the pain still isn't better, its even worse. yet i managed to go to my physiotherapist today. i made her so worried that i saw tears in her eyes. she said she had never seen me this way. i wanted to comfort and assure her that i would be okay but i didn't have the energy. and i am also not quite sure if i believe i will be okay.

the clocks have only just changed and i have become nocturnal, i hate summer, the days are too long and bright so i just sleep all day and stay awake all night. it may or may not be 4:20 am where i am..... i also didn't sleep at all last night either i was watching youtube and booping people and then at like 5:30 my brain went "you're watching despicable me now" so i did. pretty much the same thing happened the night before that but minus the booping and instead of despicable me it was shrek
