literally lost almoust 5 kilos just eating 3-4 times a day at regular intervals and swimming in the sea (not that physical I am basically floating). how fucked up is my usual eating and exercising regime?

『 PRICE 』
☆ a pretty good cook, just doesn't have a lot of time to showcase it.
☆ but when he does, your tastebuds would be amazed. it's never anything extravagant, mostly fattening one-pan meals or bakes his mother taught him to make.
☆ brushes off the praise, but you end dinner having to unzip your pants from being full and satisfied, so it's a success in his eyes.
『 SIMON 』
☆ decent if he has instructions, but rarely cooks.
☆ he eats to survive and isn't home enough to have perishables ingredients on hand (at his place) — usually one big meal and then powers through the rest of the day with small bouts of protein (shakes, yogurt, fruit)
☆ but with you? he'll eat pretty much anything you put in front of him. and for you, simon would attempt making your favorite. you're not going hungry on his watch.
『 SOAP 』
☆ has caused multiple fires. truly a danger in the kitchen. NEVER give him a knife, no matter how puny the blade.
☆ he tries, he really does. but... It's just safer for society if he sticks to something he only has to preheat the oven for or pop into the toaster.
☆ what he is good at, though — desserts and food combos. sweets, baked goods, fucking delicious, but the presentation is sloppy. and his food combos, they seem strange at first, but when you cave and try them — it's your new favorite midnight snack.
『 GAZ 』
☆ average cook with everything except breakfast.
☆ you'll be satisfied, and full, but it's never going to be a mind-blowing lunch/supper. his presentation skills are superb, though<3
☆ mornings are his best work; toast, jam, eggs, ham/bacon, veggies, yogurt with toppings — goes all out at least once a week when he's home with you.

☆ the best cook out of all of them, it's almost irritating.
☆ childhood dishes, ones from his culture, ones he's tried in restaurants but wanted to have again — so learned how to protect the recipe. his favorites aren't the flashy ones, though, he prefers belly-filling, nostalgic dishes (soups, things like that.)
☆ you'll be so spoiled with his cooking. probably even makes large batches and puts them in Tupperware so you can take them to work :)

The best time to enjoy having a day off work was the night before. This way, your evening could be spent doing fun things, like drinking, wild parties, and berth acrobatics.
Well, perhaps if you weren’t the former CMO, that is.
Of course, he was invited out for drinks at Swe/rve’s. While he made an appearance, he reached his limits after only two drinks. No, he wasn’t sloshed. His days of getting overcharged were long gone.
He had a more homey plan for the evening. The tired medic was looking forward to spending the evening in a habsuit being tended to. His admirer promised pampering, and Ratch/et knew what he was getting into.
Well, kind of.
Fir/st Ai/d was a very dedicated doctor… but he was diligent in ensuring his once-superior was properly taking care of himself. The younger medic put 110 percent into everything he did. While this can be overwhelming at times, Ratch/et appreciated the mech’s good intentions.
Once he received the ping that Ai/d was ready, Ratch/et bid his farewells to his buddies, exited the bar, and headed to the other’s habsuit. His mind wandered as to what was to be served, and he licked his lips in anticipation.
Once before the new CMO’s door, Ratch/et knocked, entering only when Ai/d told him so.
“I told you, Rat/ch,” the younger medic chided. “You do not have to knock to enter my space. You are always welcome.”
“I know… just habit.”
“Well, take a seat. Supper will be plated up momentarily.”
Ratch/et did as he was told, parking his frame at the kitchen table. The aroma was tantalizing, thick with the mouthwatering promise of deliciousness. The first breath nearly made him salivate: his belly gave a loud, demanding grumble. Servo’s went to the source, gently rubbing the needy paunch.
“Was that your tummy I heard?” Ai/d giggled, walking out with a large plate of freshly made meatloaf- his signature dish!  Upon setting the plate down, Ratch/et admired the big log slathered in thick red sauce. His tastebuds were in for a party tonight!
“How big a slice you want?” Ai/d asked, serving utensils at the ready.
With a grin on his face, Ratch/et answered while slapping his belly. “Pile it on.”
“Atta boy.” The smaller medic beamed, cutting several thick slices of meatloaf and stacking them on the other plate. Scoops of creamy mashed potatoes and a hearty serving of crystal veggies filled the remaining space. “Here ya go!”
A plate was served for himself, and mugs of energon joined the mix. Once his host picked up his utensils, Ratch/et dug in. And that first bite was divine—the flavors tantalizingly dancing over his taste receptors. The meat was ever so rich and savory, and the sauce had just the right amount of sweetness!
Ratch/et loved Fir/st Ai/d’s cooking. To be honest, he did not have high hopes for the first dinner offered, but the younger doctor was full of surprises. And once it was known how much the former CMO loved them, the other went overboard. Lunches were soon packed, and even breakfasts to be consumed during the workday's first break.
It was no wonder Ratch/et put on weight.
No sooner was the first dish cleared were seconds offered and devoured. And Ai/d couldn’t keep his optics off that belly as it grew taunt. Of course, the chubby mech teased by rubbing his servo over that stuffed belly as if daring the other to jump from his chair and pounce.
Surprisingly enough, the overenthusiastic mech showed restraint.
At least until dessert was served. And how could anyone resist a triple-layered vanilla cake slathered in rich chocolate frosting with geode crumbles littering the top? Despite being so full, Ratch/et couldn’t pace up a slice of cake!
However, Fir/st Ai/d knew the other doctor would need help, and he was eager to provide assistance. So, once the wedge of cake was served, Ai/d walked behind Ratch/et and wrapped his arms around that broad, wide frame.
His servos went to gently knead at the accumulation of fat that swelled over hips. The love handles were always such a delight to play with- so soft and squishy! Ai/d nearly squealed with joy as his servos slid between the deep roll adorning the side- it was so warm and welcoming! But the best was feeling how taunt that tummy grew from the feast.
This was not only a sign of a good meal but a good cook. And Ai/d took pride in being able to pamper the other. How many vorns had he sat back and watched the former CMO take care of everyone else and neglect himself? And yes, Ai/d was aware that doctors tended to do that, but now it was the other’s turn to be doted upon.
What better way to show you care through one’s belly- be it filling it up or rubbing it down?
And Ai/d's hands explored all over that large, now grumbling belly. And any grumbles were chased down and soothed, all while the other worked to finish the giant slice of cake. When Ratch/et began to slow, those servos gave gentle pats, working to best burp that belly.
The now-CMO just loved how embarrassed Ratch/et became upon releasing those belches. His cheeks would redden, and he’d always excuse himself. But this just encouraged more burping. After all, the trapped air was better out than in —it made more room for cake!
But the sound of silverware dropping on an empty plate signaled the completion of the meal- same with the seated medic leaning back with a sigh.
“Have your fill?” Ai/d asked, giving the shoulder a loving pat.
“Stuffed. That meal was my favorite…. And I think I overdone it…” Ratch/et looked at his swollen midsection, ghosting a servo over the now-angry beast.
“Awww, poor baby.” Ai/d coaxed the older medic to scoot his chair out, then spread his chunky legs. Naturally, servos rested on those plush thighs as Ai/d got to his knees. “Don’t worry, you’re in good hands. I’ll take care of this achy belly for you.”
And that is just what the newly appointed CMO did. Now that he had the best seat in the house, his hands roamed over the rounded and firm belly crest. The touches were soft and tickling at first, making the older medic stifle some laughs. But soon enough, those palms stretched out flat and slid in circles over that belly.
Every spasm and quake were felt in the medic’s hands. The grinding of gears whined out as such a large meal attempted digestion. Plating bulged and seams widened. It wasn’t long before that strained belly paneling was removed, freeing the swollen protomesh that was stuffed within.
Ratch/et leaned back, relaxing at the touch. The belly rubs were awkward when first offered. No mech had ever offered them before, and he did not see the appeal of rubbing a stuffed belly. But Ai/d assured him the touch of servos on an angry belly was the best remedy.
Of course, Ratch/et claimed Pep-to was, but Ai/d eagerly proved him wrong.
Never again did Ratch/et slap away those prodding hands! He loved feeling the warmth they provided as they explored his growing frame. It was as if he could feel all the care and love emanating from those servos, and nothing relaxed him as well after a hearty meal.
The aching soon died away as those servos worked their magic. His belly was patted, pinched, and caressed all in the name of soothing. Burps were stifled as tired sighs exhaled. These touches could really put a mech to sleep!
Another sensation joined the mix. It was gentle yet wet and followed by a sucking sensation. Glancing down, Ratch/et discovered the younger doctor happily mouthing at his abdomen. Of course, those servo’s still roamed over his belly.
Those lips tickled as they placed soft kisses down the rounded abdomen. That tongue tickled as it traced long, zig-zagging stress marks.  That mouth felt inviting and warm as it sucked the pliable flab at the bottom of the tummy.  And those teeth pinched when biting at said flab.
“AH AH!” Ratch/et chided, wagging a finger, but still wearing a smile on his face. “What did I say about biting?”
Ai/d rolled his optics. “No biting.”
“There’s a good mech.” Ratch/et patted the top of the other doctor’s helm, relaxing back into the chair. However, this was short-lived. A new sensation was felt on his belly, but it wasn’t a bite. It was a long, hard-sucking sensation.
And by the time Ratch/et realized the other was placing a hickey on his chub, there was no stopping it.

My birthday is next week on Friday and I've been thinking of shit to do for it for a while now and cuz I'm a big fallout dork I was like "ah yes I should make irl depression era wacky cake for my birthday it'll be so fallout-coded" and for some reason, even though I already KNEW it existed and fully planned on making the Nuka Cola recipe in it, I just looked through the Vault Dweller's Cookbook for the first time and my god I have too many options now.
There's an actual birthday cake recipe, old lady palmer sweet rolls, fancy lads snack cakes and a perfectly preserved pie recipe that are all very well within my reach to make. I don't even LIKE cheesecake but that pie is calling to me. Also mushroom cloud meringue and stimpak jello shots and little buffout matcha cookies.
At the moment I'm gearing towards something I've never actually seen in the games; Mississippi Quantum Pie. Which is apparently in Fallout 3? It's like a mud pie from what I gather and it has fancy blue icing :3 Aside from all the desserts I'm also so fallout brained I was thinking of fucking APPLES and mac n cheese for supper (not together) cuz dandy apples and blamco LMFAO
Aside from food stuff I'm also gonna go to a cold war museum inside a bunker that my grandpa used to work in (like the BUNKER not the museum) and I'm gonna get all dressed up and go out to lunch after :) then we're gonna watch Blast From The Past which is abt a nuclear family that I watched YEARS ago when I was a kid. Anyway fallout is really fucking cool and I'm excited

Happy Yule/Winter Solstice!!!!
I’ve been stressed these past two days, and stress for me leads to stress eating, so I have been eating way more than I should, way more for even a ‘normal’ eater. But today and for the next 3-4 days I plan on only eating suppers. I will drink coffee throughout the day but only eat for supper. If I absolutely can’t make it, I am allowing my self to eat something small and healthy, like an apple, orange, cucumber or carrots, something like that.
Breakfast: coffee (70)
Lunch: nothing
Snack: 1 medium carrot (35) 2 pepperoni sticks (300)
Supper: small plate of nachos (500)
Dessert: 2 chocolate chip oatmeal cookies (180) 1/2 cup milk (50)
Total: 1135 cals.

for banana bread, i'm thinking of a light-hearted crack fic where bokuto is cursed at birth to drop any and all foods that he compliments after the first bite.
it started when he was a kid, just a little guy at the park chomping down on some ice cream on a hot summer's day. he's saved up enough to try a new flavour—today's treat is strawberry ice cream encased in a thin layer of mochi. "yum," he mutters to himself after the first bite: a small, tentative one, where he rolls the flavour about on his tongue afterwards. when he goes in for a second, bigger bite, he drops his ice cream.
fuck.
bokuto swears by his dad's toast. it somehow tastes better, though it's just toast? the outside is a stunning golden brown, the balance between the crunchy crust and the pillowy insides is perfect, and the little pad of butter his dad slides on top the hot toast is just the right amount—enough to coat the entire surface of his breakfast without getting it soggy and greasy.
"it's just toast, but it's awesome every single time, pa," he once said through a generous mouthful of said toast, before his fingers twitch and his breakfast goes barrelling towards the floor.

he's mindful of his compliments to the chef now. pizza, beef rice bowls, cold soba in the summer and hot oden in the winter: whatever he's eating, bokuto's careful to express his appreciation for the food only after he's had at least half of it.
until he met you.
the humble bakery down the street serving the freshest pastries has been the fruit of your labour for the past five years. lemon pound cake, pain au chocolat, darling little vanilla cupcakes and giant chocolate chip cookies—your menu is sure to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. your best seller, however, is your banana bread: the caramelised exterior and fluffy interior, in addition to the overpowering smell that wafts through the street every morning, had people queueing up long before your bakery opens.
bokuto is no exception.
he's almost in tears when he tries your banana bread for the first time, teeth sinking into the crispy crust to find the soft sponge underneath and a satisfied hum already brewing in the back of his throat.
before he can help himself, he speaks, "this is the best banana bread i've ever had."
shitshitshit, he shouldn't have said that.
bokuto cringes, awaiting the familiar numbness to take over his fingers, awaiting the dreaded fall of the delicious banana bread from his hand...
...but it never comes.
when he opens his eyes, he's puzzled to find the golden-brown square still intact between his thumb and index finger. huh, that's weird.
"this banana bread is— it's, um. amazing. delicious. wonderfully tasty," he tries, eyes fixated on the dessert. he even takes another bite for good measure, nibbling at the corner where a bit of caramelised crust has formed. he starts rambling when nothing happens. "this banana bread is lovely. i'd eat it everyday, for breakfast and lunch and dinner. maybe even supper, but my trainer says i shouldn't eat too late or i'll mess up my circular rhythm. my circulator rhythm? what's the damn word— anyways, this is good. like, great good."
nothing happens. his little slice of banana bread, now down to a piece the size of his thumb, sits unharmed in his hands.
a grin breaks across his face, lighting up the room almost immediately. "holy shit!"
"holy shit is right, sir." you slide into the seat opposite his, armed with another slice of banana bread on a plate. your smile mirrors his, amusement decorating your pretty features, and bokuto feels his heart rate pick up even more—something he didn't know was possible.
"i'm glad you like my banana bread. it's our bestseller, and you probably know that, but nobody's really complimented it the way you have." you laugh good-naturedly, sliding the plate across the table. bokuto's eyes flick from your face to the bread and back, heart soaring.
"well, i hope you know i was telling the truth," he starts, almost shyly. "would you, um, like to share this piece?"

Oh man this is a TOUGH question! For the rest of my life? That could be anywhere between like 3 days and 50, 60...maybe even 70 centuries! I've been in situations where I've had "set" meals in the past, but I don't think ever for more than 5-6 months at a time
Breakfast - the little Jersey-run sandwich shop next to the post office does great breakfast sandwiches (and illegal omelets), and I could eat one of those multiple times a week if not every day. Just...perfectly done meat-egg-and-cheese sandos.
Morning snack - some kinda fruit. Apples, mandarins (or clementines), or plátanos are personal favorites. A smoothie if it's hot out pls.
Lunch - this is tough. I suck at lunch most days. On Friday (I think) I forgot to eat lunch until almost 5pm. Most days I manage to remember around 230 (for context, my historical lunchtime was always around 1130). Maybe a pizza slice? Maybe a quesadilla? Some kind of carrotless salad on the side for sure.
Dinner/supper/whatever late-meal: do you ever wish you could just have homemade tamales materialize in your freezer without having to go through the whole process of making them yourself? No, just me?
Dessert: arroz con leche mmmmm...

Hi hi~ My 23rd birthday was last Monday, and we celebrated all week! Hence my inactivity! I remember being nervous for 22- though that year was the best one yet with all the growing and exploring I’ve been doing! I feel like I can say this is all my lifestyle now! It’s really exciting to me!! At first I thought I was gonna miss 22, I mean, I did a little- but I’m already feeling 23 and really good about it! :D
Celebrations started the night of Saturday February 29th! My mum and I had a girls night- just the two of us~ We got high and drank and ate a ton of food while watching shows on murders, and then Live PD LOL. My mum is one of my best friends, so it was lovely to spend time with her before my birthday!
Sunday morning Clay came by and we attended a small local rope gathering in my hometown so he could see the kink and sex positive club during the day and have a tour, meet my local kink community, and practice some ties on me~ Of course we sneaked off to the back dungeon to play and test the ties~ Later into the evening, community friends and I did a thing I’ve been craving to do; go out for all-you-can-eat-sushi while high~ (〃˘▽˘ ʃƪ )*:・゚✧♡ I mean- we arrived late and I ordered too much food and couldn’t eat it all because I was given too much power, but it was so much fun and we’ll definitely do it again~ properly!
We stayed up for my birthday so they could be the first ones to wish me a happy birthday~ Usually I am with my family on my birthday, so this was extra sweet and special to be celebrating and surrounded by great friends and my partner~ also birthday gang tickles~ 👀
Monday was spent with my family + Clay back in my hometown! We went to Red Lobster for lunch, and had hamburgers for supper, and for dessert my moms bought ice cream cake in my favourite flavour, and Clay made brownies~! Not weed brownies, maybe some day, though they were delicious~ Aaah~ only the finest of foods for a good little pet~ :)c
Tuesday we took off to Clay’s for the week~ We had delicious ribs (not mine nor his) for supper and lunch, and our favourite Little Caesars pizzas, and visited his parents for supper- though a majority of the time spent was playing Breath of the Wild asdfghjkl. We played all day erry day. I’m a really big Zelda fan, and love video games- though I thought it wasn’t something Clay and I could really connect on (besides old school Pokémon) since Clay doesn’t really play video games. I watched this YouTube video where this guy lets his non-gamer wife play video games to test how the game is for beginners and/or people unfamiliar with video game mechanics. One of them was on Breath of the Wild, as it is massive and there’s multiple solutions and ways to problems and obstacles, and that inspired me to make Clay play it and see how he interacts with the virtual world! I only expected him to play through the first part of the game, but he’s beyond that now! He only has 3 more regions on the map to unlock, and has been upgrading armour, and completing a lot of shrines and side quests I haven’t even done! He’s catching up to me- I’m super impressed and proud~ But yeah- it’s a really addicting game! I’m more in love with the game because Clay enjoys it~♡
Friday it was back to my hometown to attend a party at the club to celebrate my birthday more! I’ve been there a couple of times before, though once a month there’s a big themed party, and I’ve been too shy to attend on my own! This time I got to bring Clay and friends to attend for the first time too! It was so much fun and so different, I’ve never been to a club before! Now that I’ve been once, I’ll definitely attend future parties~ Oh and perhaps I got gang tickled.. twice..~ whatever though~
Saturday the group and I went on a mall adventure before going to Cece’s for a double birthday hangout~ We got day drunk, which I have never done before but wow it was really fun I really like gin and coke asdfghkktjllr I think that was the most feral I’ve been lol and we played Mario Kart and Mario Party which ensued a lot of screaming and angy behaviour. Oh we also recorded a TikTok for Cece LOL heck kids these days smh. But yeah- I love that I get to hang out with community friends- and they’re becoming great friends I hang out with casually and frequently. I’m starting to feel I belong in a group again~ I also love that we can be feral and nasty in front of each other, and then can switch to having deeper talks and conversations and heart-to-hearts. It’s the most satisfying thing to be able to talk openly about kinks and the community, and they get it. It’s surreal- though it’s interesting to think about how this is the beginning for a lot of us, and one day this will be our lifestyle and we’ll be so much closer and experienced. :)
I think that is all I want to say~ Though this is why I’ve been inactive! Now that Clay has left- it’s back to reality, and I’m going to go on Tumblr and be put into all the moods rip it’s always worse when he’s away..!

ON RUNNING AND DIETING (?) ok not really, it’s more body and health stuff. A note-to-self
Blogging on my other iphone, that’s why the caps are in order. I’ve lost about one kilogram even though I’ve been eating supper — which happens when I try to skip dinner but end up ravenous and clearing the fridge and breakfast counter of morsels leftovers — and a lot of dessert. Not sure why that is. Maybe it’s what I’m eating. Generally, if I’m doing a late meal, I avoid/don’t have any craving for carbs. I always want meat or sweets.
I’ve also been doing some light running, which actually doesn’t help at all with weight loss (when I was pushing myself to run further and for longer, I gained weight lmao. So now I keep it light), but it makes you full because you end up drinking a lot of water after a run.
I think I’ve also cut down on eating big meals for dinner. OK, not really. I often do fancy meals at night after work as a way of REMINDING MYSELF THAT IF IM A PART OF THIS CAPITALIST SYSTEM I MIGHT AS WELL ENJOY WHAT IT OFFERS jk (p.s. can we talk about the way non soc sci/arts majors or ppl uneducated on the concepts in general misuse the word capitalism and communism because they want to make some smart, witty comments. I usually don’t correct them; that’s just not my thing because I don’t “know it all”. Though I am laughing at them on the inside because I have my condescending af moments. The only time I ever thought to correct was when this girl doing a presentation in architecture on Impressionism referenced Naturalism and talked about it being a movement of painting nature. I waited for the TA to say something, but she never did)
Wow I sidetracked. Point of this post is I love seeing the numbers go down each time I weight myself, but I’m also not a calorie counter. Honestly i couldn’t give a fuck, I’ll eat what I want as long as I don’t overdo it
But some learning points for myself.
How to eat less
- go to work (I really eat less when I’m working at work because I feel stressed and uncomfortable and am constantly in fight mode)
- buy a heavy lunch; eat 2/3 for lunch and 1/3 for dinner and enjoy a full dessert. You can split the dessert for both lunch and dinner too
- drink unsweetened tea with your meals
- practise eating smaller portions of rice. Eventually you get used to it that anything more than a 1/2 or 2/3’s a bowl seems too much
- it’s OK to not eat on time. Because it depends on what time you sleep anyway. Just be sure not to sleep immediately after eating. You will feel like shit
- trust your body. Does it feel warm? Can you feel the sugar in your blood? GET UP AND GO FOR A WALK/RUN
- eat balanced meals. And I don’t just mean greens and lean meats and a small serving of carbs. I mean a savoury-sweet-smoky sort of balance.
- avoid sweetened drinks. Sweet beverages aren’t a lot of fun anyway. Save the sugar for dessert.
- if you have IBS, yes, I know it sucks. But make use of it to help you cut down on food
- AVOID MOST COFFEES AND ALCOHOL YOU GENERALLY DONT LIKE THESE ANYWAY and they MESS UP YOUR GUT FOR THE DAY SO STAHP PLS

On running and why i should keep doing it and how I can keep doing it
- HELPS WITH ANXIETY. Heart no longer pounds like crazy when I spot roaches. I can climb the stairs just fine. What a beautiful feeling.
- sucks that they changed the street lamps to fluorescents instead of the dim orange ones, and now I can feel myself looking like a sweaty, beastly and pasty thing doing circuits at midnight. But ok, I’ll find a route that works ie. I can run up and down that short strip where the street lamps still glow orange
- I will always care about how I look when running. And that’s fine. I’ve accepted that. What’s important is to choose what time I want to run. 10.30pm-past midnight works. Running late doesn’t keep me up at night. In fact I sleep better when I run at night.
- running keeps my hair from being oily. My hair gets greasy easily (likely from years of overwashong and ruthlessly stripping it of natural oils — I used to wash twice a day. I still wash it twice a day because I can’t stand the feeling of unwashed hair, but now I keep it to one shampoo wash and one no ‘poo wash in a day)
- correct your running posture. Try not to lean forward so much. Unclench your fists
- WARM UP BEFORE AND AFTER RUNNING
- run 1-2 times a week. Keep the runs short and fun, so you don’t dread them
- keep discovering new music to listen to when you run

Katie had been with the Winchester brothers for years now, after meeting them as a victim to a vampire. She stuck on like glue. Helping the brothers on hunts.
And another successful one under her belt.
The bar setting was the same as usual. Dean hitting on bar waitresses, just small Beta’s, Sam nursing a beer at the bar along with Katie. Sam and Dean are both alpha’s, Katie was an omega. They were like a pack all their own.
As Katie is nursing her second beer two jockey Alpha’s approached her at the bar.
“What’s a pretty, unclaimed omega like you doing at a dirty bar like this sweetheart?” He slurred. Clearly drunk and had one too many.
“Yeah, so pretty, I like your hair.” The other slurred, with a hiccup.
“Come on guys, leave her alone, she didn’t come here for that.” Sam says, sticking up for her.
“Sam, it’s alright.” She tells him.
“Guys not interested. Now leave me alone and bother some other omega.” She turns to them.
“But we don’t want to, we want you sweetheart.” One jock says.
Within seconds Dean is breathing down the dude’s neck.
“She said leave, I’d leave if I were you.” He growled.
Katie could practically smell it come off of him. She was close to cowering behind Dean when she felt the overwhelming presence of his dominance as an alpha, a protective alpha at that.
“Oh yeah, and what are you going to do about it, pretty boy.” Jock one slurred, as he stumbled to make himself appear larger in front of Dean.
“Yeah, we’ll fuck you up.” Jock two slurred.
“Not as bad as how I’ll fuck you two up.” Dean growled.
“Dean, it’s okay, let’s just go.” Katie says, pulling at Dean’s arm.
He obeyed, allowing Katie to drag him out of the bar.
He draped an arm around her, to hug her close burying his nose into her neck. Her scent calming him down.
Back at the bunker, Sam was already lights out, in bed. Katie was heading out of the shower just as Dean was heading in to take one.
Katie had her towel wrapped around her chest, covering her up well as she blow dried her hair.
Dean entered in just his boxers, his clean clothes and towel in his arm. He sat them down on the counter near Katie.
“You okay Dean?” She asked, shutting off her blower.
“Yeah, I’m fine. Why?” he asked.
“It’s just, back at the bar you just seemed, really…protective.” She said.
“Just protecting my friend.” He says.
“Okay.” She says, pushing a thought she had, had earlier to the back of her mind.
“What?” Dean asks, picking up the tone.
“Nothing, it’s nothing Dean. Don’t worry about it.” She says, finishing up her hair.
“Goodnight.” She says as she exits, her clean clothes in her arm.
“Goodnight.” Dean says, not at all convinced that everything was fine.

“Guys! I’m going on a supply run, need anything!” Katie shouted as she headed towards the garage.
“I’m good!” Sam shouts.
“I’m good!” Dean shouts.
She gets in the Impala and leaves for the grocery store.
Minutes later, not even mere minutes later Dean was asking where Katie had gone.
“She said she was going on a supply run dude, you even told her you were good.” Sam says.
“She should be back by now.” Dean says, as he’s pacing the library.
“Dude, she left like 2 minutes ago. Give her an hour to get to the store and back.” Sam says. A little shocked by his brothers behavior.
“Dude, you okay?” Sam asks.
“What is it with people asking if I’m okay, I’m fine.” Dean complains.
“Dude, ever since that altercation at the bar you’ve been antsy, nervous, always needing Katie in your sight. You have been acting, protective.” Sam says.
“As I told Katie last night, just protecting my friends.” He said, near growling.
“This isn’t a friend; this is your mate dude. Mates do this, this, protective thing. Alpha’s especially.” Sam explained.
“Sam, get real.” Dean says, not taking it.
“Okay, fact one, you damn near murdered two alphas in a bar that just got close to Katie, fact two, Katie has been gone a little over 3 minutes and you’re going crazy.” Sam explains.
“Need I go on?” He asks.
Dean just rolls his eyes.
“I’m telling you dude; you guys are true mates. Next month you guys should be synced up too.” Sam goes.
“Dude, really?” Dean goes, disgusted.
“I can smell it off of you guys. Her Heat is going to be coming soon and so’s your rut. You’re protective of her, it’s more than just a friendship thing dude.” Sam says.
“And I say, before you screw anything up, do something about it. Make a move. Or I will.” Sam threatens.
“You go near her; I’ll kill you myself.” Dean growls.
“See, protective. Do something about it Dean.” Sam tells him.
A set of footsteps is heard in the hallway. It’s Katie.
“Back so soon?” Sam asks.
“Forgot my wallet.” She says hurrying to her room.
“Second thought, Katie, I’ll come with.” Dean says.
“Yeah, he’s been driving me up the wall.” Sam groans.
“It’s okay, I could use some company.” Katie says walking out of her room, wallet in hand.

At the store, Katie grabbed her some stuff for her heat. All while buying food to make for lunch and supper.

“Dean, you’re giving me claustrophobia, can we please give me some breathing room here.” Katie complained, finally caving after the last Alpha passed her.
“Sorry, I’m just…” Dean goes, rubbing the back of his neck. Pausing.
“Just?” Katie pushes.
“I can’t stop thinking about you, I’m protective of you Katie. Sam says it’s a true mate thing.” Dean says.
“It is, my mom and dad were true mates, both alphas at that.” She explained.
“Oh god, that’s comforting.” Dean groans. Katie giggles.
“Truth be told, I’m a little protective of you too Dean. Whenever a female, whether they’d be omega or alpha I just feel the need to be close to you is all.” She said.
“Me too.” Dean says, taking her hands in his. Causing the two to look into each other’s eyes, deeply. Without realizing they’re leaning in closer, and closer.
Their lips touched in a soft and gentle kiss.
A stray child, “Look mommy!” caused the two to pull out.
The two laugh.
“Let’s hurry home before Sam wonders what’s taking so long.” Katie says.
“What’s for supper?” he asks.
“Artichoke, spinach, cream cheese, some mozzarella cheese all stuffed in a baked potato.” She answers.
“That’s it?” Dean asked.
“Don’t worry, I’ll also make some steaks to go with it.” She says. Giggling.
“Any pie?” he asks.
“For dessert, yeah. I bought a ton of berries, so a mixed berry pie.” She says.
“Yup, we are mates. Omega.” Dean says hugging her from behind as they approach the register.
“Alpha.” She giggles.

Thank you, anon!  I was so tempted to just make a bunch of separate posts with everything they eat for every meal but idk if anyone would like to see it and it would probably take a while ugh.
Xemnas
Tea time is his favorite time of day even if he doesn’t drink tea.  It’s quiet and peaceful and gives him time to think about what he’s already done that day and what he has left to do before the day ends.
He’ll often have a cup of coffee and a small snack with Luxord if he has the time, but he mostly likes tea time because everyone tends to leave him alone.
Xigbar
Dinner is the best time.  More of a meat and potatoes man than a soup and salad boy.  Doesn’t like fancy food.  Anything basic and filling is the way to go for Xigbar.
A medium rare steak with roasted red potatoes or even some pasta if he’s feeling adventurous? Perfect.  Best served with a light beer to round out a great meal.
Xaldin
Likes a heavy dinner because he says it helps him relax.  Also a meat and potatoes man - anything hearty and filling is perfect for him.
Likes stews, lasagnas, and pastas, usually with a salad on the side to round out the meal with something light.
Vexen
Doesn’t like to eat anything heavy at any meal time.  Usually eats something light like a salad with chicken strips or even a small cup of soup during supper and is good until the next morning.
Skips dinner because eating so soon before bed makes it hard for him to sleep and gives him weird dreams.  Has enough trouble sleeping as it is, so doesn’t want to tempt fate by eating late.
Lexaeus
This man is such a dad friend, I swear.  Stresses to the other members that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Loves breakfast and brunch and makes some really fantastic omelette’s.
He loves to get his daily dose of protein in bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, and pancakes.  Sometimes he’ll take some fried ham, if he happens to be in the mood.  Likes to have his breakfast with coffee and orange juice.
Zexion
Breakfast is his favorite, if only because it’s the most acceptable time to drink four cups of coffee back to back without stopping or being judged.
Usually goes without eating food for breakfast, but will sometimes eat a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon sugar if Lexaeus glares at him long enough.
Saix
Doesn’t eat any full meals;  Saix is an ‘on the go’ snack man.  Has several packages of different types of energy bars in his room and will eat one if the hunger becomes too much.
Will eat pretty much anything for a snack as long as it doesn’t take a long time.  Recently found out about meal prepping and sometimes takes a day out of his week to just make a bunch of meals that he can quickly grab and eat over the following weeks.
Axel
Likes dinner and wants it to be hot and spicy.  Loves spicy Indian curry, spicy burritos and beans, and any type of hot Cajun meals.  Anything that can warm him up from the inside out is perfect for Axel.
Usually glugs down a soda with anything he eats, but he’s been trying to drink more water and juice to make sure he stays healthy.  Really loves cranberry juice because it helps his digestive system function properly with all of the spicy food he eats.
Demyx
Would literally eat cereal for every meal if the other organization members would let him.  LOVES cereals of all kind, especially Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Zexion once caught him replacing the milk in his cereal with Mountain Dew and had to throw an intervention before Demyx went into a sugar coma.
Broadened his horizons and is now a huge fan of chicken nuggets and hot pockets, though he still thinks having anything but cereal for breakfast is sacrilege.
Luxord
You would think that tea time would be his favorite time of day, but no.  Luxord is all about brunch.  Still able to have his cup of tea, but enjoying it with a small plate of French toast and fruit or even a small cinnamon roll.
Likes to eat a heavy breakfast to get himself ready for the day but usually eats light for every other meal.
Marluxia
Would eat an Olive Garden style meal for lunch every day if he could. Soup, salad, and breadsticks? Amazing.  Loves bread of every kind, but his favorite is pumpernickel.
Also a fan of pasta, but it’s too heavy to eat for anything but supper or dinner.  Likes red sauces instead of white sauces - huge fan of spaghetti and baked ziti.
Larxene
Loves lunch time because she can usually have a meal on the go.  She doesn’t really have any food preferences as long as they’re easy to make and quick to eat.
A fan of sandwiches of all kind - give her a club sandwich and a bag of chips with a bottle of water and she’s good to go until dinner.
Roxas
Doesn’t have a favorite meal time, as long there’s dessert somewhere in the meal.  Sea salt ice cream is the perfect dessert to any meal you can possibly create, but he’ll pretty much eat anything as long as it’s sugary and sweet.
Sometimes goes to get a midnight snack in the middle of the night with Xion if he can’t sleep.
Xion
Loves midnight snacking.  Eats light for every meal during the day but is still sometimes always hungry, so tends to sneak into the kitchen in the middle of the night to ease the hunger pangs.
Usually gets something easy to eat at night.  Xion will sometimes take a bowl of Demyx’s cereal and cut up a few bananas to add to it.  Sometimes will have a cup of yogurt with oats or maybe even some fruit.
