He claims its Ironic, but it very obviously isn't

But his obsession with Miku (and vocaloid in general), is NOTHING compared to yours

It doesn't even have to be Hello Kitty specifically, just any sanrio product

And of course, he HAS to get it for you!

You've gotten sodas, plushies, snacks, earbuds, bags, even wipes

Because of Ben, you have almost anything in a Hello Kitty styled packaging

He likes to "trade" obsessions if that makes sense

For example, you wear a vocaloid shirt and he wears a Hello Kitty shirt

Complimenting each other's interests makes him so happy idk

And he DEFINETLY has some form of Hello Kitty merch himself

It's something about how all of them are the exact same thing, just over and over again

The sheer amount of them combined with the similarities between the dolls just weirds him out and gives him a chill up his spine

He's more of a "Oh well I'm happy you've found something that makes you happy :)"

Maybe if you ask him nice enough he'll knit them little clothes and scarves...

He also loves to use the plushies to get what he wants

For example, if he wants to go out with you and you say something along the lines of "but im so tireeed" he'll grab a Kitty plush and begin "talking" to it

"Do you hear this? They say they're too tired to go get yummy food with me" He'll lift the toy up to his ear, nodding as if it's whispering something to him before going "I know! I was thinking we could go to their favorite restaurant too! Such a shame"

You'll scoff and roll your eyes playfully, while he brings the toy to your face making obnoxious kissing noises as if the toy is kissing you

Once your laughter fit dies down, he'll ask if you really just wanna stay home or go out

He will happily accept whatever response you give

Eyeless Jack

He is a lot like Liu when it comes to your obsession

More so just a "Oh good for you :)" type guy

He loves to just show up with random things

For example, he will knock on your door before opening it, and silently waving around a little trinket he thought you'd like

He loves seeing your face light up as you rush to come get the gift and kiss him over and over

It makes him feel extra giddy when he "earns" kisses

So expect a lot of gifts

And if you don't give him a kiss one time, he will pout until you do kiss him

Don't know if you've answered this before but how do you pick your colors? They always look so well together!

Long term you wanna study Muse Dash's artwork. I have a folder full of it to study and reference. It's THE inspo for my coloring. My words can only explain so much. I rely a lot on the sheer intuition i've developed by study.

Limit the hues. 2-3 to start, add more if you can justify it. Have them be close together on the color wheel but spread them further apart as needed. Good character design uses their colors very deliberately, and breaking down those choices gives you a decent starting point.

2. Define color relationships. Pink and blue do generally look nice together, but without a clear direction your colors end up aimless. Breaking down char designs will also give you ideas on this.

a. In my Mikus, blue is a main color, with pink as secondary/accent to the blue. So her blues take up higher saturation, more space, and double as any 'black' hues (like her sleeves or thigh boot things) drawing the most attention. Pinks, as secondary, has lower saturation (her skin) and accent the blues through smaller and more subtle shapes (like hair strands or eye shines).

3. Start off with high brightness/ mid saturation flats. Lineart is darker, more saturated, and hue shifted a bit from the flat color it's resting against. The exact difference will vary. You can get a lot of the 'look' just by doing this tbh. Shading has a very similar idea, its just a middle ground between the two.

4. Trial and Error. Secret Technique. I try to keep all of one color on a single layer and lock transparency so I can cycle through different options. Clip Studio has a command that lets you jump to whatever layer you are tapping on. It's nice. I never get my colors right first try unless I'm color picking an old piece. It just be like that.

Do proper studies of course but I find limiting hues to be the most essential thing here. I did it even before studying Muse Dash, and the limited tools really forced me to be creative with how I portray lighting, form, depth, while not letting my 2-3 hues stumble over each other.

COOKIE:

If you aren't born with immortality, then there are ways to take it from those who were. However, you must make sure that you don't mess up when doing so. If you do, then you better PRAY that the other party is merciful to you… whoever Cookie messed with wasn't so merciful.

Cookie has been around for at least a century. Years ago, he was cursed to age rapidly, with the only thing that can temporarily reverse his aging being the blood of other pokemon. When Peppy found him he was only a week old, take that information with what you will.

Cookie's name came from the fact that he loved to bake before he was cursed. Now he's far to busy to pick it up as a hobby again.

Luke was the one that gave Cookie his IPad as a gift, much to the dismay of Sara. He likes to watch anything he can find on there along with Puppie (though they stuff they watch is moderated of course). Cookie has never once let go of that IPad.

Cookie is very quick to learn things, but his attention span can be a little short at times. No shame in that!

Cookie has only ever had two fears: death and fires.

DA CHEFF:

Da Cheff has his very own restaurant! However it is impossible to to go there without flying... huh.

Da Cheff can speak in multiple languages, this is good for customers who don't primarily speak english.

The horns on his head can switch between horns and wings, it depends on the day.

Most of his cooking materials was made by Da Cheff himself! Of course, only the best chef needs the best cooking utensils, and only Da Cheff knows how the best utensils should be made. He won't take anything less.

Has horrible eyesight, he needs to keep his glasses on at all times, otherwise he won't be able to see at all.

Very VERY harsh when it comes to critiquing others' cooking. So harsh to the point that everyone agrees that it's best to just let Da Cheff cook for everyone rather than vice versa. Thankfully Da Cheff is more than happy to cook for his friends!

PUPPIE:

Puppie isn't computer-savy, to say the least, however she is really good when it comes to modern phones. She even has one herself!

Wears her raincoat at all times because she doesn't like getting rainwater all over her.

It is unknown why Puppie was alone when the others found her, especially when she comes from a HUGE family of bellibolts, but she doesn't seem to be too upset over that. Or rather she just doesn't dwell too much on it. Who knows?

Her ears and tail are little lights that can float around. She likes placing her ears over her raincoat hood because "she looks like a frog!"

A fan of TONS of different celebrities, from Ariana Grande to Hatsune Miku. Ask her about any of them and you WILL be forced to listen to her ramble on about said celebrity.

Her favorite move, Zap Cannon, is exactly what it says on the tin. Yup, Puppie owns a cannon (well, its more of a rocket launcher than a cannon... but whatever) and knows how to use it. Thanks Pastey.

Fanart of my own fanfiction (Chimera Teto x Android Miku)

Good news! When I woke up and looked at my art again today, I liked it, so here's the uncolored version! I trust you tumblr people, so here you go! You may view. This technically means I've drawn UTAU Teto (here) and SynthV Teto, but I really want to color this and take my time doing so, so here are the lines before it turns into something else hahaha 😂😂😂 Read More for the stuff I wanted to write last night but was too tired to (also the art time lapse)

I showed like two WIPs of different ideas on Twitter but none of them were this LOL (just goes to show how much I wanna draw and see of these two specifically) but the reason I decided to go with this is 'cuz that fanfic I wrote in like one day really got me excited and it made me really want to draw them as I was imagining more stuff about them. Here I'll talk about what I had in mind

I love chimera Teto, especially her majestic wings, and what I drew here is basically inspired by that! Teto's basically the only "living, sentient" thing around Miku so far (I dunno how to approach adding more creatures just yet), which makes Miku extra interested in her. But basically Miku likes Teto's wings and tail too and is very fascinated by them.

I had an idea where Miku is just holding or playing with Teto's tail out of nowhere and complimenting the heck out of her, and that was condensed into this piece. It was too crowded on Miku's side to have Teto's tail there as well, but the reason Teto's embarrassed (tsundere is nice, aint it xD) is 'cuz Miku is indeed praising the heck out of her. Calling her cute and saying how cool her wings are and whatnot.

The dialogue kinda goes like, "Your wings are so cool! And I really like how expressive your tail is! I wonder what I would do with a tail. It's so cute! Actually, now that I think about it, all of you is really cute!!" (Teto, embarrassed: "Stop talking now.") wwww

Miku does have a kinda tail actually! It's the chain on top of her skirt. As an android, I was thinking it works as sort of a battery plug or USB or something. I can show off more of that later (since it's really small here lol) but she can use it to receive electricity and recharge herself, I guess~. (Note to self: make it bigger?)

I haven't shown off much of my art style, but most (normal) characters usually don't have pupils. (See: this Teto, who's a living breathing creature.) As a result, I decided to give Miku pupils (kinda robot-like) to make her seem like more of a robot. She also wears the thing (headphones) over her ears, of course, which I can also use to make her seem more robot-like. There's no green flashing of code in her eyes right now but I might draw that sometime too, after my loads of other ideas...

Teto's wings aren't fragile. They're probably firm, hard, and could even be scaly/rough (up to my own whims or the reader's own preference). Her letting Miku touch her (wings) is probably a huge display of trust/confidence. Teto's wings are strong enough to carry her far distances and even allow her to fly in bad weather, I think. It's up to Teto herself how much energy/desire she has to do things like that though.

This is mentioned in the fic too, but Teto probably folds her wings a lot so they don't get in the way. She's kinda like a bird. I think her silhouette against the sun or moon, with full wingspan, is probably majestic (I'm imagining the Batman symbol for some reason lol). I know some people color Teto's wings as purple, but I specified black in my fic to match her tail. ^^

In order for her wings to breathe, there are probably holes in the back of her outfit to accommodate them, but they're only big enough for the wings (ellipses/ovals probably): she either tears/cuts holes into the shirts she wears for her wings or they already fit her wings so there's no problem. I wonder if Teto made her UTAU outfit herself in this setting. xD (A girl has to pass the time SOMEHOW plus she's probably at least a little bit handy when it comes to clothes and stuff (survival).)

If, while I'm coloring, I need to make adjustments to the seating and lineart and all that, I will, but I figured I'd show off what made me stay up 'til 5 AM last night and then get embarrassed to post 'cuz I thought I wasn't finished yet. I woke up and I liked it, so I'm just gonna put it in this here blog. c:

I don't know how to color, so coloring will be a trip 😂

the fight between wilbur and phil just. echoes in my head. partly because it's the most intense they've ever been to each other in rp (from what i know) and partly because goddddddddddddddd god how did we not see that coming. wilbur's been away for months; at this point he might as well not know anything about the island. he expressed multiple times that he has no idea what's going on; he has no context. he sees people joking and laughing and hyping themselves up to go on missions he doesn't understand and calling him hatsune miku. nary a mention of the eggs, not even in cellbit's big rallying speech. it's no wonder he didn't think anything was wrong. so when he's hit over the head with the news that the eggs are missing...

the eggs are missing, and the apparent determination and effort of the parents is collected into a group of people running down a sewer and giggling about a goldfish's memory? these people must be insane. at the least, they must not care that much.

and here's phil, trotting along and laughing too, going along with people that wilbur isn't sure they should trust (because he doesn't know them, why should he?), like his son isn't missing, like his granddaughter isn't missing. tallulah, who's been taken away before wilbur can come back to her. tallulah, with whom he still needs to meet again, to see just how much she's grown. what are they doing?

i do find it funny that later, he then says everyone else is "panicking". sure guy. it's not like you lost your cool earlier because you're missing crucial information or anything. okay.

so here's wilbur, accusing everyone of not doing anything, accusing phil of slacking, stating that they're clearly not taking it seriously enough when they have and it's tiring; i mean, imagine keeping that up for a month. phil and the others have worked tirelessly scrounging up scraps of what you can barely call evidence. and wil is saying it's nothing, that they have done nothing, which in a sense they have, but at the same time is so wrong, because how have they done everything and nothing? how is there still nothing after a month?

it's just bleach in a wound, and phil––oh phil, who's been aching so bad since they've gone, who calls out to them futilely, who fell into a coma dreaming that he almost found them, who grit his teeth at each and every teasing "clue" he finds––well, he snaps.

he's frustrated. all the tears, all the hunting, all the running around like headless chickens––sure, they could be being a bit silly, they could be fools for following the federation's every whim, but at this point they've exhausted everything, all of their ideas, so any fucking hope they can get they'll grab it and watch it disappear like smoke through the slits of their fingers themselves, because it's nice to have something in the palm of your hand for even a second. and then there's wilbur even suggesting that cellbit might be a traitor, when he's one of the people phil trusts the most, enough to share the evidence with. so of course he accuses wilbur of letting tallulah rot. wilbur doesn't understand. of course he doesn't. he hasn't been on the island.

in a sense they're both right. the federation lead ultimately led to nothing but a new toy, and wilbur is painfully naive as to believe that tallulah is just hiding around the island, blissfully unaware that the main theory right now is that she's probably in another dimension. he doesn't even know about the nether.

it's so. augh. phil and wilbur really out here reminding us that yeah, they are roleplay powerhouses and they will devastate all of us when put together in high-stress situations. god. gotta love them for that

I, of course, played this with my usual friend, who I will simply refer to as Ams. I play through all the routes with her and it's been a genuine delight. I was also joined by my other friend, who I will call Knight. I have posted about him in the Cloutchase tag before, as I have used two of his messages as meme material for both Ao3 and Wikipedia. Thus, he has voiced both of them in this week's playthrough hahah

I immediately noticed right off the bat that Ao3's books are stacked in the colors of the Homestuck troll blood colors. Rust, Bronze, Gold, Lime, Olive, Jade, Teal, Cerulean, Indigo, Purple, Violet, and Fuchsia. There's probably a Candy Red beneath his palms as well. I understood that reference. Anyway, I absolutely love his gimmick of having tropes follow him around, that feels like both a dream and a nightmare. We all love reading fic but we never wanna live it

I wanted to include this photo cause I just love the art. Angst angst angst angst angst! But also dang User got some sick canines wtf-

This line made me have to explain Troll Jegus to my non-homestuck friends, how freaking dare you. Ams got it faster than Knight though, he's very slow on the uptake-

I absolutely love how eloquent Ao3 speaks and writes. I know not all fics are as fancy as this, but I greatly relate to writing with all my LA class lessons in mind. Also, I think this is Imgur's first actual sprite appearance, so that's neat! I could be wrong though, I don't remember if User has even properly met her before. Ao3's writing sprite is so cute btw

When Knight read out Wiki's dialogue, he actually said the full name of the gun out loud instead of just "AR-15." I'd type it here but I don't remember it, I was not blessed with the firearm hyperfixation like he. Anyway when Quotev asked what our favorite emoticon was all of us said colon three. Quotev is amazing here btw, she was a highlight of the route for me

Sorry that I haven't been very active in the community, college has been kicking my butt and all that, but you guys are genuinely doing a great job and I love playing this game with my friends! Heck, this game even saved my friend's life because she agreed to play Instagram's route with me the day she was considering ending herself, so thank you for that, too

I'm super interested in how the Admin lore is going to play out in future volumes, as well as being able to meet more sites! I'd say Wiki's was my favorite of this volume because of the ARG-type vibes (well, not really an ARG, more like conspiracy hunting iykwim), but I loved Ao3's fanfiction writing activity and read through all 8 stories with my friends together :3

Like I said at the top of the post, we also played Discord's holiday party, so I'll make a smaller post about that later. It'll be linked at the top when it's done, but if I remember I'll put it down here too

The bonus room heavily implied that 4Chan's route is being replaced with Pinterest, and I can only assume it's because of the recent website crash. I still hope to get a 4Chan route in the future, though, but that's all for now!

Yeah, when I draw catboys (or any other kemonomimi for that matter), I tend to draw 4 ears unless it’s Yana’s design (since her beastmen have 2 ears). I just love it better… maybe only one of those pairs of ears is functional, and the other one is a decoy! Or maybe Rin is just a virgin, and this is a loveless reference. Or maybe I just hate to see the sides of the face being empty and earless lol

I would if they were a part of the pyjamas lineup, but unfortunately they aren’t :( It’s not entirely out of the question of course, but it’s more of a “If a mood strikes at the right moment” thing. Yesss I agree, both Idias are people of culture, they wouldn’t avoid the genre for stupid normie reasons, although I also agree that f!Idia would be more into it lol I’m glad you like how she looks! I wasn’t really thinking about rotten girl Miku, but I feel this is such a quintessential otaku girl look, it felt very correct to draw her like that. Plus, I hc f!Idia’s voice to be similar to Fukawa Toko’s voice, I guess this is also a reason hmmm. I didn’t even think about either Toko or Miku while I was sketching it lol

I do think that Rook sleeps naked when he’s sharing a bed with Vil though. But the nightcap does stay on…. Rook’s little ears get cold :(

This is my Miku pokemon trainer tier list

For this tier list its both my favorites and what i consider a very good miku design

Of course all of them are good miku designs but some shine above the rest

S tier- my absolute favorites Bug miku is so classy, so well thought out, and i think the brown looks amazing with her teal. Shes everything A close tie with bug miku is Ice miku her hair is everything to me im in complete love with this sharp miku. Water Miku is basic but that's all she needs in lovely simplicity, truly feeling like Miku in this world as a water trainer especially with her tan lines from her original outfit it feels like this is her off time from being an idol! Steel Miku had my heart as soon as I saw her with Jirachi. Which was my favorite pokemon when I was a child [it was prior before i even had any pokemon games of my own and only watched the movies] The colors, the motif of star, the hat and the hair its all wonderful to me!

A tier- Amazingly done concepts and totally miku! Rock Miku's dress and veil is lovely, i love they incorporated the veil as mock pigtails. If this was the verison of her without the dress then she would have been in S tier. I love the jester look but thats my own personal preference. She also reminds me of diance with the dress.

Flying Miku is gorgeous, the wispy hair, the translucent areas to mimic clouds and mist. It's an amazing concept and wonderfully executed design! Fairy miku i know is everyones favorite and it's obvious to see why, shes adorable and cute and I too would love to draw her. She has that appeal to her down to a T. Fighting Miku is something i've been waiting for this whole time. Of course no way they could do a pokemon collab with miku and not include farfetch'd! It's a sleek and simple design that takes traits of the original miku's outfit and tweaks them. Though she does kind of remind me of maka from soul eater just a small bit.

B tier- Great concepts! Electric Miku's lightening pigtails are so cute she looks like a little adventure/farmer of currents. She stands on her own as a design and as a tie to miku. Poison type Miku i would have done the same doing mucky/slime twintails though i probably wouldn't have thought to use the new alolan muk which is a very good look and helps add in the colors. It's a great design and while i wouldve put her in A tier some of her design elements hold me off. This is a top tier character design though trust me Dark Miku, i love she came with obstagoon. Though at first i couldnt even tell if miku had pigtails in the artwork. This reminds me just of a nice miku for a cover of an existing song which is not bad it's just how it feels. Normal type miku has good colors, shes paired with an active singing pokemon and while it's simple I think it conveys miku well enough. Though she keeps reminding me of the oversaturated stereotype of early 90s fashion. now on Ghost miku, shes higher than i'd actually put her but for her concept and simplicity of staying to miku but as a glitched out ghost version of her i do have to give props to that even if i find it more on the plain side. I think they succeeded in what was necessary even though this portrays miku AS the ghost instead of just a ghost trainer. ....honestly now that i type my words i feel like i was right and shouldve stuck with her in C tier.

C tier- too basic for my tastes yet still well done Grass miku is cute and all but if you told me she was unrelated to miku, i could believe you. Just that it'd be a fandom joke to call her 'green miku'

Fire miku, reminds me all too much of the anniversary miku song and im sure thats where they got part of the insipration from it but it doesnt really do much for me combined with the fire aspect and how her hair is shaped. I know its to mimic the pokemon shes with its just personal taste on that one. The silhoutte is good.

Ground type miku i had to keep looking up because i forget what shes supposed to be numerous times. Same case with grass miku, i could see someone telling me shes from x thing and unrelated to miku. I'm just not a fan of the design and colors but it's well done. I know when something is just my subjective taste rather than poorly done.

Dragon miku while i'm not the biggest fan of all the cowlicks going down the twintails i know it's purpose is there to mimic the spiked tail of a traditional dragon and i wouldn't want them removed. I think i especially just don't like the tacked on half shawl cape it feels disjointed. Yet i find its a nice concept they did both an almost knight look for her as dragon as always with the concept of knights and dragons battling. Now the knight trainer is battling with the dragon as comrades.

Psychic type miku- i think they started with the least interesting and noteworthy one honestly. It just looks, kind of uninspired but thats rude to say. I know shes here to fufill the concept of miku as a trainer in pokemon and well it just looks like she's her own trainer class that'd have multiple running around looking the same instead of a stand out like a rival or a gym leader in game.

I feel like you capture their personality and vibes so flawlessly every time, and all of your comics with them make me so so happy.

Sekai(?) comics too like with Salieri looking in the music store like who is this Hatsune Miku, or Nagayoshi saying he liked someone’s drawing (bc it reminded him of killing someone), and the “holy shit vincent van gogh actually just complimented my drawing what the fuck oh my god,” like all of those comics were just so so good I don’t even know the other fandom involved in the crossover but I just love how you portray Servants in everyday life situations and their interactions with the mundane and such.

OKAY, SIT DOWN BECAUSE I HAVE MORE TO SAY ABOUT HER THAN I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT (I've been here for like an hour or more)

Her design was made by both me and my friend @xommed, and more than a variant we think of her as our interpretation of the character, which may or may not be very different from the original Lux because the only thing we have from he is fro when she was a kid, so we kinda made up all about her lol

She lives in the Omega Timeline with her parents Dream and Cross, and her half brother Palette. Her best friends are Shino (one of the afterdeath kids) and Drew/Sasha (Mine and Xomma's horrordust fankid), though she is friend with a whole lot of other characters and fankids (The Death kids, Gradient, Blue Print, PJ, etc)

Lux doesn't have a defined age, as sometimes we may draw her older or younger depending on the situation, but most of the time we draw her as a teen or young adult. If I had to be a bit more specific regarding her age, I'd say she's about a year older than Shino and Drew

She is a calm and kind person who won't hesitate to help people, but she's not afraid to say things just how they are or kick someone's ass for being an asshole. Her world view is similar to Dream's but a bit more realistic; she belives that anyone can be a good person if they try, but she knows that not everyone really wants to try to be good

In her friend group she is the voice of reason, but just because she's usually the smart one it doesn't mean that she doesn't have her stupid moments either. She can be very silly, but knows when to get serious. Lux usually likes going along with whatever dumb thing Sasha and Shino have going on, sometimes even she herself initiating said dumbery, but knows where the line lies for things

Regarding school, Lux is a decent enough student. She is a smart girl, but school is just so boring! She does just the bare minimum to pass, leaving homework undone and projects half baked. She may be the "voice of reason" in most occations, but that doesn't mean she follows her own advice when it comes to responsability

As noted in the previous paragraph, Lux can be a bit "rebelious". She doesn't take certain laws, rules and regulations seriously, either because she thinks they're dumb or can't make any sense of them (Example: doing grafities in the Omega Timeline, eating in class, elbows on the table while eating, etc). There has also been ocations in which she has skipped classess she finds easy (like English class to give an example) out of boredom or gotten out of her house when she wasn't allowed to (She always notifies Palette though, so at least someone knows where she is + she knows her brother is not gonna snitch, because she does the same for him)

Lux has a very good relationship with her family, but her parents can sometimes be a bit too overbearing for her, specially when they talk about responsability. With Palette everything is all good all the time. They constantly tease each other about certain things, but they know there's no intent to hurt behind their words. The siblings are always there for each other when they need them

Some fun facts about her:

· She can change her "hair" however she wants. Most of the time she has it like how you see in my art, but if she wanted to she could change it so it lookes more like canon Lux, or make it longer, make it defy grabity, etc. The only thing she can't change about it is the colour

· She's very intuitive when it comes to figuring out people's feelings and what to do about them. However, she has a bit of a rougher time when it comes to figuring out her own feelings

· She is a self sacrificing type of person. She'd do and give anything, and I mean, ANYTHING for the people she loves

· She's a lesbian (of course she is)

· Her design was subconciously inspired by Hatsune Miku (we didn't realise how similar they were until later on)

Lastly, I'd like to share some sketches me and Xomma did while trying to figure out her design because, WHY NOT?

Learning you were a Vocaloid producer and that you shared her passion for music probably made her love you more than she already did

She will gladly listen attentively as you explain how it works to her, even if she's heard it before from certain videos

She wants to hear you explain it, after all

Seeing the process of making these kinds of songs that she's loved for years is so exciting for Ichika

When you temporarily leave the room to grab something, you come back to see her tentatively making Miku sing a few notes

"...Ah! I-I'm so sorry for touching your things without your permission!" "No no, it's alright. I'd like to see what you make." "If it's really alright, then..."

You two will eventually make a song together, and it will sound amazing, trust me <3

Minori enjoys quietly watching you work away at the laptop

It's a bit of a toss-up, sometimes she'll be utterly silent and sometimes she'll ask you a billion questions at once

Every single time after you finish making a song, Minori's already crafted choreography for it in her mind and eagerly performs it for you

So if you're the type of producer to use animation/dancing in your mvs, you have a wonderful choreographer to help you plan it out!

Minori always tries to get the rest of MMJ! to cover your songs with her after you release them

Even if they don't want to, she'll probably post solo covers anyway

You'll also catch her humming your songs when she's distracted by something

If you tell her about it, she proudly tells you it's just because your songs are so amazing, they always get stuck in her head!

Akito didn't know much about Vocaloid songs before he met you, really

Yeah, he's listened to a few songs once or twice. Yeah, he covers them constantly. Yeah, he knows Hatsune Miku personally, but that doesn't mean anything

Suffice to say, he learns a lot from you

He's asked if he can watch you make music before, which you didn't really mind

You thought it was boring to him, though - all you really do is sit there quietly as you work, occasionally humming or singing the melody you're trying to create

Until one day, Akito suddenly comments on the creation process as if he's used the software multiple times before

It definitely shocked you, but you're happy to know he does pay attention

If the music you make is his style, he'll probably cover it himself or with VBS too

Although, when they find out he only wants to cover your songs because they're your songs, he gets relentlessly teased about it...

Kanade is already used to making songs digitally, plus she's used the Vocaloid software before

The two of you end up making songs together a lot

You've probably collaborated with 25ji multiple times, plus Kanade and you often like making songs on your own

Aside from that, you two can often give each other help or criticism when you work

"Hey, Kanade. What do you think of this song so far?" "It flows very well, and your tuning of Rin sounds very unique and refreshing. However, maybe you could tweak this part..."

Although, while Kanade knows how to use Vocaloid, she usually focuses on melodies more than the voice software

So she's learned a lot by being with you

And likewise, you've learned a lot about composing from her

So, I don't recall ever telling you about this very funny scenario I had where lightbrush fankid (I called them flashlight based off of another lightbrush fan kidI saw around) and tacomic kid (you know them, you love her luz) just are in love with each other or something like that. The ages and timelines are unclear to me but hey this is an AU it doesn't need to make sense at all, So like my own idea of how they develop is when they are teens and I am just going to say outright, flashlight is a diva to me. Not sure if diva is the right word but she is the embodiment of ''the world is mine'' by hatsune miku, she thinks highly of herself and practically acts like a princess, which ends up ending in her becoming insanely annoyed with luz at first. Luz is just out there for silly and whimsy just like lightbubl! but at difference of her mom flashlight cannot tolerate them at all, luz likes to mess with her a lot, maybe tease her here are there with her appeareance and just enjoying to get some funny reactions out of her and I'll have you know flashlight HATES it, she has to be held back from shaking luz like a snowglobe or something. their dynamic in simple terms is just:

which comes to the fun part where they fall in love! flashlight is outright just going through the 5 stages of grief all at once in the span of an hour. She CAN'T be in love with the fool who has been pestering her since they were children, she just can't- and what do you mean she is jealous? of course she isn't jealous luz pays attention to other people instead of her! its natural to be upset when people don't pay attention to someone as dazzling as she is (even though she never got upset to this extend before) AND NO SHE IS NOT IN LOVE! SHE WANTS TO HIT THEM WITH A HAMMER! IF SHE WANTS TO KISS THEM ITS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT TO THE CONVERSATION AT HAND! Luz is just ''flashlight pretty :3'' and totally unaware of their own feelings.

usually my favorite thing to think about when I ship fankids is the parents' reactions to the chaotic dynamic at hand and I think they are as confused as the audience would be. taco just watched from afar, sips some tea maybe nudges luz to invite flashlight to a date or something and luz immediately agrees because she has unwavering faith in miss taco. I don't know how lightbrush and mic would react to lightluz insane chaotic lesbians dynamic but you bet its pretty obvious to everyone and especially them.

The dynamic you're describing sounds kind of like a ship between Lightbulb and Silver Spoon might play out and I find that hilarious. The idea of Painty's child turning out to be like Silver also amuses me greatly.

Also one character extremely upset about their feelings for another while the other is :P is so silly!!! With all the complicated relationships in ii, I'm sure the parents/older objects would find it quite funny. They would so make bets.

But Luz being a tad nervous to take the first big step but taking solace in Taco's confidence and going for it is also SO SWEET. I love it when characters have unwavering faith in each other. Is it okay to consider your f/o your irl partner? My f/o means so much to me and I really mean it whenever I call him my husband. Is that weird?

No, I certainly don't think that's weird at all, personally! Some people can get very attached to their F/Os, you've probably heard the "Your brains emotional department can't tell the difference between fictional and real, so when you love something, regaurdless of if it's fictional or not it's just as strong" tangent.

But like I said, some people get really close to their F/Os, and so it can be a very real thing for them and a very personal thing, too!! Some people don't want real life romantic partners and just want to pursue their F/Os and that's entirely okay as well. Truthfully I tend to feel the same way about my F/Os, and I'll speak of them as if they're real(ex. "Me and F/O did this today" or "F/O and I blah blah blah"). Some people get uncomfortable when seeing shipart or such of their F/O and makes them feel sick cause it feels like they're seeing their partner with someone else or such.

Get as close as you'd like, consider them a full fledged partner if you wish! My rule of thumb for life is if it's not hurting anyone, then why care? I don't see any harm in this. Get as close and personal as you'd like with your F/O. I'm sure everyone's been told the story of that man that married Hatsune Miku, so really go crazy.

I'd say the only cause of concern would be if you start filling out your tax forms or something with their names on it. But go crazy. Live your life, have fun, kiss your F/O when they go to bed and when they wake up, put their pictures in your wallet and frame their photos on your desk and in your lockets.

They're your significant other(excluding the times where F/O encompasses platonic/familial ones of course). Many people ship characters and talk about how it's sooooo canonical cause did you see how they looked at each other in that one frame?? This is just you shipping yourself with an F/O, same thing. As far as I know and as I've been informed, I don't see a problem here with it.
