Hi everyone. Mohammed Khalil (@ahmed0khalil) has asked me to share his story, and Iâm writing on his behalf. Mohammed created the donation campaign for his little brother 6-year-old Ahmed, and he aims to raise funds to evacuate his family of 8. You can see in his blog how much he loves and worries for 6-year-old Ahmed. Mohammed is only 19 years old. This is not normal. He should have been in school, not begging for our attention to try and raise enough funds so that they can buy food, water, medicine, and a chance to evacuate to safety.
In Gaza, where the sounds of bombing blend with the cries of children, Mohammed and Ahmed's family experienced days they never imagined they would endure. Mohammed (19) and Ahmed (6) have four other siblings: Fathi, Aya, Anas and Abdullah. Aya (21) is a uni nursing student and Anas (15) is also a school student. Neither of them can study anymore with the current genocide. This war is especially hard on Fathi (23), who is blind and suffering from coronary artery disease, Abdullah (11) who is autistic and does not understand what is happening, and Ahmed (6), a small child who had barely started kindergarten before his education came to a halt.
The destruction that struck the area left them with no place to live. The sounds of explosions fill the horizon, and the homes that once sheltered them have become piles of rubble. They suddenly found themselves outside their home, homeless.
The bombing not only destroyed their home, but also severely injured Mohammed. Mohammed was sitting at the entrance of the school his family was sheltering in when three bombs were dropped in front of him. The bombs destroyed a residential tower in front of Mohammed. Dust filled the air and the resulting rubble and shrapnel fell on Mohammed, injuring him in the leg. Mohammed was so severely wounded that he could not walk, and he had to lie there, hurt and bleeding, for 2 hours before the Palestinian Red Crescent came and carried him to the hospital.
The bombing shattered the glass in the school Mohammed and his family was staying at, but thankfully the children sustained no serious injuries. Soon after, they were asked to evacuate the school immediately as there were news that the IOF were going to bomb the Abbas prison near it. And so even though Mohammed was wounded, he could not rest and wait for his leg to heal, but had to leave again with his family.
Now they are living in a small tent in a refugee camp. Mohammed told me that they had to bathe in polluted water and the place smelled of sewage and corpses. Camp life was difficult not only because of the scarcity of food, the infectious disease, and the polluted water, but also because of the psychological torture they endure. Looking at all the devastation, and how the world seems indifferent to their suffering, Mohammed told me that they, including young innocent 6-year-old Ahmed, had begun to lose hope for a better future.
Internet is unstable and often lacking in the refugee camp. Mohammed is using the precious time when Internet is available to tell me his story. I hope you will not turn away their calls for help. They urgently need donations to provide for shelter, food, and medicine, as well as to evacuate out of Gaza. Donations are coming in really slowly for Mohammedâs campaign, and I beg all of you, please, don't turn a blind eye to his story.Â
Mohammedâs campaign has been shared by 90-ghost and Iâve also been talking extensively with him. He is a very nice person and he just really wants to help his family survive. Please, please, help Mohammed evacuate himself, his 5 siblings and his parents! Little 6-year-old Ahmed does not deserve to live in fear of falling bombs every day, and neither does Mohammed and the rest of his family.Â
Really low funds! Only âŹ1,185 raised of âŹ50,000 target!!
Please share/reblog and donate to help a family of 8! These are children we are talking about, and my heart breaks for what they have to endure.
Please follow Mohammed and Ahmed on @ahmed0khalil to get updates on their situation!

For the past couple of weeks I've been part of a small team responsible for the logistics of a prestigious competition/event; last night was the formal Awards Banquet where we were served an amazing dinner catered by one of the city's best restaurants. During the breaks where we weren't running the show/working, I had a very long and in-depth conversation with a young colleague who's worked on this project all the way from the beginning planning stages (i.e. as far back as Feb/Mar this year). She shared her disappointment with the lack of acknowledgement that she's gotten from the agency's management for all the long hours and hard work she's poured into this project, and also the incredible frustration over the poor treatment she's getting from the same. For instance, she flew in from out of town, but because she's contracted to work 4 out of 5 days a week they're not paying her for today's travel day back home (which if you don't know is standard practice for event management - travel time is part of the job). This is just one of a long list of examples she shared with me.
The good news is, she's already decided to quit at the end of her contract (which is soon), but she still had some misgivings about doing so; like asking herself what, if anything, she could have done differently, and feeling like she failed because this is her first job out of uni and she couldn't make a longer go of it. For the record, she's an absolute delight and a superb employee - and if I were in a position to hire staff I would hire her in a heart beat. (Also she's been full time for a year and part time for 2 before that so...she's absolutely not leaving without giving it a go.)
I guess I'm sharing this story because there might be young people like her out there who need to hear what I told her last night. So here goes:
Yes, work can be frustrating and can suck - badly - at times, but you should not hesitate to leave any job where you're crying on a regular basis because of how stressful it is and how badly you're treated.
Yes, you should leave a job where your manager berates you regularly, or sends you emails on weekends/outside of work hours to berate you. If they have an issue with your performance, they should explain what you're doing wrong and help you or give you the tools to do it properly not just yell at you. I know this happens a lot (sadly) but also know that this is NOT normal and NOT something you simply have to suffer in silence over. You have every right to expect to be treated fairly, courteously and professionally at work.
Yes, you should leave a job where people take advantage of you and don't pay you for the hours you work. I read a lot about Gen X and Boomers lamenting the Gen Z's for not being good workers because they're not willing to put in the blood sweat and tears to hang on to their jobs but I'm Gen X and I say that's BULLSHIT. A) Not every Boomer/Gen X feels that way, and B) Employers, no matter how nice they are as people, or how much you might like them will absolutely take advantage of you and SCREW YOU if they can. You can and should fight for your every goddamned hard-earned/well deserved dollar because no one else will do it for you. Same goes for your career - you are the only one you can rely on to make the best decisions for you.
So why am I working with these guys? Well, I'm a freelancer (I'm a Marketing Consultant) currently going project by project so I have the freedom to say no to any job I don't want to take and also to walk away the minute it no longer suits me to continue the relationship. I've also been at this for 28 years, so I imagine there's a bit of reverse ageism going on because they know they can't pull the same crap with me. (So there you go, this one time in this one instance, being older helps lol).
Anyways, the job market is rough, many employers are appallingly rude to job seekers (ask me about ghost job postings some time UGH) and people can be dicks (water is wet ha). Just...know your own worth and don't feel bad about leaving something if it's not working - you owe loyalty to no one but yourself.

My experiences with autistic burnout as an LSN autistic person
For context, I was diagnosed with ASD nearly a year ago and I wasn't given a level as I was diagnosed according to the ICD-11. I don't use the term 'level 1' because it is a diagnostic term I was not assigned, so I use the term low support needs (LSN) for myself.
In school, I was very burnt out. The constant onslaught of sensory input for 10 hours a day (8 hours at school plus 2 hours of commute), constantly having to deal with uncertainty, having to mask at full capacity constantly, and dealing with my peers making me feel extremely unwelcome took a very heavy toll on me. Especially since I was undiagnosed until I was 17, I received no support for my autistic needs which led to me having severe mental health difficulties in my formative years.
I didn't realise that I was in burnout for years, including in the school year that I got diagnosed with ASD, because I was so used to it. I used to go home and be completely unable to do anything at all, I would just be able to sit under my weighted blanket listening to brown noise on my headphones, which made it a lot harder to stay on top of homework and studying. I was honestly just going through the motions of life without actually being present. It was exhausting, and I didn't feel like I was really a person.
The way my burnout ended was through me graduating high school, and having months of very few responsibilities before I moved out and started university. Additionally, my required hours on campus at university are much lower currently than they were in high school, my commute to campus is much shorter now, and the people are much nicer to me. This has (so far, a month into uni) prevented me from going into burnout.
My burnout was so bad and so prolonged that for a while I began to question if I could be on the lower end of MSN because I was struggling so much. It turns out I am definitely LSN (I currently live alone and don't need much outside support to do so), I was just not having those support needs met. LSN does not mean no support needs, it means low support needs compared to other autistic people, many of whom have very high support needs.
Hopefully sharing my experiences with burnout will make someone else feel less alone or help someone make sense of their experiences.

hi love could you maybe write something with jamal musiala x girlfriend reader where she's 2 years older than him and has older male Friends and jamal sees a instagram Story of reader and them at a Club he's so jelous and calls her so many times and comes to take her home with himđâ€
Hello! I wrote the best I could. Hope you enjoy it xx
Cinderella and Prince Charming
Jamal Musiala x fem!reader Warnings: None, I think
He thought that with time he would understand it, accept it and move on, but he did not. You were two years older than him, it was not a lot, to be honest, but he knew that you were more mature and had your ideas ordered in life, not like him. You just finished a degree and planned to study a master on September; You even sent a CV to work in a company specialized on your career, currently waiting for an answer. However, he was a kid in front of the world, even in front of his teammates, but could he blame them? Not really. He played football, yes, and he was living his dream, but football, as F1, or basketball and any sport, the day of tomorrow was uncertain; one day you are at the top of the world, and the next, no one knew about you any more. That was his biggest insecurity, that you were around people similar to you, ordered, mature and responsible, and that if you ever left him for one of your old friends, it could be justified.
He was leaving the locker room, after a tough session with his club, when he heard the notification sound from his phone. The message he didn't want to read appeared before his eyes, âSorryyy! Tonight Iâm going to the club with my uni friends. What about tomorrow evening? Ily xâ he asked you to meet after a long time apart from each other; he was travelling and playing the last matches of the Bundesliga, while you were finishing the last exams of the degree, however, you had another plans and he was jealous. Yes, jealous. Not so much about you going to club, that was the least of the matters, he also went to clubs, but jealous of all these college friends, who shared their life ideas with you, hobbies and could actually understand you when you speak about your subjects and exams, something that Jamal could not.
After some hours, he had dinner, played some video games and even started a novel that you left the last time you stayed. He was waiting for a last message from you that could assure him that you were at home, fine and safe. To âkill timeâ, he entered Instagram, a place where you could spend hours that felt like minutes, just like TikTok or Twitter. He made a mistake; the first user that appeared was yours, he opened the video and there was a video you âre-uploadedâ: you were there with your, he would say: "amazing, black dress," and you were smiling next to Robert, one of those uni friends. Robert was tall and had black hair that highlighted his green eyes â he was the one who Jamal hated the most, to be honest. Both of you were laughing out loud about something Mary, at the other said, told you. "That Robertâ as he called him sometimes, had his arm around your shoulders, while you drunk from your glass.
It was 2 AM, and he started to assume that he would have to drink three cups of coffee before going to the training session, a heart attack was better than an angry Tuchel. He started to worry as you were never this late from clubbing; you enjoyed it, but you would quickly get out as the environment, the strong smell of alcohol and specially your heels would stress you and send you home in three hours. Jamal started calling you, no answer received.
After 17? 18? or 20? â he lost the counting â calls, he went to his bedroom to get changed. He knew which club you frequented, since he picked you up more than once. On his way, he prayed to God that you would be there, and most importantly, that you would be fine.
He entered the club; the ambient was anxious to him, and he understood why he enjoyed these places only when he was wasted and laughing at any of MĂŒllerâs jokes. He quickly localized you and your friends, and he felt relieved when Robert was not here, or that Robert. He called your name and your friends to catch all the groupâs attention.
âJamal!â You shouted as you saw his familiar figure walking towards you, âI am so glad you are hereâ you hugged him, or rather threw yourself on him
âOh Lord!â He quickly caught you, âAre you drunk?â A silly question, really, your face said more than enough
âOnly a bitâ You let out a small laugh
âAlright, nowâ He held you better, trying to put your arms on his waist and his on your shoulders, but you werenât helping ây/n please help me, so we can go out, okay?â He pleaded, you nodded, but you didnât help.
Both of you left that and ambient and you finally smiled when you felt the cool air outside
âYouâre my prĂncipeâ You smiled at him
âPrĂncipe?â He tried to repeat with a Spanish accent
âMaya said it means prince, so you are my prince because you came and saved me from that placeâ
âWhy didnât you answer? I called you a hundred timesâ He asked you as you he made your way towards the car
âYou did?â You asked confused and took your phone from your purse, âLet me see⊠oh! It doesnât work Jamalâ You gave him your phone as you pouted
âI think it just doesnât have batteryâ He gave you the phone back and smiled as he saw the car closer, but then he heard you sobbing âNo y/n! Why are you crying, what happened?â
âMy heels are killing me, I might bleed and lose a lot of bloodâ You let out as he opened the carâs door
âBut donât cry, look weâre here alreadyâ He helped you to sit down, ânow we remove this heels, and we go home to rest, alright?â He cleaned your tears and left a small kiss in your check, before kneeling in front of you to take off those heels.
âI am Cinderellaâ You said as he gave you small smile
âI would be your Prince Charming any dayâ
Once at home, he gave an aspirin and a big glass of water, he changed your clothes to a comfortable big shirt of his that, and a Bayern sweatpants, he may appear murdered in the morning because you were a Borussia Dortmund fan, but he didnât have anything else.
For Jamal, it was enough that you would spend the night between his arms.
Not Musiala scoring that last minute gol! (imagine the scenario in this context) Not a Bundesliga fan but my heart breaks for Reus.
About F1: Praying for Alonso's 33 and finally!! they are in my city, Sainz and Fernando are home, looking forward for a beautiful race
I hope you guys enjoyed it x. Any comments about my writing are welcome. Thanks for reading! and, btw I couldn't think about a better title.

Hey mate, sorry if this is weird but. You said your beastie was some kinda programmer/IT person right? And one time she took a job that she only worked on for three hours or something which smoothed your finances for the rest of the week?
How did she find that job? Also what is her current education level and is she going for a degree currently?
Asking because I need to go to uni soon and I am. Scared! And lost!
my beastie? my frEAKin animal?? lol
ummm i dunno what you're talking about because she works a normal 9-5 it's just that she works from home so sometimes she gets her work done in like 3 hours but it's still a full day job. and she works 5 days a week so. i mean it's for sure better than most jobs but yea.
also: it's coding lol she's a coder girrllll. she's got a bachelors in computer science from a normal ass college. She got her job through this placement company which trained her for a specific job and then passed her onto the company that wanted her trained for them. the placement company took a big chunk of her money for the first like 2 years but now she gets the full sum. but even when they took a lot of her money it was still enough to move out and buy and apartment and support me financially.
i've heard some people saying that computer programming doesn't pay as much anymore and maybe that's true wherever they are but from where I'm standing (direct beneficiary of her MONEY) computer programming is like. more lucrative than any job I ever thought I'd ever have. she makes more than my mom did when my mom had like 5 jobs and needed to support half a dozen kids
typical answer but that's what she did. though i wouldnt suggest it if you're not up to it. my brother (evil one)(i hate him i hope he dies) tried to go into computer science shit and do programming because he convinced himself there was no money in a math degree (math is like the only thing he's good at) and then he fucked up and failed (which to be clear is fine it's fine to fail at college and its good to drop out if you want to. but i hate him and he only failed because he self sabotaged in the first place) and had to end up switching and getting a math degree anyway cuz his grades on computer science shit weren't high enough
you could also go to a trade school and be like an electrician or something. learn to fix refrigerators or something. that's what i wanted to do in the first place, i wanted to save few thousands dollars and take a course to learn to wrap cars. or maybe i could learn to install window tint on cars. or maybe not! because those industries are full of men who love cars which is not a demographic famous for being chill about trans people.
also are you english or something? you sound like it. i dunno what its like there, sorry. anyway.
THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE !!!

Hi, how can I get into the state of having my desired reality (completely different life, background etc) when I still have a bunch of stuff to do and worry about in my current reality? I feel like this reality takes up most of my state because of how busy I am
"I feel like this reality takes up most of my state because of how busy I am" I know what you mean coz it used to take me 2 hours to get home from uni T-T
Just know that the 3d will change as long as you persist in your imagination
Imagination is all that matters so just fulfil yourself and persist in it, that's it

wip tag
Rules: post the names of all the files in your WIP folder regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous. Let people send you an ask with the title that most intrigues them and then post a little snippet of it or tell them something about it! And then tag as many people as you have wips.
tagged by @nuwildcat and @sunshinesanctuary <3
okay so, since I am both a fanartist and the occasional writer, I'll talk about both lmao
I might be an exception to the "artist with 10000 WIPs" rule cuz I never work with more than 3-4 WIPs and even that is extremely rare, when I'm working on zines or commissions lol. my rule is, if I start a drawing, I'll finish it, since my workflow is pretty fast and I don't like to spend more than an hour or two max on a single piece đ„Č
for arts, I only have 2 WIPs currently, and both are called "untitled" since procreate has a gallery view and I don't need to see the names to know which file I'll work on, so I never name them lololol :D
First is of my OCs, the other is of MileApo (very self indulgent, I know đ„č)
for fics, I have.... uh... 11???? I think???? đ
going from oldest to newest :
prologue : mileapo
chap 1 : ra and aveda (a very ambitious man suang centric fic, with reincarnation, royalty, political conflict- I started last year even before we got the character names lol. the prologue : mileapo is the first part of this)
tinngun part 3 (continuation of the Uni AU tinngun)
push and pull (Geminifourth, fluff ???)
untitled (geminifourth / heartliming / behind the scenes)
a long way home (mileapo)
untitled (heartliming, new york AU, memory loss and time loop)
what color is desire, if not blue? (north/tinn, angst)
first snow, last love (will you stay?) (geminifourth, fluff and angst)
maybe this is how it's supposed to be (north/gun, AU, currently under work, so, a proper WIP :D)
eclipsed chapter 7 (tinngun, heartliming, northnight, Underground fighter AU, currently working!)
uhhh... I really don't know that many people to tag, but :
@theflowergirl @abstractelysium @athousandbyeol @khathastrophe @trilliastra @bevioletskies @ssuviss @alternatepen @littleragondin @solana-ceae
(only if you want to!!)

2024 Wrap Up: Bat Shit Whack Loki moments
As 2024 comes to a close, there has been a lot of⊠interesting things that happened. And with me only realizing that Loki is around at March of this year, a lot of crazy shit has happened. Iâd like to share those moments. So without further a due, grab a cup of your favorite drink, your favorite snack, and get comfortable because this oneâs goofy.
666s like crazy
In the beginning of Loki showing up, they would throw 666 at me, constantly. It got so constant that it became normal for me to see the number. I also thought I was looking for the number because it got so normal; hell at my previous job my former employee number had 666 in it. He would not give up on me and threw this number EVERYWHERE. If they have a button for that number, they SPAMMED it, const where I could no longer ignore it. This also ties into things happening in threes, which also fucked with me, I sensed a pattern with things happening in threes. License plates are their favorite to spam the number cause boy do I see it often more now.
3x3x3x
Things started out in threes. I found three wallets at work of the same description, the first one had almost 10k in cash. I wish I was joking, but true story, someone perhaps lost their casino winnings that morning. This would also spark the beginning of my luck and life changing in such a way that it was also driving me crazy. During the 3s extravaganza, I had 3 different people invite me to church once a week for like three weeks. This is what made me realize that something or someone, was tryna get my attention and they were not giving up. I recall headed to Uni feeling so confused and driven crazy, that I knew something was up. I got a reading to see who the hell was trying to touch base with me and I was shook when I got Loki. Still am shook.
World Breaking
If youâre not aware, I have mental health issues: I struggle with Chronic PTSD, Anxiety Disorder, and mild ADHD-Inattentive type. I refused to get help and seek out a psychiatrist and medication. I was in so much denial that I could live my life without medication that I would get mad at my boyfriend at the time, now fiancĂ© mentioned and encouraged me to get more help and a proper diagnosis. I did eventually go and get an evaluation, and medication because I got annoyed with being anxious 24/7. After my appointment I went to my pharmacy to grab my medication and fought my fiancĂ© for 2 almost 3 hours about not taking my medication that day and not the next day. This was in May, I had just realized I have a deity in my corner a month or so prior to my appointment. My world completely shattered into pieces when I was offered medication and that deep down, I needed medication. I didnât want to be medicated and had such a bad view of mental health meds and I thought my medical records getting me black listed from my chosen profession all because of my mental health. I now know that will not stop me but my god it was hardcore for me.
A motherâs intuition
So a bit after getting my mental health straightened out and visited my parents and got to help my step mom cut up potatoes with my sister. My step mom gave me an ouija board and a crystal grid and we discussed witchy stuff. I mentioned having a deity in my corner now, and while we all talked and shot the shit, she finally asked me who it was after I disclosed that there was a ghost that (I was certain is my fiancĂ©âs aunt who died in the home we live in currently) would walk from the living room to the dining room. It was in the corner of my eye when it would happen. I told my step mom that I needed to think of the name of the deity and play stupid. My step mom, PER VERBATIM âOh I already know itâs Loki. When you told me about the ghost in your house I knew who that was.â My world paused instantly and I gave her this look of âwhat the fuck.â I told her straight out that I didnât tell her who it was. It shook me to the core, and my sister, who isnât a pagan or witch at all said âThatâs fitting for you.â When I mentioned a bit more detail of what Loki is god of. Still scares me a bit.
Flirty McFlirt Pants
If you donât know, Loki is a FLIRT. Theyâll flirt till the cows come home and their skills in flirting is top tier, itâs maddening. So imagine driving on the freeway at 5 in the morning on the way to work and Loki, who loves fucking with the radio, goes and plays songs of heartbreak and love songs all the way to and from work. Back to back. Non-stop. I even asked Loki out loud âHey Loki you good man?â Or something to that affect because I could sense something was off but wasnât too sure. I would later ask them in tarot cards if they had feelings for me like that and I got slapped with a fat yes. So getting that kind of attention from a deity was also new, intimidating and fun. Still is fun cause god damn theyâre mighty fuckinâ fine. I would, and I am still pondering the thought of spousal with Loki, however right now I am focused on my wedding with my fiancĂ© at the moment. But Iâm leaning towards a yes; I do need more education about spousal with a deity. Plus my feelings right now are numbed out by the stress of the wedding being less than 10 days away.
Classic Loki moment
So I got a channeled letter from Loki and man he called my ass out on my spending habits. It got me so bad, I closed that document and went radio silent; I went to see a medium on Etsy and had no mention of my spending habits. I had a heart attack at my Uni just an about and took an emergency pill due to how intense the anxiety slapped me. But when I say I love their honesty I do, even if it scares the fuck out of me as I still view them as intimidating. I mean, Iâm human, theyâre a god. How can I not feel those emotions. But, theyâre a gentleman too, so much more than his looks, and will not force feelings or anything on you and will allow for you to interpret them. Theyâre fucking amazing, and I am so happy that he is not just straightforward in a unique and stunning way but is just so gentle too? Iâm glad theyâre like that though, I lucked out this year and would love to live my next life with Loki by my side again through each and every life.
Congrats! Youâre engaged! Hereâs a brownie!
I got engaged, in a cute aesthetic town and I guess one can say that Loki was and is happy for me. For this year, three weddings happened. My fiancĂ©âs army buddy and his wife got married (we got to go! We drove to Las Vegas at night and got there at 1am lol). Then my fiancĂ©âs sister got married and had her kid, then my fiancĂ©âs other friend recently got married. I had a feeling I would be next, the 3s pattern happened again but I didnât want to get my hopes up. Well, I got engaged after all, and nearly fell down a hill and almost ate dirt and rocks cause I nearly tripped lol). We walked to the local saloon and got dinner, it was absolutely amazing! While my fiancĂ© went to the restroom, a customer ordered a brownie, but was gone. Other customers didnât want it, and I was offered it. I thought it would be a small batch and I would get a piece of it. No. It was a huge brownie with vanilla ice cream. On the house of all things. So imagine my fiancĂ© coming back asking if I ordered it and if we needed to pay for it. We couldnât finish it all but it was good though. That night was glorious!
In Short
Iâm so glad Loki is in my life. Sure they disappear for a time but they always come back. Theyâve got your back, unless you fuck up and fuck around. He is top tier, a baddie even as my clients say. I need to look into my practice more and such, but Iâve not been on it as often because of the holidays and being overwhelmed with the research of it all. Iâm hoping to get into it tomorrow but to do it in parts because I get overwhelmed easily and I avoid it by rotting my brain on TikTok looking at memes and edits. I also need to work on my bodily focused repetitive behaviors, which again, will be a bitch to beat and stop. When I get overwhelmed is when I begin the habits. Alas, as the year closes, Iâve loved every minute of Loki just being an absolute vibe, and I hope to further our relationship further and get better with my practice habits this upcoming year. I want to really get into it, I just know Loki will guide me through it and help me build the confidence I need and help out with not taking life too seriously.
Until next time! Happy Yuletide!

can you tell me what your routine was like when you were in 11th or 12th grade? or basically when you were preparing for neet? alsoo, how did you even do both your school works & your neet?? did you go for any coaching?
Sorry if this seems annoying đ i am currently preparing for neet & it's such a headache, like i can barely manage my schoolwork + my neet preparations đđ
adding both the asks here because the context was quite similar. i've said this before that you need to find and maintain your own discipline and can't follow someone else's schedule, but i hope my sched can help you navigate around ><
11th & 12th SCHEDULE
the remarkable thing about my senior high was covid ! i never attended a single offline class in those two yearsâ only practicals and exams. that gave me a lot of time to focus on competitive exams, even though i lowkey fucked up my 11th, i was on track the next year.
school work wasn't an issue with online classes. i barely attended those and mostly focused on my coaching institute ! i went to a local coaching, although very reputed, and bought allen's distance learning course for questions. unfortunately, i wasn't able to appear for neet the very year i passed 12th due to a minor surgery. so i took a year to prepare for neet and my schedule was as follows :
6 : 00 am - 7 : 00 am â waking up, going for a walk, exercising, whatever morning routine i had went there. i kept it relatively short because i wanted to put as many hours as possible in studies.
7 : 30 am - 10 : 00 am or 12 : 00 noon â studies ! i usually had my breakfast during that thirty minutes gap between first and second slot. i not, i sat down to study early and got up for breakfast around eight or nine.
12 : 00 noon - 2 : 00 pm â break yayaya >< i watched tv, used socmed and had lunch during this time. again, i wouldn't take this break if i woke up late or got some work that i wasn't able to finish. i left for classes at / around two ^_^
2 : 30 pm - 8 : 30 pm â my classes ! i joined allen last year since it's fifteen minutes to where i live and i needed some sort of guidance to proceed. after my classes, i got back home by nine, sometimes a bit late if i stayed back to discuss a few things with the teachers.
9 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm â dinner and rest after classes. tv, phone, or just helping mum in the kitchen if the day was good lmfao. i hate being in the kitchen :/
10 : 15 pm onwards â studies again :> fifteen minutes break to sort get my stuff and all. besides, my dad asks for every update of my day and what i have planned to study the next day etc etc. if my schedule was relaxed, i'd sleep by twelve or twelve thirty but as neet approached, i slept by two and woke up at around eight lmfao TT good thing was, i didn't have classes after february so i followed the same routine except, i started studying at nine after breakfast, till one, got up for lunch, then studies from two to six sometimes seven, an hour break for dinner ( had early dinner during that time ) then studied from either to two at night.
to the anon to asked how i write fics during classes : i had wednesdays off / tests so i used that one day to relax. i usually wrote on wednesdays, sometimes on other days when work load is way less and i mostly queued by posts since i had pre-written ones from when i had time. sometimes, when i finished by studies before 1 am, i took 30 mins to write if i felt like it. besides, my uni was well ... it wasn't my focus. i took biotech and kept it on the side incase i can't do med. lectures were online, no one demanded full attendance, i got notes from friends and only gave tests. my focus were these pre-med classes i attended, and the sched is what i mentioned above.
also, my study hours are higher during classes. i barely have time to write, so i'm not active every single day as you might have noticed before may this year. the time table i mentioned above is an example of timeslots and how i used to manage. 10 hrs avg is now, give and take one or two here and there. also, i never stick to one schedule. i might have exams again this month and i might just dip completely. if not, i won't have to study at all and i might just stay on blr all day.
for neet : juggling between school and coaching can be hard but i don't think i can give appropriate advice since i never had to experience that. if you're in 11th, focus more on coaching ( because 11th science is more difficult imo, and more fundamental when it comes to neet ) and if you're in 12th focus more on school because of boards. the best thing to do is finish chapters ahead of time. say you're learning mechanics in school and thermodynamics in coaching. try to finish thermodynamics from school textbooks as well so you won't have issues when they teach it in school and can focus on what they're teaching in coaching. utilize your breaks and holidays to finish easy chapters, especially biology as a whole and organic and inorganic chem since there's nothing to do except remembering stuff.
this is so long TT i'm sorry and i hope this is helpful even though it's lowkey all over the place .. i'm not as organised as it seems and my sched varies a lot depending upon the day, if i have to go out, tests, etc etc.

thank you for tagging me in this @gaylittlepieceofsh1t <3
I have entirely too many WIP's as I collect fic ideas like I do pretty rocks, so here's a short assortment for you <3 (most of these are kimchay, actually - which tracks tbh)
1. WIP I'm actually "working on"
finally finishing my kimchay reconciliation au in which Chay impulsively goes to serenade Kim at 2am bc talking is difficult and music is slightly less difficult (after over a year I am indeed almost done with this)
2. WIP I keep open in the background so I don't feel guilty
bigtankhun romcom au in which Big is drawn into a matchmaking/ reconciliation scheme for kimchay by Tankhun and is faced with feelings he couldn't have expected ft. Scenes from over the years - I'm super stuck on this right now, and I just want to be able to write it bc they are so dear to me, but!!! Ahh!!! *Sadly let's my head thump against the tabletop*
3. Imaginary Project (I have many of these, unfortunately, bc my head loves ideas <3)
kp AU: Kim & Macau as roomates for Vegas-wants-him-out-of-that-house-reasons (undefined deal thing *waves hand confusedly*) and also like just best friends in their own way. In this Kim is done with uni and just active as Wik and has never met Chay (idk kp canon did not happen this is an au) while Macau and Chay met in school and are now in a pop punk/ rock band together (Chay as singer, Macau on the drums) with some friends while attending uni - they get along really well so eventually he decides to drag Chay back home with him which is how kimchay meet; this whole thing is just super Kim & Macau friendship heavy (roommate shenanigans <3) with a side of music and kimchay being silly as heck about each other and subjecting Macau to it
4. Passion project
kimchay hadestown au with Chay as Orpheus and Kim as Eurydice!!!! I could talk about this for hours!!!!! This is my most favourite thing I've ever thought of maybe and one day I will have finished it!! & In the meantime, I refuse to give up on it no matter how long it takes me
5. WIP from 3 (used incredibly loosely) months ago
bigtankhun fairytale au in which Tankhun is a prince exiled to a magical castle after time unwillingly spend with the fey & Big is a Knight determined to save the recently cursed crown Prince Kinn with his help! only to arrive and find that he must first save Tankhun himself from the curse that keeps him within the walls of the strange castle (this is simply a project that takes time which I currently do not have (uni))
6. Side WIP
Kimchay locket fic!! Also known as 'The one in which they get matching heart-lockets' bc sappy kimchay is my one true passion, I think.
tagging @scattered-stardust but no pressure <3

Hi Loa, thank you for sharing your journey with us, you're such an inspiration! How do you find time/energy to do all of this? I find myself so drained of energy after work...
Hiya đ
Thank you for your kind words đ„°đđŸ
On finding time to code, I've answered similar asks before (ask 1 | ask 2 | ask 3), but basically right now it's a mix of:
I am bored, let's code something
my job requires I code
now my uni studies requires I code
omg new project idea!!! let's code!
*see something online* I could code that, let's code-
I do work from home three days a week + off on the weekends so I'm in my room, on my desk or in bed, five days a week. The workload isn't heavy so I do have spare time during work hours to study coding and even have time to post about stuff. After work I relax for a bit but I get bored so I would either code on a personal project/study/other hobbies.
Do want to clarify I do have other hobbies!! I don't just code all the time... I am currently into my Euro Truck truck driver simulator game, watching WWE and cross-stitch embroidery! It's just that coding is my main hobby~!
In terms of me posting, I don't always post everything, there are some projects that I have never talked about on my blog because they're so small or I was just testing a new concept I learnt and turning it into a project so there's no real need for me to post it but I try my best to post frequently because at the end of the day, this blog is like my coding journal/diary so I try my best.
The things I do post about however, I do them randomly, as most people do. Take away the challenge I am currently do and the polls I post on Fridays, everything else is when I feel like it. If it looks "consistent" then oops I didn't mean it to đ
But if you want advice, don't do what I'm doing but give yourself a REALISTIC schedule - big emphasis on that. If you can only fit 45 mins of coding study then that's all you can do. If you have other responsibilities such as your health, family, work etc, be realistic when creating your schedule!
I hope this answers your question! đđđŸ

Seeing a few people blitzing the answers like this and decided to have a go too!
1. What was the first piece of furniture you bought?
A leather sofa and armchair we bought from a charity shop for ÂŁ25. We thought they were black leather, but as we walked the sofa outside and into the sunshine, it became undeniably green. For ÂŁ25, though, who can complain?
2. What proportion of your meals do you cook?
Probably 90% at the moment. Jim likes cooking more than I do, but he's in his final year at uni and has been flat-out on his project. I have a decent rotation of doable meals going now, and he volunteers to chop veg/roll fajitas/make gravy, which keeps me p calm in the kitchen. (I have not always been calm in the kitchen.)
3. Foaming hand soap or normal hand soap?
Normal. Bar soap is the way.
4. Favorite chore?
In summer, laundry. There are a few factors here:
I am deeply invested in the well-being of the fancy Samsung washing machine I splurged on when we first moved here and enjoy keeping it clean and efficient.
I hate clothes shopping and waste, so I want to look after my kit and make it last forever. FOREVER.
I am very finicky about the texture of my clothes, towels and bedding and want to get them Just Right.
I am just as finicky about smells, with added backstory: when I worked retail, I only had one uniform and had to wash it too regularly to line-dry it, so for ages I relied on a tumble-dryer and smelled depressingly of rubber, while one of my colleagues was always wafting about smelling clean and lovely. For a long time, smelling good was my one goal in life. And now it has been achieved. I am a successful adult and I smell of line-dried Persil.
I enjoy the excuse to go outside and stand in the sunshine patting my line-drying clothes, eyy.
In winter I want to die, obviously, but cooking (from my limited set menu) is probably top. Prepping a good dinner sometimes breaks the SAD fog.
5. Least favorite chore?
Cleaning the fucking toilet.
6. Most precious thing one of your pets has destroyed?
I have blanked this from my memory for my own good. One time I woke up and my late cat, Spider, was humping the absolute shit out of my cello, though.
7. Any groceries you've been getting into lately?
Sweet potato fries. Also this fancy salmon en croute that cooks in half an hour and bubbles up immaculately.
8. What cleaning product do you swear by?
Ehhh. I was a vinegar stan for a while. Now it's basically antibacterial spray for general grime, washing up liquid for grease, bleach for nasties, vinegar for mould and mildew. I have an emotional support bottle of Cillit Bang that I occasionally use on the bathroom.
9. What's your emotional support craft?
I don't really craft. I doodle a fair bit and write sometimes.
10. Youtube, cable TV, or streaming?
Streaming. Netflix and Prime, plus sneaky access to Jim's parents' Sky subscription.
11. What's something you saved up for and then regretted buying?
Oh fuck me, so many things. I hate buying anything. Buying things sucks.
Off the top of my head: a wool trenchcoat, leather boots, clothes in general. I have a Gtech Multi hoover that cost way more than my little Makita stick and is infinitely less useful, too. I'm not 100% sold on my current laptop, either. Should've fixed my desktop instead.
12. How many cups can you see from where you're sitting?
None, but only because I tidied up three before sitting down.
13. Which filter are you most likely to go "eh, it's probably fine" when you find out you need to change it?
My shop vac is currently filterless. I just stuck some old t-shirts in there. Basically the same thing.
I hand-wash most foam filters for as long as I possibly can tbh.
14. How often do you take baths?
Never. I do not own a bath and I'm grossed out by the idea of using one in a hotel.
15. Do you go down each aisle when you grocery shop, or only the ones you know you need stuff from?
I do my grocery shopping online with home delivery. This means that when I have to shop in person I am perpetually lost and must wander the labyrinth for several hours.
16. Where do you go when you need to get out of the house but it's raining?
If it's raining and I don't have a pressing reason to go outside, I will not go out.
17. What's a movie you saw recently that you liked?
The Children of Men.
18. Pro or anti tchotchkes?
Had to Google this word (it is an incredible word, btw) but it was worth it to know I am anti, so anti, in every single case save for my growing army of dried bug skins. These alone may clutter my shelves. These and a few pottery dragons. And a wooden dragon. And some tiny porcelain cats. And a lot of books I will never reread. A few framed art prints. Uhh.
19. What's your go-to tape?
Electrical. I make the case: nice block colours, good stretch, snaps off the roll easily, holds together your indicator relay when you crash.
20. What's in your freezer right now?
It's rammed, honestly. I've got batches of roast potatoes, mashed potatoes and Dauphinoise potato; some stuffing balls I batch-rolled; curry sauces; bread sauce; Moroccan lamb meatballs; Swedish meatballs and gravy; minced beef; minced lamb; fish fingers; four tempura battered fish fillets; Jim's stash of Higgidy Pies; sweetcorn; peas; two pepperoni pizzas; three garlic flatbreads; sweet potato fries; hash browns; two apple strudels; onion rings; breaded mushrooms; and battered chicken nuggets. I'm sure there's more but I CBA to get up and check.
21. Last concert you attended?
Uhhhh, the Taste of Chaos tour â Disturbed, Halestorm and Papa Roach â in 2011. đ We almost went to Download this year, but given the mudfest it became, I'm okay with having missed it.
22. Favorite grocery store?
I'm a Tesco native but I heckin love M&S, just walking around looking at their fancy food.
23. Paper bags, plastic bags, or reusable bags?
I like Hessian reusable bags the most. In reality, I have a stash of plastic Bags for Life that's so huge they're probably more damaging than the OG one-use plastic bag.
24. Do you get your government mandated 8 hours every night?
No. We go to bed some time between 22.00 and midnight, depending on what we're up to that evening, and inevitably hang out in bed for so long we don't go to sleep until past one. It's my favourite thing, so I'm not complaining, but I am sleepy.
25. Favorite old person activity?
Does reading count? I like walking as well.
26. Would you rather sit on the porch drinking sweet tea or sit by the lake drinking beers?
Lake lake lake.
Beer beer beer.
27. Do you prefer Boardgame Night, Build-Your-Own-Pizza Night, or Movie Night with your friends?
Movie night.
28. Be honest, do you like all of the pictures of their babies that your friends send you?
My friends don't have babies, but I do not enjoy the pictures from my colleagues and acquaintances either. The human child is grim and sticky and I fundamentally don't understand the mindset that leads people to have them. Jim and I have been discussing it pretty intensely as we're 35 this year and our decision will soon be permanent, but my stance never really wavers.
29. Go-to holiday card format?
Unsure what this means. Jim's mum is hugely into sending cards, which I find quite daunting. Daunted, however, I rose to the challenge of sending cards back, and now I quite enjoy keeping an eye out for nice cards to add to my stash so I've always got a few ready to send â to her or to my own parents, who seem to appreciate my shift toward sending them.
30. How many pairs of scissors do you own?
So many scissors. We have a drawer of scissors. I want to say 15â20 pairs of scissors.
31. Do you still own your first car?
I do not. It was a 2003 Ford Ranger that was scrapped (not by me) for rust-related issues. Its engine went to Poland, I believe.
I note my first vehicle was a Yamaha YBR125 Custom, which I didn't keep very long at all. Just checked its history and apparently it's been off the road since 2021. :(
32. How do you take your morning coffee/tea?
It's tea, and I like milk and no sugar.
33. What's something you collect?
Bug skins. Specifically dragonfly sheds, but I have some cicadas from when I was a kid.
I also have my childhood spoon collection.
34. What's your commute like?
I leave the house, turn left down our alleyway, mount the bridge, and arrive at my home office in the garden.
Sometimes I *do* get called into the office, and that's a three-hour drive each way, with *people* at the end, eugh.
35. Aisle at the grocery store you never bother walking down?
The fizzy drink aisle. I like having teeth and shunning the betes.
I do however drink enough beer that I may fail on both those points anyway.
36. Do you keep a daily journal or agenda?
Sometimes. I'm insufficiently organised to keep at it. Instead I have a series of spreadsheets to log my chores and batch cooking, and I use my Google calendar to mark important events.
37. Do you still listen to the same music you listened to in high school?
Aw yeah. Favourites include Muse, Fiona Apple, System of a Down, Pink, Nine Inch Nails, Linkin Park, Alanis Morissette, Snow Patrol, Vanessa Carlton, A Perfect Circle, Pendulum and The Prodigy.
38. What's the last filter you changed?
Errr, I washed the filters on my Makita stick hoover. Replaced...? Probably the air filter for my Vauxhall Combo.
39. What little treat do you always get when you run errands?
I am not a little treat person; I want the money to stay in my bank account pls.
I do sometimes buy Jim some Marvelous Creations or a Terry's Chocolate Orange. I get the warm fuzzies from giving him stuff.
40. Grocery list or no grocery list?
List. Colour-coded by section, if I can. How does anyone survive without a list? Do you hold it all in your heads?? Like madmen???
41. What's the oldest thing you own?
My house, built in the 1800s. Whenever I get pissed at how badly built it is, I have to stop and consider that when my childhood home was being built (early enough to be damaged by shrapnel in the Coventry Blitz) my house was already over 100 years old.
42. What's an unjustifiably expensive appliance that you really want?
The âšBissell Spinwaveâš
Look at that stunning thing. Give me those clean floors, Bissell. Please. Mopping just doesn't cut it.
43. Favorite book you've read recently?
Toss-up between The Priory of the Orange Tree, Slaughterhouse Five and Penance.
Probably Orange Tree.
44. Honest feelings on Settlers of Catan?
Never played it, not really a boardgame person.
45. What's something you wish you had more time for?
Writing, art, motorcycling, bicycling. At the moment, all my time is devoted to work, housekeeping, DIY and mechanical maintenance stuff. I'll get some time back when Jim's done with his uni degree, but I dunno that I'll ever finish writing a book again.
46. What kind of stuff do you keep on the door of your refrigerator?
A bin day calendar, a list of meals for the week with their eat-by dates and a shopping list.
47. Lamps or overhead lighting?
Overhead lighting. I get very angry very quickly if I have to put up with dimly lit rooms. We have some overhead spotlights that drive me a bit insane too, though; they cast intense shadows.
I fitted my office with my ideal lighting: 120 degree beam angle, 3200 lumens, warm temperature light bars. Everything is warmly and evenly lit.
48. If you could build your home from scratch, what outrageous feature would you want to build into it?
I'd move the house to the top of our hill, dig in a huge basement garage and lift the overall roof height by a couple metres to gain high ceilings on both above-ground floors. Skylights, exposed beams, cavity walls, underfloor heating, big windows with electric blinds, American-style HVAC ducting, central vac, some sort of built -in dehumidifier, triple glazing, water filtration and some kind of water pressure booster, giant log-drying facility, sauna.
49. Do you bring a bag with you everywhere you go?
No. On hikes and bike rides I take my Osprey Raven 14, but in urban areas I just stick my keys, wallet and phone in my pockets.
50. Pro or anti throw pillows?
None on the bed, a few on the sofa and armchair. Gotta have washable covers. Gotta get that Persil-fresh scent.
51. How many blankets do you keep in your living room?
Two: a fancy Melin Tregwynt lambswool blanket bought for us by Jim's mum that covers the cracked leather on our armchair, and a thin red washable fleece drape (also bought for us by Jim's mum) that I use as a barrier between me and the sofa if I'm at all dirty when I want to sit down.
We have a few more woollen blankets that go on the bed and on my sofa out in my office. They were all bought by my mum or by Jim's.
52. Did your relationship with your parents get better when you stopped living with them?
MIXED REVIEWS. Stopped living with my dad at eleven and that did not go well. Moved fully out of my mum's home at 25 and that helped a lot, although I think General Adulthood was doing most of the heavy lifting â we weren't at loggerheads even before I left.
I have a distant but amicable relationship with both of them now, where I have to initiate all contact but it usually goes well when I do, although my mum keeps freaking out over my potential ND status and my sibling's ongoing transition.
53. What's worse, the DMV or the Social Security Office?
Not American so I'm not sure. I guess our equivalents are the DVLA and the DWP.
I hate both but the DWP are worse. I worked for them for a little while (unpaid, in exchange only for my jobseeker benefits đ« ) and it was hell in there. My internship allowed me to be a relatively beneficial figure in the Jobcentre and offer (completely unfunded) tech training and digital support to some of our vulnerable jobseekers, but the permanent staff had to hit targets, targets that centred disqualifying people from benefits. Awful shit.
The DVLA can't type and regularly fuck up my forms, but most of my interactions with them are automated these days and they don't peddle human suffering. Go go DVLA, winning when the bar is in hell.
54. Do you decorate your house for holidays? Which ones?
We dress our trees and the chapel with fairy lights for Christmas. I'm not really a Christmas person â fairly anti-theist â but we've been slowly returning to some of these practices and finding them pleasant. I hate the gift-receiving but enjoy the lights and food.
55. Favorite high-effort meal that you make?
My Beef and Guinness Stew. This one:
56. Favorite low-effort meal that you make?
Asparapasta. Don't think I've bothered adding it to my site, so:
Chop up bacon, an onion and a pack of asparagus.
Put pasta on to boil and start frying the bacon.
When the bacon reaches your desired level of crispiness, add the onion to the pan and cook. Give the onion a slight head start, then add the asparagus too. Fry, stirring regularly, until the asparagus softens and turns a brighter green.
Reduce the heat to low and add the juice of one lemon and a huge dollop of Thai sweet chilli sauce. Stir and simmer while you drain the pasta.
Put the pasta in bowls and top with the other ingredients. Add parmesan and black pepper. Consume.
57. Do you tend to bring an appetizer, entree, dessert, or drinks to a potluck?
Too unsociable for potlucks.
58. What kind of bag do you use for your bag full of bags?
It used to be one of those waxy flat-woven structured rectangular LIDL bags, but now I have a box for them instead. The box is a locking plastic box used by the NHS for human flesh samples. It's clean now.
59. If you died and your ghost was stuck in the outfit you're wearing right now for the rest of time, would you be happy with it?
Jeans - "For the Horde" t-shirt - oversized red jumper - ill-fitting socks.
It's okay. Representative.
60. Do you have an opinion on your local weather reporter?
I do not know who they are as I do not pay my TV licence and thus have no terrestrial television.
61. Do you have a favorite brunch spot?
I do not deviate from the standard three-meal pattern. Get out of here, brunch.
62. Where are you on the minimalism-maximalism kinsey scale?
Standard bi woman. I want patterned wallpaper but bare shelves. I never achieve the bare shelves.
63. Opinion on Bath and Body Works?
I've never been. I hate Lush and The Body Shop, which I suppose are similar. Generally I feel the current self-care trend is just more consumerist bullshit.
(This totally unbiased political opinion sponsored by my scent-induced migraines.)
64. Last time you visited a farmer's market?
A month or so ago, when I discovered one in the field opposite the MOT centre where I was dropping off some motorbikes. I bought some vegetables and a pair of tomato plants.
65. Anything you're procrastinating on right now?
I should be doing some work-work (editing a blog article written by my colleague). I'm pretty on top of things otherwise. As a long-term disorganised mess, I feel weird about this degree of hard work and expect it will not last.
66. Do you get your taxes in as soon as possible, at the last minute, or late?
I'm on PAYE (pay as you earn) so it goes out automatically in real time. Rest assured I'd be a last-minute fuckwit who occasionally submits late because I put a form in a "safe place" if I had to do it myself.
67. Do you keep any stuffed animals on your bed?
Sometimes Max puts his stuffed stegosaurus in there and I discover it with my feet. Thanks, buddy.
68. Are your garbage bags scented or unscented?
Unscented. Scented is beyond grim. I feel I am consistent on this point.
69. What are you looking forward to next week?
A few things!
Get those Tories out of office.
It's Max's birthday! New dog toy time.
Hoping a new bearing arrives for my ebike engine and I can start riding again.
My project YBR is booked in for its MOT on Monday. Fingers crossed it's deemed roadworthy and I can move on to other projects.

Organizing Theatre Actors is like herding cats,
if those cats were absolutely dumb and ignorant and just so fucking annoying and self-serving. (Which most cats are not, despite the stereotype)
Already ranted this on twitter, but I want to rant more here, and the character max is annoying.
Context:
We are puuting on a Production of Dracula: A Postmodern Postmortem. You never heard of it? How could you when we wrote it ourselves. Myself included. I spent 2 1/2 precious months of my uni free time in last years summer, writing at an original interpretation of moterfucking Dracula.
We cast it. One of our actors jumped ship. We recast.
Winter hit and People had the flu, rehearsals were sparringly since people were sick.
One actor had to leave for 2 weeks to attend a wedding on the other side of the globe.
I badly sprained my ankle and was out of commission for 2 weeks, and on crutches for another 6.
Now it is the WEEK BEFORE PERFORMANCES, and one of our actors does not know his lines.
And sure, it is his first play. And it is a big-ish role. You all are familiar with Van Hellsing? Yeah that guy.
What shoudl be said is however that we already cut a lot of his parts, because he felt unsure about stage fighting.
So now Van Hellsing is in 2 scenes. Not long ones either. so...
sometimes you just want to gently murder people for disappointing you. not in the sense of death, just in the sense of wantign to be rid of a problem for a while until you feel calm enough to actually talk it through with them.
Is this about our theatre production? yes Is it because of our "Sorgenkind"? also yes Because it is THE WEEK BEFORE PERFORMANCES START, and this clay-brained ASS does NOT KNOW HIS FUCKING LINES!!!!! He is in 2 scenes. We shortened the role for him. We made his part smaller. And.
what do we get? Nothing. Cause apparently he is allergic to asking for help rehearsing his fucking lines
I offered. Repeadetly. I am at uni most hours of my day anyway. At least this way I won't waste my time.
But no. He knows better how he learns lines. At home. all alone.
And now that he has pressure from our director (who also helped write the play) he is supposed to run lines with me tomorrow. Has he answered me when he has time? No.
Like I adore our production. I do. I really do. In fact I love it so much that I am going to spend my night staying up and sewing pants and an underskirt. (current local time: 10.47pm)
But I have other shit to do.
I have an essay about the replic of an ancient greek ship to write (8 pages).
I have a termpaper about the idea of freedom in the mediaval ages as evidenced by Anselm of Canterbury to research and write (15 pages)
I have 2 exams on the 5th of February.
I have to negotiate with my future landlord and get the lease signed. Also until in about 2 weeks.
Have I started on any of these things? Not really.
I have a summary for on exam and read one (1) of the theory texts for the second exam.
I have an outline for the essay.
Nothing for the termpaper.
Sometimes you just want to princess and the frog it and punt people against a fucking wall
