We're rlly happy about this (and tbh it's kinda often that we're proud of things we do), so wanted to just share because :3 <long post moment>

I know we've certainly had pride when alters were developing, like figuring themselves out, and we're always proud of that progress we make individually. But this is slightly different, and was kinda necessary.

We'd been really REALLY dissociated for a while, like struggle to function at all dissociated. And there was fear, ik that much. Didn't know what to do to fix it, and was really hesitant or afraid or uncomfortable with some methods to ground for some reason? We weren't sure entirely bc soup brain, yk.

Turns out that, well, in retrospect, it makes sense why there was hesitation to ground at all or any other idea we had that was rejected (idr if it was smth else specifically ofc). A traumaholder was essentially STUCK, ig? Idk but ig that's why we were blurry and just completely out of it for so long (like at*least* two days /lh). And also why we wanted a specific alter to come out (who is associated with helping them bc past stuff) -,_-,

Well they managed to actually. Idk. OK I DONT KNOW HOW THEY DID IT, but I guess it's because the avoidance or barrier to pain was lowered, lessened, removed? Like we/they stopped blocking out and purposefully avoiding the pain we felt, the sad thoughts that suck. We usually try to let ourselves feel pain but ig we werent?? But they did it, felt the hurt, and I mean ig it's kinda grounding to feel what you feel? So they were def in front. They did what they wanted, needed, to try and cope with the pain they felt. And ykw? They usually aren't alone, usually someone helps comfort them to ease the pain WITH them.

Someone else we didnt know about came up to em! so asffsdh thats fun, but they got through it! Even if it was kinda awkward and weird and kinda not the best? But def not the worst. We actually still have it written down bc yk important, and that's how the alter coped anyways.

I'M SO PROUD OF THIS BTW GENUINELY LIKE WE DONT FEEL SO BLURRY/NEG ANYMORE!! I mean we're still fairly blurry bc day to day lack of identity has been a norm for us for so long 😔 but like we're not immobilized by the dissociation and stuffs, yk? PROGRESS!! And it's all thanks to this lil guy(/aff)! So many hugs for the traumaholder frfr, srsly!! (I'm actually starting to get emotional like wanting to cry from this lmao idk if this is me or someone else or the traumaholder XD)

Final thoughts: That was so fun to read omg, we really need an anime adaptation or a movie even that could work too Aside from that, I get why its called REIGEN and not TOME despite Tome being the protagonist, the spinoff it is about Reigen, its about what he taught to mob and others, the core message of the series "You arent special" Tome's arc here is understanding that. She feels lonely and bored beacuse she cant be herself in this new enviroment, shes an outsider, different from the other girls that are just interested in superficial things so she goes to s&s to be around things that she enjoys, ghosts, cursed places, psychic powers, etc. She isnt seeing that theres more things to see However she then realizes that the rest of the girls do have that problem of feeling like an outsider beacuse of their interests and when they realize that theyre all weird they start trusting each other and start to fully enjoy their company, she understands that her situation is not special, theres many more people that accept her as she is, she starts enjoying the connection she has with others, shes found a place where she fits in Thats what reigen did, he was able to find a place where he can be with the help of others, this ones about apreciating the connections we make with others

Thinking by myself is bad

You really dont realize how much someone encompasses your life and mind and friend group until suddenly they arent there anymore...

And you realize how much you shared and how much of an integral part of your routine and life they were. And now suddenly you find yourself going to talk to them and...you realize you really cant anymore...

It hurts a lot, realizing how much youve truly lost...abd how many doors have been shit and walls suddenly thrown up. You desperately want to hope that maybe this isnt real and maybe this is all just a dream. But then after pinching yourself till your arm starts to bleed that actually it is real and youve lost so much.

You feel your heart start to drain of any and every emotion and you watch as it all spills out onto the floor beneath you. Your soul trembles with the chill of the realization that its over. And your body has this horribly awful numb feeling to any and all outside force.

What hurts the worst...is reaching up to hook my finger in the heart loop and clutching at emptiness. Not feeling the weight of ownership and security around my neck hurts me to the depths of my being; because, ive never been someones pet before him and now im what i have called a stray.

For two years I have been his pet, his tiny fox, and worn that collar almost from the moment our relationship started to...this past monday. It hardly ever came off, ever, in those 2 years. The only time it came off...was when we cleaned it, together, or if i had a particularly important interview...otherwise...it never came off from around my neck. It was always there. It was always reminding me that even if he was an hour away...he was there. I felt secure. And now there's absolutely nothing there. He was under the impression, i guess, that id been someone's pet and been collared before...and when i told him I hadn't it was a complete shock to him.

I dont think for a long time I ever want to be someones pet with a collar. Because it just feels entirely wrong and incorrect. It feels like betrayal, and it comes with a lot of pain that even now continues to put holes in my heart just causing it to empty more. I absolutely know that nothing could ever be similar to that...

He knew/knows my sub space...and my little head space...and my Fox self...whom honestly i havent felt...since monday. I have no idea where she went. I go searching in my sanctuary and im met with the harshest winter/weather/coldness/chill ive ever faced...and i retreat.

Its so easy to convince myself this wasnt a hard decision for him, that he isnt suffering. Its easy to insist to myself that hes better off and that he never cared. Its easier to think that its all my fault...rather than face the reality that none of that is true...that in reality he loves me...just like i love him...and apparently this is one of the hardest things hes ever had to do... because he just cant do it anymore. He just cant be poly anymore...

For a small smount of time i felt like i was the center of someones world...and it was truly amazing. I was on cloud 9. But, i domt know how to handle people loving me. I really dont. I lashed out. 181101.  kaynoella : Okay so this is kinda long so I hope you'll be able to see them all together. It's a romance (rated M?) krisho ship, I believe I read it on AFF, and I can't find it again T^T So this is the only part I remember from it, the beginning, Kris and Suho didn't know each other and I believe they meet at a bar, they drink, get drunk, and Kris takes Suho to his apartment. One specific scene is when Suho took off his underwear it fell at the end of Kris's bed in between his mattress and the plank (so in the morning Suho couldn’t find his boxers when he was trying to leave so I think Kris found them after) Anyways they do the deed and then it’s morning time. Suho wakes up first and freaks out when he sees Kris so when he tries to leave (ofc his waist hurts) Kris starts to wake up so Suho pretends to sleep. Kris sees Suho in his bed and he freaks out too but keeps quiet. Then Suho thinks that Kris went back to sleep and he turns over to look, they make eye contact. Suho screams and takes all the blankets to cover himself (I think that’s what happens) and Kris starts apologizing and asks if he’s okay. And one specific sentence he says goes along the lines of “I’m so sorry we didn’t use a condom. But I already got myself checked I’m clean” but Suho just stays under the covers and doesn’t say anything. Then Kris feels sorry bc he knows Suho can’t really move atm (if ya know what I mean) and he didn’t have any pain pills around so Kris said he’ll go out to get Suho some stuff so he feels better. When Kris leaves Suho takes a shower and then starts looking for his clothes to leave asap. At this point I can’t really remember what happens next but Kris comes back when Suho has a towel around his waist looking for his clothes and so they’re both embarrassed and all that stuff. Kris gives him the healing stuff for him and Suho tells Kris he can’t find his underwear and I think Kris gives him his own and then at that point I think they just go there ways and further in the story they meet again through their mutual friends (the other exo members) and get together. Again I hope you see the parts before this so you know what I’m talking about and what to find! But anyways I really hope you’ll be able to find this story, it would mean so much. Then I could finally stop thinking about it HAHAA Thanks~!!
