and unbreakable spirit to live, to resist, to not succumb to the schemes of the queen of hyrule of his time, to not fall against this one last descendant of her, he is much more than just hatred but it is what keeps him alive even when he should not be- so as he is skilled in wielding magic, perhaps skills that have since gotten rare (like your friends being the few ones to learn some) he will AT LEAST make use of lightning, if not perhaps even more, perhaps even mirroring what your friends can do directly, just like he will mimic links shiekah tech arm once he 'reforms' his missing arm via malice/taking it from the beast form- ......... and here i go rambling about stuff that will go into the big post ...)

The baby shower was winding down and Glenn felt like it had been moderately successful. Everyone had been kind to Silver who hadn't needed to tap out at any point. For the most part the talk was good. For the most part.

With a mixture of sighing and giggling Ophelia, Koko and Elise pulled the twins up and set about figuring out the best way home. When everyone had gone Glenn felt himself hit by a wave of fatigue and was desperate for a nap. Unwilling to drag himself up the stairs he settled himself on the couch while Silver took care of the last of the dishes. When the werewolf was finished he went over and snuggled up by the sleepy spellcaster.

Silver: Did you notice how I survived that latest trial

Glenn:*smiling* I did. Did you have a good time

Silver: I don't think I'd call it good

Glenn: *sadly* Oh, I'm sorry

Silver: Oh you did nothing wrong. I think it'll just take more time to shake the feeling of unease when I'm around so many people

Glenn: You were doing so good. You haven't needed to leave for a trip since we moved here

Silver: I was talking to Ophelia for a bit and she told me, healing happens in stages

Glenn: How is it she simultaneously the most clueless person and the smartest person in the room

So Glenn napped and this time there were no bad dreams. Just him, Silver and their child hiking through various forests and meadows. When he woke up and Silver left to get the picture Glenn ran his hands over his stomach. Whoever was in there was definitely growing.

Steven checked his phone again. It was unholy-hours-at-night-o-clock, but his back was NOT agreeing with the car's seats tonight, so he's probably checked his phone twenty times tonight and every time the clock gets more and more mockingly late. He's a normal person, normal people are up at 2:53 am. This is not at all concerning and he does not need to use more of his dad's money to rent a motel! He is fine. Everything is fine.

Actually, I'd rather not do that either, I'm. Not very good at it. When I want to be, at least. I cannnn heal something? There's grass outside, should be easy enough. You're coming with me."

He grabs his phone and steps outside, rotating the camera at some grass and turning on the flash. "There, see, flora." He roughly grasps some blades and rips em out, tossing them to the side.

He didn't really think through this part, does he spit on them? That's kinda gross. He'll just...

He flips the camera and licks his palm, belatedly realizing this is even more gross, and flips around again to smear it on the dirt.

"Eugh." He scrapes the remaining grome off on the concrete as the grass regrows.

"While I'm at it, I'll just..." He sets his phone down, jumps and hovers in the air for a few seconds, summons his shield, and bubbles himself, all in quick succession.

Steven grabs his phone again. "That good enough?"

spoilers for the latest dungeon meshi ep but oh my GODDD i love marcille my pobrecita.. i think ryoko kui wrote sexism's effects on marcille really well, i think it's neat how she's a silly little guy and other people kind of underestimate her and it seems she is often down on herself about her failures or, "burdening" others in a way that feels very authentic to how it feels to be a woman and have that extra pressure of perfection to dispell suspicions of your inferiority. it's just very much the feeling i gather from it which makes marcille so relatable. and then to put another layer on it when it came out that she did black magic, she's literally A Bad Ass she is LITERALLY a Badass which makes her doubt of herself even more starkly inappropriate, and in this new episode despite the Fact that she is A Bad Ass when everyone's being a BIG MEANIE to her she's like a sad puppy when people don't let her help with revivals and like idk if i missed something but she doesn't even push back against them saying they're going to turn her in in like, a threatening way, she is just... scared. which hurt me i just wanted everyone stop being so MEAN TO HERRR my POBRECITAAAA. my dream last night was mentally tagged as "based on a movie you've seen!" and I was like "I wish that was true, because then I could rewatch it!" and so my dream doubled down on that, and after going through the whole story (which, I do appreciate that I got to see the whole story, it was very neat!), the dream shifted to 'awake' me looking the movie up on my phone to prove that it was real.

I couldn't remember the title, so I googled "audrey hempburn sleeping beauty" because it was a sleeping beauty retelling (presumably), and the lead actress was Anne Hathaway, misrecognized as Audrey Hepburn*

and of course, since I was dreaming, found the movie! I don't remember the title anymore, but I think it had both the words Love and Power in it. Also, the movie was based on a book! With a similar but slightly different title.

So I went and found the book, which I just so happened to have on hand, and started rereading the story. Also it turns out that it was the first book in a series of like five.

I made this blog mainly as a place to store art + memes for my fandoms and doodles of my original stories. I’ve posted a lot of the former, but none of the latter, so… Here you go? Have some goofy “incorrect quotes” inspired jokes of a project of mine called The Name-Oath.

Context is indented and italicized, but you can probably read through the doodles below without getting too confused if you skip it:

The first half of the actual plot is your standard fae romance starring a human woman who doesn’t realize the male lead is a supernatural creature, and just thinks he’s really into cosplaying alone in a mansion in some freaky forest. The second half is rom-com shenanigans between the divorced human woman and male lead after the world's ugliest breakup. He desperately tries to get back together at every waking moment and she just wants to hang out with her bestie Summer and raise her half-fae daughter in peace. The human woman is named Eglantine, but goes by Egg. She got stuck with the nickname during high school and decided to start going by it in an effort to have a more "average" sounding name. This did not work as intended, but it certainly helped her avoid getting her name stolen when she first met the male lead. She's something called a skipwitch. This is a whole worldbuilding thing I'm not going to get into here. The male lead is named Kieran. He is a drama king. He spent several centuries under magical house arrest. He can talk to rats. He has pretty hair. This is all you need to know about him, except maybe the fact that he's royalty. Summer is Egg's best friend, and she is the resident fae expert in her and Egg's coven. Competitive and protective of Egg. She hates Kieran's guts, and the feeling is mutual. Egg and Kieran's daughter is named Violet, but she goes by Froggy. She is a terrifying force of nature by virtue of being the offspring of a skipwitch and Unseelie prince. Enjoys microwave pizzas, her pet beta fish, video games, and getting her way. Alois is Kieran's invisible butler. He's a surprisingly talented singer.

but then they go to a fancy party/gala/smth?????? because scarlett/julian/jacks figured out chrysi was going to be there!! finally, they’ve tracked her down!! they’re going to surprise her and make her come back to lead the fates!! everything’s all coming together :3

well, jokes on them. chrysi knew they’d be coming + they’re all part of the bait for her trap for eris. thank you all for coming. you’re so easy to manipulate. also, thanks azure for being pretty (azure’s like yayyy i contributed <- is actively helping chrysi with this & has a large hand in its success 💀)

it, like, semi-works. eris is temporarily caught by azure (and she is VERY shocked he’s still alive. she put an end to this timeline—she was waiting for chrysi to die so she could put an end to it. you’re telling me she was promoted after killing azure and he’s NOT PERMANENTLY DEAD IN THIS TIMELINE??????? she’s going to get soooo demoted for this…….), but then 1) she escapes (azure’s magic isn’t quite the same, after chrysi brought him back from the dead…) and 2) chrysi starts vomiting blood. turns out keeping azure alive is taking a toll on her + every time he uses magic, he’s actively hurting her.

romantic reunion for chrysijacks!!! she threw up blood all over HIM, and he’s like ohhhhh. ewwwwwwww. okay, let’s clean ourselves up before i drag you back to valenda……
