UPDATES ARE EVERY MONDAY- UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE!
I drew some basic art to celebrate It's official release!(I'm a better writer than artist LOL)

Before The Coffee Gets Cold By Toshikazu Kawaguchi
Tumblr media
"And if the chair can change someone's heart, it clearly has it’s purpose.
But with her cool expression, she will say,'Drink the coffee before it gets cold.'"
I didn’t plan to write this with a condensed glass of iced coffee by my side. And I swear the Sun was out even a second ago,but suddenly it's raining. Perfect time to write about this particular book.If I had to review this book, I would have to review my own emotions. So lets erase the review part and just talk about whatever comes first in my never ending train of thoughts.
The characters. This definitely was a character based book. I was skeptical about the short story styled chapters but it all turned out to be about the same people and it made me get comfortable with the people of the book (Or shall I say cafe). We had enough time to know about certain characters even outside of their designated chapters and I found it to be a very cool way of keeping us readers engaged. And it certainly had me add all four of the books to my wishlist.
I hadn’t expected the eerie vibes. The woman in the white dress, the three clocks showing three different times or Kazu. After finishing the book I found myself wondering about Kazu's story. I bet Mr. Kawaguchi did that intentionally. I'd feel very cool if the first story of the next book is about her. Or maybe the last story. See, this is what the book kept doing to me. Got me wondering how it all would work out in the end. And at times I regretted seeing what was coming.
'Husband And Wife' was probably one of the saddest things I've read in a very long time. Got me all teary on a local bus. This book really chose the best times to travel to. I loved the detailing of the stories. The exact thoughts of the traveller before taking the first sip of the coffee. But right when you think you're getting to see where they travelled to,you are taken back to the choices they made to have ended up in that very situation. And in that way,you get to travel with them too. I loved to see a pattern here and again,it makes me eager to read all the other stories even more.
Oh and I got to meet Miki. But not with the excitement of knowing about her for the very first time, unfortunately. 'Mother and Child' was another heart wrencher. Didn’t think this little book would have such big emotions packed in it. I guess that’s why people love it so much.
I wish to be familiar with all the characters by the end of the series. Starting with Kazu and why she believes in the power of that seat even with all the seemingly annoying rules that come along with it. Or more of Hirai and how she is dealing with her family back home. More of Kohtake and her wish to be called Mrs Fusagi. Or Fumiko and the guy who keeps touching his eyebrow when he is stressed. And of course, about Nagare and little madame Miki. Oh and also the woman in the white dress too. That creepy lady must have a sad story as well.
I loved the style of this book and the ease of reading it. Books like these are definitely helping with my ability to focus on one task for a long time so yay. Am going through my Japanese literature era right now so that's what i'll talk about for the next few months. Initial rating for this one would be an 8.5/10. Bye.

Youtube recommeded to me a song called 'I Think I Like When It Rains' by Willis and it's very good. I listened through all their LOCALS and it's nice listening.
Anyway, I now notice it being used in shorts often and I'm wondering: is this the frequency illusion or did everyone else get suggested it aswell and liked it so much it became the new song to put into all the TikToks?
It is a good song, though. Listen.

I have come to the decision to rename my fanfic(I dislike how long the name is!)
I've elected to name it Moonlight Sonata(my favorite Beethoven piece) and that is the name it shall be!
In other news, the art I commissioned from maximchik on Fiverr is coming along amazingly. This is your only hint as to who may own Alastor's soul in my story.
Their magic is blue! ♡

kacchan telling izuku that his body moved on his own is fucking crazy. like not only did kacchan remember izuku saying that all the way back from the sludge-villain incident but he’s also confirming that izuku’s crazy, boarder-line suicidal intensity is a two way street. it’s not just izuku who is insane about kacchan it’s mutual insanity. kacchan’s body moved on its own. he was helpless but to throw himself into the line of fire when he saw izuku was in danger. he didn’t think about it. he didn’t choose to do it. he didn’t have a choice. it was as if izuku was a piece of his own soul. katsuki instinctually needed to protect him above all else, even at the cost of his own life

I always forget that autodesk sketchbook has a timelapse option 😔✌️
I am the type of artist who sketches everything on the same layer and would rather clean the sketch endlessly than do lineart. My friends always say I'm a madman for doing that but it's just so relaxing to me they don't get me
Here's the final sketch btw

Got ideas. Dust and Killer are both crows/magpies, Horror's a harpy egal, Nightmare's a falcon- honestly not sure what bird would fit him cause I'm kinda scared of birds ngl
Anon don't even get me fucking started on harpies I WILL sit you all down and make you listen to me talk for hours about my bird headcanons.
Dust has always struck me as having the wings of a goshawk. A solitary, silent hunter, agile and terrifying, waiting for the perfect moment then striking with frightening precision but ferocious power. Beautiful steely grey wings too - look up "goshawk eyes" and you'll be in for a treat. The dust gathered in his wings makes them very soft to the touch.
Tumblr media
Horror is a big beautiful vulture. A large and powerful bird that picks bones clean - and eats the bones too, if that option is available. He might smell a little (the stench of blood and meat clings to every feather), but I imagine he'd be the nicest of them all to cuddle. He fluffs up when you give him affection.
Tumblr media
Killer has always given me kestrel vibes. A little smaller than the others but no less effective, far more energetic and active, alarmingly fast, using speed and precision to overwhelm opponents rather than needing brute force. The black and white wing pattern matches him, too. He has a habit of cooing like a dove when you're nice to him.
Tumblr media
Also... Kestrels have the same 'tear tracks' as Killer. I feel like this bird was made for him.
Tumblr media
Nightmare... an owl. Obviously. The big, beautiful midnight black wings of an owl. He rarely flies, but when he does, he's as silent as death. No one ever sees him coming.
Once, he probably had wings more like this. Beautiful soft plumage. But the miasma has sunk deep into every feather, and now, they're black with an oil-like sheen.
