how do i not be overwhelmed by washing dishes
#i haven't been able to figure out what makes me avoid washing the dishes#i don't know if it's touching the dirty dishes cuz i can wash my hands afterward#or that it makes my hands hurt if i do it too long cuz i don't think about that until i'm actually doing them and it makes my hands hurt#it might be how many there are but i avoid it when there aren't very many too?#i've thought maybe it's that there isn't much room in the sink to actually wash the dishes with how many dishes there are#but i think that's just something my brain is saying to avoid it#cuz i've washed a couple dishes when i needed to use them and it's been fine#but i desperately need to wash dishes#there are so many#and i just CAN'T#every time i look at the sink i want to cry#it just makes me feel guilty cuz i'm trying to make myself wash them but i can't#and i feel like my roommate probably hates me#even though there are a couple dirty dishes from xem that have been there for like two weeks now#and i don't want to wash xyr dirty dishes but they're on top :(#i don't know i just hate everything about washing dishes#and so i avoid it so much and i can't convince my brain to do it#i hate getting wet#i hate having to touch the dirty dishes#i hate how i always get wet#i hate how it makes my hands and my knees and my back hurt#so i guess i figured it out#but i don't know what to do about it#i keep trying to tell myself to just wash a couple dishes at a time or just one or two#and i still can't do it#maybe i can try to force myself when i get home tonight#i don't know#i wanted to try and clean earlier today but i ended up hyperfixating on writing sheet music#maybe i can make a list of all the dishes in the sink and rate them by effort level#oh also our dishwasher barely works right now and i haven't had the energy to try and fix it

Very hurriedly made proof of concept for the Joel animation in my head. This doesn't make a lot of sense on its own as just the end sequence but basically the black mass hybrid that takes various shapes is the red bloodthirst in him or something like that
