i started watching barry and when you all were swooning and horny over bill hader in like 2017/2018 i thought you all were insane........i get it now...............
#just needed to see him depressed and murdering people i guess#i've been in love w anthony carrigan for years like you know. you KNOW#that's not new but this....is new....and idk how i feel about it....#i think the show is just ok btw#like idk. i just started season 2 and think it might have been overhyped to me a bit#i've seen it held up with the likes of succession and the sopranos and. no. not even close#maybe it'll get better but i give it like a 6/10 so far maybe a 6.5#i don't really like comedies at all and it does lean more comedy on the dramedy scale which i don't think i was expecting so maybe thats it#i am very bored and have depression i will keep watching it

okay i got to episode 21 and i REPEAT: sugawara is THEE glue and THEE heart of this team!!!!!!!!!!!
#literally his keen eyes and help and advice have been the mvp this WHOLE season#1. being a nonjudgemental helper when hinata was first starting out and needed help with basic skills#2. giving hinata and kageyama the advice they needed to figure out their freak quick#3. giving the boys the background information needed to help coax asahi back#4. having the clarity to sidestep a power struggle for setter that might have made things ugly with the team#5. coming up with the sneaky calls#6. keeping calm and keeping his eyes open from the sidelines so he could inject his wisdom when he got on the court#like i mean! everyone is the heart in their own way and they all get their moment to shine bc volleyball is an orchestra not a solo#but suga GETS that and that's why he's mvp in my heart and i'm SO STOKED he's getting his moment in the sun!!!!#rebs watches things#he is going to be a MONSTER when he becomes a coach like that's his calling#rebs watches haikyuu

Well that was disappointing 😅 maybe next year lol
#unfortunately i think this means that Revamp will in fact be BounPrem’s last BL - there’s not really another explanation for the lack of#other joint projects except that they will be transitioning out of it. could be wrong but between getting nearly nothing next year#and Revamp filming being pushed back over 6 months — coming on 2 yrs since we first heard of it — and them#not having a single joint show in between… I wouldn’t be surprised if after revamp (assuming it actually happens) is finished BounPrem will#split or at least announce their departure from BL officially#I hope I’m wrong because I absolutely love them together they are easily at the top of my list and far more consistent than any other pair#that I follow. but that seems to be where this whole thing is heading.#as for the other shows…I’m very meh. I won’t be able to watch Boun’s because I can’t with ForceBook 😅 I just don’t buy it at all#I had to skip them in only friends because it was just too wooden for me#Prem’s looks mildly interesting but my ADHD makes it near impossible to finish a show unless I’m watching it with people#KhaoFirst’s cat thing is….i mean I might try and watch…but I really don’t enjoy fluffy comedy romcom things#it’s just not my vibe so that’s disappointing especially since heart killers is already a heard pass for me for similar reasons#ugh I really want inspiration but looks like I’ll have to look elsewhere I suppose#I know PitBabe season too is on the horizon but I’m also skeptical of that….not against it just skeptical…..very skeptical#I want Goddess Bless You From Death but (assuming we still get that) I’m guess that won’t come out until 2026 unfortunately#none of the other GMM shows looked interesting to me though if my friend wants to watch them we can try#Maybe NetJJ will give us something next year — that I might be able to get behind#or TutorYim might get something more serious? Got myself a treat yesterday
#The Pokémon movies were quite cheap and I spontaneously got hit by a wave of nostalgia so I thought “yk what I'm going to buy all my#Teen/childhood movies from back then when I started getting into Pokémon#My school library used to have all the Pokémon movies up to Gen 5 and I borrowed them all the time#And I used to watch the Gen 6 movies online on PokéTube when it was still available#So yeah I had to fill the Gen 6 void and I also bought the Gen 4 movies because I remember liking them a lot as a kid#Also 9-10 euros for two movies is really good honestly I found Pokémon movies at MediaMarkt as well but one movie was#Like 14.55#So yeah the bundle movies it is#Müller also had sets of the early seasons and I was tempted to buy it but they didn't have Indigo League anymore but most of Johto#And I personally didn't like Johto because of the insane amount of filler#And I barely remember any filler episode that actually sticked with me except a handful of episodes I thought were cool or there was a#longer arc tied to it#I might get the Gen 3 movies next because I remembered that I liked them too as a kid#But the second Polyband Anime drops the Gen 6 series DVD set I'm the first one to buy it 100%

#gonna be real with u im livin there but i have no desire for the back half of glee#i barely have any desire for s3#but hey maybe a terrible idea like rewatching glee would actually uh give me a fresher perspective on the story as a whole#i've been rewatching some of it but uh yeah not. not anywhere close to all of it#...also if i rewatch glee ill start talking about glee more and like... themes and storycraft and shit... in fuckin glee...#spoiler alert i think its bad#and not because of the deliberate absurdism or anything#that's good i actually remember enjoying the glee aesthetic and exaggerated everythings#but it might be interesting to watch it when i'm not actually a teenager anymore#and maybe wonder if glee actually got worse or if i was just younger when the first seasons aired lmao#but between watching 2x06 and 3x13 and none of the other episodes... the contrast is stark af and that's only s3#NBK is so so so good even the other stuff going on is interesting (and kinda fucked up but that's the glee vibes yknow?)#and it sets up kurt's storyline so so well - thematically with the song choices and the acting is superb and the chemistry omg#it almost makes you believe they aren't going to fumble it 20 times at least over the next two seasons#Heart is like... Worth it I guess but it's like all the other promised Karofsky storylines#hyped up in leaks and previews and then fumbled and dropped unceremoniously#...only Heart was out here gaslighting the audience with some revisionism that makes u go 'hmm' esp after just watching NBK#i mean bold words to say about the guy who has been doing that all episode like k but that aside#dave karofsky did not cup kurt's face and go in for a second kiss only for them to call it “hate kissing”#dont worry mr karofsky i heard ur little whimper 😔#...fuck im gonna need a glee tag yall can mute aren't i?#...................2 to 6 business weeks......................

an update on my black mirror watch-through
#for those just tuning in this did start bc i loved demon 79 so much i had to see how many episodes actually pass for me#looks like a 50/50 so far! so far.#also note - i watched seasons 1-4 back in 2019 (except for san junipero and uss callister )#i saw most of season 6 through my dad watching it in the same room last year. the reason why only demon 79 is ranked is well..#it stood out as perfect to me <3#i have lots of thoughts!! i might have to do a review of some kind when i've finished my rankings here
