I feel like total shit, bombed two important tests and now I’m trying to figure out if my team secretly hated me or if I should keep trying to come back despite having pretty much no success.

I really really need a break. I swear I’m not stupid I’m ill but that doesn’t excuse it but if I just worked harder and if I just had one more chance.

No clue how to break this stupid cycle. Hoping for a miracle at this point.

I'm not religious at all but I've worked at a church as a choir section leader for the past 2 years because it's an easy music job that pays, and I remember when I started working there I was so nervous because I have no religious background and I'm gay but it's literally been like having a dozen extra pairs of grandparents. I just had my last day because I'm moving away, and I literally cried because like. They got me a cake and they gave me presents and they wrote little letters to me and they all wore gay pride shirts 😭😭😭 I literally never thought that I would feel comfortable in any kind of religious setting but I'm going to miss them all so much

going into manner of death you may think this is a show about an adult man with an adult job (performing autopsies on his childhood friends), but the further you get, the more clear it becomes that this is actually a show about an adult man with way too many adult jobs (he also treats patients in the ER, gets called in for emergency surgery, and juggles several potentially connected murder investigations as an unpaid side gig). no wonder literally every single person around him keeps randomly handing him food, even though we know he's a good cook. with only twenty-four hours in a day, it's a miracle he even finds the time to be weird and domestic with his prime murder suspect and their pet cactus
