Calling all Agatha All Along fans - please don't let yourself pause to realise, as I just did, that the reason the witches, Agatha included, experienced such newness and joy on that broomstick ride was because they had been physically unable to fly that way for a long long time.

"It's about selflessness," says Agatha. "We fly together or not at all."

my husband :) he read a few of my fics before and he’s subbed to me so he just knows what im rotting over in general

17. What is something you recently felt proud of in your writing?

i tried a weird style in a spite pov fic, i had a very specific thing in mind while writing and it translated pretty well, weird metaphors broken sentences just a spirit trying to understand human emotion but in writing it’s weird to convey all that from its pov, i think it worked

32. A character you enjoy making suffer.

😃 all of them LOL literally. i have to have suffering in every fic i write, emotional suffering like heartache and pining and insecurity is my fave

BREAK DOESN'T ACTUALLY REMEMBER most of them. that's what they say, isn't it? members of pandora will mention it, occasionally, that the people they had to kill haunt their dreams. even illegal contractors are human, aren't they? agents will show compassion for them, will regret that it had to come to their death.

   he knows the exact number of people that died to his blade when he was still kevin regnard, and he knows the number of people that died because of his attempt at messing with the past. yet, he could not recall every single face, every single scene. he hears their begging, sometimes. a whirl of voices he can't single out. but that's about it, really.

   maybe he couldn't have gone through with it, if he'd paid enough attention to remember it all vividly.

   this, however, this is familiar. he knows the alleyway. it's dark. most of the time, he hadn't needed to summon albus to finish the job, he was capable enough on his own. he didn't know how to summon it, either. it had been his first chain— it should have been his only one. up until that point, he hadn't even known the abyss existed.

   he was a fool.

   break moves in front of nicolette as he spots a couple rounding the corner, chatting with each other on their way home. these faces, he knows. they were the first to fall to his blade. the first sacrifice. it's not a surprise, when a younger version of himself, kevin, steps into the alley behind them, but break still flinches, raising one arm in front of nicolette, the other clutching his cane.

   kevin's stare is cold. two red eyes, illuminated by the moon, dressed in the same suit and black cloak he'd always worn, sword at his side.

   ' careful. i don't know if he ... if he sees us. ' if he's aware of us, standing here, watching. if i'm aware. if he'll try to kill us, the way he killed these two people.

   ' stand back, please. '
