Bunny!! Could i do a whisky and a banana and chocolate muffin with toto?
bakery menu
want to suggest your own order? hit up the menu! there's ton to choose from and i hope you'll find something you love! thank you for submitting this order, i've been meaning to write more toto, there's something about him that just draws me in!
banana and chocolate muffins ("i'm only doing this because you need to learn how to behave, rules are rules, and you need to follow them.") + whisky (degrading language) served by toto wolff (formula one)!
cw: smut/pwp, dirty talk/degrading language, mean!toto, age gap (20s/50s), doggy style, jealousy, possessive!toto, spaking/punishment
he had been looking for you in the paddock. it was after the belgian grand prix, the celebrations were underway but mister wolff's precious girl was nowhere to be found.
"schatzi! schatzi!" he called out as he walked through the area. the worst he expected was to find you curled up in a mercedes driver's room fast asleep. all the recent traveling had taken a lot out of you.
what he didn't expect was you giggling at the jokes of none other than max verstappen.
maybe it was a jealousy thing, you and max were closer in age. he was currently a superstar, there was a pull to him that no one else on the grid could deny. the flying dutchman, mad max, whatever else they wanted to call him.
so maybe it was a little overboard with what toto did after the race in your hotel room. he watched your legs kick out as his large hand laid another slap across your ass cheeks.
he kept you pinned to his lap by resting his other forearm on the center of your shoulders. he groped your ass a little rougher than normal and said, "i'm only doing this because you need to learn how to behave, rules are rules, and you need to follow them. i don't need you running off with some pretty boy, schatzi. you're mine, remember?"
you whimpered a little bit, "i wasn't going to run off with him. i'd never, honey. i love you too much."
he palmed your bruised cheek, he sighed, "drivers nowadays only think about one thing, my love. they'd eat you up and spit you out." he landed another smack across your cheek, "you're safer with me. someone who actually knows how to be with a woman. you need a man, not a boy."
you whimpered, "i know, toto. i know that, that's why i only want to be with you. max was just telling me a funny story and i lost track of time! i'm sorry!" then yelped when he brought his hand down once more.
toto really couldn't be mad at you for too long, even with envy nipping at his heels. it wasn't like you were naked on top of his car and letting him fuck you. or worse, wearing the red bull logo across those pretty tits.
but verstappen would never see you naked, not while toto still haunts the earth. no, no, that was for his eyes only as he admired your backside across his lap. your poor cheeks were going to be purple come the plane ride back home.
he dragged a finger across your slit, and said, "you'd never let another man touch you, right? you're not going to whore yourself out to the paddock, right? i need to hear it say it." he said as he sank two fingers into you.
you squirmed, but didn't get far. toto was bigger and stronger than you, you nodded and toto sank a third finger in which made your breath get caught in your throat.
"what was that, schatzi?" he asked, "i need you to use your words. can you use your words for me, or if your little brain not working?" it was so patronizing. but it made you hot all over.
his words melted in your brain and spread along the neurons that connected your head together. it was like spreading warm honey. you panted, "no one else, i promise. i promise no one else. i don't want leclerc or verstappen or norris." you were almost in tears. the stimulation left your core shaken.
toto made a pleased noise, his erection in his slacks pressed hard against you. he gave his fingers a few more pumps before he took them out and said, "then i never want you alone with any other driver that isn't on my team. alright? i know russell and hamilton, i don't trust the likes of verstappen. horner doesn't keep his boys in check." maybe it was because max had declined any and all offers to come to mercedes.
you nodded, "i'll be good."
toto chuckled and pushed hair out of your face. there was a bit more affection in his tone as he said, "good girl. that's what i like to hear. you're so good for me."
you squirmed a little, but were soon moved with ease as toto got you on your hands and knees with your bruised ass in the air. you looked divine, like the apple of temptation right before his eyes.
he took off his shirt, and you wiggled your behind at him. he leaned over and grabbed one of your cheeks which made you arch your back further. when he pulled away, he took his belt off. eventually he was naked and on the bed behind you.
he rubbed your hip with his nimble fingers as he loomed over you like a comforting shadow. he loved feeling this close to you, "you're beautiful." he said, "the most beautiful thing on the paddock. more beautiful than the girls that those boys bring around. more than the cars and the champagne, all of it." he kissed the back of your shoulder, such a tender moment considering only moments earlier he was bruising your ass.
"please, toto." you moaned as you felt his blunt cock head up against your slick pussy. you held onto the pillow under your head tightly.
he chuckled and rubbed his cock up against your entrance, "so pretty." he said, "but, you know that. you know how beautiful i think you are." he sank his cock into you and you moaned deep into the covers.
you felt the heat thump in your chest as you took his entire length. quite an impressive feat for someone of your size. but, you were beyond all else, toto's good girl.
he placed both of his hands on your hips and really moved against you. he watched how your body moved with every hard thrust. oh, you were beautiful. angelic, you were beyond amazing and you made toto's body feel flushed.
you whimpered, "i love you, toto. i don't want anyone else. none of them can compare to you." you bent your back to looked up at him. the sight made him shudder as he continued to move against you. fucking you into the hotel room bed.
the bed wasn't like the one back home, but it was a soft surface for him to thrust up into you. toto loved fucking you, he loved the feeling of your wet cunt around his painfully hard cock.
he'd joke and tell you that your pussy was the fountain of youth. it kept him young as he bullied the blunt tip up against your gummy soft cervix.
you rubbed your face up against the pillows and shuddered, "please, honey. ah! shit, you feel so good." you whimpered.
toto tensed up for a moment at your sweet words. he might be a jealous, possessive old bastard, but he loved you. he loved you so deeply, you were his pulse that kept him going everyday.
he kissed at your back as he continued to move against you. you felt like a dream. he continued to go as deep as he could go, his hands held onto your hips as he bullied his cock into you.
the entire thing left your core dripping,
he knew you from every angle, every inch of your being. he knew exactly how to make you scream. so it wasn't hard that you were so close to finishing.
and he didn't let up. he continued to press against you, his cock buried inside of you. his heart was in his throat, even if there was a twinge of pain in his hip. (maybe he wasn't as much of a young stallion as he thought he was).
"so beautiful." he purred, "do you like that, schatzi, when i fuck you the way you deserve?"
you let out a small moan in response and it made toto feel hot all over. god, you were perfect.
"please!" you came loudly, clinging onto the bed under you. you panted heavily into the pillows. orgasm claws through you and made you feel heated all over. only he could make you feel that good. he was right, those little boys on the grid could never do what he did.
how he could pull every orgasm out of you, how he had you wrapped around his fingers like a cute garden snake. he loved you so, which was why he had to make sure those idiot drivers didn't hurt you. only toto knew that he could take such good care of you.
"toto." you whimpered.
he gave it a few more hard thrusts before he leaned over you and finished inside of you. he had you pressed into the bed with your hips angled with his cock.
you whimpered and felt the after waves of the intense orgasm. your body was achy but in a great way. even though your cheeks were to be bruised come morning. you knew that toto would kiss away any and all pain. just as he always did.
he laid out beside you on the bed and got those long arms around you. he made you feel so small when he spooned you from behind. you could feel his cum up against your inner thigh.
between soft pants you said, "no one can take you from me, honey." you pressed your face against his chest. your fingers grazed across his chest hair.
he chuckled, "good. that's what i like to hear." he curled around you and placed kisses on your face. he said, "a woman like you needs a man. not a boy."
you giggled and looked at him, "and you're more than man enough for me. plus, i don't think that any of them could compete in the downstairs department." you covered your face at your words.
he pulled your hands away from your face then held them while he kissed you. it was true, a woman like you needed a man. and the man you needed was him (sorry, verstappen!). <3

Boyfriend For The Night (Part 2) | Spencer Reid x Reader
Part 1, Finale!
Summary: After a few too many drinks, Spencer takes you back to your place, and you say something you might regret when you sober up…

“Reid is my boyfriend, for the night,” you smiled, taking a sip of your drink. It was, supposedly, just for the night, but Spencer liked the sound of that.
And, admittedly, so did you.
“Just for the night?” Morgan laughed, his bright, white smile teasing you two.
“Well, we’ll see how he does and go from there,” you joked. Reid couldn’t help but laugh a little at your comment.
“Well, I intend to impress,” he rubbed his thumb along the back of your hand, laughing under his breath while looking down at you. Penelope hit Morgan on the shoulder, drawing his attention toward Reid’s little look of love. He just laughed, turning back to his conversation with Hotch.
“Those two are so screwed.”
The night went on as one usually does. Some of the team split off into different games, dancing, or their own little conversations. You and Spencer were of the latter group.
“I can’t explain WHY The Princess Bride is my favorite movie, it just is!” You feigned defensiveness, leaning into the seat behind you, laughing. “Why don’t your profile it out of me,” you smiled at Spencer. He laughed, taking a drink of his club soda.
“Fine,” he set his drink down, turning to you. “I think…” he leaned down, leveling his eyes with yours, glancing between both of your irises. “I think it’s probably because, ever since you were a child, you’ve been escaping with fantasy,” he sat up. “It would be safest to assume you identify with Buttercup, that you long for someone close to you to come sweep you off your feet and solve all your problems,” he narrowed his eyes. You looked gently up at him. “But,” he sighed, leaning back. “Knowing you, I’d say you like Westley,” he smiled. “You grew up less wealthy and have worked your whole life to protect the people you love. It’s a movie that makes you believe there’s hope in the world,” he took a long sip of his drink.
Your jaw hung open in shock. “When did you learn so much about The Princess Bride,” you smiled, leaning your head on your hand.
“Garcia made me watch it,” he shrugged, laughing.
“Okay, fine…” You took a sip of your drink, head spinning a little. “So what’s your favorite movie, then, hm?”
He didn’t hesitate before responding, like he had clearly been wanting to talk about it. “L’age D’or,” he spoke with his hands. “It’s a-a seminal surrealist film that was actually co-written by Salvador Dali,” he smiled wide. “It used Dali’s classic absurd style and shocking imagery to critique the bourgeoisie and the Catholic Church. It, uh, was so controversial, actually, that it led to riots and bans,” he continued on about vignettes and taboos, but you just stared at him with a smile, eyes glazed over with pure adoration. Some time after he went on about Luis Buñuel’s other works, you realized you were absolutely whipped for this nerd.
You must have been off in la-la-land, because Reid got a little closer to you to get your attention. “Are you okay?” You snapped up.
“What, yeah, I’m good,” you smiled, smoothing down your slacks. “I’m gonna get another drink,” you smiled nervously, standing up a little too quickly. You stumbled a little, causing Reid to reach out and steady you with his hands. Morgan noticed.
“Hey, Pretty Girl, how many of those have you had?” He gestured to your glass.
“Probably too many,” you smiled half heartedly, realizing you were likely a little more than tipsy. You also started to notice how tightly Spencer’s hands steadied you. “It’s getting late, anyways, I’ll go call a cab,” you started to reach for your phone, but Spencer stepped in.
“Hey, I don’t think that’s a good idea.”
“Pretty Boy is right,” Morgan added. “Someone should take you home.”
“Guys, Im an adult, I don’t need a babysitter,” you laughed, speech slightly slurred. Yeah, you were definitely drunk.
“It’s fine, I can take her home,” Spencer gave a tight-lipped smile to Morgan. He turned to you, ignoring Morgan’s small, concerned smirk. “It’s not safe to go home alone while inebriated,” he took his hands off of you, and you noticed how he flexed them a little. Interesting. You would have to analyze that in the morning, maybe when you weren’t so intoxicated. He pulled his crossbody bag over himself and grabbed your hand, leading you from the booth. “I’m still your boyfriend, for the night,” he smiled.
You couldn’t help but giggle at him.
“Okay, okay, whatever, pretty boy,” your hand tightened around his. The nickname felt different, coming from your lips, he thought. Somehow, it seemed like less of a nickname and more of an observation. He shook it off. “I don’t live far from here, we can walk,” you spoke as you both stepped out of the bar, the biting cold air hitting your skin. You wrapped your arms around Spencer’s, his biceps wrapped up nicely by his cotton sweater. You smiled, and, you couldn’t see it, but so did he.
“Sounds good,” he barely squeaked out, just content to be settling into your touch.
The walk was peaceful, passing by a river or a park, street lights illuminating the sidewalk. They cast a warm glow on the night, shining in Spencer’s eyes, glimmering as he glanced down at you stumbling by his side. The breeze was slightly shielded by Spencer’s towering figure. He relished the feeling of your grip, a sense of security he didn’t know he craved. And, for a moment, it really did feel like you two were a couple.
He helped you up the steps to you apartment. “Such a gentleman,” you joked. He laughed lowly.
“I’m trying to make sure you don’t eat concrete, but if you’d rather I didn’t-”
“I’m kidding, i’m kidding~” you slurred out, pulling out your keys. It danced around the lock a few times, since your vision was blurred, but with some help from your temporary boyfriend, the door pushed open and you were met with the warmth of your apartment. You couldn’t help but sigh, throwing yourself down on the couch. Spencer locked the door behind the two of you, watching you kick off your shoes.
“You should take your contacts out before you fall asleep,” he put his bag down. “Sleeping with them in can increase your risk of infection up to eight times,” he more than scurried over to your kitchen, filling you up a glass of water.
“Speeence, that’s so much work,” you threw a throw blanket around your arms.
“I know, sweetheart, but I don’t want you coming in to work tomorrow with dry eyes and corneal damage,” he set the glass down on the coffee table, kneeling in front of you. You were so tired, you didn’t notice the nickname. He didn’t seem to, either. “Come on, you need to take them out,” he reached for your arm, taking a hold of your wrist. His voice was gentle, laced with a genuine concern, and his touch was reverent. As you looked down to where his sturdy hands held you, you realized, for a moment, how deeply you cared for him.
He knew alcohol made your inhibitions nonexistent, but he didn’t expect you to start crying. “Hey, hey, hey, what’s wrong,” he grabbed the side of your face, wiping a tear off your cheek. His hands were just so soft, it made you tear up more.
“I-I don’t know,” you sobbed out. You really didn’t know.
“Hey, it’s okay, drink this,” he handed you the glass of water. As you took a sip, he moved his hands to your knees, soothing small circles into them. “Why are you sad?”
You sniffled, looking down at his face. His brows knitted together, eyes beaming up into your own. You could have SWORN you saw his heart beating against his sweater. “Because I love you being my boyfriend, and I’m tired of pretending I don’t,” you were a little embarrassed, but you were drunk, so it barely mattered.
Spencer’s heart rate spiked, and a rosy tint started rising in his face. “You don’t mean that,” he soothed, voice just above a whisper.
“I do,” you looked straight into his eyes. They were glazed over in something you couldn’t describe and probably never would.
“According to research, a-about 63% of people have admitted to saying something they regret while intoxicated,” he reasoned out, holding onto your hand.
“Another study found that 54% of those confessions are things they genuinely feel, Spence,” he realized you clearly weren’t out-of-it enough to not hit him with his own statistics. He couldn’t speak, and he really couldn’t think either. His adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed hard, eyes dancing around your face. His heart jumped up and down as an innocent desire swept through his veins.
Did you really mean that? Was he not the only one who stole small glances in the bullpen? Was he not alone in his heartbreak when watching someone else flirt with you? Surely, this was a symptom of the alcohol. Maybe-
“It’s so hot in here,” you broke the silence, breaking away from him. He swallowed hard, eyes moving hesitantly away from your face.
“I’ll uh, I’ll change your thermostat,” he stood up, moving towards the hall.
“Thank you, Spence,” you lied down, sniffling once more.
He gave up on having you take out your contacts or change your clothes. He just spread another blanket over you, shutting off the lights. He even took the liberty of setting your alarm. Before he left, he heard you mumble a small, “Good night, Spence.”
He smiled, sighing.
“Good night.”
—
“Hey, Pretty Girl, didn’t have too much fun last night, did you?” Morgan laughed. He couldn’t see you rolling your eyes under the sunglasses that shielded you from another migraine.
“Ha-ha,” you set your stuff down. “That’s me laughing at your funny joke.”
“Honestly, I’m shocked you didn’t show up with Boy Genius, this morning,” he crossed his arms. “Leaving together from the bar, going back to your place-“
“Derek, nothing happened,” you huffed. At least, you THOUGHT nothing happened. The events of the last twelve hours were an honest blur.
“Okay, okay, I yield,” he threw up his hands, going back to his own work. You turned to see Spencer walking in at about the same time.
He had replayed your words in his mind about a thousand times, maybe more. Did you really mean it when you said you loved having him as your boyfriend? Maybe you said that to every guy who took you home drunk. He thought going through all the possibilities would make it easier to face you, in the morning. He proved himself wrong.
You pulled off your glasses, standing up. As he sat down at his desk, you leaned over it.
“I wanted to say thank you for last night,” you spoke softly, not out of secret, but out of vulnerability.
“It’s no trouble,” he smiled. “I just wanted to make sure you got home safe,” he looked up at you, moving some files around his desk.
“I really, really appreciate it,” you spoke apologetically. “I wasn’t too much… trouble, was I?” You smiled nervously. “When i’m inebriated, my inhibitions tend to…” you trailed off, trying to find the words.
“Disappear?” He smiled, laughing a little.
“Yeah…”
“You weren’t any trouble,” he reassured you, voice steady. “Actually, it was,” he smiled. “It was nice.”
“Nice?” you laughed, feeling your headache melt away at his soft voice.
“Being able to take care of you,” he defended playfully. “I don’t usually get to do that; it’s usually the other way around,” he tucked a strand of his hair behind his ear, looking up at your soft smile. “There was something I wanted to talk about, though…” Your heart skipped a beat.
“Crap, did I do something weird last night? I’m so sorry, if I did, I never-“
“No, no, nothing like that,” he laughed nervously. “You uhm…” he grabbed the back of his neck. He wanted to know if you really felt the same way he did. He wanted to know if you would hold his hand like that while sober. He wanted you. “Would you like to, maybe, get together sometime again?” He squeaked out, smiling shyly. “Maybe, this time, without the alcohol?” You smiled at his offer.
“I absolutely would, Spence,” you giggled out, tapping a nail habitually on the screen dividing your desks. He sighed a sigh of relief.
“Cool,” he pursed his lips together in a smile.
“Cool,” you mirrored him subconsciously.
Maybe it wasn’t just for the night.

Inspiration
Ruby:Yo-yo?
Carmine:Hmm?
Ruby:Ren told me you paid a visit to him for some training. Said you did pretty good.
Carmine:Not really. Stances were okay but aura manipulation is weird. Probably won’t rely on it too much.
Ruby:Seems like you’re drawing inspiration from everyone you can. If that the case, I have something for you.
The reapers reveals a long weapon’s case. She puts in the ground in front of her daughter and taps it with her foot, causing it to open up. Two curved blades lay brightly inside. Their detail is so intricate in the engravings and design. It’s obvious they’re meant to combine. Carmine picks them up to find they have little heft to them but are drastically lighter than her own sword. She might as well be holding nothing.
Carmine:Wow, these are crazy looking. Not necessarily my style but I can see how they could be useful.
Ruby:They’re what Cinder uses.
Carmine:…….What? How did y-
Ruby:These are replicas I made and trust me when I say they’re identical. If you put them together then it can fire arrows.
Carmine:Why would you ever make these?
Ruby:Because, my little huntress, I can be as petty and spiteful as anyone else when pushed far enough. Use these on patrol and missions for the next month; study them well. Utility, movement, reach, all that you can.
Carmine:“Know thy enemy” right? I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting this from you considering our differing views on how to handle the situation.
Ruby:I made a vow to you the day you were born that I will be a mom before a huntress when it came to making sure my family was safe. I still plan on finding and taking out Cinder myself, but if for some reason you find her first or she finds you, then by all means, give her every layer of hell you can.
Carmine:I don’t suppose you’ve made me a parasol blade too?
Ruby:If only that’s all it took to learn Neo’s moves. I mean this, just avoid her. She’s at least a three person job and two of them need to hate her.
Carmine:Heh, okay then. Mind if we go a few rounds then?
Ruby:…It’s better if you ask Ren?
Carmine:C’mon. I know you don’t like training me but-
Ruby:No, it not that. I just…I might go too hard if you’re using those.
Carmine:So? Honestly you’d be doing me a favor. Everyone always talks about how intense you can get, all the stories of your passion and hardcore moments. I don’t get to see that. I actually feel weird for never seeing you angry. I get angry all the time!
Ruby:Sweetie, what kind of a parent would I be if I took out repressed rage on my child in a sparring match?
Carmine:…Better than Raven. Better than your mom too.
Ruby:!? Wha-
Carmine:I think you’re pretty cool, despite everything that’s happened. We always try to our feelings out but honestly it never really works well. I get you’re trying to be an example, but it’s okay if normal being a mom doesn’t come as naturally as a huntress. Mix both. I don’t care. I kinda need both. I mean if I can survive you then Cinder would be easier by comparison. Plus…it’s not like I could stop myself from swinging at you seriously either.
Ruby:Did you..are you saying I piss you off?
Carmine:You’re my mom. Every daughter gets pissed at their mom.
Ruby:That’s not…inaccurate. Sigh Are we really doing this?
Carmine:Are my eyes silver? *points blade out* Well, Mrs. Hero? Show me why Cinder is too chicken face you head on!
Ruby:Fine, but name a restaurant first. You may think I prefer being huntsman 24/7 but I’d like to have some regular quality time with my daughter after this.
Carmine:Hmmm, how about your home cooking?
Ruby:…*smiles* Deal.

Do you have an idea of what you're going to write next ?
Yes... And No.
The current plan is to write my dragon fic. I looove dragons, and I've always loved fics that make my favs dragons. Hoarding Humans is a good example of that ;P I really wanna do it myself! I feel a little weird directly using the concept of HH (just the idea of a dragon's hoard being humans! i've been obsessed with it ever since!!)... I know there's a whole Inspired tab thing on ao3 but remember I was brought up in the animation meme community trenches. I've seen some very vile things said to ""copycats"" (and it's usually just somebody who took inspiration off of someone elses art style or a certain part of another persons meme @_@ don't get me STARTED on the ragebait...) and I am not in the proper emotional state to handle that right now QwQ
However that doesn't mean I can't write about dragons. I have some ideas in mind-- I've properly conceptualized my go-to fantasy world for AUs like this. I know who the main cast would generally be (DICE! Kokichi rounds up some of his classmates from in game :P so people like Gonta, K1B0, Miu, Kaede, Rantaro. . . maybe Kirumi? I have lore trust me. I'm cooking.) I know the main premise of the story, and it goes into my own bullshit with dragons, because lord knows I ever follow any actual myths or tales (´゚ω゚`) (i read wings of fire that's good enough for me!!!)
I am still trying to learn how to draw dragons in a way I like though. Here's my concept for Maki and Shuichi ^^"

Overall the chances of this fic happening after HGH, as of right now, are fairly high. This is what I plan to write once I'm done with HGH.
But please, please please keep in mind that I . . . am absolutely horrible with making promises about my fics. I'm so forgetful I forget to even check my notes to see what I've forgotten. T_T my fics would be a tiny bit better than they are now if I actually kept track of wtf im doing. maybe i should make a checklist.
Point is, I don't know if this is what I'll write once HGH is done. I've done some estimating and while, for once, I do not have a concrete ending in mind, I can guess how long this'll be. I think... it might be around as long as M5? Somewhere around that 130k mark. Again!! I'm not sure!! I need to figure out what I'm gonna be doing for the non-Tsumugi half of the "recovery" arc, so who knows what the word count for this is gonna be T_T. MY POINT!! MY POINT IS THAT!!! It could change. By the time I'm done with HGH, I might write this dragon fic. I might write a differeny fic. Or I'll lose motivation to write anything for a bit. Lord I am yapping so I'll move on
Que transition, with all that being said, I do have Other ideas in mind!! Ones I've been sitting on for a while!
ONE. Saimatsu mansion :D I've mentioned it here and there, but the idea is that Shuichi and Kaede are plopped on an island and have to escape. It's one of those more out there ideas G_G and I haven't really descended into my full levels of insanity yet (wait until i start posting my crossover aus /j), but this would be bordering on it. I have some more minor ideas for this one, but I haven't rlly explored it yet :'3
TWO. remember unexpendable? yeah so i. i really really like crossover aus. almost as much as i like giving them superpowers. I was thinking of an Undertale x DR fic where I drop Shuichi into the underground. Undertale is super special to me,, it got me out of a really dark place. My favorite OC of mine (Montserrat<3) is an Undertale OC! So I think it'd be a lot of fun, especially since Danganronpa is basically the reason I'm like?? actually living now XD I got a job because posting my DR fics helped me overcome enough of my social anxiety to get employed. So!! It'd be nice. i also think shuichi and papyrus would get along do NOT @ me also undyne would scare the shit out of him. Anyways I dunno if this would be another oneshot, considering the, uh. length of the game. and how insane i could rlly go if i went into the neutral /genocide route stuff too. I dunno. It'd be fun :P i also have doodles wait

THREE. I don't know what could and couldn't be used for a plot twist so I'll keep it vague, but basically it's a fic that involves the ENTIRE CAST. A bit of a challenge for myself. Everyone's back! And all of the blackeneds revert to, like... HGH levels of despairs. So it's up to everyone whos still normal to find a way to make them also normal before, uh. things get worse. TV GIRL BLAST 💥 (oh yeah this would be a kaede-centric fic! her pov for the majority. i had a lot of fun writing her during Unexpendable and i miss her </3)
FOUR. i got really into in stars and time so now i'm even more not normal about time loops. so let's put shuichi in another one! but i wanted to shake it up a bit and really let my less canon-reliant, more creative side flow a bit. It'd also be kind of a message to myself about life... WHATEVER Thats not important. What is important is, hey! I've been watching WAY too many Minecraft ARG analysises than what could possibly be considered healthy for my anxiety, so now I want to sic a bunch of them on Shuichi. this things unfinished because i only have very vague ideas for a few of the loops... but the overarching idea is that even the smallest (but impactful!) change in a choice can lead to an entirely different loop, with an entirely different entity. and during all of the loops, shuichi gets little bits and pieces to the bigger picture, which will break him out of the loops. idk this seems like a big and tiring project so this is more of a "maybe" than the others but i still think it's cool :')
FIVE. ok this one isn't danganronpa... remember when I said I was super into In Stars and Time? I wanted to write an ISAT fic. Siffrin and Bonnie are so so special to me and i wanted to indulge in that. I haven't rlly been writing in my oneshots though so I don't really have a grip on writing anyone from ISAT,, so. :( i have to spiral into full insanity privately before i can determine what is safe to show the internet /hj
And that is all I can think of off the top of my head. :P These ideas have been brewing for quite a bit, and ones that have actual ideas to them. I dunno which one I'll write first... or even if I'll write them. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Who knows? Maybe I'll break my rules about writing two fics at a time. Just give me time ... and please be patient. I can only write so fast \(_ _)
#anon asks#the anxiety meds are kicking in i'm not even afraid to post this#i'm also getting tired so maybe that's why?#but yeah as you can tell. lots of ideas rattling around in this skull of mine

I was writing out a really long meta analysis piece on the og Beauty and the Beast on how music and lighting were used to tell a story and I tagged you in it because I thought it’d be fun to debate some of that stuff with you but now I can’t find it in my drafts at all! It’s all gone 😭 so I came to your blog to make myself feel better and found your post about Zazu in the Mufasa movie and seeing you draw the characters in the original Disney style really cheered me up. Their animation used to be so beautiful and had so much love in it (your art was gorgeous by the way, it actually looked like a real lion king film!)
Anyway! If it’s not too much on you, I’d like to hear some rambles on Disney, it could be about anything really, but I’ve just gotten some really awful news tonight and I need something to take my mind off it please
Oh I'm so sorry to hear that! I want to be there for you. You're so kind about my art, thank you; I wish I'd seen the post. I’ve had it eat my drafts before like thirty times; recently my phone is doing this fun thing where I can’t type more than two paragraphs without tumblr freezing up, so I’ve lost more that way.
Let’s see…let’s talk about Disney’s Sequels! In these trying times of remakes and prequels, the Direct-to-Vieo Sequels start to look pretty good right about now, don’t they? I think they actually got better as time went on and money went into Disney Toon studios, but I’ll list my top three and explain why!
Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch (no I’m not biased leemee alone)
‘The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride
Bambi II
I can explain myself.
Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch
This movie is amazing. It repeats the best things about the original Lilo & Stitch (tight focus on character-relationships, character-specific comedy, and a simple story) while still having its own vibe, as if these are the exact same characters you know and love, but they have a recently-new normal.
Stitch isn’t a destructive artificial-brain figuring out how to think outside his programming anymore—now thinking outside his programming is the new-normal, but he still has to learn how life with a family works. Lilo isn’t lonely anymore, but she is still stuck in her own little world, in a way. Nani isn’t struggling to keep her family together anymore, but she is still struggling to keep them all happy. And Jumba and Pleakley get character arcs, which is beautiful.
If you’ve never seen it, I don’t want to spoil it. It is a really good movie. They took this concept, which was originally from Chris Sanders’s early story ideas for the first movie, where Stitch is in danger of death but Lilo’s love revives him. And they made a movie out of that.
It’s great, because Lilo is still working through missing her parents. The movie doesn’t brush that aside, or act like having Stitch fixed everything for her. Instead, she’s become singlemindedly focused on winning the same competition at hula school that her mom did, because she wants to feel a connection with her mom, and because her peers are still treating her like she’s worthless.
The thing is, Lilo gets the confidence to try and win this because of Stitch. She’s downcast and believes that her bullies are right. You get the idea that this is how she would feel if she were still a lonely orphan. But this time, because this is the sequel, Stitch is there.

So he tells her they’ll win the competition together. And in this movie, while Lilo is struggling with getting her sense-of-worth from Stitch, or a hula competition, Stitch is struggling with his sense-of-worth, too. He’s glitching out and his programming is forcing him to act destructive all over again. He’s not sure if he’ll always be bad—he’s wrestling with the possibility that he’ll hurt Lilo and his new family.
And in the meantime, Jumba is trying to solve the problem, but he’s afraid he’ll fail, and lose his worth in the eyes of the family, as well as lose Stitch. And David, in a little side-story, is afraid he’s losing Nani, that she doesn’t value him.
All of which sounds really dark, but it’s really an interesting place to take the characters, and truthfully the whole film is so lighthearted where it needs to be, but not afraid to be earnest and emotional, either. And the point of it is really good. It’s “love is more powerful than death.” It’s powerful enough to overcome questions about self-worth, and it’s powerful enough to overcome the gaping hole that loss and failure and other forms of death leave. It’s gorgeous.
2. The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride
People take issue with this sequel because…I mean, look at it. There are parts of it that are animated really well, and the character designs are good, until you measure it up to the original Lion King, and then it’s just not even the same league. Besides, the writing is very dramatic, sometimes the sound editing for the characters’ dialogue is placed strangely or feels like the pacing is weird…
But I love it, and not just for nostalgia. I love it because it is about a new set of characters (like a sequel usually should be) but the previous set of characters still act in-character.
Not everybody agrees with me. Because Simba seems much less fun-loving, and so uptight and formal, that he doesn’t feel like the same character we knew and loved in the original Lion King, at all.
But it only takes like one second of thought to realize that, as a brand new king who’s uncle murdered his father and emotionally blackmailed him, and was able to do so easily because Simba himself was so self-centered and reckless as a child, and then Simba made big mistakes by running from his responsibility for so long…
…where we find him in this sequel makes total sense.
Of course he’s feeling like he has to overcompensate for abandoning the kingdom and getting fooled by Scar. Should he realize that not everyone is going to betray him, and he is the real King and can rule gently and fairly without being over-controlling? Should he? Yeah. But like. This is Simba. His major character flaw is thinking too much about himself—it used to be thinking he was awesome, then after his dad died it was thinking he was unable to be a good leader and everything was his own fault. Now, everything he ever dreamed about being a King, he dreamed when he was like the lion-equivalent of nine years old. And found out it was all wrong. He’s having to figure this out with only his father, whose very absence is a sore spot, as an example. Of course he’s suddenly obsessed with being just like his dad, and that makes him talk all formal, and pass strict judgement, and say things like “I’m seeking counsel from the Great Kings.”
Of course Simba would be protective of Kiara. Overprotective. Lying and controlling. Because as a child, he and Nala almost died over and over. And the worst of the worst things happened to him, as a cub.
Of course he wants to banish Kovu. It’s not because he’s racist. (What does that even mean?) It’s because he was betrayed and manipulated as a young, naive cub by someone who claimed to love him, then broke his heart and his life. So when a dark lion who literally looks like and claims connection to Scar waltzes in and appears to be manipulating his daughter and stealing her young heart? Yeah, no, it wouldn’t be Simba if he didn’t overreact.

But that’s enough about Simba. I think the movie’s real strength is symbolism and premise.
First off, it continues the symbolism of a reflection in its own unique way. The movie is very on-theme. Its point is “Hate divides us, but love completes us.” (Its not “We Are One,” that’s just Movie-Speak)
Kiara feels incomplete. Divided from a whole other half of who she is. She says so as a cub. She’s not just a princess; she feels like there’s a part of her that wants to be capable and bold and take action. But she can’t be that, she has no outlet for that, because as the Princess, everyone is always over-concerned for her safety and wrapping her in like, wild-animal-bubble-wrap. Then she meets Kovu, and he is capable, and bold, and takes-action—he seems independent. (He’s not, at first, but he has more control over his immediate actions than Kiara seems to.) And he gets her and loves her, and she loves him, despite their flaws, so that is her missing half.
And with him, he doesn’t know how to just enjoy life. He’s been trained his whole life to act out of passe-down hatred; he’s been run through drills, and there’s even a scene where Kiara has to teach him how to play…and then he goes back home to his sister, who clearly also wants to play, but just calls it “fighting.” That’s the world he comes from.
But he meets Kiara, who is all about trying to enjoy life and have fun, and it’s a whole new outlook for him. It’s what he had seeds of before his mother’s hate stamped it out, and Kiara completes it for him. So they really are each others’ other half. And they have that in common. Kiara could be independent and a capable leader, if her father’s hate (which manifests as paranoia and overprotectiveness against danger) weren’t stamping it out. Kovu could have fun and protect good things instead of killing, if his mother’s hate wasn’t stamping it out. Dividing the good parts of them. But then their love for one another overcomes all that and brings them together.
And they do that literally, with the reflections in the water. Simba needed to learn his father lives in him, he’s a part that can’t be separated. Kiara and Kovu needed to learn that love makes them part of one another—that’s the key to no longer being divided.
Just like how, in the end, love forgives—so the Outsiders are able to come back into the Pride. Instead of being divided, the prides literally merge into one, and are completed. Love all that.
If you think of it all as like, “how do we make Simba into a strong King when he has so much baggage to overcome?” And this adventure with his new family teaches him that? Then you can see it’s a really beautiful movie.
And I love, of course, that Mufasa appears to be orchestrating all these events. Like, there’s a Higher Power at work. It’s all good.
Bambi II
This movie has the same vibes as Lilo & Stitch 2, even though it’s a midquel.
I love that Bambi gets his own characterization and character arc in this movie, even though he’s pretty one-dimensional in the classic film. But yet, none of this feels out of character for Bambi. He’s sort of gentle and very young, but you can see glimpses of dreams and ambitions and even strength that show off what he’ll be like as an adult Great Prince of the Forest.
I think the animation is very good, soft and cute. It’s not so much about realistic-cartoon-animal movements, graceful and charming, like the classic was, obviously. This animation is more about emotion and appeal. Which I appreciate, because the story is, like most good Disney sequels, very relationship-based.
It’s about Bambi being cared for by the Great Prince, and how the relationship between a father and son is about more than duty; it’s about nurturing. I just love that. I love how carefully they build up Bambi as feeling distant and unsure of what’s going on in his father’s head, but wanting to please him nevertheless. I love that the Great Prince doesn’t know how, exactly, to care for or relate to Bambi, so he defaults to just telling him how to be dignified and Princely.
I especially love the scenes with Ronno or the Great Prince. I like the fact that those old Disney sequels can take a character that didn’t have a lot of dialogue or screen-time in the original, and build out a whole story around those characters, giving them personality and writing that somehow always feels true to those characters. The Great Prince might not know how to father, but even when he’s insecure he has a kind of put-on calm and reserve. He’s not made a fool-out-of, ever, or bumbling. I love that Ronno, on the other hand, is ridiculous and brutish, just a little-boy bully…but he’s also truly threatening, for Bambi and Faline and their friends.
I think the emotion in this movie hits really well. Because they’re so careful to interweave Bambi’s emotions about losing his mother and wanting to find the same feeling of safety he had with her in his father, with The Great Prince’s emotions about wanting to “do his duty” even if it hurts when he feels he’s not what’s best for Bambi…
Because they build that up believably and spend all their time on that instead of big, epic adventures or larger-than-life tales, the movies turn out really well.
Honorable mentions to Cinderella 3: A Twist in Time, The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Beginning, Tarzan II, and Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure
I hope your day is better tomorrow, friend.

How did/do you practice to get to this point in drawing skills? With details, please. I love the texture and lighting in your drawings and how you draw people in your own style while they still look similar ❤️❤️
one thing about me is that i’m stubborn as a mule and if it is humanly possible to do something then i will, in fact, attempt it with a firm belief that I am capable of success no matter my skill level lol
warning: this is going to be a long post ;___;
a little about my background: I’m a 22yo self-taught hobbyist. I didn’t go to art school, I never took any proper drawing classes. All I had since I was like a toddler barely holding a pencil was my drive to always be Better, shitty school art clubs and probably something undiagnosed too
I started digital art when I was around 13-14. My traditional skills were pretty solid (for a kid) at the time but stepping into digital really did feel like learning how to draw from scratch again. This is what some of my earliest work looked like, around one month after I had started… oh god
just a few months after that I switched to semi-realism stylistically as it was pretty close to what I was used to with traditional art. This is what we were dealing with around 1-2 years after those first pieces

I hate to say this because it’s such a useless piece of advice but most of my learning process was just me throwing random shit at the wall and seeing what sticks. Most of the time I was just picking up things from my favorite artists or experimenting. I just barely scratched the surface of fundamentals, only enough to grasp the super basic proportions for everything, some color theory and I would pretty much wing the rest (don’t do that, put in some actual effort, these things are important). I am lucky in the sense that a lot of those things do come to me intuitively, like I don’t know, color theory is very logical to me so I never felt the need to study it properly??
A lot of people mention my use of color and texture and I am going to be 100% real with you, that was born purely out of my laziness, I just sat down one evening, discovered what layer modes and curves do and how with some tweaks they make my art look like I put 12 hours more into it and my heart sang. And as for my bold strokes idk where that came from honestly. My primary school art teacher once told me I have a ‘confident hand’ and my confused 11yo ass sat there with my frozen elsa fanart like thanks??
However this approach only got me so far as I did hit a wall around 2023-2024 which is when I decided to you know… start doing actual Studies™ and learn the fundamentals properly (at least try to). Since Cillian Murphy was my main muse at the time, I sort of used him as a training ground for all kinds of techniques and stylistic choices, I even sat down one day to properly study his face in detail (for science obviously). I went to museums, I stared at actual paintings (AND sculptures!!!), picking them apart and deconstructing them in my head, noticing each brush stroke, really trying to find what makes the whole piece click. I tried master studies for the first time in my life which was mind-blowing, would 100% recommend it. The time I read about Leyendecker’s technique genuinely changed my life and I couldn’t stop thinking about it for days omg. And don’t get me wrong, I’m still winging the shit out of everything but I guess I’m doing it more mindfully now??

I can’t stress enough how much art is about not just seeing but OBSERVING and NOTICING reality, not just copying but interpreting it, capturing the essence, feeeeeeeling it. Who cares if you fucked up a single stroke 500 times, who cares if your base sketch looks disgusting? It really is about trusting the flow, trusting the process and focusing on the bigger picture. And if you flop you dust yourself off and try again, all there is to it. Practiceeeee practice practice and have fun, it’s never that deep

Wish Granted AU: Flazino

Now the sorcerers' overworked, underappreciated, underpaid, incredibly tired apprentice, Flazino! I keep laughing at the fact that this guy has more depth to him than half the cast of the canon movie. 😂 He went from throwaway character to a nearly co-protagonist character with importance to the story!
His design was inspired by several Disney characters. The outfit and hair are a reference to Arthur/Wart from "The Sword in the Stone". The face and body language is based on George from the Paperman short film (Remember how great that was? And it mastered the 2D/3D hybrid animation long before Wish? What happened to those animators, Disney?)

(You can even use this concept art as reference for Flazino if you want too, especially that pissed off look 😂)
And I swear it wasn't on purpose, but as I started drawing him tired, he started resembling Bruno. All his references are from overworked or stressed out characters and I didn't even do it on purpose! 😂
Now for some backstory and info dump! This was pretty fun because I got to create my own take on him since there's practically nothing on him outside of a deleted scene.
• Like the aforementioned deleted scene, Flazino's wish is to study magic. For this story, its so he can help others lives be better, which is what he thought Magnifico wanted as well. He thought the job would be more glamorous or fun as he learned, but it turns out Mags doesn't actually want a successor. He plans on being in power permanently. He pretends he granted Flaz's wish and instead of studying magic, he's the errand boy, cleans the lab equipment, feeds Sabor, and is in charge of the tour guides for newcomers. Flazino just practices what he can at home and secretly takes ingredients from Amaya's potion cabinet.
•No one's sure if the bags under his eyes are from losing his wish and side effects starting, or its just him being stressed out all the time. Either way he's like Aled, he doesn't sleep much cause he's always working or worrying. He's sort of sassy when he's really tired so he might make an off hand comment. Bonus: He swears, but its censored in the "Spongebob Sailor Mouth" style. You'll just hear a noise or beep censorship sound in place of it. 😂 (Hey, you can say "Hell" and "Damn" in a Pixar movie now, so why not?)
•He gave his wish at 18, and was surprised to hear it was getting granted so soon. Though Mags doesn't really need an apprentice, he takes Flaz on just in case something happened to him, all of his magic, power and evil will go into the apprentice. Sort of passing on his plans to him to become the next Magnifico and continue his work. That's pretty terrifying.
• Most people in the Hamlet think that he and Asha are secretly a thing, but that's not the case. Lord knows Sabino wanted his granddaughter to get a boyfriend so she'd stop being so serious all the time. They never really had feelings like that for each other, they just stayed friends. One part is because Asha has just sealed herself off from connecting deeper with other people, and on Flaz's side, he already has feelings for someone else. (Also, after Star shows up and spends time with Asha, she starts feeling things for him she's been repressing for years. Girl, chill.-)
• During the first few months of becoming the apprentice, he learned about the Hamlet through rumors in Rosas. He didn't understand why people would run away until he stumbles on seeing the king and queen crush the wishes of a couple who talked about leaving Rosas and not trusting the royals. He never saw that couple again.
He later took off one night into the forest to finds this supposed Hamlet using a tracking spell. Once he finds it, Sabino and other people tell him why they ran and what a monster the royal could be. Flazino felt so disgusted that he promised to help anyway he could. So he makes an excuse to get specialty mushroom from the Uncharted Forest once a month and brings supplies to the Hamlet ever since. (stuff like seeds to grow food, flour, medicine, toys for the kids)
• A lot of the people actually go to Flazino if they can't get to the king for help improving the kingdom, or people needing help. The royals don't do crap, so he just does the best he can himself. But most people don't realize he's the one that granting their needs and not the royals.
• His connection to the 7 Teens actually foreshadows Asha bringing them together. Like the deleted scene suggested, they all know him as the "great apprentice to the king", when he's really just a tired guy trying not lose his sanity. He has different interactions with each of them.
Gabo is the one shouting that the royals are evil like a conspiracy theorist, but since he's such a low threat, they send Flazino to get rid of him and everytime he gets away. Gabo's been a nuisance for months now and he's even defacing anything with the royals on it. He actually agrees with Gabo, but obviously can't say it out loud.
For Simon, he tries to keep him awake when he can for his knight training, or guard duty so its his way of trying to help fulfill his wish of being a knight. He's tired himself, so its even harder.
Safi is allergic to practically everything when he cleans, so Flaz has an idea to make a medicine that can cure that through magic. He has no idea its just so he can talk to the girl he likes without sneezing in someone's face. 😂
Hal is one of the easiest he gets along with. She's pretty content where she is and gets along with him fine. Though he gets roped into doing some of her work when he's not paying attention, lol. If she does see an injustice being done to someone else she'll step in to help them.
Bazeema he's not even sure what she thinks of him. She's so shy whenever he talks to her, all he knows is that she does a great job caring for the local animals and flora in the kingdom, which he's thanked her many times for. Though she has been leaving him yellow roses as thank you messages.
Dahlia is actually the one he bonds with the best. He ends up talking to her when its time for Sabor's breakfast or dinner and she makes the food by hand with her parents. At first he just talked to her out of convenience and vent a little bit about being overworked (much to his surprise, she's actually listening). Then the two of them just found some comfort in talking to each other when they've had a long day and now its developed into a full-on crush for him. But with Dahlia going all fangirl on Magnifico, he doesn't have high hopes the feelings mutual. (She's been dropping hints but he's not getting it)
So I guess we got three Flazinos right now: RFTS!Flaz who actually likes his job and still wants to learn magic, UaS!Flaz who's a prince of the evil royals, and then WG!Flaz is an overworked man who wants to hurt his bosses. Y'all need therapy. 😂
(So now, Chapter 6 of WG will be out tomorrow! 😏)

I want to talk about my Iggy hcs so I will >:]
As he became a captain in Bowser's army, he's gotten really interested in inventing and creates many gadgets and weapons to use for combat.
Was originally inspired to invent because of Ludwig. When they were kids, Ludwig had made a little toy Mechakoopa for him and he thought it was the coolest thing ever. Later on, Iggy finds the blueprints for it and invents a more complete version that breathes fire. It surprisingly didn't cause as much damage as you would think.
Modified his wand so it could shift into various weapons. He has to spin his wand to activate the process to get it to shift.
He has extensive knowledge on weapons and had to learn and practice a lot on how to use different kinds in order to incorporate it into his fighting style.
He also uses weapons that usually emit electricity as well.
Most people think since he's always inventing gadgets to use, that he modified his glasses to have a bunch of different functions in them but they're just normal glasses. His reason being: "People want to punch me in the face too much to risk it."
He can draw and design weapons in graphic detail but when he’s actually drawing anything else it looks like chicken scratch. He writes in all caps and it's basically unreadable since he writes so fast.
He adopted his first Chain Chomp, Fred when he was 15. Over the years, he now owns 5 Chain Chomps altogether. Fred is the oldest and smallest of the group and is about the size of a yoga ball. Usually, if Iggy isn't able to be around to take care of them, Morton is the one who does.
He usually likes giving people nicknames, and finds it funny if the person particularly doesn’t like the one he gives them.
Mostly impartial for most things but has very strong food opinions and is probably the only hill he will die the hardest on when arguing. He hates pineapple on pizza and will hate it to the bitter end.
He laughs a lot whenever he speaks even if nothing is particularly funny. He also likes to make random sounds and hums to himself from time to time.
Used to hate eye contact as a kid. His eyes are quite unnerving to look at and it would usually scare people away from him. Even so, eye contact is very important for him to begin to trust somebody since it's the only way he can tell if someone is comfortable being around him.
He hates it when people think because of his joking manner that he usually has no clue of what's going on and doesn't take things seriously because of it. Can't a Koopa have some whimsy in his life?
He's taken up gardening because of Kamek and keeps plants in his workshop. He's also given all his siblings a plant he thinks that best fits them and one that he knows they can take care of. Everyone does their best to care of their plants!
His room is surprisingly very tidy but it's only because he's always sleeping in his workshop. The only time he'll be sleeping in his room is if one of his siblings had caught him sleeping in his workshop and scolded him to go sleep in his actual room. (No one is going to bother carrying him back. That man is 6’5 and it will be like picking up a long wet noodle).
Can't dance for shit, like he literally has no rhythm. The only move he knows is the floss and it took the gang forever to teach him how in the first place.
His fav music genres are EDM, techno, dubstep, and really just anything with a fast beat. Mostly listens to instrumentals. Also unironically listens to atrocious mixes. Like music that sounds like this (warning for the 2nd link is loud). It just leaves everyone flabbergasted.
He's become friends with Harriet when Bowser had his failed wedding on the moon, and the Koopalings had to come and get him afterwards. Both are total geeks in weaponry so they immediately clicked. Harriet is so energetic that even someone as energetic as Iggy gets worn out by her at times. Even so, the two match each other's energy in how much trouble they like causing so it’s never anything that’s actually a problem. He also gets along with Madame Broode being fellow Chain Chomp owners.
#iggy koopa#koopalings#text post#headcanons#koopaling headcanons#is the floss a very dated dance move now?#if so geez it feels like im old already...-_-

Murphy siblings headcanons nowwwww (if you want of course (It appears you do want))
MURPHY SIBLINGS HEADCANONS LET'S GOOO
Bisexual siblings fr fr (though Connor's already canonically bi, right?)
Connor is transmasc, also identifying as genderfluid
→ Zoe is genderqueer. Maybe gender non-conforming. In general, she doesn't really care about gender and stuff, but still likes presenting as androgynous and feminine, depending on how she's feeling
→ Also they both go by "they". he/they for Connor, she/they for Zoe
They're (fraternal) twins. When they were kids, up to age 9 or something, people who were meeting them for the first time would confuse them easily
They both have heterochromia: Connor has one blue eye, Zoe a green one, and the other is brown
→ Their heterochromia is mirroring (?); Connor's brown eye is the left one, and Zoe's is her right eye
They're both the tallest of the friend group. Connor is the tallest (like 6'2), followed by Zoe (around 5'10)
Connor's favorite bands are The Smiths and My Chemical Romance
→ But he also listens to rock and metal in general, maybe some indie artists too
He had a crush on Kurt Cobain and Gerard Way when he was like 13
Some artists/bands Zoe likes are Fiona Apple, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, TV Girl and Chappell Roan
→ One of her favorite songs is Starman by David Bowie
Connor started learning acoustic guitar with Zoe's help, and eventually started learning electric guitar too (his guitars are two of his most precious possessions)
He's a self taught artist; He mostly draws on sketchbooks, but has painted on canvases before (and he's got a TON of sketchbooks)
Zoe has a big crush on Alana. Naturally, Connor teases her over it, which just results in her teasing him back over his crush on Evan
Connor went through a million hair phases, starting with short hair styles, but once he settled on long hair he's never got it cut again since
Connor was a "it's not a phase mommmm 🤬" kid in his early teens (except it actually was NOT a phase)
He has a white ragdoll cat named Winter, which Zoe also claims as her own lol. Then Connor moved out and took the cat with him, which Zoe (jokingly) hasn't forgiven him for
Zoe went to a music school after highschool, so she was able to successfully build a career around her music
→ She even started a band with some of her band buddies from school
Connor went to art school, graduated as an art major, and then became a book illustrator and/or comic artist
Okay I think that should be enough 🤸 tell me your thoughts or your own hcs if you'd like :-)

Link boy? 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 I am very curious about this secret Link boy, if you still want to talk about ‘im! Does he have a backstory or future-story or just what’s his deal? (Or other questions if you would rather talk about other aspects)
Omg, okayokay, aaaaah-
Thank you for this ask! He does have a backstory! I created him ages ago, and I’ll share the piece I had commissioned for him! This is gonna be a really long reply so please bear with me!

This is my baby boy, Fate. Art is done by @/emily-e-draws! I didn’t commission his Zelda (I call her Karma), so unfortunately I don’t have anything for her. BUT!
Fate actually comes directly after Twilight, however he is NOT a descendant of him. Karma is Dusk's (Twilight's Zelda) great-great granddaughter. Fate is a young boy who was born to a Hylian couple that lived in Kakariko Village. They ran a small potions shop and worked alongside the village shaman Renado until he passed away, and his daughter Luda became shaman.
He was born without his sight, so that’s why his eyes are a milky blue. This makes doing things on his own incredibly difficult, so he spends most of his time traveling with a friend or with his mother and father. He found the Master Sword when he was fourteen during a walk in the woods by Ordon Village. He had hit it with his walking cane and was stunned by the sheer force of the magic that radiated from it. He touched the hilt of the sword and was absolutely aghast when he was able to see the traces of magic in everything around him. When he returned home with it in his hand, his mother and father were terrified. They had told him of the valiant Hero of Twilight growing up, the man who was very close to Renado, and depicted his journey in greater detail. Despite their pleas to put the sword back and never return to the place where he'd gotten it, Fate refused and kept the Master Sword. He began to learn the art of swordsmanship using a book he'd been given by Luda that was written by the Hero of Twilight himself. The book depicted all of his skills and everything he'd learned from his own mentor, and it took a bit of time, patience from Luda, and a *lot* of bloody bandages before he was able to learn every single skill.
Fate met Karma when he was 16, and they immediately became friends, but a friendship between the princess and the son of a potions master was frowned upon, so their friendship was shrouded in secrecy.
During their leisure walk in the gardens where he explained how he found the Master Sword, he was ambushed and killed right in front of her by a swarm of monsters. Those same monsters kidnapped Karma, leaving the boy's body in the garden. He found himself in a white expanse, and held his hand before his eyes as the four Spirits of Light- Ordona, Eldin, Faron, and Lanayru- took form in front of him. *Child of Light, have courage. We have deemed you worthy of a second chance. Look, you have been blessed by the Spirit of the Hero. Zelda needs your aid. Now, rise, for the evils of Ganondorf return to this land. Go, and save Hyrule from this blight.* He awoke in the Garden, took the Master Sword in hand, and went to say goodbye to his family before setting on his journey to find Zelda and defeat Ganondorf.
The Master Sword gives him the ability to “see” when he’s actively holding it, but when he joins the Chain, Sky is the only one who has the Master Sword, so he comes up with a spell that gives him the ability to “see” for a short period of time, and he can only use it a few times a day.
Since he’s blind, when he’s not using the Master Sword, Fate fights with his walking cane (it doubles as a staff) and a combat style called Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu, which is a grappling style of combat made to neutralize an enemy attack using their own force and energy against them. There are some videos on YouTube detailing how this technique is employed, and I actually had started writing how he meets the Chain, but I haven’t touched it in a while 😅
But yeah! That’s my Link! Sorry for the absolutely MASSIVE wall of text, I haven’t talked about him to anyone since I made him

Woah! You draw the Disney art style perfectly and I wanna know all your secrets! What art program do you use and how did you learn to draw animals and people so well in the Disney style? Is there a tutorial on how to make them properly? I am a massive fan of classic hand drawn Disney movies myself and seeing you give an extremely underrated film like "Brother Bear" so much attention is wonderful! I saw it theaters when it first released and while the reception wasn't the best, it's way, WAY better than the slop Modern Disney has been slinging at us for over the past decade. Now we just need someone to give "Home on the Range" the time of day.
ourgh I'm not really good with explaining things but I'll try my best ahehefuhe:
first off, I use procreate.

it's $12.99 for any ipad (i think). honestly I don't think you need any specific art program to make your art look "good". any program can be suitable but this is just what I use.
secondly, as for tutorials for drawing, I never really took classes or anything; I kinda just learned things on my own and take inspiration from my favorite artists or go on pinterest to look at art tips, so I guess you can say I'm a self taught artist lol.

however, there were a few times when I stumbled into Aaron Blaises (director of brother bear) live streams on tiktok and see him drawing bears. so I just took on from some of those and they were actually pretty helpful. he does have some art classes you can take, but they're expensive so it's a nah for me. (but of course if you wanna take them, go for it)

so I recommend just watching his live streams on either tiktok or youtube.
thirdly, I think the BIGGEST thing that helped me improve at my brother bear artstyle was doing art studies of the movie itself. what I did was that I took screencaps from the movie and I just tried studying how Kenai and Koda are drawn. I will say the shape theory is actually really awesome and I think that's what helped improve my art.
I would show some of the art studies I did, but they're old and I'd rather show a newer, cleaner one. maybe one day I can make a video explaining how I do it but, i'm really shy when it comes to talking in a video 🥲 we'll see
but anyways, that's really the best way I can explain it, again I'm still learning as I only started ACTUALLY drawing about almost 5 years ago
sorry this post is so long aheem heem my bad
#i paused one of my headcanon ask drawing to make this post lol#also ive never seen home on the range#ive heard mixed reviews abt it tho#ask

(Gregory Wright AU)
I was supposed to pair this artwork with this ask, but it was posted by mistake when the art wasn't done yet.
After I finished AAI2, I had to draw Raymond Shields with Gregory. I was sad to realize how much he would age--he's about 66 here--but it was really fun to design him older and make a drawing in a similar style to the other photos he took in AAI2.
I also wrote a short story of these two meeting for the first time, and the circumstances around the photo below the cut. It's about 2500 words long. Hope you enjoy it! ˙ᵕ˙
(As of April 9th, 2025, I updated the story with some edits and new parts, including changing the name from Ray Shields to Eddie Fender.)
“Good luck with your trial Mr. Edgeworth.”
My adoptive father sighed. “We’re not in the courtroom, Gregory. You needn’t be so formal.”
I turned away to hide a chuckle, then looked back at him. “I can’t help that you brought me up as a professional, Pop.”
“Indeed.” He turned to the door of the courtroom. “I’ll see you at your dad’s office.”
I gave him a wave and headed to a vending machine down the hall for some coffee. As I watched the paper cup fill with my much needed source of caffeine, I heard someone greet me from behind.
“Hello, Mr. Wright!”
I spun around. An older man in a trench coat and a black fedora grinned at me as he walked by.
“H-hello.”
Do I know you...?
I watched him do a double-take. He stopped and turned around. He leaned forward and adjusted his thin, rectangular glasses with his thumb and index finger. “It might be my aging eyes, but you look shorter than I remember!”
“I guess the courtroom makes everyone look a little grander, huh?” I said with a forced grin. Maybe this man observed one of my trials at some point...?
He tilted his head with drawn brows and stared for another moment. Just as I was starting to feel uneasy, he checked his watch. “Well, it was nice seeing you! Best of luck with you!”
“You, too.”
As much as it wounded my pride, the old man must have confused me for my dad. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened...
I took my coffee from the vending machine and walked down the hall. I could just make out Pop making his opening statement. He was usually soft spoken at home, but once he was at the prosecution desk—or annoyed with my dad—he was resonant. You could hear the decades of expertise in every word.
Then, I noticed that the strange, old man that had greeted me earlier was lingering at the door to the courtroom Pop was in. He had his hands in his pockets and was gazing wistfully at the door.
-
“You have a son?”
Pop sighed. “Yes…”
“And he’s a defense attorney?!”
“Yes…”
Edward Fender roared with laughter. “What a twist of fate! Say, does he need a mentor? I could take on an apprentice.”
“I appreciate the offer, but you must realize how many people in law Gregory has grown up with.”
Mr. Fender made hearty chuckle behind grinned teeth. “No offense, Miles, but I think he ought to learn from an actual defense attorney and not from that family of prosecutors.”
Pop shifted his stance, glancing away. Although Mr. Fender was my grandfather’s apprentice and he and Pop worked together for a short time at one point, their relationship has always been somewhat estranged.
Mr. Fender always had a chip on his shoulder when it came to prosecutors. I couldn’t blame the guy. The most infamous and ruthless of them murdered my grandfather—Mr. Fender's mentor. This prosecutor even took my father in as his adoptive son on some sort of twisted power trip.
Pop never really kept Mr. Fender up to speed with his own personal life. Why would he?
“He’ll be fine.” Pop finally said after a few moments of silence. “His, erm... father is a defense attorney.”
Mr. Fender stared at him, his lips stretched in a line. “I thought you were his father?”
Pop crossed his arms and lifted his chin. “I am.”
“But you’re not a defense attorney...”
“You know more than anyone that I’m not.”
Mr. Fender pinched his face and scratched his chin. “You gotta help an old man out, Miles. Do you mean to say that your kid has two dads or something?” He let out a lighthearted chuckle.
Pop is not overfond of detailing his personal life to anyone—especially to anyone in the law business. Dad has told me Pop had been more open to admit that they raised me together with my mom. However, when it came to his own father’s old protégé, old habits emerged.
“My son’s full name is Gregory Wright,” Pop finally said before glancing away. “That should give you sufficient information about who is mentoring him.”
Mr. Fender drew his hand to his chin. “Wright...?” His eyes grew large. “Wright?! A-as in Phoenix Wright?!”
Pop nodded. “That is correct.”
“I-if Phoenix Wright is his father, and you’re his father--” He pointed at imaginary objects in the air, trying to make sense of it. “Does that mean Mr. Wright is your...? Your...?”
“He is my partner,” Pop said with a sigh.
Mr. Fender stood before him with his jaw slack. A blink or two later, he leaned back and raised his brows. “...You really need to keep Uncle Eddie in the loop a little more, Miles.”
-
Mr. Fender pushed Pop into arranging a meeting with me. “I want to see how your boy thinks as an attorney,” he said to him.
I didn’t mind meeting him. I knew about my family on my mother’s side at least four generations back, but I didn’t know a whole lot about my family on either of my fathers’ sides. It was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.
We were to meet at a cafe. Once I arrived, I ordered a large chai tea—something I seldom had at home since Pop prefers English teas and Mom always had Japanese teas. I took a seat and waited for Mr. Shields to show up, savoring the cocktail of spices Pop would call “overpowering.”
I was lost in my thoughts until I noticed an older man in a trench coat and a black fedora walk into the cafe. He looked around, like he was looking for something--or someone. He looked awfully suspicious, until something on his lapel caught my eye--a defense attorney badge.
I realized the strange man was the same man who had confused me for Dad and lingered around the door to Pop’s courtroom a while back.
Small world...
I saw Mr. Fender’s eyes light up when he saw me. His thin, gray mustache stretched as he smiled at me and walked my way. I sat up from my seat as I saw him extend a hand towards me.
“Mr. Gregory Wright!” he said as I grabbed his hand. His handshake was pretty firm for an old guy.
“Edward Fender!”
He put his other hand over mine and continued to shake. “Call me Eddie! It is an honor to meet Gregory Edgeworth’s grandson!”
I forced a smile, thinking it odd that he skipped over Pop to mention my grandfather, but I wasn’t aware of his resentment towards prosecutors at that time. “Pleasure’s all mine!”
I stood in line with him as he ordered a medium black coffee and a scone. We had a bit of small talk over our drinks. “You know, the original owner of the cafe was your grandfather’s last client.”
My eyes shot wide. “Was he?”
“Seems like your old man doesn’t tell you much about your granddad, does he?” Mr. Shields said before taking a bite of his scone.
He was right, of course. All Pop really told me about him was that Mom and Dad named me after him, and that he was a defense attorney. I did meet him when I was small when my Aunt Pearl channeled him for me, but there was not much I remembered from it. It wasn’t like I could have an intellectual conversation with him anyway. I was only four years old.
Most of what I knew about my grandfather--that he was an inspiration to Pop but was murdered when Pop was still a child--was from Mom and Dad, not so much Pop. I’m a lucky guy to have three parents, but I would be devastated if anything happened to any of them. Pop only had my grandfather. I couldn’t begin to imagine the pain Pop had to go through when he died, so I forgive him for not wanting to reminisce with me.
Thankfully, I could learn a little more about him from Mr. Fender.
“Let’s play a little game, Mr. Wright.”
“Call me ‘Gregory’.”
Mr. Fender’s smile faded. He gazed down on the table. I could see it in his eyes that he, too, was still in pain about the loss of his mentor.
I grimaced. “O-or you can call me ‘Grey’. That’s what most of my family on my mom and dad’s side call me.”
He let out a soft chuckle behind closed lips. “And you can call me Uncle Eddie, Grey.”
“Alright, Uncle Eddie,” I said with a chuckle. “So about this game…”
He sat up. “Right! For the game, I’ll ask you a question, and then you ask me a question. How’s that sound?”
I nodded. “Sound’s good!”
He took a bite of his scone and gestured to me. “You go first.”
I tapped my fingers on the table, thinking. I’ve heard plenty about the DL-6, the case of my grandfather’s murder. I knew he was a skilled defense attorney. What I didn’t know was anything about him as a person.
I looked Eddie in the eye. “What did you admire the most about my grandfather?”
He smiled and turned his head to look out the café window. “His commitment to finding the truth. He wasn’t afraid to stand up to corruption, even if it made things harder for him in the end.”
Hearing this made my heart feel full. “Feels like I’ve heard that mantra my whole life.”
“Probably from Mr. Wright, I imagine.”
I shook my head. “I heard it from Pop--er, Mr. Edgeworth, too. Nothing is more important to both of them than the truth. They ingrained that into me even before I wanted to be a lawyer.”
Eddie took another bite out of a scone and I watched his lips curl into a smile. “So… for my first question, tell me about your dads! How long have they been together?” His smile grew into a big, toothy grin.
I fought back rolling my eyes. “Well, ah, Pop started staying at my dad’s to help him take care of me when I was almost two.” I tried to give him an unassuming smile. It wasn’t the first time anyone’s assumed the nature of their relationship, so I liked playing dumb.
Eddie raised a brow. “Is that when they started dating?”
I gave him a grin. “I think it's my turn for a question, Uncle Eddie.”
He leaned back in his chair, resting his arm over the back. “Alright, alright… I knew your Pop wouldn’t tell me, and I suppose you won’t either.”
“Sorry,” I said, still smiling.
I didn't think it was any of his business. Besides, if Pop knew I detailed his home life with Dad to Eddie, he would kill me—then Mom would kill him, and I don't think Dad would be able to defend her in court.
Eddie gestured his hand upwards. “Anyway, what’s your next question?”
I put my fist to my cheek, looking up. “Seeming as you’re quite the seasoned attorney, looking back, what do you think Gregory Edgeworth could’ve done better?”
His brows rose and he sat back upright. “Asking the tough questions, eh, Grey?” He sighed out of his nose and learned forward. It was as if didn’t want to dare criticize his late mentor. “I think… he could’ve shown his feelings more--both to his clients, and to those close to him.”
I breathed a laugh. It seemed Pop had that in common with my grandfather. I knew that passed his often hard and stoic demeanor, there was a gentle, loving man who cared deeply about his family.
“Your old man didn’t even know that your grandpa was worried about him.”
I tilted my head. “Really? What was he worried about?”
“He was worried about his boy spending too much time with his nose in his law books and not enough time making friends and… being a kid.”
I frowned. I thought about my own childhood. I played. I had friends. I also did plenty of snooping through both Dad and Pop's law books--especially the ones in Dad’s office. Sometimes when I was there after school, I'd skim through them until Pop picked us up to take us home. When Dad was out of the office after school, I'd hop on the bus and go to Pop's office to look at his books until we would pick up my dad from wherever he was.
Neither of them were concerned about my reading habits, but I also read other things too. Mom had a collection of comics she kept in Dad’s office that I liked to read, too. Pop even had his own collection of comics hidden in his desk.
“What are you reading, son?” Pop asked me back when I was just starting Middle School. He had returned from visiting another office.
I sat on one of the sofas in his office with my legs crossed. “The Nickel Samurai Volume--” I flipped the book looked at the cover. “Seven.”
“...Did you get that from my desk?”
“Yeah.”
I heard him inhale sharply from behind the book. I glanced up at him and he cocked a brow at me. A smile grew on his face. “How are you liking it?”
“It’s good!”
He chuckled softly before heading to his desk. “Please don’t rummage through my things, Gregory. I have everything sorted and I prefer not to have anything misplaced. If you’d like to read more comics, just tell me.”
“Okay.”
My earliest memories of Pop were of him reading to me. I mostly played with Dad and my mom when she was around, but when either of them were busy or away for some reason, Pop would certainly try to play with me. He was happy when I was old enough to play strategy games like chess.
I couldn't help but wonder if things would be different if Pop was the only one who raised me. Would I have played less? Would Pop worry about me, too?
“I see,” I said, getting out of my head.
Eddie folded his hands together. “Anyway, I have another burning question for you.” I saw his eyes move down to my neck. He lifted his finger toward it. “What’s that odd-looking stone you have instead of a good tie?”
I glanced down. “Oh, this is my magatama. My mother gave it to me.”
His brows rose. “Your mother, hm?”
“It belonged to my late aunt--my mother’s sister. She was a defense attorney too, you know.”
“Oh?”
“Does ‘Mia Fey’ of Fey & Co. Law Offices ring a bell?”
I watched Eddie squint his eyes and bring his hand to his chin. “Ah, yes! Now that you say it, I recall reading about her m--er, her unfortunate death in the papers. However, I don’t recall if I ever met her.” He grinned. “Thirty years is a long time ago.” He then gestured back at my magatama. “So tell me about this… mega-tama.”
I looked down and held it between my index finger and thumb. “It’s a charm that members of the Fey Clan use.”
“The Fey Clan? Aren’t they a bunch of fortune-tellers?”
“Well, no. They’re spirit mediums.”
He planted his palms onto the table and leaned forward with wide eyes. “Spirit mediums! Was Ms. Fey also a spirit medium?”
I nodded proudly. I didn’t even mind that he asked a question out of turn. “My mom told me she was one of the best.”
“No kidding. Is your mom a spirit medium, too?”
“Yep. As a matter of fact, she is the master of the Kurain Spirit Channeling Technique, as well as the head of the Fey Clan.”
“Is that so?” He smirked and stroked his chin. “I must say, Daddy-Wright has… interesting taste in partners.”
That one got a mild chuckle out of me. Dad would occasionally have his attention stolen by beautiful women--none of whom really resembled my mother. He would even do it in front of her, to which she would nudge him and whisper, “Say ‘hi’ to her, Nick!” ‘Nick’ being her nickname for him.
Dad would glare at her. “I’m not going to say ‘hi!’”
“Come oooon! Tell her she’s pretty!”
I thought nothing of it until this happened in front of my Aunt Pearl. “Mr. Nick! How dare you ogle other women in front of your wife! The mother of your children! You should only have your eyes on her!” she said, waving her finger. Mom and Dad would groan and sigh. Even Pop would roll his eyes with them if he were around.
Eddie pointed at my magatama again. “Are you a spirit medium too, son?”
My heart sank. I shook my head, still smiling. “Only women in the clan can be.”
“Hmph. I see. I imagine you wear that trinket in honor of your mother’s family and the memory of your Aunt.”
“Exactly.”
He crossed his arms and smiled back. “That’s sweet.”
We exchanged more questions which moved beyond our relations and into our profession. We had a good chat about the legal system and how much it has changed in the nearly fifty years Eddie was an attorney. I was happy he had the stage for the most part so I could sip on my chai tea—which had long turned cold, but was still delicious. After telling me stories about his career for about a couple hours, he looked at his watch.
“Well Grey, your Uncle Eddie ought to get going.” I quickly glanced at my phone to check the time, and saw a missed call and a text from Pop.
“Likewise.”
He stood up out of his chair and extended his arm for another handshake. I stood up and we shook.
“It was great meeting you, Uncle Eddie!”
“Same to you, son.” He put his hands together. “Oh! One more thing. Could you come over here?”
I raised my eyebrow and walked around the table to him. He pulled out an old—and I mean really old—camera, and turned it toward us. “U-Uncle Eddie?”
“Say ‘Cheese!’”
There was a flash. I saw stars and rubbed my eyes. After blinking then back open, I was amazed to see a photo slide out of the camera's body. I’ve heard of cameras like those, but I’ve never seen one in person.
Eddie took the photo and he had a big smile. “Oh good, it still works!”
“The camera?”
“Yes, I need it for my, erm, investigation this afternoon.”
“Can’t you just use your phone?”
Eddie waved his hand. “What’s the fun in that? I like having them printed out so I can attach them to my wall in the office and see everything all at once.”
“You can also just… print photos out at any—”
“Gregory, I’m old. Leave me to do things as I always have.”
I hummed. It was a huge honor to have him call me by my full, first name. “Fair enough.”
“I’ll be seeing you, Mr. Gregory Wright, and don’t be afraid to give ol’ Uncle Eddie a call or pay a visit to your grandpa’s Law Office.”
“I just might do that.”

Mutuals Mutuals Come one COME ALL!!!
Put your various sona's and appendages together for the unveiling of a lil' something I've been working on while being distracted from animating Dame Aylin's wings (Its long, hard, fun as all hell but the concentration required to do so seems physically impossible for a beast of my genus)
I drew all my moots tavs/pseudo-companions!!! It took a bit, but it was well worth it! Everyone's design is so unique and fun to figure out. (10 is a big number of moots)((which I am very grateful to have :3)) So without Further Ado!!! (there will be so much more Ado):
(page break cuz the images are 400x400 each but 10 times, I also go on for a bit about how much I like each Tav/pseudo-companion character) ((if anyone can give me tips on how to size pieces in a normal style digitally i'd be very grateful))
First of all is Sivvus the Fey Prince (he/him)! This elusive Eladrin Tav belongs to @thedomesticanthropologist! A gorgeous yet seemingly cold-hearted druid who tends to keep his cards close to his chest. Though if you want the challenge you can see for yourself if you can try and get close to him to see if Sivvus is as closed off as he seems to be. To be quite honest, Sivvus really grew on me. A very fancy Eladrin with a high society (fey society) upbringing ( with very good looking mood boards to match) and the like only for him to be thrust into the bg3 world with a worm to boot. He is charming! Also his backstory? <3 Defienetly go read it! 10/10 would draw the snob again :)
Second off we have Gum (He/They)! A Githyanki Cleric of Mystra. Being @piipaw's Tav you'd find this charming fruit lover trying to live a peaceful life after escaping from the creche that raised them. I like Gum a lot as the concept of a githyanki trying to find their own way in Faerun while also having no idea about any of the social customs is very gripping to me. I recommend greatly to check out the blog for Gum fics, fanart and a very cool moot . :)
Next is H'rayn of Verkos (she/her)! Now different from all the character's I drew, H'rayn is not a Tav! She's actually a pseudo-companion character with a lotta lore and history! She even has her own quest, party banter, approval and disapproval things. It's the whole deal!! @githkisser made an amazing post all about H'rayn . If you want a ton of indepth and fun info that's really really well documented, I cannot overstate how much you should it check out! I find myself going back to learn more about H'rayn as she really is as well thought out as in game companions! It's quite fun thinking up of ways tavs can interact with her and the art is mwah!!! very good indeed :3
4th! Tavern (Tav) the Bard! (they/them) This darling bard ran away from the circus.....from birth! Created by @avocado-writing, Tavern plays their way into your heart with their silly antics, warm heart and eldritch pocket dimension in their chest!
Tavern is a doll to doodle and I am amped to draw them even more in the future. The heterochromia and the inclusion of instruments does make them a fun challenge (i will draw instruments accuratley with these paws eventually). Go check them out!! :D
5th! Hvinidyr the Barbarian (he/him)! @star-bear-art (I just realised after all this we aren't actually mutuals. Which is funny since we kinda have the same name and theme with the bear thing XD) If you wanna see wonderous art of Hvinidyr as well as the other companions, go look right over here!
Winnie (Hvinidyr) has a lot of forms depending on the time period you wanna look at. The one I chose was the most recent with the large scar tissue all over the left (right? I'm horrible at directions, my paws don't make an L shape for me to tell). He was really fun to sketch out (and probably later colour in) and has a really unique design that I appreciate :)
6th Vierlin the Enchantment Wizard (and a lil' bit rouge)!!!(she/her) @sybaritick's Tav!!! Now!! This classic drow has a keen intrest in enchantment magic, teaching her crafts to nobles in Amn. After the whole tadpole fiasco, she also finds another use for her multitude of arcane skills. Most notabley depicted with a local wizard.
Now I won't get ahead of myself here but the fics that Sybaritick wrote about Vierlin are like....licking a warm pan of thickened maple syrup or a fancy meat meal with so much demi-glaze you're left smacking your lips for at least 20 mins after eating. Its indulgent. And I couldn't recommend it enough!! Read it!! (it took me a good 8 times to get the 'ie' part of Vierlin's name right, the letters look the same to me)
7th Fink the Spores Druid (they/them) belonging to @causticcontemplation! They're a pretty short Tav a 2.5ft and have a whole modern AU fic about them!!! You can read all about it here! (the pun name is amazing!)
I found it cool to use the fic to figure out how to colour them in, I ended up sending an anon ask instead and it helped great! Lovely Tav 10/10!
8th Korydass the Druid!! (She/her)!!! Conjured by @cfcreative, this seemingly non-emotive bronze dragonborn lights a spark in viewers as her tail and love for nature portrays otherwise. Art of Kory is many and also very good. Reading through her lore is fun watching her dynamics with the different origin characters change as she opens up to the party.
Now I do have slight bias, I like drawing Kory the most since her head shape is less humanoid. It's just so satifying, also her design is crazy awesome to work with so all around its great recommend I like her a lot :3
9th Asheera the Paladin (she/her) produced by @optiwashere.
To be quite honest I wouldn't even have a blog if it wasn't for Asheera's fics. They are EXCELLENT. If you want to go through a journey of a half orcs struggles, successes and gripping romance with Shadowheart, VAULT YOURSELF into Opti's A03 page and devour. You will have negative regrets about it just like I! Asheera is great I love her a lot I am the most normal about her.
(I'll keep it brief since this post is long enough to cross a river)
10th Quin the Bard (he/him) composed by @quinthebard (who'd have known?)
This darling plucky bard is the star of an ongoing comic that is very dynamic and very gripping. (My fave panel is this one). Despite being 100, Quin still maintains his joyful and kind nature when traveling with the tadpole gang.
Definetly one of the most friendlies Tavs out of all the ones i've drawn. (he was also the first i drew out of all of these!) He's a delight!! Go check him out! Thanks to all my moots for giving permission, having such great characters and being such lovely moots! <3 <3 <3
(Any pronouns or other changes that want be changed, feel free to DM about it. I love those! )
#Any spelling mistakes#incomplete sentances or nonsense words found in the post shall be fix post-posting.#Re-reading my work make my eyes glaze over and that doesn't help anyone#bg3#bg3 tav#not my tav#not my TAVSSSSS#Also not my pseudo-companion#To be honest this took longer than actually animating Dame Aylin#But it was far more fun so it felt quick#Like i'm making art for moots!!!#What tops that????#feel free to DM me about your Tavs#Or to rp! i wanna try that!#Okay I'll be in my torpor if anyone needs me

Aw!! Your posts are so cute!!
Do you have any handy tips or tricks for learning how to draw characters that look accurate, while also still being in your style? I've been working on Huntlow fanart of my own lately, and it's a longggg process, especially for our little angsty boi Hunter.
Anyway, I love your art, and I find it inspiring! I hope to feel as confident as I feel you are when I look at your art. ❤️
(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*.✧
Wow, first of all, thank you for your compliment. This is the first time someone has described me as confident.
Secondly, in fact, I don't think I have my own style at all. I don't think I've reached that level yet. Before laying a solid enough foundation, I think you can only choose one between "look accurate" and "maintain your own style."
Regarding drawing, I don't think I'm qualified to give advice to others, but if you need it, yes, creation is a long process, but everything you learn can help you speed up. In fact, before I drew Huntlow for the first time, I had been using Procreate for three years. Although I've drawn more in these few months than in the previous two years, drawing still requires accumulation.
And because I'm better at drawing girls, it's actually a bit difficult for me to draw Hunter. When drawing him, I need to pay more attention to whether he's drawn too round, because he's a slender boy, and his face will be more square and the lines will be tougher.
As for the secret to drawing, I'm not a naturally gifted person, so I don't think there is such a thing. The way to improve your level is to see more, draw more, and practice more. In fact, I think looking at other people's paintings is already a trick. Many great artists share their unique understanding of pictures, colors, or characters on various platforms, which inspires me a lot.
I think learning methods should vary from person to person, so the advice I can give is actually just my personal opinion. The only advice I can give about drawing is to pick up a pen and draw, no matter how bad it is. As long as you pick up a pen, what you draw belongs to you.
When I look at my earliest paintings now, I think, "Oh my god, can a human draw this?" But only by realizing your shortcomings can you improve and draw better, although at the same time it took me two years to get rid of the obsessive pursuit of perfection.
Since I started to like Huntlow, I started to publish my paintings online. The beautiful relationship between them really fascinates me. I have so many things to draw about them. If I have to draw each one perfectly, then I will never be able to draw all my ideas.
And I may spoke too much again.
My friend told me that I really have a tendency to be garrulous, so, these are some suggestions about drawing? I typed too many words and may be talking nonsense, but thank you for your compliment.
And the way I talked about approaching painting might have been a bit too serious. If it's just a hobby, being happy is the most important thing.

of all characters why zarbon? he was weak and pointless.
EDIT: Please draw your attention to this post as it’s relevant to this one, only if you wish to as the two posts go hand in hand, but it’s important. https://www.tumblr.com/bliss-wily/743634450086264832/an-apology-it-has-come-to-my-attention-that-a
I’ll agree to disagree. Zarbon was formidable. Vegeta underestimated him, he transformed, he beat Vegeta up but didn’t kill him. Frieza was disappointed in him, but in the short amount of screen time he had in all of his appearances we learn a lot:
He was highly intelligent.
His avoidance of transforming most of the time reveals that the man had been holding back for decades if not centuries. The Raging Blast games imply it was ‘eons’.
Zarbon is a Prince, and despite being regarded as a narcissist unlike Vegeta he isn’t flaunting that title like some shiny badge.
Outside of…Dead Zone? I think? Zarbon is the first to showcase a transformation that isn’t a giant form.
And unlike the Saiyans he takes on a different appearance.
There was depth to his character, his on screen kill count is low, he was shown to be pragmatic and rather humane.
But…he was scared. Frieza threatened to kill him. That threw him off his game.
I think had Zarbon took a moment to process and clear his head he would have beaten Vegeta again. However, I still don’t think he would have killed him…I think he would have turned on Frieza.
Sure he said Frieza-sama in the Japanese version but…
If you had been saying that for decades it’s kinda hard to break the habit. I would give him the benefit of the doubt.
He’s not stupid, I think he was serious about betraying Frieza because think about it..
He served a man who had different values from him out of fear.

Zarb was pragmatic, he just wanted to take care of the source of the problem and leave everything else alone - Frieza didn’t agree.
Unlike the others the boy had a genuine look of sadness and shock when Frieza was quite happy to go through with Planet Vegeta’s destruction.

He is my favourite because there is so many layers to him. He wasn’t in the series long but he’s just so interesting. His race is unique, his personality feels unique. His fighting style was unique too. If anyone had to be revived I hope it’s either Raditz or Zarbon as those two could have been redeemed and they could have joined the Z-Fighters.
He is morally grey, but, Vegeta was down right cruel and could be redeemed. Zarbon had shown evidence of redeeming qualities in all forms of media (wanting peace, worried about Frieza gaining more power, he was self aware, with Dodoria showed remorse and shock when Planet Vegeta was blown up) and he certainly didn’t turn around and kill his closest friend/father figure. (Let’s face it, Nappa basically raised Vegeta and probably Raditz too).
Zarbon isn’t perfect, but that’s what I like to see. He had shortcomings, he was fearful but not a coward, he had phobias, but he also tried to do his job without all the collateral damage and he genuinely cares. He was shocked hearing of Dodoria dying, he gets pissy when alternate timeline Frieza starts insulting him and his ‘star subordinate’, he shows that he’s capable of jealousy and he can be thankful and apologetic.
I understand he’s branded as a narcissist because he thinks he’s beautiful but so many of his traits contradict NPD. He is empathetic, he doesn’t put himself or his own gain above others, he can take accountability for his failures. It seems more so that the other in verse characters place those traits onto him - such as when they expect that Zarbon is only using the future warrior as a slave or to do his dirty work - but he doesn’t.

“You need only watch.” - doesn’t necessarily want help from his student.
“Excellent, I’d much rather spend time with you.” - actually enjoys spending time with his student.
“This session was deeply moving for me. It would not have been possible had we not met.” - can be interpreted in several ways. However; it sounds like a bond is developing.
“I welcome any and all who know how to conduct themselves.” - this is said to a Saiyan, implies that his detest is by person, not an entire race.
“You handled yourself pretty well out there too. My compliments.” - he is always handing out praise to his student. But not just them, there are soldiers on the ship who sound so happy that Zarbon compliments them unlike Frieza and Dodoria.
“Magnificent! You’ve done well to come this far! You’ve done your instructor proud!” - again, actually being happy for his student.
“I am dazzled by your radiance!” - this is just showing more and more depth to this man. I get Zarbon is entitled but he’s a Prince, they’re all a bit entitled.
Some more quotes seeing as I have a ton of screenshots~
“You are my prized trainee!”
“Starting now I will polish you into the most beautiful gem the universe has ever seen!”
“Yes! Yes! You’re just as beautiful as I imagined you’d be!”
“You have my apologies. I should not be so passionate in front of my trainee.”
“Your fighting style is truly elegant. So elegant, in fact, that I’ve fallen in love with it, just watching you train.”
“You are a true diamond in the rough…”
“But several will try to woo you, given your considerable strength, and I wouldn’t want you to choose the wrong master.”
Below, Zarbon being nice and a bit of tsundere/flirt. This game seemed like a dating sim at times.

Then him when it’s life or death with his closest ally by his side.

Also I notice in this fight he will throw himself in front of the future warrior several times. He always gets knocked out every time I do this fight as he won’t let the player get hurt - every other mentor I’ve done this with tends to make it to the end on all versions of the game but Zarbon really puts his neck out there for the player. Whether it’s a glitch in the AI or not; I don’t know. But, it plays into his characterisation.
Anyway I went on a ramble, but why Zarbon? So many reasons. The more lore they add; the more I like him. He’s a complex character in my opinion.
