Any Alola Gang headcanons?

Sun & Moon are twins who are both poke american from Unova

Their dad moved to Kanto for work and their mom lives in Alola researching Meowth. They're still together, they just work apart 99% of the time.

Sun is the older twin, Moon is the evil twin. Both of them attended the pokemon school for a bit before going into different child-carrers Moon doesn't have a gender. Sun is a cis guy. Maybe. They're both bi. Moon is Not Normal about Lillie. Sun has a weird crush on Kiawe. Moon can be smart if she feels like it, Sun is dumb as bricks and only knows book smarts over street smarts. Moon could probably steal anyone's wallet.

Ash Ketchum is a very distant cousin. He visits on occasion (Kukui has weird partial custody with Burnett) and after the championship travels the world with a group of his past companions.

Gladion & Lillie are Poke-French and are from Kalos. Gladion is 2-3 years older than Lillie and is a trans guy who's in denial about liking Hau and Moon. He's a horse girl who loves Type Null more than most people, but he has a soft spot and tries to be cool. Tries.

Lillie doesn't really have time to worry about gender since she has to work on her Lusamine Trauma™ she's some flavor of her gender being "i like girls but im not one". After game canon she gets into fashion design and travels to Kanto and Johto to do research with Vulpix. Nebby is usually with her (whether she knows it or not) and she wants to explode Bean Island™ one day.

Mallow is transfem and wanted a name like her mom's. Post game she, Lana and Kiawe all work in a silly little strip mall selling mostly food. (Plants, fish and dairy) and she's Just Roommates with Lana. She's a lesbian.

Lana being the little gaslighting fuck decides to catch water types with her not-wife and realizes that gender is fluid. Like water. She's genderfluid. Dresses exactly the same but Kiawe will look at her and say "Boy day?" and he goes "yup. B )". Lana grows up to be an Entity who most of the gang hopes she's joking about things like seeing ghosts or catching Kyrogre again but nobody can really tell.

Kiawe is in a relationship with Ash, he usually watches over Torracat and Rowlet when Ash is traveling the world. He has the option to go, but prefers the quiet of the farm and the peace of knowing the CANON FUCKING COLONIZER is dead. (Lana killed him)

Harper, Sarah and Mimo all attend the pokemon school when they're not playing with Lei (the Kukui breeder baby) or trying to catch their starters. They hang out with Bonnie on occasion.

Sophocles is ace/aro and is pretty chill with that. Togedemaru is his emotional support animal when he has to work at the lab with Big Mo and if Lillie is in Alola, he researches ultra beasts and ultra wormholes. Sometimes he films videos for a food review channel with Mallow.

Acerola & Hapu are business partners in a sense, Acerola scares equine pokemon and Hapu tries to corral them. Acerola spends most of her time traumatizing Guzma and Team Rocket. They're lesbians, Harold.

Hau is cousins with Raihan & Iris. His parents work in Paldea most of the time as chefs, he's genderfluid and just likes everyone. He got the alola champion when Ash got to be the pokemon master.

Something that’s always bothered me about the Alterna Adventures card packs is that they feature some guys I haven’t seen anywhere else.

Like the other expansion packs always have some sort of connection with other creatures (EX: Zapfish Zeal’s titular Zapfishes and other electricity-based creatures) or brands. But these guys are brand new! I’m starting to wonder if they’re original characters but DJ Octavio apparently has some sort of historical significance I’m currently looking into.

Like with their emotional transfer thing, I took sims mechanics and ran with it. Mpreg, especially with aliens has been a cannon thing with sims for a realllyyyyy long time now regardless of what sex organs they have lol

Like Vis is the bio child of two lesbians so he knows absolute fuck all about gender roles anyways.

As for Sixam races/species I'm still working on that, the 3 types I do have figured out I still don't have names for.

I have a type inspired by cervidae(deer) & bovidae (mainly antelope)

Like Trace's mom or River who I have married to Strangerville's Erwin (their not always yellow it was just a coincidence)

Then I have one inspired by tropical fish (their not aquatic its just aesthetics) Viscera was originally made with @saruin's milkshake challenge. and his twin sister who was recently made because of an ask game lmfao. There's also Tilly, his late wife.

But the one I have set to throw a wrench in things genetic wise I haven't made as an individual yet. But their more spider/monster based, that one doesn't hybridize well and could possibly be from a planet other than Sixam. That's where Trace's face teeth and spider eyes come from. Them being intersex and having various health problems are just genetic fuck ups from the two species being incompatible. So literally any species could mix and be mostly fine except for the weird spider one.

Trace's assumed fertility issues (decades of groupies but zero kids) is again taken from animals, like mules & zebroid's who are a hybrid of horse and donkey or zebra. 99.9% of the time they are sterile but there's been extremely rare instances of mules having offspring.

BUTTTTTT I also have these ones who don't fit those 3 types at all

I've always been obsessed with genetics and genetic deformity's one of my favorite places I've ever been on a date to was the Mutter Museum, they have the largest collection of preserved human deformities and other oddities and it was just so cool to see that yeah dna fucks up majorly some times.

I also personally collect 'oddities' (found bones and taxidermy)

But yeah Trace can make/have babies but their fertility rate is absolutely garbage so without any actual medical testing they were right to assume infertile.

as for determining who gets impregnanted??? idk 🤷‍♀️ Trace has topped Vis a few times and at the end of their rough makeup session but then again Vis's moms are both biologically female and they have bio kids.

What's your thesis on

It's a game set in a post-apocalypse where the player is tasked with taking care of a farm and befriending the monsters they find on their journey!

Okay, so: I'm a gamedev student, my thesis is more of a project. What I finished is the alpha version of the game/a proof of concept. That funky thing is called XODÓ, which is a brazilian-portuguese word for something (or someone) you have a lot of affection for. You can refer to a dear friend or a beloved pet as "meu xodó" ("my xodó"), for example!

XODÓ takes place far in the future, and there's no humans around. The protagonist is a plant-creature also called Xodó. She goes by any pronouns, and used to travel on boat through a lot of different places until a storm hit her and she crashed into a strange island, full of buildings from the world pre-apocalypse! Xodó, however, isn't very interested on anything that doesn't involve fixing her boat, but she soon finds out that this task will require a lot of work, as she has to find resources and someone who can fix that thing.

I'm the main writer for the project, as well as the programmer for it! I'm not working on XODÓ alone - there's other 3 ladies with me -, and I believe we may be able to release the first main areas in about a year or so, then update the game with the rest of the map and content.

Some fun stuff about the game below the cut!

The player will be able to romance three different characters! There's also no punishment for romancing more than one at once, so you can go thro the poly route without worries;

The artstyle is inspired by the background of Puella Magi Madoka Magica;

Rant/vent incoming

TL;DR Cephalopod women changed my life

So, Splatoon. It’s a game. About kids, who become squids. You know this shit. But the fact is, it’s so much more than that. The characters have in-depth relations and incredible personalities, and every single time they speak it makes me feel emotions like they’re meant to be felt.

For most of my life, I’ve been emotionally unavailable, typically being stone-faced or hiding behind exaggerated energy. And it really took a toll on me, to the point where I would resort to self-violence if I showed any form of emotion other than joy outside of a private space. And so many people knew me as this energetic bitch, who was pretty smart but probably Special Ed in some way.

Then 2014 rolled around. My grandpa had a Wii U, and although he didn’t get Splatoon itself, I still found a way to play it. Don’t entirely remember how, but I did. And that shit? That shit changed my view. Not the way I acted, but my life was different, and I didn’t know just how much. It all started with something simple:

A crush on Marie.

At the time, it seemed like yet another of my pathetic, short term mindsets that would fade away the instant I saw someone else. But no. This squid lady stuck with me, and is still with me to this day, to the point where most relationships I’ve had or strived toward were built off of a direct comparison between the other person and Marie.

And the story behind her and her cousin kept me within an arm’s reach of the series, constantly getting pulled back in by the gameplay and lore. And when Splatoon 2 came out?

DEAR. LORD.

LOOK AT THESE TWO AND TELL ME THAT THEY AREN’T A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A NERDY LESBIAN CAN ASPIRE TO BE!!!

I used to look at Marina like the rest of the community did: w a h m a n

But as I look at her again, especially with Side Order and Octo Expansion, I see just how much I missed by skipping over the smaller details. And I’ll say one thing, just one more about her:

I would stay up for EVER rambling back and forth with Marina. Me and her? We could occupy each other for so long with just snacks and ranting…

And Pearl? She’s just SO COOL! I never looked at her as “big forehead bitch”, in fact the larger forehead had me feel kind of comforted since I felt like I had a pretty unnatural face. (I more just felt that way because I didn’t know I was trans yet) Even still, she’s such a comical character who can play both sides of the conversation depending on how Marina’s feeling, being both calm and serious and energetic and rowdy.

And then came Splatoon 3.

And oh. Boy. You already know what I’m gonna sa-

FRYE ATTACK!!!!

I LOVE THIS WOMAN. She is my everything, and if I could, I would legally marry her the instant I turn a legal age.

Call me weird all you’d like, but I get butterflies in my stomach whenever she calls my name during splatfests. I got my Frye amiibo, put her next to my bed, and I fell asleep staring into her eyes. I GOT BACK INTO WRITING JUST SO I CAN MAKE AN OC X FRYE FANFICTION!!!!

And Shiver? Not my favorite, but God do I love them regardless.

They’re snarky, sarcastic, and (in my headcanon) nonbinary. And they fit so well in the trio of Deep Cut. The three of them just make me so happy, even if they lack a bit of personality when they’re all together.

Captain 3? Her development is so neat, and her outfit is so awesome!

Agent 4? Don’t know much about him, but he comes from Splatoon 2 story mode so he must be cool.

Neo 3? I think the concept of someone getting recruited by Racist Fish, falling into an abandoned base for humans, taking treasure on accident and saving the world IN SPACE is epic.

And Agent 8… where do I start?

First off, the modes where you play as her are so cool! Octo Expansion is such a neat idea, and turning Splatoon into a roguelike on Side Order is SO DAMN COOL.

Secondly, her design? The FIRST OCTOLING most people played as? THE FIRST OCTOLING THAT WASN’T EVIL???? And the lore implications that she’s the way she is because of Calamari Inkantation????? Sorry, that’s just SO COOL.

First Sight

"Dorcas Meadowes!" Professor McGonagall calls from the front of the Great Hall. Dorcas shakily makes her way up to the platform, sitting down on the small wooden stool and refusing to make eye contact with anybody. The oversized hat is placed on her head, covering her eyes and a loud voice suddenly booms through her head.

"Ah, a tricky one here," the hat says, and Dorcas finds herself shaking even more. "There's a lot of wisdom here, great potential. Yet still, a strong sense of cunning and ambition. You could go great places. Hmm." The sorting hat muses on whether to put Dorcas in Ravenclaw or Slytherin eventually settling on...

"Slytherin!" Cheers erupt from the Slytherin table as the hat is lifted off Dorcas' head and she scurries over to the empty seats on the end. She keeps her head down for most of the sorting, vaguely hearing a few names she recognizes from the train. And then there's only one left.

"Eugenia Zabini!" Professor McGonagall calls out. Dorcas looks up to see a very pretty girl, indeed, walking up to the stool with confidence. Her skin is a few shades lighter than Dorcas' and her hair is hidden behind a tightly wrapped blush-colored scarf. Dorcas feels inexplicably drawn to her. After only a few moments, the hat calls out

"Slytherin!" and Dorcas feels oddly self conscious as the girl, Eugenia, walks over and sits right down next to Dorcas.

"I'm Eugenia, but you can call me Genie if you want!" she says, offering a hand. Dorcas feels both her cheeks heat up, not knowing why, and she suddenly feels all jittery.

"Um, I- uh, I'm Dorcas," she says quietly, taking Eugenia's hand. She has a very strong handshake, she notes, which makes her feel a bit safer amongst this sea of the unknown. After Dumbledore gives his speech and dinner is served, Dorcas and Eugenia find themselves talking about anything and everything as the world falls away around them.

Later that evening, their prefect, Narcissa Black, guides them down into the dungeons, which somehow don't feel so cold and dark, holding Eugenia's hand. They find themselves in the same dorm, windows looking out into the Black Lake, fish and strange creatures swimming by.

"Hey, um, Genie?" Dorcas asks, shuffling towards the bed Eugenia's chosen for herself. The dungeons are rather the opposite of her warm, comforting room back home.

"Yeah, Cas?" she replies. Dorcas feels butterflies at the nickname.

"Can I sleep over here tonight?" Oh my god, she can't believe she asked that. Eugenia probably thinks she's really weird and a scardy cat and-

As you may have noticed I got back into my Thai series obsession - Uni is KILLING ME - and I'm rediscovering some series that came out during these years that I unfortunately missed and let me tell you I am both EXTATIC and dissapointent

So let's start with the dissapoint: I've noticed that after bad buddy (straight up one of the best BL ever made) Thai series, but EXPECIALLY gmmtv, have started to make the couple fall in love very VERY soon in the series which for me - a slow build and slow burn lover - is AWFUL

What do you MEEEEEAN they kiss in episode 3?!? Come on where is the drama? Where is the falling in love??? Heck they are making me miss the love triangles just saying

And because of this some series just, stop making sense after a certain point? Like the story is finished so they fish out a random and stupid storyline to fill the last episode which sucks⭐✨⭐✨ (coff coff 23.5)

I started 23.5 degrees but was slightly discouraged by the catfishing at the beginning, so I stopped for a while. When the show basically vanished from my dash towards the final, I was already wondering what went wrong, and I now suppose a lot did? Tbh I have been enjoying the Japanese GLs more than the Thai ones so far, but there's so many coming out soon and currently, I will find the ones for me =^^=

Regarding Be My Favourite, I'm happy you enjoyed it so much <3 it was THE talk when it aired, but too many shows make it impossible for most shows to stick. I know a lot of people who really liked it actually ^^ I did, too, for several episodes. Sadly, it used a trope I really can't endure and my interest dropped, so I dropped the show in the middle. Might continue one day or not, but my interest kinda vanished ^^° which is okay, can't be for everyone but I know lots of people who had their fun and that's nice =^^=

Anygay, hope you continue to have all the fun and joy with the shows and that enough slow burn will get produced for you :D I do enjoy a good slow burn, too, but I also LOVE when a couple is interested early on and they keep the dynamic and tension till later like in Wandee.

Geese and ducks, there are ducks elsewhere, but not necessarily on school grounds. (or at least, there aren't supposed to be) the geese are just a running gag I have originating from like. I don't even remember it was something to do with Jenny

Now: the weather

(you don't have to listen to that but if you do: turn your volume down) Obviously, glass dome, so the weather doesn't really affect the inside, however the storms are beautiful, lightning strikes and the whole sky is painted baby blue, but it doesn't rain. Not anymore. There is no patter of water on glass as you lie on top of a sky scraper looking up at the cloudy sky, but the condensation dripping on your forehead means you can imagine it anyway. The sun shines, the world is blue, and as it gets lower and lower against the red horizon you're bathed in a deep lilac. And at night, for all the effort of preventing light pollution, you can see the stars. The constellations look the same as on earth, as if by some sort of sisterly bond between the two sky's, and they're shining through the hexagonal glass plates, refracting into strange shapes.

As for crime, not much need for it as there's a universal base income, free housing, electricity is free, food is synthetically grown, so that takes out most of the survival crimes, as for murder. If you do it that's on you, you probably won't as it's a decently healthy environment and therapy is also, my goodness, free, so just. Don't do that.

Martian cuisine! (Also the diner is called Marsy's it serves breakfast type foods and employs mostly teens and the elderly) obviously it's just earth cuisine, but a little bit weirder. Festival foods like dango and crepes are big cuz there's a lot of festivals, when the years are 24 months long you really gotta make the most of em, but for day to day food things like stew, porridge, bread, pasta, fried rice, soup, it's just regular old food. There's weird stuff obviously like... Hold on I gotta think of something... Meat grape? Idk I saw a video where they turned a grape into meat. You can of course 3d print candy, so there's a lot of weird shaped sweets, and a lot of gimmick restaurants. You'll never believe what they're putting in sandwiches these days. Also bugs. They eat bugs. Bugs is goo 👍 sushi is also really popular cuz it's so efficient to grow, fish in the bottom rice on the top, can literally be grown in the same pond, so they do a lot of fish/rice combos

And for our lovely aliens, sahrah and her mum haaush, they can't eat tomatoes. Most things are fine except for like... Certain bug based food dyes? And birch sugar or whatever it's called. Haaush did a lot of experiments with this as she came there for science reasons, and then found herself a lesbian lover, as you do. She brought some food from her planet, and it has its own little room in the space domes. It's got things like. Fucked up carrot. Various other root vegetables. From an underground cave system you see.

Brief Personality: Daisy is quite odd, She seems to act like a teenager from the early 2000s, and because of that a lot of her language is incomprehensible. She is quite possessive and controlling, she was so used to being in control of every little part of her world that now that she is in the real world she has no clue how to handle it. She is trying to be normal and likable so much that it’s almost to her detriment. However she is very sweet when her thoughts don’t consume her.

Brief Backstory:

If you were to ask Daisy what her past was like, you would only get bits and fragments. She would rather bury the past than to dwell on it too much. But, A long time ago, in a place far far away. A little girl named Ana was born. Ana was born out of wedlock to her mother Camilla and an unknown father to both Ana and Camilla.

The two of them lived in a small rural town, mostly made up with farms, a church, and a few mom and pop shops around. Ana however, didn’t know about all of that. Camilla hid her pregnancy from her family and friends, and ended up moving a little ways out of town to a cabin in the woods. This is where Ana grew up for the rest of her life.

Camilla, in order to hide the child and not cause herself to be ostracized by her community: locked Ana inside the house. Ana was not allowed to go outside or go to school or do much of anything. Ana spent most of her childhood trapped in her room, as going anywhere outside of her room almost always meant some sort of punishment from her mother.

Camilla was very neglectful, It’s a miracle that Ana survived as long as she did. Ana was barely fed, one of the only things she was allowed to eat was apples because her mother never noticed them missing. Ana did not have many possessions, her mother however occasionally did give her a gift or two.

Camilla taught Ana how to read using The Bible, Ana was actually very intelligent for her age, after Camilla taught her the basics she gave up on the whole thing, but Ana was able to read the Bible cover to cover. Ana devoured any information she could get her hands on, she slowly taught herself how to draw and how to write.

Her mother would buy her crayons and paper occasionally to keep her busy, and she would draw and write stories about far off lands and princesses and unicorns. She loved to create things. Camilla eventually bought her a few toys, a teddy bear and a doll, which also helped her create stories and such.

One day, Ana was wandering around the house, and saw her mother on the computer. Ana was fascinated with it, she watched her mother from a far, until Camilla picked her up and sat her on the lap while she surfed the web.

Ana loved that computer. She would beg her mom to search up random things and go on random websites. Camilla eventually gave up her old computer to Ana when she got her new one. This opened up a whole new world for Ana, she could play games like Roblox and Animal Jam, and she could google any question she wanted without annoying her mother.

When she was eight years old, she was completely obsessed with Roblox, she loved being able to talk to other kids and play fun games. She was able to teach herself how to type by her obsessive googling and talking to other people. She would take apart the few things she owned, like a music box to see how they worked. She was fascinated with making things.

She would make Roblox games, building houses and horror games for her online friends to play. She felt seen, for the first time in a long time. There were actual people who wanted to talk with her and play with her. She would play the game for hours and hours. It gave her an escape from everything. She could ignore the hunger, she could ignore the loneliness. She was in her own little world.

She created her own little character she named Daisy Bell. After the song. Daisy could do anything. Daisy could fly, Daisy could have a family, Daisy could go to school, Daisy was everything Ana couldn’t be. Ana was just a stupid little girl, she thought.

One week, when Ana was nine years old. She and her mother got into an argument. Which was normal. But something in her mother snapped. She told Ana that she was going away forever, she was going on a vacation and she couldn’t come. Because she was a mistake. She was the reason her life had been ruined. She wish she had never had Ana.

Camilla locked Ana in her room, and left her. That was the last time Camilla would see her daughter for a long while. Ana at first, thought she would come back. This had happened before when Camilla was angry with her, but she waited. And waited. And she ran out of food. She was starving. She tried playing on her computer to ignore it, and writing in her diary.

She began to hear a voice from outside her window, it was attempting to coax her out of her room. It promised her that she was safe, and that it was a friend. Eventually the hunger got to be too much. She tried breaking down the door, but she was too weak. But then she had an idea. She googled how to pick a lock, and was able to escape her room.

So, in her pajamas, she set out for into the snowy forest around her. She wandered for what felt like hours, she was so cold. She wandered and wandered until she came across a train, with a tall shadowy figure standing in front of it.

He comforted the child as she died of hypothermia. He told her that he could give her a world of her own. That he could make her a god, he could give her friends, family, anything she could ever want. As long as she ate the apple.

She of course, accepted. What a wonderful birthday present. She thought. A world of my own. She spent her tenth birthday with what she would now know as “The Cultivator”, her new best friend, and guardian.

The Cultivator taught Ana, now named Daisy. How to use her new powers. She was able to bend reality to her will, he told her that whatever she wanted would appear to her. He asked her what she wanted to make first. She made an apple. Which amused him.

He left her alone with a large empty void. And she began to create her own world.. except.. It didn’t go well at all. Missing textures. Everything fell apart when she built it. Even the premade stuff the cultivator had made for her fell apart in her hands. She collapsed into a pile of bricks. She felt so alone. What if the cultivator got rid of her?

Someone, however. Approached her. As if to answer her loneliness. She created an “NPC”, her name was Mouse. Mouse became Daisy’s best friend, Daisy finally had someone to talk to besides the cultivator and herself. Mouse told her stories about far off lands and adventures she had been on. Mouse told her that she goes where people needed her.

Mouse would disappear in and out of Daisy’s life. Sometimes she would be gone for a few minutes, a few months, a year. Daisy began to grow up, in her own way, slowly becoming a teenager. Mouse taught Daisy how to play the xylophone, and rediscover her love of Piano. Mouse also helped her with how to make her world as semirealistic as possible. She helped Daisy make a cat companion, and taught her how trees work.
