just finished reading blood of olympus and these are my thoughts / feelings.

i have one thought and it's that leo fucking valdez should've said the whole plan to hazel and frank. i know his plan was finding c*lypso again, but like, make sure piper and jason knows you're alive, yk? those are your friends for festus' sake

as feelings; i fucking loved solangelo, reyna made me fall in love with her so hard, the iconic line of 'you're not my type' was something worth to read it, ATHENA AND BELLONA ACTUALLY MADE ME PROUD??? wish athena would back up her own daughter this much, but then again the gods x their children fighting with gigants exist and that made me fucking want to FIGHT NEXT TO THEM.

the gods' characters could've been more good, like i kinda feel like hera scares zeus in some type of way, and he was fucking disrespectful. hera's plan was actually good, just cruel. anyway did i mention how i loved reyna avila ramirez-arellano??? i am in love guys, percabeth ate their 5 minutes of screen time and piper is so fucking powerful i wanna cry.

JASON GRACE THE MAN YOU ARE. THAT'S ALL IM GONNA SAY ABOUT MY PRECIOUS ANGEL. jason and percy's friendship and brotherhood made me want to throw up because of love, i adored them omgs 🤭 also nico and reyna's friendship is made me cried too. i wanted to see MORE HERA AND POSEIDON AND IDEK WHY.

camp jupiter and camp half blood just being kids together at the end... gods that made me wanna ugly cry so fucking bad, and them leaving too. did i mention how i loved jason grace? anyways i hated leo in this book for choosing c*lypso over his friends.

The Violent Swine was dead.

Y/N didn’t know how to react. She never planned on killing someone, but all she saw was red. She lost a lot of people and she didn’t want to lose more. She also didn’t want other people to undergo what she went through.

Scott and Wanda went back to the place where they led people to safety and told them it was safe to go out. The rest of the avengers were fixing the damages they caused. Peter saw how distraught Y/N was as she looked at the ground where The Violent Swine was swallowed.

He approached her and put a hand on her shoulder. She jumped a bit and turned her head to see who it was. She sighed in relief when she realized it was just Peter. She looked back on the ground and Peter said, “You did really great out there. I told you, you’d fit right in.”

She smiled a bit and said, “I guess. I’m just really conflicted and I don’t know how to feel right now. He mentioned my parents and I just- I snapped and made the ground swallow him whole.”

“You were mad, that’s why you did that.” Peter told her.

“He said something else, though.” She said before fully facing Peter. “He called me ‘Gaia’ and he said something about my origin and I’m so confused.”

“Yeah, I figured. It won’t matter anymore when you’re dead like her. I’m doing you a favor, Gaia.” He said tauntingly.

“Don’t call me that!” She shouted and flew up in the sky. She looked down at him and got ready to finally end him.

“Oh, you don’t know your origin?” The Violent Swine chuckled. “That’s upsetting, darling. You don’t belong here at all! That’s why I’m sent to kill you.”

“He wanted to kill me because of my origin. How does that make sense?!” She shrieked. She wanted to cry.

“I don’t know how to help you, Y/N.” Peter sighed. As much as he loved her, he didn’t know what to do.

“I think I need some time alone, okay?” She gave him a small smile before hugging him. He hugged back tighter, kissing her cheek, before pulling away.

“I’ll come for you when we’re leaving.” Peter said and she nodded before walking away.

She found herself in a big, beautiful garden and at the end of the garden was a statue of a beautiful woman. The statue was a woman who was standing while holding flowers. Y/N stepped closer and read the name of the statue on the plaque beneath it.

“GAIA, GODDESS OF THE EARTH”

She looked back up at the statue and chuckled lightly, “Why do I feel like we’re connected somehow?”

This time, she laughed hard as she looked at the beautiful statue in front of her. “I’m going crazy. Here I am, in Greece, talking to a statue. Not just any statue, but the statue of the goddess of the Earth.” She continued.

Y/N looked in the eyes of the statue and felt like she was being watched. It’s like the statue was watching her. “Did you lead me here with your powers, Gaia? We’re the same. We’re exactly the same and I don’t even know why I have these powers. My parents are regular people and- HOLY SHIT!”

The statue of the goddess suddenly came to life and moved. Y/N took a few steps back in fear. Gaia was no longer a statue. She stared at Y/N with a bright smile. “I am so glad that you are here, my child.” Gaia smiled. “I have been watching you grow and I think it’s time for you to know the truth.”

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Y/N said nervously.

Gaia grinned and looked up at the sky and moved her hands, as if manipulating it. Y/N looked up and saw the clouds moving backwards and she saw the sun rising and setting and she saw the moon too. It was like a timelapse of going backwards. Gaia stopped and looked at Y/N. “Come.” Gaia nodded her head to the left before going down from her place.

She and Y/N walked to another location, not far from the garden. Y/N stopped in her tracks when she saw her father. Well, not yet. This version of her father was way back when he was a young teenager.

“Do you recognize him?” Gaia asked softly. Y/N nodded, “It’s my dad. I miss him so much.”

She turned to the goddess and asked, “What are we doing here? I’m con-”

“You wanted answers. Here it is. Stay and watch.” Gaia said and Y/N turned to watch again.

Adam wandered around his new home. He and his family moved to Greece because of his mother’s occupation. He always loved exploring and he didn’t mind moving from one place to another because he loved basking in the new ambiance. He walked around and saw a few kids vandalizing a statue.

He frowned at the sight and walked over to them. “Hey, stop that!” He exclaimed, causing the kids to run away. He shook his head when he saw the ruined statue. Drawings were on the surface and a few stickers were there too.

“Those kids don’t know how to appreciate art.” He said. With that, he took off the stickers from the statue and took his time to do so. When he was done, it was already dinner time. Promising himself that he’d be back tomorrow with a bucket of soap and water and a clean rug, he went home.

The next day, he excitedly went back to the statue with his cleaning materials. “I’m back!” He said to no one in particular. “I hope this is alright to clean the drawings off of you.”

He got started in cleaning and hours later, he was done. The drawings weren’t there anymore and the statue was clean. He was proud of himself. “I hope those kids don’t come back here.” He said. “I’ll go now. I don’t know why I’m still talking to you because you’re a statue, but I don’t care anymore. I might come back and give you a flower.”

The next day, Adam came back and planted a flower next to the statue. After that, he left. Sometimes, he’d go back there and talk to the statue about his day or plant more flowers. One night, as he was sleeping, Gaia visited him in his sleep.

She stood next to his bed and watched him sleep. She leaned down and whispered in his ear, “Thank you for everything you’ve done for me. With that, I promise you a child that harnesses powers similar to mine. In addition, she’ll be able to see memories so that she can relive them. She’ll also be able to stop time, so she can take a short break if she’s overwhelmed.”

“You’ve been so good to nature, Adam. In return, nature will be good to you. I promise you a girl who will help you raise this child.”

The goddess looked up at the sky again and moved her hands again like before. They were back at the garden and Y/N looked at the goddess with furrowed eyebrows. The beautiful goddess looked at her and smiled, “You’re a gift from me, Y/N.”

“You gave me powers like yours because my father was good to you? This is his reward; a daughter with powers of a goddess?” Y/N asked. She couldn’t believe it.

“Your father was a good man and I’ve been watching over him since he saved me. In return, I had to make sure his life was just as good as he is. I just didn’t expect his life to be cut short.” Gaia frowned as she stepped forward to hold both of Y/N’s hands. “Trust me when I tell you that you weren’t alone that night. I was there and saw the whole thing.”

“Why didn’t you do anything?” Y/N said in a hushed voice, afraid that her voice might crack if she spoke louder. “Why didn’t you save them?”

“Because of the condition of love. I asked help from Aphrodite to find the perfect lover for your father and when we did, I told her about my plan. I told her that I wanted to give them a daughter with powers like mine and that I wanted to be there and make my presence known. Your father was like a son to me.” Gaia explained.

“But the condition of love got in the way. Aphrodite said I couldn’t make my presence known because as soon as your mother finds out that she’s pregnant with you, my connection with your father will be over.”

“Why?” Y/N questioned.

“Because he’ll now be connected to you. You’re a descendant of mine and his new chapter in life will immediately begin when your mother becomes pregnant. As much as I loved your father like a son, I had to let him go so that he could have you. I loved him enough to let him go.”

“However, Aphrodite said that when the right time comes, I could finally reveal myself. This is it: the right time. We’re finally together and I’m pleased to see the woman you are today. I’m very proud and I know that your parents are proud too.” Gaia smiled.

“I’m a descendant of yours? Is that why The Violent Swine was told to kill me?”

“Yes. Ouranos wasn’t happy when he found out that I created you. To get your attention, he killed your parents. When that happened, I was crestfallen and the skies cried.” Gaia frowned. “You don’t need to worry about them. They’re okay and they’re up in heaven, watching you.”

“Does this mean I have to stay here with you?” Y/N asked. She wasn’t ready to live alone in Greece. She wasn’t ready to leave her life in New York.

“That is your decision to make, my sweet. If you feel that living here will be best for you, then stay. If you want to go back with the funny looking people you arrived with, then go. I won’t be stopping you. I’m on your side; always. Don’t ever forget that.” Gaia smiled sweetly.

“Will I ever see you again?” Y/N asked shyly. “I, uh, I need someone to help me with my powers.”

“Do you know what you can do?” Gaia asked curiously.

“I can see memories, I can manipulate all the elements, and I can stop time.” Y/N answered proudly. Gaia nodded, “You’re right. You do need help. You haven’t discovered the rest of your powers yet.”

“The rest of my powers?! I have more?!” Y/N’s eyes grew wide and Gaia chuckled. The goddess looked up and she looked as if she’s trying to listen to something. She looked at Y/N and said, “They are looking for you.”

“Okay, but where can I find you?” Y/N asked as Gaia returned to her place.

“I’m the goddess of Earth, darling. You can summon me anywhere.” Gaia winked. “Now, go. They’re worried. I’ll see you very soon, παιδί μου (paidí mou; my child).”

Y/N watched as Gaia turned into a statue again before running out of the garden to find the avengers. She ran and ran until she saw the avengers. Peter saw her first and he met her halfway.

“Are you okay?” He asked, his eyes filled with worry.

“I’m more than okay.” She smiled before moving closer to whisper, “I think I just met a goddess and I know where my powers come from now.”

Peter’s jaw dropped and his eyes widened in shock, “That’s so cool! You have to tell me all about it.”

“I’ll tell you on our way home. Now, let’s go.” Y/N chuckled before walking away with Peter trailing behind her.

GOT7 as Greek gods - part two

Hades - Jinyoung

Hades was greek God of underworld. He is known as “the bad guy” which is misinterpretation. He was just and rightful, never did any evil towards people. The fear and respect he had was just because he was the one you met after death. He knew what he wants and was determined to have it. But actually he couldn’t care less about things going on beyond his kingdom (”everyone who was born will end up here anyway” - his words) so he can seem flegmatic or just “i don’t give a shit” man. But he can be passionate (his wife Persephone could talk - but the stories of her abduction are not as they seem, his brother Zeus told him to do so and Hades agreed to let Persephone go once a year outside to meet and be with her mother so don’t judge him he was in love just didn’t know how to deal with it). He made Persephone queen of the underworld and she got powers thanks to him. He -unlike other God- cheated on her only twice (veeery low rank tbh) and Persephone always was there to stop it (she loved him too, see?). So Hades was among the three most powerful God and the most feared one. But now you know he also had a heart.

Why Jinyoung?

Jinyoung is known to be te savage member who is sometimes misinterpreted as cold hearted or even evil one. Wel he is not, obviously. Just has the best way how to deal with situations he does not approve. He is straightforward, he couldn’t care less of what other people think of him, is very passionate and hides most of himself. He might seem serious most of the time but he know good fun and has his own specific sense of humour or signs of affection (”why do you always choke us?” - “It’s my way of affection, it’s out of love..” = his words). When it comes to team he never misses a chance to prank someone, he is a good actor and I think others come to him when they want to rest from the other down-to-Earth members (he will try to give a good advice in need but is also good at the “don’t give a shit about people” attitude and can provide it).Is pretty possesive and jealous. Talking about women he is trying to pretend he is cocky and womanizer, but he could be a good husband material who would still flirt with other women but never ever would actually cheat on his wife (he would just like the fact his wife is jealous of him).

Eros - Youngjae

Eros was greek God of love, affection and feelings in general. He is either one of the first god ever born - son of Gaia and Chaos or he is son of Aphrodite and Ares. Nevertheless, he is mighty enough to even witch and blind Gods themselves. He is known for his bow and arrows and his never missing shot. He is known for no one - mortal or immortal could ever resist his powers - therefore is very respected  and some even fear him. He sometimes got involved in some serious situations among the mortal and was actually pretty fine with it. He was kinda playful and light-headed. People sometimes didn’t like him because he was unpredictable, carelessly using his powers to “throw people into agony of love”. But  he was also good at receiving love - he fell for Psyché and they had daughter (no cheating relationship tbh). So you must give Eros his powers of enchanting people and Gods or you can curse him for making you fall in love again.

Why Youngjae?

Youngjae is the one who seems purest, sweetest and kindest of GOT7. He  si known for his kind behaviour, open heart and vulnerability, he loves to laugh and does very often. He doesn’t make evil jokes or pranks, and others never do such things to him. As if he’d have some kind of power over people. He is good to them and they are good to him. He is definetly not the one you’d go for a advice but you are definetly about to go to him to comfort or hug you. Like Eros he would be good at giving love and little restrainde when receiving. He is a good friend but it would take time to really fall in love. Sometimes one might feel he gives love to everyone and not  preffering one person. But once he’d love, he’d love forever and deeply. About his powers he is the best singer among GOT7 and as Eros he “never misses a sho-” well note in his case. He can enchant people by his singing and he loves his job.

Dionysus - Bambam

Dionysus was greek God of harvest, wine and last but not least - fun, son of Zeus and taken globally not the most powerful God. On the other hand he was very respected and loved by people because he took care of harvest. He was known as “showman” or clown, just the one who “brings the party”. He liked to drink, have fun, loved women and very often got involved in human things (had many mistresses, taught men the culture of wine, but also was benevolent and “do what you want” towards people). When he fell in love he was very nice and devoted (when his loved one died he put her on the sky as stars to be there forever). He spent part of his life as mortal and grew up among people - therefore he knows their nature, he knows what they want and how they think. Was also worshiped as god of theater and poetry.

Why Bambam?

Well Bambam is the showman, is the man who brings the party like Dionysus. When on stage he owns the show. He is funny, likes to make jokes, pranks etc., just search for trouble and fun and you get Bambam. He is also very sociable and good at entertaining people. Can seem light-headed and careless and well maybe he really is. If you go to Youngjae to comfort, then you go to Bambam to make you laugh. He never fails to make someone laugh and often is love-kicked by the members. He knows what to say and is offhand.

Hypnos - Yugyeom

Hypnos was greek God of sleep, rest and dreams. He was also very powerful, was able to put to sleep even Gods. He had wings, was known to be kind and gentle, helped people many times. He lived in the underworld with his twin brother Thanatos (presented as death). Because he  owned half of human’s life (sleep) he was respected and prayed. He was given his wife by Hera and therefore might seem as quite unexperienced or at least not really active in love manners. But they had three sons and were happy. Hypnos was also  the one who got easily out of trouble - he put to sleep Zeus and never got caught, he helped people on his own and no one said a thing. As well when it comes to dreams and sleep itself. Sometimes he put to sleep entire army just for fun and no one would blame him because - well you don’t want to stay awake for the rest of your life do you?

Why Yugyeom?

Yugyeom is the maknae of GOT7 and he does it perfectly. He makes fun of people, jokes around, sometimes even steps some boundaries. But is always forgiven either because he turns the situation into joke or because he is the youngest. He is not the one to be messed up with - he strikes back. He is sensitive and soft, can be gentle and he loves his friends. He is devoted dancer. As he likes to make fun of others they make fun of him as well. But he got used to it and by his attitude he makes you think he doesn’t really care. As for love manners I can’t really say but he seems rather unexperienced or as I said for Hypnos - rather inactive and preffers when someone approaches him. He’d be shy to do so himself. But after falling in love he’d be gentle and caring partner. He also has his deep side but he keeps his secrets to himself.

I don’t know if my mother gave me my first and second name based on truths or just because she wanted to.” She explained. “Harmonia, daughter of Aphrodite...” he was thinking out loud, “...Goddess of love, Gaia the goddess of the earth. How could you be a danger? A daughter of love and earth?” “I don’t know. Maybe if I would go to Asgard with you I would have so much energy all of a sudden. Like maybe it’s activating more of my powers? Super confusing.” He called Mjölnir to him, she was used to that thing flying past her at random points of the week by now. “Try to pick it up.” He smiled clearly picking up the doubt she had in herself. “Why?” She was a bit reluctant. “Just do it.” He pushed it over a little bit. She grabbed the handle not expecting to be able to pick it up. Except that she could pick it up and it was pretty much the perfect weight and balance an object could have. Thor’s face lit up, “You are a goddess AND you haven’t a bit of evil in you.” He was proud with every fiber of his body, “I will take you to Asgard the next time. I want to know what this weird person was talking about and if there is something to it.” “But I don’t have to rule Asgard now or something?” She was very shy about her newfound ability. He chuckled and shook his head, “Only if you want to.” “No thanks, that seems a little bit too much.” She wheezed. “We can prank the others now. With the hammer.” He nudged his head towards the fridge and they both interchanged a mischievous smirk.

“THOR! PEOPLE IN THIS HOUSE HAVE FOOD IN THIS FRIDGE AND WOULD LIKE TO ACCESS IT!” Steve yelled through the whole compound. Harmony walked in completely unfazed, “As if the golden boy can’t pick that thing up.” “I tried, believe me.” He smiled at her behind him, “It’s harder than it looks.” “Oh really?” She had a look on her face that made him feel judged. “Try it yourself, sassy witch.” He held his arms up and made some space for her. She walked up to it, picked it up deadpanning and put it on the counter with his jaw being almost on the floor. “Don’t know what you have. That’s maybe 25 pounds.” She shrugged. He took a deep breath to clearly yell but she held her hand in front of his mouth, “If you tell anyone I’ll fry you with that thing. Let me prank them.” As soon as her hand left his mouth he smirked at her, “Worthy, huh? Does Thor know?” “Yes. You should’ve seen his proud face.” She jumped a bit out of excitement. “Who do you wanna prank next?” He was a curious little shit sometimes. “Don’t know. Maybe James?” She smiled up at him innocently. “What is with me?” His dark voice suddenly was in the door behind her. “Nothing.” She still had the innocent smile on her face. “Babe!” His face turned serious. “It’s a surprise, okay?” She smiled up at him now that he was in front of her. “You��re plotting something. I can see it in your eyes.” He narrowed his eyes. She gave her most innocent smile and gave him a short kiss on his lower jaw before leaving back to her room to continue her studies on offense magic. The next day started slowly but early. Too early for her taste but she planned on training what she studied the afternoon before anyway. She was trying to slice the stones now and explode them from the inside without letting the explosion get to big. James on the way to the training room saw her already being up and going strong and watched her for a few minutes with his coffee cup in his hand.

When his coffee was finally emptied he set it down right there and went outside to the stone circle. “You’re doing better, honey.” He scared the hell out of her making her send red magic his way and making him flinch. The magic was stopped by the purple protection spell around him. She immediately went to him to give him a hug with a small pout, “Sorry.” “It’s alright.” He gave a small kiss into her hair. “You’re building resilience at the moment. I’m proud to see you do that stuff. And I’m grateful you have that spell on me cause...I’m not a fan of being sliced into pieces by my best girl.” His voice made it clear he was smiling. She looked up, “Good, now fuck off. I need to learn and offense training is really nothing I’ll do with real people unless it’s Wanda.” She smiled at the end to show him that she wasn’t mad. “What if I don’t go?” His smile was daring. “Then I’ll make you.” She mirrored his face. “Well, make me then.” He crossed his arms. Blue magic started forming in her left hand slowly building towards his head. “Make me. Without brainwashing.” He set new rules. She held out her right hand, “Oh, I will.” A second later the hammer landed perfectly in her hand and his eyes got wide. “I said fuck off,” she said serious but they both knew she wasn’t mad. “You- I- Uuh-” His mind was blown. “A ‘Yes, my majesty’ works.” She smiled at him. “Oh, believe me. You don’t even need that to make me kneel in front of you on command.” He was still not calm about what had just happened. He stared at her like a deer looked into headlights. “Good.” She smiled satisfied, “Would you please scatter off, peasant.” “Just if I get a kiss, my dearest Queen.” He took her free hand and bowed while suppressing a giggle. “Of course.” She almost sounded British. He leaned down a little and gave her a soft kiss before giggling, “Is this what you meant yesterday?” “Yes, Steve’s face was one for the books. But we can talk about that later, okay?” She smiled up at him before nudging him to go and watch from afar again.

“Why is this damn hammer sitting on my new suit designs?” Tony yelled through the compound. “You need more sleep, old man. We all know Pepper is on a business trip and isn’t properly kicking your ass from across the planet.” Harmony answered. “They literally only need to have some of the color parts changed before going into production. For Christ’s sake,” he yelled back. She walked into his office to see him pacing up and down the room. “Tony. Get some rest. The suits are literally not running away from you.” She chuckled. “I just want to finish it now, put it into the computer and test it tomorrow,” he was explaining. “Promise that you will go to sleep before midnight?” She was serious. He rolled his eyes “Fine. Could you all just…” He was about to mention Thor when he saw her pick up the hammer and stopped in his tracks. “You better listen to me while Pepper isn’t here. No second past midnight or I’ll brainwash you into falling asleep right here,” she said brutally honest but smiling with good intentions. “Yes, MOM.” He literally was a five-year-old in his workshop. “Have fun with the suit design.” She smiled while walking out.

Piper McLean is good

Okay, I don't know why I have to spe'll this out for people, but since reading Heroes of Olympus, I've seen people who absolutely HATE Piper and for no good reason. So I'm on this app for fandoms called Amino, right, and a friend of mine made a community called Innovative Demigods which is a very strict, literate and Canon based roleplay community. I was one of the first few people there and applied to be Piper (back then it was waaaaaay easier to apply to roleplay as a Canon character). And over the past year, I have seen so many people hate on Piper. So anyway, a little back story on why I feel so strongly about this subject. While reading PJO, I fell in love with the characters, but I never could do the thing. You all know it, the thing where you read one character as yourself. Anyway, I couldn't do the thing with any of the characters, so I couldn't truly connect with any of them. The closest I came before HoO was Clarisse laRue. Then, low and behold The Lost Hero comes into my possession and I already love it. Now, I don't read myself as a character right off the bat, it actually took me a few chapters to read myself as one. And the one I connected to the most and read myself as was Piper. I absolutely love Piper McLean. Everything about her. While I'm not native American or the daughter of a movie star or even a vegetarian, it's the way she speaks, the way she cares and thinks is what drew me to her the most. Now here's where I come to the discourse. Just a list of things I've been told AS THE OFFICIAL PIPER ROLEPLAYER and actually had someone try to convince me and everyone else in the Aphrodite cabin chat why we SHOULD hate Piper. 1. She's a whiny teenager Okay, first of all, if you were a demigod put into her, Leo, and Jason's position, you'd be pretty fucking upset too. And she doesn't even complain about the situation. Yeah she feels cheated and lied to, but for Gods' sake, Hera fucking wiped their memories and gave them fake ones while tearing them away from family (and in Jason's case, camp Jupiter). Imagine that was you. You'd be scared out of your mind! 2. She's weak Okay, first of all, fuck you. Second of all, Piper literally made Gaia, a primordial god, go to sleep WITH JUST HER VOICE! And if that isn't enough evidence, she brought Festus to life with her voice as well and saved Jason from DYING by speaking to him. Her charmspeak is one of the most amazing powers I have seen for a demigod and it's really impressive. Not only that, but she chose to fight with a dagger. Most demigods prefer to use a sword, bow and arrow, spear or lance or whatever. My point is, they use larger weapons. Piper with Katoptris is amazing. It takes way more skill to be able to fight with a dagger than the majority of those other weapons. And later, on the Argo II, she asks for help from Annabeth to teach her how to fight with a sword. Which is difficult learning a new fighting style when you've used one for so long already. So yeah, she's strong af. 3. She's too emotional/has no emotion I grouped these two together because it's all literal bullshit. Okay so first, the overly emotional one. If you were thrust into a war, barely remembering your real past, seeing your boyfriend almost die, two of your friends falling into TARTARUS, AKA LITERAL HELL, and one of your best friends being launched , Gods know where (Ogygia) and then later DYING before your very eyes, you'd be emotional too. Piper isn't over emotional at all. In fact, she controls her emotions and stays strong after all this shit goes on. She voices her worry about Annabeth and Percy a few times yes, but again, they are in literal Hell. And Leo because she doesn't know where the fuck he went either. Most of it is all internal and even then she controls it because she knows she has to stay strong for the rest of her friends. Frank, Hazel, Coach Hedge, Jason, Nico, and eventually, Reyna. This also covers the "Piper has no emotions" thing too. Because she is masking her pain to make sure everyone else is okay. Piper is so fucking badass guys. 4. She's spoiled The person who said this gave an explanation as to why they thought this, and it was because she used charmspeak to get whatever she wanted before she met Jason and Leo. She was trying to get her father's attention. He's a busy movie star and doesn't exactly get a lot of time to spend with his daughter. Tristan McLean love his daughter so much, but because of his busy schedule, he has little to no time to spend with her. So Piper resulted in being a rebellious teen that would be sure to attract attention of news and tabloids. Because she wanted to spend time with her father. While yes it was on a much larger scale, hasn't almost everyone done something to try and get their busy parents to pay attention to them? And it's not like Piper had any real friends before all this or even siblings. No. She had her dad's assistant at times and a live in maid. Not exactly ideal companions. So yeah, using her charmspeak to steal a car or other expensi've things isn't her trying to be a spoiled brat, it's her trying to get her dad to pay attention to her and spend time with her. So yeah. I love Piper, she is my favorite character, and if anyone talks shit about her in my presence, I will literally fight them on this because Piper is fucking amazing.
