My emotions are all over the place. I don’t feel quite human at the moment, I feel like a strange imposter piloting my own body.

i have this overwhelming feeling of dread and i don’t know why, i feel like something bad is gonna happen or something bad has already happened, but nothing did, and there’s no signs of anything that will go wrong, now i feel kinda dizzy despite sitting down and not doing anything to make me dizzy so i’m not exactly sure what’s going on but the dizziness is throbbing, i feel like i’m full of static and it’s ready to burst, i feel like i haven’t slept in my entire life and am about to sleep forever, this feeling is so strange, i’ve felt a lot of strange feelings but this one is the strangest by far

I feel very very strange, it's almost the 4 year anniversary of when I got COVID (which disabled me) and I'm feeling extremely strange because of it inbl addition I'm having thoughts and memories which all combined are making feel strange and conflicted that ontop of everything else going on right now I feel very weird and it's February which always makes me feel weird
