Thank you for the answer on the Final Agni Kai. I had some questions regarding one of your favorite topics TSR.

Aang's line, "I forgive you, that give you any ideas?" which he uses when Zuko and Katara take Appa seems wrong to me in many ways. It really feels like he desperately wants Katara to forgive Yon Rah, not even realizing that its just not possible for Katara to forgive Yon Rah. In a way, it really shows his discomfort with Katara's darker emotions, but she had been feeling that way since her mother died, along with the fact that she had no idea she could even confront him till Zuko gave her that information.

Do you think that a huge moment of growth for Aang would have to acknowledge this side of Katara as well?

I would like your thoughts on this.

Yeah, that "I forgive you" line is Aang being desperate. It's also really condescending and tone deaf to even compare his "forgiveness" in this scene to Katara forgiving Yon Rah.

I put forgiveness in quotes because Aang absolutely does NOT forgive Katara for taking Appa. He just knows he can't stop her at this point. The sarcastic tone and "that give you any ideas?" make him look pretty hypocritical because he is neither being forgiving nor understanding, he's just being flippant and dismissive.

It's also really clueless for Aang to make this comparison in the first place because, once again, Aang thinks the way to get Katara to listen to him is to compare her to a murderer. People talk a lot about how hurtful it was for him to compare Katara to Jet, when Katara was strongly against the things Jet did and was hurt by him personally. But let's talk for a minute about how Aang's new tactic is to literally compare her to her mom's murderer and compare her forgiving Yon Rah to him forgiving her for taking Appa without permission after she repeatedly tried to get Aang to listen to why she needed to go and he shut her down.

It takes a lot less for Aang to forgive Katara here than it would for Katara to forgive Yon Rah, so this kinda puts a damper on his whole "forgiveness is hard" theme. And even so, as I said above, he's not really forgiving her, he's just making a sarcastic comment while still judging her. Aang is not being the arbiter of forgiveness here that he pretends to be.

Let's also look at the conversation in context because I have more to say here.

Aang is flippant and dismissive - while also implying that Katara taking Appa is comparable to her mother's murder. And I'm not saying it wasn't probably hurtful to Aang that Katara would take Appa without his permission, especially considering what Appa means to him, but it's not comparable to cold blooded murder motivated by genocide. In any way. And, like, considering how they left things in the previous scene, with Katara telling Aang she had to go, what did Aang think Katara was going to do?

I'm pretty sure I've also mentioned before how this plot point is manufactured to make Katara look worse. However, in the previous episode, Sokka tried to take Appa without permission and the only reason he didn't was because Zuko pointed out that it was a stupid idea and he happened to have a war balloon stashed away, which he conveniently no longer has as of TSR. This is basically a case of moral luck, where a character's morality is judged based on plot contrivance.

(I've also said before that Aang not killing Ozai is down to moral luck, but that's another conversation.)

So Aang is flippant and condescending, and Katara seriously and very directly tells him that yes, she is going to take Appa. Mae Whitman's voice acting is phenomenal in this scene, btw. She sounds so sad, because I think she does feel that she is betraying Aang by doing this, but she tried to tell him why she needed to do it. She tried. He didn't listen.

Then she says "don't try to stop us," and Aang says he wasn't going to and that "this is a journey you have to take," but, again, it doesn't feel like he's saying this because he really believes it. It feels like he's saying it because he has realized at this point that he can't stop them from going, short of attacking them. But if he thought he could, he definitely would have continued to try to stop them.

Which brings me also to Zuko's sarcastic comment. Because Aang's the one who sets the tone for this conversation. Zuko simply responds in kind. Katara, by contrast, continues to speak in the same sad, hurt, but firm and direct tone, and thanks Aang for understanding. She thanks him. For understanding. When Aang is offering none of that to her.

I actually think Aang could learn more from Katara about forgiveness, given how much restraint she uses towards Aang here and the way he's treating her.

I think Zuko saw that, too, and that's why he responds angrily to Aang here. Not because he disagrees with Aang's beliefs but because Katara keeps quietly but firmly telling him what she's going to do and he keeps ignoring her and acting like she's being irrational.

I've said this before, too, but that would also be triggering for Zuko to watch this happening, considering how he's been gaslit by his family. Notice how he's quiet until the end of the conversation (and didn't say much in the conversation before that, either.) Aang's language, even if well-intentioned, would probably set off something in him and he's not wrong to defend Katara.

Hallo. Wilkommen. This is me trying to relate everything I somewhat like to my current obsession even if it does not fit at all because this is a kids show and the album is probably anything but relatable to a 12 year old, trying to find a treasure. But I tried and I tried explaining my choices. This is my very insane and over-dramatic interpretation, please just deal with me. 

Disclaimer: hab versucht, mich möglichst auf Staffel 26 und 27 Charaktere zu begrenzen, hat aber (siehe literally erstes Beispiel) manchmal besser bei früheren Charakteren oder Beziehungen gepasst. Btw would love it if anyone could find people to relate the missing songs to. (my chronic rewatching kinda failed me in the end…)

Fortnight - Till und Martha (Staffel 23)

For me this fits within the whole Martha Kasimir Till drama and obviously the somewhat enemies to lovers arc Martha and Till had going on. How probably liking Martha ruined Tills life more than it already was because when they kissed for the first time, she was still dating Kasimir and that, of course, ensured a lot of issues probably.

We get introduced to them as these two best friends who are never really seen without each other. Annika knows Nesrin and Nesrin knows Annika and no one is ever going to get in between them, right? Because then it changes and we get the whole fight of Nesrin not really seeming to know Annika all that well anymore, them constantly fighting because maybe after all, all they had was the pranks they did together and what is their friendship beyond that? What is their friendship now?

So Noah kinda knows he likes Colin now, knows that he misses Colin but what if Colin doesn’t miss him? What if Colin already moved on? Nothing would make sense anymore. He lost his best friend and for what? Only to be alone in the end?

Because right now, for all Noah knows, Colin might still be mad at him.

This one is mainly for the dramatics of the song, of playing the part and of Julia wanting to take a path (acting) that is usually not really met with great immediate success.

Give me one couple in the entirety of Schloss Einstein that screams Partners in Crime better than they do. (also give me one modern character that would be looked at like a criminal - they don’t do them like that anymore) 

Florida!!! - Joyce Simon (Staffel 24 u 25)

One character who never quite seemed to feel at home, who had a friend and still fled the country, who has never had a home because family was always foreign. 

Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? - Joshua Hockenbrink (Staffel 27) 

The who's who of "Who's that?" is poised for the attack But my bare hands paved their paths You don't get to tell me about "sad" (...) A birthday party organized simply to taunt him, the usually slightly mean behavior that drives everyone away and makes you think he is nothing more than rude, nothing more than a villain. But he’s also the boy that seems to want nothing more than to find a place that accepts him.

thinking a lot about phmds desire to "write a better story". like, there's a very deliberate word choice there. he dooms paraline in order to create a TARDIS which he then uses to... seemingly not attempt to save paraline at all. he goes to admoline and does what he does there, but what he's doing doesn't exactly feel like "writing", and admo certainly doesn't seem like a "better story" (in the sense that both storylines are immensely tragic, and phmd probably wants to like, rewrite paraline to have a happy ending or something?).

I wonder what he actually means when he says WRITE a better story. like yeah, it could just be him pulling the strings or whatever, but I don't think the stories being told in admo really end much better than paraline. He's never really solving the core issues in each episode and he seems to know that. So it's not like he's testing how to write happy endings or something. the one thing he actually seems to be gaining is control over admofoundation in each ep. Which like, helps him somehow? On his journey to write a better story?

Personally if I'd had my identity abstracted into a cosmic joke for decades only to find out the timeline is doomed because I didn't fulfill my narrative duty of being the mad scientist and building the crazy machine, I'd go have a word with the guy who cursed me to be this way. But as far as we know phmd hasn't made any attempt to interact with LOGICIAN since being abstracted. Why the hell is he farting around in Admo. What does the P M Center do and why do they talk so weird. What "better story" does the guy want to create, and what does it actually mean to "write" it???

I feel like “what the fuck do you MEAN write a better story?!?!” is the million dollar question with this guy tbh. It’s most definitely some sort of invoking of pataphysics though

I don’t think the dooming of Paraline was entirely intentional (technically?) like shit gets weird when it comes to intention/free will (personnel are to be reminded that free will doesn’t exist btw 💜) and bootstrap paradoxes. I don’t think PHMD knew he had to target Paraline with MAGIC DRAWER till the moment it had to happen. So in my brain I think the whole “better story” thing is part of a desire to fix Paraline — to undoom his very doomed timeline. And he’s using Admoline as a personal sandbox to try and experiment WITH ways to fix it. A lot of the Admonition articles is causing horrific, near world-ending problems, and then coming back from the brink and fixing them(ish lmao) — with the severity/scale ramping up with each article. He’s experimenting with different fields of anomalous science to try and learn a way to PEMDAS an apocalypse.

my own secret second personal pet theory is that another part of this experimentation is dry-running methods of ascension — to eventually be able to do it to himself. Wether this is to become the LOGICIAN itself or become something that can RIVAL the thing is the big question. Something something I’m either going to fight god or become him. Break your chains, kill your author, write the story yourself yknow how it goes

Happy Friday all. Posting a day early. I'll be gone this weekend wanted to post this before left. I pre-wrote 3x05 as well. I return Monday night So all I'll have to do next day is edit and add gifs to stay on schedule for Tues :) We are onto the next ep of Tim’s growth. I love writing about this man and the psychology behind him. To watch him develop and grow is one of my favorites things to write about and watch really. Lucy being his good influence for that growth is perfection. This is a damn good ep. Let’s keep it rolling.

3x04 Sabotage

Grey has assigned Tim and Lucy to be Jackson’s backup with Stanton. Love this btw and it's a smart play. If Stanton gives him grief they’ll be there as witnesses. Grey has them assigned to the same sector as Jackson/Doug. They hear a pedestrian stop come over the radio by Stanton. Lucy tells Tim let’s go. Her anxiety rising up. Tim calmly replies not yet. If they do Doug will realize they’re following him. I love them getting to do this together. Tim with new clarity and focus on Stanton.

Beautiful thing is he can help keep Lucy even keel. Something he is very good at. He needs to be the level head for them both. Lucy’s emotions are going to get best of her. Because her base need is to protect Jackson first. Doug be damned. Tim wants to protect them both so he’s going to be the calmer more rational one during this. I love it. Exactly what both Lucy and Jackson need. Tim’s calm leadership and cool head on their side during all this.

(I can't believe this scene isn't gif'd btw it's so good. I did my quick ones with my phone/website.)Luckily it’s a clean stop and Jackson calls it in as Code 4 all clear. We pan back to them in their shop. Lucy telling Tim it isn’t fair Jackson has to deal with this. Tim agrees and says he can’t imagine what it’s like for him. To have to ride next to a guy who’s on the edge constantly. Ready to cross the line. Lucy makes a little joke and says she can...

I mean early Tim was exactly that. Not Doug obviously but on the edge of crossing the line a lot. A time bomb ready to explode at the smallest provocation. Very early in her career she had to rein in an emotionally damaged Tim. He was in the midst of his Isabel trauma and radioactive. I know he isn’t proud of those days especially now. That he knows how lucky he was Lucy was there to stand up to him. Right his ship. Knock some sense back into him. So he didn’t end up self destructing and taking her with him.

It’s why they’re so damn solid though. Those early episodes built what they have now. As rough as they were for them both. It bonded them in a way no one can touch or understand other than them really. Lucy proving she had the backbone. Not only that but to stand up to him and make the right call when he wasn’t able to. To be that positive light and good influence that has changed him into the man he is now. What I think really sets Tim off in this scene isn’t that as much. It's part of it but not the main factor. It’s her calling him her potential Doug.

It's triggering something deep down for him. Making him face what he did on day one. I think with the clarity he has now its a tough pill to swallow. The POV and ways he’s changed himself since then he’s embarrassed to think about that now. Ashamed of that moment. That he did that bad stop, used those men in a negative light and said his non PC words. I think looking back on that he is remorseful and feels shame that he did that. He hasn't really had to face that till now.

The feelings are flooding him and he doesn't know how to handle it. When you've changed like Tim has to look back on your darker moments isn't easy. He is having a visceral reaction to it and I don't blame him. Its normal to have that reaction. What's important is what he does after this scene. After the initial shock of having to re-face it.

Lucy telling him her honest thoughts about how she felt during it only makes that worse. As much as it hurts he needed to hear this to complete his growth. I think Lucy telling him it wasn’t a good stop, wasn’t a good experience for her or those men is hitting him hard. He feels exposed and that he’s let her down. Because he has grown so much it pains him to think about how he acted. To think in that moment he disappointed her. That didn't matter back then but it sure as hell does now and that absolutely kills him.

It goes back to his insecurity about how Lucy views him. No matter what this man says her opinion of him matters a great deal to him. So to bring up one of his most shameful moments feels like an attack on that insecurity. So what does he do? Lashes out. Become defensive. Tries to defend it because if he can find a modicum of logic in what he did it’ll lessen the damage. It'll minimize her thinking less of him during that stop. He is grasping as straws during that defense. Defaults a bit back to how he used to be. When he couldn't handle his emotions. When he was a live wire flailing about with no one around to ground him.

It's a deep rooted thing he innately goes back to. Like I said before they are deep groves in his brain. He can't handle the emotions coming at him right now so he shuts down. Lucy can see she has upset him deeply by bringing this up. The way he cuts off the convo, The pre frustrated tears in his eyes, and how stiff his body language has become. Tells her he won’t talk about this further. She has hit a nerve inside him and he needs time to recoup. I think Lucy regrets bringing it up a little. She never likes to be the source of upsetting him. It produces a lovely scene later but she knows she’s hurt him.

We catch our beautiful duo walking up to a call afterwards. Lucy wants to test out the waters with him. Asking if he’s still mad at her? Tim the master of deflection says ‘I’m not mad.’ Ok honey.....Lucy doesn’t buy that for a second. I mean look at his posture he’s as stiff as a board. Tells him as such cause she can’t stand him being mad. Especially if she’s the one who caused it.

Before they can talk any further they reach the woman who made the call. Talking about a porch pirate. Tim says they’re going to do some foot patrol. See if any of the neighbors have a camera they can tap into. As they walk away Lucy looks up at him willing him to talk to her. He breaks pretty easily. Tells her he’s not mad but he is upset. Lucy with a knowing wifey smile says ‘I knew it.’ He continues on with a reply she wasn't expecting. Telling her he's not upset with her but himself. *heart clutch*

Then we see the fruit of his arc the last couple episodes in the gif above. Letting her know she was right. That he had carelessly used those gardeners without thinking of his impact on them. He owns what he did and says he can’t undo what was done. But he can make sure it never happens again. Ugh this man. I’m so proud of him. I could cry. Not only seeing he was wrong but accepting it. Saying he’ll work towards never letting it happen again.

My damn heart. The growth in this man. S1 Tim would've held onto his anger all day. Would've been short with Lucy for most of their shift. Until she forced him to confront his anger. So much progress these two. It makes me so happy. I also need to commend the hell out of Lucy. Always having the backbone to say what needs to be said to him. No one could ever have the impact she has had on him. The positive influence she’s injected into his veins and life. Damn I love them.

Lucy is beaming when he is done speaking. You can see how proud she is of him. Telling him what progress he’s made. Let’s not forget the way she touches his arm. Says she’s proud of him when she does this. You don’t have to touch him Lucy hehe but seriously touch him more LOL Her little taps of love and affection for him. I adore them so much. He tries to down play how much relief this gives him. Sarcastic in his reply. ‘I’m thrilled....’ Lying Liar who Lies.

That man is biting back a smile when he says this. Can’t even keep eye contact with her for long. Because if he does he’ll break. She will see how much it actually means to him. That her opinion of him means so much more to him than she realizes. Lucy closes out the scene with heart eye city. Girl you are working put those away baha Lucy is practically levitating off the ground with how she is looking at him in that last gif. She truly could not be prouder of him and it shows. His moral compass leveling up and she is here for it.

Their moment is broken up by them seeing a dog steal food delivery off a porch. It looks like they have found their porch pirate and he is furry haha This is such a cute and comical moment in the middle of an intense episode. Lucy is baffled by what they’re witnessing. She cracks me up with her reaction. The way they watch the dog take off in-sync is adorable. They decide to follow the dog to see where it leads them. Naturally right back to its owner. He’s all excited and happy till Tim and Lucy show up. LMAO

Tim has a funny opening line when they reach the owner. Their reactions are so funny after the guy says 'Bad dog' HA. It was some much needed levity after their tense morning. The way they look at each other at the end. Be still my heart. They always say so much with just a look. I can not with them haha Seriously look at them could they be any cuter? Mirroring body posture and the precious looks. God I love them. Getting cute aggression over here.

They head to lunch after dealing with their doggy criminal heh. Stanton comes up to Tim while he waits in line. I LOVE Tim in this scene. Getting protective over Jackson and wanting to clock Doug. Mmm gimme. Tim tries to take a pot shot and see if it gets through. Tim thinks it does at first then Doug takes it the wrong way. Blaming Angela and not himself for Jackson's behavior. Classic narcissistic douche. Tim's body language says it all. Looks like he wants wipe the floor with Stanton's face so much. Me too love me too...

After lunch they’re having a little pow wow together. I love this scene. Both of them in alignment talking about Stanton. A united front against him as it should be. Lucy is venting to Tim about how unfair this is. How Stanton is getting away with murder. Just like earlier Tim is the steady eddy one for her. Trying to keep her calm with logic and what they’re faced with.

Lucy desperately wants a Tim Bradford sideways thinking solution to this. To have an out of the box thought from him to save Jackson from Doug. Seeing how flawed the system is driving her nuts. She is desperate to get Jackson out of this situation. Sadly there is no sideways solution to this one as Tim states above. Just like with Nolan in 3x01 they have to play the game. Even when the game feels rigged af.

He’s solid in his reasoning as to why they need to. The same system that protected Nolan in 3x01 sadly also protects people like Stanton. It’s maddening and infuriating to think it could represent both. Tim is right is they don’t play this exactly right he gets away with murder. Becomes even worse than before because he beat the system. A cancer like that spreads and spreads quickly. Lucy is seeing what he is saying even if it annoys the crap out of her.

I just adore him coming to her side of thinking. He is viewing this in a whole light cause of her. Tim is able to keep her steady while they play the long game with Stanton. I love the way he listens to her towards the end of the scene. She has completely changed his outlook towards this and it shows. How intently he’s paying attention to her words and emotions. I love it sfm. Lucy is so defeated and you can tell Tim wants to do so much more than they currently are.

Tim decides they need to be doing more than they are. He grant's Lucy her wish for a sideways solution. He’s decided to take Lucy to meet Doug’s old rookie Owens. His previous rookie was a black man as mentioned by Doug earlier. Tim is hoping he has dirt on Doug. Something actionable they can use to strengthen their case. Tim warns Lucy to play this by the book. Not to tip their hand and get too protective of Jackson. Playing the game to get something solid. No accusations and no demands. Just info.

Tim has it handled at first....Doing code of silence. Having all three of them turning off their body cams. They do it Tim’s way for about two seconds LOL They’re able to get out of him that Doug is a hater. Lucy gets impatient though with the double speak. Says let’s just say what we mean. Do you thing Doug is a racist? Tim’s eyes nearly pop out of his skull. haha His ballsy wife just going for it. He tries to do damage control after that with this guy. Seeing if they can salvage anymore info.

Lucy has spooked him a bit and he’s starting to retract. So she comes at him hard since the politeness is gone. Asking if he’s ever seen him doing anything unlawful against minorities? If he’s ever seen him treat them unfairly. Owens gets defensive and says if he had he would’ve been breaking the rules by not reporting it. Tim says they’re not here for that they just want him to be real with them. He has been creating grief on their end.

Owens spooks more says Doug could make or break his career. He’s weeks away from Metro. Can’t throw it all away now. Lucy tries one more time and ask about all the people he’s hurting? He hesitates then says they’re good people but he doesn’t know them. That he can’t help them and takes off.

Lucy is bummed and says that was a bust… Tim actually sees something positive. Says he saw how conflicted he was. To give it time for him to come around. So proud of him for not jumping all over her for not following his play. That her aggressive tactic led to a result of some kind for them. How far we’ve come ❤️

Sadly their interaction with Owens backfires horribly. He warns Doug about what they’re doing. So he tests Jackson acts like he lost his body cam and is gonna beat the crap of of their suspect. Tells Jackson to watch the drugs and he doesn’t.... Tim and Lucy pull up and that’s when they find out Owens stabbed them in the back. The suspect is fine and Doug leads on he knows what they're doing.. It sucks. The look between Tim and Lucy is everything. He's got them beat at the moment.*sigh*

The final scene for Tim is SO good. I couldn't be prouder. I know Lucy would be as well. Also I'm a little hot under the collar watching him action. The way he goes to the mat for Jackson. It’s sexy af. How he comes at this guy. Get ‘em Tim! The turn around in him is unreal. Went from 'It is what it is. '' The system will never change.' To backing Jackson and standing up for what’s right. This scene reminds me of the story about the starfish on the beach and the little kid trying to save them all.

This little kid sees a beach full of dying starfish washed up on miles of beach. He keeps tossing as many as he can back into the ocean. A grumpy old man comes up tells him there are hundreds of starfish and miles of beach. That he can’t make a difference. He picks another one up chucks it into the ocean and says ‘I made a difference to that one.’

Jackson is Tim’s starfish. He’s going to make a difference for him. Take down Stanton cause it’s the right thing to do. Save future rookies and suspects from his skewed POV of the world. Owens is the old man saying they can't make a difference. So why even bother? He tells them they’re fighting a rigged system. They’ll never win and Doug won’t go down without a fight...How true those words will be in the next ep.

John’s SL with his mom is rough. But I have to commend him (I know I rarely do that lol) to cut his toxic mother off. His line ‘ I love you I’ll always love you. I just don’t want to see you anymore.’ Damn that’s rough and yet I get it. I wish I could do that with mine. She’s just as narcissistic and manipulative as John’s is so props for doing that for his mental Well being. I actually envy him in this moment.

Wopez’s baby SL was stressful I did love Nyla being there for her through it though. Also watching Lopez destroy her boss about being pregnant then have to walk it back LOL gotta love Angela.

Ok, but like why does Yoongi do Jk dirty like that? Lol Yoongi doesn't LIKE Jimin like that (does he?) and it's obvious that Jk does and the members know it.

Like in the behind the scenes of the xylitol Christmas commercial where Yoongi touches Jimin's ear and Jimin looks at Jk, Yoongi also looks at Jk's reaction. And a lot of other times where Yoongi is just waiting for Jk to react and Jk does and Yoongi just stands there without anything to do anymore.

Yoongi knows he is ruffling Jk's feathers by touching Jimin lol but why does he do it!?!

Could be many reasons

V used to date JK but then JK left him for Jimin and now he's trying to win JK back. Or When JK rejected Jimin, Jimin started dating Suga and then Jimin left Suga for JK and now bla bla bla I mean, i see this shit everyday and I'm like;

I think it has to do with fanfiction, but it also has to do with the kind of TV shows we watch where a group of friends date eo and break up with eo all inside the group and somehow they remain friends and life goes on?? That's not how real life works. At all.

When they were young BTS were given scenarios where they were asked what they would do if 2 members wanted the same girl. Jimin said he would find another girl while JK basically said he would fight for his girl till the death. (I'm paraphrasing 😂) but yeah, JK said he would never give her up. Then couple that with JK's "mine mine mine" thing he's got going on and you know that man ain't about sharing, loosing Jimin, or none of that shit.

Another time Jimin said he wants to fall in love with one person for the rest of his life.

So these are the men we are dealing with. Those are their personalities. So this fanfic drama, love triangles people make up are just that, fan fiction.

3) Jimin is the only member he's comfortable having skinship with. This is because Jimin is very attune to people's feelings and u can see the way he initiates skinship with Suga is not how he does it with JK or Jhope. With JK he will just throw himself at him and call it a day. With Suga he will take a beat and actually make sure Suga is okay with it. And I believe Suga appreciates that.

Idk why Suga does what he does, anon. But there is one important thing we have to remember. JK doesn't have an issue with ALL Yoonmin moments. He could have an issue with them on Monday then on Wednesday he won't care. A good example would be this episode.

During this game Suga spent a good chunk of it all over Jimin and JK did not bat an eye. Not even once.

He wasn't bothered even for a second. Which fascinated me honestly. So just coz we don't talk about Yoonmin often, doesn't mean it happens all the time.

Also JK trusts Jimin explicitly and knows nothing is ever gonna come off whatever Suga feels. So it is what it is.

I myself am not really a huge fan of horror movies of any kind, latley the horror genre of any kind has been mostly focused on jumpscares and I just think thats a bit cheap since it is a natural instinct to be afraid of those, and the public domain horrors as much as i would love to not expect bad from em have mostly been the same thing, a human in a costume or mask, does murder and thats pretty much it, also ppl like to Rush these alot

But this? I can honestly get behind this, they lay off the movie till 2025 witch is a huge green flag for me because that means they accualy have a plan they don't cut corners at least not alot of em

Their design for oswald is really cute i love the gloves as much as i cant see my ozzie wearning em They do look amazing on him also it is intresting to see them make oswald more cheerful and happy at first then turn upset a moment later, witch btw happends only a moment AFTER he sees US he waves to US then he get's scared/feels dread? Prehaps being a cartoon from 1920's that always stayed a cartoon from 1920's (the games do have animated cutscenes but there not really toons, and once upon A studio was whenever we like it or not just a cameo) will that effect him or his actions maybe his mental state or view of the world?

I have alot of questions and dare I Say I'm semi excited, I don't want to bet too much on the table but I will 100% support this, it is very promising

I really wanna get back into the dragon prince fandom. I kinda fell off after s4. Now I don’t hate s4-6 (in fact I actually really like 6!) but I do have problems with them. Mostly s4. (Heads up there will be some criticism of s4-6 so if that upsets you feel free to not read. I haven’t kept up with the fandom but I know opinions on s4 were really split when it came out. And unfortunately I didn’t like it very much. If you did like it, good for you! That’s great! I honestly wish I could say the same)

This ended up getting really long so I’ll put it under the cut.

I think my expectations were too high. I’d waited years for s4 and the trailer looked so good and I trusted the creators so when it came out I was really disappointed. I was already having a really bad day and was emotionally drained so when I watched it and it didn’t meet my expectations I genuinely cried from disappointment. Now that was an overreaction (and I really should have waited till I felt better) and on rewatch it isn’t THAT bad, but it’s still not nearly as good as arc 1 (which I love with my whole heart).

Most of my problems are with how rayllum was handeled. I know some people liked it cause they felt it was realistic and I kinda get it. I’ve heard arguments about how it makes sense cause even though Callum is mad, he still cares about Rayla and therefore doesn’t want to hurt her, so he gives her the cold shoulder so he doesn’t end up saying something hurtful. But I disagree. Even if it is realistic, it’s not DRAMATIC and that’s more important to me. I just wish they could have had ONE big fight where Callum gets to be a bit pissed. I also wish they explained where the fuck Rayla has been and why she happened to come back just in time for the plot. She said she missed him but what made her return at that specific moment after being gone for two years? (Also curious what people who haven’t read through the moon thought. Cause they barely even explain why she was gone). After ttm I was so ready for angst, it was such a good setup and then it felt like they didn’t deliver. Especially after the creators kept promising it would get darker and more mature (and then s4 ended up being the most childish season. Seriously, what was up with those jokes they weren’t even funny)

There are things love about s4 though. The fight between Claudia and Ibis with Ezran’s speech and Aaravos possessing Callum was amazing! But the rest kind a fell flat for me.

I like 5 and 6 a LOT better but they still suffer from some of the issues from s4. If s4 was done better I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have that many problems with 5 and 6 either. I liked how rayllum got back together EXCEPT for how CALLUM was made to apologize to RAYLA!?? For how HE reacted when she came back? (An entirely reasonable reaction btw) When she never apologizes to him for leaving in the first place!

I feel like there are also some pacing issues. I’m not qualified to talk about what they did wrong or how they should have done it and I can’t quite put my finger on what’s wrong but it felt off compared to arc 1. I think it’s mostly that it wastes a lot of time on meaningless stuff that doesn’t do anything for the characters while the actual meaningful character development gets rushed and they barely linger on the emotional moments. In arc 1 it felt like every moment and line mattered. Like you couldn’t cut anything without taking away from the story cause everything added something important to the characters. But s4-6 there are many moments I could go without (and that I actively dislike), again mostly in s4). Each episode also felt way better structured in arc 1.

I know a lot of people love arc 2 and 3 and that’s good! I’m really glad you’re able to enjoy it and I’m honestly kinda jealous. I wish I could enjoy it as much as arc 1 cause this series meant so much to me! It still does and I still get exited over new seasons, but I haven’t been able to engage much with it cause my interest kinda faded when it didn’t live up to its potential. I’m looking forward to s7 and I hope it delivers cause I still love it after all. It’s one of my favorite shows of all time. I’m trying to get a bit back into it again, looking through the tag and stuff cause I want to engage with it more. Unfortunately I do not control the hyperfixation so we’ll see how it goes. Chances are it’ll come back once s7 drops (which is in one month holy shit!!!)

I don't think you read the situation wrongly, in fact I believe you are totally correct. There are several potential reasons for this change however and I find perhaps all of them reasonable and normal.

Like I wrote in that post you mentioned, according to the theory 🤷🏻‍♀️ their affair must have started some time in 2014 or early 2015 at most. Their situation back then was critically different than it is now:

The time they really started being romantic was also the time they started getting shipped. Incidentally. Or maybe not. However they were still very new at this game at the time, both how to handle their audience and how to behave with each other under their new status were completely new tasks. They didn't have a good understanding of how they appeared to their viewers and they were completely oblivious to how obvious they were. This is why they were more candid in the past. Now they are painfully aware, especially Rhett, so much so that they even maximise various interactions in their minds. It was a lesson slowly learned and still not perfected - have you seen their constant look of horror every time they watch back episode favourites with Rhink moments every christmas?

Then it's also the natural flow of time. Back then everything was new to them. Their decades long friendship was becoming something new, something even more intense. They were exploring their sexualities anew in ways they were once determined not to, in ways that until then they considered sinful and damning. At the time there wasn't any thought of getting open about it (even now this is a challenge). All this was very fresh and even though Link seems to believe that they started hopelessly late, let's not forget that at the time they were still young men at their mid thirties and given all the emotional, circumstantial and physical parameters the excitement and passion they felt must have been on the extremes. They once had a moment between them on GMM when Rhett said "You know how early in the relationship you behave like rabbits?" and Link agreed with a knowing look. This is also supported by their scripted videos; Link says in Digging A Hole that the reason they failed so bad at making a medium sized hole was that they succeeded so much at digging that they made a huge one instead. In short, these years and the ones to come up to 2019-2020 they were at their sex crazed phase, which is typical of most couples at first, let alone them who are way beyond your average couple in love.

If you notice, they are indeed sweet and soft in late 2013 till early 2016 and then from 2016 to 2021 they are straight out horny. I mean, they are always both but at first sweetness was more overpowering and then it was the horniness. This is also explained in their lore as their sexual affair went through a lot of trial and error, so you can see when sex started getting awesome and also when they finally could start setting aside their inhibitions, guilt (especially Link) and religious concerns and enjoy more unapologetically each other.

From 2020-2021 onwards, since the purchase of the creative house, I believe we have entered a new era, more mature, more contained. Things change; they are in their mid forties now, they have been together for quite a bit and also they have decided to come out, which casts the shadow of fear and severe anxiety in their relationship. Furthermore, they are not exactly on the same page (Rhett wouldn't mind not ever coming out had it not been for Link) and this wears them down and their interactions. All the fear of the future and the unknown must consume a considerable amount of their private time together. Age, getting used to each other and critical challenges are what makes them appear less lovestruck than they used to. They still do though, much more than your average 45 year old in a relationship does. I mean, it was only a year ago when Link sexily said he would FIGURATIVELY feed Rhett with words for a word game and Rhett stupidly opened his mouth to actually swallow the plastic piece with the word that Link was holding, like the proper solitary horny braincell that he is. It's just that such unbelievable levels of thoughtless horniness and love have become more sparse now that they have aged a bit and have a better understanding of how they are perceived publically. But I am happily firm in my belief that they remain extraordinarily ridiculous.

On the other hand, sometimes when they do something gay, it indeed is performative at this point. Maybe even most of the times. This is because of what they are planning to do, this has killed the spontaneity between them a great deal. Now it's more likely that they will consciously throw hints here and there than that they will slip badly due to their excessive romantic enthusiasm.

Something from my Twitter that I wanted to put here, a little post on Tobias that goes into something I like about him. The undercut gets more fan canon btw lol

It just hit me…

Tobias’ first spotlight episode is called The Third

At this moment in time his last one is called The One.

Bro imagine if the writers decide that he will get another spotlight episode in season 7 and to be silly they call that episode The Repeat or The Twice? That be funny.

Tho I bring it up because it sort of illustrated how Tobias went full circle. He started and ended with trying to be one of the Watterson brothers’ friend. It’s just that now that the context and motivation between the situations conveyed in The Third and The One have changed.

In The Third he did it to get back at Gumball and maybe get some money from them both. He wasn’t being genuine in wanting to be friends with either of the brothers. Then fast forward to The One and we’re shown visible proof his little rivalry died out after awhile and now he genuinely trying because he’s actually hurt they (especially Gumball) aren’t as close friends with him as he thought.

His douchey traits are still there tho cause yeah logically it’ll take a long time till he grows out of that. Which is something I appreciate about this because way too many shows would of gone the easy route and completely abandoned Tobias’ shitter traits as a way to make it easier to feel bad for him. Which isn’t really that realistic and can be seen as lazy writing.

Instead they show Tobias is now starting to learn to read the room better. To understand social cues more. He’s definitely got a lot of growing up to do but, Tobias is starting to mature more now.

This also shows lot of his problems seem like an result of struggling to read others. Maybe because he’s autistic or maybe he’s just was raised in a way where he wasn’t able to fully understand and learn stuff like that. Think either makes sense. Personally tho I think it’s a bit of both. :P

This could also be why so many of his flirting attempts backfire so much and despite how it seems obvious two us viewers none of the girls are interested and actually annoyed by it he keeps tempting it over and over again. He’s just flat out not able to read the social cues.

Since I believe he’s being genuine when he’s flirting. In his own weird Tobias way. It’s just between the general advice from his dad on dating who’s probably wasn’t the best role model for the kid and his struggle to get the signs that someone isn’t interested it causes this really bad character flaw with the little guy.

Tobias is just a kid raised in an environment that while not traditionally seen as abusive could seriously mess him up when he grows up. It’s really hard to tell how he’ll end up when he is an adult but, I like to think that The One, even if in a small way, shows he’s probably gonna keep growing. That he’s gonna grow up to be just fine by the end. It’s weirdly optimistic feeling to that ending. Maybe it’ll be hard but, growing up is always gonna be hard.

Anyways sorry to go all character study on this I just like thinking about the Gumball kids they leave me with so much to think and speculate on you have no idea.

So based on your recommendations, I read There’s a Lover in the Story and I must say, popping my JJK Fic reading cherry by a story that starts with a Nanami POV right after I had watched THAT anime episode was certainly A CHOICE. I feel like i need to say... there’s something really pissing me off with the FNDM regarding the latest episodes.

I’m talking about the way many fans are siding with Ruby in such aggresive manner, antagonizing the others (specially Yang) arguing stuff like: “they should’ve noticed something was wrong with her earlier”

Guys, IT’S NOT ALWAYS THAT EASY. Specially having in mind the situation they’re in. Just think about it: they are stranded in a whole different world, which only source of information is a children’s book they dont even know if it’s actually true; while, on top of that, each one’s having to deal with their own baggage.

Weiss lost Atlas, Blake and Yang had to sort out their feelings for eachother, Jaune spent decades alone while having to deal with Penny’s death, and of course, Ruby carrying the weight of being the leader and all of their pasts defeats while she’s struggling with her identity and the big self-expectations she has as a huntress.

We, as an audience, can see the WHOLE picture, since we can see things from the characters’ perspective, but sometimes fail at focusing at a single thing at the moment.

There’s a reason why they didn’t notice something was wrong with Ruby, and that’s because, unlike the others, she’s not letting it show, bottling it all up ‘till it exploded! Unlike her, Yang and Blake let it show by their casual flirting, and Weiss expressed her burden herself. In Jaune’s case, it was SO PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that no wonder the others decided to put priority on that. But Ruby was not letting it show ‘till the last moment. Only Little had any clue, because she was with them when she got into the blacksmith’s workshop.

 Also how the fans are reacting towards Ruby’s behabiour towards the bees and Yang’s reaction. 

The way i see it, they both had reasonable reactions: Ruby was having a panic attack and lashed out on a “solved” problem, such as Blake and Yang’s finally confessing, she started to cross a line, Yang put her into a stop, which Ruby btw apologized for right after, because she knows that was uncalled for. Same goes to Jaune, he also knows he doesn’t really mean all what he said to Ruby, that he’s NOT okay. They’re just venting their frustrations on the other and they know it’s wrong.

I really hope that now that everything’s out they find a way to fix it for the next few episodes, to have a real heart to heart talk. Because me, as a fan, can’t really stand how FNDM works sometimes.

I'm still enjoying this show but I'm worried what my actual response will be if they all actually do die in the end. That's why I wasn't letting myself get too attached to the characters. But Man I really hate that trope where everything is about to be alright and then the characters mess it up for themselves. There was a moment where our gang boys decided, you know what? Everyone lives today. And that's great. I like stuff like that. But now I'm pretty positive they're both going to die.

Prediction: Golf kills P'Joke. Long kills P'Gus. Long can't live without P'Joke and unalives himself. Do Art and Golf make it to the bunker? Does it really matter if they do or not? I've been leaning towards the idea (for a few episodes now) that they probably will choose to die instead of staying in the bunker. Either they'll go to one and they'll hate it like that Uncle did so they'll leave, or they just won't make it.

I just hope the ending feels satisfying but I'm not really sure if they'll be able to pull it off for me personally. Especially if my predictions come true and Golf and Art are the only two who escape the house alive.

random thoughts on head of the class’s main characters (and in some cases, actors because a bunch of them have insane career trajectories)

[[MORE]] Charlie Moore: a great teacher played by a great actor. RIP Howard Hesseman. I was sad to see him leave the show at the end of s4, but in the long run I understood why he did it. (I love how Wikipedia says it was “ostensibly” a vehicle for him.) You can literally see him rolling his eyes at the kids antics in some scenes lol. Principal Samuels: he was very funny but one of the most one dimensional characters on the show. Bernadette Meara: the interesting thing about her is she was basically a side character until s5 when she had some of her biggest roles ever. Since I feel like Billy Connolly had a say in some of his plot lines I wonder if he requested her to be his love interest. She and Billy should have ended up together, fuck his “spin off”. Also Jeannetta Arnette was only a few years older than some of the actors who played students.

Arvid Engen: one of the most lovable characters but also one of the most overused. I wish they gave him less A-Plots so that characters like Sarah or Darlene could have more.

Dennis Blunden: oh Dennis. It’s hard not to see his infamous actor in some of his antics (not in the “sexual predator” way, but in the general “bad behavior/mistreating his friends” way). But since Dennis is a fictional character he has the positive quality that he always redeems himself/makes up for it in the end so all in all I loved him…..and Dan Schneider did give a great performance as him. Also, as much as I love the show…….the fat jokes about him in nearly every episode got to be too harsh. If Schneider himself had wrote them for another actor it would have been another reason for quiet on set to rip him to pieces.

Alan Pinkard: like Dennis, both hatable but lovable at the same time. Tony O’Dell was a great actor, and he worked as Zendaya’s acting coach on Shake It Up and KC Undercover, so there’s that! Most of the limited HOTC fandom also seems to revolve around Tony (blame Cobra Kai).

Darlene Merriman: for much of the show Darlene wasn’t given much to do. It was only in the last few episodes Robin Givens really got to shine. I think it’s probably because of her personal life (FUCK Mike Tyson btw.) I am also a hardcore Alan/Darlene shipper but the crumbs of their relationship were mostly treated as a joke. Robin is the only one to return for the removed from HBO MAX reboot, but to be fair she’s one of the only one who still acts in mainstream roles.

Simone Foster: loved Simone. Cottagecore queen. Simone/Eric is my OTP and her episode tearing down Alex after he claims they had sex is her all time greatest moment. Everyone talks about Schneider and Robbins for obvious reasons but Khrystyne Haje is an insane success story. She co-owned a 500 million dollar Silicon Valley company!!!! and her story of surviving STAGE FOUR breast cancer with an experimental treatment…….holy fuck.

Eric Mardian: iconic rebel without a cause. As said above I love his relationship with Simone. The one thing I’d say I didn’t like about his story was the back-and-forth about him not being on the academic team that lasted till the very end of the show-even TJ was on the team. Also Brian Robbins’ insane career needs to be studied in a lab. From sitcom bad boy to CEO of Paramount.

Sarah Nevins: iconic queen. best girl. what more can I say except I love her. my only problem with her character is she was treated as a background character at some points. I liked her relationship with Jasper but I also shipped with with Arvid (I swear it sometimes comes off like she still liked him after their breakup).

Maria Borges: hmm. I didn’t like her throughout most of her run……but I missed her when she was gone. I also love her outfits (but not as much as I love Viki’s!)

Jawarhal Choudhury: the most forgotten and mistreated character. He could have been one of the best!!! An Indian immigrant learning to adjust to America! For how smart the writers are I don’t think they knew how to write that…I definitely understand why Jory Husain wanted to quit.

Janice Lazarotto: another top tier character. Having a little girl genius was great and I think letting her go was a mistake…..she would have been a teen in s4/5 and seeing her friends react to her grow up could have been hilarious.

TJ Jones: I didn’t like her at first…..I thought they wrote her to be too over the top and sassy. But by the end, I enjoyed her.

Alex Torres: the only character I never once liked. He’s the worst! Also, I understand keeping O’Dell and Frischman…..they probably never expected the show to last until they were in their 30s. But casting Michael DeLorenzo when he was ALREADY 30 and had just finished a long running role on a different teen show (Fame) was bizarre.

Aristotle McKenzie: De’voreaux White basically plays an aged down, even wackier version of Argylle from Die Hard. I liked him, but not as much as Jawarhal or Janice. I don’t think he and TJ were a good match either. Also, I found out on Instagram one of Kimberly Russell’s adopted children is actually named Aristotle, which is a coincidence despite my kneejerk assumption that she took the name from the show (she adopted 5 of her kids in 2013).

Viki Amory: I didn’t like her at all at first, with her ditziness and the way all the boys fawned over her. But I really liked her by the end. (Removing her ditziness definitely helped). But I especially loved her outfits! She was so ahead of her time……she basically dresses like a modern 2024 girl.

Jasper Kwong: a last minute addition to the show when the writers realized how unrealistic it was to no longer have any Asian characters (I think they could have made Viki Asian, but oh well) who happens to be played by one of the most famous actors on the show-future oscar winner Ke Hu Quan! (Credited under a stage name-Jonathan). I really liked him, and I think he was written inspired by Quan’s real life personality. You can also definitely see Quan’s acting chops in his debut episode….but I think they all showed signs of greatness on the show :)

and last but not least…….Billy McGregor! When Charlie left I was prepared to hate him (like Dennis). But Billy Connolly was a great addition. He was so different from Hesseman with his over the top comedy, but he still had heart and great chemistry with the students. But I read about the “spin-off” they gave him where Connolly supposedly played the same character in a different setting…ugh. Couldn’t they have just made it a new character? He and Bernadette should have ended up together!

I LOOOVED this episode! I thought it was amazing :D. Marjan episodes are always so good, and with a side of Tarlos? Masterpieces 😌. Anyway!! The calls were great this episode - YESSSS karma for that couple from the trailer and ensuing suing incident >:) (lol yes I said ensuing suing on purpose) - and I really liked the plotlines!! I'm a bit nervous for next time o.o. Like, I don't care THAT much about Owen's love life, but it's fun anyway :). Also I feel like the second hand embarrassment will be strong with this one xd. Anyway though! This episode was great, and even though I love drama, I liked how it didn't have too much :) 🥰.

Also, once again, though it's several hours earlier, this is being written the same day as the airing of the next episode xd. Everything after the first sentence of the review is being written now lol. I do have a fair amount of time, so it probably won't be shorter because of time constraints, but it may be shorter because of motivation and memory lol. I have to run a light board after/maybe even during this (probably after though), I need to have energy. But I may get wrapped up in it and not just so my basic thoughts! Who knows :). Or maybe I just won't have much to say lol. Anyway! Onward :).

Grace! We didn't see much of her this episode, but she slayed :D. She did great at her job, as always 🥰. I'm only partially sure we even physically saw her this episode - I think we did, but it wasn't till later? I don't quite remember XD. Anyway! I love her <333.

Judd! He was great this episode :). Again, we didn't see him too much, but he was great for what we did :). And of course he was great at his job ❤️. I love him :D.

Mateo and Nancy! Putting them together because we mostly saw them together this episode. Anyway, they were great this episode 🥰🥰. I love our little Nanteo moments :DD. Like their scene giving advice to Marjan? SO CUTE 🥰🥰. And at the restaurant too XDD. Well, we never saw them eat, so it may have just been like a tea house. Anyway! Mateo becoming friends with that guy was hilarious XD. I love him lol <3. And Nancy just sitting there like :'), then being like POPCORN, Mateo!! XD. I mean that's not literally what she said but yk the vibes xD. I love her lol <3. Anyway! They were both great at their jobs this episode 🥰. I love them lol.

Owen! He was great this episode :). Him also becoming besties with the date XD. Just a different one lol. That's not the entire reason he was great, it's separate from the first season. Also his advice was good, but his attachment to rutabaga was hilarious XDD. So sorry Owen lol <333. Anyway! I love him 🥰. He was great at his job too :). But yeah, I just love Owen being the comedic relief half the time lol.

Paul! I love him 🥰🥰. Him literally shoving Marjan to talk to the PT guy was amazing XD. Also of course his advice giving with Owen was great too lol 🥰. Also it's really sweet that he and Asha invited Marjan over for dinner :). He is a great bestie 😌. Also AAAHHHH he and Asha are officially a thing :DD. That's great 🥰🥰🥰. Lovely <33. Anyway, he was great at his job this episode :D.

Marjan! I LOVE HER SO MUCHHH :DD <333!! She was amazing this episode <333. I love how she didn't compromise on what she wanted - like, yk, she wanted a Muslim man, a chaperone, etc. Just because I feel like a lot of shows play down people's religions and, in relation, cultures with that kind of thing. But they didn't :)). Also I saw someone else mention it and yeah, it was nice seeing Marjan dating for the first time as an adult (and not just like, 20) :). I personally haven't been in that situation but I do know it isn't portrayed a lot so that was nice :). Anyway! I just LOVED that montage lol XD. It was amazing XD. And seeing everyone giving her advice and chaperoning was so sweet :)) 🥰. Also the fact that the guy was CHEATING ON HIS WIFE :OOO??!?!! AND MARJAN KINDA XDD?!?!! Several people lol. WILD! Also Marjan slayed on that scene though 🥰. Like the scene of the call/incident lol. She was great at her job this episode 🥰🥰. And YESSSS revenge on those people >:DDD!! More like karma LOL xD. Anyway! AAHHHH I'm so happy she got with the physical therapist :D. I mean, I don't care much about him specifically, I'm just really happy for her :)). OKAY I HAD LESS TIME THAN I THOUGHT SO I'LL COME BACK TO EDIT THIS LATER THE SHOW'S ABOUT TO START - I came back and added a ton to Marj's lol

TK and Carlos! LOVE THEM! BE BACK LATER LOL - I'm back xD. Before I even just said Tarlos lol, but I felt like putting their names now xD. Anyway! They were great this episode :D. That montage in the beginning was AMAZING!! It was hilarious xDD. And also AAHHH the reassurances beforehand 🥰🥰🥰. I bet they'll end up choosing somebody we know though. Anyway! Now to the meat of it xD: the kids discussion lol. I am definitely surprised Carlos doesn't want kids, but seeing the reason I'm not. Like, I was, but having heard what he said I am no longer surprised xD. It's completely valid, and even if Andrea disagrees, he really didn't have a similar relationship with his dad as TK did. I love Gabriel and Carlos, but there was a lot of tension there. I do think he would be a good father, but if he doesn't feel ready, that's completely okay. It's understandable! Even if he never feels ready. And being completely honest, I do want them to have kids xD! And I do hope Carlos is ready one day. But I respect his decision :). Because seriously, they're both equally valid! TK is perfectly validated in wanting to have kids.

Which is why the thing I really loved about this storyline is it really wasn't one of them convincing the other. I feel like most storylines revolving around kids or no kids are like that - either the no kids person is convinced to want kids or vice versa. But I really don't feel like that's what happened here. This was a mutual "We care about each other. We want each other in our lives more than anything, and that's all that matters right now. This isn't a make or break issue for us. And maybe, we will revisit it down the line." Because that's the conclusions they came to - "I love him". And you could say "oh well it's not the middle choice it's what Carlos wants" but like, it's the less permanent thing to revisit having kids later WITHOUT KIDS LOL. You can't as easily have kids and then decide "nah" xD. But like I said; I still think it's a possibility for the future. And honestly, I think this was a smart writing decision. It means they don't have to commit to one right now - they can decide later. And not only can they decide later, they can use the revisiting the discussion as a storyline later! Even if they decide not to have kids, there's still another plot in it. Anyway, I just really liked and appreciated how it was handled <33.

I may put that in its own post later but anyway lol. Now past the serious, analytical portion and onto my FEELINGS :DD 😭!! XD Not a bad sobbing lol. Anyway! LISTENNNN I just love them so much :'DD. And TK, right after a really sweet and genuine part of Carlos and Andrea's conversation: I blame you personally." Slay my boy XDD. I mean he said something like that lol. Anyway, it was just great, and I loved how it was spliced together - it also made for some really nice parallels. And AAHHHHHH TWO KISSES IN ONE EPISODE :DDD!!! YESSSS SLAYY WE DESERVE IT :DD 🥰🥰🥰.

By the way, there's this thing that, in some form or another, has kind of been running through my mind (or repeatedly popping up for a while lol) like all week: Carlos is scared he won't be a good dad, because of his trauma. TK is scared, because of his trauma, that he won't be a good dad. Does that make sense? XD. I just remember seeing someone say that TK reacts immediately with thinking that Carlos is doubting his ability to be a father, which is in character for him and makes sense given his past. They might've said something about Carlos too, I don't remember, I just keep thinking about this. For a little expansion on it lol, TK jumps to those conclusions because of his trauma, and who he is. Carlos is scared that due to his trauma, he won't be a good dad. That his trauma is what would make him a bad father, meanwhile TK's trauma is what makes him scared. Idk, it's hard to explain xD, and it's not a perfect little bit, but it kinda makes sense to me, I guess. Idk lol.

Anyway! I did not I had that much to say about them xD. I probably will put my little analysis bit in a separate post as well, I think it deserves it lol. But yeah! They were great this episode :)), I really loved their storyline. And I've seen several people say this but YESS, I'm glad it wasn't like, a fight!! It was just a discussion :)). And that was great, I loved it <33. Also idk about that proof that TK can cook - sus xD. But that was super sweet :')). As was Carlos getting the bearded dragon (since we don't know if his name was decided I'm saying that lol) of course :'DD. Anyway! They were both great at their jobs this episode :)). I love them 🥰🥰. Also, I will say that even though it wasn't a fight this disagreement was still stressful 😭😭❤️. Not too bad and I LOVED it, the plotline and all that, but still xD. How could they do this to me 😭 xD. Overall, LOVED IT! Okay back to edit this too lol. I LOVED this episode! I thought it was great :D. I really liked all the storylines, and the calls were great too :). Like I said, a Marjan and Tarlos episode always slays lol. But seriously, it was a great episode. Drama, a bunch of humor, and some really sweet and lovely scenes :'DD. Plus, Nanteo crumbs and Tarlos are always bonuses 🥰. And Paul and Asha!!! YAYYY :DD. I'm a bit nervous for the next time o.o. Like I said, I'm not THAT invested in Owen's love life, but I don't find much of a point in not even trying to enjoy it, so eh :). It's not like I feel nothing though lol. I just might not take it as serious as if it were someone else xD. Anyway, I'm also sure I'll get bad second hand embarrassment xD. I'm excited too though! Also, one last time, I loved the date montage from today xD. Not just Marjan, and the guys, either, but everyone else's reactions too XD. And Owen and Mateo loving those two dudes LOL. Amazing :)).
