Terrorizer - World Downfall

Terrorizer are legends in the metal scene for a reason. This is probably one of the three most important or influential grindcore albums of all time. You can absolutely see this albums tendrils of influence in later bands discography both in subject matter, style, and instrumentation. Absolutely crazy they were able to hit it so out of the park here.

Dripping Decay - Festering Grotesqueries

Here’s a brand spanking new album for you brutality loving freaks. I love death metal. And yeah I love the technical and melodic stuff sure sure of course of course, but you know what I really love? I love death metal that oozes. That fucking rots. That bleeds. That fucking drips.

That’s this record. This is brutal death metal taking to its logical conclusion. Guttural psychotic screaming. Insanely distorted and nasty sounding riffs and solos. A powerful thumping bass. And insanely speedy and technically impressive drums. I love this kinda shit. I love the most brutal disgusting records I can find and this new release does not fucking disappoint. These folks are going on my short list of awesome brutal death metal bands that are still making amazing music.
