Pairing: Bucky Barnes x fem!Reader

Summary: Bucky comes from a well respected family, he falls in love with a girl who prefers the simple things in life. Follow their journey through the years.

“Georgia get here right now”

“Nooo”

Y/n sat on the soft couch laughing at hearing Bucky chase their four year old daughter around trying desperately to get her to put her shoes on. His little princess as he affectionately calls her had better ideas. To run.

“Bunny please help control your daughter”

“Oh she’s just my daughter now is she?”

“Yep” popping the ‘p’ Bucky pops his head around the door “please Bun she’s too fast, I really don’t know how she moves so fast”

“And you really think I’m going to be able to catch her with this” gesturing to her large bump “in the way”

Georgia Maria Grace Winnie Barnes. The apple of their eyes, the little spitfire with so much energy coursing through her tiny little body. Named after George as she was born on her granddads birthday, George cried and felt honoured that not only was she being named after him but she decided it was time to arrive on his birthday.

Her middle names were after her three grandmas.

Y/n found out she was pregnant again for the third time, she was scared to be honest. Two years after Georgia was born she had gotten pregnant again, at nearly three months along she had woken up to really bad cramping scared and alone as Bucky was on a business trip she rang Winnie who rushed over as quickly as she could. By the time Winnie had arrived it was too late. Y/n had sadly lost the baby.

Winnie rang Bucky his heart broke when he could hear the cries of his wife in the background, telling Steve that he needed to take care of the meeting he got on the first plane back.

It took both of them months to come to terms with the loss of their baby.

With this pregnancy Bucky handled business from inside their home, he refused to go anywhere wanting to be close by. In a way Bucky became slightly overbearing as he wouldn’t let Y/n do anything on her own, he did everything for her, looked after Georgia with little help and looked after the house. Y/n knew it was because he cared and was scared of losing the baby so she didn’t complain.

Eight months along it wasn’t going to be too long until she gave birth.

“Please pretty mama”

“You’re going to have to help me up Ducky” helping her stand he thanked her and gave her a kiss. “Georgie moo come and get your shoes on or you’re not going to see Billy and Tommy”

“Noooo” Georgia screamed shortly followed by her footsteps pattering the lamented flooring. “Wan’ see Tommy and Billy mommy”

“Well let dada put your shoes on then and we can go and see them”

Doing as her mommy said she let her dada put her shoes on. As soon as the laces were tied she ran off again, this time going to the front door.

“You ready to go Bun?”

“Yep, lets go”

Pulling up to Wanda's and Vis’s home Georgia was already trying to get out of her car seat, begging her dad to hurry up.

“Hey wifey” Wanda's soft voice greeted Y/n. “In the backyard Butterfly” her nickname for Georgia. Knowing where the twins were she ran through the house and out to the backyard where Wanda’s and Vis’ children were.

“Hey hubby. Nat here?”

“Yeah, just give you a heads up her and Clint have already had an argument.”

“Great, who won?”

“Neither really, it was Laura who put a stop to it”

Natasha and Clint got married less than a year after Bucky, Steve and Sam had met them. Everything was perfect and they seemed to have a perfect marriage that was until Clint got a new job and that’s where everything started to become strained.

Coming home late at night sometimes stinking of whiskey, he became cold and distant with Nat, secretive with his phone. He preferred to spend most of his time at the office instead of being at home and trying to create a family just like they both had planned.

Y/n had lost count of how many times Nat would ring her late at night drunk and crying, slurring and stumbling over her words. Wanda the same. Nat wasn’t stupid by any means but she refused to believe what she already knew. What everyone knew.

Clint was having an affair.

The final straw that broke the camels back as the saying goes is when Clint didn’t arrive to the high end restaurant Nat had booked a table for them at. To celebrate their wedding anniversary. Nat rang Y/n knowing she was with Wanda at the time crying and begging for them to come to hers so she could pack her things. Told them she couldn’t do it anymore. The two best friends showed up as quickly as they could, nearly two hours of being there all three of them froze when they heard the front door open and close.

The silence was deadly when Clint came up to the bedroom after seeing the suitcases and bags packed in the living room. He asked what was going off, looked at Y/n and Wanda and told them to leave, Nat told them not to move so they didn’t. Wanda’s and Y/n’s eyes burnt a hole in the side of Clint’s neck, where a hickey was. He denied Nat’s accusations, telling her that she was overreacting. Told her that she was just being dramatic and that the long hours were for them, it was for their future.

Y/n was fed up with seeing Natasha struggle, having to hear her cries it broke her heart. The truth only came out when Y/n started laughing, fed up with how someone she considered one of her best friends could stand there and lie to his wife – her best friend all while he had a hickey on his neck. Pointing to the side of his neck he sighed in defeat.

Though he claimed they never did anything, he actually swore on his life and when he didn’t drop down dead like Y/n always thought would happen if you did that and you was lying, she believed him. He did admit that he had fallen in love with someone else, that the night of his anniversary that had marked seven years of marriage he was with this other woman, he had made out with her, he swore that he didn’t do anything else. Said he couldn’t because he had a wife. He had confessed to telling this other woman everything about him and his marriage with Natasha.

For Nat it was worse than if he had just said ‘yes I’ve been sleeping with someone else’ as he was emotionally connected to this other woman. The next day with Y/n and Wanda by her side she filed for divorce.

It was a slow and very messy process. Natasha wanting more money just out of spite, Clint wanting the house… so he could move the other woman in. It took nearly two years for the divorce to be finalised, in that time Clint had proposed to the other woman and already had one kid. When Y/n met Laura she really wanted to hate her, she did for the fact that she took Clint away from Natasha. But Laura had to be really nice didn’t she making it really hard on Y/n to hate the woman.

Three years after their divorce Clint and Natasha was always at loggerheads sometimes about the most stupidest of things, always trying to outdo the other despite Clint being ‘happily’ married to Laura and Natasha ‘happily’ dating Bruce. A man that she had met one night, great guy incredibly shy.

“Laura stopped them? I’m surprised she said anything”

“So was I but apparently it was upsetting the baby”

Oh yeah, Laura was pregnant with their third kid.

Laughing and shaking her head she linked arms with Wanda as Bucky trailed behind them. All their friends were outside, the kids all playing together. Y/n had just greeted Steve and Peggy – his girlfriend, nice woman, made Steve happy. Sam and Maria – his fiancée, like Peggy she was nice and she made Sam happy. Nat and Bruce.

“Y/n? Oh my god it is you”

Turning around at the sound of her name her jaw dropped. Literally.

“Pietro?”

“Yeah it’s me. Gosh you’re still as beautiful as ever”

“Pie I’m a married woman” Y/n laughed.

“So am I-wait-I’m married-I’m a married man”

“No, no, no you’re now a married woman, you said so yourself.”

“God you haven’t changed have you?”

“Nope. How are you?”

Catching up with Pietro after not seeing him in over ten years, the last time they saw each other was for Wanda and his parents funeral, car crash. Wanda took it exceptionally hard, Vis rang Y/n one night asking if Wanda was with her when he heard that she wasn’t he started to panic. It took the group splitting up to look for her, Y/n and Nat found Wanda on the beach drowning her sorrows with a bottle of Jack Daniels.

“Mommy-mommy look” Georgia gained her moms attention as she ran over to her.

“What is it sweetie?”

“Hand” holding out her hand for her daughter her eyes widened when Georgia put a large spider in the palm of her hand.

“Sweetie where did you get this from?”

“Tommy tried to hurt it”

“Oh, lets get him back to his home, yeah?”

Georgia nodded as tears started to gather in her eyes, Bucky always said that she took after Y/n when it came to protecting animals, and creepy crawlies. Yes even at thirty six he still called them that. When Georgia was two she waddled in to the kitchen making Winnie and Bucky scream so loudly it made Y/n jump up and went running to the kitchen, bumping into things as she went. Entering the kitchen she came to a halt when Georgia’s tiny beautiful face, her bright baby blue round eyes looking up at her mommy, her cheeks being puffed out by her wide smile, with one hand she pushed back the same untameable hair that she got from Y/n. “Doggy” she giggled as she raised her tiny chubby arm up.

It was indeed not a doggy but a grass snake. A two year old Georgia was holding up a snake as her grandma stood in the corner of the kitchen shaking and her father well… he was standing on top of the kitchen island… holding a rolling pin.

“Okay” Pietro helped Y/n stand, thanking him she held her hand out for Georgia to take and she led her to the far end of the garden.

“Here you go baby, put him on the grass and he’ll find his way home”

“Okay. Look mommy he going home”

“He sure is bubba”

“My friend” Georgia squealed as she watched the spider walk up the fence.

Yeah she was definitely Y/n’s daughter.

“Hey Y/n/n can I ask a huge mega favour from you and Bucky, please?”

“Sure Wands, what’s up?”

“Can you both look after the twins this weekend? Vis has a work trip and ever the gentlemen he has said I could come along…so…yes or double yes?”

“If I say yes do I only get one of them?”

“Which one would you prefer?”

“Billy.”

“Wow okay you answered that pretty quick”

“It was wasn’t it? But anyway of course we’ll take the twins for ever and ever an-“

“She’s not taking our kids forever Wan” Y/n laughs as Vis cuts her off in the background.

“I’m sorry wifey its only for this weekend, Vis is being mardy”

“Shoot. Bring them around when you want-hold on there’s a knock at the door.” Struggling to stand she waddles to the front door, opening she rolls her eyes.

“Really Wanda?”

“Oh hi didn’t expect to see you here, long time no see huh. Anyway here are your godsons, boys be good for Auntie and I’ll see you both on Sunday. Love you all”

Shaking her head at her best friend, she goes to tell the boys to come in when she glances down they’re not there but behind her.

“Where is Georgia?” Tommy asks as he looks around.

“Gone to see her grandma and granddad, they’ll be back soon don’t worry”

Though the twins were a year older Tommy and Georgia were best friends. Tommy was the loud one out of the twins, the one that liked to explore and play in the mud, the one that got all the attention. It was one of the reasons Georgia got on well with him as she was just the same. Billy was the quieter one, preferred to have his head in his comics, his latest fascination was with a group of super heroes that were called The Avengers. People had a tendency of overlooking Billy because of how quiet he always was but not Y/n, Billy made her cry once when he told her that she was his favourite. Whenever he wanted a new comic book she always happily took him to the comic book store that opened on Maple Drive, always happy to spend time with her favourite godson. Don’t judge her for having favourites.

“Can I play in her play room?”

“Okay but don’t break anything!” she shouts as he started running when she said ‘okay’ “What about you Billiam, what do you want to do?”

“My names Billy Auntie not Billiam” the five year old whined with a small shy smile on his lips.

“That’s what Billy’s short for monkey, didn’t you know?”

“No it isn’t”

“It is Bilbo I’d never lie to you. So what do you want to do?”

“Ca-can we look at the photos some more please?”

The last time the twins were around Tommy and Georgia was keeping Bucky busy by destroying things and Billy was curled up in Y/n’s side as they went through the many photo albums she had.

“Of course my sweet Billiam, but you’ll have to get them, bottom shelve remember?”

“I remember Auntie”

Sitting down on the couch she watches Billy pull out two of the photo albums from the top of the pile and brings them over, handing them to her he climbs on the couch next to her.

“Who’s that?” Billy asked when he saw a black and white photo of Y/n’s mama, proudly telling him who she was his face contorted in confusion “But grandma Maria is your mom and that’s not her” the boys were just months old when Maria passed away but grew up hearing stories about her, they started to call her grandma as well.

“Well sweetheart I’m adopted”

“What does that mean?”

“It means I’m not really grandma Maria and granddad Howard’s daughter but they became my parents when they signed some papers”

“Where did your mom go?”

“She’s with grandma Maria and your grandparents”

“Oh. Look auntie its Georgia” he points at a picture, she laughed.

“That isn’t Georgia bub, its me” it was the only photo she had of herself when she was Georgia’s age, and even then she was sporting a black eye in the photograph.

“No it isn’t, its Georgia”

“It isn’t I swear I’m not lying to you”

“It looks like her and not you”

“She does look like me when I was younger doesn’t see?”

“Yeah, she’s pretty though”

Rude. Wait…what?

There was a bet going to see whether or not Tommy and Georgia would date when they got older, everyone thinks that they would as they are so similar to each other and always spend every chance they got with each other.

But Billy, the sly little fox might be the one who takes Georgia’s heart.

“Do you think she’s pretty bubba?”

“I do” his cheeks turn a shade of bright red “But she’s friends with Tommy not me”

“She’s your friend too Billy”

Just as he’s about to reply the front door opens and Georgia’s voice echoes throughout the house. “Honey I’m home” she giggles, it’s what Bucky always says when he returns home from work or meeting the guys.

“Hi Billy” she waves when she sees him “hi baby” she then says coming over to Y/n her hands going straight to her mommy’s belly.

“H-h-hi G-Geor-“

How on earth did she miss that? Billy always became a stuttering mess whenever Georgia was around...

“Georgia your back, come play” Tommy interrupts his twin, before Y/n can say anything Georgia runs over to Tommy and they both run out of the room.

“Hey pretty mama, hey kiddo” Bucky greets his wife and godson.

“Hi Uncle Bucky” Billy replies quietly, he slides the photo album off Y/n’s stomach closing it carefully before climbing off the couch and puts the photo album back.

The next day Y/n and Bucky treated the kids to a day out, the sun shined brightly in the clear blue sky as Bucky pushed Georgia and Tommy on the swings. Y/n sat with Billy on a bench, she had told him that he could play too but he opted to stay with her, feeling guilty at Billy’s glum expression she told got Bucky’s attention.

“Ducky, I’m nipping to the store do you want anything?”

“A bottle of water please Bun”

“Okay, I’m taking Billy with me. Come on Billy Bob, I’m kidnapping you”

“What that mean?”

“Never mind”

Holding his hand she walks across the road and up the street, he went to turn into the store that he knew sold water and frowned when Y/n told him ‘not just yet’. Further up the street was a new comic book store, she had seen it a few days back when she was driving to pick up Georgia from Howards, she made a mental note to make sure she took Billy there next time she had him.

The way Billy’s face lit up when he saw the sign warmed her heart, giving him a nod he let go of her hand and ran up to the window. “Look auntie look!”

In the store was large cardboard cut-out of the Avengers, Billy’s new favourite super heroes. “Want to take a photo with them?”

“Really?”

“Of course, and if you take a silly photo with me you can get two new comics, how does that sound?”

“YOU’RE THE BEST AUNTIE!”

“I know, I know. Come on then”

Letting him push open the door – with some help from her – he ran straight up to the super heroes, staring at them in awe. “Billy give me your super hero pose then” taking out her phone she took multiple photos of him standing next to each hero. The worker Ron came over and pushed them all together so Billy could have a group photo, Y/n asked Ron if he could take a photo of the pair of them he nodded happily.

“Right Bilbo silly faces now”

“Okay”

Billy stuck his tongue out and pulled out his ears whilst Y/n stuck out her tongue too and crossed her eyes.

“Thank you so much”

“No need to thank me Miss, it’s nice to see kids enjoy comics” and with that Ron walked back over to the checkout.

“Right Billiam since you did the silly photo with me, you can pick out two new comics”

“Thank you. Thank you”

Billy went straight to the Avengers section and picked out one before running all over the store to find his next comic. Hand in hand with his pick he came bouncing over to where Y/n was stood waiting as she sent all the photos in the group chat the group was in.

“I picked”

“Are you happy with your choices?”

“Yep”

“Okay sweet boy lets go and pay”

Standing behind a man who was being served Y/n noticed Billy’s eyes going to the second comic he had picked out to behind the counter and back again. “Bill what’s up?”

“T-they have new Avengers comic” pointing to behind the counter “bu-but I want this one” showing her New X-Men Volume 3: New Worlds comic he had picked.

“I thought you picked out an Avengers one?”

“Last one, that ones new”

“Oh, which one do you want more?”

“I don’t know…I get these” he stands on his tippy toes to place them on the counter as it was their turn to be served. Billy was always like that, he wouldn’t be screaming and having a tantrum if he wasn’t able to get all three not like Tommy, one time in a store with Wanda he threw himself on the ground because he wasn’t allowed to get two chocolate bars, Billy even told him that he could have his but that wasn’t good enough for Tommy. In the end he got his own way and got two chocolate bars, whilst Billy only got the one, then Tommy stole his.

Ron handed the plastic bag over to Billy who thanked him, he walked over to the Avengers cut out to say goodbye, just before putting her card in the machine she asked Ron for the new comic. She was going to surprise him. Paying and saying her thanks she walked over to Billy.

“Come on bubba”

“Thank you auntie Y/n”

“Don’t thank me just yet” Once out of the store Billy went to hold Y/n’s hand but something was in his way. “Oh what must that be?”

“I-I-It-AVENGERS!” his scream startled an old couple that was walking past.

“Am I the best or am I the best?”

“BEST AUNTIE EVER! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU”

“Bilbo sweetie calm down” she laughed at his reaction, the way he held the comic in his shaking hands “Hold my hand so we can get uncle Bucky his water and when we get back to mine you can read them”

Hand in hand they went to the store getting Bucky his drink, one for her and one for each of the kids, Billy talking enthusiastically about his new comics, she paid and they left. Looking over the road she saw Bucky standing by the bench her and Billy had previously occupied, tapping his watch his eyebrow flicked up, Billy had seen the gesture and held up his bag containing his prizes with a huge smile on his lips. Bucky laughed and shook his head fondly.

Looking both ways twice seeing no cars around before crossing, a loud screeching sound pierced her ears. It all happened in slow motion.

Turning her head to the right she saw a grey car speeding towards them, not thinking she pushed Billy in front making him tripping over and landing in the space between two parked cars. She had no time to move herself.

She heard Bucky yelling her name, the word laced with fear and panic

The impact was hard enough to send her tumbling over the roof of the speeding car. Landing on her back in the middle of the road her eyes desperately trying to find Billy, she breathed a breath of relief when she saw him with two elderly women, one of them on the phone the other keeping Billy’s face buried in her stomach.

“B-Bunny-baby keep those eyes open-Bunny don’t go to sleep-an ambulance is on its way-bab-baby no no keep your fucking eyes open Y/n! I mean it-Bun you c-can’t leave me”

Y/n could hear her Ducky pleading with her to stay awake and she tried, she really did but she was so tired.

So, so, so tired.

Her eyes burned as she opened them, her body ached everywhere, the memories of what happened came back in snippets. Taking Billy to the comic book store and going to get drinks for everyone, the grey car, said grey car hitting them. Billy bleeding. Billy was bleeding.

Shooting straight up she groaned in pain. Billy was bleeding. The blood on his little legs.

“Bun lay back down baby-Steve get the doctor-Bunny lie bac-“

“B-Bil-Billy” she croaked out.

“He’s fine baby, I promise just lay back down sweet girl”

“W-where’s Billy?”

“He’s just outside with Wanda and Vis. He’s okay I promise”

“He was r-ran over, blood Ducky, h-he was bleeding”

“Y/n, Billy wasn’t ran over baby. You was.”

“T-the baby Bucky”

“He’s okay too Bunny, perfect honestly”

“He? Ducky…we ha-have a son?”

“We do Bun, he’s okay, Billy’s okay, you’re going to be okay. Please lie down baby”

They have a son. They decided not to know what the gender was as they didn’t with Georgia, hearing that they had a son and that he was okay, perfect as Bucky said made her listen to Bucky when he told her to lie down.

“Wh-where is he?”

“ma, dad and your dad is with him, he’s small Bun but doctors said that he’s perfectly healthy.”

“Georgia?”

“Outside with everyone. Don’t worry about anything okay? Just relax”

The doctor came in after Bucky had finished telling her to relax, he went over the extent of her injuries but she wasn’t real listening her mind on her baby boy that she hasn’t even met yet. She did hear the doctor tell her that she was very lucky to be alive, with her injuries, having to have an emergency C-section done in the back of the ambulance, the loss of blood, she was very lucky.

Hit and run.

She had missed the birth of her son because some idiot was speeding and he didn’t have the decency to stop just to check if she was okay. When the police had caught the driver he was unlicensed, drunk and high.

She missed the birth of her son because an idiot didn’t know right from wrong.

With her body throbbing despite the pain meds she drifted in and out of sleep, when Howard got word that she was awake he came barrelling through the door panting heavily. He held his daughter in his arms and cried, the thought of having to bury his daughter made his chest squeeze tightly. And it was a good job he was with George and Tony at the time he got that phone call as his legs collapsed underneath him.

She had fallen asleep in her dads arms and when she woke again he had gone back to see his only grandson. One by one everyone came into the room but under strict orders by the doctor that it could only be one at a time.

Bucky went to get Georgia who squealed at seeing her mommy for the first time in what felt like forever to the both of them. “Mommy, mommy”

“Hi baby, oh how I’ve missed you!” Georgia practically jumped out of Bucky’s arms and started to climb all over Y/n.

“Princess be careful” Bucky lightly scolded as he saw Y/n flinching at the four year old climbing over her.

“Mommy” is all she said. Taking her moms face in her tiny hands she placed kissed all over her mommys face. She’s seen Bucky do it plenty of times so of course she copies him.

“Did you miss me baby?”

“Miss you, miss you”

Georgia finally settles on Y/n’s chest and slowly falls asleep, Winnie came in an hour later so she could take Georgia home, not forgetting to give her sleeping daughter-in-law a kiss on her forehead.

When Wanda came in she burst into another fit of tears, she hadn’t stopped crying from the moment she had heard that her best friend had been ran over and not only that but she had saved her son.

“Y/n/n I-I will never be able to repay you f-for saving Billy” she stuttered, holding her best friends hand.

“D-don’t be silly Wands, he’s my godson”

“Billy wants to see his favourite auntie, if that’s okay with you?”

“Of course I want to see him”

A few minutes after Wanda left the door came back open revealing her godson, he stumbled when he saw the bruises and cuts on his auntie. Bucky noticed and got up and knelt down in front of him.

“She’s okay buddy”

“R-really?”

“Yes bud, auntie Y/n is super strong-“

“Li-like an Avenger?”

“Exactly like an Avenger, do you want to come over?” Billy nodded but made no attempt to move forward “want me to pick you up bud?” nodding once again Bucky picked his godson up and placed him on his hip.

“There’s my Billiam, how are you baby?”

“I-I-I’m sorry a-auntie Y-Y/n-“

“Hey-hey none of that, it isn’t your fault sweetheart. You did nothing wrong.”

“I-I saw the baby auntie”

“You did? Is he cute?”

“No” Billy giggled causing Y/n and Bucky to join in.

“Have you read any of your comics?”

“N-no”

“Well climb in and read to me then monkey” Bucky gently places the five year old next to his wife and pulls the blanket over him and nips out of the room to grab the bag containing the comic, when Billy tells him which one he wanted Bucky took it out and handed it over to him.

Three pages in and Billy taps his uncle Bucky on his knee, pointing and quietly giggling at seeing his auntie Y/n asleep.

Two days after waking up for the first time after the accident the doctors gave Y/n permission to go down to where her baby was, Bucky helped her in to the wheelchair and started going the route he had become familiar with over the six days since the accident had happened, the one where he nearly lost his wife and baby.

“Are you ready Bunny?” he asked as he came to a stop outside the door.

“I’m ready Ducky”

The nurse opens the door and Y/n’s wheeled in, seeing her dad and parents-in-laws standing there with smiles on their faces.

And there he was. Their beautiful baby boy, small like Bucky said but looked so strong. His hair curly and the same shade of brown as Bucky’s. It was as if he sensed his parents he opened his eyes and turned to face them.

His eyes blue as the ocean and as wide just like Georgia’s were.

“Oh Ducky he’s precious”

“He is indeed Bunny, our precious little boy”

“Have you two got a name for the little fella?” Winnie asks wondering what her grandson was to be called.

Y/n looked up at Bucky who smiled down at her, nodding. Though they didn’t know the gender that had already picked out names.

“Jamie Howard Anthony Barnes”

“Hey, gorgeous. Checking in on you again. D’you mind if I swing by your place? I forgot my charger and I really need to finish that lab report. Also, it’s an excuse to kiss you until you’re sick of me. Kidding! But, not really. Anyway, I love you. I’ll be there soon!”

He knows in his gut that something’s off when you haven’t responded to his calls for four hours. To tell the truth, the calls were going through to your phone, but you’d let it ring until it sent him to your voicemail. It was too much and you were too tired to do anything but stare at his photo appearing on your screen, well-lit by the afternoon sun but feeling the darkest you’ve felt in weeks. It was a terrifying situation, feeling the strong grip on reality you maintained for so long start to slip from your fingers. Without warning, the air stopped feeling comforting, food stopped tasting delicious, and the laughs of your friends slipped through one ear and out of the other. It was overwhelmingly distressing but even your body felt too exhausted to cry. So, what was there to do but lay in bed and wait for your energy to come back? 

Opening the door for him is what you could do. 

He didn’t really give you a choice, with his incessant knocking that would definitely end up in a noise complaint from your neighbors if you didn’t unlock the door. Ever so slowly, you drag yourself out of bed and down the hall, wiping the dark circles under your eyes like it would make a difference. A glance at the side table by the door revealed no charger of Satoru’s, just some of his rings and your keys with the little Winnie the Pooh charm he’d gifted you a few months back.

“Because you’re my honey!” He was giving you one of those sideways grins again, the one where his head tilted to the side like a kid who’d got caught eating cookie dough straight from the bowl. “You’re so sweet that I have an addiction, just like Winnie the Pooh.”

“I don’t think Pooh has an addiction, sweetheart,” you giggled, leaning back into his arm stretched over your shoulders on his couch. “It’s just his favorite food.”

“You’re right. There’s no way that he could maintain homeostasis with just honey, so he must be taking other things to sustain–”

“Satoru, I love you. Please stop talking,” you say tenderly and cover his mouth with your hand, abruptly pulling away when his tongue darts out to lick your palm. He flashes a sharp canine at you in spite of your protests of disgust, gently taking your chin to pull you close enough for him to kiss you. “I love you, even though you do weird shit like that.”

“You love it when I do that ‘weird shit.’ It keeps our relationship interesting,” he argues against your lips. 

“That’s one way to put it,” you reply and he’s kissing you again before you have the chance to tell him off again. If you could, you would bottle that moment and keep it in a jar, drinking it anytime you started approaching the edge again. Your heart aches even before you’ve finished twisting the door handle; he was going to see you at a low point he hadn’t seen from you in a while, and the thoughts of being a burden were already nudging the back of your mind. With as much courage you could muster, you finally swing open the door and see him standing against the wall with a bag of divine smelling food. 

“There you are, I was worried I’d have to sneak in through your window like we’re in high school again,” he greets warmly, glowing in a way that wasn’t blindingly hot like the sun. Everything about him radiated safety, something that you didn’t know you were craving until he was with you.

“I couldn’t find your charger anywhere, love. I’m sorry,” you say quietly, taking the plastic bag from him and setting it on the counter. You can tell he’s being careful around you, as much as he’s trying not to show it. Your limbs feel like dead weight and, even with Satoru so close, you just wanted to lie down again. “I looked on my desk and the kitchen table and–”

“Yeah, there’s no charger here, baby. I made that up so I could come over and spend time with you,” he admits and it pulls the tiniest smile out of you. “There’s my angel; I missed your smile, even if it’s a little too weak right now.” When he steps close enough, your forehead fits in the crook of his shoulder and you exhale deeply, swallowing the mix of confusion and sorrow suddenly rising in your throat. His arms snake around your waist, holding you firmly against him, unwaveringly confident in his ability to keep you safe. 

“I don’t know what’s wrong with me, Satoru,” you whisper on his skin, swallowing thickly again. “I was doing so well and now I’m not. I don’t know what happened.”

“You don’t have to know what happened, baby. You know that something is off, and that’s what matters.”

“How is that more important than the reason why this is happening?”

“Because it means I can help you through it, even if we don’t know what triggered it,” he replies without hesitation and a few tears escape down your cheeks. It feels good to cry on his shoulder and have him hold you, even when you don’t feel worthy of love. “Let’s eat, and then we can go back to your bed. Is that okay?”

“Mhmm,” you hum and his lips press a line of kisses on your forehead. His eyes suddenly widen and you can’t help laughing when your ears pick up the sound of his stomach rumbling, loud and persistent. “When did you last eat, baby?”

“I was waiting until I got here and the car ride was torture,” he laments, returning to his typical, dramatically lovable demeanor. 

“Thank you, Satoru. I don’t deserve you.”

“Yes, you do. You deserve the world and so much more, and I would give them to you if you asked.”

I started this on April 3rd but im really bad at staying focused so here it is 3 days later :). I got the idea for this from an old Aphmau fanart I had saved in pintrest ages ago. It got deleted at some point and i didn't notice, but oh well.

The base idea is the one year old kid talking to their day 1 / first week self. I wasn't in the fandom at that point, but I have rough ideas on what each egg did early on and based it off of that.

Chayanne: - My first idea for this had Chayanne in the 'Smarter' position. I tried to match up the kids to what I thought was least likely. I eventually switched this. I thought Chay would fit better in the 'Braver' spot as I imagine that older Chay would encourage his younger self knowing what was coming. He was really excitable at the beginning, but over the last year, he has realized that he is braver than he thought. - I gave baby Chay an iron sword because early on diamonds weren't allowed. Older Chayanne has a diamond sword to show the growth and changes in Quesadilla island and himself.

Dapper: - Dapper was originally in the 'Braver' position. I changed them to the 'Stronger' position, but they could work for either. I imagine after having like 7(?) kidnappings Dapper wants to tell his younger self that he's strong. - Baby dapper his holding his first pet slime. I don't know what its name is, but I know that Dappers first pet was a caged Slime.

Leonard@: - Leo was originally in the 'Loved' position, this was changed cause I thought that Ramon would be better there. - baby leo is holding the camera they used a lot at the beginning of the server - I personally just really like how I drew older Leo. They give off cool older sibling energy. - Personal HC for Leo: Leos eyes change color depending on which parent they were around most recently. Foolish: Green Vegetta: Purple Both: sectoral heterochromia with both Green and Purple This is why baby Leo's eyes are both green and purple, cause they were around both of their parents at that time. While older Leos eyes are green because they've only been with Foolish for so long.

Ramon: - Ramon was originally in the 'Stronger' position. I changed this cause of how much love has to do with Ramon and his story (I am biased I apologize) - Baby Ramon is holding a Nautilus Shell. This was the first gift Fit ever gave to Ramon. - Older Ramon showing Baby Ramon a firefly because fireflies remind them of Fit. - a TINY detail that you can barely see, but older Ramon has pac-man shaped irises.

(Absolutely not) Micro BL and GL Reviews

I spent the last couple of weeks being ill in bed with very little energy. Not great, but also it meant that my limited ability to get up and move around much gave me endless time to catch up on a bunch of shows that I'd let fall by the wayside (or never even started in the first place), and now I have thoughts to share!

Joy? Joy! Welcome to yet another set of my talks about shows that is supposed to be small but never actually is.

Completed

Wandee Goodday: This wound up being way sweeter than I expected from the promo material, but I'm not complaining. I genuinely love shows where most of the people are just trying to get alone while being decent, and that was certainly the vibe here. I was happy with the sex positivity and the introduction of Kao being ace, although I will admit that I felt like it was a little too "let me educate you" about that bit at certain points. That said, it's a topic that maybe needs that kind of thing in this context? I also really really loved that Dr. Dee and Yak got it together and spent a bunch of episodes just being adorable and dealing with struggles that had nothing to do with their relationship. It's so refreshing to see adults being in an adult relationship and actually acting like it. There were several times when the show could have just manufactured drama for drama's sake and chose not to and I really respect and love that. It was also fun to see Title appear in a role that wasn't to cause problems. And Char and Yei were fucking adorable my god. 8/10

We Are: Way better than I expected, if I'm honest. It got a little draggy for me at the end, but Pond and Phuwin always give solid chemistry and I finally got to see what everyone likes so much about Winny and Satang paired together. I never watched MSP and I never will because it's just a little too young for me, but Toey and Q were fucking cute so I get it now, guys. I especially adored Toey - Satang plays endearing brat very well. I also really liked Tan and Fang - their teasing dynamic worked for me. Also Boom is so pretty my goodness. I do think that it was trying to juggle too many couples but as I already said it dragged a little for me at the end so I think they could have done it with better pacing. It seems to me that New has a thing for dramas driven by internal conflicts, and that was We Are all over. The plot advanced as the characters did, which I can understand might be frustrating but I find that if I'm in the right mood I eat it right up. Especially ones like this, with mostly sweet people just living their lives and trying to do right by themselves and each other. Cute, earnest, a really good friend group. It probably won't be something that I revisit much or that sticks in my mind for a long time, but I had a good time. Giving it a 7/10, mostly for the pacing stuff I already mentioned. It kinda lost me towards the end.

My Marvelous Dream is You: idolfactory's second GL and I think I wanted to like it more than I wound up liking it. The chemistry was good and I love the cast (even if I think my girl Silvy was way underutilized), but the plot was a little...not great. I'm still not entirely sure what it was going for, or why the shared dreams were important. I really liked Ae (Kim's mom). And Wan was my favorite. Girl was messy and brash but my kind of messy and brash if I'm honest, and I cheered aloud when she went off on Mawin's family. They were awful. Awful, too, was Mawin in the end. I get being hurt but I always get a little (a lot) irritated when people mess with someone's livelihood out of pettiness, so him fucking with Kim's business because she broke up with him (and yes, in a really shitty way but also lbr here he knew she wasn't into him in some ways he did that to himself) was never gonna do anything but piss me off. It does amuse me that Heng has now played 2 dudes in idolfactory GLs who very nearly marry one of our heroines when she really really doesn't want him and he's very aware, though. I find myself wondering if he's gonna go for the third in The Loyal Pin (I hope he does). 7/10

Love Sea: I loved this one. I knew I would. The premise had me from moment one, lol. And frankly, Fort and Peat deliver on chemistry so it was kind of a no brainer for me. I knew that Trongrak was gonna wind up being really messy the second love came into the picture, and I was absolutely right. I love how he was perfectly fine with Mahasamut holding him and defending him against his shitty dad and following him around and getting all jealous when he implies he's going out to fuck other people (and whether or not he'd have done it is up for debate - I think he would have forced himself to try and failed miserably because that's my favorite lol) and take care of his niece like family, etc...but the second the word "love" actually makes its way out of the dude's mouth he can't handle it. My only quibbles were Prin - why was she so awful for no reason, MAME? The dad - he was not an effective villain to me. I wish that he'd been a little more menacing but I guess it works that he just let Tongrak think that he'd done a lot of things that he hadn't, and I do like that he was basically squeezing money out of both Tongrak and his mom just by showing up on occasion and assuming that they wouldn't talk to each other (which they weren't, both trying too hard to protect their family from his sliminess). I also like that it was finding that out that made both of them snap out of it. And last but not least - what the FUCK, MAME. How dare you give me that lesbian side couple and make it SO COMPELLING and actually get me invested than then not actually offer a resolution because oops, we're on episode 10 now and it's time for the love issue between Tongrak and Mahasamut to rear its head? How very very DARE you. Genuinely this made me the angriest and dropped my personal enjoyment a lot. I haven't seen the special yet so maybe that gets addressed (it SHOULD I was INVESTED), but while I would probably have given it a 9 (I really liked it a lot okay) I am dropping it to a 8/10 for that. Tempted to drop it to a 7 because I am petty.

This Love Doesn't Have Long Beans: Another one I really liked! The chemistry between Sailub and Pon is absolutely scorching and while I have noticed that actors are getting a lot better about it in general, I always take notice when they are so entirely comfortable with not just the steamier scenes but the emotionally intimate ones as well. I love when I am watching a show and I can believe that the characters want each other and like each other, and not like a part of them isn't flinching at the very idea of it (unless that's the character, but just go with me when I say that there's just a very specific vibe you get when one (or both) of the actors isn't comfortable and I think it actually happens more with the sweet, couply stuff than it does the steamy stuff. But I digress). Chemistry like that can help me forgive quite a bit.

I liked how obnoxious Wan was in the beginning - I did not expect that and it was annoying but also kind of delightful. He grew on me despite my initial annoyance. Oab was a little different - he annoyed me right out of the gate by not calling Kao Suay and telling her about her dad. I get the respect thing, I do, but also what if he died and she was abroad, none the wiser? How would everyone have felt then? Keeping it from her was NUTS, and I don't even care that Kluer called her and told her for nefarious reasons. Someone had to. Oab's wishy washiness with her when she came back annoyed me too - a personal failing of mine has always been that I don't have time for that kind of waffling. I just wanted him to make a choice and stick with it (and was doubly annoyed as it became clearer and clearer what his choice was and he still couldn't just say it). Thank goodness he had Nubnueng there to gently prod him into finally doing the thing.

I wish Kluer's turn to villainy had been more evil, but I guess that wouldn't have made sense for this show, since no one really was, not even Enemy No. 1 Methas. Speaking of which, I wanted to like him and JJ more than I did in the end. I did like them, but I guess I just wanted more development there than I got in the end. They were cute though JJ was hands down my favorite character. I understood Methas so much. I also really enjoyed his relationship with Wan.

One thing that I thought was utterly hilarious was Oab's pettiness. As a petty person myself I can't help but find opening a new restaurant to steal all of your ex's customers because he wouldn't just apologize for, you know, deceiving you for most of your relationship and initially planning to sell your restaurant to the one man in the world you emphatically never wanted to own it absolutely hilarious. No notes Oab you keep rocking on. 8/10

Currently Watching

The Loyal Pin: Everything in this show is so damn pretty it's hard for me to think about much else. Especially Freen, and it seems like all the show wants to do is remind us of her beauty at every moment. Which, well. I am not complaining the woman makes my breath catch.

But this week I finally started paying a bit of attention to something more than oooh pretty, and I am genuinely wondering if this show isn't going to be all pretty dresses and gorgeous women falling in love and carving mangoes and if maybe there aren't some extremely serious things swimming in the waters.

Watching Anin wield her power this week hit me way way harder than all the ways that she'd been doing it before, and in a way that made me think a lot harder about how she'd done it before as well. I think it's because usually she sticks to manipulation to get what she wants - she's charming, she smiles, she talks people around - but last ep she dropped all pretense a couple of times, and we watched it cut more than once. Anin is a woman who knows exactly what she wants and she has the means to get it, she is spoiled and she will do whatever it takes. Other people have talked about it better, but I will say I am absolutely fascinated, and am genuinely curious to see if this is going to be addressed or if it's just the way it is. I also want to see if there's something that will butt up against Anin's frankly terrifying amount of power. Something she can't either manipulate or brute force her way through (although in the end I bet she manages to do one or the other anyway).

Also, kisses. Teach Pin more things Anin! She's a good student.

The Trainee: This show was not really on my radar at all, and I'm genuinely not sure why I decided to pick it up. Maybe because I was finishing up another GMMTV show and it was next in the youtube queue?

Whatever the reason, I'm so glad I did because I fucking LOVE this show. it's my favorite thing airing right now and that I never would have expected or believed.

It really is so good though. I think for me it's that it feels realistic - maybe in a way that can be uncomfortable for some but I love it. No one here is perfect, it's not just the mentors constantly schooling the kids because even though they are older, they are still growing too, and still have things to learn. Especially when it comes to Jane, who is my favorite character in the show I think and is hands down the best Off character I have personally seen. I am so iffy with Off normally that my adoration for Jane is confusing me, but he's so good. He's an adult and he handles most of his problems like an adult (which frankly I think is sometimes missing from these shows), but still has moments where he fumbles because he's still human. And I like that when he does fumble, he apologizes. I'm also really in to the whole deal that happens in the workplace where people think he's a certain way and judge him for it, but he's really just...dedicated. Strict, yes, but not entirely uncompromising. I dunno he's just a great character.

I also really like how this feels like an ensemble show with the romance not at the forefront. I don't always want that but this is so well done that I'm happy for it. I like that we have gotten to showcase each intern, their struggles and their achievements and just...growing up and learning to handle that scary point in life where you're really starting to enter the adult sphere, with all it's responsibilities, but still not ones that are entirely on your shoulders. If you do things the more traditional way, that is - I know a lot of us were in that world well before college. Still, it does resonate with me.

I am also enjoying the insight we're getting into the background of production. Such as how much work and effort goes into even the smallest change in filming even something that seems as simple and straightforward as an ad. Imagine how hard it would be to reshoot scenes from something like a TV show, especially considering the stuff like location, OT, cast and crew...I had already guessed a lot of it, but it's always nice to be proven correct. I like being right, what can I say? And the Ryan's awkwardly trying to draw people out without directly asking them how they are After Work Corner is very charming. I like that it gives insight into the business but also Ryan, who I do sometimes feel is the weakest of the interns. Which is insane because he's played by Gun Atthaphan, but there you go. I did like that he was brave enough to ask Jane about his feelings last ep, and I'm looking forward to seeing him more in his element (or at least what he's used to) next ep.

I really hope this show continues to impress.

1000 Stars - This is a rewatch for me as I roped a friend into watching for the first time. I warm up to this one more each time I watch it. The first time I was annoyed with Phupha's everything but I feel like I get him more and more as I go on. I also love a show that has heart (heh, this show has heart ror sure (and this is why we can't take me anywhere)) and this has a ton of it. It also amuses me whenever Phupha and Tian start doing their intense staring thing and there are other people around. I bet they're all just like "welp there they go again we've lost them, best go about our business" and leave them to it.

I also always forget Khaotung is in this one. Every time I watch I'm like "oh yeah" when he shows up. It's so funny to me.

Looking Forward To:

Peaceful Property (28 Aug) - Is it BL? Is it bromance? Who knows. Do I care? I...don't think so. Whatever the romance situation it looks like a ton of fun, and I am excited to see Tay back in glasses and to see this cast, especially doing comedy.

Kidnap (06 Sep) - This one also looks like fun. I love Ohm, Leng looks like he's doing a good job matching him, they seem to have good chemistry from the trailer. And pettily I'd watch this anyway because some of the shenanigans of certain fans have made me that annoyed. Good for me that it looks like something I'll like regardless, I guess.

Pluto (???) - GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME. It has been 84 years I am DYING here. If it doesn't get released this year I might actually cry, but I am hoping that it will.

There are others I am looking forward to (honorable mentions if you will): My Golden Blood, The Heart Killers, ReVamp (still a stupid title), Friendshit Forever, Hide & Sis, Us - but all of these are either not filming yet or so early into their schedule that I'm not letting myself get too excited for them. And for The Heart Killers especially I don't want this to be an Only Friends situation where I got really hyped and then was inevitably kind of disappointed (at first - I shook it off and came back around eventually lol). I just wanna go in there and have a good time - I'm excited to see that entire cast do a romcom, I think it'll be fun, and that's about all I want to expect out of it. I'll get excited when we get an air date.

Also thinking of picking up 4Minutes since it's on Gaga now, apparently. And maybe trying to find My Stand In since it's over and I can inhale those deliciously toxic fumes all in one (or two) sitting(s). And maybe, just maybe, poke around for BL and GLs outside Thailand, lol. I feel like it's been all Thailand all year for me when I used to watch JBLs and KBLs too.

“you make me feel really safe.” Benny x Vika

Benny felt Vika tense slightly as they turned a corner and were met with a street significantly busier than the one they had just been on. He felt the eyes on them, the energy shift as people clocked that it wasn’t just another couple out for a walk, heard the mutters that came when they noticed first Benny, then Vika, and then their intertwined hands.

He loosened his hold the tiniest bit, just enough so she could easily slip her hand out of his, as they usually did when this happened.

To his surprise, her hold tightened.

Out of the corner of his eye, he could see her holding her head high, refusing to look at the people staring. 

A warm rush of pride filled him as they walked, finally reaching an empty stretch of sidewalk as they neared another corner.

They continued in silence until Benny felt her relax, shoulders dropping as her breath left her in a rush.

“You alright?” He asked simply, squeezing her hand briefly.

She squeezed back, turning to look up at him, and he knew she’d see the true question in his eyes.

What was that all about? Where did that come from?

“You,” she said softly, a gentle smile gracing her lips, “make me feel really safe.”

A wave of emotions rushed through him at her words, and there are so many things he wants to say to her… but such a bright and sunny day isn’t the time for such a deep conversation.

“Good,” is all he says, tugging her close to press a kiss to her temple, murmuring a quick, “I’m proud of you” into her hair.

Juliet Brady is very much awake, despite her closed eyes and carefully even breaths.

She’s not going to let her husband know that yet, though— not while his chosen method of waking her up this lazy Saturday is a series of warm kisses to her neck and fingertips grazing her curves over her thin pajamas.

“Johnny!”

roman is a flip, and regresses to either 2-4 or 7-9 depending on the day!

lots and lots of outdoor play and adventures! but also a lot of quiet time indoors in patton's room whenever roman is upset.

patton provides roman with limitless amounts of crayons, chalk, paint, and anything his heart desires to create with. roman is EXTRA creative when he's tiny, tapping into that childlike whimsy again.

roman goes up to patton wanting fairy-tales be read to him, as the prince he demands it! (even though patton would read them to him no matter what.) roman's favorite is the storybook version of disney's beauty and the beast.

roman loves to watch every disney animated movie in huge marathons, and patton makes them popcorn and snacks for sometimes weekend-long regression and film binging sessions.

roman and patton both wear their onsies when they spend time regressing!

roman can sometimes get angry or really sad, and he throws big loud tantrums that tire him out really badly. patton waits them out patiently, then swoops him up to take to bed for snuggles and comforting words. other caregivers might call that behavior bratty, but patton understands it too well to ever be mad at roman, especially when he's small.

patton is a flip, and both an age regressor and a pet regressor! he regresses to around 6-8, and he's a frog regressor.

pat is a hyper, and i mean HYPER kiddo, and it's even worse when he's in froggie mode.

roman loves to set up 'dates of fun' where he plans a whole list of activities to keep patton busy the whole day. he includes arts and crafts enough to fill up hours at a time, movies, books to be read to him, and much more. patton's energy is always wiped out by the end!

patton loves the winnie the pooh books when he's small, they're immensely comforting to him.

patton is VERY cuddly and affectionate during regression, and roman is definitely not complaining about the extra love!

patton mostly wears even comfier clothes than usual, like big sweaters over shorts or his onesie! roman does like to draw him into games of dress-up in the imagination, though, dressing patton in very nice princely clothing for them to play games in.

patton can occasionally involuntarily regress as well, and those are much less happy times. he gets very, very sad and gloomy, tending to stay in bed the whole day curled around his blankets with his pacifier.

roman tries to give him space when he needs it, but the moment patton asks for comfort, roman jumps to action to brighten his day in any way he can manage. patton may be very nostalgic, but how much he loves and is loved by roman helps keep him grounded during the bad times.

roman will take patton to the imagination and imagine up a biiiig pond or pool for him to play in in his smaller lilypadton form! lots of things to hop on and dive through.

lilypadton will try to hit roman in the face with his tongue, 100% of the time, roman better keep his reflexes good.

roman gives in to little patton's puppy eyes so easily that he regularly accidentally lets him eat himself sick on sweets and baked goods. "mom i phrew up" moments directed at logan galore between the two of them.

Anyway, We are is a silly show with silly characters and full of tropes and physical comedy so I'm not sure how much I can watch but I'll definitely do my best for Tan and I'm looking forward to more scenes with the friendship squad! As awful as it sounds right off the bat, Winnie's most likely crime would be physical assault </3 she's a very highstrung and defensive person, and when she feels threatened she goes for her physical qualities first- she WILL bite people. this has helped her greatly in the past, when she was in real, high-stress high-danger situations, but now that she's trying to adjust to Normal Life, she's still unlearning that she can't bite people to make them leave her alone!

Oh Runo LOVES coping mechanisms...he's got a lot....but yes. For healthy, I'd say his most bestest one is letting himself play- he's not really a parent who sits back with a drink and watches his kids from a distance; he loves hanging out with them and playing their games, he lets himself be silly with them and not care about passerbyers! Not only is it just, a lot of fun, but it's helping him experience a lot of childhood he didn't get to, and process how much he needed an engaging parent and now he gets to do all the things he wanted to! Although, at his own slower pace. He's not as high-energy as either of his children, but when he's included it just heals his whole brain. his wife Peony enjoys these family activities too <3

for WORST...okay the worst.......needs a slight trigger warning for s/h --> he bites, sadly not in a silly way, but when he's really feeling it he bites his arms to calm down. sometimes when i draw him without long sleeves, you can see bruises or lacerations on his wrists/hands. he tries to hide this from his family best he can- he doesn't want his kids worrying about him, or picking up the habit. its a form of NSSI which is an autistic trait i relate to heavily but man. man i wish he'd stop doing it :<

RUSE!!! hi ruse hiii ruse hi babygirl....hmmm....all of them? Ruse isn't great with emotions...being raised sheltered, friendless, and ostracized, then she became a squire, then a knight, all while being sheltered, friendless, and ostracized. She tries to keep her emotions in immaculate little boxes, but she is TERRIBLE at this. the hardest emotion to keep in her boxes is guilt, for sure. she feels very guilty to want things, or need things, or desire anything, or take up anyone's time. :( it eats her up. she feels like she must have a purpose for existing- luckily, she's got actual friends around her now, trying to teach her it's okay to breathe and exist and take up space! it's okay to be a soft little mouse.

[2] How does their social personality differ from how they act when they’re alone? BAAREE

oh Baaree you mean the world to me. Baaree was raised in royalty. she was taught to be perfect, and polite, and proper, and quiet. she never had any room for messy emotions or speaking her mind, but she didn't mind it too much. nowadays, she has been cast out from her kingdom for a crime she DID commit, and everyone treats her like dirt, but she keeps her head the same as ever. polite. perfect. proper. she's got a bit of a rude tongue to her though, which is slipping out more and more, the farther she walks from the castle.

when alone, baaree is about the same. polite. proper. but she's unraveling, slowly, from the experiences she's having in public. she's still treading carefully, but she likes to hitch up her dress and run, let herself get messy and dusty, and get angry and hissy and stomp around in private.

[7] Are they a good liar and what would they probably lie about? EVIE

ohhh evie.....she's a pretty moderately bad liar, she doesn't do it often because she doesn't like to lie! she prefers to stay quiet and avoid questions. but what's funny is, the picture i used as her icon, she sorta is lying-

she's silly.....she really is head empty, quite often. so she doesn't have the means to lie extremely complicated or keep up with the lie. she can make up a white lie on the spot, but holding on threads for a long period of time? forget about it! [24] How hard it is for them to not allow their emotions to cloud their judgement? EVIE pretty good, actually? this might have to do with the head empty, no thoughts thing. Evie can be pretty silly and emotional, but she's also good at seeing things as part of a bigger picture- she's pretty logical in that manner! it's her friend Sigourney who has a REALLY hard time not letting her emotions get in the way; Evie often has to clear her mind for her.

[57] What was the most stupid or dangerous thing they have ever done? GOAT

well, if jumping to punch a guy you just force your best friend to stab your arm and kill you on a whim isn't dangerous enough- and then the many, many escapades he's going to go through later down the line, which all involve him jumping headfirst into fighting someone he reeeeally shouldn't fight (may i remind you, he is 4'11'' and twig-shaped)

so maybe this isn't the MOST stupid thing he's ever done, but when he was 16 he stole a sports car from the family he was staying with, took it on a high-speed joyride around the city with his foster sister, and then crashed it Calvin and Hobbes style into a ditch. he didn't have a driver's license btw. never took any tests either. he was winging it and boy was he WINGING it. how they walked away from that laughing their heads off is beyond me

Could you tell me more about some of your ocs???? (Only if you’re up for it tho)

I’m always down to gush about my ocs! But I do have a lot of them, especially with the story I'm currently working on, and I don’t always know what to say, so sorry if this is a bit all over the place. This isn’t even everyone, I left out a few like the main antagonist, Irene and a few other side characters for the sake of this not being essay length but yeah. Here are some of the main guys:

Simon Huw Taylor, 32, tenant of flat no. 6, he/they, bi and ace (maybe on the aro spectrum, but idk. It’s none of my business).

He’s the main character of my story, Where the Lost Souls Meet. He’s a pretty quiet guy who likes to keep to himself, much to his own detriment. He’s been travelling around all his life, never really interacting with people his own age, leaving him with mediocre socialising skills. He can see ghosts, has been able to since childhood, and is a mortician while doing psychic ghost stuff on the side. His mum could also see ghosts and she also did the ghost business, which is why he and his parents were moving around all the time, basically living in their van/hotels). To honour her, Simon uses her maiden name for ghost work (meaning his name is then Simon Huw Hughes, which I just thought was cute). She died a few years back, his father even earlier, leaving Simon the last of his family line and all alone in the world.

His whole life revolves around death, which isn’t healthy but Simon would rather die than go to therapy and actually address his problems, so it stays that way for a while. He does try to quit smoking though, so that’s something. He is also a liar. Dear god does he love to lie about everything and anything, to everyone. Well, I say loves to lie, he doesn’t really love it. He does it both to keep himself safe and to keep others from worrying about him. Honestly, he’s fine, he’s functional, and he definitely has family who loves him. Just don’t ask to meet his ‘sister’. He also tries to protect people by keeping a certain distance from them, not wanting to hurt them like he’s been hurt because of [REDACTED], which is why he kept moving around even after his mother died. But he desperately wanted top surgery and so stopped in this town with a well-known trans-safe doctor to get it done, and unfortunately for him landed in a manor turned flat filled with people who very much would like to be his friends, please.

He has no hope for the future, no plans, having a fairly pessimistic look on life because of [REDACTED], and is basically just waiting for the day he finally dies. Again, will he do anything about this? Maybe, eventually, at some point.

He doesn’t like / struggles to watch TV and movies, his ideal night involves doing puzzles and maybe a spot of reading, he loves puns and he’s a vegetarian. I love him and his terrible coping mechanism. Go king, communicate absolutely nothing and never let people share your burdens. 

Also, his neighbour dies in front of him during an argument one day, which isn't great, going on to haunt Simon in a distinctly violent fashion, which is the thing he's desperately trying to deal with in the story.

Charlie Tops, 35, tenant no. 5, he/him, trans bi+ace. He’s a very sweet guy, very open, with major himbo energy, just without the muscles. He makes the best tea and the worst coffee. He writes kid's books in the vein of Winnie the Pooh / Peter Rabbit, taking over the job after his grandfather passed, now writing them for his own daughter, Lottie. But Lottie’s getting older and losing interest in those types of books, and so he’s losing interest in writing them and having a mild panic over what he’ll do next. He’s kinda obsessed with taxidermies. His flat is quite literally filled with them and no one likes it, nobody wants to be in there, and the vibes are way off (except Will for, who thinks it’s very interesting, actually).

He’s deeply in love with Simon and they have a thing. An unexplained, deeply intimate thing that neither talk about, mostly because Simon can’t communicate for shit (which he feels deeply guilty about, and he keeps telling himself that he’ll break it off but can never quite work up to it), and Charlie’s worried if he asks, Simon will end it. He really struggles with Simon’s whole silent martyr ordeal even outside their thing because even if he doesn’t know the extent to which Simon is trying to hide his problems, he knows there is something being hidden, but again, is worried about pushing too hard and losing him completely. It’s messy, but they’ll work through it. 

He can’t see ghosts but does know about them, unlike the other Woodward tenants, and feels a bit left out /awkward about the whole thing. He had an amicable divorce from his wife Irene after he realised he was ace, she realised she was aro, and that they were both trans, the two staying friends and her staying on as the illustrator for his books. And as I mentioned earlier, he does have a daughter, Lottie.

William Isaiah Beaton, 30, tenant no. 7, he/him, gay, English. An archivist for the local museum who moves into the manor in chapter one, and comes off as a tough, rude ex-vet.  And that is true, to a certain extent. He is rude, and an ex-vet. But he wasn’t in the army for long, he got mowed down by a car on base like, two weeks after arriving, leaving him with a permanent injury to his leg. He feels he failed to live up to his father’s expectations, and in shame, never told the truth to his father about having to leave the forces. Will has… a lot of complicated feelings about that, and his relationship with his father, and his relationship with his religion. He works some of that last one out with help from Penny.

It’s a bit of a spoiler, but whatever- he can see ghosts. He doesn’t realise that’s what’s happening though and instead is fully convinced he’s just losing his mind, and that crash did irreparable damage to his head. Nah though, just ghosts. Has a guilty love of werewolf media and cake, and cares a lot about bugs and plants (he even ends up taking Simon’s plants off him, because Simon kills every plant he owns, without question). He has limited zero social skills and finds big groups overwhelming, but nevertheless, he will be dragged into this friendship group (if Penny has any say in it, at least). He came to Hangar for a reason, though he doesn’t say why.

He also definitely fancies Simon and has no idea how to handle that. It’s the first time he’s fancied a man (or at least, a man-adjecent person) who isn’t straight, and that coupled with the fatc Simon actually seems to like him is just a lot for him to process. The two of them bond over their shared loved of history / interest in the history of the manor.

I should make it clear: this isn’t a love triangle, this is poly thing.

The ghouls:

Florence Blossom (left), 40, and Gwenllian Baker (right), 42. Both were performers in a small acting trope who died in 1941 (though not at the same time or in the same way, funnily enough) in the manor Simon lives in. They love each other very much.

Florence is a bit judgy, loves a good moan, and is very anxious about everything and everyone, always. Her anxiety tends to make her come off as a bit snappy. She can control the lights.

Gwen is a bit vacant, with her head absolutely in the clouds at all times. She struggles a bit with empathy and reading the room, leading her to be mindlessly cruel sometimes. She never means it though and genuinely cares about Simon and Florence, and will look after them both in her own weird ways. she can lock, unlock, close and open doors

Now back to the living:

Agatha Jeorme, 55, tenant  no. 1. She’s kinda like if an angsty teen was stuck in the body of a middle-aged woman, and we love her for that. She’s the daughter of the landlord and hates it. If she had any other skills / if her father had helped her get a better opportunity elsewhere like he did with her brothers, she would have jumped on it. But instead, he gave her the job of looking after Woodward. She hates him, deeply. She often shovels off small jobs onto Simon because she knows he won’t say no, and is having an affair with the next-door neighbour’s wife. I kind of made her sound like a bastard, and she is kinda, but a fun one I hope, and she does learn to be less of a bastard as the story goes on. 

Gwynfor Geraint Jones, 34, tenant no. 2, he/she, bigender, aroace. Just a chill guy who loves rock music and slasher movies. She’s in a QPR with Adam, them being the first two to move into Woodward. this isn't entirely related to his character, but he's called gwynfor geraint after two twins i went to primary school with. their names always stuck in my head, in so i thought i'd put them to good use.

Adam Diana Keats, 36 tenant tenant, no.3, she/her, aroace trans woman, Scottish. She’s a librarian with a love of reading, especially poetry, and a bit pushy, a bit bossy, but ultimately well-meaning. She’ll drag Simon out of his room but with the intent to encourage him to mingle and hang out with the Woodward crew, you know. She hates Will on sight. There’s more I could say, but that would be spoilers. also, despite her dark academic vibes, she does love a good animal print

Penny Sion Seagrove, 29, no.4, she/her, lesbian. A tired, friendly gardener who would love it if everyone would get along and be friendly. She sometimes sticks her nose in places she shouldn’t to figure out people’s beef with each other (cough, Adam and Will, cough) to see if she can find a way to squash it for them, which doesn’t usually work. She tries anyway. She’s Catholic, shares Simon’s love of puns, and is dating Alice.

Alice Rhodri Blackwood, 30, she/her, trans lesbian. She lives in town with her best mate Mickey. She’s a loud, cheery, extroverted goth with an interest in witchcraft who can also see ghosts. She has slightly different opinions about ghosts and how they work from Simon, but she’s still his go-to when he’s having ghost issues. 

Mickey Dolores Palmer, 29, she/her, English (Yorkshire). Idk what her deal is, and she just is, you know. A very nervous, clumsy, mousy person who works at the local museum. She tends to jump to conclusions and is not a fan of ghosts. Unfortunately, she can also see ghosts, so that’s not great for her. She's doing her best.

OMITB S3 Thoughts:

Overall, really enjoyed season 3. I do consider it a bit of a step down from seasons 1 and 2, but there is a lot to enjoy and appreciate and I am looking forward to season 4!

Things I liked:

The. Musical. Numbers. 

They were so good and weird and surprisingly emotional

Honestly all the Broadway stuff made my inner theater kid happy

The main three are delightful as always!

I was so happy Uma and Howard got character spotlights! 

The parallels between the play and the mystery *chefs kiss*

Loretta. Meryl Steep was incredible as always and I loved her in this role. Definitely my favorite of the new characters this season I hope we see more of her!

Things I didn’t like as much:

I did feel like some of the characters built up in the first two seasons got put on the back burner for the new cast

Biggest ones were Will and Lucy. Like, Will especially because his father had a heart attack and he wasn’t mentioned?? Oliver fully wrote the musical at the end he’d definitely be coming with VIP seats, right? 

Trio was so great together but only really came together the last few episodes. :/ 

WHY DID SELENA GOMEZ NOT SING?? 

Also. Like. I am a huge Theo fan and seeing him back was delightful and James Caverly is always a standout but I feel like we jumped over some pretty important stages in his redemption arc that I would’ve loved to see. Like, we went straight from “maybe you’re not such a bad guy” to sleepover buddy. I will admit I was looking forward to a drawn out healing/forgiveness process that kind of got skipped over.

Especially since both the play and Ben’s death involved someone getting pushed from the top of a building and the Zoe parallels were right there and never got acknowledged. 

Also rip Oliver that his past two producers have gotten arrested and had sons that killed someone by pushing them off the top floor of the same building maybe he IS cursed. 

Literally why did Mabel not get to sing. Like, I know Mabel the character is probably not a huge singer but it’s Selena Gomez. Y’all could’ve done something.

More of the trio being buddies in general

Theo getting some interactions with Charles and Oliver maybe? Half-brother reveal? 

More hanging out with the Arconia residents 

Would like some explanation for why Theo is not in jail. I’m not upset about it but like…he should totally be in jail?

Honestly with the established characters I’d love to mix up and get some new dynamics like Will and Charles? Uma and Mabel? Oliver and Lucy? Williams and Howard?

My School President Ep 5 Stray Thoughts

I'm so glad to be back with this show. Thankfully we took a break at what felt like the end of an act. I'm still not over the pinky clasp from the last episode, and am very excited to see where the acknowledged attraction takes these boys next. Also, I really like Sound as a character, and hope he causes more complications.

Ah, a jaded school counselor. Time to think about the future and face the reality that your dream job might not be attainable or give you the life you want.

I like this opening scene. It's very stylish. Placing all of the students in the same framing reinforces the common experience for all of the characters. It's easy to see how a counselor ends up feeling this way, when you watch so many students' lives take a different turn.

Also, Mark Pakin is really good.

Poor Gun. He was having a lot of fun with his friends and staring into the middle distance, but now he has to accept that maybe they're not as committed to music as him.

I'm still floored by the opening song being a torch passed down to this club about how they have each other's backs. It's still affecting me this week.

It's a bit subtle, but I like the way Gemini is playing Tinn as more relaxed about approaching Gun now. Fourth does a good job responding so quickly to it as if it's a matter of fact now. They're a solid pair.

Gun didn't ask, but I want to know what Tinn is interested in as a profession.

The mom's collapsed is executed really well here. The boys are just flirting as they do before the jarring crash behind them. As with all major life events, they happen suddenly and without warning.

Of course Tinn is going to offer to help his prospective boyfriend and hopefully-future mother-in-law. Gun's little appreciative smile is all the reward our simp needs.

Tinn's characterization is so consistent. He's at his best, bravest, and most endearing when he's helping. Gun is getting a bit nervous, so Tinn suggests a practice dish. Gun gets nervous about how good it is, so Tinn just takes a big bite. Gun is clearly enamored as a result.

Oh ho! Our first signs of mild jealousy and possessiveness from Gun. He was very polite about telling those girls to back off. Kaojao (SCOY) would be proud.

Again, Tinn is finally comfortable enough with Gun that he's only amused when Gun clings to him when the lights went off, and is able to teasingly deflect about how much devotion he's shown.

Ah, the answer to my question: Despite his hardworking nature, Tinn doesn't know what he wants for himself.

This show's comedic timing is genuinely funny. "I can put my mind at ease..." Into Gun running screaming into the room. Perfect.

Ah good. Gun now finally understands Tinn's motivations. Not an episode 5 kiss, but close to it on the moving forward phase.

- Family drama (is resolved) - catchy music! - i know some ppl can't stand child actors - THE DUCK LIVES - obviously food and eating are big plot points so yeah Is it a halloween movie? No. Do I care? Not with treats this good looking, music this catchy, vibes this cozy, or a witch this awesome. We've got haunted woods and kids eating sweets and then playing the best trick of all on the witch who wanted to eat THEM- that sounds halloween-y enough to me! Plus the witch's reveal is legit creepy. Make sure you have snacks for this one. Also, if realistic family drama due to the trauma of poverty isn't your thing, skip to after the kids run into the woods.

- Low stress - Comedy as heck - literally feels like someone telling you a ghost story - AAAAAAAACTING!!!!! - there is a spider during the picnic scene THE CLASSIC! THE OG! MY FAV!!!! This was THE hallween movie to me as a kid- and now i completely get why! It's like watching a stage play where everyone LOVED every scene they were in- the vibes are spoooooky sometimes in an adorably camp way, and then charming and cozy the next! It has so much fun- there are so many lines that are memes to me- like ichabod THROWING himself into bed with "And if I......DIE... before I wake.... BRINGMEBACKTOLIFE!" and Katerina's eyerolling "....assuming I know the horse-" (it makes sense in context i swear) and and and the FUN of seeing Brom Bones 'crushing' a tankered angrily, acting out the strain of it, when you can clearly tell the prop is like, maybe the strength of a soda pop can XD.... But the best part is the stinger ending. How this whole story is ended with the sudden reveal of the REAL headless horseman (maybe?) and how THAT terrifying image is the last thing it leaves the watching kids with- it feels like that last jump scare at the end of a campfire ghost story, the hand reaching out to grab you for one final scream, and I love it. I love this whole thing so much.

If you DO want something spookier, but only in the atmospheric sense....

Whistle and I'll Come to You, also on archive .org - Slow building stress - Paranoia fuel - There is no way the main character is neurotypical (relatable) - a bedsheet ghost!!!!! YAY! - a few audio startlements but otherwise all gradual scares So this is based off a short story by an old not cool dead guy. It's about finding something in a grave and not heeding the warning label. I read the story years ago and was very pleased by the bedsheet ghost, the idea of feeling like Something Is Coming, and I can say that this adaption is... different, but does very good on setting up the vibes up until the ending. I'm bit let down by how the final bedsheet ghost turned out, and abrupt cut off to the story, but the vibes up till then is really fun to sink into. Some of the cinematography does a good job of making me aware of empty space, the feeling that Something I Can't See might also be in the frame. Spoooky.

GMehMehTV 24 Part 2

A few of these seem promising, but a lot of it seems like I'm not the target audience. Which is fine. I'm not the target audience for a lot of entertainment. That said, I'm gonna indulge myself for a minute and hot take the heck out of this.

First, a general observation on the way the GMMTV system seems to work. The actors do all KINDS of stuff, not just acting. They're so busy it seems like they're basically full-time employees: when they're not on a series, they're doing fan meetings, or singing gigs, or apparently mandatory social media livestreams. They don't seem to have any downtime. This plus GMMTV's overarching "everything must be branded" philosophy seems to dictate a great deal about what they can be in, and so on. Some of the drawbacks of the old Hollywood Studio System, hopefully without the casting couch evil.

The Promising

KristSingto. (The Ex-Morning.) Period. Krist made a fan out of me after how he selflessly promoted (apparently painfully shy) Gawin. (Goes to show you that it doesn't matter how hot you are, you can still have a lot of self-doubt.) Then there were his unmistakably queer-friendly moves around his concert. If I got this correctly Aof is involved so there should be some meat to the plot. (But if they blow it as badly as Last Twilight, I'm going on Aof Strike.) Also, gotta admit that the premise sounds like fun.

ThamePo Heart that Skips a Beat. This is my kind of story, where it's not about dumb misunderstandings and contrived conflict, but instead the leads are united against an external enemy. In this case, corporate image management and control over people's personal lives. Also, a good-looking trailer. Lots of colors. Looking forward to the color coding analysis from "the colors mean something" folks.

Ossan's Love Thailand has potential, especially if they fix some of the original's weaknesses. I've wanted to see Earth play a comedic role forever because that seems like more like him as a person. He's done more than enough stern/mostly-mirthless roles. I'd watch Mix in just about anything.

Revamp looks like it's high-budget, so if the directing is good, this may be a romp. New Siwaj, though…sigh. Who am I kidding? Boun as a vampire!

The Waste of Good Actors

Mark Pakin finally and deservedly gets a lead role…and it looks like something he could have phoned in over a bad connection. The trailer for Sweet Dentist Goofs Around or whatever it's called makes Cooking Crush seem like Shakespeare. Fluff has its place but this trailer makes it look like it will drown the audience in treacle.

First and Khaotung should be given meatier stuff. They're serious professionals and will make it work, I know, but it would be nice to see them in something that gave them more opportunity to really act. That said, probably not gonna turn down this energy:

Actors I'd Like to Be More Excited About

Pond doesn't ever seem to inhabit a character. Extremely attractive, but he seems to have about three main acting notes. (This is also why I haven't yet started We Are, as much as I love Au and Boom, Winny, Satang, et. al.) Leap Day has Gun doing something interesting so there's that. Putting Leap Day on the "Maybe Because Gun Seems to Have a Good Role In It" list. (Although I expect to struggle a little with what looks like a predestination plot.)

Joong and Dunk are cute of course but I have yet to see either of them in a difficult scene, and, sadly, based on what I've seen, it's difficult to imagine them carrying such a scene. Aside from kissing, which they can do really well, they have both been just…kinda flat in everything I've seen. It's almost like Joong too-heavily suppresses his normal clown-around-and-have-fun nature in order to be different on camera. The script description has me intrigued, so that's another point in favor of The Heart Killers. It's probably just a romcom so nothing serious anyway. Still, maybe this will be the show that lets them show us what they're capable of. Fingers crossed.

Perth Tanapon is gorgeous…and never quite convinces me his character wants to kiss guys. Chimon seemingly has more acting chops, but always telegraphs deep discomfort with MM intimate scenes. Even when these guys get to act, I get only so far with suspension of disbelief. I don't know how to fix this. (Not my job to fix, but neither is it my job to watch a show where the kissing/love scenes are unconvincing.)

Athough he's inspired a great deal of looking disrespectfully, Force just never makes me feel much. He looms, he smolders, he exudes dom/top energy effortlessly. (I haven't seen Enchanté so I may be missing important data.) Book seems to have more of the acting prowess in the pairing. It would be nice to see them do something independent of one another, but GMMTV can't allow that! Also, these two as college students? Why can't we have them acting against type? Imagine Force as an untrusting, damaged bodyguard-with-a-horrible-childhood and Book as the boss who (by virtue of his ability to show that someone dominant can be loving) brings Force's character back to his original sunshine nature? Now something like that would give them both a chance to act their socks off. Pun intended.

Nine.i reaction: First date

This is my first nine.i reaction. So i don't really see any people writing for them so i wanted to do it my self. I looked up some more information about them and based the dates on their real live hobbys and intrests. Also please support seowon, winnie and jiho on boys planet. I didn't do any gifs as noramal because i couldn't find one of each member.(English is not my first language)

Jewon ->

Cooking date. Would meet with you at his house. He would have the ingridients ready for you. Would cut everything himself because he would be to scared that you hurt yourself. After finishing the meal you two would eat it with a movie or series on. If you're making dessert he would put some wipped cream on you're nose.

Eden ->

Ice cream date. He would take you out to go get some ice cream. Would get you any flavor you want. He is going to try your ice cream. And if you want or not you have to try his favorite. If you go and take a bit of his he will maybye maybye not smash his ice cream in your face. Don't worry he will gladly clean your face.

Winnie ->

Library date. He would take you to the local library to read together. Is going to buy a bunch of snacks beforehand. You will talk about your favorite books. He might be so enthusiastic that you both will get kicked out of the library. Feeds you the snacks he brought while you were reading. He would get your favorite drink from the vending machine once you're done eating.

Minjun ->

Ballet date. We all know how much he loves ballet. He would rent a little studio. He would teach you some of the basic steps of ballet. Would be the proutest ever when you did it right. If you also did ballet for a longer time he wants to make a duet with you. After he would tell everyone about how amazing you were at ballet.

Vahn ->

Studio date. He would take you to his studio. He comes to pick you up around the evening so you could also eat together. Gets you're favorite meal. He plays his unreleased songs for you. You two would also sing along to some other songs. He would quickly get some ice cream for you if you want a dessert. And it would be overall a hangout.

Vari ->

Movie date at home. Gets the boys away for a night. Sets up the whole couch in cute pillows and blankets. Buys a lot of snacks. Makes some popcorn for you. Their would be a finger touching moment with the popcorn. Gives you a teddy bear before the movie begins. Yawns and puts his arm around your schoulder. If you put your head on him he would litterly meld.

Seowon ->

Spa/ makeup date. He loves to do makeup. Does a little bit of spa things with you first. Like does face maskes with cucumber on your eyes. Then goes to do your makeup. He is going to make you the priettiest you will ever see. Teaches you a little about makeup. Aftherwards has a little photoshoot with you. Shows the other members your pictures and talkes alot about them so the members would go crazy because of him.

Taehun ->

Karaoke date. Takes you to a karaoke bar. Would pour all of his enery into the songs. Definitly wants to do a few duets with you. He is going to secretly record you singing so he could show everyone later. Is going to order a lot of delicous food for you but so you can keep the energy up. Would absolutly love it if you have the same energy as him. He would absolutly walk you home at the end of the night.

Joohyoung ->

Picnic date. Meets you at the local park. He would try to make food but fails. So he just ends up making some simple sandwitches and order some food. Makes the cutests setup ever. Needs to take pictures of the food and maybye also you. If you're done eating you would just sit and joke around for a bit. Trys to secretly hold your hand.

Jiho ->

Zoo date. Poor baby would be super nervous. Gets you two some matching head bands of your favorite animal. Really enjoys watching the animals and you. Gets you every souvenir you want. Buy a lot of delicous food for you and him. Expect him to take alot of pictures of you together, the animals or just you.
