I have the UTMOST respect for all you fandom artists out there- from the people who draw just gorgeous images to the people who are making full-blown animatics.

it’s so impressive to see the hundreds of different artwork of all kinds of versions of the characters, from vampire au to god au, and all of the tiny details some of y’all put into their designs- its insane, dude. 

THAT AS WELL AS THE SHEER SKILL YOU PEOPLE HAVE???

as a writer I can attest to how annoying it can be for people to say “wow ur so talented its in ur genes I could never”- which is why I’m not using the word talented here. some of u out there did probably start out with some semblance of skill, but to all of you who just put hours into your work to become whatever level of godlike beings you are- holy SHIT. you guys are cool. I’m insanely impressed.

and even to those of u who haven’t practiced ur craft for hours!! to those of u who just wanna make smtg about the characters u like and have no real interest in like art as ur life- that’s super cool too!!! it really inspires me that u guys found smtg u loved so much that u created a version of how u view it

and that’s in general too!!! I love seeing art and seeing all of the many designs you people do and all the details you put into making your favorite characters and ur favorite moments sihne and I love seeing all of this on paper and watching it come to life panel by panel or picture by picture or shot by shot and it’s so so so so so so so awesome
