quick traditional piece for fun ^^

“Well, yeah, of course.” Buck answers easily, his heartbeat speeding up. He’s a little anxious about putting too much pressure, too many expectations out there, but he also knows that even if he did, they’d get back on track, they’d be fine. And besides, Tommy’s smiling, he doesn’t seem freaked out at all. And that’s after Buck brought up children. But if they’re moving forward with their relationship, they need to know what they want out of life. It seems reasonable to have this conversation this early on.
“Good.” he responds, grinning widely. “Now I won't have to stress about your answer when I ask.” he adds, and Buck feels himself blush, butterflies in his stomach going wild. Oh. Oh. This is- this is real. They’re talking about it, and maybe someday soon- he might marry this man. He will marry this man. Tommy wants him forever. Tommy wants him. Tommy wants to marry him and have children with him, and just be with him. Sometimes it’s still so shocking to Buck that someone as great and amazing as Tommy wants him, but he does. Buck’s not sure he remembers the last time he felt this wanted.
“How- how do you know I won’t ask first?” Buck asks, moving his head slightly closer to Tommy, just enough to look into his beautiful blue eyes. It feels surreal, talking about this, when they only dated for a few months, but it also feels… right. It feels like they’re on the right track to get there one day.

i made a rough timeline for the clone^2 au, just for my own convenience sake when dating things. some things might be out of order from the episode date, and thats also for my convenience.
September 3rd: Danny, age 14, has the accident in the lab that turns him liminal
September 10th: Danny is discharged from the hospital and given two weeks leave from school
September 24th: his sick leave ends, and Danny returns to school
October 14th: Danny sneaks into his parents' basement and releases the ghosts they have trapped in cages. Official birth of the vigilante, Phantom
November 27th: Danny fights Pariah Dark, and wins
December 24th: the Ghost Writer torments Danny
February 12th: Danny's 15th birthday
March 3rd: its been six months since Danny's accident
March 7th: Danny fights his evil future self
May 8th: Danny meets Ellie [age 15] and they become twins
December 14th: Danny finds out from his parents that he's a clone
February 12th: Danny's 16th birthday
Early-Mid April: Danny meets Damian [age 6] :)
Mid-Late April: Damian runs off for the first time, damages Danny's hands the first time
May: Damian runs off two more times in the span of three weeks, he damages Danny's hands both times.
Early June: Damian runs off one more time, damages Danny's hands again, resulting in permanent nerve damage.
Mid-Late June: Damian finally gives up on the League coming to get him and joins the Fenton Family.
July: Damian finally coaxes Danny into letting him come along with him on patrol: Wraith is born.

On that same note...
Now that I finally finished my very VERY important thingie and that FUCKING EMOTIONAL TRAGEDIES STOPPED HITTING MY LIFE (or at the least I think so... minimum i get to have a period of grace before I have to deal with more consequences ) I can continue with my writing as I said I was going to a couple of weeks ago before the tragedies started
The notes on Shimazaki I've written so far are pages long and now im wondering if sharing it as screenshot of my OneNote note is the best or if it's better to copy and paste it all in different posts...
I think I'll probably do both both to get it all at once and for easy of reading
With that more headcanons posts tied to what's going to be on the notes will come!

I know the feeling! I love collecting figurines and toys so they can get dusty pretty quickly, some moreso than others (no idea why). I have his amiibo as well! He's being guarded by Falco Lombardi's amiibo. I wish they would have made something for Teba, Kass, and Tulin.
I don't have room for a lot of figurines, but it's definitely a hassle keeping the ones I do clean! Hahaha, that's so perfect since he and Falco are similar in a lot of ways! I'm surprised they didn't for at least Tulin and Teba since they were featured in HWAOC and played a larger role in TOTK.
#i'm still stuck on the very beginning of rito village's storyline in TOTK because i got so pissed that they:#1) had the NPCs completely forget revali's existence#2) made it so revali's gale meant nothing in the grand scheme of things and he died for nothing#i've unlocked all of the temples except the miscellaneous one (light?? something like that) and all of the towers/most shrines#but i am so reluctant to actually start the story because i keep getting peeved#literally the only motivation i have for completing the game right now is to get more rito lore for my fanfic WIPs#tearsofrevali#asks

since then, he has broadened his research into all kinds of linguistic phenomena, from the curious way that skritt speech grows in complexity alongside their intelligence, to how sylvari dialect relates to the Krytan spoken in Ventari's time

I am standing over chapter 2 of the fic while holding a giant axe and asking myself "is Renn going into detail to Varric about how she does her job as a Crow necessary, will people like this at all??"
#I would be cutting like over 600 words- maybe even closer to 1500 if I got real critical of the second half of the chapter#but I also don't see this coming up otherwise#and I wanna let my girl have Something to define her style of killing besides “very fast”#I also have her explaining the Houses somewhat to our favorite dwarf#partly because I was trying to figure them out myself at the time lol#also me writing this like a full month before I listened to Vows and Vengeance#and we got Luca impersonating a servant lmao#like obvious low hanging assassination fruit right there but I swear I wasn't trying to give them similar job vibes#she's just an elf and that's the easiest way to get into a rich fuck's house tbqh#also I need you guys to understand Renn lies#like she just flat out lies to people- she is lying to Varric about Crows needing money to kill#she actively kills someone in this chapter earlier and doesn't tell Harding or Varric that she did so#in a different chapter her inner monologue has her blaming herself for every bad thing the Evanuris do now that they're out#and then later she yells at Viago that it is in fact not her fault! she will lie to everyone to avoid confronting painful truths!!#just need that on the table okay thank you chapter 2 soon I think I can only reread it so many times#my writing#wip#DAV Posting

#ughhh i tried drawing a br0 /cal comic idea i had but all i really got was the complete sketch#im just not in the right mindset to be drawing right now. probably because im in a lot of pain lol#its stressing me out bc i havent drawn in a while but i have so many ideas written down that i want to do and multiple wips#both drawing and writing#i had a long day so im just gonna fuck off in bed for a while prob scroll tumblr maybe try to write or read#i spent like 2 and a half hours cooking jambalaya earlier (when standing for even 5 minutes is excruciating) so im exhausted#i was like sobbing into my (intentionally extra slimy) okra infested food#there was an entire pack of okra i put in there and i made SURE to cut and cook it the way that makes it slimier and ...#... it was THE BEST mouthfeel ever the food was SO good (even tho i forgot worcestershire sauce rip my fav lol)#the zucchini was slimy and melty the shrimp was melty the chicken and chicken sausage was so good#omg but i was like crying the whole time i ate it bc pain#its hard enough to cook when im 'not' in pain because standing hurts#the slime was worth it but it was at the cost of the rest of the day. at least i have a ton of leftovers#but im gonna need to clean and freeze the second pack of okra tomorrow. no way i can eat all that on top of the food from today#so im scared for that bc i only have a couple more painkillers (i need to save them for things like. cooking for 2 hours.)#when is my back gonna get better im so tired of this!#anyway.#vent#personal#delete later / /
