The ex-admin for Dansir, Lapin, and Sk8ter (a penguin) came out on Twitter with her experience as a QSMP admin and it’s very grim. The user is @/Leasagne_ on Twitter.

I’m gonna try my best to translate from French :

1st Tweet : « Imagine having the first multilingual minecraft server in the world and paying your staff 150€/month and threatening to sue them if they complain. »

2nd Tweet: «  «You signed an NDA blablabla if you speak we’ll sue you. » Yeah Yeah, sure. They think they can gift me a toy and i’ll forgive them and shut my mouth. They don’t know who they are facing »

She then tweeted art she made for QSMP that she hasn’t been paid for. This include for exemple a Rose drawing, a Lucy drawing and the Techno fanart from Dia de los muertos event.

4th tweet : « Everyone is burnt out in their entreprise but it’s not a problem bc no one can talk or they risk getting sued. »

She then make a serie of tweets explaining why they got fired : « During a stream, Aypierre leaked my name, thanks dude, they saw that i was talking to him on discord, which is a FORBIDDEN THING. I was then accused of leaking things to him, bc on the screenshot, i was talking about DDOSon the server which is considered sensitive information. There was then an investigation on me, which i said was useless as I didn’t have anything to hide and was ready to answer all their questions. -Said that Empanada wasn’t supposed to be killed that day, it was an accident.

-Said that Pomme’s death, which was reversed, was forced so that « Baghera would have a tragic reaction »

-Said that the QSMP admin staff are all wonderful people with good dynamics, higher ups are the problem.

-Said that she believes Quackity isn’t aware that this is happening.

-Said that now QSMP ccs are aware that this is happening and want to discuss it with the admins.

ive talked about it before but i wanna talk about it again and that's

body types in drawing especially in terms of one piece characters

and i know its because official art presents them all the same but it just does not feel right to me, y'know? especially when i look at fanart and it looks like they just drew the same body multiple times with different faces (talent in that yes but god change it up a bit PLEASE)

like with my style i like to draw semi-realistic cartoon type beat, and that means im thinking about an abstract of shape language in the way that i present the characters. i consider their fighting styles and workouts when i think about what their body type would be, not just for op ive done this with mha and jjk characters too because god dammit gege, maki deserves bulkier muscles for her efforts

so here it is. my analysis of more semi-realistic designs for these characters. all my opinion and not meant to be a call out to anyone.

also, not including the women because we all know how unrealistic they look and i dont need to explain that to you im begging just use reference.

LUFFY

rubberhose arms are ESSENTIAL in his design so when i draw him, i never put too much definition in his muscles. real definition should be reserved for gears that alter his muscles

noodly arms and stick ass legs that is his Charm thank you i dont need super definition

ZORO

on the opposite end of the spectrum, zoro.

though, i see many people draw him more bodybuilder silhouette when he should be powerlifter silhouette, youve SEEN how this man works out. stereotypical bodybuilder physique that's all muscle and no fat is EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY TO MAINTAIN and you know theres no damn way sanjis letting someone on the ship watch their weight for the sake of visuals. he should be defined and bulky, but softer edges on the abs.

USOPP

Speaking first on pre ts, what does he excel at most? long range weapons and running.

obviously he gets proper strength training during timeskip, but i really think the best representative for him is olympic sprinters

i see him drawn w the same physique as Zoro and it just feels so wrong. he doesnt train his upper body, so most of his definition would be in his core and legs. not to mention his flexibility tracks with that.

maybe ill come back with a figure study on these later to fully show how it translates into my drawings but. for now. tumblr wont let me add any more images to this post

I think the reason jensen “can’t win” when it comes to destiel is his own fault. Like people are justified to be a little weary of jensen comments on destiel because of his past comments and remarks. Obviously it was a while ago but you can’t expect people to take what you say in good faith when you never had any before

not to be an asshole but this sounds like a bit of a skill issue. if you think one or two comments made years ago hold more weight than everything he's said and done in the time since, then i don't know what to tell you. i'm certainly not going to tell you that you have to get over something that hurt you (and i really do get why people are hurt by some of the things he's said and i'm not going to defend those things), but i am going to say that if you sincerely can't get past it, then you might need to move on from supernatural in general, because it doesn't seem like you're having any fun now and it seems unlikely that you will have any in the future.

because here's the thing: i do think you can expect people to take what you say in good faith when you've been acting in good faith for years now.

and he has been! he's been doing things like talking about how the more affectionate and/or emotional ways he plays dean specifically with cas get cut, talking with glee about the handprint, sending reaction videos to the confession back and forth between him and misha, liking tweets related specifically to the confession, complimenting misha's performance, calling dean's monologue in the trap his "confession," wanting to have the confession in despair filmed on his phone, being most excited for dean's storyline with cas in the last season, saying that dean should have told cas he loved him too, saying dean's biggest regret is that he couldn't save cas, creating a production company with a mission statement about diversity and then actually delivering on that, talking positively about a destiel reunion and how he wants to see that, the bajillion reports about how happy he is to sign destiel/queer dean fanart and do destiel/queer dean photo ops, etc.

the fact that he's even expressly acknowledged that he didn't handle everything perfectly in the past and is clearly trying to do better.

like, at a certain point if you are not taking what he says in good faith, it actually is on you. it's a choice you've made.

I saw a random twitter post abt wriolette yesterday and it made a really good point so I wanna talk about it.

It basically said that even though when neuvilette first appeared on 4.0 the fanart depicted him as this op guy who had a kind heart as soon as wriothesley dropped in 4.1 everyone was super quick to feminise neuvilette and turn him into a sensitive frail man. Because God forbid two strong manly men are shipped together we just HAVE to assign them gender roles.

I think that sensitive neuvilette is a nice concept as long as wriothesley is also shown to have weaknesses and sensitivities. I feel like Canon wise neuvilette would only really show his vulnerable side in very private moments, same goes for Wriothesley, so this mischaracterisation doesn't sit right with me.

Getting into the Percy Jackson books in my old ass age was a mistake. I should have read them in highschool when they were popular. I even knew that at the time. But i figured, hey, better late than never. Wrong

everything about this series is written in such a way that I need some kind of consensus on what the fuck are we thinking about it. Like Percy, bless him, is such an unreliable narrator. And i know what he's missing most the time. it's not subtle. but there's nuance. And there's huge fucking concepts that just aren't being explored by the characters because they're fucking 12 and aren't thinking that critically about it yet. And i neeeed to know what the fandom consensus on some of this is.

I can smell the fanblogs, deviantart, and decade old discussions all over this series. It was literally written for preteens with access to the young internet the way it used to be. And you might be saying, "duh, OP, if all these discussions are already out there why not look them up and do the reading yourself? Isn't that how you get into any fandom?" And your right, i would with any other series. Except that every time I look at a PJO tag there is a slew of characters, prominently displayed, that I haven't even met yet. And that was fine when I was reading the first book. I kept thinking every single time I started a new one, surely this is when I'll meet the missing kids. Then i won't have to worry so much about spoiling it. Right? RIGHT??

Surely Annabeth, Percy and Grover can only go on so many quests by themselves before we get the whole crew involved. Fucking loud buzzer noise on that one. I mean I'm glad we have Tyson now but shit guys. It's just been these fuckin guys the whole time. We get maybe one new character a book and half of them die... Then I thought oh, the war is coming surely we need a bunch of characters to fight in that. HA yeah, not any of the crew though. Well we got Nico but other than that. I don't know these people. I have never even seen fanart of them. Where is this Will guy at? huh? Where's That Blonde boy, Jason i think?? WHere they at?? What the fuck is up with the purple camp shirts? The 7??? what is the 7??? I ain't even seeing fanart of Clarisse and she's been in every book but i can't escape the emo boy and his blonde boyfriend....

I can't even glance at the pjo tag without incomprehensible spoilers staring back at me.

I am six fucking books into this series and there is no sign of the MOST POPULAR CHARACTERS. How many of these books do I have to read just to be able to talk to you people???
