It was rare, but there are days when Xion almost felt... Well, normal. His anxiety was nearly non-existent, the voices were almost completely inaudible, and he had the energy to express himself much easier than most days. It just so happened to be one of those rare days, and after spending part of the day with Jiah, Xion was making his way to Ravn’s room next with gift in hand. He’d shown the succubus to see what she thought, too excited to wait and see if the hydra would like it, and admittedly a little worried he either wouldn’t, or he’d have it stashed away somewhere he hadn’t seen. 

Without any warning the Jiangshi ran into Ravn’s room, practically leaping on top of him with a wide smile and box in hand, held out to him. He’d never seen a book like it before, not in the hydra’s collection he’d scanned, nor in any store he’d come across. If he had to guess it was rather difficult to obtain, maybe even one of a kind... Or one of few at least. He’d gotten it from Namjoon, asking the Warlock if he would be willing to track down a special book not easily obtained, before the Jiangshi would check to make double sure Ravn didn’t have it in his collection just yet. He wasn’t even sure what it was about, but he did know Ravn’s love for books, especially one’s not so easily obtained. It took a long time, admittedly, but it was worth it, and he couldn’t wait for him to open it. “Open it, Namjoon helped me get it for you!”

Each time he went he wondered how much time would pass would he still be able to see the friends he has now.

Your Canvas, My Muse

He walked into the tattoo parlor with a small frown on his face. He'd been looking up images to inspire him, but nothing was really singing to him. He was frustrated, but he'd decided that this would be the day to get his first tattoo, regardless of whether or not he was ready. Maybe...maybe he'd get some sort of inspiration from someone here. Obviously he wasn't getting any sort of that from the pictures he'd looked up on the internet, so to him, it was a good idea to look to the professionals. He'd also looked up different tattoo parlors around town, and he'd seen some tattoos from this one that matched what kind of style he preferred. He walked into the small shop, still looking down at his phone, grasping at the last straws he had for any sort of idea for a tattoo. As he waited for the line to let up, he did so until finally he sighed in frustration, putting his phone down, and dark eyes looked up to the one behind the counter. "I want a tattoo on the inside of my wrist. I don't know quite what I want yet, though. Is there any way you can help me?" he asked. The greeter was happy to show him a binder consisting of some of their templates and works from each of their artists, but as he flipped through the pages, he started to quickly realize that these templated tattoos were so basic, so cliche, and he wouldn't be able to live it down if he put one of those things on his skin. Continuing to flip through, no one's art really seemed to speak to him. Did he get the place wrong? A lot of this art looked as basic as the templates, and he was soon becoming a bit hopeless. What the hell was he supposed to do with no ideas and no good artist...? It wasn't until he hit the back few pages that he recognized the art he'd seen on the website. "Who....Who did this? I want to know this person's name," he muttered, pointing to the art. It only took the greeter a second to recognize it, and he looked up to the man with a smile. "That would be Jihae's work." Yoongi nodded with a small frown, and he closed the binder. "Is he busy? Is there any way I could talk to him today?" "If you wouldn't mind waiting just a moment, I'll go and see if he has some free time," the man replied before moving into the back and knocking on Jihae's door. "Yo, I got some shortstack out here wanting to see you. You got time, or should I tell him to come back when he has a fuckin' appointment?"

her lips pointed downwards as she stared at the object in front of her. it was something she never knew how to use, let alone know the existence of it ---- maybe she’s been living in the dark ages compared to her younger sister ; rosalyn had to be filled in on things she didn’t even know existed or even made by mankind. she looked towards the other, lips still frowning as she blinked:  ❝how do you even know if this thing is safe?❞ rose asked, blinking while pointing her finger at the object.  ❝how does it even work?❞

Teddy really wasn’t sure what to do. He’d never been away from his Smokey for more than a few minutes at a time, even clinging to it while it was drying the first time Dae tried to wash it. Maybe that hadn’t been the best idea, but he’d be damned if he was letting go of it. Until now, apparently. His eyes were close to brimming with tears, his bottom lip even wobbling as he stared at Minki. He didn’t trust Minki’s ‘workers’ in any way. He didn’t know them, after all, and given his inner dragon’s age and it’s possessive nature, even the ‘human’ version of himself was anything but happy about this situation. 

Sniffling, he brought a hand up to rub at his eye, looking more like a child than he had in quite some time around Minki. He tried to act bigger, like an adult. Teddy did his utmost to be an adult so he didn’t annoy Minki but in that moment, he was certainly anything but. Seeing Smokey in the other’s hands, about to be taken off away from him had him feeling odd... like he was being torn away from something - maybe family. Was this was being torn from his family would’ve felt like if he could remember it? Eventually, Teddy just nodded, other hand coming up to rub his other eye, trying to stop himself from crying but as tears started to seep onto his hands, he knew it was a losing battle.

"It's rather interesting to see you so focused on reading. Typically, you're more the type to wreak havoc." The vampire joked as he sat beside the foot of the throne, smiling up at the blood witch as he held out the food. "I'm sure we'll easily find some people that you can test the spell on, I mean who would ever say no to you?"

Yoongi returned 15 minutes later with some food and something to drink, having made sure that everything on the plate was something that he knew the blood mage would enjoy rather than eat with distaste. “Did you find what you were looking for?” The vampire asked as he set the plate and mug down on the side table before making his way back over to Minki. “If not, I can help you look later.”

Minki was never much of a book worm, he wasn’t obsessed with knowing more spells or even learning other types of magic like others of his kin seemed to. Still, when Yoongi returned the witch’s attention was completely on the text in front of him. The intensity of his focus was unnerving, sitting so still he could have been mistaken as a statue. It was only when Yoongi spoke that the witch’s attention fractured from the tome, finally looking away from the pages to peer at what he’d been brought to eat. It looked appetizing enough for Minki to put the book down to the side, keeping the pages open for when he returned. “I found something. Unsure if it’ll perform in all the exact ways I want, but it seems promising enough. And don’t worry, I’ll be sure to experiment on a few individuals first before trying it on you.”

Surprises

It had been a while since they’d seen each other. Hyeok was working, Hobi was working and in short, they just hadn’t had the opportunity. But now they were going to be in the same place, at the same time, and Hyeok hadn’t been more excited in a long time... After all, he had a surprise that the other didn’t know about yet. So he’d gotten Dae to babysit MinJee for the night, and was standing outside of Hoseok’s, waiting for the other to answer with his hands tucked in his pockets and his lip caught between his teeth.

Vacation 2.0 {CLOSED}

Ilkwan clearly needed a vacation after healing from his wounds, it was clear to everyone, even a blind man would be able to see it. Jia happily volunteered to take him on a relaxation, fun vacation filled with lots of sleep, and fun plans to keep them busy, or not so busy. To be honest, she wanted him to choose what he would like to do so it was fun for him, but she figured maybe putting out some ideas could help him decide. It wasn’t like he really took the time to go out and do fun things too often. “Alright,” Jia started as they walked into the resort she’d booked not too far from home. “So we’re gonna have time to do lots of things. First is resting and movies, Jacuzzi ‘s, and later once we have more energy we can do your choice of fun activities too! We could go to an amusement park, or we could just go on a picnic, we could take woodworking classes, we can watch fun youtube videos, calligraphy, whatever you wanna do, it’s up to you. Even if you have idea’s that aren’t those, we can do that too!” She told him excitedly as they went up to their room.

@jongdayofthedead:                 - NEPSIIIIII! <3 One of two rp partners that I’ve had for 2+ years, we started with my Minseok and her Jongdae, and it has spiraled into a couple dozen muses all in the same universe, with a TON of backstory. I’m so happy I met her, I’m so happy that we talk almost every day! She’s a wonderful writer, and I would heavily suggest checking out her Jongdae muse!! He’s really interesting and Nepsi is just a DOLL. <3

@rosegoldmilktea:                - The other of my two rp partners that I’ve had for 2+ years, rgmt is SO, SO SWEET, and she is an amazing writer. We started with Minseok and Yifan (though I’m not sure if she writes him anymore, and if she does, he’s in a different time), and we became so incredibly dedicated to the thread. I love her so much, and her muses are always well thought out and beautiful. Go check her out, she deserves the love!!

@huntersxhunted:                - Oh, holy hell, what can I say about hh???? She’s SO AWESOME, and we started with Baekhyun and Minseok, but we’ve spread this same universe to include Yixing and Jongin. Not only that, but now even Yoongi and Jihae are talking??? Her writing is really well composed, and her muses have variety from little shits (like Baek) to complete angels (like Yixing), and even to sarcastic, but warm hearts (like Jihae). The fact that she has this much variety in her muses and is flexible with what she can write, I think is her strong suit. HH is such a blessing!

@lxtent:                - Lxtent is so perfect in my eyes. She has the type of writing style that I look up to, that I wouldn’t believe would want to write with me. Every single word is thought out and deliberately put in such a way to where you can feel what Leo feels. The thread between us is Leo and Minseok, and sweet jesus, I screech every single time I see she’s replied to me. I could fangirl over her writing all day if I would be allowed to, but it gets even better that she is literally such a humble, sweet CUTE LIL FAIRY. She enjoys plotting just as much as I do, and becoming her friend has been a highlight of this last year for sure!!

@jeonfox:                - This cute little thing? Her Jimin is so adorable! It doesn’t matter if you’re in the mood for the softest of fluff or the angstiest angst, jeonfox is wonderful at both! I know she has other muses (I also play with her Jungkook), but I especially love her Jimin. She’s someone you should look at, and I am so happy with our story!

@blvexside:                - Yoongi actually got quite attached to bs’ Hoseok very quickly. The way bs writes him, he’s so easy to love and so are they!! I am so happy that I’ve been able to meet them, and I hope that we’re rping for a long time!! Hobi is v interesting (he can hear ghosts, and uses it for his job!) and Yoongi is definitely smitten by this stupid, smiling oaf that he doesn’t really want to step away from. <3

@ohsehunique:                - Hoo boi. osi’s Sehun is SUCH a little shit, and has such a problem with Feelings(tm), but that just makes it so much more of a challenge and therefore so much more fun! Jongin really loves the boy, and Sehun is just so fun to write with. It doesn’t hurt that the mun is just so fucking cool, and incredibly chill. 10/10, would recommend. <3

@fxllxnbx:                -Last, but DEFINITELY not least, fb’s Baekhyun is so cool~~ A tattoo artist (that has a pet bunny!!!) is really cool, and for him and Yoongi to have this love/hate relationship, it’s been a blast writing with them. The mun’s cool asf too, and is awesome at her portrayal of her Baekhyun. It’s just SO well done. <3
