Forgive me but what is your WH au specifically about? And what are the other neighbors like in that AU?

I feel like I'm not the best at explaining things.. but I'll do my best <XD

Now just a heads up, this post is the RAMBLE OF ALL RAMBLES. I go into some detail for all the neighbors backstory and try to explain what my AU is, prepare yourself- <XD.....

You see, whenever I get into any kind of fandom, I kind'a make this "base" au that is basically just the main series but everything is viewed through my interpretations-

Uhhh for example- Octonauts.

My main "octonauts AU" is just the show filtered through all my interpretations and headcannons.

I haven't swapped the characters or anything or changed anyone's back stories really. But in my AU the Octopod is a different size than in canon because of the headcannons I have for it. Peso has pink feet, and orange beak and some blond feathers in my AU because I headcannon him to be a Royal penguin. Calico Jack has a the fur patterns of an actual calico because I headcannon him to be a rare male calico, etc etc,

My Welcome home AU is the same. I took the main Welcome Home series and all I knew about it, dumped all my headcannons and interpretations onto it and the result is my "welcome home AU". I call it an AU because I think its different enough from cannon to be named as such. <:D

NOW, what is my AU about? To start, the world that the puppets are in is a very real world to them. It is separate from our world, but its a real place and the neighbors are real living things. There is no welcome home show or website with hidden links and secrets, there's no fourth wall breaking.. their world is real to them. And they all live in it like normal people.

Other than that, the AU is mostly built on the different backstories for the characters. I'll list them all here-

First, Wally's house is a living entity. And he is completely unaware of this- Home's intentions with Wally are unknown.. atm what Home will do is watch Wally while he sleeps. This results in Wally feeling intense anxiety and waking up. Wally goes about his life thinking that he just has weird sleeping problems..

The things I mostly changed about Barnaby was his appearance. I made him look more like a beagle and gave him different fur patterns. He's kind'a like the fanon interpretation of sans. This big fun loving guy that seems to take nothing seriously.. but it turns out that he's really observant and is always looking out for his neighbors. If someone's missing or isn't acting like themselves, Barnaby is the first to notice. He is the main one looking out for Wally and was there to help him when he had his big breakdown..

Now Julie is kind'a wild. She grew up in the woods with her sisters as this big horrible beast that scared away anyone that saw her.. now when she was little, she would creep close to the neighborhood, despite her sisters warnings.. and would just.. watch.. The people she observed at the time were Poppy, Wally and Barnaby mostly. She wasn't sure why, but she just loved everything about these people. The little mermaid style, she loved the way they walked, they way they talked, how they dressed and what they ate, she loved and was fascinated by all of it.

As a rainbow monster, she had the ability to drastically alter her appearance if she tried hard enough. And so using the neighbors as refences, she did just that. She suppressed her multiple eyes and formed just two big eyes. She copied Poppy's eyelashes and grew 6 of her own. She suppressed her claws and made cute little hands like Wally. The only neighbor she ever saw barefoot was Barnaby, so feet paws she created! Her mane was overgrown and wild.. so she took time to alter it to flow straighter and downward.

Some of the last few big transformations she was trying to nail was her legs, tail and horns. She altered her legs to be the same shape as everyone else's, but this meant she needed to practice walking.. She figured that once she had mastered walking she could work on reducing her horns and making her tail shorter.

Unfortunately though.. while she stalking Poppy from the bushes and trying to copy how she walked... she tripped and yelped louder than she meant too.

Poppy heard a child yelp and came looking. Julie panicked, her body wasn't normal enough yet! She still needed to fix her tail and horns! Julie tried to scramble away but she got tangled up in the black berries vines nearby and couldn't escape. With Poppy coming closer and closer, she knew she was doomed. All those months of hard work trying to look like a normal girl was about to go to waste. Poppy would see this ugly monster and scream. Her dreams of being a normal neighbor were crushed.. Julie just curled up in a ball and started to cry...

To her surprise, Poppy didn't scream and run. "Oh dear, oh dear! Are you alright little one? Oh no- here let me help you," Poppy got her untangled and helped her out of the bushes. She brought her home and patched up the poor girls wounds. Also gave her some clean clothes while she was at it..

She still looked like a monster, and Poppy knew she was some kind of beast.. but all Poppy truly saw was a sweet little girl that was all alone and needed a home.. She took Julie under her wing and ended up raising her somewhat, she was probably around.... 14-18-ish?? When Poppy found her? After a few years living with Poppy she ended up moving out into her own home and finally lived out her dream of being a normal neighbor.. yeah.. normal...

Now Frank is kept somewhat the same.. ish- but a big thing I wrote for him is his and Julies friendship. Their friendship started out as a spongebob/squidward sort of deal. XD Frank was more annoyed by her than anything.. But at some point Julie got sick and didn't leave hew house for several days.. Frank would never admit it, but he was worried. The other neighbors respected Julies wishes and stayed away, but Frank was having none of that. He brought soup and medicine to her house and was ready to break the door down if he had to.

..well it turns out he almost kind'a had to- he knocked on the door and called out. He heard a crash from inside and Julie crying.. so Frank got inside and found blood sprinkled on the floor and walls with Julie locked in the backroom crying..

It turns out that when Julie gets sick or weak, she has a really hard time maintaining her "normal" form and reverts back to a monster.. She had been a monster for several days and was kind of having a mental breakdown over it. She desperately wanted to look normal and see her friends again. She thought she could force her way back to looking normal, starting by getting rid of these nasty claws.

She tried to trim her nail with scissors but with her clumsy monster hands she cut too close and cut her finger pretty good. She started to cry out of frustration.. but that's when she heard the knock at the door- now she was crying out of panic and tried to scramble away. But it was too late.

Frank ended up seeing her true monstrous form.. she was afraid that her dream life with her friends was over... but surprisingly enough, Frank accepted her the way she was. He said as far as he's concerned, no matter what she looks like. She is still Julie. And Julie is a beautiful young lady and a wonderful friend. He patched up her hand, cleaned all the blood from the floors and took care of Julie until she had recovered. Frank respected Julie by keeping her true form a secret from the other neighbors, as long as Julie promised that she wouldn't keep the truth from everyone forever..

This whole event has changed their friendship forever. Frank is now a true friend of Julies that she can tell anything to. Because Frank knows the real her and chooses to be her friend anyways. And Frank sees Julie as a true friend of his because now he really understands her more than he ever did..

Eddie's story is a little hard to explain.. he's supposed to be a human from another world. Is it our world? Was Home the one that did this? I haven't figured out all the details yet... but I do know that Eddie is supposed to be very forgetful and clumsy. So its very odd that he always delivers the mail on time 100% of the time and has never forgotten a package before.. its almost like Eddie the mailman and the Eddie off duty are.. different.. somehow.. he doesn't really remember his childhood and has a lot of hallucination and night terror type problems.. Eddie's kind of an odd ball. <:/

Sally is intended to be a real star that crashed down nearby the neighborhood for similar reasons to Julie. She was fascinated by the neighborhood and wanted to be a part of it! She ended up staying with Poppy for a few years before moving out into her own house just like Julie did. Working on her personality has been tough- but I have ideas for her biology though-

She can wear any clothes she wants year round because she isn't effected by the blistering sun or the freezing snow. If she puts on wet clothes they will dry completely within minutes. I haven't decided what happens if she jumps into a pool.. her character still needs a little work <XD

Now Howdy is.. still kind'a blank. I have ideas for his biology and different patterns he has on his skin.. I have ideas that he is super active in the summer and a real husk in the winter.. ideas for his friendships with Barnaby.. but nothing super specific yet.. <:(

Poppy is unfortunately the same. Beyond her motherly relationship with Julie and Sally, I have few ideas in mind.. <:(((

Hhhhh thank you for the ask. I'm going to call this scene canon-possible--I'm still not totally sure if this actually happens. Regardless, I hope you enjoy it! I certainly am pretty proud of it.

The return was silent, by the end. Though they took the fastest route home, spending an eye-watering amount of gold on teleportating from Nex to Drezen, they'd still had to get to Quantium from the edges of the Mwangi expanse where Bikotsi and the rest of his people had parted from their group and wished them well. It took hours, and left Sparrow exhausted by the time they stepped back onto the familiar grounds of Drezen's citadel.

She and Daeran are the only ones remaining of their party by the time they reach Mendev once more. Seelah peeled off in Nex, saying she had business down south. Sparrow had offered help, but Seelah was apparently meeting other friends--and while she was more than ready to jump into another adventure, she recognized that Sparrow clearly was not. She'd told Sparrow she knew how to reach her if she did need the help, and then urged her to get some rest. It had been a long journey, after all.

Sosiel used the teleporter to return to Andoren, to his family and his husband. He'd hugged Sparrow before they left, offered to have them visit his vineyard to recuperate with friends. Sparrow said no, because she'd known what was really behind the offer. Bad shocks, painful moments, were best handled alone. She appreciated Sosiel's care even if she did not want to endure his hovering.

Woljif had hovered, or tried to, with the benefits of coming to Drezen with the Arendaes. But Daeran knew what she needed and had sent him off to his own estate with a few well-placed words, with the promise they would meet again once everyone had slept off the journey. Woljif had agreed, his tail lashing, and had told Sparrow he'd be up and ready by the next day if she was.

And Nenio, of course, stayed behind in the Mwangi jungles, her work not yet done. The ruins still needed more study, she'd said. And besides, she wished to discuss theory with Isore, whose name she already engraved into her still-nebulous memory.

Isore. Crow. Isore, whose real name Sparrow had not even remembered. Isore, who had scars stark against his skin, who had looked so small compared to Sparrow's memories. Who'd known where she was for years and never tried to find her; who had crushed her against his chest and wept when he did see her again for the first time since she was eleven. Who saved her life and the lives of all of her friends, the life of her husband.

Who, when she'd asked him to come home with her, said no.

Her body is aching by the time she and Daeran finally make it to their rooms, the paperwork and concerns brought to Sparrow's attention non-emergent enough to wait. But, while Daeran strips to his skin as soon as he walks through the door and collapses onto their bed immediately, she sets down their traveling packs and starts pulling out everything inside. Her body itches even through the exhaustion. She wants to put things in their right place, clean up and erase the marks of travel from their room. She takes things out, one by one, and puts everything away in a drawer or a chest or their closet. Her body is distant and automatic in the motions.

It lasts for several minutes until she hears Daeran's voice from the bed next to her. "Dear heart, if you do not come to bed this instant I will tie you to it." The threat is diminished somewhat by being addressed to the pillow Daeran has buried his face in, visible from the corner of Sparrow's eye. "Whatever mess there is can be cleaned tomorrow, after sleep."

Sparrow keeps putting things away. A mud-stained pair of trousers to be washed, the only Greater Restore scroll they hadn't used, a ring of protection Crow had made--she closes the bag, moves on to another pack. "I don't know if I'll have the strength to rise at an appropriate time tomorrow," she says, pulling out Daeran's spare boots. "I'll be just a few minutes."

"You'll be hours." With clear disgruntlement, Daeran raises his head from the pillow. "And since 'appropriate time' for you is before even the sun wishes to grace the land I would go so far as to say that you are entitled to sleep in. We will put everything away tomorrow, I give my word."

"You mean we'll get servants to do it."

"Did I not just say?" Daeran stretches out a single golden-skinned arm from under the covers, beckoning to her. "Come to bed. It's cold without you."

The image is tempting enough to make her pause, but the itching is still there, and she knows it won't go away until everything is in its place and she doesn't have to look at it anymore. "I don't...I need a few more minutes."

Daeran does not lower his head back down like Sparrow hoped. Instead, he raises one golden eyebrow. Sparrow takes out two more things and puts them in drawers before the nagging sense that she's keeping her husband up forces her to say, "Please don't wait for me. I'll blow the lights. You need rest."

"I certainly do, almost half as much as you," Daeran returns. To her horror, he sits up entirely, looking absolutely miserable doing it. "If you insist on finishing tonight, I suppose I shall help."

"No, don't do that. Lie back down. It will just--" She closes her eyes. "All right. Let me put out the light."

Daeran stays upright while Sparrow takes off her stiff traveling clothes and blows out the lamps, until the only remaining light is that which emanates from her husband. But Sparrow still stands on the edge of the bed, keenly aware of the supplies still on the floor.

 Supplies enough for two and no more, still stained from their trek through the Mwangi expanse.

"Why didn't he want to come back?" Her throat is tight; she swallows once, twice. There's a horrible pressure against the sides of her nose that she's pressing back against. She has to keep it together.

After several seconds of black silence, Daeran says, "Please come to bed, Sparrow."

Sparrow's shoulders slump, as if all her strings have cut. She puts one knee on the soft feather mattress, and then feels more than sees Daeran's dim arms reach forward and pull her to his chest in a crushing embrace. She buries her face into his shoulder, clinging to him like a lifeline.

"We only just found each other again," she chokes out against his skin. Every moment of their hellish trip splinters inside of her, each culminating to the look on her brother's face when he stepped away from her and said goodbye. When he walked away. "Why didn't he want to be here?" Why didn't he want to be with me? Even in her mind the words are too raw.

"I want to be here," Daeran says, his voice uncommonly fierce. "I want to be here, and if your blasted brother had any sense he would want to be here as well. If his guilt, or his pride, keeps him from you, then that is his burden to bear. It has nothing do with you."

"How could it not? How couldn't it? What is wrong with me?" She doesn't even know what she's saying anymore, there is only the pressure, the breaking of a thousand shards of glass in her throat and her chest, and Daeran's arms around her. The end of a trip where she found her brother and lost him all over again.

"I want to be here," Daeran repeats, voice raspy. Sparrow feels the pressure of a kiss against her head, then her damp cheek. "I will always want to be here. Your brother can stew in his own misery or grow up and love you like he should have. I will be here either way." He lays them down together, still holding Sparrow tight against him, an anchor in the storm. He lets Sparrow fall apart in his arms, and strokes her hair when the relief of exhaustion finally pulls her down into sleep.

When Sparrow wakes up the next day, eyes crusted and bleary, the sun is already shining through the room, and any traces of their travels are gone.

- The weird bizarre Finnish production is amazing actually (I'm legally obligated to say this as someone who saw it 5 times). Except Ilkka Hämäläinen as the Phantom was awful xD I hope one day I'll see him in a role that he does well because after being a seemingly poor Lucheni too, I don't have a very high opinion of him as an actor

- POTO 2004 is good actually (hhhhh the Vibes... it all looks so gorgeous and the setting is made so vibrant) and Gerard Butler as the Phantom doesn't suck at all. He was the first one I ever saw and I actually can't enjoy Phantoms with major amounts of vibrato in the role because it doesn't feel right LOL

- I like Emmy Rossum's singing :] Except the low notes ajfjkd but she's so good esp considering how young she was. Actually I like all of the movie's cast!!!

- Music of the Night isn't that good............ the best songs are actually Overture (and Hannibal), Notes, Poor Fool He Makes Me Laugh, Don Juan & Final Lair (the overlapping parts). If I have to pick a song with considerable Phantom solo parts in it, it's Down Once More

- The best line of the show is SHE'S THE ONE BEHIND THIS - CHRISTINE - DAAÉ!!!!!

You knew that the longest instance of someone holding their breath without inhaling pure oxygen beforehand was 11 minutes and 34 seconds. Most people could safely hold their breath for only 1 or 2 minutes.

You also even knew that Cleopatra was not Egyptian as opposed to common belief. Cleopatra VII, which was her formal name, was Greek and a descendant of Alexander the Great’s Macedonian general Ptolemy.

Yes, you had learned all these things and many more during your time in school and university. But what you had never learned in all these years, from childhood until young adulthood, was how to start studying ahead at a proper time and not cram everything into the last weeks, and only because you heard your classmates boasting about how far they had already come with the subjects. You didn’t know whether they were usually speaking the truth though, but it put you under so much pressure that you immediately pulled out your books with the intention to finally start reviewing to catch up. 

Yet, here you were again, one week before the exams, trying to get months of stuff into your head and almost pulling your hair because you weren’t so sure how that was supposed to work. Years of procrastination and you still didn’t know better. Perhaps, that was just how life was, and since you had never failed a subject so far, you didn’t see a reason to change this. Your absolute toxic trait.

“It’s me.”

You started up from your sleep by a soft voice and a tap on your shoulder. Your eyes needed a few moments to adjust to the new lightning in your surroundings. Only shortly before, it had been bright outside, your gaze glued to the sunset which you were able to observe from your window. Now, it was almost pitch black outside.

“You slept in,” Jaehyun said as he switched on a light. “I was passing by, so I thought I might check up on you.”

“Yeah, I’m sorry that I’ve been so inconsistent with texting and calling and just…” He pressed a kiss on the parting of your hair and a heavy feeling weighed down your heart. “...an overall awful girlfriend. I’ve been studying ever since. It just… doesn’t seem to end.”

You looked at your notes in front of you. Within half a day, you hadn’t even gotten the entire page full and there was still one folder to revise until you finally got to the actual study part. No wonder, if you slept during the day, you could only work at night, but your brain wouldn’t adjust to this new biorhythm.

Jaehyun rustled with something, and only now you spotted the plastic bag in his hand. Out of it, he pulled a coke can, cold coffee, a bag of chips and chocolate. He had placed another, bigger one on your nightstand from where you could smell the delicious scent of food. Immediately, you felt your mouth watering. When did you last eat something proper? You couldn’t remember.

“This was not only passing by,” you concluded. “You came on purpose and prepared.”

“Guilty.” Jaehyun shrugged and smiled. “I know you, I also know how you are when you have to study. If you’re not going to take care of yourself, I’ll do it.”

You didn’t have to say anything, he totally understood. How angry you were at all this work and at yourself. How much hatred you carried around, because you were so close to dropping out again, but for sure wouldn’t do it in the end. He also didn’t try to change the way you were. He accepted your not so ideal quirks and your long phases of hibernation and distancing, because you never learned from your faults. And he supported you all the way through with the best he could offer.

“You hungry?” Jaehyun asked and you nodded, still buried in his t-shirt. “I brought something delicious, let’s eat.”

It was 11pm as you could tell by your phone, so you had approximately slept for 6 hours already. This was going to be a long night, and you only allowed yourself this short break because Jaehyun was here. But even after you had finished, he didn’t leave.

“I’m going to help you with your studies,” he declared solemnly.

“How?” You were perplexed. “And why?”

“Why? because I love you and want to support you. How? I’m going to ask you questions and you need to answer them correctly.”

“I’m not even done revising everything yet,” you protested.

“You don’t have to be. Let’s just go through the first notes and see if you remember them already. If you do this regularly, you don't have to start from the beginning when you’re done revising the subjects. And if you repeat them over and over again, it will be easier to remember.”

That didn’t sound so bad, so you nodded. “Okay.”

Venti the Multi-Account User

This unhinged boyo has made multiple accounts for different servers, and no one really knows how many he uses or how many he's active on (it's 2), nor the reason why he even did this strategy in the first place.

How he pulled you: This little gremlin was messing around with his alt account and saw that he still had some leftover primogems in it, enough for ten pulls. And he was like, why not? He's already ran out of chances in his main account, he wasn't hoping much— so when that glorious golden meteor appear, he froze.

And then he freaked out, both in triumph and anger, because OMG you came home!!! In the WRONG account!!! ¡¡! ¡¡!

Bragging about it to his friends, and when he gets his congratulations, he's gonna come out and say it was on his alt account. And all hell breaks loose.

He's gonna spend most of his days trying to debate over his head what's he gonna do about his predicament, while farming materials not just for you but for the other characters as well. He doesn't have a well-bred team in that account so...

He'll be spending most of his time in that account during the hype, of course, and he's gonna be the gamer that would be staying up so late just to get everything geared up and maxed out.

Venti usually used you in co-op to flex on his pull, and dons your character as his profile. His grinding has raised you to at least C1 with the second best weapon for you, and a decent set of artifacts. He built you as sub dps tho, unlike the other players here.

This is obvious but he likes using you for gliding, because your character reacts so happily when doing so and he finds it really cute. He also ends up idling a lot and watches your idle animation, gif'd and all.

One of the very few characters who would actually cosplay as you, if it's possible. Shameless and proud for it too.

May or may not have attracted some specific fans.

You coming home has sparked the vigor of gaming for him once again, and became more engaged to the community and- holy shit, you have so many fan materials.

Venti may or may not have participated in the ship wars and best character wars alongside Childe and Kaeya.

One of the remixers and character theme/fan-made songs type of fan in the community, very prestigious too. He aims to offers his works to the devs too, even if it's just for small promotional materials.

Diluc the Beta Tester

One of the lucky people to be able to play the beta version of the game, as he had been very critical in checking for bugs and suggestions even if he has his own work.

How he pulled you: Mentioned this before, he wasn't meant to pull for you really, he was there for the other characters in your banner, but you ended up coming home to him instead.

It's not that he doesn't LIKE you, it's nothing personal, it's just that his team/playstyle doesn't really let you fit in to his game? But hey, at least he knows you're good, so instead of neglecting you he decided to build you up as well just to see.

Diluc now has the strongest (Y/N) build in the whole game.

Was forced by his brother to make a video/tutorial for your character, and he found it quite enjoyable. So many people thanked him and supported his video for it, dedicated fans to your character and building.

Diluc warms up to your character soon after and sees you in a better light. Starts reading more about you and sees how nice your story was well made, and admires the beauty of your ult animation a tad bit too much.

His reputation suddenly became connected to you, like speedrunning, soloing and powerful builds with/for your character.

If there were any bugs or fixes regarding your character, he's the first to notice and report in full detail to Mihoyo. Because of this your release had been unusually flawless and well-liked by the community, but he wouldn't know much since he's not that engaged to the fandom.

He doesn't notice his bias to you and if he gets called out, he's gonna vehemently deny the fuck outta it. He's a beta player, he needs to analyze all characters equally, damn it.

He may or maaaaay not be one of the cause of your character getting leaked before your actual release; Kaeya may or maaaay not be related to this. Don't worry tho, he's not under any danger, yet.

He has a big chance of being a new character's VA that's closely tied to you and he's unsure yet on how to deal about the offer.

You weren’t searching for love. You didn’t care about that. You cared about living your life to the fullest, breaking hearts on the way. Life was about fun, not falling in love and devoting your life to a person. That sounded like bullshit to you. You only felt like playing around, not caring about the consequences. That’s what made life so fun.

But there was a certain someone that made you against everything you believed. The person you just couldn’t stop thinking about and couldn’t let go no matter how hard you tried. You hated it so much. But you never admitted it to him, he didn’t have to know. You just went to his place, did your business and left. And the same was the other way around. It didn’t have to be more. But when you arrive back to your place he is all you can think of.

Stupid Suna Rintarou.

You were standing on the balcony of a complete stranger who was throwing an overcrowded party. Thinking of him was tiring. You gulped the last remaining drops of the burning liquid down your throat, lighting up a roll and bringing it to your lips. The smoke that left your lips felt relieving, but not satisfying enough.

You threw the roll in your cup and left it on the table for the house owner to clean and walked back inside. You made your way back inside and walked to the bathroom, squeezing through the crowd of people, ignoring all the horny people getting it on on the dance floor.

You were lucky the bathroom was empty. You locked the door behind you and looked in the mirror. Your red, baggy eyes told you that maybe it was time to return back to your place. You touched your eye bags, remembering how Suna would kiss them when you told him how much you hated them. It gave you no sparks back then, but now he was all that was roaming inside of your head.

You took out your phone and it said 3.00 a.m. Maybe that was your sign to actually leave. Your mind was fuzzy. You wet your face and gave yourself one last glance in the mirror. You tried to convince yourself again:

He is nothing special. He will only add pain to your life. Relationships aren’t for you. Love is just not meant for you. Why would you want to devote your life to someone when all you care about is yourself.

Him in your head felt like a fly zooming around your ear. Irritating. But besides that irritating feeling you hated it, you hated that he wasn’t by your side right now. The dilemma of not wanting to give up your freedom and giving your life someone.

Suna was actually the same as you. A person that only cared about freedom, fun and living life the way he wanted to, but he had accepted his feelings way before you. When he had told you about the way he felt for you, you shut him down. He didn’t care, he wanted to be used is what he said. And without any guilt you used him. That was your purpose to each other. But when you noticed how he tried his best to get to you, he tried his best to make you feel the same way he did. He did things that made him look like a different person, but kinda in a good way. But you didn’t need his kindness is what you told yourself. But in reality his kindness was all you needed.

After months of rejecting him he didn’t come over anymore and for the past month it was only him in your mind. You had slammed your head against every corner of your apartment to get him out of your head, but the only thing that did was remind you of the times he’d push you against those corners and kiss you like no one had ever done.

You walked to your apartment and your heart sunk when you thought you saw him leave the apartment building. stopped yourself and closed your eyes and when you opened them again you saw it was just someone that lived in your apartment building. And once again you caught yourself dreaming of bumping into him, because a part of you wanted that to be him.

You walked inside the building, to the second floor where you lived. A cheap, small apartment. You hated it that every part of your home felt like him, smelt like him and made you imagine all the times you were together with him.

The way he would caress your neck, kiss around your ears and slightly pull your hair. The way he would whisper all these silly things just so you would laugh. The way he always took care of you when you clearly told him not to. Because in the end he liked you, and you did nothing but used it to your advantage. 

You couldn’t hold yourself anymore, throwing your bag to the ground next to your couch. You took out your phone and dialed his number, you needed him, you needed him right now. All the liquids and smoking getting to your head. You never felt so desperate. You called him, but no answer. You called again, and again, and again, leaving text messages behind in between the calls, but never getting a response. Your heart was pounding in your chest and breathing felt like the most painful thing right now. 

You fell to the ground, clutching your heart. It hurt, it really did.

Your phone vibrated and you had never picked your phone up this fast, only to be hurt at what you read. Your heart sunk once again and a hiccup left your lips while you tried to hold yourself from crying.

“Why do you only call me when you’re high?”

But he was right. You only called him when you were high, because that’s the only time you could suppress your feelings becaus you were occupied with feeling every other thing that was happening at that moment. Until now.

You needed him, badly. You called again, but yet again no answer. You threw your phone, not caring if it broke. Why was it so hard to get him to listen to you? But actually you knew the answer.

You took adventage of his love.

You weren’t thinking straight. Making the right decisions wasn’t really on the list right now. Only the bad ideas swarming in your head. You reached for your phone and texted him again, but the reply was the same.

“Why do you only call me when you’re high?”

You realised he wasn’t here and suddenly you didn’t even know where you were. It felt like you were running out of time if he didn’t answer you. As if he would fall from your grip and you would never see him again. As if he would dissapear if you didn’t try to reach out to him. You realised you didn’t want that. You didn’t find everything you were hoping to find while being with him and it stressed you.

Your phone vibrated again and after reading the text you broke down.

“I gotta be up early in the morning so I’m gonna have an early night. You bore me because you only call me when you’re high.”

Tears fell from your eyes, your heart hammering in your chest and you were unable to let out a sound. Only muffled sounds and a weird hitching noise whenever you tried to take a breath.

“You fucking bastard, I needed you.”

Suddenly you felt two arms around your shoulders and the familiar scent calmed you down. Both of you didn’t move or talk. 

You didn’t care about how he entered or why he lied on the text messages. You could only think about him being here right now. The desperate feeling growing stronger even though he was already here. His touch only not being enough, you needed more.

He helped you up and when he loosened his grip on you, you turned around and without thinking you slapped him across the face, but crashed your lips against his right after. “I fucking hate you, Rin”, you said against his lips.

In response he pushed you against the wall and came close to your ear, sending shivers down your whole body. “What are you gonna do about it?”, he whispered while slowly kissing down from your ear, making you exhale loudly.

You smelled the alcohol and cigarettes on him. You knew the both of you would regret this in the morning, but at this moment you both needed each other.

Man, fuck the freedom mentality, you were ready to give him anything and the same went for him. Because without wanting it, he was mad crazy about you. He could do anything for you and wanted you to be only his. And you accepted that. You didn’t care about not wanting to devote your life to him anymore.

So what were you gonna do about it?

“I want you to take every piece of freedom off of me.”

And he understood that.

You didn’t visit Metro District often, but today was a special occasion. A brand spanking new Korean BBQ had just opened up in The area, and you and your friends planned to eat and eat until you couldn’t eat anymore. So, here you were, walking through the area with a smile on your face as you tapped away at your phone, checking your GPS. You were approaching the restaurant, and as you did you noticed shrill, fangirlish screams coming from right across the street. Glancing up, you saw something surprising.  Standing across the street, surrounded by screaming fans and bodyguards, were 5 freakishly tall, robotic young men in black sailor-esque uniforms. Each had a different colored theme and all were thriving off the attention. You knew them, of course. How could you not? There was the white haired leader, Rin, the red Mohawked bad boy, Zimelu, the cool blue haired Purl-Hew, the sweet and innocent Haym, and the green funny boy, Eloni. They made up the extremely popular robot boy band, 1010, ran by their manager, a war veteran called Neon J. You would call yourself a fan, sure, but not a big one. That being said, you’d tell anyone who asked that your favorite member was Eloni, which usually surprised people. The poor guy wasn’t that popular, but you? You loved funny guys.  Still, no way in hell were you a big enough fan to care much for the apparent meet and greet going on right now, and especially not enough to spend that sort of money just to get a ticket. Your 200 buckeroos was going to the best meal you’d have all year. Good trumps pretty robo boys, hands down.  And yet, you found your gaze lingering on the tall men. Which they noticed, each pausing from their smiles and waves to strike a pose and give you a flirtatious wink. You felt your face start to burn and you tried awkwardly to laugh it off. They were just..programmed to be like that, so you really shouldn’t think much of it. Then Eloni, the absolute mad lad, DABBED at you. Unable to stop yourself, a loud laugh wheezed out of you and, unknown to you, the green haired boy froze and glanced at you again, his already flowing cheeks beginning to glow brighter as your laughter continued. Zimelu noticed this too and snickered, gently elbowing his brother in the side, which Eloni swatted away with a flustered face. Your phone binged and grabbed your attention though, and you pulled it out of your pocket. Your friends would be there in a few minutes, thank god. 

Y/N DEMANDS FOOD IN THE MOUTH HOLE!  With nothing else to do, you just..standing there, fiddling on your phone as you waited. It was strange to see someone from Cast Tech district over here, so Neon J had to wondered if you were here for the meet up. So..he called out to you, “Excuse me, Soldier! At you here for the meet and greet?” His voice caught you off guard and you fumbled with your phone, barely able to keep from dropping it. You looked up at him with a startled expression, eyes wide. The boys were signing autographs now, but were glancing at you expectantly, especially Eloni.  He’d...really liked your laugh..  “I-I, uh, no! I’m just waiting to eat with some friends! Thank you though for checking!” You replied, embarrassed at the strained sound to your voice. This was just...incredibly awkward. They all seemed surprised and you shifted uncomfortably under their gazes, only relaxing when the deep voice of your friend Mel filled the air.  “Hands, touching hands,  reaching out, touching me,  TOUCHING YOU! SWEET CAROLINE!”  As if filled with some primal instinct long forgotten in the human race, you let out a loud, “ BAH BAH BAH!” Which told your friends that you were nearby, causing them to laugh. Eloni laughed too. Hard. Neon J looked between his least popular-among the fans-son and you, a thought forming in his screen of a head. As this went on, a group of girls who had gotten their autographs and photos broke from the group, heading towards the BBQ. They bump past you and snicker before pausing to hold the door open as your friends Mel, Lee, and Sunny finally join you outside the restaurant.

What...sort of power play was this? What did they expect to gain from it. Your back was turned to the boy band but the bristling you felt from their direction told you they didn’t much appreciate their fans’ rude attitudes. You glanced at Mel, who just shrugged, bowed, and held out a hand. “M’friend.” You snorted a laugh and took his hand, “Thank you, My good sir~”

And then the two of you just waltzed inside. Literally. You waltzed.

While the fans watched with confused, judging expressions, Eloni could be heard just WHEEZING with laughter. Neon J stared at his robot son with a tilted head. This event had turned out to be more interesting than he’d expected.

After you ate yourself nearly sick, not regretting a damn second of it by the way, you left with your three friends. Each of you walked sluggishly, a food coma most definitely in your futures as you left the BBQ. Outside, the meet and greet was just starting to wrap up, and Neon J, who had been waiting for you to leave, motioned to Eloni once you had. With a slight grin, his cheeks glowing brighter yet again, the giant robot strode over until he was towering before you, fidgeting slightly. You craned your neck up at him, eyes wide. What..was going on? Eloni glanced over at the other members of 1010, who gave him an encouraging salute, which you didn’t even know was a thing. Taking a deep breath, Eloni spun in a circle and struck a pose as you watched in a mixture of awe and anxiety.

“Baby, you outshine everything around you.”

You froze, the only noice managing to come out of you was a whispered ‘HHHHH’ while your friends stifled their laughter behind you. What was going on??? Okay, sure, you...maybe..sort of...kind of...imagined something like this happening before, but you never had BBQ sauce on your face then, and you’d never thought it would actually happen! Eloni was looking to you for a response, and you quickly glanced away, using your sleeve to wipe the remaining sauce off your mouth. “I...thank...yoooou?” “I’m Eloni. What’s your name, beautiful?”

In the swivel chair he turns, just barely, to glance at you from over his shoulder.

“My temper when it comes to mandatory tasks is rather faulty.”

“And it’s going to get worse if you don’t do it, Tanaka.”

Another scoff leaves his mouth as he turns back around. “Calling me by my given name. Touché.” 

“What if I said I just want you to sit next to me?”

“Ah!” He laughs. “I will not be fooled by such tricks.”

“So you don’t want to be next to me?”

Damn you, woman! Pulling at his heart strings! Your logic has no flaws.

He gets up, his frame broad and confident, before making his way towards you. “Maiden of the night and the winner of debates.”

He plants himself next to you while you lean your back against the headboard. 

“Taker of hearts,” you say. The proximity of you two thins, ever so slightly, on your behalf.

“Taker of a heart.” He matches your movements.

One of his hands reaches up, stroking your hair, the touch giving you permission to feel his poisonous skin.

You kiss him, and he draws you close, his hand making a fist.

Your hands pull up his shirt, sliding your hands underneath his layers to run your fingers up and down his body.

The touch makes him shiver, a small whimper coming out of his mouth.

So you pull back. Both of your noses touch, just barely, and he hovers over your face.

You whisper, “are you sure you want to do this?”

His beady eyes roll. And he answers with actions rather than words.

Pushing you backwards, up against the headboard, and raises your thighs up so they rub against his waist.

His knuckles turn white from gripping onto the bed, his hands gripping the wood, locking you in place.

You’re squished.

Every inch of your torso is pressed up against something, and you can feel him between your legs.

Then, he attacks your mouth again, slipping his tongue in and out of your mouth, forcing you to make the cutest noises.

however, eunji used her badger form as a way to relax, because she could escape from all her problems by turning into a woodland animal and going to take a comfy nap in some flowers

and was extremely disappointed when she found out they didn’t

haseul felt bad seeing wonyoung’s sadness and invited her on a badger hunt

they found two

and bonded with them by feeing them food

but the badgers followed the two home and now the hufflepuff house has two pet badgers

wonyoung takes great pride in that accomplishment

even more than when she (effortlessly) won the triwizard tournament in her sixth year

this has made everyone scared of her

which no one expected from sweet chungha

she was average, not a prodigy but not bad either

ended up quitting in sixth year to focus more on her studies, namely charms

okay i've been seeing some hot takes on my dash, so i'll offer mine lmao.

1. c!techno is the biggest waste of potential the series has. he's amazing in concept but weak in execution. and also cc!techno can be an amazing actor but there's a time and place for jokes and the constant "subscribe to technoblade" and memeing detracts from the actual story going on.

2. i fucking love c!ranboo and defend that kid a lot but dude needs to be challenged. being conflict-avoidant is not the same as choosing people over sides, and thank god c!wilbur is there to rock the boat a little. i am really hoping we get more lore from ranboo soon because ik it's hard with cc!ranboo in the uk but it can be done.

3. so many good characters just have a great lack of lore. examples are eret, niki, and fundy. i wanna know eret's backstory with foolish. i want niki's internal anxieties and trauma to be explored. i want fundy's visions/dreams to be explained.

4. c!schlatt and c!dream are the best villains overall.

5. i really wish the cc's would post edited youtube videos of their character lore more often. that was one of the benefits of joining the fandom late and watching wilbur's s1 pov, you didn't need to sit through a bunch of hour and a half vods just to get to the point.

6. the potential villain arcs for characters (fundy and puffy) just kinda going nowhere annoys me.

7. c!george has so much potential as a character. ik cc!george doesn't really care for rp but like PLEASE DO LORE.

8. with c!wilbur, there's always one of two extremes in this fandom from what i've seen. either he's demonized or his actual shit actions are downplayed a little too much. he's not c!dream at all, but he's not pure and innocent either.

9. wanting c!tommy or c!tubbo to have a villain arc is just...hhhhh. i get the appeal, but it's not gonna happen. both of those kids are terrified af of being anything similar to the people who hurt them.

10. i love crimeduo as much as the next person but i really want c!wilbur's and c!fundy's relationship to be explored more. there's so much potential there, and ik that now wilbur is back it's inevitable for them to interact. hopefully we actually get some father and son conversations.

11. doomsday was the worst major lore event ever.

12. i really hope cc!wilbur explains why ghostbur and c!wilbur haven't merged back together as one being. because it's not like they are two separate entities, ghostbur literally could not exist until wilbur died so like huh????
