Pablo's POV

We just came back from the short break, and my groin somewhat healed but I kept feeling numbness in my upper thigh that I didn't mention to anyone. I hoped it would just go away and besides everyone who knows me knows that I HATE doctors!

I would rather push through pain for days than go see a doctor. It was since I was a kid and they couldn't find my vein during regular check up at La Masia that I developed real fear of needles or any hospital related 'stuffs'.

It was during training when I was trying to lift weights with my legs that I kept wincing so much so that Xavi pulled me to the side to ask if everything was alright.

"Soy bien, no te preocupes" I lied but man was suspicious saying I should do a check up with one of team doctors before the next game. It was my very own nightmare!

"But sir, it's really nothing..I'm probably sore" I said realizing just how illogical that was considering this was a first training since we got back from a break.

"He's scared sir! Pablito is scared of doctors!!" Ansu joked around as others joined him making me do my best to hide the embarrassment for being afraid of something so silly. I was Pablo Gavi after all!

"I'm not scared cabrón. I just hate being poked!" I said proudly pretending like I currently had no worry in my mind (which was far from truth).

"Scared or not, you have to see the doctor after training Gavi" Xavi ordered and I could do nothing but nod rolling my eyes at the guys who were smirking at me.

Your POV

It's been such a long morning already with lots of paperwork and barely any time for a proper meal or a cup of good 'wake me up' coffee.

I was interning with the medical staff as the young college student so of course they gave me all the grunt work but I didn't mind feeling grateful for the opportunity.

"Hola..um..I'm sorry, I need someone to get my blood drawn?" Gavi walked in and I felt myself staring at him before focusing on his question instead trying to forget that I found him extremely attractive!

"I can do that. Take a seat please" I said and he does but furrows his eyebrows in process.

"Aren't you like my age? Can you really poke people??" he said and I chuckled at his choice of words while prepping the syringe and the needle.

"Well, I got my EMT certification done early and now I go to school while working here and yeah poking people is kinda my specialty. Do you have an arm preference?"I said walking up to him immediately noticing that he was the 'nervous patient' which was kind of adorable knowing how confident he is on and off the pitch from seeing him around the camp.

"Well..um..I don't know" he said and that's when an idea popped in my head seeing that he had his eyes shut waiting for me to do something.

I slowly pulled up one of his sleeves putting on a tourniquet and wetting the gauze with some rubbing alcohol. That's when I start excercising my plan.

"You know I watched you play in the last game and I thought to myself 'damn! that boy is fine!'" I smirk seeing that he was starting to relax as his confidence returned the moment I said that. Pablo Gavi loved to be complimented, that's for sure ;)

"Is that right nena??" he said as I cleaned his skin but he barely paid any attention to my actions waiting to hear me say something back.

"Mhm..I mean you in that sweaty home kit..and your hair falling on your forehead..it did things to me" I said opening the syringe and slowly tapping his veins.

"I bet I can do better things to you.." Pablo said and I felt my panties getting wet knowing that my words were god honest truth and then I finally poked his vein pulling enough blood to run all the necessary tests.

"Alright! We are all done!" my words took him by surprise as he opened his eyes shocked that he didn't even notice me poke his skin as he was too busy imagining the things he wanted to do probably..not that I minded ;)

"Wait..so was this all to distract me?" he said and I smirked tossing away the waste before getting back to my desk.

"I will see you next week when the results come Gavi" my smirk only grew when he got up and walked over placing his fingers underneath my chin making me look up before suddenly crashing his lips onto mine leaving me in utter shock.

"I'll see you around nena" he winked before leaving. Damn it! Getting involved with a player!?

That's just my luck!

The sound of Y/N's cries of pain caused Cole to instantly go into big brother Cole mode. He jumped over the couch and ran to the doors of the Monestary. The big doors entered his vision and almost instantly he threw the doors open to see Y/N in Kai's arms.

They were crying and screaming in pain, reasuuring words came out of Kai's mouth as the reached Cole. "They were crying and screaming in pain, reasuuring words came out of Kai's mouth as the reached Cole.

"It hurts, it fucking huhurts!" Tears filled their eyes. In slo-motion, Cole looked at Y/N's leg. It looked twisted and bruised. It looked...broken.

"Wha-What happened?" Cole asked as Nya rushed behind her brother with you in his arms, still crying from the pain. "They-They were gone for not even 10 seconds and they were jumped by thugs! A-A store was getting robbed and-and me and Kai thought Y/N would be find catching one thug, but suddenly four more jumped them and-" Tears stained her cheeks from her pervious crying, but new fresh tears started to form as they ran into the Med Room.

Another one of Y/N's screams caused Cole to look back up at Kai who placed them on the bed. He tried to stop them from curling in on theirself so Zane could get a better look at your leg.

"Gaaaaha! Ihit hurts!" Y/N cried, tears falling from their cheeks. Kai squeezed their hand as Zane examed their leg. It was bruised from the calf and down, a little banged up, but hopefully nothing to serious.

"I know, but you moving around like this will make it hurt more." Kai tried to calm them down, but they curled around even more. Cole soon walked into their vision, causing them to turn their head toward him.

"Hey, hey. I know this hurts, but you're doing great, Y/N. Just a couple more seconds. Zane is putting the cast on as we speak, just look at me, try not to focus on the pain." Cole spoke over your cries and groans. Kai allowed Cole to take the lead, not stopping him because it seemed to work. Zane was able to put the cast on quicker with him moving Y/N's leg as much.

"What's your favorite color?" Cole asked, making eye contact with Y/N.

"Uh-AH-Uh.." It took them longer to say an answer, "F-FC! GAh!"

"Good. Good. Uh, how about movie? I love movies!"

"Uh-F/M!!" You cried you our favorite movies name as Zane finished the cast.

"There we go," Zane smiled as he looked at Y/N who still cried. "Thank you, Cole."

Cole waved him off, saying it was nothing. Y/N's eyes closed, they took deep breaths relieved the pain was over.

"When-When will they get better? Like, when will their leg heal?" Kai asked, tapping his foot as he looked at Zane. Zane thought for a moment, "I cannot be certain, but possibly in the next 4-6 months."

"Hah?!" You cried, slamming your head back to the pillow. Cole asked for Zane and Kai to go out of the room to talk about this and he'll let Y/N know when they'll get better.

Y/N watched as Cole escorted the two out of the room and closed the door a tad. He smiled back at you before asking you if you needed anything.

Two months have passed and during the time period, Lloyd was able to get Y/N some crutches. They were already doing fine on the cast, by fine you mean Cole basically carrying them aroun like royalty. Cole wanted to make sure they were comfortable with the crutches, so he stood by their side as they used them for the first time.

Almost cried when Y/N almost ran into a wall, such a gentlemen.

"Cole. I can grab it-"

"Nah-uh. You sit your butt back on that bed and I'l get for you."

They've pretty much gotten use to him bossing them around, but they weren't really complaining. He was their best friend after all.

"You rang?" Cole grinned as he entered Y/N's room when their soup. Y/N was 4 months in recovery, having doctor appointments for their leg now and then, Y/N's should be healed un the next month if they just sit and try not to put pressure on the leg. Although they've been doing well without cole's help, they could never tell him that.

He's been trying to hard to help Y/N feel better, he's even attempted to sleep in the same room if they need water, use the bathroom, or get a midnight snack because he knows how much they love those.

"I actually rang Jay, but it's always fun to see your face. Even though I see everyday now." You joked, "Well, Jay was out on a mission with the others so," Cole shrugged as he sat down on the bedside as he placed the soup on the dresser by your bed.

"Wait, don't tell me you stayed behind on a mission to take care of me?" You asked and Cole blew gently on the spoon with soup. "Okay, I won't."

You have him a 'are you serious' look as he locked eyes with you. "Y/N, I'm sorry, but I just want to be here for you since I wasn't when you got hurt! I want to see you get better with my own eyes."

"Cole," You laughed, "I've been doing fine, I barely need the crutches anymor-" Cole cuts you off by gently shoving the spoon into your mouth. "All I hear, "Aw, thank you Cole for taking such great care of me! I haven't complained at all after the past 6 months."

You swallowed the soup and chuckled, "I sound nothing like that, dork."

It was quiet for a moment, Cole stll feeding them now and then. before he did again, Y/N spoke. "I..actually am thankful for you, Cole. I mean it. Thank you for taking care of me these past 6 months." Cole smiled, wiping soup off your chin with his thumb.

"Anything for you, Y/N. You know that. I wouldn't just sit back and relax knowing my friend's hurt-"

You grabbed Cole and engulfed him in a hug. He paused, not wantinh to hurt you if he moves. Suddenly, he smiled, hugging you back.

"Thank you," You spoke.

"You're welcome, Y/N."

Even during your working hours, Oliver and Sendou don't hold back from flirting with you. If Claire is around, Oliver flirts with her just as much. They actually do it so much, Snuffy regularly has to tell them to stop. Also, they've tried flirting with Mao once as well, but quickly stopped when they found out she's a lesbian.

Niko doesn't ask you for assistance that often, but whenever he does, he's super nice and apologizes for needing your help in the first place. You always reassure him it's fine and that it's your job to help. He feels warm inside whenever you tell him you're happy to help with whatever he needs.

Aryu compliments you for your work so much and he asks you to hang out in the evening almost every day! He's always a bit sad when you say someone from another team already asked you to hang out. He's even a bit jealous sometimes. As a thank you for the work you do, he offers to put your hair into pretty hairstyles!

Barou rarely asks you for help. He's convinced he can do everything on his own. Plus, he doesn't want to put any extra work on you because he knows how often his teammates ask you for help. In the rare case of him calling you, it's usually to get him cleaning supplies. If you offer to clean with him, he immediately declines. Even though he comes off as mean sometimes, he's always happy when he finds out you have work to do around his team. He's just a bit too stubborn to admit how much he likes you.

Lorenzo tries to be close to Claire most of the time and you often see them together. Although, it's a bit hard to figure out what exactly is going on between them, because Claire keeps saying how "greasy and yucky" he looks, but at the same time, she seems to be fairly close with him. If Lorenzo isn't around Claire, he can usually be found somewhere with Mao.

Regarding Barou and Mao, he didn't have much of a choice in this. Mao just decided they're best friends and she also keeps calling him her big brother even though they're the same age. She's a lot smaller than him, so it makes sense in some way. At first Barou was a bit thrown off by that, but he got used to it. And while he doesn't admit it, he's fairly protective over her.

Otoya treats you as if you were his personal assistant and only there for him instead of for the entire team. He calls for your help even when you're busy with someone else and won't stop bothering you until you come over to him. Also, he flirts a fair bit with you, but most of that is outside of working hours.

Bachira doesn't ask for your help often, but when he does he tries to make it something that requires you to be somewhat physically near to him. He also gets very excited whenever you mention you have nothing to do after work so you can hang out with him! Bachira reminds you of how much he likes you very often.

Bachira and Mao also became very close friends and if he can't spend time with you, he's usually somewhere with her. They bond over having a similar personality and past!

Trent had never really thought about the consequences of his actions when he quite harshly shoved his opponent back. All during the match he had dealt with fouls and veiled threats aimed at him, and he finally had had enough.

He lashed out at his opponent in a short lapse of concentration and control, and immediately knew he would pay dearly for it. Trent already had received a yellow card earlier in the match, and this surely earned him a second one.

"You don't even see what I had to endure all match long!" Trent raged at the referee as the red card indeed was held up for him. "I'm getting sent off, but at least two of them should be as well!" The referee only gave him a stern look and motioned for Trent to retreat back to the dressing room. "Sure," Trent scoffed angrily, "defend them! Because they're so fucking innocent."

"Leave." The words were spoken calmly to him, as Trent felt someone take him by the elbow and steer him away from the referee. "Don't make this any worse." Trent whipped around, finding himself face to face with Jordan.

"This is unacceptable!" Trent now raged at his captain. The look in Jordan's eyes betrayed that he didn't agree to this red card one bit either, but also that there was no other choice but to accept it. "I know it is," Jordan finally answered, forcing his own calmness, "but he's made the decision to send you off, and there's nothing we can change about that now. Please, go inside." Trent glared at his captain, before yanking his elbow out of Jordan's soft grasp. "Fine," he spat the word.

Trent stormed off the pitch and into the tunnel, kicking a trash can in the process and swearing loudly at everything that moved.

"Hey!" Klopp came after Trent into the players' tunnel. "This is outrageous!" Trent's anger reignited, as he placed another kick to a nearby water bottle. "Fouls, threats, nagging all match long… I've had enough of it! I get sent off and he gets to stay on?! That's not right!" "Stop this," Klopp growled, advancing on Trent. "Stop this, or you'll be in a lot more trouble."

"What?" Trent was caught off guard by the sudden menace in his boss’ voice. "Now it’s 'only' a red card," Klopp continued, "but if you keep going on ranting and kicking things about like this, they might suspend you for multiple matches for misconduct. So, I’m saying this one more time: Stop. This."

Trent sighed heftily, but he knew Klopp was right. The team would be in far more trouble if he got himself suspended for a few matches. "Sorry," Trent apologized, doing his best to get himself to calm down, "I lost control for a bit. It won’t happen again."

Klopp smiled and rested a hand on Trent's shoulder. "I know you don't mean wrong, and I even quite admire your passion for this team." Trent looked up at Klopp, a smile now tugging at the corners of his mouth as well. He knew Klopp meant this, and he appreciated that a lot, even in this moment.

FebruarOC - Xochitl

OOOHHHHHH SUSHI MY BELOVED!!!!!! She is my character for our Werewolf game (which we're playing TOMORROW) it had been on hold for four solid years due to pandemic (we play (mostly) in person) and life/job stuff, but we finally got to start playing again on NYE! Nothing like sounding in the new year trying to remember a game you haven't played in four years ;;;; 

(It was fine I killed something in one hit) 

Xochitl is the 5'3" alpha of her pack and team dad (her beta, Rory, huge 6'something, is team mom). One of the first notes I made for her was that her fighting style is: (ง •̀_•́)ง !!! and a little bit of (*｀ω´)/――――― ●)´Дﾟ) I was nervous about picking up the role of alpha originally, but I made the choice after figuring that no one else would probably do it (and I was right lol) in the end, I'm really glad! I've had a lot of fun, and she's the right amount of impulsive (it is one of her flaws) to carry them forward, and I'm the right amount of "I can't stand awkward silences at the table" to keep conversations going. Whoops. 

She's from the Fiana tribe, though she's got a Hispanic name because of her father (Who was a Shadow Lord of Spaniard descent who left his tribe when he fell in love with Jael lmao), and she gets along most with her father who is also an Ahroun (meaning they're real good at fighting). Her mom had another child in a first... not marriage? I don't think they got married, but she had another child before she married Arturo and had Xochitl, but Xochitl never knew her sibling that well as they disappeared and presumed dead when she was still very young. 

And by presumed I mean they actually did die, but they're back now! Hah hah! And working for the Autumn King, which, you know, isn't a real thing, so totally normal and okay and nothing wrong here, amiright???? 

Well, We're going to find out tomorrow, because we're totally going to finally kill the autumn king and save Zeke's mom and ????? something Xochitl's sibling. 

the nickname Sushi comes from when the pack went to a bar and we met a group of Fae for the first time -- we were all being super paranoid about the Fae and you KNOW you're not supposed to give them your real name, except that Grace (the GM) said one of them was FC as Janelle Monae and I made some sort of involuntary sound and Grace asked "was that you or Xochitl?" and I went "(makes ionno sound)". But in her all her awkward grace, Xochitl introduces herself as 'Sushi'.

And then Ashanti (Janelle Monae) just won't stop rolling 10's when interacting with Xochitl and becomes instantly SMITTEN which now means that Xochitl is dating a really powerful fae lord of the winter court! And she's promised to bring back the head of the false king for her girlfriend! I'm so normal about them. 

AND! ONCE THEY GET BACK FROM AUTUMN! There's something in the sewers that has been encroaching upon Rat territory, and well it's not like Xochitl and Remy are a thing, but also, Xochitl has two hands and I wouldn't be mad if she and Remy flirt a little hehe BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, She's been keeping in touch with Remy (who is also team tattoo) about the goings on, and at the moment the ratkin have it under control, but Xochitl is gonna help investigate and deal with it later. 

Now, generally, the pack is an investigation agency called City's Eyes! through a few different series of events during their investigations, everyone did get a gold lightning-scar tattoo on their body (hence the Team Tattoo) -- this marked them all as chosen by these lost totems, and so one of our big quests was to go and save all these lost totems! Xochitl switched from Clashing Boom Boom to Quetzalcoatl as a result, which is like, her learning some responsibility and really taking ownership of being a leader and not just going about it as pell-mell as she had been. 

She has been one of my favorite characters to play, and even with our 4 year gap, the one that I've played the longest (we've been playing since like 2018). It's so easy to slip back into her! And even tho she no longer has her chaos twin that was Theane, she now has another Ahroun in Tali who is also more Mature(TM) than Theane was and I think that'll help keep Xochitl on the right track! Especially because right now she's distressed because her estranged "I thought you were dead but now you're working for someone who is legitimately insane and you're going mad but occasionally you remember who I am to you and try to warn me" sibling is there and she REALLY wants this king's head to give to Ashanti. She only just met Tali but insofar feels like she can rely on her! And of course, she can always rely on Rory and Theo to help protect the others. 

Now, forgive me, I have a lot of playlists and a lot of pinboards for her, so I'll end with all of those! I've also uploaded her character sheet and her profile for free to patreon (which includes her gifts and weapons). Please know that when I roll to hit, I'm rolling a minimum of 9 dice, and then if I hit, WOAH BUDDY. What a satisfying sound!!

RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS : not reading my rules. becomes obvious when you don't. especially with a couple character or plot types i list that i don't feel comfortable writing and they get pushed on me. always read rules so you start out on a good page. it's so important! using roleplay to make yourself seem better than others. whether that be that you're more virtuous than them (as my buddy ava said) because they write things you don't like (rant to a bud, get your feelers out, block and move on??) or way more hip, progressive or whatever for plots you do or won't do or fcs or graphics you use. we're all just here writing. it's not that serious. have fun with it. curate your experience. screw anon button on. you'll be way less stressed. and a tiny one. refollowing on repeat. but that just gets a block eventually. and super easy to handle.

MUSE PREFERENCES : flawed heroes, burdened souls that are good people deep down, the distant person that has walls because of self-preservation, kind souls that've been burned too many times that they are cautious to warm up to others. misunderstood, thoughtful types. characters that still need to learn themselves and grow. on the complete opposite side? completely unhinged psychopaths, sociopaths, whatever else that falls under that line.

PLOTS OR MEMES : ava said this really well. memes are the easiest way to get my attention. i don't mind sending them in. or having them sent (though rn my inbox is a little big but i'm working on it, might just take me some time!). and then from there as we build up, if we match well, plotting is something i LOVE to do. i get that some don't though and i'm always more than fine winging it to see what happens. pretty flexible. but i really do love things that stick between muses.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : i write a lot most of the time. usually on accident. sometimes i get carried away and am enjoying myself. i, in no way, expect replies to match length and i mean it. i just need smth to work with. i've been keeping some posts purposefully shorter. especially meme replies as i work through my inbox. we can expand or shrink as needed!

BEST TIME TO WRITE : usually really late at night. i'm a night owl with insomnia and, as much as sarah threatens to beat me with a chair? i find sleep difficult. writing helps that!

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S) : i don't know? i'm probably more like dean than i am any of them. but i try to make better choices that won't end up with me getting hurt. though there are people i'd let the apocalypse happen to save. some people are just that important. sorry world. if we're going down. we're going down together at least? dean and i have very very similar music tastes. though some of my stuff would be thrown out the window. we both have stupid humor. we're loyal. i do like my jeans, t-shirts and flannels. but we are VERY different in many ways. or it'd be boring to write someone just like me.

So let's talk multiverse, casting, and adaptations, yes? Because the way I see it, most people can't keep their outrage or fandom straight, and it bugs me.

Give you an example. Everyone lost their shit about the Scarlet Witch casting. Lost their shit. Torches and pitchforks and all that shit. Doesn't matter that she's a person who in her own series has an entire town begging her for death rather than living under her control, nah, the only thing anyone can talk about is who's playing her.

And you know what? They have a point. Or they would, if they didn't immediately adopt entirely counter opinions that contradict that one.

Because you know, Quicksilver is in that show too. And he's been in the MCU too. And he's had two actors. And he's her biological brother. But I don't see any huge outrage over either of them. I don't see people going 'if you use either of them as a FC I will literally call you hitler.' So what gives? Because the thing is, if you're mad about her casting, and there's good reason if you are, you also need to be mad about his, because they're the same. Imagine if some insane guy decided to cast Black Panther and Storm as white people, but people were only mad about one of their casting choices. That doesn't make sense! You either need to be mad at both of them, or neither of them, because the same rule applies to both. Both of them are whitewashing, which means that it's entirely contradictory to have a fire and brimstone take on one and not the other!

But while we're on the subject, I distinctly remember that for a while on tumblr, people were mad pissed about genderbending. And you know what? They had a point! Saying it was transphobic is a perfectly acceptable thing to do. Personally, I think it's a weaker argument than saying it's sexist, as the idea that men and women live exactly the same lives with no differences is not a thing that happens, but I see the point being made with people who think it's transphobic.

And then the multiverse got popular.

Apparently, all you need to do in order to get rid of the transphobia stink is say 'oh, it's not a gender bend, it's an alternate universe.' So now we got everything from a female Batman who Laughs to female Dr. Octopus to female aquaman batman, and everyone is like 'yay! multiverse!'

Now I will say that this may be because this only seems to go one way. I'm not seeing anyone make an alternate universe version of Batwoman where Kate Kane is a gay man or anything.

But it also comes off as distinctly hypocritical because the entire argument before was 'if you change this character's sex you don't change their gender, and thus you're being transphobic by doing so.' Apparently, the only thing anyone needed to say was 'oh it's just the multiverse' and everyone agreed that was fine.

Like I have seen people's rules that say, explicitly, 'I don't write with genderbends' and then literally have multiverse characters that are exactly what they say they hate. Apparently, it doesn't count if a megacorporation does it! Then it's not bad, it's just creativity.

Sorta like how no one gives a shit if your dude is not romani, they only care that the woman is. 'The dude is hot and we like hot sexy guys, so who cares if both the guys we had play him aren't romani? I know we said that a white woman playing a romani woman is bad, but a white guy playing a romani man isn't, and I am entirely consistent!'

Drives me up the wall. Absolutely blows my mind.

All I ask is that, whatever your take, whatever your belief is, just be fucking consistent, or at least, admit what your actual beef is. Because you can't clothe yourself in moral righteousness while you're engaging in the very things you claim to hate. That's like if you claimed to hate drinking while you were four shots into a bottle of tequila.

7- DNIs in rules: Honestly they don't bother me. I have thought about a DNI in mine once or twice. People hurt people, and it's ok to want to keep them far the fuck away from you. It's ok to tell people about your experience. They're adults they can make their own choices I do not think someone is automatically toxic bc they put someone in their DNI. I don't think it's toxic to tell people when someone has hurt you. Harassment is toxic, anon hate is toxic, DNI's are not toxic. You should be allowed to keep people off your dash and not want to associate with people who associate with them. Like I said the person reading your rules has every opportunity to decide for themselves which way they want to go on that all you did was put up a rule.

18- Shipping: I prefer ships that are deep. Ships with a story. Ships with chemistry. Ships that arent perfect, ships that developed out of nowhere. I never go into ANY interaction expecting a ship with one of my characters unless it's canon and even then it varies how close x character is to the other depending on how the other person plays them. Katherine has her favourite Stefans and then the Stefans she doesnt like quite as much. Same for Elena. Katherine in general is hard to ship lmfao but Elena isn't so I have an easy shipping muse, and a hard mode shipping muse. What I DONT LIKE is people throwing ships together bc the fc's are hot. I mean do what you want to do its your blog but yes I do judge people for that.

20- Violent threads: I love them. I mean Katherine isn't OVERLY violent at all times but she can and she will fucking HURT YOU and I don't get to explore her doing that enough bc most muses arent that fucking stupid.... tho I did have a thread once with @humanchewtoy where Katherine beat the shit out of Stiles and killed him and to this day that is one of my faves. <3

I fully support curating your space. What I have an issue with, honestly is when you've established an ooc repour with someone, you even are kinda close with them and have a good time- and then just suddenly block them with no explanation. It's fine for randos whatever.... but I think it's incredibly rude and crass to just block someone you actually got to know ooc. That was your friend even if it was a loose term. If they want to know why you blocked them they have a right to know why they suddenly don't have a friend and it is not TOXIC to want to know why someone you really liked suddenly DROPPED YOU.

Now harassing that person to find out IS toxic, but I still maintain it's valid to want to know why someone dropped you suddenly. You don't owe randos anything, no- you do owe your friends the very bare minimum of an explanation even if you block them right after. It's such a dick move to just drop someone you had a friendship with without the curtesy of saying "Hey I'm cutting our friendship bc of X y and z" because people can't fix behaviors they don't fucking know about. It HURTS to be friends with someone and then wake up or sign on wanting to tell them something and suddenly youre blocked and you dont know why. It's anxiety inducing. It does NOTHING for people with abandonment issues.

So don't be a douche. Don't be a coward. If you want to block someone thats fine. You don't owe a rando anything. But you do owe your (ex)friend the minimum decency of an explanation so they dont spend the next week and a half stressing over what they could have possibly done.

I know for most characters the majority of the fandom all use the same fc (david gandy for ethan, daniel henney for liam etc.) but I've never seen a fc for ajay besides yours and I've been really struggling to find one for my ajay x mc edit but I don't want you to feel like I'm copying or stepping on your toes

I mean, it’s not a big deal for me, because i can borrow someone elses faceclaims as well, if they fit, and actually, it makes me really happy when people approve my choices and like my faceclaims! so feel free to use them, it’s okay for me and stuff!

This is my last response to this. First off, I was on mobile, the phone has a way of screwing up grammar and spelling and you can ask anyone. Second, I’m not racist, I know plenty of PoC and I have many friends in them. And my sister in law is a PoC with three beautiful nieces and nephews. Yes, this is harassment, your yelling in caps and calling me names of something you don’t even have proof of when I’m not. This is harassment because you have yet to stop messaging me and you have also become persistent and calling me names, degrading me in calling me a white girl, a fucking idiot, ignorant, and more things. None of this is nice, this is rude and uncalled for.

This is my blog, this is my choice. Elodie Yung is beautiful, gorgeous, and fits Bastet for what I desire. And I can call her whatever I want, Bastet, Baast, or Bast. They are all the same meaning and she is my character and likes being called both. If you have a problem with it, then don’t look. You are basically sending hate, you are not talking rational or reasonable because this is not racism.

In the process of creating my characters and speaking to you have not displayed any sort of characteristic in claiming that any person of color is inferior to me or that they are a lesser being. I have not stated at all that I hate any specific race, religion, color, or gender that would be considered racist. Racism is a discrimination toward a certain race and belief that one own’s race, as stated, is superior. By no means have I done that. In fact, I’m playing a woman who is part French and part Cambodian and I see absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I have another character who is part Chinese and part American. Then I have an actress who is full blooded Israeli. And let’s not forget the Russian I have who is absolutely breathtaking and amazing actress. And I have one other who has a mix of ethnicities, including being English, American, and Irish.

So I have a hard time seeing how I am racist in any sort of matter. 

Oh, and just so you know, in my Real life, my best friend is a mix of black and white, I have a close friend who is Greek, and I have many friends at work who are Hispanic, black, and white. No one is better than the other, we are all equals and all deserve the same respectful treatment.

Now, you say you worship Bastet, correct? Did you know that she is worshiped in other countries as well, including by the Japanese, Hindu, and Celtic? That means she could be also Japanese, Indian, or Irish/Scottish ethnicity. She’s not just one goddess of Egypt, she is worshiped by many other in different countries.

There is one golden rule among the pagans,  “Do as thou wilt and harm none.” It is also stated as  “Love the world as yourself; then you can care for all things.” and  “Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.” and then one by teh pagan Wiccans  “If it harms none, do what you will.” This is kind of a common theme among many. So basically, you are defying your own religion by bringing harm even on the internet.

Honestly, I don’t understand why you continue to feel the need to send hate in such a manner, and I hope that one day you can see what you are doing and how hurtful it is.

hi bloo! i was wondering if you have any fc suggestions for princess jasmine and aladdin!? i'm looking for faceclaims that are mid-20's to mid-30's, but if they're a bit older/younger, it's fine! i'm trying to do research for them myself, but i do get a little confused and worried i'll pick someone who doesn't fit their ethnicity perfectly.

It’s alright, dear! I’m always for helping a fellow researcher out. The way I normally tackle these things, just to take note on for next time, is step by step:

Figure out the origins of the mythology. From common knowledge, we know that this folk tale takes place in “Arabia,” and was dubbed “Aladdin and the Magic Lamp.” It’s part of the Middle-Eastern collection, The Book of One Thousand and One Nights.

Map out what makes up the region of said lore. There exists the “Charter of the Arab League,” which details all the nations included; Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. We can also add Jordan and Israel to the list since the story dictates that the fictional city of Agrabah is near the Jordan River.

Find your perfect faceclaim! As far as Princess Jasmine goes, I think that Leila Bekhti (Algerian, 1984) would be a wonderful choice, though she doesn’t have a lot of resources and someone should change that asap. Alternatives I can name include Aiysha Hart (English and Saudi Arabian, 1990), and Jade Thirlwall (Egyptian, English, and Yemeni, 1992). As for Aladdin, I’d say Gregg Chillin (Armenian and English, 1988) is my top pick, with Jade Hassoune (Lebanese, 1988), Rami Malek (Egyptian and Greek, 1981), Mena Massoud (Egyptian, 1991), and Eric Saade (Lebanese, Palestinian, and Swedish, 1990) as other choices that could work just as well.

I hope that all this helped out, and that you find the perfect fits for you! By all means though, considering I’m no expert, feel free to consult other RPHs. There are many out there that I know would be more than willing to help out like myself~

I'm not involved in this Sierra thing, but to that Chris Wood person,,,,, I had someone I thought was a friend secretly go around to ask our mutuals not to write with me because she was jealous we wrote the same canon character.

She pretended to act like she hadn't, despite multiple people coming to me with screenshots; and also said some racist things about my fc choice for the character. (The character was canon white, but I used a WOC and apparently that didn't make sense 'because the character was canon white'). She said the only reason people wanted to write with me was because I used a WOC (which is super contradictory??)

She pressured people for ships, despite them already having pre-established ships, harassed me to write smut frequently, lied to our mutual friends and said that I had purposefully tried to replace her, I was harassing her, I was stealing from her. (I literally asked her before I made my version if she was comfortable, she said yes. And we barely spoke ooc except for her to constantly tell me that she was horny & wanted to write smut)

Luckily, she was already a shit person. She was horribly racist. She made a joke about catching covid from Chinese food in the beginning of the year, said the n-word; and then tried to act as if it wasn't bad. Literally saying that that's just she talks when she's with her grandma so she's not a racist. And never apologized for it. Just said she didn't think people would be offended by it.

She also made friends with whoever she thought was a popular writer in the verse. (Literally told them that they were friends because she knew this writer would stick up for her)

She also tried to blame almost all of her behavior on saying that she hadn't taken her meds so that's why she went around telling lies and being a genuinely shitty person. Then surprise, surprise, somehow; within two days, she's back on her meds and completely fine now! (Yeah, that's not how meds works)

She was called out separately for the incidents. Called out because she felt that even though she joked about catching Covid from Chinese food, she was ok to write extremely stereotypical portrayals of Chinese characters with other Asian fc's.

Called out for saying the n-word, for lying about her mental health, for a dozen offenses. So many things, I'm not even listing them all. And finally, she left. Finally, I stopped worrying that she was going to try to harass me again because she blamed me for people not wanting to write with her.

But you know what? Just because she's gone, doesn't mean the trauma isn't still there. She made me so uncomfortable with writing smut, I still can't write it and it's been a year. An old un to one of her accounts popped up and I ended up having an anxiety attack that needed me in the hospital. It wasn't her, it was a different writer; but she fucked me up so badly that even just thinking she had returned had me going to the er.

So fuck you, Chris Wood. People process their trauma in different ways. I didn't talk about this incident for months. I pretended it didn't happen. But now? Now it's actually helped to get past every fucked up thing she did to me. It helps me to vent about what she did.

It doesn't matter how long ago Sierra was. People are still affected by her today. People are still terrified of being in a group with her today. And if you can't even be bothered to read the full extent of everything she and co. have done, you don't get to have an opinion on the matter.

You do not get to dictate what her victims do to try and get some form of closure. And you don't go after the person who's helping them. You don't DEFEND the person who caused all of the pain and suffering.

hi, i'm the anon that sent the message about younger FCs! i just wanted to clarify that i don't think there's any need to eradicate teenage characters from the group at all — it's the use of minors to depict those characters that i object to. i've never seen a stranger things group use finn (they probably have, i'm not doubting you, i just haven't seen it myself which is why it didn't occur to me) but i would object there too, honestly. the general consensus for rps depicting teenagers (1/2)

is usually that they're played by face claims 18+. i understand that not every group does this, but it's pretty widespread throughout the rpc (for example, lots of harry potter rps are set at hogwarts and the vast majority, if not entirety, would use 18+ face claims to depict their fifteen - eighteen year olds). so, yeah, i'm not trying to say you should remove the teenage characters or anything! it just feels pretty inappropriate to use minors' faces? they're children, you know? I hear where you’re coming from. With the recent issues around minors, especially in the film industry, I see how themes of vulnerability are exacerbated in the context of this plot. In terms of the age issue, however, I respectfully disagree. When people use an older faceclaim to depict a minor, especially in Harry Potter groups, it’s not out of respect: it’s so they can write smut but “it’s okay” because the faceclaims are over eighteen. I fundamentally disagree with this in every way, which is why I have stipulated that mature scenes can never involve someone who is underage. This means that both the faceclaim and the character must be at minimum eighteen years old. I think using an older faceclaim to depict a younger character is fine, but if anything it’s an aesthetic choice, because the real issue is circumnavigated by the age of the faceclaim, not the age of the character. 

The topic of appropriateness is somewhat moot, given there are child actors. Within the parameters of this group, the option of writing a younger character is there, should someone want to write them; and if they want to use a faceclaim that is older, that is fine. I made sure there were tight guidelines around faceclaims, age, and maturity at the onset of this group, and I will continue to ensure we approach them with due conduct. Thank you very much, though, for expressing your position. I will keep what you have said in mind, and if at a point in the future it becomes clear that things aren’t working, I will of course make the necessary changes.
