Sampo flirts and teases gepard unabashedly, kisses grenades before throwing them into gep's arms, saying 'woah youre so strong geppie' while gep punches the wall behind him narrowly missing his face, leaves notes with lipstick marks on em at crime scenes, all that stuff.

but for sampo. it isnt supposed to actually Go anywhere. he knows he likes gepard more than he should and its kinda just to scratch that itch in his heart yknow.

sampo very much thinks that. gepard is the captain of the silvermanes, a wellknown and noble person in belobog, and sampo's a slimy secretive conman that just enjoys pushing the captains buttons. theres no hope for anything more so he might as well enjoy flustering the captain right?

gepard on the other hand. doesnt allow himself to really think of sampo as anything else but a criminal. it takes a long Long time for him to realize he even feels anythin for him

gepard does look forward to trying to bust sampo, though, in a sort of frustrated way. sometimes the front lines or patrols are so monotonous and sampo's tendency to appear whenever gep's bored out of his mind is impressive

he is insistant on arresting sampo and 'bringing him to justice' to an obsessive degree, though. he's not even typically assigned to investigating criminal cases but he has basically inserted himself into bein the lead investigator of any sampo related case now

(intelligence officers and detectives and other silvermane's are so used to it now. they could be investigating a house fire or a break in, find a note with lipstick marks on it and curly writing, and they all just sigh and call gepard.)

sometimes other worry that his insistence on arresting sampo and how dedicated to it is concerning. they ask why he hates sampo so much n he just says 'hes the most prolific criminal in belobog and needs to be apprehended'

(he cant say he hates him, though. for some reason. he cant figure out why he thinks about sampo so much. he just figures its to arrest him)

gep finds himself starting to relax when sampo sends him on wild goose chases n they both leave other guards in the dust. its probably not intentional, how sampo always seems to draw him away to somewhere quiet and secluded when his head is killing him or he's stressed or exhausted.

sampo falls first, but gepard is absolutely the one who initiates.

i imagine it'd take... something for gepard to reconsider sampo and let himself think about sampo outside of his criminal record

during a chase out in the snow plains, just sampo laughing and taunting him as gep tries to hunt him down, they get bombarded by fragmentum monsters

sampo holds his own; he fights with a sort of viciousness gep has never seen from him. his bombs arent just smoke, but powerful explosives that shatter fragmentum. he's insanely fast and doesnt even break a sweat. but as soon as theyre all dead he pretends he's exhausted and that gep needs to carry him back to the city before giggling and vanishing.

gepard realizes that this whole time sampo has been holding back. he realizes that sampo could easily cut through the silvermanes, use his lethal bombs or easily outpace gepard and outrun him.

he starts thinking about other things sampo does; how natasha mentions he delivers medicine to him, how lynx sometimes talks about finding supplies and food in hidden ruins and obvious places around her camp, or the notes sampo leaves and how they sometimes give hidden hints about other criminal operations the silvermanes have been tryin to investigate.

he doesnt know what to make of it, what sampo wants or why he's doing this. the next time sampo sends him running through abandoned streets in belobog he slows down, realizes that sampo also slows to his pace so gepard keeps chasing him.

gepard asks point blank at some point, what in the hell sampo wants from him, why he's doing this. sampo doesnt know how to answer. just shrugs and says hes just trying to have some fun.

from then on gepard and sampo's 'chases' tend to... dissolve. sometimes gepard just sits down and takes a moment to forget about being the captain, to relax. Sampo acts like a skittish, stray cat who's ready to bolt until he eventually relaxes as sits by gepard too.

gepard collects all sampo's notes, all the fragments of his bombs with the hearts painted on metal shells, and keeps them as 'evidence' in his desk.

sampo pushes his luck constantly; as soon as gepard relaxes or gives him any room to get closer, he takes and takes as much as he can get.

gepard catches sampo, entirely on accident, when he's off duty. climbing out of a window or something. and sampo freezes but gepard just says 'hey i'm not working now, i can't arrest you.'

(they both know it's a lie. being out of uniform never stopped gepard before.)

sampo starts just appearing more and more around gepard when he's off duty, showing up walking alongside him like he's been there the whole time, or just 'passing by' when gep is in the florist's shop.

gepard leaves his window open. sampo takes the invitation and crawls in and strange hours when gepard cant sleep. he just sits on the couch or a chair or stands there like he is a foreign intruder. gepard just nods and makes him some tea.

when it would hit gepard, that he's in love with sampo and has been for a while, he'd just blurt it out. 'huh. i think ive fallen in love with you'. and sampo would erupt into flames and kiss him so hard his lips bruise

You were obsessed with the overseer, you worshipped them more than those archons (if its one of them is the archons then imagine they got replaced), you were the creators first character that came home, as well became the one that the creator mains. Your creator gave u all that one could even hoped for, so how dare u not worship them? and its even better that you were their favorite! Ever since you became self aware about the overseer you were scared at first. what will they do to you? what will they do to the ones you care for you? u were afraid from the hundred of possibilities that this... God can do. but once you were basked in their presence of the overseer you felt.. relieved, so warm and so... dangerous. their presence just wants to make you want them more. make them yours to keep so u can feel this amazing sensation always. you loved it. You had that smirk u always wear whenever u see a character in world quest, side quest and main quest as u were always with aether/lumine whenever they go, you were basically their companion now. and to be always by the creators side is such a bliss... You laughed with the overseer, chatted (ai generated), had fun and many more memories you cherished to the bottom of your heart.. you just cant stop your growing obsession on waiting to always be with them.. its so addicting! so so addicting.. until one day the overseer stopped gifting u with their presence. Did something happen..? that was your first thought when the overseer did not log in at the designated time they always do. they must have something keeping them busy right? they did tell you they were gonna be a bit busy. that must be it... yes. it must be. Until those little times became days and now turned into weeks. you were getting restless. the hunger u crave from them, is beginning to show itself and it is feral for it. where could they possibly be?! have they forgotten about you? have they lost interest in you? no no no, it cant be, it cant! you were having a breakdown from the possibilities that could have happened to them! until u got a hearing on an imposter on the loose. hah? an imposter? how come u just knew about this now. how.. how dare they impersonate the overseer! they must be the reason their grace hasn't been online. and now they take their appearance? preposterous. you took your weapon that the overseer obtained for you and gripped it making it crack.

You grabbed a picture frame of the overseer and caressed it with deep care. "dont worry your grace. i will take this damn imposter and make them bring you back. no matter what." you put the frame down and headed out with deep hatred on this damn 'imposter.'

When u found where the last location of the imposter was last sighted, u went to the area and scouted it. they wouldn't have ran far with an injury on their leg can they? you scouted every grass and air u came across. you were far more keen on the surroundings here in teyvat due to always adventuring with the overseer... oh how u wish it continued like that. but alas an imposter ruined it.

you turned your directions towards the sound. someone was here. you were sure none of the acolytes would be here and the knights. no sightings of monsters near by aswell. so it must be...

"i know you're there." the person hitched their breath, the imposter was just behind that tree.. just a meter close to you. so so close. "i wonder.. how such a lowly person like you impersonate the overseer."

you began to walk towards the tree. your eyes fixated towards it. weapon clenched and ready if the fly runs. "i mean.. you must be something much extraordinary right?" your vision starts to shine. " pathetic."

when u finally got closer to the tree bark, a sudden wave of a familiar presence ignited something within you. huh? this feeling and wave of pleasure is the same thing u have always been craving from them.. it cant be. can it?!

you looked over the bark and saw the imposter? bleeding gold and littered with healed golden wounds. ah.. you tremble and fell down onto your knees. "your grace..?" they were here, it has to be them! the same feeling u always have with them. it cant be a hox nor lie, especially the golden wounds/blood.

you immediately went into action and start to heal them by using your vision to heal the bleeding wound.. it was gushing out so fast.. it was so... fresh. but u didn't care at all, u loss your questions for now. but now the top priority is their grace.

after getting the wound be sealed and to check the surroundings, u knelt Infront of them, head bowing in respect. "your grace I'm so sorry to be so late in rescuing u! please forgive my insolence!" the overseer looked at your bowed form and grinned widely. but soon turned into a small smile when u lightly lift your head to see their reaction.

(character) hugged u tightly on their chest as u lightly blush and burry inside. is.. this a dream?! their grace.. your light.. they are really real.. you hug them back tightly, afraid to let go even for just a moment. you close your eyes to basked in their presence so close to u.. no more restrictions, no more obstacles.. just.. pure bliss.

you hope this dream wont end.. please.. don't end.

as u silently cuddle and cling to the overseer, they had hearts in their eyes as they grinned. they burry their face on your neck to conceal their blushing and panting self. 'you're here with them! finally finally finally FINALLY'

they waited for this moment to finally be with you. HAH imposter au? fuck that shit, they control teyvat and seized the throne immediately after they arrived, it took so much effort for you to not know about their descend, but of course with little to no manipulation it was easy as when u burry a kids corpse.

you are finally here with them. no one shall take u away, NO ONE. even when u believe that they are in danger, wont u gladly protect them from danger right..? ofc you would, u are their most powerful and loyal acolyte. their most precious treasure..

ah.. such bliss to receive, as long as those no bodies do their job and act like their hunting the 'imposter' then its all good. participating a fun game with your close and favorite person is the best dream u could ever have. good luck. dreamer.

welcome the the tenth fic rec friday! where, on friday, i rec five of my favourite fics.

Lance thought Keith was just an asshole. Lance has always thought of Keith as an asshole, all throughout traveling into space in a large mechanical lion, all throughout bonding moments. All throughout becoming closer as teammates and friends.

Even now, with his hands pinned above his head and Keith’s thighs straddling his waist, Lance thinks Keith is an asshole.

Lance had always thought he could see right through people, but now he’s starting to think he has a bad judgement of people.

Keith has never loved someone like he loves Lance. Lance is his sun, his stars, his happiness. Their hands fit together like they were created to do nothing but hold each other, and he fits perfectly inside of Lance's arms. But he can never let anyone find out how much he loves this boy, how wholly and endlessly. Who knows what the Galra would do with that kind of information?

One morning, the lie comes crashing down around them.

It was funny at first. Their arguments became more banter than actual disagreements, yet the entire team continued to assume they were at each other’s throats.

And Lance knows they’re not. He is fully aware that every sharp word, every sly smirk, every heavy handed push, and everything in between is anything but malicious.

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t miss the softer side of things.

Or, Lance and Keith are in a secret relationship, but honestly want to omit the 'secret' part.

okay u can always tell what tag im following obsessively at certain times lol. for yall i present yet another secret relationship fic. ahem. this one is cute! banter and flirting and misleading and kisses and GOD its so sweet

4. Things Held Sacred by yarrie

So maybe, just maybe, Pidge was right. Maybe, just maybe, Keith had shot himself in the foot with his first attempt at resolving the blanket-hogging situation, because now Lance seemed to think it was a game and the rules were: steal the blankets, get sex.

To be fair, Keith hadn't exactly been...dissuading him very well.

okay so heres how this works. every fic rec friday so far has been from a specific collection of mine called ‘rereadables’, which was literally started because of this fic. i dont even know what specific part of this fic gets to me so hard, but you know when you read something that makes your stomach go all swoopy? and you can’t stop smiling? thats this fic! i remember i finished it for the first time and then i scrolled right back up to the top and read it again, then again, and again. like i cannot get over this fic. it gives me butterflies every time

5. Communication is key, they say by @ellana17

They already had communication issues before… Or: a malfunction with a healing pod leaves Lance able to speak only Spanish for a few days.

the idea of lance getting stuck in spanish and then almost immediately using that to flirt with keith without him knowing. like. i love that SO much that is quite possibly one of the funniest concepts to exist

okay let me just take a moment to bask in the fact that the motel scenes are your favourite because i worked SO insanely hard on those scenes LMAO <3 two bodies with one beating heart oh i love love love this. but yeah!!! at that moment in the story especially, dabi is her life vest; for the majority of their time there (right up until the end) he discards his manipulation and casts off his selfishness and allows himself to just be with her, to be there for her, for completely selfless reasons, because he truly does love her. it is a crucial point in their relationship!

tears don’t fall - bullet for my valentine

ooooh yes okay!!! one of the lyrics that really stuck out to me in this song is there’s always something different going wrong / the path i walk’s in the wrong direction because it feels very keigo, especially since he was the golden boy who fell from grace, essentially. adding onto your selection of lyrics, the her conscience calls the guilty to come home also kind of reminded me of the guilt reader feels for leaving keigo, and how that guilt kind of repeatedly calls for her to come back to him, sometimes in the form of keigo himself.

i want and need a role reversal. i want drama. post str shinaya break up without even being together first. ayano keeps waiting for shintaro to Do something because she's like. okay its been 2~ years and by now she CRINGES at remembering how she acted around him so shes like ok i CANNOT cling to him like that AGAIN. if he wants to come around he will but shintaro is yknow. like that. so obviously he fucking doesnt like honestly hes still sort of acting the same around her like less mean but still a bit dismissive, mostly out of embarrassment though cuz mekatrio wants to kill him+harutaka and momo tease him when he has Moments with ayano so he kinda wants to spare himself that embarrassment so hes like sweet in private then cold in public and ayanos like ????????????????????? does he like me or not what is going ON but also ayano and her amazing awesome self steem issues are like he fucking HATES me im the most annoying person in the world !!!!!!

Now, about TIMELOOP SCRIPT !

This is a script for the first scene of an imaginary movie, set in a sci-fi universe, and this is basically a crossover of one of my stories with one of @whymustmyfavalwaysdie (๑❛ڡ❛๑)

Last year, in a screenwriting class, we had to write the first scene of a movie as homework. So obviously, being the timeloop/angst/gay obsessed that I am, I just HAD to imagine such a movie combining it all.

The MC is in a timeloop, where she keeps on losing her Captain, the one person she has left in this universe, and whom she loves more than anyone else.

Every time, her Captain helps fight the Revolution. She clashes with the Evil Queen after years of preparing for this war, of gathering comrades and preaching the value of freedom to more and more planets. And every time, her Captain and the Evil Queen die together. The villain is defeated, yes, but at a cost the MC refuses to pay.

Because of that, the timeloop starts. It isn't that she is stuck in it ― she is the one who keeps rewinding time to try again. And again. And again and again and again.

She is obsessed with the idea of saving her Captain, no matter the cost ― something that the antagonist, as the only person aware of what she is doing, can't agree with.

Sometimes people have to die. Sometimes there are people that can't be saved. Sometimes you have to accept that there is nothing you could possibly do to change it.

But she doesn't care for his arguments. No matter how many times he repeats them as he interferes with her plans.

And then, as she grows more and more tired, more and more depressed, she finds a way to make it. One way.

This time around, she will be the Villain.

🥴😭😳🤯😩 My god how to form words... I just rewatched the teaser and compared to that, the haunting choir was stronger in the YouTube shorts version and 🤯🤯 I lost my mind. The choir and the horror like harmonization that you mentioned sounds AMAZING. There is a really high female(?) voice in the very back, holding that note for like almost the entirety of the yt shorts and it literally just fucking catapulted me into the sun. There is a haunting vibe mix of Fake Love from MDP and the choir reminded me of that. Drove really well to tesco today! Proud that i can drive after a 9 week break from it. Headache all the time (even iller now i’ve stopped doing stuff and am home?). L still thinks liking dan and phil is embarassing and posted about it. I think that is more embarassing for her. I feel bad for people who are too worried about what’s cringe to enjoy themselves. With exceptions (kkg) i am so reluctant to shit on stuff which used to make me so excited…. I love the past me that loved stuff like mcr so much. Passion is one of the greatest things a person can have.

However i am still desperate to be as cool/interesting/perceived as her. Obsession and jealousy lingers. She posts about her notes app, i look through my own to see what is post-worthy. I feel the need to read and do cool stuff solely when i see others do it. This is bad!

I cannot let the rot set in this holiday! I am gna read and sleep early tn, get up earlier tomorrow and do things. Start couch to 5k, eat nice food, start my greek and latin. I could even find a new spot to do it.

I should really get in touch with people too. People are all we’ve got.

I love those corecore videos where someone smashes a plate and then there are these vague liminal videos that reaffirm life as interesting and emotional and fast paced. I think right now is a very limited way to live - at home in a small town, dark at 4pm, tired and ill. I need a richer internal world for sure or i’ll get devastatingly bored not running through fields or living under city lights.

I got a video talking about the bad side effects of anorexia today. Hair loss. Always cold. Loss of bowel control. How awful that all is. Yes i want to be a little skinnier but do i really? Its so not something i can let myself romanticise. I see girls w a little meat on their bones and i think they’re so gorgeous. That could be me.

I really need to learn to eat healthy ish and exercise but not be consumed with guilt. I definitely gain a feeling of control from calorie checking stuff. This is okay for now but could be bad. Let’s work on it! If i gained weight, would that really be so terrible? Would people value me less? I fucking hope not and i know they wouldn’t. I want to be strong.

I dont know why i care about L so much in the way that i measure up my life to hers to assume my successes and failures. Who fucking cares if she is skinnier than me. It’s not a competition! Imagine if she knew that i even thought about that…

My friends tell me that i am funny and interesting. It’s true. I need to get that into my head and work on my self confidence so severely. Low self esteem is legit at the core of every problem i have.

Not liking yourself is stressful (what did i say? Did i embarrass myself? I’ve made them hate me forever!). It’s lonely. It’s time-consuming (what do i eat next? And next? And next?). It makes you a narcissist!

I also need to stop watching porn. Bad habit which will only get worse! It’s when i admit these things that i realise this diary must be just for me. I feel like im writing with an audience in mind until i say unglamorous stuff like this. But u do what u gotta do for the God of Self-Improvement.

I’ll say this to myself. I love you! You have got this! You are worthy! You are trying!

Now, I could recommend you anything and everything by Saran and I have no doubt that you would love all of it. There’s not a single thing in her masterlist that I dislike, she even made me okay with the idea of pegging Levi bye. The entire tbah universe (specifically parental moments one) has a special place in my heart, but recently the perpendicular world has been on my mind, and might be coming for number one. Either way, you’re gonna love it. She writes Levi in his slightly bitchy, kinda needy, implicitly affectionate, true to nature form, and I am so grateful for it. Also, Saran is a comedian.

I suck at keeping up with series, and, so, naturally, I’m terribly behind on this one, but I’m gonna go ahead and rec the whole thing to you anyway, because I have no doubt that the other chapters are just as great the two I’ve read so far. The way she writes Levi... when I tell you I could wrap myself up in a blanket and binge this whole series, and her entire masterlist, and be very content I mean it; her writing feels warm, that’s the only way I can explain it.

I don’t remember how or when I found this fic exactly, probably just scrolling through the tag, but I love it. Domestic fluff with Levi, allowing me to pretend I’m a morning person, and just the right kind of smut to go with it. Simple and very, very effective. I’ve reread it a few times by now, no shame.

After you read this, I also suggest just going after the whole masterlist. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this blog PLEASE. Her characterization of Levi is perfect, and something about her prose feels very clean and simple, but elevated and layered at the same time. This one-shot in particular is one of my favorite canonverse pieces, I’m a sucker for a classic injured lover trope.

Yeah... this shouldn’t be a surprise. Fantastic writing, fluff in canonverse has a special place in my heart because I think it can be really hard to pull off well; it’s difficult to balance a sense of softness within the aot universe for the obvious reasons, and getting Levi’s caring nature right can be (unfortunately) so hard to find. Good thing people like Sorcha are here. Enjoy more fluff. Also this fic is particularly fantastic to me not just because of the injured lover trope, but because the 104th babies pay a visit and you all know how much I love a good glimpse of reluctant adoptive dad Levi hehe

Some of the best Levi smut I’ve read and you already know how I feel when Levi and reader have cute interactions with the 104th in fics. Really it’s checking every item on my list.

I’m pretty sure I found this fic during my midterms last semester, and when I tell you I’m so grateful for it lmaooo. It’s really just a good au, I think it fits Eren (honestly barking at just the concept) and the writing brings it all to life.

I’d have to be dumb not to recommend this to you. I love reading longer fics, and if you do, then this will 100% satisfy you. The whole story is great and immersive, not just between Eren and the reader; their relationships with the other characters are really what makes this special imo. There’s also beach sex, so.
