Paimon always shares his food with you, It is His love language He doesn't let anyone else do it but you. Sometimes he'll order big sizes just so you can eat it together. Paimon will even feed you.

Paimon loves to do those couples challenges with you. every time they find a new one they get so happy and then text you sending you the link to it and asks if you want to do it with them the next time you come over.

A very overworked demon as much as your heartbeat turns him on it also calms him down when he lays against your chest he starts falling asleep.

Sitri is very touch starved He loves when you calm your hands through his hair melting into your touch and when you pull away he whimpers asking why you stopped.

Yes he does get annoyed when Leraye is hogging your attention but to be honest he's kind of happy that Leraye And you get along so well he hopes he could take care of you and you can take care of him part of him kind of hope you will choose him. Leraye is it good demon.

Zagen

Zagen is a really good artist, when he's bored he doodles for fun and those doodles look like works of art. During a meeting Zagen and Belial started doodling on a piece of paper. Despite Belial's crappy drawings Zagen says they're absolutely amazing and Belial should draw more so now they draw together! Zagen Even teaches Belial some art techniques and he's getting better Zagen is so proud! Leraye and Zagen still go to the gym together.

Zagen even though his rank is lower he still feels like a big brother to all of the other devils. He's very stoic protective yet caring and sweet. Zagen is a gentle giant. He may look scary but he's actually pretty shy. One compliment and his face is turning red, trying to hide that blushing face.

Zagen always reminds you to eat, He wants you to be strong by eating healthy. He knows how to cook because he makes his own healthy meals. You will never go hungry when he's around and he is happy to cook for you.

Astaroth

Instead of texting which he does do sometimes, He sends letters to you. Some of them are rather... Spicy, but all of them are filled with poetic and lovely words that make your heart flutter. It feels as though you are in the middle ages getting a love letter from your beloved fiance. Every word drips with love and you could practically feel the emotion on the paper. He even puts a little wax stamp on it before sending it to you the letter isn't an envelope smelling of his cologne.

Astaroth imagine is himself as the main character and you as love interest when he reads romantic novels. You can't help but imagine the two of you in those lovely situations sometimes he even writes it himself.

When he does text you he pours his heart out in a longing text. Telling you how much he longs for you. How his heart aches when he's not near you. How he feels as though he has lost without your touch. He knows just what to make you swoon.

hi :) an update and reintroduction to myself, since its been a long time and things are different now

a lot of very big life-changing things have happened to me since i've been away, some very bad, some very good, all very hard stuff to go through. i moved to another country(!), got married to my partner and best friend of 7 years (!!), and im currently in the process of filing for immigration(!!!). ive also been grappling with mental and physical health issues that, for now at least, need to be managed without professional help which makes the challenging things even harder. but im here, im alive. imperfect, with a lot i need to work on, but im still trying and my life is several lightyears away from what it used to be. ive finally landed where im gonna stay, and now i can finally recover with the stable ground ive been without for my entire life.

ive been wanting to find a way to come back to social media after abstaining for over a year now aside from checking in now and then, and i had this sort of self-imposed pressure to make it something Significant with beautiful artwork to announce my return and signify how hard ive been working on recovering mentally emotionally physically and artistically. so i kept delaying it because nothing ive been making seemed amazing or groundbreaking enough to warrant all the fuss, and in the process depriving myself of basic human interaction because i didnt feel good enough about myself to show up empty-handed. however i now realise that that impulse was the same sort of mentality that got me so catastrophically burnt out so many times before, that my creativity and artistic output is a commodity that needs to meet a certain level of quality to justify it's existence to others, and all i could do was pray that people like it enough to keep paying attention to me. im trying to break out of that, and as such i have nothing to give you other than myself. im not a content creator, i am simply a person who creates.

ive done a lot of reflection on what is important to me this past year, and currently im in a state of flux and change and adjustment in all aspects of my life. ive basically restarted my entire artistic journey and im starting over from scratch in order to make my art something I both love to look at and love making, and neither of those things have been true for many years now. the same goes for how I presented myself and interacted with others during my time on social media, and I understand now what it means when people say "you teach people how to treat you"; it took me a long time to realise that I was unhappy with how people treated me, and that was a direct result of me constantly enabling specific behavior simply because it gave me positive attention (even if it was at my expense most of the time, people-pleasing habits die hard). from now on going forward, i want to give myself the respect i deserve, and be better about establishing healthy boundaries without being the isolated recluse ive become in the past year.

actually, for the holiday, let me infodump about this very aspect of my brain to anyone who isnt aware how this works for me. (also every autistic person is different, so this is just how this symptom manifests in me)

ill say "phases" to simplify, though thats an unfair word because it implies im "over" my past phases. 99% of my past phases are pretty much there for life, but in the back of my mind. (So long as I didnt have a "bad breakup" with it for some reason, which is rare but happens) The ability to become a raving lunatic about it is dormant until someone asks the right question.

There can only be one interest (sometimes 2, with one being the less dominant one) at the forefront of my brain at a time, though. that defines the "phase".

so for example, my recent Halloween phase is "over" and I am 100% fully into Saw now, but I still absolutely love Halloween and Michael and Jason and all those guys. as evident by me still happily sharing gifsets and art and buying merch etc if it tickles my fancy. They're just hanging out in the background of my mental display case.

yea whoever follows my tumblr for a very long time has watched it happen in realtime. the transition between interests. i know for a fact which phase I started this blog on. if you're here from the beginning, youve seen, in order:

-Durarara!! -Deus Ex -Supernatural -Godzilla -Detroit: Become Human -There was like a few weeks where it was HLVRAI -And then it was plants. There was a year-long stretch with no Special Interest and I was latching onto odd things (and I was very inactive here) -Halloween & Friday the 13th -and now, Saw

I have many other things I love, but they don't clamp around my brain in quite the same extreme way.

my phases can last any amount of time, anywhere from a few short intense months to 5+ years, its completely random, completely unpredictable. even the interest itself is impossible to predict. its not something i choose, its something that happens to me.

sometimes i avoid watching things for a long time because im still very emotionally attached to my current phase and im genuinely afraid the shiny new thing will replace it. all art or fic ideas for the previous phase? theyll be abandoned. all I will want to create will be related to the new thing. (though I will sometimes draw it anyway, like digging up old toys to play with once in a while. The likelihood just drops considerably)

which is why right now i pretty much put a pause on the other franchises I plan on watching. I'm genuinely gripping onto Saw like someone is tryin to take it from me.

and then sometimes im like "haha yeah right. ill be fine. ill eat my shoe if my brain latches to this" and then put on the movie and by the credits roll im a new person (yes thats what happened with Saw. I really had no idea.)

this is also why im terrified of even just "checking out" things that have, like, a toxic fanbase or something, because i cant stop a new phase from happening if it does. and its really hard to keep it to myself, fuck

Don't you think that the goth mystery (mostly gothic vibes) in black Butler is slowly dieing or fading away? Both in anime and manga?

Like man I miss the beginning art style of Yana where she made Sebastian a stick telephone pole and gave everybody those sharp features. I miss that old Ciel too. I know yana's art style has been improving over the years. Still. Nowadays it feels like Sebastrash got blunt and blunt (Yana may have said that she would try to draw Sebastian as yuuta furukawa), but even Ciel got his sharp features taken away :(. Still manga art style got more detailed and is cool I guess.

Anime, however, like what happened? How did we go from lacrimosa/monochrome kiss to this? All those other times, I was upset that bom and bota didn't have any opening although bota got a nice chill ending song by sid. But now I regret us having that Season 4 opening. It neither foreshadows anything or is that much eye-catching or badass and the opening song isn't even memorable either.

Anime Openings don't need to foreshadow all the time but I believe that openings should be attractive, making the characters look at their best and badass, in order to convince or encourage people to give that anime a try but this opening was so average or below than that. I feel like it didn't give black Butler a Justice. It barely showed Sebastian and it felt like the producers didn't even know what to put into that opening sequence which is y they just randomly put titan or whatever, Ciel always being in that white shirt (although this arc isn't even about his past) and even worse, even though the ending song by sid was better than that opening (still it wasn't the best of Sid as monochrome kiss, boc enamel song and bota song was obviously more better) yet the ending was mostly focused on one scene which was taking most of the ending sequence, that is, Ciel falling. The soundtracks that we heard so far in season 4 is so mid. Like I miss that waltz gothic soundtrack from season 1(⁠༎ຶ⁠ ⁠෴⁠ ⁠༎ຶ⁠).

I felt like they couldn't make the opening look badass but they made it even worse by giving an ending sequence that was kinda romanticizing Ciel and Sebastian's relationship. It just rubbed me in the wrong way. If they managed to give a good opening and then did some fan service for the ending, it could be okay, but they couldn't pull out a good opening yet gave a gayish ending. The ending still had the potential to be great since it had those amazing school scenes. They were pretty except Ciel and Sebastian falling endlessly lol.

I just feel bad. Yeah I'm just grumbling but ... It's kinda sad when I look back and I saw Sebastian looking like a vampire with pale skin, sharp features, red eyes, Ciel having black hair and dark blue eyes which were captivating in the anime but now they r all gone. I still think it was unforgivable how they changed Ciel and Sebastian's anime looks and colors over and over, how they made Ciel look smaller in boc, bota, compared to season 1 looks, then how they changed ciel's eye and hair color from black to blueish grey and now greyish black and especially for what they did to Sebastian, also let's not forget about what they did to Vincent's eye color, giving him an ugly hazel eye color in boc.

I know that Shiba who drew black Butler till bota is unfortunately not here anymore 💔, studio has changed, cloverworks is probably better than aniplex since usually cloverworks make anime seasons faster than aniplex maybe (aniplex was putting bb on hold for freaking 7 years). I'm grateful that cloverworks choose to produce bb as they r faithfully adapting the manga without skipping any scenes (compared to rest of the previous seasons that we got), they also didn't change any scenes (unless it's absolutely necessary).

I also understand when people say that they think this animation is better than the previous seasons but animation and character art styles r 2 different things. Animation is definitely smooth and good although sometimes I feel like there isn't enough movement like there should be (sometimes it gives me slideshow vibes) and even season 2 (the hated uncanon season) had better cool looking opening and sad ending song and sequence lol.

But I guess we can't have everything perfect like we expect anyways. I'm glad that we still got season 4 with no unnecessary changing things or removing scenes and hopefully would get the rest arcs animated. I just needed to rant to get some of my frustrations out and to also know that how do you feel about it? 🙂‍↔️

When it comes to Yana's art, I feel like it's been steadily improving and I enjoyed the Campania and Weston arcs' style a lot. Nowadays, I feel most drawn faces and eyes are rounder than it used to be, but I still enjoy it better than the first volumes when Seb was, to quote you, a stick telephone pole. :)

However, unfortunately, as someone who's not very knowledgeable about the anime, to say nothing of my dislike for most of the different adaptations, I'm not sure I'll be able to discuss this subject at length. :/

Overall, for me, the anime never really managed a proper translation of Yana's artwork in animated adaptation, though, from the few episodes I watched of the Weston arc, I find this season looks definitely better. :)

Lastly, no, I don't think the goth mystery vibes are missing from the story compared to before. If anything, I feel it's getting darker. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

1) i cant really choose a favorite piece, if i had to choose it would be a 3 part comic i havent posted yet because its based on a friend's writing, and its one one of my top favorite pieces, but the few above are among the few rendered pieces i like. also im a bigger fan of my animated work than artwork, but i should try to finish pieces more often

2) i dont think i bother with how much traction my artwork receives, i usually just throw stuff out there and leave, if i ever do check, i read tags and that’s about it, if i find even a single positive tag about how much they enjoy my post, its a good enough win for me

I woke up in the undersea metro sometime in 2019... I barely remembered anything about my old life... not even my own name, like many before me. I was designated as 'Subject 13113'... the 3,105th to escape after an 'Agent 8' had eliminated the threat that was awaiting octolings like me trying to escape and find new life on the surface..... After a lifetime of darkness and fear, I found myself in the middle of 'Inkopolis Square'... a beautiful, colorful, safe space. I was scared, only 14 at the time, and I couldn't speak a lick of Inklish, so I didn't have any way to communicate... but, I was still welcomed with open arms by most people. The years passed by, I grew as they did. I got my own place, made a couple friends, and I was able to get a job at a start-up called 'Grizz Co.' But even though I should've been happy and content.... I wasn't. I dealt with anxiety and depression daily... Living on the surface wasn't as ideal as I thought it would be. It was still lightyears better than below the surface, but it wasn't the 'fix-all' I hoped it would be.

I just ignored the feelings. Instead, I focused on other things. I got a piercing. Then two. Then, uh... eight. I also tried a bunch of different hairstyles. ... some were.... better than others.

I found Lil' Buddy Well, more he found me... He bit on and would not let go until I caved and brought him home. Around this time is when Splatsville started getting popular. More and more Inkfish began moving there, to the point that the Turfwar Bureau re-opened the official hub there. The Square is my home, nothing will change that... but, I figured it'd be good to explore more of what the world had to offer.

So, I packed my things... and I moved. Even if I had changed my mind, the trains broke down shortly after I arrived in Splatsville, so I kinda had no choice.... and BOY was it different from the Square!

It was... is... an insanely amazing place. So many different sights and smells and sounds... Wayyyy different than the Square. Really the only thing I don't like is the heat. But that can easily be forgotten with one of those drinks from the Lobby... which come in bags! They're like little burst-bombs of flavorful refreshment! I, ah, I'm getting off topic...

After that, well... I'm actually pretty sure I'm not supposed to share this, but let's just say life seems to just keep getting crazier and crazier... You're all welcome, by the way.... er, for no particular reason... I played in splatfests, made even more friends (who are way, way cooler than me), and even took up making music in my free time, in addition to digital art... and, uh, programming.... maybe I should cool it on the creative endeavors....

And now, suddenly, I'm almost 20. "Past, Present, or Future?" That's the theme of... probably the biggest splatfest in history. All three teams are valid options, I believe. But I already know which one I'm choosing. The Present. I know, I know, so many people are only choosing it because Off the Hook are repping it. That's not why I'm choosing it, though. ... Well, not the main reason, at least, OtH are my favorite artists though. The Past is murky and unpleasant to think about. The Future is bright, but uncertain, always changing. The Present... that's what's most important to me. It's the intersection. We learn from the Past, to work towards a better Future, right in the Here and Now.

I have spent so much time aching over the past, what my old life was... lamenting the things I can't remember, and regretting the things I do. I've spent just as much time anxiously worrying about what will happen in the future. To me, to my friends, to the world... But in the present, I can do things. Change things. I can heal and laugh and breathe. And I'm trying to do just that. I'm finally starting to address those bad feelings I've been bottling up for so long. Yeah, it's no swim in the ink, but I'm finally feeling... Alive. Happy. Content. And about damn time, ha!

I don't know what life has in store for me, but I know this: I am going to live every single moment of it. Thank you Everyone

Some thoughts about the migration

Seriously thinking in just nuking my Twitter account or just stopping using it  after what has been happening, there are a number of reasons I just prefer to get out of there, this includes:

Of the 3k people following me on twitter, only 20 or just 10 (sometimes lower) interacts with my tweets.

I’ve had very nasty interactions with people there.

There has been absolutely no replies nor responses other than already my twitter circle and friends. I seriously considered I am just bad at art, and I know is not the case.

I can not promote: patreon, kofi, commissions, without bots and scammers getting in my DM or replies, is just exhahusting to have to censor the words every time.

Follow x Follow doesn’t even work in the art community without several scammers getting into line, and in the end, just 5% of those “artists” support each other. If you unfollow anyone because you want to clean your timeline, they will just stop supporting you.

Is difficult to me to manage SEVERAL accounts, I have Instagram, facebook (already thinking in nuking these two as well), Tumblr, DA, ArtStation, Mastodon, Kofi, Patreon, Artfold, Inkblot, Cara... did I miss something else?

The algorithm absolutely fucked me over, if you are not blue, you are basically invisible, pushed lower in the timeline and feed of your own followers. I have had to rt my own art several times for people to get to see it, sometimes I think I am shadowbanned because I just tweet something and I don’t see it in my OWN timeline

Everyone is migrating, absolutely everyone, I noticed artists tweeting less and less, some fortunate professional artists got bsky accounts now and are getting good number there while other minor artists are still in the waitlist.

Now, I’m trying not to be pessimist, but right now it feels like using the birdapp is just useless. I’m just retweeting art from other people because tweeting my own art feels like nothing, and I like to support people, I really do because they are amazing, but feeling invisible due to the algorithm + passive shadowban is just depressing.

As I mentioned above, I’m in other places, Mastodon is one of them, and I KNOW people feels intimidated by it + doesn’t understand wtf is all about, thinks is some tech savvy thing or worse, thinks is full of nazis or extremists when it all depends on the Instance you choose (and most mayor instances have blocked radicalized/extremists ones), but you just have to sign up to ONE instance focused in art (socel.net is mine focused in art and animation, mastodon.art is the one artists are using the most) and you have access to the whole Fediverse, and Mastodon has several other apps you can access to, I recommend Megalodon in the Playstore. Is that simple.

Cassmire: The Loyal Sword

Currently on chapter 67.

Overall Rank: 9/10

This Manhwa is one of my personal favorites, with a story about Cassmire, the lead, risking her life becoming a mercenary to get the medicine her younger sister, Aria, needs to live. Through an accident where she hit her head Cassmire she regains memories of her past life and a story where her sister is the lead character. Though she used to be the villainess in the og story she sticks with her sister and will do anything to help her. Past this point I will be talking about spoilers and specifics of the story so you are warned.

From here I will be breaking down the story in 3 main categorizes and just talking about things I really want to touch on overall.

Firstly the art: 10/10: I dont care that some of the costume choices are interesting, I've heard a lot of people complain about BDSM wear but it honestly isnt that bad. No, the reason this gets a 10/10 is Cassmires design, like she has muscles are scars and looks hot as fuck like look at her.

I am gay and love muscle women and it is very lacking in this genre so it is really good to see. And she is also very cute on top of it. But overall the art is good to look at and has amazing character design for all of the cast as well.

Story 8/10: This one is hard to quantify as we still haven't really gotten into the meat of the story. There some talk about things that happen later in the story like how in the og story Aria saves the world we haven't gotten into anything that bad yet. Though that might make it seem slow it really isn't, the story has more been focused on character moments and while things go off the rails it doesn't seem to be world ending yet. I have quite enjoyed the most recent aspects of the story, it is good to see both the main characters flaws and her strength all in the couple chapters.

Characters 8/10: This was the hardest one for me to choose a rating for as I love Cassmire she is one of my favorite protags, she has so many good moments and has and sticks to her morals to help people. My only issue is how they weaken her by making her overly reliant on her aura but even that makes sense. And her relationship with her family is just so good to see. I love how ruthless her sister is in defending her and how her brother cares about her and how they fight like real siblings. And how her dad cares about all his kids in his own way and just wants to support and help her and it just so sweet and they all care about each other so much and that's the shit I love to see I love a good family dynamic. The reason this is an 8/10 and not a 10/10 is because of all the ml's. They are all kinda mid it is just the same troupe over and over again and I get it shes kind she saves people but 4 dudes and they are all the ml's from the og story. And I dislike all the hair color changes it doesn't make sense also they are boring. Also none of the leads have good chemistry with Cassmire, they are all cowards who won't talk to her about what they are feeling. I hate them all have open secrets and not talk with each other, but this is a me thing I know I have seen people like these ml she doesn't really seem to have chemistry with any of them. This story would get a 10/10 if she ends up with no one and just lives happily with her family but it probably just me who thanks this.

With all these combined this overall story is a 9/10, a beautiful story with an amazing main character and her family but the weak ml's stop this story from being a true 10/10. Thank you for reading my unedited review have a great day.

The old married couple who's healthy, Enies Lobby (and all their appearances) are their propaganda really.

It’s all about the maturity!

Their dynamic is perfect and their pasts are so similar. I love the chemistry between them as well as their introduction that helped build the connection and shared history they already have.

they are THE t4t bi4bi ship | franky telling robin "existing is not a crime" immediately puts this at number one for me | they are opposites (bright and loud + quiet and goth) but also they're both so eccentric and silly <3 | THEY WEAR MATCHING OUTFITS

They are STILL the Mom and the Dad of the Straw Hats, this is the one thing I don't care what Oda says <3 Also their interactions in Enies Lobby and Thriller Bark are amazing.

In my eyes, they are married. Some of my favorite character interactions in the manga/anime and in official art.

Remember when Franky was in Chopper's body in Punk Hazard and every time he spoke Robin was like "Franky. Stop talking. Do not talk while you're in Chopper's body."

Look. It's Franky and Robin. Literally the only two characters that make sense to ship on the Sunny. Their arcs are inextricably intertwined (water7/enies lobby). I cracked and caught up with the english translation of wet sand and I have so many conflicting feelings about it... going to slap a read more on this to not word vomit all over your dash 🤠

Even though I originally dropped it rather early on bcs the love triangle angle was too painful for me, I could not get them out of my head so I've been sort of keeping tabs on the story out of the corner of my eye to see if it would be safe coming back.

What broke me out of my self-imposed safety prison was largely twt discussions regarding translation errors + spoilers from upcoming chapters and skjdgakhgsdhksa-- I'll just be forever sad that the english translation is missing a lot of important context and nuance and the knowledge that unless you either speak korean or look up fandom analysis/discussion, you might never know what you're missing out on. I think particularly TJ suffers from mischaracterisation since he comes off as a lot meaner than he actually is when they drop all his endearments and they choose the worst literal translation of what YW says to/about him... No wonder so many eng-speaking fans think TJ is horrible and Jo is the greenest flag (but what will they think about the things that come afterrrrr ch 52 I can't wait to seeeee aaaaahhhhh) NVM the official english print release that was just announced is retranslated and Doyak looked it over to make sure 🥺 I feel bad for her having to deal with this fandom tbh but I'm also so grateful 😭

I'm such a sucker for characters that display deep, unwavering devotion and the more they reveal of TJ and YW's past the worse it gets 😭 It's so unfair many people will just take it at face value as "generic bl with toxic ml/mc/green flag ml with nice art & smut but shallow characters" bcs of translation!!! The way the author touches on things like trauma and its effect on people, the many different shapes of love, the difficulty of overcoming yourself.... I love it so much 🥺💕

Doyak's visual storytelling is amazing (I'm not that good at picking out themes, parallels etc but I love reading other people's analysis), and the more I read the more I realise this story is so much deeper than I initially thought. It's really a shame it will be deemed a niche work since it's a BL series, but it would also not be possible to tell this sort of story if it wasn't a BL series.

Some spoilers: I originally said I came back because I regained faith in TJ/YW but there are still obstacles to be overcome if that point is to be reached. Still, after ch 52, I am almost certain it can't be Jo. TJ has sacrificed everything for YW and has shaped his entire life around him. It's a mutually codependent and complicated love born from their circumstances back then/over time, but I think Jo as the catalyst for them breaking out of their toxic loop is the answer... They have both done things to eachother they shouldn't have, but there was never any actual malicious intentions and I genuinely believe they can heal from it together if they would just talk about it 😭 I know many people brush off Jo's sa of YW in ch 52 "it was consensual until YW passed out" (🤢🤢🤢), but from the way Doyak is telling the story, I don't think a character who does this to the mc can end up with him (even though YW has no knowledge of what happened, bcs, well, he was unconscious :))). I have difficulty seeing any way of Jo recovering from this (actually I'm rather more interested in seeing his obsession with YW sending him into spiral).

The biggest problem rn is that, as people have pointed out, it might not be correctly tagged as a tragedy until it's over as to not spoil possible endings....... and if death is a possibility, my favourites usually die. Send help, I am scared 😭

My opinion about Another Code : Recollection Part 1

First of all, I'm an old fan of the serie, so of course I compared the Switch compilation and the DS and Wii version.

I don't want to discourage people who are curious and want to play the game. If you're even a lil bit interested in them, play them, on DS, Wii or Switch, pick your poison and make your own opinion on it. Don't take my word as the absolute thing or whatever. It's not because I'm mixed about it that people shouldn't play it. Because I still think that a game that was, to me, very niche, from a studio that went bankrupt AND from 2005, is incredible. For a game like that to get a fully voiced remake almost twenty year after the release of its first installment, with most of the old crew working on them is to be celebrated ! Even if I didn't like everything, they still did an amazing job and I'm glad to see the franchise alive again in 2024.

I have strong feelings and I feel the need to share them to see if someone "relates" or not.

I may talk about spoilers but I'll try to limit them, be vague and put a warning before and after if I state it clearly.

I have a LOT to say about Another Code Recollection. Good and Bad. Sadly, I have more things to say about the bad than the good. I have mixed feeling about it. I was very VERY excited when Recollection was first announced, I cried even, because I care about "Another Code Two Memories" and "Another Code R" A LOT, it's my childhood, they're in my top fav games list, they were very meaningful to me and I was sad it ended with Cing and with no hope of seeing the conclusion of Matthew's story. Even tho I was happy, I was still a bit scared about how they would adapt some of the puzzle on the switch. And I think I was right to have this fear. They did some cool things and others that I disliked.

I'll say my "+" and "-" and develop them further bellow each point.

+ Positive :

The graphism They're very nice, the characters's models are nicely done, the scenery and everything else is definitely a BIG glow up (mostly compared to the DS graphics)

The Redesign I like some of them a LOT, big glow up for almost everyone. I particularly love Charlotte and Janet. Charlotte finally looks her age! I kinda miss the old Matthew but his new version is also good.

Puzzles use the Switch motions thingy Just a few of them tho. I think that's cool, because they sadly don't use it very much in other games. And it's nice to see them try to replicate the same feeling you had with the DS and Wii games.

Confirmation of theories and new bits of story It's nice to see that after all these years. /!\SPOILER/!\ I'm thinking about Frannie's relative. /!\END OF SPOILER/!\

Musics They nailed the music; it still has that nostalgic and lonely vibe for Two Memories and the carefree with a hint of sadness vibe in R.

Voice Acting A very nice addition and very well done. I know there's English Dub but I played it with the Japanese voices. And being able to choose between them is nice.

Possibility to switch language That's maybe a very "me" + point, but the fact that I could change the game in every language available is cool. Even more for the jp, cause now if I want to I could try and practice my reading skills because there's an option to have katakana and hiragana on top of kanji. I just think that's neat.

Hint mode I just tried it in the tutorial but I think it's a nice touch for when you don't know where to go or how to resolve a puzzle.

Relationship between Ashley and D The way they would mimic each other poses was all I ever wanted. I love them a lot and seeing them being a little bit closer than I remember them to be in the DS version was great !

Art The new sprites are very pretty and it's nice to see the improvement the artist made. The endcredits was very pretty !

Flowchart & Map I like to see flowchart in any type of game, it's helpfull and pretty. I like that it was updated along with the story. And I also enjoy the map and the little commentary Ashley was "writing" on it.

What kind of wish list do you have? That'd be a great idea for me but I'm not sure how to organise one.

Oh I have several systems I use to make this time of the year less of a nightmare, I'd love to share! Unfortunately I do not have a "succinct" setting so here, sorry :) here's the short version, too much under the cut.

TL;DR: Steps to an easy gift list:

1, REUSE your lists each year.

1b, LONG LISTS! Yeah no. Longer than that.

2, Categories can help

2b, Steal gift ideas from others!!

3, for REAL change your options up

4, Be specific about what you actually want

Wishlists were a pain for me for a long time. Eventually I got lazy and then I got smart. I also listened to complaints people had about others' wishlists, and tried to avoid their issues. I've used like one list for I think the last 4 years now, just refreshed. I have it in categories mostly to help me.

Tip 1: Refresh it every year. Instead of starting from scratch every season, when people start asking for my new list I just pull up last year's and delete everything I received/bought myself/just don't really need anymore.

Tip 1b: Make your list long!! Too long to be able to get everything. That lets you refresh next year, but it also gives people more options to choose from (vital) and reduces their anxiety about getting you the same thing as someone else.

Tip 2: This is optional but I use categories. They help me get more specific ideas, organize my thoughts, can help people narrow ideas down or help with off-list gift inspiration, and can also help people add to their own lists.

**Categories: these are arbitrary and all include miscellaneous items automatically. It's just a tool. Mine are Dog Things, Hobby, Home/Personal, and Kitchen - the dog things are on their own because they don't fit anywhere else; 'Kitchen' has its own category because it's one of my biggest categories personally. Other than that, personalize it: Art Supplies. Programming. Sports & Outdoors. Tools. Books. Games. Whatever's good for you**

Tip 2b: ask all your family/friends to give you their list and then steal their ideas :) works like a charm. I'll add some of mine at the end.

Tip 3: VARIETY. IT'S IMPORTANT. Some people want to be able to drop a lot of money on something you'll definitely like - maybe all your siblings want to buy you that gaming system together. Include it (at least for inspiration). Ask for that weighted blanket you really want. Don't feel bad for including expensive options. Some people want less expensive things - you want a LOT of these, especially easy ones: candy or treats, bath bombs/nails/face masks, candles/wax melts/incense you like, stickers, fun note pads, socks etc. (When gifting, these are helpful to add with a smaller item so it brings a little extra bonus.)

Some people want to buy you something useful. Some people want to buy you something FUN! Some people want to help you by buying something you need anyway; some want to gift you something you can't justify buying yourself but still really want. Include all of these! Give people options!!

TELL PEOPLE WHERE TO GET GIFT CARDS YOU'LL ACTUALLY USE!!! These are such a helpful inclusion!!! Some people are just gift card people. If you don't want generic amaz*n/walmart/fast food gift cards, TELL PEOPLE what stores & restaurants you already go to, especially for things you enjoy. If they can give you 5 nice boba teas one one card, or gift you clothes by putting $50 on a piece of plastic for you instead of actually trying to pick out something you want themselves, they'll do it!

Tip 4: Specificity. Some things speak for themselves, but if you write one word per item on your list, expect to get some things that are technically what you wrote but definitely not what you wanted. To avoid this, list scents/colors/brands/qualities you like ('over-the-ear squishy headphones [noise-canceling?]' is better than 'headphones,' where once I got gifted a new pair of the exact set I hated and was trying to replace); the specific use of the item you need ('spice/food organizers,' 'room organizers,' 'closet organizers,' and several other things can't be substituted for each other); A LINK to an option you like (!!! I learned this from my sister-in-law, where every list item has "like this:" and a link to a model that she already likes. The links will also sho similar items, stores she trusts, more details than you could ever write down & more); okay I got tired of writing. You get the gist. BUT If you include CLOTHES YOU MUST INCLUDE SIZES. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS. SIZES. Styles too if you don't wanna get fucked over (or!! gift cards!!!!)

Examples of things in my categories: Dog Stuff (toys she likes, sweater size, things like a better leash or big toy or bed); Hobby (DICE. game accessories. yarn & fibre tools. hair dye things, hard-to-find niche parts, nice markers/paper, art tools, materials, fan merch, new hobbies you want to try, instruction books, instruments, cards, GIFT CARDS to places I already go); Home/Personal (speakers/headphones/other tech, books [please god be specific here], albums, decor/organization, a new vacuum, tools you find yourself needing, stuff for your window/deck/garden, along with clothes I might want and relevant sizes, yoga mat, coats/hats/clothes for the weather, memberships or subscriptions); Kitchen (replacement dishes, nice appliances, accessories, high-quality ingredients, more tools I'd like but can't afford)
