Astarion eating more to be precise. Vampires dont need to, obviously, but just unconsciously falling into comfortable habits like snacking. Because he's not as on edge as he was before. He's comfortable among his camp mates, and more so around Halsin (of which Astarion sneaks a little off of Halsin's plate at every meal. Halsin pretends not to notice).
