EXQUISITE CORPSE SHENANIGANS

The other night me and my friends @hoodyknight and @mellowmango were playing Gartic Phone and I wanted to share the characters that came out! We specifically played "Exquisite Corpse". For those who are not familar with it: each person makes one part of the body, having only a tiny hint of what was previously made.

We were very surprised, to say the least, when we put together many actually interesting ones.

Since it's fun to rate things, I'll do a personal chart starting from worst to best. For each one I will say the drawing order, my rating and a personal thought.

We had a nice start with the girlypop bull but even tho I like that and the arm tattoos very much I think I did a mid job with the legs. Overall It's not even colored so meh.

The face is interesting and the shirt is kinda cute, then i ruined everything with that nonsense foot and the colored background. Tbh the background wasn't really my fault but a bug sob...

I didn't put much effort in the monster heads but I didn't really expect my friend to draw yet another head below so that's funny. What's even more funny is if you know where the three animal heads come from, you'll probably understand why the cutlery is so unexpectedly fitting lol. Rat feet are cute.

I don't know if my friends agree with my chart up until now, but I'm sure they agree this one is absolutely the best one out of all of them. We are actually discussing turning this into a proper poster cause the perfection left us all speechless. Well not really speechless, we actually proceeded to compliment this drawing for a good half an hour lol. We are still unsure how to call this beautiful creature but if you read untill here and are invested, you can totally suggest names for it!

THIS ONE. I LOVE THIS ONE. THEY CREATED THE PURPLE SLUGCAT THAT'S WITH THEM

AND THEY'RE SO ATTACHED TO IT THAT THEY LEARNED TO COMMUNICATE WITH IT IN A WAY THAT THEY CAN BOTH TALK TO EACH OTHER. THEY'RE SO CUTE. THEY EVEN START THINKING OF NAMING THEMM

Also they're sort of like a Blue Addison / Yellow Addison in the way of being close to the iterator in the game that's gone a little off his rocker, but they also have some guilt of maybe probably contributing to the other’s mental state in some way by enabling his already growing madness and not realising their mistake until too late :))))

THIS GIRLYPOP. BLUE ADDISON CORE EXCEPT WITHOUT THE UNDERLYING OFF-HER-ROCKER ASSOCIATED WITH BLUE. SHE'S SO SO COOL.

Basically she is the oldest out of the specific region of iterators in the game, even calling herself a big sister compared to all of them :> She was built really close to the Mad Iterator (what I'm calling them to not spoil names yet :>) - they both shared the same water supply.

Mad Iterator actually started draining their water supply that she was attached to when he started doing his wacky stuff, and then when she forcibly sent a message to him it was at the worst possible moment so he disregarded her message, and effectively ended up breaking her and leaving her in a comatose state because of it. All of it was not intended to happen on his end, but he did still cause it :( She's the one you'd probably see most in the game. Very Blue Addi and Spamton core with her and the Mad Iterator's relationship.

Also she has a cat she calls Ruffles :)

Oops how did angst get in there ignore the robot angst (do not ignore the robot angst, it's LORE and it HURTS)

I just think this iterator is neat :> (the green one behind the red slugcat). Spoiling his name because it's hilarious given his nature - No Significant Harassment. HE HARASSES THE ITERATORS SO MUCH (teasingly, most of the time, but there are some more serious ones. He does it out of concern rather than bullying). HE IS VERY MUCH SIGNIFICANTLY HARASSING THEM AND IT'S SO FUNNY.

#13 - The Classic Yellow Uniform (S3 Version)

Oh to wear one of these bad boys. The later season design for the Starfleet Unifrom are *chef’s kiss*. It looks thicker and more substantial, which is stylish and functional. But unfortunately that does mean we get to see less of his glorious dobonohonkeros. Knocking off some points for that. (But before we move on I just want to take this second to admire how radiant he looks in this frame. Beautiful man).

#14 - Henry V Data

I genuinely want to know what was running through the costume designers’ heads when they allowed this to happen. Yes it’s a Shakespeare production, but that doesn’t mean you need to create this affront to aesthetics. Don’t get me wrong, the costume itself isn’t actually that bad! I mean, the cloak and doublet have some serious potential. I’m actually into this look. What I’m talking about is the HAIR. Speaks for itself. Absolutely fucking not.

Okay hear me out. LET ME FINISH. I know it’s the exact same as the normal s3 uniform but you’re neglecting to consider the fact that I am insane. The violent alternate timeline just had such good lighting, okay? He’s literally glowing. Adds just that little bit of extra spice it needed.

Is it aesthetically pleasing? No. Is it attractive? Absolutely not. Is he holding an epeé? Yes he is and that’s all that matters. I physically couldn’t rate it below a 3 if I tried. The outfit is an atrocity but he’s holding a sword which begs the question what would it be like to fence him. I am dying to know.

LOOK WHAT THEY’VE DONE TO MY BOY. That bitchass collector guy turned him into a sex slave and coerced him to wear this outfit by threatening to murder someone. Disgusting. And for a queer-coded villain, he didn’t even have good fashion sense. This is probably the worst outfit I’ve ever seen in my life. You couldn’t pay me to put it on. You couldn’t make me put it on if you threatened to kill someone. I’m not as sweet as Data. I would have said let that bitch die cause there aint no way I’m letting this eye crime anywhere NEAR my body.

Yikes. Lore must have been in a REALLY tough spot after he escaped the Crystalline Entity because there is NO WAY any self respecting gay man would have worn something like this if he didn’t absolutely HAVE to. The only redeemable quality about this is that it kind of resembles a sweatshirt which is kinda funny but other than that, Lore, come on. Get it together, girlypop. Ain’t no way you’re walking around like this.
