Darlin' and Her Other Names: A werewolf-western-horror-romance comic set across Colorado and Kansas in 1881. The story follows two strangers who meet in a moment of mutual desperation and forge a vengeful partnership. The first installment, Part 1: Marta, was self-published online in March 2023.

Ideal as a plant for a container Agastache foeniculum (anise hyssop) has upright branching stems with leaves that have a distinct aniseed scent. The purple flower spikes are popular with pollinators. This plant needs a sunny location.

So as a partner to this post I made about Petra’s flower being a Geum, I would like to offer a flower for Levi.

Introducing, the Hyssop:

Historically used for religious purification (he may not be religious, but we all know Levi to be a clean freak)

Resistant to drought

Bitter taste (sharp tongue?)

Used in herbal medicine to increase circulation and treat coughs and sore throats

Used in the preparation of soaps and perfumes

Considered in ancient times to be a symbol of faith, physical purity and moral regeneration

In flower language, it represents humility, repentance, health and (most importantly) protection, cleanliness and sacrifice.

(Also I feel like the blue-purple colour fits? I try to find images that feel like they fit the characters in colour and tone.)
