Revali Dating Headcanons

Word count: 596

Warnings: None that I've caught since they're headcanons, please tell me if I should add anything

Notes: Aww, thank you so much for the compliment! I loved writing this, and I feel like it's a bit short, but I hope you enjoy. I love writing Revali so much and enjoy to continue doing so :)

Revali. Our beloved champion. Oh, how he does not know how to date.

Of course, he’ll pretend he does. Honestly, the first barrier for him was actually telling you how he felt.

And boy oh boy, once you do that? It’s like the floodgates have just opened.

Revali’s a Rito of splendor, grace, and beauty. He tries his hardest in every way to show love and appreciation in ways that he thinks shows through.

(It’s not like he’s worried he’s gonna mess up- not at all!)

If you live in Rito Village, Revali’s going to try and spend time with you always. He’s at your side when you walk through the village, he’s spending the night in your hut while you cook dinner, he’s going for a walk with you when you need to stretch your legs.

He doesn’t let just anyone come and watch him practice at his beloved Flight Range… but sure, you can tag along if you want, he doesn’t mind. He definitely practices with more flair that day just because you’re watching.

If you don’t live in Rito Village, he’s always visiting. He’ll be gone for about two days and then bam- he’s suddenly back like he never left. He had this habit of perching in trees and scaring the living shit out of you when you walk by. He definitely enjoys it even when he insists you’re just jumpy.

He’s very self-conscious about everything, too. You’ll be cuddling and his mind will race the entire time- Am I doing this right? Are they comfortable? Am I messing up? Are they too hot? Cold, maybe? Should I move? You’d never know it from his attitude, but he… worries, you know?

Whatever you do in life, whether it’s research or running a shop, or taking care of children, Revali is your biggest supporter. He’ll tease you, sure- (“I’m bugging you? Surely you, in all your greatness, aren’t distracted by me. I understand, the view must be fabulous, but-” “Shut up, Revali.”)- but at the end of the day, he’s so proud of you. Especially if your job involves making things- he likes watching your hands bring something, anything, into fruition. It’s adorable.

He’s very protective, too. Especially with the rising monsters. Sure, he wouldn’t ever admit he’s worried about you, but… yeah. He’s worried. Revali can’t imagine a world without you in it, and he’ll do everything in his power to make sure you’re  safe and protected in his arms.

On a fluffier side, her me out- DATES. ON. MEDOH! Revali’s taken you up on there before and every process is nerve-wracking as you cling desperately to his back, but now you have to hold onto supplies too?? At least Revali brings the Divine Beast lower so you don’t have to fly as far.

And you have to admit when you get there… it’s damn romantic. Our dramatic bird knows how to set a vibe. The two of you will talk and laugh up there for hours, long after any food is gone, just enjoying the view and each other’s company. Soon, the sun begins to set, and it gets colder, and even though you’re probably wearing Snowquill armor, you wiggle your way up against Revali.

He complains that you’re heavy (he doesn’t mind and doesn’t mean it. At all.)

In the end, he isn’t the greatest at communication or feelings sometimes, but there are genuine moments. And you’re working on it. Revali is teasing and good and protective and would burn the world down for you. You can be sure of that.

- thief (svt): I’m too much in love with the home run mv and every series with that theme, so this is a big MUST READ

- ch-ch-cherry bomb (scoups series): no words. Absolutely no words. Just amazing. I don’t know how to describe it. Just read it. Love it. Such good smut omg.

- pls read all of her drabbles too!! Sooo good!

But when talking about series specifically, obviously:

- Heart & Seoul (Wonwoo series): too good. Every carat on this planet has to read this. Chef’s kiss.

- Getting Closer (Wonwoo, Mingyu series): if you’re a carat and have tumblr, you probably already know about this one, but I’m still gonna hype it tf up because this is one that I will also never get tired of reading)

I recently read Vanilla for the first time and Jesus Christ… went back the next day to read it again. Most definitely am going to read it a third time. And a fourth. And who knows how many times again after that. The best Joshua smut I’ve ever read on this app ngl. I actually had to put the phone down because I started blushing so hard.

And then there’s this series that I, for the love of God, cannot find anymore. It’s literally making me so sad because it was one of my faves.

It played in a Home Run!AU (MY ABSOLUTE FAVE) and it was about the reader being in a relationship with one of the members and they’re on a cruise and a diamond goes missing and they’re trying to find out who stole it.

ISTG IT WAS SO GOOD AND I DON’T KNOW WHERE IT IS OR WHAT IT WAS CALLED😫😭 I think the writer deactivated their account tbh…

I remember the username being something with Minghao and their profile pic too! And they also had another AMAZING series with Wonwoo x idol!Reader… (I think they’re were the same profiles)

So good… so sad to have lost it… I’ll never forgive myself for that

Okay, now..this is not necessarily a request though I'm not gonna complain if it inspires you to write a little something, but I know you're a busy person, so you can also just ignore this, I just had to get it off my chest.

Taking Irmo to a secluded part of his gardens, where nobody will find you and showing him exactly how many advantages his physical body has by just basically riding him into oblivion.

I've had this thought a few days ago and I couldn't get it out of my head. And again, Thank you for providing us all with your writing, you're a godsend :)

"Dear — ah," his head limps against the bark of a tree, lips parting to release yet another indecent moan. "Oh, d-dear. . ."

Lean fingers twitched against your thighs, sometimes clawing and scratching at your soft skin — other times clamping down when you dared to sink into him entirely. To say he was a mess would be undermining it.  

"Does that feel good, my lord?" He practically groans at your words, the name you still called him despite his current state. Irmo nods, once, twice, with his dazed eyes cracking open in a half-lidded manner to gaze upon you. "Yes, dear. . . It feels so — mm,"

The vala takes your hips into a tighter hold and gasps as you engulf the entirety of his already throbbing length. He chokes on a moan, burying his face into your neck as you lean over to hook your arms around him. You shallow your movements, making sure he hits at a certain angle within you — perfectly stimulating both yourself and his already swollen tip. 

"Dear, I c — . . . Oh," he sucks in a breath to ease the burn in his lungs yet to no prevail. "I cannot — I think. . ."

"I'm close too, so close for you." The rasp makes him bite down on his lips, especially when you up the ante with your pace. "Can I cum, Lord Irmo? Please, please can I cum for you?" You pull his head away from your neck, lips inches from his. Your rugged breaths of exertion and blissful gasps strung with moans mingle into one another, becoming one as you chase your high.

"Can you cum for me again?" 

There's another groan from him. When you ask so sweetly, who is he to deny? 

His fingers flex against your skin, sliding down to obtain a better grip on your thighs as he rolls his hips up in time with your movements, practically knocking the air from your lungs. He tries to nod, tries to speak — but he's drowning in this ocean of lust and the high that is to come. 

"Please," glossy eyes meet yours. "Please cum, I need you too — with me." Irmo groans, finally sealing the deal and crashing his mouth to yours. With arms looping around his neck, you return his feverish kiss and continue your rocking motions. 

Your release washes over you in tidal waves of intensity and he consumes your cries as you do the same his shuddering moans. Both of you stiffen as if the world came crashing down in blissful devastation as he fills you to the brim once more and you coat him with your slick for the umpteenth time.

He parts from the kiss, gasping for air he knows he needs not. With arms looping around you, he draws you nearer and peppers a few kisses to the skin of your neck. Basking in your beauty and the wonderful manner in which your walls clench and spasm around his still pulsing length.

Irmo is about to say something — but he's cut off when you shove him down further so that almost the entirety of his back flushes against the grass rather than the tree. He quickly looks up, his reaction time only allowing for him to grasp your waist before he's gasping into the air once more. 

"D-Dear —" 

"More, my lord, I need more." 

As your hips grind and roll against his once more, the vala's eyes flutter as he aimlessly nods his head. "Yes, dear," he groans, hanging his head back into his messy white tresses. "Take all that you need from me."
