God this episode had me feeling so conflicted. It's excruciating to watch Bison being lied to, but First's portrayal of Kant's turmoil was particularly heart-wrenching.

Whilst in bed with Bison, he looks so battle-weary and resigned. As if he's trying to emotionally distance or detach himself to make this hurt less. But he also looks resigned to his fate - he has no choice, no real control over this entire situation - he's impossibly trapped. Doomed.

He's also more terrified than ever. The more he learns about Bison, the more it's dawning on him just how dangerous he can be. There's so much more at stake because of Style and Babe's involvement. His ex was a prime example of someone loosely connected to him who could have been killed by association. If Bison wanted to enough, James would be dead and Kant would feel directly responsible. This also just ramps up his fear of what Bison could do to him if he were to find out. Fadel says "Once my brother's made his mind up about something, even I can't stop him. He's a mad dog."

Then there's the guilt. The raging, inescapable, gnawing guilt. Another reason he just wants this whole debacle to be over, because at least then he won't be at risk of falling even deeper.

Honestly tfp is kinda sad because theres no other bots, and I'm looking tfp just as the show alone here bc i dont believe it can be connected to anything else is juts doesn't make sense to me. but like ther is genuinely no one apart from the cons and the autobots and there basically stuck on this alien planet with no way home most of the time and even if they did go home its fucking dead. like when Starscream went rouge, imagine your him. he litterly has no other option then to stay in the decepticons because he cant get enough energon alone and hide from the autobots. Me when I remember Will thinks Mike will never love him and that he's been suffering with self identity. All while, he's probably thinking he can't come out to his friends bc they'll think he's weird. Also, he's probably figured out by now, except his family and friends, not many people are going to accept him for who he is considering he's a gay boy in the 80s.
