since today is punctuation day, i figured i'd talk with you about my favorite punctuation that is sadly not in unicode
(my apologies if these crop weird)
these six marks were invented by french writer hervé bazin in his essay plumons l'oiseau (or 'let's pluck the bird')
while the essay also had aim to switch the french language to a more phonetic writing system, it also gave us six new punctuation marks!
from left to right and top to bottom these are, the acclamation point, the authority mark, the conviction point, the doubt point, the irony mark, and the love point. so let's go over what these all were supposed to convey! (or at least what i expect they were supposed to)
the acclamation point was meant for praise, goodwill, and enthusiasm (ie "Well done [acclamation point]")
the authority mark was meant to be used in situations where the exclamation was serious and involved a degree of command or urgency (ie "Get in my office right now [authority mark]") i think this— along with the love point and irony mark— shows how a lot of these punctuation marks were a bit like early examples of tone tags, i'll get into it more later
the certitude point was used to show sureness in a fact. (ie "It's absolutely positively true [certitude point]") i think this might be the most useless of the bunch but whatever. i digress.
the doubt point is kind of the opposite of the certitude point, used when you aren't sure of something (ie "It should be done tomorrow [doubt point]") also it should be noted that the example used above is not the only way you'll see the doubt point, some also have it looking like this
the idea of irony marks has been widely suggested, for example the poet/art critic/song writer (i think, this guy's only wiki page is in french and i am guessing a bit on the word 'chansonnier') alcanter de brahm suggested an irony mark that resembled a backwards question mark (not to be confused with the percontation point which indicated a rhetorical question) and belgian inventor (among other things) marcellin jobard suggested a point that looked like an upwards arrow (this △ on top of this |, i can't paste it)
^ de brahm's mark
all that to say, bazin's mark was based off of the greek letter psi (Ψ) which some of you may recognize if you are familiar with the greek language or comics that shall not be named. it's used in situations of irony (ie saying "Wow, that sure was brilliant [irony mark]" if someone did something stupid)
and our last point is the love point, known for being so adorable, and indicating love or affection after a sentence (ie "Thanks a lot bud [love point]")
now we can obviously see that some of these are very similar to tone tags! the love point could be like a /pos, the irony mark is kinda like a /sarc, the authority mark could be like a /srs . i just thought it was interesting i guess. i don't have a point (heh) here exactly except that i guess people might actually need these punctuation marks ? so unicode? give me the love point or give me death
anyways so that's some fun niche history for y'all! hope you enjoyed
#punctuation#not counting#i mean i know there's like. things you can use but i don't like them as much#side note. why are all of these people french. bazin was french. de brahm was french. jobard was belgian but he was born in french afaik#and belgium is a francophone country... is there something about the french language that makes everyone start just making new punctuation#i mean to be fair i am in french and i did try to remake the entire language with like seven grammatical genders#so maybe it's just a thing#punctuation day

What would happen if Seunghan returns to Riize?
Finally got around to this one lol sorry it took so long. This was a fun one so hope y'all are pleased.
As always, Disclaimer: I am not God
Deck used: Book of Shadows Vol. 2
How would Riize's popularity be affected?
5 of Pentacles + Temperance
If you haven't already seen my read on what SM would be doing upon Seunghan's return please go read that- it's the post right before this one. I also pulled Temperance there.
There is a clear story here that just has to do with waiting out hard times. It is not that the group will NOT be popular- it's that there will be some negativity floating around for a bit. There will be some backlash of course upon Seunghan's return. This may be initially difficult for fans and for Riize. But it is not going to really effect them in the long term and it is not going to effect anything else other than some social implications. With time, patience, and effort to positively market the group as 7 again, it too, shall pass. The Temperance card shows this.
How will they generally be affected?
Knave of Wands + Knight of Wands
They've gone against what some crazy people wanted. Although their numbers aren't huge- they will still be loud about this. This won't be negative press- just general bigotry. But with this is also the chance to take action and tame the rowdies. A lot of fresh and new things will come from Seunghan's return which means new fans and filtering out the negativity- honestly a lot faster than anticipated altogether. I think that because of this choice, a lot of ppl who were just casual listeners will be flocking. They will be able to accomplish a lot of shared aspirations and turn dreams into reality with Seunghan in the group.
How would they be monetarily affected?
8 of Wands
Very very good. Okay so I see with this in combination with the previous pull, there's going to be a lot of new opportunities that will bring in a lot of money with Seunghan in the group. Sales will not only be up- but we are talking shows that SM didn't have the connection to get their artists on before, or even western collabs where an artist that heard about the drama wants to support the 7 members with a song or something. In general just a lot of eyes and attention towards new endeavors that will lead to a lot of abundance ✨️
How will Riize as a group be affected?
The Chariot
The bros have their bro back. It's gonna feel like a crazy chaotic road trip. They overcome all the bumps in the roach they may face together and keep moving forward endlessly. They are strong, determined, and loyal together. This is really good for a group dynamic. They are all on the same wavelength when it comes to their group. They all have a role to play, and they always get it done. Very good outlook.
Final Notes:
I think he should be in the group. lol what abt yall?
Whew, lots of reads today. I hope you guys are doing well. I may do some other asks tmw, but it'll be in the evening.
If you have not seen it already, here is the read on what would happen if he were not back in the group:
Love you guys- thanks so much for the support and kind words, I am glad yall enjoy these readings.
Stay happy and healthy. Take breaks if needed. I think tmw i am wanting to do a read on further things we could do to support the protest and boycott. Lmk if y'all would like to see this.
Riize is 7!!

Astro Notes pt. 7
These pictures are not mine! I have taken them from pinterest, the second one seems to be from "Rachel Home and Life" on Pinterest.
‼️Don't repost my Observations without consent and mentioning my page‼️
I very much respect non-binary or trans people. If i'm talking about man or woman, i'm talking about cis-men or woman i know, because often, due to societal coding/standards, there can be differences depending on the gender. But it could very much apply to you if you are non-binary or trans. Just take what resonates and leave what doesn't, as spiritual people like to say.🫶🏻
If you don't agree with my observations, please don't send any hate. They're only my personal observations that i'm posting just for fun. Especialy the specific ones can only apply to certain people. So don't take anything you read too seriously. It's not a science, just pop-astrology!😎
I'm back again! Hope y'all had a great start into the year and some beautiful or at least peaceful holidays. I'm not going to explain to much about my absence (i feel like me not posting regularely or as it works is just a thing now) and just jump right into it.
So, here we go! Ready.... Set..... Okay i'm kidding. But yes, let's go!
Moon in the 3rd house: I always need to talk to a friend about my feelings when i feel overwhelmed, sad, angry, etc. If i try dealing with it just in my head, it feels like a hurricane up there. Sometimes i like writing things down too, but i prefer talking it through and getting a second, reflective opinion and reaction. This kind of fits this placement, so maybe this could help you, if you haven't figured this out about yourself yet.
Chiron in the Solar Return-Chart: I feel like Chiron here shows you a wound that developes over the year, that you might only start seeing at the very end or in the next year.
Leo Risings: You guys really are these confident, radiant, extroverted, even loud types of people. Very social and outgoing. You "shine" and are quite populare. As i am an Aquarius rising (so my rising falls into their 7th house) i tend to attract these kinds of people (as friends and also partners/ love interests, but love interests more so sun in leo as the sun is the heart) even though you wouldn't think so because i tend to be more shy and reserved. But it really doesn't mean that is how you truly feel inside. It is one of the most prominent parts of your personality and how people know you, but you can still hold a lot of insecurities inside yourself. Also: blond hair tends to be typical for these people, also the darker blond shades. But it isn't a must, i've just noticed this. Maybe also just hair that "shines" or somehow stands out.
North Node in the 12th house: Learning how to deal with addictions and any kind of mental health problems, that could've or did get you into any kind of facility (prison, etc.) is a big and important part of your life and souls journey. You need to learn how to take care of your physical health and get a healthy routine and sorted out everyday life, so you can deal with your mental health problems, and not use drugs etc. as a way to deal with your every day life/ to run away from your everyday life/ to make your addiction, mental health struggles, etc. your everyday life and make it mess up your health. You may naturally have always been so focused on work, routines and everyday life, etc., that you always have tended to forget about your mental health and anything to do with that.
Jupiter in the 9th house: Things like religion, philosophy, higher (college) education and traveling can be a source of great happiness and success in your life. In which way really depends on other placements and if you are religious or not, etc.
Moon in the 9th house: You might really need religion or certain philosophical theories placed in your life to feel emptionaly secure and stable. They don't need to necessarily be a typical kind of religion or a academicaly accepted philosophy, but just something that exists inside yourself that fits into these categories.
Empty houses: I think a house being empty just means that in this life there isn't really a focus on this area in your life, or it tends to sort itself out naturaly through other areas in your life that are more in focus. As you have your ruling planet of the house sitting in another house and do not have anything putting more of an emphasis on this house, i think the energy of the house plays itself out through other areas in your life or are influenced by other areas. It still exists in your life, but it isn't in focuse just for itself (i know this isn't necessarily how this is interpreted in general, this is just how i see it).
Scorpio MC: I feel like, as Scorpio and Pluto have a lot to do with ego deaths, a lot of people tend to see me in a bad light and as problematic because i kind of go against their ego, because i trigger something in them they don't want to face and they are hiding with their ego. Also, I'm not necessairly the secretive type of person, but if i stay more secretive, people tend to be more interested and intrigued by me. I also get peoples attention if i present in a "shocking" way (as would many), but i like it honestly (my aquarius rising just loved being weird), and i feel like often people just silently watch me and even admire (or at least noone has ever complained or said anything negative).
I hope you enjoyed this one again. Please leave certain aspects you want me to get into in another post in the comments or just any kind of post you would like to see from me.
I wish you a wonderful year! Byee🫶🏻

(I've just now realized you might not check reblogs so I'm copy/pasting my response into the ask box at the risk of becoming Very Annoying because I'd feel worse if you didn't see it at all)
I'm not upset with you or anon, so no need for apologies (though I do appreciate it, you're so sweet)! I just love these characters so much, I want to be able to enjoy them alongside everyone else, which is why I tried (and failed) to come up with my own scenario.
Having the ROs react to outfits they picked for MC is such a cute idea! I hate shopping for anything, so having help clothes shopping would be such a blessing to me.
Hehehe, I'm glad you like the nickname! Literally came up with it to antagonize (affectionate) Willow with. I can't wait for the banter, I just know it's going to be so good! I'm also looking forward to some answers. I have my theory about what was going on, so I'm interested to see if I'm right (or at least close).
Howdy!! Sorry it took me a Minute to answer this, life has been.....a lot lmao. But I finally am getting to asks so!!
First off, you're definitely not being annoying. I do usually see reblogs, but don't always comment on them with any thoughts I have. But I love reading them!
I'm forever fascinated and excited by the idea that y'all have your own theories--it makes me even more hyped to dig into things. I can't wait to see how close you all end up being...and hope it's still fun regardless <3
Now!! Onto the fun part. Reactions to MC in clothes the ROs picked out under the cut c:
Beck- would get into dressing up MC no questions asked. They love fashion, even though their own fashion sense leans towards athleisure/casual, and would enjoy peppering MC with questions about what sort of clothes they like. When they saw MC show off the look they picked out they'd be hyped as hell--super proud and boastful, lol. Like..."I knew you'd look incredible. I'm good."
Croft- personally hates going shopping (busy, bright, loud), but loves fashion. It would probably even out and they'd be pretty excited to pick something out for MC. Their own style is fairly alt and they'd definitely try to pick out something similar for MC. And they'd be pleased with the results...even if the particular style isn't necessarily MC's usual lol.
Jay- depends--F!Jay would have fun with dressing MC up and would feel flattered and a little flustered with the results. Like...she'd get to see MC in the outfit she picked. Similar enough to in her own clothes that it would make her heart beat faster. M!Jay though is...not very fashion savvy. He'd be kind of shy about it, worried he'd pick something out that MC wouldn't like haha.
Perri- would get really excited about it, I think! Darting from store to store trying to find something that's perfect. They really love accessories so that would be their favorite part--trying to find something that feels like it fits MC. And once MC tried on the outfit they'd be sooooo excited. Just like, omg you look great ;.;
Ravi- have you considered an oversized vintage sweater? perhaps some beige slacks? lol Ravi is not the most imaginative. If he was tasked with picking out/buying an outfit for MC he'd essentially either a) just put together something he'd wear or, b) go with the classics. Much like in the demo lmao--just a sweatshirt and jeans. Comfy and simple.
Yasmin- would be the most excited out of everyone. She enjoys going to Easthaven's mall as well as 'thrifting' in the town's many, many antique and second-hand stores. She'd drag MC all around town trying to put together the perfect outfit. She'd also be peppering MC with questions throughout, to make sure she picked something that made them feel comfortable and that they liked.
#asks#beck#croft#jay#perri#ravi#yasmin#sorry again for the delay!!#thank you for making sure I saw this#you're so sweet <3

Hello sex witch! I hope i am not disrespectful or annoying in sending this ask. Im a mid 20s straight dude who has never had any sexual experience, and i know people constantly say that it doesnt define me, that i shouldnt base my self worth on that, but the fact is it is incredibly alienating to be an adult who simply does not participate in what for most people seems to be a normal part of adult life. I want to have sexual experiences, but at this point im afraid i am like… too broken to start? Like who would want to initiate a sexual experience with someone like me yknow? I guess im asking for advice in how to overcome this kind of thing and begin having a sex life. Even if you can’t provide much advice, I’m hoping that if you post this, maybe other people in my situation will feel a little less alone. Love and light to you <3
hi anon,
this isn't disrespectful or rude at all, and I'm glad you're willing to reach out for advice about this! I often worry that I'm missing the 20-something straight dude demographic, but I'm glad to know some of y'all are out there, because you deserve compassionate conversations about sex as much as everyone else does :)
I'm gonna say this right up front: you're not broken. nobody is! whenever you find yourself worrying that there's something about you that would make any potential partner go running, I want you to imagine the situation were reversed. if a woman you were attracted to told you something about herself that was the same thing you're ashamed of in yourself, would you stop being attracted to her?
in this case, would it be a dealbreaker for you that someone else hadn't had any previous sexual partners? would you think they were broken and unfuckable, or would you see that as just one aspect of a person who's much more than their sexual history?
if you wouldn't feel negatively about a partner having that trait then I'm sorry, you're not allowed to hate it in yourself! them's the rules!
listen: very rarely does a person pick a sexual partner because of their extensive sexual resume. people connect over shared interests, over similar senses of humor and values, over bonds that can be formed in a second if the vibes are right. most people won't care how many other partners you've had; they'll care if you seem interesting and dynamic and worth getting to know more in a carnal manner.
listen: ultimately, you have very little control over whether or not you have sex. it's largely a matter of luck and coincidence unless you feel like paying someone to have sex with you, which is a fine thing to do - sex workers need to make rent, after all. but what you can control is how you show up in the world, how you express yourself, and how you interact with others. cultivate yourself. dedicate time to your interests, take loving care of yourself, learn to do things that make you happy without shame, practice being a good friend and conversational partner, take risks that let you have fun outside your comfort zone.
in short, focus on the areas of your life that you can control rather than dwelling on the ones dictated so heavily by chance. the best case scenario is that you become the sexiest, most interesting person alive; the worst case scenario is that you enjoy life more fully whether you have a partner or not.
also, hey: for what it's worth, studies pretty consistently find that most people tend to WILDLY overestimate the amount of sex that other people are having while considering themselves below average. the truth is that you're unlikely to be nearly as much of an outlier as you worry that you are.

Now that time has passed I wanna share my thoughts on Deadpool and Wolverine as a film, though I will preface by saying it isn't very positive... also, I admit I was high in the theaters watching this, so please treat this post like what it is: just an opinion.
The opening dance sequence was of course amazing, though there was some noticeable CGI. And I think the concept alone of Deadpool literally digging up Logan's grave is a hilarious way to start the movie.
Unfortunately Deadpool feels lamer and more like an asshole in this one. Especially after his character development in the last film I just can't see him desperately wanting to join the Avengers of all teams. Nando v Movies mentioned this but what the hell even is the Avengers now? And why is Happy in charge of who gets let in? And why wouldn't they let Wade in? Yeah he's gross and crass but he has special forces training and is nigh-unkillable. Y'all let Hawkeye in but not Deadpool?
The setup is interesting though I can't fully get behind the idea of anchor beings-- and the further idea that their death leads to "associated" universes collapsing as well as theirs? I don't know, it comes off as "yeah we have all these other characters you care about but Wolverine is the important one so they'd die without him", which is kind of an insult to those characters and that universe.
I admit, I was never big on Wolverine as a character, I always thought he was cool as hell but the only movie of his I've seen was Logan, which was awesome. So I admit that it may just be a case of the movie wasn't meant for me, but still I am a Deadpool fan so of course I'm gonna see this anyways. Super glad we got a good suit for him but I wish we didn't have to wait until the very end for him to put the cowl on.
The Johnny Storm/Captain America tease and bit was really funny I will say. Personally I was too stoned to get the joke at first, I honest to god thought he was just Chris Evans, but now that I've sobered up the misdirect is really funny.
Deadpool is directly responsible for getting Johnny Storm killed. I know Deadpool is a murderer and maybe I shouldn't give a shit about this, but it just feels like an unlikable thing for him to do. Like... that's a guy. That's a hero. It's not like he was being an ass to Wade or anything, he was an ally to the two and got killed for no good reason.
There was barely any screentime for the side characters that were some of the best parts of the first films. After Deadpool 2 I was really excited to see the X-Force working together in the next movie. The dynamic between Wade, Cable, and Domino are really fun and I think this Wolverine would've fit right in. It feels like a missed opportunity to not have the X-Force be the team to help fight Cassandra.
Speaking of, how about those cameos? I never watched Elektra or Blade so these kind of meant nothing for me. I watched this with my dad and he got pretty excited. Laura doesn't really do anything that memorable other than talk to Logan, and of course Channing Tatum's Gambit is the best character in all of cinema. Completely and utterly obsessed with him and I need a trilogy about him immediately.
I didn't love Wolverine's whole "letting his universe down" thing. It gets hyped up so much then when we learn what happened it was a bit underwhelming. I just can't see a universe where the X-Men are taken down by a mob of humans.
I laughed my ass off lots of times. "The Proposal. :)", "Suck it Fox, I'm going to Disneyland", "There's only ever gonna be one Blade", "He has risen, babygirl!", and pretty much everything out of Nicepool.
In general it kinda feels like it's regressing what was so good about Deadpool 1 and 2. It also feels like it's more for fans of the Fox Marvel movies than Deadpool fans. I hope that since this movie is "Deadpool and Wolverine" that means we can get a more proper Deadpool 3 in the future that brings back those who I missed dearly.

Questionnaire~
Thank you for the tag, @drchenquill!
1. Is writing a hobby or way of life?
I always call it a hobby, but almost always prefixed with some form of, "greatest," "most important," or "favorite." I think way of life fits a helluva lot better. I've been writing since I can remember.
2. A journal full of writing notes or a clean, completed manuscript?
The journal one. I have like 900 I'm actively writing in at this very moment.
3. Who (or what) is your writing inspiration?
Cormac McCarthy. The love I have for my shitty characters. The agonizing unignorable need to put words on paper or screen.
4.Which is worse: someone you "idolize" reading your first draft or listening to you sing?
The singing one. I am not ashamed of my writing, but I have been taught to be ashamed of my singing lmfao. Which is weird and dumb because singing isn't something I go around telling people I can do decently - I don't tell people, "Oh, I sing," or, "I'm a singer." So, I have nothing to prove on that front, yet... I don't think I could make a peep of noise if someone said, "Sing me a song." Meanwhile, even when my writing's not at it's best, I'm like, "Yeah, I'm a writer. Here's some shit I wrote that isn't good. Sometimes I write good stuff, though."
5. Has writing from someone else's POV ever changed your own perspective?
I mean... in the literal sense, sure. A story looks different from the eyes of a character. By the same token, it helps me "understand" when people make choices I've not personally made. I think, for this reason, it's important to write about characters with different belief systems than we have - to write about them as sympathetic people with complex emotions. Not just to villainize or cathartically punish them, but to explore why people do the things they do and what life events might drive them in that direction. But cathartic character murder has its time and place, and who am I suggest what others write? Y'all do y'all.
6. Tumblr, AO3, LiveJournal, or FFN?
I have not used LiveJournal since I was a teen - is it still a thing people use??? That sounds nostalgic and fun. Not sure what FFN is; something to do with fanfiction? I only write original fiction, so that rules it out if so. AO3 is very cool, but the interface isn't my favorite. Also fanfic-heavy, so I never know if I've got a place there. Tumblr always freaked me right the fuck out, but the Writeblr community has proven to be my favorite writing community I've discovered online. And in a very short timespan, I might add!
7. AO3 wordcount, and are you satisfied with it?
I do not use AO3 but wordcounts can never be high enough 😎
8. What movie/book/fic gripped you irrevocably?
Probably too many to count. Little House on the Prairie A Separate Peace The Road Fight Club (recently rewatching this was humbling because it showed me how much of my writerly personality seems to be inspired by the way it rearranged my brain chemicals) Bullet Train (I fucken love this movie) Lawn Dogs Box of Moonlight Harold and Maude (book & movie) Pride and Prejudice (book & movie)
9. What’s the highest compliment you’ve ever been given, and have you been given it?
I've received some absolute banger compliments, and I don't want to dismiss any in favor of others. My favorite compliments are often ...questions? Just things that let me know people really did read, absorb, and are interested in things I wrote. Also, my love language is when people think about me of their own volition. So, any time people come to me apropos of nothing or say "this reminds me of you/your characters/your writing, I giggle and kick my feet and do a lil' happy dance.
10. What defines your writing style?
Gritty, casual. If it was art, it'd be the kind with the sketchlines still visible. Deep, silly. Visceral, I hope.

Thoughts on the ending
So this isn't going to be as in depth as what some others have done...just my own personal thoughts. So, spoilers ahead y'all under the break
I felt the finale should have been longer. I felt that, especially towards the end, things were rushed and just slapped on in a 'well this happened'. Granted, this makes me have a bit more fun time with my 'job' writing out what happened for my stories as I get to play around...but at the same time, I wanted to see more.
I felt there definitely could have been more with J and Tessa (or "Tessa's" relationship, giving a better reason of why she sided with them than "I want to live". I kinda did the "Oh...so she knew the whole time." response when I saw J's reaction to the Solver bringing the ship down. Personally, I kinda hoped that she didn't know, which would have gotten a lot of very interesting interactions ranging from grief to confusion to absolute effing fury that the Solver took another thing from her. Which would have meant J fighting alongside N and V rather than against them...which imo could have been a cool thing. The "I hate you but I hate this thing more."
V I expected to be alive. In one way or another. Either she was going to be fully ok like what we saw in canon (that oil drag away in the ep7 teaser clued me in she survived) or we'd have Eldritch V to deal with before messing with "Tessa".
I do wish that the "Bus Crash Trio" had more of a relevance other than delivering the gun to Uzi and Khan getting to slam the door down on "Tessa" and stop her from eating N's core.
Also literally everyone but Doll and Tessa living was just a "aw come on..." from me (though there might be a chance to get Doll back from what I could see since we see Uzi's HUD flash her purple, Cyn's gold and Doll's red.)
I felt the entire episode could have been at least ten minutes longer.
Now, enough with the complaining and on to the stuff I liked.
The horror and action was wonderful. I adored the final fight against "Tessa" and J. The Hallway scene with "Tessa" stalking Uzi and N while giving Callback Pings to call Uzi back to her was chilling. Not to mention the whole "LetMeInLetMeInLetMeIn" scene. (I wish these scenes were longer, make the Solver horrifyingly threatening as it's toying with them/hunting them down). Also. Uzi's core literally trying to rip itself outta her chest as she's getting pinged was just horror fuel.
V and N's PTSD kicking in when "Tessa" confronted them just MWAH! Yes. All the Trauma for the cute murder bots. V's shrieks of terror and panicked "I need to get away!" moments were absolutely gorgeous and I will gladly enjoy messing with that in my own way.
The callback pings also made me squeal because that was something my awesome friend @banyanas created for their DD headcanons and we all kinda went feral over them. I'm glad to see them there!
Cyn lived. Even if she's not in her own body, I am happy to see the silly little chaos gremlin alive. I am STILL of the opinion that Cyn and the Solver are not the same person. As I kinda got that vibe when Cyn was talking to Uzi at the locker...it was a lot more kind and innocent compared to the earlier battle. Maybe it was her resignation of being stuck like that, I don't know.
Cori, effing Cori. I love the purple spitfire, still my favorite character to traumatize and love on and oh my god yes the Khori content. I am so glad she actually lived. Khan still loves his crazy beautiful wife even if she doesn't have a proper body (yet...I'm not convinced they don't eventually give her her body back). Tsundere Nori was sweet as she saved him and oh I'm totally not gonna weaponize this :3
Nuzi confirmed! My Biscuit Bites lovin' heart is happy. (Picks up Orion and Astra) Look! You two are somewhat canon now!
Uzi kicking god in the screen. CROSSROADS CREW! LOOKING GLASS BEAU AND FLIPSIDE VERA YOUR GIRL KEPT HER PROMISE AND KICKED GOD IN THE SCREEN!!
A detail I haven't shared much but have been thinking on was Uzi's eyes now. How they're a gradient of yellow and purple. I...will admit I did have the thought of when she gets stressed/frightened/angry there are little yellow glitches in them even though the Solver is destroyed in Suns, Moons and Stars.
All in all, still kinda 'ok' on the episode. My favorite is still Episode 4 though 7's up there. I wish some things went different but eh, that's what my job as a fanfic writer is.
As it stands, Thank you Liam, thank you Glitch, thank you Michael, Elsie, Nola, Daisy, Fitzy, everyone. All of you did your hearts' work and it very much shows. If not for you guys, I never would have met people I am honored and blessed to call friends. And I never would have started writing probably the longest story project I've ever done.
May you dance among the stars from adversity.

Hi, uhhh this is my intro ig
uh hi, I'm Sam or Sambi but you can call me Clunkr here (ik it's Clukr but that's just how I remember my name being lol)
(here's my main blog btw lol @welcometofardio)
Basically this blog is a blog where you can ask me questions about being a Sprunki fictionkin/Clunkr fictionkin and all that. I just wanna yap about being fictionkin, it's very fun for me! Also, I'm very interested in what questions y'all can bring me! Uhh there are gonna be some rules though obviously!!
I'll also just post random things on here from time to time, I advertise it as an askblog but it's also just kind of a place where I can organize and express my feelings as a clunkr fictionkin and things related to that and the fandom/media
A little bit more about me, I go by any pronouns (but I have preferred ones like she/her it/it's and code/codeself, but it's really whatever you want! I've been feeling more comfortable with he/him pronouns recently) and I'm aroace and genderfluid! I also am a Bambi Minion fictionkin from Dave and Bambi, but that isn't exactly too relevant here. Also I believe both of my kins are spiritual and they are past lives and I have memories, especially with Clunkr! I believe in that one theory where there's multiple different versions and alternate universes of different worlds and places, and that because of how unknown and vast the universe and space is, anything and any different reality could really exist out there, so that's why my memories can differentiate from canon!
Rules:
★Pls don't be weird/suggestive with me
★Don't interact with me pls if your a bad/problematic person (basic DNI)
★if you're gonna ask me something, you have to ask something related to being fictionkin and or Sprunki fictionkin/Clunkr fictionkin, but I could make some exceptions!!
★please don't spam, I'd you don't think your ask got sent correctly or shows on my inbox, you can message me
Uhh if I need to set anymore rules they'll be here!
Uhh I hope you enjoy this blog though!! See ya!!
Oh yeah here's me btw real

My Story with Amatonormativity
I personally know an individual who might just embody humanity’s brilliance itself. He is kind, insightful, enlightening, proactive, and passionate. He doesn’t hesitate to show the world what they love and their love and care for others. Literally when I first met him he was like “no one needs to bottle up their feelings and I’m here to listen” and he showed everyone smth about a scientific study on the effects of emotional suppression or smth. He had been humorous and extremely altruistic to me and it just happens that we share similar interests. I guess its only natural that I am beyond grateful for this person (as someone who's through years of bullying trauma and grew up in a family that I couldn't show negative emotions in) right?
But amatonormativity makes people think no. He's vastly different from me physically(diff gender I present fem he presents masc), even though we often dress similarly because we both love that timeless style. (we love to slay cook and eat and dont y'all deny that) There’s also one interesting person lets call him A who keeps insulting me for showing my gratitude and platonic affection to him as well as labeling the individual as a weirdo. I can't imagine what A’s reaction would be like if he knows that we matched for a day. He'd go crazy be like “omg are you guys dating? Couples matching?” eugh no. since when is matching for romantic couples? like SHUT THE FUCK UP. LITERALLY GO FCK YOURSELF. I tried to explain what being aromantic is like and what platonic love is and just how similar I am to the individual and he refuses to listen and keeps berating me for it. Like fuck you, as if I care.
There's no doubt that the other person is having fun as well. They enjoy my company, we constantly care for and help each other whenever we can. We show mutuality. He trusts me and I trust him, and we just love sharing each other about the characters we make, the franchises we love, the life lessons and experiences we gain that are invaluable. He knows me well and I know him well. We are literally kindred spirits just being silly and having fun together. There is literally NOTHING romantic between us. And bc of amatonormativity, we are subjected to judgment, weird looks, baseless assumptions and more even if we don't experience it now.
It saddens me that people fail to understand the nuances behind my genuine care, gratitude and platonic affection towards the individual. Or maybe there wasn't any nuance—its simply just companionship, simple, pure love between people who know each other. Amatonormativity complicates that. It labels simple prosocial behaviors like helping and compliments as “hidden romantic love” “crush” and “more than friends/acquaintances”. Like no. There's more to humanity than just romance. Amatonormativity is undermining the tapestry of experiences of being human. How dare it make people assume and reduce my gratitude and platonic connection to another person as just romance and subject us to judgments. Amatonormativity taints our intentions and interactions towards others and I'm SO done with it.
Thanks for reading my yapping.
tldr: platonically connected with an altruistic and loving individual who's of different gender and physical traits from me, get called “romantic” despite the obvious signs that we just have many similarities and i see them as a kindred spirit who i want to reciprocate the love they gave to everyone. how amatonormativity complicates and undermines the platonic human experience.
ps: to the individual if you see this and somehow figure out who i am: i hope you understand my intentions now. I feel like the luckiest person in the world by meeting you and I feel so connected to you as if we are soul twins. I hope you'd let me declare each other as formally best friends when the time is right.

Besides actually seeing Ateez in real life at mawazine here's a list of things I'm most excited for in no particular order (updated cause wooyoung is not attending) :
- Jongho's vocals but specifically his high ass note in wonderland
- who's gonnna BODY BODY WATDA GATDA and twerk on national TV cause fuck yeaaaa
- THEIR OUTFISTS PLS AM SO EXCITED FOR THE OUTFITS
- Yunho's MAKE SOME NOIIIISEEEEE
- San's dance breaks in hala hala and arriba. Him going all out again. I can never get enough of this man's dancing. (Sir please wear a sleeveless shirt i need to see them guns out. For science only.)
- Hongjoong and Mingi rapping. They both have insane stage presence. Pls am not ready 😭😭😭 i am absolutely not gonna survive this.
- BREAK THE WAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL
- Blind choreography it better be on that damn setlist y'all
- Meeting other Atiny's seeing their outfits !!! Enjoying the vibes !!! Having fun !!!
- Yunho.
- Seonghwa lifting that damn sword and slashing that damn tentacle. YES SLAY YOUR ENEMIES. Also very excited to see him perform in general. He brings so many different emotions into this.
- That one move in Work where they're all sassy and babygirling.
- Matter of fact Yeosang doing the entire work choreography i just think he eats that shit. (Plus his parts in Arriba)
- Did i mention Yunho ?
- mingi screaming at the end of his raps. His random barking/adlibs. Again his stage presence is insane and sir if you would be so kind make us bark with you 😩😩
- the skit for Arriba. What will they plan this time ? Would be nice if they brought actual atay for this or just mixed some morrocan culture into it.
- Pirate king !!! It's confirmed and i hope they open with it.
- Yunho's part in Django. BRA TA TA TA...
- THE iconic dance move. Say my name y'all.
- The Real dance break. Moroccan Atiny's prepared a special fanchant for it and it's so cool and really nice homage to them.
- Then trying to say words in Arabic. Pretty sure they'd at least try a hello in darija.
- Jeong Yunho !!!!!!!!!!
And in general just their vocals, and general performances and wtf their entire songs. It would be nice if they had actual dance breaks in between songs, or the kind of performance art they have in concerts. But I don't have my hopes up too much for those. I'm also interested in seeing how wooyoung's parts are gonna be distributed. Please again am so not ready but also i so am !!!

I have been TAGGED (by the wonderful @evilbunnyking thank you muah <3) to share 5 songs I really like, so! Let's Get to It (〜 ̄▽ ̄)〜
Ultimate favorite #1: Under Pressure by Queen. Do I need to link it? Y'all know it.
You know how sometimes it's hard to pin down a favorite something-or-other? Not song, this is hands-down my favorite. Ever. Always. I was a full-ass adult in my 20s before I realized that when it says Queen and David Bowie it meant David Bowie is actually singing in it I was ASHAMED how i I even whaaaat Fun fact: the CD I grew up with that had this on it has a slightly different edit than the regular one, so any time I hear it on spotify or the radio I go a little crazy because it's off.
The rest are going under a cut because I'm linking in youtube videos so you don't have to go anywhere or interrupt any current playlist you've got going <3
#2 Currently on Repeat: Can't stop listening to Matt Maeson's Problems
youtube
I don't regularly use the repeat button, actually, I'll just hit back at the end as many times as I feel like, but I've done it, I've put this on actual repeat. I've also been alternating a bit with his Sanctified as well, idk what it is but both of them are an infection right now.
youtube
#3 A long-term favorite: Paranoid by Sfven
youtube
Found it ages ago and it really jived with Gale; if it shuffles through I'll give it a good listen or four. Not sure why the video looks like it was made in the early 90s. Honestly a little off-putting to me but the audio is what matters, okay.
#4 A LONG-long-term favorite: Jewel's Amen
youtube
Oh man. I fucking love this song. Top 5 probably. My dad had this CD and I kind of made it mine. Then lost it. So I bought a replacement. And lost that one. And third time's the charm I still have the replacement's replacement. I think. Somewhere. She ended up being the first concert I went to, a small little acoustic one in the local Shriners' center.
But just. The feel of it, the imagery, I still want to draw something for it that really connects with me for it but it's just uakygfkfausdgf I can't :C
#5 (Sort of) Local Plug: I Hope You Know by Supaman ft. Ashley Hall
youtube
Supaman regularly visits the first school I worked at, and so many of the students there look up to him for good reason. He's a good guy, he fancy danced at the Macy's Parade, and he makes music that relies heavily on blending rap with traditional instruments and vocals. If I remember correctly, some of his videos show him dancing, if you're interested. I like this one in particular because Hall's vocals are so pleasant, I love multilingual songs, and they sampled a western meadowlark and you cannot go wrong with western meadowlark noises. I hadn't actually seen this video version before and it's very sweet 🥺
Honorable mention musicians/groups that I don't see mentioned often but deer lord this kind of got out of hand already: Run River North Forrest Day Isador Magic Bronson The Hush Sound
Do NOT under any circumstance assume there's a theme or common element across any of these.
I suppose I'm supposed to tag people, so hmmmmm @glassbearclock @taelonsamada @andr0leda @inedibleobject @fooltofancy @elemenepee And uhhhhh anyone else. I have some new mutuals and I am not brave enough to be the first person to tag in this relationship, and I also don't want to just tag EVERYONE so there are still people to pass it along to, so if you don't see your name here pretend it is (if you want)
#“share 5 songs you like” writes a short essay#I could just keep going too#sharing music treads that fine line of mortifying ideal etc eetc becausee knowing the books one reads or shows one watches is onee thing#but it's somthing else I think to get a glimpse of music#feels moree reveealing#but no I don't usually usee the repeat function#thee last time I did that I listened to green day's whatsername for a weekend and accidentally made it like. my no. 2 song of the year oops#hadn't listened to it all year than got bit by some radioactive earworm in november#“spotify stops tracking for your wrapped at the end of october!” fucking LIE#anyway uhhhhh releasing this into the wild now#tag game#Youtube

hi elle! how you doin? hope everything is okay :)
do you reject any requests? what type if so? the obvious thing , i assume, is those topics you have as a defenitly no, but i just got curious if you find hard to write certain scenarios.
love ya!
hi babes! i'm doing alright thanks, how are you?
if there are fics that fall outside of my request guidelines I won't keep them - but I've actually not had anyone request anything that's been posted as a 'no' so thank you all for that!
I've noticed that everyone is very apologetic when requesting (which i think is so sweet and cute, y'all are so worried about 'annoying' me when I literally ask for ur input all the time), but super unnecessary. no one has to apologize for sending me an ask (unless they're being rude) because that's what the ask button is there for.
there have been a few times when a request has been too vague or too specific (which may not be helpful feedback for you all lol, sorry)
an example of a request that's 'too vague' could be like "______ x reader, I need them so bad!" - I like to know the general vibe, maybe what the characters are doing/how they feel, and how you'd like it wrapped up sort of. idk how to describe 'too specific' but like, if you've basically written a whole fic yourself (which is so fun for me because it is good daydreaming content for me lol), I don't often feel inspired to write it because I'm not sure what more I could say, you know?
I've deleted a few requests that are voldemort related because I don't fuck with that bitch. and I've denied requests regarding intricate experiences or cultures that I don't feel I have the right nor the ability to accurately depict with the respect it deserves.
I've also received a lot of requests that I like and am interested in writing that are perhaps heavier or angstier, but I need to be in a specific mood to write them and I need more time because I find I need to be able to step away from it every so often during the writing process.
otherwise, it's just kind of what tickles my fancy, you know? which says nothing about a request being 'good' or 'bad', but rather my mood, my available time, my interests etc.
for example; right now my hyper fixation is physical hurt/comfort or sick/comfort and the characters as parents lol so I am finding that really easy to bang out quickly.

September Reads
Somewhere Beyond the Sea by TJ Klune
I love this little magical family. They're so sweet. I really enjoyed the addition of David in this book. He was super fun and I liked the way he challenged Arthur's perception of the word monster. I thought that was a really interesting point to make both within the context of this book and in the way that the fictional magical community is a metaphor for the real life lgbt community. In that same vein I loved that this book was very very blatantly anti-JKR. It did make the book a bit harder for me to read personally, since it's so upsetting to see what JKR and other terfs are doing irl, I don't always love to see such hatred depicted in fiction as I use it as a bit of an escape from the horrors of reality. That being said, I don't think it should have been done any differently because I do also believe stories like this are necessary and that TJ Klune told exactly the kind of story that he wanted to and needed to. My only slight critique of this book was that with the themes present and the dedication in particular, I was hoping there would be a more central trans character in the book. There was a nonbinary side character (which was great!), but they weren't there very long and I think the anti-terf message of this book could have benefitted from a more prominent trans character. All in all though, a very sweet book. I love the Baker-Parnassus's and want only good things for them forever.
4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Foxglove by Adalyn Grace
The sequel to Belladonna. I liked that this book set up not only 1 but 2 more supernatural beings. I'm very interested to see what exactly Life is in the next book. I also liked that this book let us get to know Blythe more since she was dying for most of the last book. I enjoyed Signa getting to settle into her own at Foxglove as well, even though it wasn't in the vest of circumstances.
4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨️
Wrath of the Triple Goddess by Rick Riordan
Woo-hoo! Percy Jackson book!!! Look, I am 25 and have been reading these books since I was like 10. As long as there's books being released, I will be reading and loving them. This book was literally just Percy, Annabeth, and Grover pet sitting. Like idk but it's such a fun concept to me. And the fact that they bond with said pets by the end? I love it. Also, Hecate's cool af. Idc that she was supposed to be kinda scary, I think she's neat. My main complaint about this book, though, was that when they knew they were having to deal with ghosts, they should've called Nico. At least for like a consultation or something! Like c'mon. Y'all have a friend that's called The Ghost King, and none of you think to call him??? But anyway... This series is just little (relatively) low stakes mini quests, and I'm having a great time.
4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Turtles All The Way Down by John Green
This is probably a top 5 John Green book for me, but I don't know that I can really articulate why. This book made me pretty anxious. The main character has OCD and the way her intrusive thoughts were written (while very well done) was a lot for me to read. And yet, I still really liked this book. I also actually enjoyed the romance arc in this book because it doesn't always go where you'd expect, and the male love interest is really sweet and respectful and actually kinda interesting. I appreciated that while there was a romance arc, the main characters friendship with her best friend was equally important to the story. And I'm sure it probably wasn't intentional, but the whole book felt very ace-coded to me. Although what read as ace-coded to me was probably definitely mostly due to the main characters difficulty in her relationship due to her OCD. But two things can be true I guess.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
Alright y'all! I'm back baby, getting into the groove!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing the new movie and I kind of actually loved it more than I was expecting. I'll start off being super honest in saying that I haven't watched any of the past two movies. The all lady cast and the Afterlife one. But I think that if you have any knowledge of any of the movies, you'll be alright watching it.
I also want to say that Paul Rudd is an icon no matter what he does.
The story is a pretty good one, and the way it was written and put together really felt like a classic buster movie. It was witty and pretty funny, but also heartfelt and family friendly.
I really liked the ghost god that appears and how he appears. The backstory is a pretty typical villain one, where humans tried to use a power they couldn't control and now the spirit wants revenge. I mean, I totally get why this guy wanted to kill all of humanity. We were so unfair! But the busters wouldn't let it happen.
I did like how they have modernized some of the equipment too. It was kind of refreshing but it wasn't unnecessary like it was some kind of product placement. Everything was useful and had meaning. Like all of the fun little guests that appear. It was so much fun!
The beginning started pretty intense with a lot of action, and then of course the mayor had to get involved and was trying to shut them down. The man is always trying to shut the good people down, am I right? Anyway, I wouldn't say it's a coming of age story, but it definitely was a 'listen to the little guy' type story, and it ended in a pretty cute way that makes me hope that we have another one.
I plan on rewatching all of the movies and seeing if I missed any Easter eggs in the new one, and really catch up with the times. I have asked around, though, and had been told that the movie right before this one was better, not in a super obvious way, or a way that said that Frozen Empire was bad, but just that it was a little better. I'll have to watch it and really let everyone know my opinion myself.
I give it 8/10 stars
It was entertaining, it was fun, it felt like a fresh way to get a new generation in on the Ghostbusters action. I want this franchise to survive, and with movies like this one, it will. There was a lot of room for future movies in the way that it had ended. My biggest complaint is that some of the ghosts seemed almost shoe-horned in. Like the company was putting people in that they thought would draw a crowd. It didn't upset me and it wasn't terrible, but felt a tiny bit forced at times.
Sooooooo I'm going to end this little rant this way:
Would I watch it again? I probably will. It was pretty great, and I'm trying to get into the whole Ghostbusters lore.
Would I recommend it? Hell yeah! You should all go and see it. See it with the whole family! There's fun for everyone!
Does it need a sequel? I think it is kind of like a sequel? but I am so down for having another one, in fact, I hope that there is another one.
Once you see it, cuz I think you just gotta, let me know what you thought! I'm especially interested to hear if you think that Afterlife was better in any way.

Hi shadowtoons!! im the anon who asked about what dnd is, So This time i kinda am interested in dnd but i dont know what version your dnd is since there are MANY dnd games, Also is it mobile? or a board game?
IF I DIE IN THIS GAME OF DECISION MAKING SINCE IM NOT GOOD AT DECISION MAKING IM GONNA CRY.
There are different types of DND.
The version I play is 5e, the campaign I play in is custom 5e, still the same but different from the original.
It's more of a meet up group game. Have friends in irl play it? Make a day where y'all come together and have the one person plays as Dungeon Master (they are the ones with the NPCs and help to tell evwdyones story along the way too), but you gotta make a character, class, subclass, and etc.
You roll for your stats see keep those numbers, but depending what class you choose, for example.
Bard stats, one you want is Charisma, Dexterity, and Constitution, what other three you have can pick however you want. (By the number you rolled, you take out the lowest number though from the 4d6 dices)
Jacc for example
His Charisma is a 19 while his Dex is a 20, reason he is a Bard and base on his race. Some race can add a plus 1 or two in the stats.
My meet up is online call roll 20, where you and friends can play DND on.
This game is based on your imagination as well, and it's an RP voice. You gotta act out how your character is, if you are the type who is shy and not the kind that talks, I would recommend practicing or playing with those you know.
Trust me on that, I acted out four characters in the Saturday campaign last time, I panicked really but still I was crazy enough to do it, and shocked my entire group. I am usually quiet, but I gotta step it up at times.
I am still learning more myself, but slowly I am getting the idea.
That is the thing as well, you need to think in the game, because if you do it wrongly, you could screw up for yourself and the team. Sure can have funny moments, but battles you gotta make sure you know what you are doing. (At least not to try to harm your team)
As well hope you know your math, because my god I hate math, but it's still fun.
