Eddie exhales through his nose, ignoring the way he’s started to shake with all that panic that’s been sitting inside him for a little too long now with no way to let it out. 

“Not much longer,” he mumbles under his breath again, or maybe he just thinks very hard, or maybe he doesn’t know where he is at all. It’s like he blanks every few seconds, too busy thinking and trying not to.

Before he can tell Harrington to talk some more about that friend of his, there’s a pained, confused little whine that forcefully tears his eyes off the road for a moment. 

“Wh— Where… Where’re we going?” 

Oh no. 

“Why’m I in y—“ 

“You’re safe,” Eddie interrupts him, speaking slowly because suddenly his tongue is too big for his mouth.

He’s not entirely sure anymore if he’s reassuring Harrington or himself.

“You’re hurt, okay? I’m taking you to… to someone. My uncle Wayne, he’s— He knows about that kinda stuff. You were telling me about Rob. How about you tell me some more, hm?” 

Eddie’s voice is unsteady and he’s doing a piss-poor job at hiding it. The thing is, he’s going to cry. He’s actually, absolutely, no-doubt-about-it going to scream and cry and punch a fucking hole into something when this day is over, when his van is no longer bloody, and when Steve Harrington won’t have reason to look at him any longer. 

At first, through the ringing in his ears, he worries that Steve’s gone silent again, that he’s gonna ask again, ask what happened, ask where he is, ask all the questions that make Eddie feel like he’s been doused in ice water because they’re questions that only get asked in stupid movies where terrible things happen to people. 

But then he hears him mumbling something. Numbers. Digits.

“What’cha mumbling there, Blue?” 

“‘S her number,” Steve says, his voice slurring again, worse than before, and Eddie hits the gas a little harder. “‘S jus’ her number. Robbie’s number.”

And he mumbles again. Over and over and over, until Eddie couldn’t forget it if he wanted to, ingrained into the frayed edges of his mind now.

* All of these are my personal thoughts.

1st Gilbert

Traumatized villain with death wish. Not a fun route, relatively heavy plots, twisted romance, but a good "villain" route. Emma has real great mentality and very brave, loved how she handled the situation and the relationship. Also the best adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast" theme.

2nd Clavis (Tie)

Four-dimensional troublemaker. The first half was funny thanks to all sorts of weird events and the second half was interesting to see dealing stuff this guy was secretly doing. I liked the romance and chemistry between the two. Emma was very cool and proactive.

2nd Silvio (Tie)

Sharp tongued, materialistic brat. Endless bickering between the two was overall fun to read and though there were moments that I wanted to punch this guy, eventually grew to like him. Used to wonder why so many people love this brat but I get why. Loved how sassy Emma was too.

3rd Nokto

Sly playboy. I think I like these kind of foxy character. Has a sad past. I liked the route because the guy was very smart and Emma was quite cool. What I didn't like was that the romance seemed to be leaning toward too erotic after the two became official.

4th Yves

Star-crossed tsundere kitty. The guy himself was very cute, and the romance between the two was cute and heartwarming as well. But they are both grown ass adults in their 20s and yet their romance was like that of teens.... why.

5th Chevalier

Coldhearted genius. The second best adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast" theme. I liked the process of Emma taming him. But didn't quite like that the guy has the upperhand still. This was the only route that Emma didn't call her suitor only by given name till the very end, so...

6th Licht

Severely depressed one. I liked the heavy story and realistic romance. But, although he's kind he has almost no self-esteem, is a master of self-deprecation, and his past is seriously dark, making me feel depressed as well. I know he's loved by many, but just not my cup of tea.

7th Leon

Charismatic, good-natured brother type. Typical fairytale prince. Has a sad past, but speaking of past, there're handful who are worse than him here... The most ordinary route. I don't remember much honestly.

8th Keith

Double personality. One is very kind and the other is rather bratty. Whole premise itself was interesting but two are so different... and made the romance look like a weird love triangle.

9th Rio

Loyal doggo who always loves Emma. But the route was kinda disappointing, I think it's only meaningful in a way that his love met a happy ending for once.

10th Sariel

Felt more like a "common route" in other games where romance does not exist. I didn't see much meaningful interaction between the two. At least I liked that Emma did best in her role as Belle in this route, but that's all.

11th Jin

Seriously remember nothing about the route except that it was very boring.

12th Luke

A sleepy bear turned into a crazy bear.

PLUS

1. I love the ways "sinner" LIs are written in this game, including Gilbert and Licht, and how Emma deals with those. Instead of trying to just reassure it's okay don't let that bother you, she's like "I know what you did cannot be forgiven, nothing can change that, but I'll embrace even that part of you and lead you to step forward"

2. I love that in the two bastards' route Emma ended up 'winning' them. In Gilbert's it was mentioned that he's the one who was conquered, and Silvio's he thought that it looks like he's the one with the collar.

Tyler vs Klaus

It's Been a Hot minute since I've been on tumblr so imma choose violence with this post bc the hypocrisy will always be crazy to me.

So it's OK for Klaus to harm Caroline knowing his hybrid bite would kill a vampire but when Tyler simply shows his werewolf face he's worse than Klaus. I really wanna break down the comparison of them both regarding their situations with Caroline bc from Tyler's pov Caroline as betrayed him on multiple occasions while Klaus has harmed Caroline unprovoked.

1st Tyler situation: Masons Death

Caroline spent a good chunk of season 2 building a new bond with Tyler; gaining his trust when he became a Werewolf. So much so that she even tells Tyler that a Werewolf bite could kill a vampire after she finds that out from Damon. Tyler then finds out from Jules that Caroline was lying to him about knowing who killed Mason (HIS UNCLE) and when confronting Caroline about how she's broken his trust he pushes her against a car and you can see his werewolf side start to takeover but it doesn't. Why? Bc he knows that biting her would kill her. Tyler was able to control himself while being a new werewolf so that he didn't kill Caroilne after she betrayed him but Tyler's the bad guy bc he pushed her against a car. REALLY???? And even after Jules and her friend had Caroline in that cage even if he did hesitate for a second he still took her out and even left Mystic Falls with jules bc he didn't want to harm anyone. He only Came back bc he found out his mother was in the hospital; Why? bc of Klaus.

2nd Tyler situation: Caroline sleeping with Klaus

Once again a betrayal on Caroline's part to Tyler. Tyler spent most of their relationship in competition with Klaus bc of Klaus. Klaus used Tyler's sirebond against him so Tyler left Mystic Falls turning over 100 times and almost dying so he can be free and enjoy his relationship with Caroline. Klaus Killed Tyler's mother and Caroline knew how much pain that put Tyler in bc she was there comforting him at his mother's memorial while he cried in her arms. Then after they broke up Caroline had sex with Klaus and Caroline's once again in conflict with Tyler. Tyler finds out She slept with Klaus and instead of respecting Tyler's wishes to leave him alone Caroline continued to push him to his point of rage showing werewolf side once again. Not attacking her tho. Some would say it was bc Stefan stopped him but I don't believe Tyler would of harmed her to begin with bc if he was able to control his werewolf side when he just started his journey after Caroline betrayed him before why wouldn't he be able to again. But most stans don't see that and instead resort to saying that Tyler's abusive and he had no reason to he mad when they know that if the roles were reversed and Tyler did something like that to Caroline they would freak in rage. What's even worse is that after some time died down and Tyler was still in his feelings Caroline tells him to get over her sleeping with Klaus and Said that she wasn't going to continue to feel bad for what she did.

That was so girl boss you are Caroline. 😐

Now let's get to Klaus,

1st Kluas situation: Bite number 1

Klaus used Tyler's sirebond against him and forced him to bite Caroline on her birthday so he could then save Caroline to seem like some hero. Mind you Caroline has done nothing to Klaus to deserve being put through that pain.

2nd Klaus situation: bite number 2

After Kol is killed and Klaus is locked in the Gilbert house he bites Caroline and stabs her with a lamp after she told him she didn't want to be with him (something he already knew bc she's told him on multiple occasions she didn't want him).

These are 2 situations of Caroline doing little to nothing to Klaus but Klaus harms Caroline knowing he would kill her but he's not held to the same standard as Tyler. He not abusive but Tyler is?

Make it make sense

Tyler has never bitten Caroline. In fact in situations of rage stemming from Caroline betrayals to Tyler he has managed to control himself both times bc he knows that he could kill Caroilne; But he's the bad guy for showing even an ounce of deserved rage to Caroline after she backstabs him. How is Tyler showing Caroline his werewolf face after she does him dirt worse than Klaus purposely biting Caroline while knowing he could kill her?

Either we not watching the same show or Stan's are just letting their biased views cloud their judgment.

And I thinks it's the 2nd option 👀

Hello! I just saw your Matriarch post! Can you possibly do a prologue about her backstory and her going to the other dimension with a batfamily and batmom that are still alive and together? And possibly a part 1 where she just walks into the Batcave one night after she sends out an all-call to the bats and the league and once they all start questioning what is going on she comes out and tells them about her backstory and how she'll prevent her future from happening by offing the rogues one by one and saying something like "I'm the only one who could ever succeed in doing this. And do you know why... it's because I know exactly how each and every hero and villain alike think. I know every plan and protocol in place that both sides of the gallery (i.e. meaning the heroic side and villainous side) have in place, how to stop or outsmart them, and every single possible move any of you could make against me. If you think you can stop your wife, mother, friend, or whatever else I am to you, then by all means... I invite you all to play my game, if you can capture me AND discover my plan, then I'll stop for good and go back to my time. But should I be victorious, well, the world and all of you are MINE."

In this au (Y/N) pretends to be a hero for the public sake. A part-timer of the league in the future.

Bruce doesn't know (but has suspicion) she is killing or torturing almost half of his rouge gallery.

She's afraid that Bruce won't love her become of his no-killing code.

There's technically a "(Y/N)" in this timeline who meets Bruce and falls in love. But, The Matriarch technically killed her before she could meet Bruce.

But here's another question. How does this (Y/N) interact with the Batfamily?

Since (Y/N) knows of each horrible thing that has happened to her children and lover. Batmom is very protective then most other Batmoms.

She still wants to give her children freedom, but also knows that when she did... They were beaten or almost killed for the sake of protecting others.

Batmom decided to mess with this world's timeline so it would be better than her own. But still deliberately decided to let some things stay the same.

1st Example, Dick Grayson. Now depending if Batmom came around before Dicks parents demise is up to you. But in this instance where she did, Batmom would try to save his parents but it doesn't work out.

2nd would be Jason, this is where it gets kinda fucked up.

Batmom is a very caring individual but Matriarch isn't.

Batmom would do whatever she can to make sure Jason will never know of his mother being alive. Batmom will even go out of her way to guilt-trip Jason and emotionally manipulate him. To the point where he doesn't care if his real mother is alive or dead.

But, if Jason does end up curious and decides to find his mother. Aw hell he ain't gonna be free from Batmoms protection. Including Matriarch.

Batmom will get Bruce on her side to not let Jason out of the house or better yet city to look for his mother. It will take a lot of convincing and emotional manipulation part two. Anything regarding Jason's mother or possibly anyone close to bearing resemblance is wiped from the Bat-computer database.

If Jason managed to find a way to convince Batmom or escape Gotham. You are three steps ahead as Batmom or Matriarch.

The only way Jason could even wind up dead is if Batmom was a second too late.

From that point on if that happens, it'll be a much worse for the latter members and friends of the Batfam.

(Y/N) has and will install trackers on everything and anyone. Your always listening, always alert.

You'll put on the facade sure, but the truth of it all is that.. You're no longer just "scared". No you're terrified, to the point you have the smallest threat or villain is your biggest enemy.

Why does everyone hate Mori soo much!!!!

The show would be soo bland without his sorry ass interfering every now and then.

I actually like the way his character is presented!

(No hate please, if you don't like mori feel free to skip)

So I've been doing a bit research and kinda a character study for a fic i'm writing. And ofc Mori has a part in it.

And so, i go on and look through all his scenes. Read through a few fics to see his interactions with other characters. And do a bit on character analysis as a whole.

It baffles me how people just downright hate him or plain misunderstand his Character as whole.

Like, i don't usually try to defend characters online because everyone has their reasons and rationale, but the whole thing with Mori seems so absurd to me, because we've seen the villains do soo much worse!

Canonically speaking, while he has done some bad shit, he's not the worst in the series either!!!

BSD has always taken the 'it can't get any worse than this' phase and proved it wrong. Mori was supposed to be 1st/2nd season's antagonist.

And no, i don't mean to say that he is not evil. He is downright evil, a mastermind through and through. He's the Port Mafia's boss for gods sake, the most dangerous underground organization, he has a reputation to live up to!

Yes, he is a calculating bastard. He measures each and every move and knows about warfare in depth, and he wields his knowledge as a weapon very well.

Is he a paedophile? Maybe. It's been implied once or twice (if i'm not wrong)

Was his treatment of yosano wrong? Definitely! and he is an ass for that!

But he is SUPPOSED to be an ASS!!! That's the whole point of that character! And i believe those are the character that bring sooo much excitement to the storyline!

But everyone seem to have misunderstood his character soo much or just doesn't want to see the whole picture. And I used to think Chuuya was misunderstood!!!

You remember, when in 15, Dazai was given his first mission as a PM member and that time Mori said 15!Dazai reminded him of himself?

Now think back to what 15!Dazai was -

a teen

suicide maniac

a genius who has never been surprised

manipulative freak

acting carefree and harmless but having a killing intent hidden in plain sight

Now put it in this perspective,

Mori had a life before war that we have no idea about. He was a doctor. He was desperate to win the war by any means, even if it included bringing a child in the military camp, even if it meant keeping a death loop going on and on, even if it meant permanently traumatizing the soldiers.

But WHY?

Mori, as it has been stated multiple times, is someone who is always calculating and rational. He does not let his emotions overtake his decision making, thus making him cold towards others. But there must be a reason why he turned out to be so.

After war, he started working underground, creating a neutral zone for criminals. He knew Natsume sensei before that time. I always wounder why would Natsume entrust his vision to someone like Mori (along with Fukuzawa), if he was really a lost case.

After the whole fight with Fukuzawa over Yosano; he turned to take control of Port Mafia. Maybe he wanted to take Yosano with him then, to create an army of unstoppable ability users.

But the war was over. Then why would he need to do that?

Mori is one of those few characters whose backstory is not at all known to us. I can only think of Dazai and Fyodor other than him with no clear backstory. This makes him a dangerous wild card in a lot of situations. We saw that with Tachihara and Verlaine (completely different circumstances but instead of killing them he kept them close)

But then i read fics that depict him as feral and unhinged, portraying him as a predator who took advantage of poor poor Chuuya and/or Dazai, making them do horrible stuff without their consent.

Like, DID WE EVEN WATCH THE SAME SHOW?

Dazai and Chuuya have been unhinged wayyyy BEFORE they met each other or Mori.

Dazai is not some soft kid, who was physically and sexually assaulted, he was not made to behave tough with Akutagawa. And he certainly was not afraid of Mori. Does Dazai have PTSD related to Mori? Maybe, but in regards to Oda's death. That's it.

Chuuya is not someone who would sit still and take punishment from scalpels and whatnot because he fucked up a mission. Mori is not a fool to send Chuuya on a death mission just because he is afraid he'll take his place or to spite Dazai.

Does this bring a rather angst narrative to Soukoku? Yes it does. Does it make sense? if it's cannon compliant, no it does not!

Soukoku does not need Mori to be the bad guy to come together!

He is not soft but he is not unhinged either. He knows how the ways of war work and he knows there can be no emotions involved if you have to win the war.

You don't always get such characters who are so morally grey, they do everything bad, they are supposed to be evil but still, the plot will be lost without them. Mori is such a great example of that.

Wanting to have peace and staying by the rightful path is all well and good. But where there is light, there will be darkness (because it's definition itself says its absence of light, so you can't exactly have one without the other). And without anyone to keep a check on that darkness, it will consume all.

Without Mori taking over Port Mafia, if we recollect how the previous boss had lead, Yokohama would have been way too bloodier and chaotic than it is now.

Plus, i don't think if Mori was such a bad boss, all of Port Mafia would jump in to protect him against agency during the Cannibalism arc. Hell, even if the grunts did not have a say in it, the executives and commanders did. And we saw them all - Chuuya, Kouyou, Kajii, Black Lizards; hell even Akutagawa and Higuchi were there! And that fight was after he had insisted no altercations with the agency.

My point is, can i have a normal representation of such a great character?

The throbbing pain between your legs overshadows the comfort of a bed after years of not having one. It feels as though someone has run lightning through your back and shoulders.

Your thighs are raw, and your shoulders are red with hand prints. Regular lovers would preen, they would show off love bites after a steamy night. But you’re left only with the signs of aggression.  

Moving feels almost impossible. Each of your muscles is stiff and worn. The morning wind blows through the windows and curtains, causing a chill to run down your spine.

You’re still on top of the sheet and the side you didn’t sleep on, has gone untouched. If it weren’t for your appearance and the presence of pain, you’d think last night never happened.  

You did not move until the sun was high in the sky. Not that it matters much, this time of the year, the sun has little effect. At least it hasn’t started snowing yet, but that can be expected in the following days. The need to crawl into the sheets is overwhelming, but the dryness of your throat is more substantial.  

Each move is agony, but soon enough you find the remains of your nightdress. Though now, it covers even less than it did before. A choice must be made. Go through the mad king’s closet and find something to fear, but risk angering him? Or risk the guards seeing more than they should? With a sigh, you open the door ever so slightly.  

“Sir?” Your voice is coarse and faint, but still, you go on. “Could you perhaps ask a maid for some water?” You question if they even heard you, but it’s clear at least one of them had when they start marching away. Soon after, you heard a knock and let the maid in. It’s a short, stout, older woman who seems to enter in a flurry.  

“Oh dear! I cannot tell you how strange it is to see someone in His Majesty’s room. Or even be in here!” You can’t help but furrow your brows, has she never been in here. “My apologies, dear, we had a hurried meal made for you. You must be starved, it’s already mid-noon!” She pulls off the silver lid from the plate.  

On the plate, are an assortment of cheeses, meats and fruits along with water and wine. Your stomach grumbles for the first time in years. After being starved for so long, your stomach had grown numb and used to scraps.

“Just look at you! So strange, so strange.” She mutters to herself, pouring you a glass of water.  

“Would it be rude of me to ask why my presence is so strange?” You ask after taking a big gulp of the liquid. It eases the pain and soreness and makes it must easier to ask the questions burning in your mind. “Surely His Highness has had other guests?” A frown forms on your face when she shakes her head.  

“Oh no, dear, His Majesty himself is only seen entering and leaving his room once a day. And when he does have a person over, they...” It appears that she refuses to continue speaking.

A chill rushes through your body at her words. Violent images flash through your mind. “Not to worry, dear, if he’s let you stay, I’m sure it means you’re special.”  

Suddenly the cheese tastes sour. What if he has something planned far worse than any other people? “I’ll have one of the maids bring you a dress when they pick up your dishes. How long do you think you’ll be staying?” She asks with an unknowing smile. “I fear I might be staying forever.”  

Every day it was the same ritual. He would beckon you over with the fall of his hammer. And after taking off his cape and armour, he would take you like an animal. As if you're prey, he's claiming as his own property. A wild beast tearing you to shreds and at the same time causing a tear in your mind.

He's the only interaction you had throughout the day. Besides, of course, the simple hello, thank you and goodbye to the maids. These four walls are all you have.  

Morning and night, the quiet creeps into the corners of your mind. The balcony helps, yes, seeing the villagers go about their day. Doing their daily tasks, surely begging for the sweet silence you have now.

What they don't know is how cruel it can be. If you counted the moons correctly, it was a full 2 months before you finally caved.  

After another night of grunts, pull and push, your body acted much quicker than your mind. Reaching out to the only form of contact you have. Grabbing the king by the wrist before he can scatter away like so many nights before.  

"Thor, please...stay." You can't believe you uttered the words. It feels almost strange to hear your own voice. What's even stranger is his reaction. He doesn't even waiver in his actions. He pulls the sheets back, allowing the both of you to crawl underneath. And now, in the silence, you're not sure why you asked him to stay.  

His blue eyes, still the exact same shade of thunder blue, still glow in the dark. So beautiful, so dangerous, so enticing. What is it about them that lingers so? And why does nobody else seem to notice them like you do?  

His golden locks are lightly coated in sweat and even after so many nights you still haven't gotten used to his beauty. "Please say something." It's all you manage to mutter. It's barely above a mumble and yet even in the dark, you can tell he's heard you.  

"What would you like me to say?" His voice is just as coarse as your own, in contrast though, it carries so much more authority. His years of battle seem to ooze from him. "Anything. I fear the quiet will kill me before you do."

Now you've really done it. The solidarity has made your tongue loose. You hope to cover it up with a chuckle, but the deep furrow in his brow shows that he does not find it amusing.  

"I will not kill you." He keeps his words sparse as he leans back against the headboard with his back. "You can't blame me for thinking it." He scoffs at this. "If I wanted to kill you, I would not be making love to you." His words hold a sense of humour as if it's the most obvious thing in the world for him.  

Now you’re the one to scoff but bite your tongue. If he believes that to be making love, it’s no wonder he’s left without a wife or child.  

"That's not what the maids say. People tell me I'm the only one to have spent a night with you and live. They won't even speak of what remains of the others." You relay to him, for some reason growing comfortable. Or maybe you've gone just a bit mad yourself, here, alone.  

"They are not you." The words speak volumes unmatched. Still not satisfied, you press on. "I should be no different from them. I should mean even less than them." This seems to be the wrong thing to say. For he has the same look as your first night. Guilt. His heart opening just so slightly. He reaches to touch you, softly and without malicious intent.  

Lightly on the cheek and then tucking stray hairs behind your ear. "Sleep. I will have someone show you the castle tomorrow. I feel your solitary confinement will cause you to get in trouble."  

That morning, just like every morning before, you find yourself alone in the room. Yet for some reason, the crumpled sheets next to you bring a warm fuzzy feeling to your heart.

Some slight form of domestic bliss through the rabid ruthlessness of the king. And yet, now you're questioning if he even is such a mad king.  

If his forced violation of your body can ever be looked past, what has he done? In the two months spent there, he has not lifted a hand against you. He’s been much kinder than any of your other owners.

But is the violation worth it? Is it worth a full belly, clothed body, warm bed and wrists free from chains? Where must you give in and embrace the life you’re sworn to live now?  

A knock disrupts your mind, and you start the same routine every day over. Except today, you decide to wear the prettiest dress that the maids had given you. Braiding your hair, which has grown so long after many years of neglect, in the only way you know how.

You’ve never been in a castle before and judging the architecture of Thor’s room is anything to go by, it’ll be gorgeous. 

It was, to say the least, beautiful. Each wall and roof has intricate details. Golden touches and marble floors. Statues made of colossal size, each celebrating Thor or one of the higher-up men.

Pillars made of stone and granite of enormous size, hold up roofs as tall as mountains. They showed you the great hall, the kitchen and the gardens. Which are filled with mostly dead bushes now due to the winter air.  

The library is huge, and it makes you yearn to force yourself into each one of the written stories. Just how badly you so wished you could read; never have you had the opportunity to be educated. What truly sent your adrenaline flowing running is the training arena. Your maid, one of the younger ones seemed the most excited about this area.  

There is a platform to watch, and you can’t help but laugh at the silliness of it all. “Why do you laugh? I do think this is a good past time.” She’s not entirely wrong, heavyset, sweaty men, bigger than any other kingdom you’ve seen before, clashing muscles and swords. Dust flies in a storm and then suddenly stops.  

Those piercing blue eyes, you recognise from anywhere, enter the arena. They all salute him before returning to their training. Now, they spar. They form a circle around Thor. Each of the knights gives it their all, attacking with their years of skill and hours of training. It has little effect; he throws them off with ease.  

Like the nights you know so well, he doesn’t even break a sweat. The other men are in comfortable clothes, some even shirtless, but he is still in his usual full armour.

It comforts you knowing he can leave over 6 foot tall, over 20 stone men, groaning in the dust, and yet he chooses to keep you well. “My Lady, I do not know how you handle all that each night.”  

A blush coats you from your cheeks to the tips of your ears. It’s as if he heard you at that very moment, his eyes catch yours. He smirks and, at that moment, slams a guard, full speed, into the wall. The guard, who now looks small in stature, falls to the floor with a thump.

He grabs onto his body as groans of pain leave his mouth. His pain ripples through the arena. Everyone can feel that his bones cracked. After hours of training, this act seems to be the end of it.  

Thor finally speaks a word, it’s a loud boom, even if he doesn’t yell, it echos all around. “Pathetic.”

New HOTD trailer, Here are my thoughts

1st. Daemon entering the throne room gives me Daenerys season 2 vision in the throne room for some weird reason.

2nd. CREGAN STARK CRUMBS, also Jace had a serious glow up. Also I really Hope we see Cregan use the ancient valyrian steel sword of stark Ice.

3rd. I find it interesting how nearly all Alicent's scenes in the trailers has her in serene areas or places of nature, maybe its just me but I seems like she's trying to hold on to the little girl she once was, she's trying to hold on to her former friendship with Rhaenyra. She's shown wearing a blue dress which gives me young Alicent.

4rth. I can't wait to see more Rhaenys and Nyra moments.

5th. I like the slight changes they are making with Aegon and Rhaenyra. They both seem more involved with the war and are clearly taking part in it. I like how they are making Aegon have more personality. Personally I always thought show Aegon was more observant

6th, I want to see Daemon and Rhaenys relationship. I want to see the relationship of all the Targaryens. Aemond and Aegon, Jace and Daemon, the twins. I literally can't wait to see how the war will affect their relationships.

7th DRAGONSSSSS. Also I was so confused when I saw Vermithor. I thought he was the cannibal because he didn't look like that in s1 in my opinion. Also Sunfyre and Moondancer my babies can't wait to see more dragons. Literally the real reason I started watching the show fr.

8th Otto saying that the great houses will support Aegon is so funny to me because most of them called in support of Rhaenyra.

9th. Daemon just being all "this is fun and games" about war in the trailer is interesting because we know Daemon lives in chaos and violence and I like how adaptable he is. Like he can live in war or in peace and still find enjoyment in life or have moments to have little laughs. I really hope we do get some happy or peaceful scenes in s2 despite the war going on. The good moments in these dark times kind of thing.

10th Can't wait to see the Velaryon fleet in action. I want to see Corlys taking command. After all he's known as the greatest seafarer. I want to see it in action not just hear it from other characters, also I can't wait for Corlys arc in the show, his relationship with Rhaenys, his grandchildren, Adam and Alyn how the show is going to play that out.

11th Is it just me or did they make the dragons bigger this season because Caraxes looks huge. In the "leader strong enough scene" I was like who's that until Caraxes moved and I was like NOODLE BOI but he just looked so much bigger than in Season 1, Sunfyre and Meleys and Vermithor also appear so much bigger than before, like we only see Sunfyre for a second but he seemed small, also Syrax and Seasmoke as well look like got growth spurts or something in the last trailers.

11th. It's sad that Rhaenyra has to ask Daemon if he sees her as the rightful ruler and I give me whiplash to when she asked Criston Cole if he believed the real would ever accept her as queen. I believe he said they will have to and it makes me curious to see what Daemon's response to her question is, because we know that Daemon did want the throne but he does still love his family and show Daemon is a lot less worse than book Daemon especially in regards to Rhaenyra but like his face when she asks him that question it seems to me like he's conflicted or even hesitant to answer her and I genuinely wonder why.

12th. Aemond. I'm curious what they are going to do with Aemond this season, He seems to be enjoying the war as a whole which makes sense given the fact that season gives subtle hints that he wants a more worthy opponent to fight than Criston Cole and he sees that with Daemon, like he seems a bit like his book version but I feel it's a facade he's putting on because he knows he's very much responsible for war for the pain and suffering his family is currently going through, he knocked over the dominos that Alicent and Otto set up. I think this facade will be his way of coping with that guilt, he's branded a kinslayer now and he's accepting it in his own way. I think his relationship with Alicent will come to light more, the two were close in the last season but the trailer hints that they've clearly become estranged, I feel like Alicent despite how angry she is at Aemond want to continue to cling to him and it's one of the reasons she wants the war to end not just her former friendship with Rhaenyra but because she doesn't want her children to die in what she deems a senseless war. Aemond however want to continue to fight he wants the chaos so him calling Alicent by her name instead of mother is interesting almost like he's trying to distance himself from her and evolve as his own person because it does seem like Alicent see's him as a mini version of herself, their does seem to be something parentification on her part towards him and I think he's slowly catching on to that. Idk like theirs so many opinions and ideas going on in my head regarding Aemond.

13th showings Aegon and Rhaenyra in grief at the same time is interesting to me because regarding of wether or not you support one or the other, they have so much in common. Take out every awful thing Aegon has done and everything he will do, they really aren't that different. Both grew up ignored and neglected by Viserys, young Rhaenyra points out that all Viserys wanted as she was growing up was a son, a male heir. When he gets Aegon his son, his male heir he blatantly ignores and neglects him and his siblings in favor of Rhaenyra. Both their mothers go through tremendous amounts of pain and suffering that they both have to be a witness or even aware of and it's seen as all for nothing, both lose everything during the war that everyone says is rightfully theirs, like we know for Aegon it wasn't true but tradition isn't something that is easy to break even now in our times we have our traditions and if someone comes in and tries to change them be react defensively. I don't support Aegon and I don't see him as the rightful king but he is an heir wether we like it or not, he's more the heir than Daemon or even Rhaenys is, personality has nothing to do with it if that was the case than Maegor wouldn't have been considered an heir either. Both Rhaenyra and Aegon are basically one in the same.

14th mysaria herself is someone who intrigues me I'm curious of what her role will be this season because we know she helped put Aegon on the throne last season by handing Aegon over but she does have a former relationship with Daemon.

15th "War is coming and neither of us may win" is such foreshadowing because regarding of wether you are team black or team green no one really wins because yes Rhaenyra's line does continue the Targaryen line but she goes down in history as a usurper despite her being the named heir by the king and while Aegon lives longer than Rhaenyra, he's still killed shortly after by his own men and is succeeded by Rhaenyra's son. Still both lose everything by the time of their deaths and are half the shells of the people they once were.

Ryunosuke Bits Part 1

So the original plan was to go thru wat would change in the series from chronological order, case by case, but well 1: I got bored and 2: I realized, especially in the 1st game, I don't have any real plans to change any major story beats in the 1st game. Like maybe in case 1-5, it's Kazume that ends up dragging the Skullkin Bros to jail and got shot in the process, but besides that, not much. Hopefully, that changes in the future, but for now, I'm gonna switch gear and talk about how our boy Ryuunosuke suffers in the meantime.

Realized real fucking quick that I wrote I lot more than I thought I did so... the Ryuunosuke bits will probably also be in multiple parts. Fuck me, let's see how long my hyper fixation will last this time!

So our boy wakes up in a coffin.

No name, no memories, just a pounding headache and a sense of dread as he tries to figure out why he's being buried alive. He pretty easily gets out of the coffin and realizes he's on a docked ship in Shanghai. Few memories start pouring in, he remembers being pushed, and hearing hushed, angry and scared voices talking over his body in Russian. He also remembers that he promised someone he would go Britian. After sneaking around the ship, Ryuu realizes that most of the crew on the ship is russian and fears that they may drag him back into the coffin, so he makes the decision to jump ship and see if he can survive in Shanghai and find a way to get to England.

During his time in Shanghai, he mainly takes on odd jobs, either manual labor or doing clerical work for cheap, just trying to get enough money to survive in England and stowaway in a ship traveling there. He gets caught and probably brought before Stronghart after Souseki's 2nd case, but before case 1-5, I'm too lazy right now to check the timeline. Stronghart sees the Yumei University Pin and puts 2 and 2 together and realizes he's probably the stowaway who "died."

Seeing an opportunity, Stronghart makes a proposal. It just so happens that he is in need of a legal secretary. In exchange for doing some legal grunt work (ie typing legal reports and filing paperwork) he'll provide Ryuunosuke with food, shelter, and payment (and also you know not get him deported or worse). Not really having any other option, Naruhodo agrees and does his best to fulfill his end of the bargain.

And he does so, as in a little less than a month, he exceeds Mael's expectations. He's able to pick up and learn Britain's legal system quickly, and his reports on past cases are impeccable. Stronghart then decides that instead of working for him personally, he will instead have Naruhodo work in Scotland Yard as The Reaper's legal assistant. Like Kazuma in the original timeline, Stronghart also forces him to wear a mask and hide his voice. The reason he gives Naruhodo, for the secrecy, is that not only is Van Zieks... adverse to his kind, but that he took on a lot of risk hiding a foreigner w/o any papers, and if someone were to find out, there would be grave consequences.

Again, with little choice, Naruhodo agrees with the terms. At first, everyone at Scotland Yard is a bit put off by the masked mute man, but the results he produces are undeniable. He adjusts quickly to crime scene investigation and has a knack for picking up what the other bobbies missed. He also shows off his skills in reading people during interrogations. Mind you, he's not the one doing the talking but gets around his limitations by writing down his thoughts and theories and having someone else read/ act-on them.

This has gotten him some praise from the higher-ups, even from the likes of Gregson and Van Zieks, but his rapid rise in the ranks has also earned him a lot of ire from others. Rumors concerning the reason he hides his face range from being Lord Stronghart's illegitimate son to a known crime lord that as a plea deal has to work for law enforcement and help capture other criminals. The mystery surrounding Naruhodo's identity reaches fever pitch when one day he is all but assaulted by a gang of the more disgruntled bobbies demanding he reveals his face. Van Zieks is able to interfere and stop them from revealing his face, but news of the incident makes it to Stronghart.

Almost immediately, a notice is put out, and those involved with the assault and their supervisors (whether they were involved in the incident or not) are immediately fired. This would have left The Yard severely understaffed, but "thankfully" Stronghart also quickly filled in the supervisor positions with some...friends of his. The whole fiasco left most of the workers feeling tense. The fact that such a punishment was handed out immediately and even affected people who had nothing to do with the incident made everyone realize that Naruhodo's place in Scotland Yard was a special one. Not wanting to risk getting caught in the crosshairs, most simply chose not to interact with Naruhodo unless absolutely necessary; some going so far as to ignore him entirely.

No memories, in a foreign land, and no company, this event leaves Ryuunosuke more isolated than ever. The only friendly relations he has right now are with Stronghart, Gregson, and Van Zieks. Even then, 2 of those relationships come with caveats. Gregson is friendly enough but won't really stick out his neck for him. He's developed a great banter/ friendly relationship with Van Zieks but is under no illusion that if Van Zieks were to find out about his origin, his attitude would immediately change for the worst. The only person Naruhodo feels like he can talk to face to face like a regular person is Lord Stronghart.

This lonely existence continues for Ryuunosuke until about a month or so after case 1-5. An article about said case, with details of those involved, makes its way into his hand. As soon as he sees a photo of Kazuma (with his gloves ❤️) all his memories comes flooding back. His name, his relationship with Kazuma, and why he came to Britain in the first place. Naruhodos 1st thought is too ofcourse contact and meet up with Kazuma. So he goes to Stronghart to tell him that that is just he is about to do.

Except Mael Stronghart immediately disagrees. His reasoning is that Ryuunosuke can't afford to be distracted now. Stronghart claims that he has been interacting with a lot of London nobles, with powerful connections, and has been doing so for Naruhodo's sake. He got his name out there and raised his reputation. After all that he's done for him, he's heartbroken that at this crucial time, Naruhodo would even consider abandoning him. Ryuunosuke, feeling extremely indebted to Stronghart, concedes and agrees to delay his reunion with Kazuma for the time being.

At this point, Stronghart inquiries about his relationship with Kazuma and seeing no reason to hide that information (and still feeling guilty) tells Stronghart everything. From the fact that they had really only been friends for a little over a year to telling him about how Kazuma even risked his overseas program to defend him in court (ie case 1-1). Learning about this Stronghart makes a not so subtle suggestion that Kazuma may have had a more nefarious motive for defending him. Irked at the implication, but not really in a position to argue, Naruhodo simply keeps quiet and makes plans to try to convince Stronghart that whatever suspicions he has towards Kazuma is probably just a misunderstanding.

🎤 Lando at the Drivers' Press Conference before the Austin GP:

Interviewer: Let's start with 100 races. That is more than Sir Jackie Stewart did in his entire career, just how proud are you of that milestone?

Lando: Yeah, I mean, pretty proud (smiles). I don't think many people in – well, yeah, just many people in the world get to achieve such a thing. So that, and also people who do enter Formula 1, you know, not many people get to stay for a full 100. So I do wanna stay for many more (smiles), and I think that's still my next target. But 100 races, a lot of ups and downs, a lot of great memories, good success, so a pleasant journey so far.

Interviewer: "Good memories, good success". Give us your best race so far.

Lando: I don't know, I don't know what would be my best race. But, I mean, there's – the obvious ones are always the podium ones. First pole position, first podium in Formula 1, like, those are the ones you always remember. Maybe not the best, I think if I looked at results, you know? Certain other races, you know, the 1-2 with Daniel in '21, some of the races this year have been just very enjoyable, very strong.

So... I don't know. Many good ones, different places, Silverstone probably being one of the biggest highlights of it all, being my home race. So (smiles), yeah, a lot of good ones, but ones I'm still trying to override by getting that first win.

Interviewer: Well, what about this weekend? You're on a run, you've had 3 consecutive podiums coming into this weekend. How confident are you here in Austin?

Lando: Not so confident. Just a lot more slow-speed corners, which is not our strength. I think... it's tough when you look at it, like, if we look at Singapore, obviously we were not bad in Singapore. Clearly not as strong as Ferrari, but still not a bad race. But we know on these types of circuits, Mercedes are gonna be very strong, Ferrari are gonna be very strong, Aston here in the past have been very strong.

So, yeah, it's just not a track – like, we knew when we went to Qatar it was gonna be a track which really suited us; a lot of medium, high-speed which is where we're very strong, and almost on par with Red Bull. Less of that here, and a lot more slow-speed, so I'm definitely not as confident, but nevertheless I'm not saying it's gonna be a bad weekend. I think we can still fight, it's just gonna be a much bigger fight, I think.

Interviewer: Look, you're having such a good run, I'm sorry to have to remind you of just a bad moment. But in Qatar Qualifying, [it] didn't go so well for you with the track limits issues in Q3. Sorry to remind you of that, but as we go into Qualifying here in Austin, does it require a change of... doing something different in the cockpit? Are you gonna do anything about it? I mean, are you gonna... I don't know. Tell us, tell us about your approach for Qualifying.

Lando: Honestly, I'm not gonna change that much. The margins are so small and, yeah, the thing which made it all worse is I was, not easily, but, you know, I should've been on Pole in both – I say "both" occasions, definitely for Saturday, maybe not so much for Sunday. But at worst, I should have been 1st and 2nd, or 2nd and 1st.

So when I realised what could have been and what should have been, then coming into the race, how strong our race pace was on Sunday, and at parts quicker than the Red Bull, I feel like just there was a lot of missed opportunities from my side.

But at the same time, there's been plenty of other races this weekend where, yeah, I've not made mistakes, and I feel like I've performed very well. But obviously the ones which are always picked up are the bad cases, you know? So, yeah, I made the mistakes, I was frustrated at the time. I've moved on, and I guess, yeah, it happens to everyone, but I'll try and make sure it doesnt happen again (smiles).

Interviewer: Alright, good luck with that.

Journalist Questions:

Q1 (David Croft - Sky Sports F1): One of the by-products of what transpired in Qatar was that you were able to push for a lot more laps than you normally would in a Grand Prix race. So, as drivers, do you prefer to go out and race hard and push like that and have more pit stops, or would you prefer a Formula 1 where tyre management is very much the order of the day, and less pit stops?

Lando: I like a mixture, to be honest. I like both. I mean, you normally prefer the ones which are like this. I did enjoy Qatar, just with the, you know, the racing, with the pit stops, more to do with strategy, things like that. I enjoy that side, but I also enjoy the races where you have to look after the tyres and manage things. Having both is good, I don't think you just would want one of them, I don't think that's, you know, I feel like that's more prescribed racing, rather than just natural racing.

So [it] depends on circuits and characteristics, tyre wear, all of those things. But I enjoyed Qatar, just the conditions were obviously very tough, that's what made it so tricky. But it was more the temperature which made it tougher. Of course, you know, 3 pit stops, that can happen in any race you ever do. But the conditions in that just made it even tougher.

Q2 (Mandy Curi - Motorsport.com) Do you think the drivers’ health has been overlooked or forgotten in terms of the effects of things like porpoising, and then lately the issues that you guys endured in Qatar?

Lando: No, I think they're doing a good job. I don't think anyone expected it to be as bad as what it was in Qatar. I think more can be done, but I think they’re fine. Also with the porpoising, no one knew it was really going to happen necessarily, probably apart from Red Bull. But they did the necessary things to limit it.

Q3 (Alex Kalinauckas - Autosport) A question to Carlos and to Lando, please. Very soon F1 heads to another new race in America, in Las Vegas. And I just wondered, what preparation work will you be doing for that race? What have you done already and have your teams briefed you much yet in terms of what to expect with the very cold conditions? Can things like that be programmed into your simulators for you to adapt to? 

Lando: I don’t think, honestly, there's a lot more you do than normal. I've already done my simulator work for Vegas. The temperature is one to prepare for, both in terms of a driver's hands. You know, you need your hands to work well when you're driving, so being on top of all of that is something we're already looking into – just simple things sometimes, with hand warmers and gloves and whatever. Apart from that, no… Learning how to play poker, things like that!

Q4 (Bob Varsha - Speed City F1): Lando, a question for you. Last time out in Qatar, your team produced the fastest pit stop in Formula 1 history. Was that due to any specific changes that you made? Or is it some other reason?

Lando: No, nothing, nothing in particular. Just hard work, I guess, is probably the best answer for it. It's something that the mechanics and everyone… I guess we have a whole team for it, here and back at the factory that do a lot of work with many people involved.

But there's a lot of people involved in pit stops, it's not just simply the mechanics, you know, but the reviews and the equipment and everything, and it's something we've spent a lot of time over the last few years… And I say years, it's not like just suddenly the guys focus on pit stops and you do better you know, it's complicated. It's a tricky process to improve on.

But, you know, over the years, and especially this year, the guys have done an excellent job of making that next big step to challenging, I think it was Red Bull, really. If you look at the top 30 fastest pit stops, like 25 were Red Bull. But we've got better and better and especially this year we've put in some very good performances, and even last year at times. So, just hard work is the best answer.

Just like a driver doing a good job on track, it's the same for the mechanics with the pit stops. They look at the data, the analysis, they look at trying to improve every area possible, being physically fit enough, you know, all those things. There's no short answer for really anything in Formula 1. Just that and hitting my marks. Doing the simple things make a big difference sometimes.

But impressive, you know, in a time when the pit stop almost should be slower than ever before because of heavier tyres and the limited things you're allowed with the equipment, no trick things like some teams had in the past. There's almost no way that they should be as quick as what they were, so I think that's another hats off to all the crew.

man i really thought the dynamic of the three leads in oasis would be somewhat similar to the three leads in chicago typewriter or my country. well at least that's what the first few eps seemed to be going for

but it became just one of those many annoying kdrama love triangles bcs of the 2nd lead. idek where the plot is going atp

i still like the drama tho. cuz im a sucker for angst no matter how frustrating it gets. and i dont rlly mind where the plot goes. i just wish the three leads maintained their unbreakable bond no matter how complicated their circumstances turn out

like with the 2nd male leads in chicago typewriter and my country, as frustrating as it may be, i still understood why they had to make the choices they made. i wouldnt defend them but i get them. i loooove the 2nd lead in chicago typewriter no matter what and the three leads are still among my top fav kdrama trios. i hated the 2nd lead in my country but i get why he had to turn to the bad side. like theres an actual depth in his characterization

hes still the same highschool boy who would come home crying bcs doohak ranked 1st on top of the whole class. the same boy who was competing "fair and square" to win the heart of their highschool crush. the same boy who would make other ppl do the dirty work for him cuz hes a pretentious coward

the way he is so ready to throw away his lifelong brotherhood with doohak for his highschool crush who he knew for a few yrs and who never even led him on to make him think he has any chance with her

not to mention doohak also singlehandedly saved him (again... for the nth time) against that group of college students without any help from anyone

he couldnt even make up his mind if he wishes to save or betray doohak like how he remained neutral with the student activists vs gov thing in his college days. like if ure gonna be the bad guy, just be the bad guy and let me hate u entirely

like u can tell he still cares for doohak (reason why i thought theyd have this unbreakable brotherhood even when they act like enemies in front of eo but theyd come running to save eo when needed to cuz they know deep down they love eo like the male leads in the 2 dramas i mentioned above) but i guess he doesnt care for him enough to let him be happy after all those years of suffering (which he caused)

doohaks friendship with his gang members is even more precious than theirs. like i would trust any of the gang members with doohaks life but not cheolwoong

also the lack of self awareness??? he always brings up doohaks flaws when hes actually way worse

anyway i hope the writers dont give him redemption arc just for the sake of giving everyone a good ending. i want him miserable and i want to hate him until the end. when he finds out the truth abt his birth, i want him IN SEVERE PAIN. i want him to be so ashamed to even go near doohak. on top of that, i want jungshin cutting him off her life for good and giving him the same disgusted face she gave doohak when she found out hes part of a gang. I WANT HIM SUFFERING

and give doohak and jungshin their happy ending ffs! they literally just want a peaceful life together without all these makjang drama. theyve been through soooo much since they were young and until now. enough is enough

Chapter 18: Hiatus Announcement

The backlash went even further with news stations getting involved. "Sechskies' Kim Jaeduck wore a mask for what reason? Was it to hide something or to not be in the spotlight."

This was getting worse as time goes by. Jaeduck couldn't show his face in public anymore. Tony thinks it's time to do the unthinkable.

"Are you sure, Hyung?" (Jaeduck)

"I'm sure. I'm doing this for you." (Tony)

A few days later, they switched again and Tony went to a press conference to make an announcement without the CEO's permission.

"Hyung! Are you crazy?!" (Jaeduck)

"It's the only way. They already received enough backlash." (Tony)

"Now, Tony. Don't do anything too crazy." (Heejun)

Tony nods and heads to the reporters.

"Jaeduck-sshi. What is this thing that your announcing?"

"With all the backlash that the rest of Sechskies, minus Suwon, have been receiving, I decided to take a hiatus." (Tony)

"But won't the fans not like it?"

"It's for the best. I'm doing this for the group. And for a friend." (Tony)

"And who is that friend?"

"I'm not allowed to say." (Tony)

After a new hours, the conference ended. But not long after, the rest of Sechskies showed up.

"What are you thinking?! A hiatus?!" (Jiwon)

"I'm doing this for the group. Who wants a suffering idol?" (Tony)

"But..." (Jiwon)

"Hyung, stop it! You've already hurt him too much!" (Suwon)

"Suwon. You too?" (Jiwon)

"Listen, Jaeduck. You got this all wrong. We're not mistreating you." (Jaijin)

"Then how will you explain this." Tony pulls out a recorder. He plays the recordings of what the members were saying.

"So, tell me why Jaeduck hyung doesn't have any parts?" (Suwon)

"Because, his voice is so annoying and he's not even good at singing." (Jiwon)

"You're not that good at singing either." (Suwon)

"Watch your mouth, Jang. You'll regret saying that." (Jiwon)

"Now, now you two." (Jaijin)

"Hyung. This is not going anywhere." (Jiyong)

"Actually, I agree with Jiwon hyung. Jaeduck hyung is not that talented." (Sunghoon)

"Why are you saying those about him. He's great." (Suwon)

"Only to you." (Jiwon)

"I think I have to agree with that logic." (Jiyong)

"Come on guys. You're mistreaeting him." (Suwon)

"Mistreating him. We're just saying our opinions." (Jiwon)

"And Jaijin hyung. You guys were friends." (Suwon)

"We are but he changed." (Jaijin)

"He's unworkable now." (Sunghoon)

"And he can't even keep his mind together." (Jiwon) The recording ended.

"When did you record that?!" (Jiwon)

"I placed a microphone in Suwon's pocket and recorded everything." (Tony)

"Why did you... I thought that..." (Jaijin)

"Why are we friends? I think the question should be: Why should we be friends?" (Tony)

"But..." (Jiwon)

"No Buts. Now, if you will excuse me." (Tony)

"Hyung, wait!" (Suwon)

"What up with him?" (Jiyong)

"Don't you think you took it too far?" (Woohyuk)

"No. They need to think about what they've been doing to him." (Tony)

"Work on additional work as well as being there for Jaeduck." (Tony)

Is this what's right? Taking a hiatus is okay in all but doing that and threatening the Sechskies members is on the side of being not cool. What will happen during this time?

This month I was too busy being depressed and studying for my advanced math mature so I haven't been listening to much new. But I sure did finally check out some bangers.

The ones that I don't rate:

Dethklok-The Dethalbum (Death Metal/Tv series soundtrack): I binge watched Metalocalypse and so far it's one of my favourite cartoon series ever. The music written for it is not just a great parody of death metal but also holds up as great music. However I am way too biased towards it to give it an actual honest review. It has its flaws but it is still a fun listen.

Pig Destroyer-Prowler in the Yard (Grindcore): Idk it's just doesn't hit as well as Terrifyer. PITY is somewhat more artsy feeling for me, with the whole spoken word intro and outro. It might grow on me but I don't bet on it.

7th: Terrorizer-World Downfall (Grindcore/Deathgrind): Grindcore is better with high pitched shrieking vocals than with gurgling deep vocals. Also it just doesn't have that many memorable riffs I think.

6th: 200 Stab Wounds-Manual Manic Procedures (Death Metal): It only took me now to jump on the 200 SW hype train and my God they do deserve it. They feel so OG Death metal yet so original it is great. Led To The Chamber/Liquified is on of the best instrumental track I heard on a death metal record. I hope they keep up the good work and won't end up on the bad (deathcore) route like some bands (Cryptotopsy) did.

5th: Sleep-Sleep's Holy Mountain (Doom/Stoner Metal): I got into Sleep through Dopesmoker, but this should have been the start. The more natural, laid back, stoned the fuck out sounding vocals fit the genre much more than the orthodox chanting sounding ass vocals on Dopesmoker. Also the amount of genuine gold riffs they produced on this is insane.

4th: Lingua Ignota-Caligula (Death Industrial/Neoclassical Darkwave): I will be honest, I still can't type the name of the artist and the albums title down properly, and I first thought the album title was California. Anyways this is the modern Throbbing Gristle-20 Jazz Funk Greats I'm calling it. Everything blends together like a beautiful and uncomfortable smoothy with cherry topping. If that doesn't make sense then I agree I just keep throwing out my thoughts on the keyboard.

3rd: Morbid Angel-Altars of Madness (Death Metal): Remember the part about me binge watching Metalocalypse? Yeah I keep hearing Nathan Explosion on the vocals. I have zero clue wether it makes it better or worse but I'm leaning towards the first. It's a must listen for death metal fans, but I somewhat think it's over rated.

2nd: Nomeansno-Wrong (Post-Hardcore): This is the finest wine Post-Hardcore has ever produced. The riffs, the bass, the lyricism, everything is in a perfect harmony on a song about the singer being tired of standing in queue. It's rather unheard of besides RYM so I highly recommend giving them some love.

1st: Contrastic-Contrastic (Avant-Guard Metal/Deathgrind): THAT CZECH AVANT GUARD DEATHGRIND GOT ME MOVING LIKE A 4TH DIMENSIONAL DIETY WHILE SIPPING ON MY WHITE MONSTER ENERGY DRINK IN THE MCDONALDS PARKING LOT. Sex with Four Walls alone makes it one of the best grind album ever made.

I’ve just been thinking on Kazutora’s ranking of most to least liked members for Toman members was something roughly along the lines of this.

1st Baji  - Frankly, we all know this. I don’t need to explain it. Also because if I did it’d be a 10 page essay. 2nd Draken - I would say Mikey and Draken are pretty close, but there is a bit of an edge for Draken both due to the stability of his feelings towards Draken as well as the start of meeting them. Kazutora more or less immediately was positive towards Draken when they both met and admired the looks and tattoos. It’s true that parts of Draken annoy Kazutora in terms of personality -  but Draken is also the one who seems to be the next best after Baji at being able to handle Kazutora, and probably understand to some degree. He at least didn’t react poorly to Kazutora’s blunt questions when they were younger and actually gives an answer without negative connotation and chats with him. Plus, later, Kazutora was willing to meet up with Draken to talk and was initially welcoming of it till Draken asked to stop the fight. Draken also came and saw him after everything so that...helped a lot. Draken’s spot is more stable than Mikey’s, which is also why I decided to put it as number 2 versus the chaotic nature of his with Mikey.  

3rd Mikey - Again, he is really close to Draken to the point there’s no real difference in their spot. It’s just Kazutora’s like or dislike for Mikey varies at times than the stability that is his bond with Draken. He initially didn’t like Mikey though (and sometimes still clashed over the selfishness) and didn’t get why others did, until the incident with his father. At that point he began to understand and take Mikey’s serious moments (like his pain being Mikey’s pain) for being genuine. From there it was a rather quick upwards climb to the point Kazutora was willing to tease Mikey and really bond with him. But of course everything goes horrible wrong and it becomes extremely negative and then later starts to come back around. But then later on of course....he’s the only one willing to still chase after and reach for Mikey in Bonten regardless of danger. He doesn’t want to abandoned Mikey because he knows what its like personally and he knows Mikey isn’t happy. Out of everyone, he has no right to give up on Mikey no matter what Mikey’s done. That or bond in crimes if its a Kazutora Bonten member arc. Anyways his with Mikey is different because regardless their mental perspectives are very different, sometimes for better and sometimes for worse.

4th Pah - Really there’s not a LOT to go on for this one but we do see him chill with Pah both in the series when younger and also in some younger official art. Kazutora doesn’t have much of an opinion really. But Pah’s not hard to get along with.

5th Mitsuya - Again, there is not a lot to go on for this. I need interactions to figure this out to be honest, at least Kazutora’s headspace. But I do think Kazutora probably has the roughest time with Mitsuya for reasons he can’t quite explain or pinpoint himself. He’s more guarded. I do think Mitsuya’s quick response to being ready to fight if Kazutora wanted after he asked why they’re friends with Mikey did leave a bit of an impression, and they seem to be at odds the very few times we do see them directly interact with each other, like Mitsuya telling him & Baji to knock off talking about fighting the biker gang on the way to the beach or dismissing Kazutora’s comment on the uniforms being “damn cool”. So I think Kazutora really struggles to find any way to interact with Mitsuya and will avoid it. Dislikes being left alone with him when they were younger and Mitsuya is probably the least likely he’d be willing to see after juvie, whereas Baji, Draken, and Pah he would be fine with. But I do think Mitsuya probably could help him the best besides Chifuyu later on in the future. All thanks to Madi.

I have vivid memories of being 1 and the completely unneeded procedures starting. I remember not understanding why everyone was hurting me, but I knew my legs were at fault. I wanted to not exist. I could not bear that pain. I could not. I wanted to die. I thought they would stop hurting me if I cut off my legs.

Eventually, I found out about the french beheading tool. (Can't spell. Guill I will say.)

The guill looked like the perfect solution. But I had night mares of them re attaching my legs. Of it hurting more. Note. Never once did I worry about dying of blood loss. I knew it could happen but I did not care. I needed the pain to stop.

I spent all those years being put through so much pain it literally drove me insane. I had delusions that I was not a human, but a fairy, or an alien (mostly a fairy), sent to this human world. That I would be recalled. That I could go back to fairyland, with happiness, in my dreams. I could not tell reality from my delusions. Sometimes I still can't. I know I'm not what anyone calls a human being. At best, I'm a robot, cobbled together from a bunch of parts after they ripped a little girl to shreds. The fact that I have any sanity at all is a miracle.

I talk about the rape as if it was so horrible, but...it was 3rd worst. 1st was the years and years of unnecessary procedures. 2nd was when they almost killed me (literally admitted this), and when the medical students saw me as a free pin cushion afterwards. Being reminded that no matter how much you say no, how much you beg, how much they are supposed to be good guys, you will never be safe. I am never safe. The footsteps still come. Both these things are so much worse than the rape they are on different worlds.

Rape cut to my soul and screwed up my head and reminded me of 1 and 2 but it did not hurt that much.

After that...getting beaten and terrorized by my sibling. Then other stuff.

Idk why I made this a competition between my bad happenings I guess in just trying to explain how bad it was for me.

Anyway. That is how you can be suicidal since 1 years old.
