Woah! It’s them! The glowing duo!
The other day I was violently struck with the urge to draw Ran as a werewolf that looks more like a vampire and Aimsey like a vampire that looks more like a werewolf. So I did that.
I love drawing them in vastly different art styles right next to each other, turns out.

I am yet again writing and posting this the morning after, but yesterday I was completly exhausted when I got back home. The seminar went well, I am satisfied with myself and I was happy to see the professor who was very kind as usual. She complimented my thesis again and said that she looks forward to see me in her class next semester, which makes me very happy. I will probably ask her to tutor me in my master thesis too since we already know each other and I feel very comfortable working with her. Overall it was a nice experience, and I am proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone. Before going to the seminar anxiety was kicking my ass quite a bit, I took my meds twice in the morning because I was feeling terribly, but after it was done everything was okay. I was sad that while waiting to get in my uni, since I arrived so early, I couldn't find the last heartstopped book I was looking for. I was looking forward to getting that as a sort of emotional support gift to myself for doing this big thing, but alas my quest was a failure.

just wanted to thank everyone that's been encouraging me or offering some kind of support the last few times I talked about getting a cane... because I went and got one today and I didn't think it would make that much of a difference. I underestimated how much it would change for me.

#got a prescription from my GP last week and gathered my nerves together to get one today#thankfully we have a health care supply store only ten minutes away on foot#I'd planend on getting an anatomical one as prescribed by my GP and it was comfortable and id probably have chosen it too but#then the lady there told me to try the derby handle instead and honestly that was even better plus i can use it on both sides#its sleek and black for now because i can barely bear the thought of anyone seeing me using a cane in our small town in the first place#but once im comfortable..#anyway we went to a shop across the street afterwards because my besties mum needed to get some things and I didn't wanna go home by myself#and tbh i preferred the thought of going into our small city centre with somebody i trusted and felt comfortable around the first time aroun#long story short im super suprised by the difference it's making 😬 i mean ofc i didn't just get the cane on a fluke#but it was like 'well let's try it out it may help and people keep saying it's for stability and chronic pain too so why not'#yeah so apparently i did need it#i felt so much better#there were several instances where i noticed the cane kept me from stumbling or swaying or missing a step#it felt good#so thank you all

so recently
ive been into youtube vloggers but ive realized that they need to be a very specific type of vlogger for me to gaf about them.... so they need to be asian women (or at the very least like. a woman of color) BUT they can't be korean. because that shit hits TOO CLOSE TO HOME... i was just watching this korean girl vlogger and i swear to god she just went into the exact daiso that i live near and went to LAST WEEK. and shes staying at a hotel that ive literally been at and they were in the streets that i walk nearly every day.... like that is too close to home i cant watch it
#its the same thing with like. i cant watch vlogs if theyre from my classmates at university#like sorry i cant support your vlogger dreams i just cant watch you film a video about a building i go to class in every day#just something about having a part of your life displayed on youtube and having to watch it from a third person perspective while simultane#ously knowing everything about that place.... its such a disconcerting feeling i cant explain why i feel this way#and by the way this vlogger is actually incredibly famous but i hadnt watched any of her content until today and GUESS WHAT.
