growing family - verstappen!yn
Tumblr media
pairing: verstappen!yn x boyfriend!charles, best fiend!oscar x verstappen!yn
verstappen!yn smau | masterlist | my patreon
You hummed along to the music coming from the speakers of your boyfriend's Monaco home as you stirred some pasta sauce for dinner.
Despite being to Monaco countless of times before, there was something different about being there with Charles for his home race week.
You enjoyed being alone in his apartment while he ran some errands or spent some time training, you felt at home and the company of Leo, the puppy you adopted together made everything better.
However, your time to yourself cooking dinner for you and your boyfriend was interrupted by your phone ringing.
oscar pastry 🥐 FaceTime Video
Frowning because you weren't quite expecting a call from your best friend, you answered.
"Hello mum," he said once his face popped up on screen.
"Mum?" you asked confused, "What are you even talking about?"
"Have you not seen twitter? I'm your kid now, Charles adopted me," he shrugged, "Where's my brother Leo?"
"Oscar are you drunk or something," you laughed at your best friend, "I haven't been on twitter since like, last year."
"Well log in, dumbass," he rolled his eyes and you flipped him off, "Hey! That's not the way to treat your son."
"Gosh stop saying that, we've been best friends since we were 15 it's weird," you shook your head as you opened the twitter app, luckily you weren't logged out because you certainly didn't remember your password.
And the first thing you saw pop up in your timeline was the banter between your boyfriend and your best friend.
Tumblr media
"You guys are so annoying," you threw your head back in laughter as you read the tweets, "And you're both serious about it too."
"Of course, I'm a Leclerc-Verstappen now," he laughed along, "Shit, does that make Max my uncle?"
"It does," your eyes widened, "Are you sure you want that?"
"Well I wanted you guys to adopt me so you give me back the attention your boyfriend stole from me, I never consider Max would become my uncle," he teased, making you laugh.
"Come on pastry, we've talked about this," you gave him a serious look, "You'll always be my best friend and me being with Charles now would never change that."
"I know, I'm just messing around," a small smile played on his face, "You guys seem so happy and I love that for you."
As if on cue, you heard the front door open and your boyfriend's voice calling for you, Leo instantly barking and running to the door when he noticed his presence.
"Mon ange, I'm back," he said as he entered the kitchen, Leo cradled on his arm, "Missed you."
He pulled you closer y the waist and kissed the side of your head, making you smile and lean into him.
"Yikes, I didn't need to see that," Oscar's voice was heard from the phone screen, making you laugh.
"Oh hey son," Charles said to him, "How's my new favorite adopted child doing?"
"Hey dad, just calling to check in on my amazing parents and my little brother," he said, glancing at Leo who was now comfortably settled in Charles' arms.
"This is so weird, stop it," you cringed, making both of them laugh and Charles pull you to him again as you covered your face.
"We're a big happy family, mon amour. Ollie, Leo and now Oscar, the Leclerc-Verstappen family."
You smiled at him, pecking his lips a couple of times.
"Okay that's my cue, I don't want to see you guys making out," Oscar said shaking his head, "Good night, mum and dad, see you this weekend."
"Say bye to your brother too," Charles said, moving Leo closer to the camera.
"Bye Leo!"
As Oscar hung up, you couldn't help but laugh at the entire interaction, "So he's our son now?"
"Yes, and he seems to be enjoying it a lot," Charles chuckled, setting Leo down on the floor, "Who would've thought we'd have an adopted son before getting married or having our own kids?"
"Don't get any ideas, Leclerc," you playfully swatted his chest, "We're not adopting every one of my friends who jokes about it."
"Why not? We could build a whole team," Charles teased, wrapping his arms around you from behind and resting his chin on your shoulder and kissing it chastely, "We'd be the coolest family ever."
"It's your secret plan to make everyone on the grid your family? Dating Max's sister and now adopting Oscar, you're something else, Leclerc."
Charles laughed loudly at your words, throwing his head back and making you laugh along.
"Well, what can I say," he shrugged, "I'm charming and people love me."
"That you are," you smiled, kissing him gently.
That you are," you smiled, kissing him gently.
"Now, let me help with dinner," Charles offered, moving to the stove and checking the sauce. "It smells amazing, just like you."
"Smooth talker," you teased, handing him a spoon to stir. "Just make sure it doesn’t burn."

late night with the devil - eddie munson
Tumblr media
Eddie Munson x female! reader
Masterlist
Eddie Munson Masterlist
Summary:
Hawkins may think your boyfriend and his friends are devil worshippers, but he’s still just your Eddie.
Warnings:
Smut (18+), p in v, fingering, dirty talk, weed use
Word Count: 3.6k
A/N:
So so so excited to post my first Eddie fic! I hope you enjoy!
The people of Hawkins were convinced there were devil worshippers among you. Satanic Panic was in full swing, and the targets were right on your friends’ backs.
They had always been seen as Freaks, but the group of metalheads and their love for D&D were under real public scrutiny now. You knew your friends were good people, but now you were being warned to stay away from them by teachers, your parents forbidding you from ever seeing them again.
That’s how you found yourself crawling out of your bedroom window at 11:30pm, your parents long asleep. The wood of the window sill scratched against your arms painfully as you lowered yourself to the ground. You hissed when you landed on your feet, checking for any splinters. You brushed the dirt off your jeans.
Dry fallen leaves crunched under your feet as you walked through your yard. Reaching the front of the house, you grabbed your bike from against the garage. You hadn’t rode it much in the past couple years. Typically Eddie would pick you up in his van, or there was usually at least one person with a car in whatever friend group you hung out with. Obviously that wasn’t happening tonight.
You pedaled to Forest Hills, your anger at your parents only growing as you went. Anger at them for falling for this sensationalist crap, anger at them for turning on Eddie and your other friends when they knew they weren’t bad people. They may never have been Eddie’s biggest fans - they didn’t love that he was on his third senior year and had heard rumors about the small business he ran - but they didn’t have a real problem with him. But now they have let the news and gossip convince them that your boyfriend and your friends were evil.
You were still angry when you rolled past the park’s sign, but it faded as you made the remaining short distance to Eddie’s trailer. You spotted your boyfriend’s lanky legs in his ripped jeans immediately, sitting on the front steps. You climbed off your bike and leaned it against the side of the trailer as Eddie stood, a cigarette in his hand. You walked over to him, rushing into his arms when holds them open for you. You wrap your arms around his waist and he wraps his around your body, holding you close.
“I’m glad you got here okay,” Eddie said, and you could feel his voice rumbling in his chest as he spoke. “I hate that I can’t just come get you.”
“I know. Me too.” You looked up at him and he leaned down to press a soft kiss to your lips. You smiled at him.
“Let me finish this and we can go inside.”
You and Eddie sat next to each other on the steps. He talked to you about his plans for his next D&D campaign as he smoked, you hanging on to every word. Eddie was so creative, and his campaigns were always so detailed. It felt like being told the world’s most interesting story.
When he finished his cigarette, Eddie tossed it aside and stood to his full height, holding out his hand for you. You took it with a smile and he pulled you to your feet with enough effort that you stumbled into his chest once you were up. Eddie laughed, putting his hands on your hips to steady you.
He ushered you into the trailer ahead of him. You had spent a lot of nights here since you and Eddie started hanging out, you always had it to yourselves since his uncle Wayne worked nights. It felt like having your own place together, sometimes.
You made yourself comfortable as usual, pulling a soda from the fridge. You giggled as you felt Eddie’s arms snaking around your waist from behind, curls tickling your face as he buried his face in your neck, placing soft kisses.
You hummed with a smile on your face as you popped open the can of soda and Eddie rocked you back and forth in his arms. “I’m glad you’re here,” he mumbled against your skin. His leather jacket was cool against your arms.
Things had been difficult for Eddie since all this shit had started. He and his friends had always been outcasts, but now it was worse. Now you worried for their actual safety, constantly scared some hick will decide to take the “satan worshippers” into their own hands and do something crazy.
You spun around in his arms, your left arm draping over his shoulder while your right still held onto the cold can. Eddie smiled down at you with that grin that always gave you butterflies. His thumbs rubbed circles on your hips as they rested there.
“Do you want to smoke?” he asked, which brought a grin to your face.
“Uh, yeah,” you said, smiling up at your boyfriend’s tall frame.
He pulled away from you reluctantly with a last minute squeeze of your hip before he was bowing dramatically and rushing off back to his bedroom. You laughed as you drank your soda. You flopped down on the couch, kicking your feet up on the table, nearly knocking over an overly filled ashtray in the process.
Eddie was back shortly after, perfectly rolled joint in his hand as he collapsed on the couch next to you. You sat the can on the table as Eddie handed you the joint and a lighter with a flourish. “Ladies first.”
You plucked it from his hand with a smile, placing it between your lips and lighting it with Eddie’s lighter. Relaxation seems to wash over you immediately as you take a deep drag, holding the smoke in your lungs. You leaned back against the cushions as you let it out. Eddie’s hand absentmindedly played with your thigh as he watched you with interest.
“You’re so hot when you smoke,” he mumbled, and it made you giggle as you took your second hit.
“You are, too,” you said through the smoke and passed the joint to him. He laughed as he took it.
He put on a show for you as he took his turn, holding your eye contact as he inhaled and held the smoke. Then he was leaning forward, free hand cupping the back of your head as he brought his lips to yours and breathed the smoke into your mouth. You inhaled it, the smoke from Eddie’s own hit leaving your mouth as you exhaled. Eddie bit his lip as he watched you, a smirk on his pretty face, before he was hitting it again.
The two of you passed the joint back and forth until the roach was so small it was basically unsmokable. You were feeling infinitely more relaxed, sinking into the couch. Eddie always got extra talkative when he was high and this was no exception.
“So I told him,” Eddie said, head tilted back against the couch as he stared at the ceiling and talked with his hands. “I told him no, we could not reschedule the campaign. It’s the end of the campaign.” Eddie scoffed and looked at you like can you believe that?
You nodded at him, but you were having a hard time focusing on his words. Your brain was working so slow and he talked so fast. You felt some of the fogginess in your brain clear away at the feeling of his large hand on your thigh again. He rubbed it this time, trailing his hand higher and higher. You looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
He met your gaze with a smirk. He leaned in, his leather jacket audibly crinkling as he moved. You were relieved to feel his lips on yours again, the familiar feeling of his mouth working against yours, his tongue slipping between your lips. You hummed into the kiss, your hand resting on his chest.
“Wanna go to my room?” he asked you, low voice rumbling in his chest.
You nodded and Eddie wasted no time standing from the couch, reaching a hand out for you like a gentleman. You took his hand and he lifted you. He followed you to the back of the trailer where his bedroom was, slapping your ass as you walked. You laughed, turning around to give him a playful glare.
He closed the door to his bedroom behind you. You watched as he went straight for the stereo, putting on some Metallica. He turned around and gave you a mischievous look before he basically tackled you onto the bed, causing you to fall back onto the mattress, laughing hard. He lifted himself above you and you scooted back to lay against the pillows. Your body buzzed with anticipation.
Eddie shrugged his leather jacket off, dropping it to the floor. His ringed hands slid up your legs, from your ankles to your calves to your thighs. You could tell he wanted it bad tonight by the dark look in his eyes, the way he stared at your body like he wanted to devour it.
He pulled his shirt over his head and tossed that, too, his guitar pick necklace falling to rest against his bare chest. You rubbed your hands over the now exposed skin, feeling his firm chest, his sides, his soft belly. He sighed at the feeling.
“You’re so beautiful…” Eddie mumbled, hands still rubbing your thighs. His hands creeped forward until they reached the buttons of your jeans. You watched him intently as his long, dexterous fingers undid them with ease, pulling the material down your legs.
His hands slid up your shirt next, feeling how smooth your skin was always did something to him. He lifted your shirt as his hands traveled up until his fingers were grazing your bra. You sat up for him for a second so he could pull your shirt off.
Eddie took in the sight of you laying beneath him in only your underwear with hungry eyes. It’s not like he hasn’t seen you like this before, but it never got old. He never got used to it. His rings were cold against your skin as he felt all over your body, exploring at his own pace. You didn’t mind. It felt nice everywhere he touched you. You could see the bulge straining in his ripped jeans.
“Eddie…” you whined, causing him to break out of his trance and look up at you.
“What is it, baby?” he asked as he kept rubbing his hands up and down your sides. It gave you goosebumps.
“Really want you…” you whined again, lips pouting. Eddie chuckled lowly at that, his fingers gripping your sides a little harder.
“Yeah? You want me?” he asked, looking at you with those dark eyes, laced with desire. Pupils blown wide in lust. Oh, Eddie wanted it bad. “Are you wet for me, baby?” His fingers traced your core over your underwear, finding the answer for himself. He smirked. “All for me?” he asked, eyes shooting up to meet yours.
“Yeah, all for you, Eddie,” you breathed, his light touch where you wanted him so badly driving you crazy. He pressed a little harder, right over your clit, and you cried out with a little “Ah!”
Eddie laughed that sinister sounding laugh once again, then his hands were sliding up your body and around your back, unhooking your bra and tossing it. His hands immediately found your tits, groping them like he was seeing them for the first time as he grinded his clothed hips against your wet panties. You could feel how hard he was even through the multiple layers.
“Fuck,” Eddie groaned, his voice so low you barely heard it. His thumb rubbed over your nipples before he started to roll and pinch them between his fingers. He leaned over, wrapping his mouth around one of them. He was moaning the second he got his lips on you, sucking your nipple into his mouth and running his tongue around it in circles. You arched up into him, only pushing your chest further into his face, which he appreciated.
He switched to your other breast to give that nipple equal attention. You moaned, pushing your hips up to press against him, desperate for friction on your aching clit. Eddie had you so turned on, you didn’t feel like you could wait another second.
When he pulled off of your nipple, he buried his face in your tits, using his hands to push them closer together around his face.
“I could live in here,” he said, voice muffled between them. You laughed hard, running your hands through his hair, giving him full body chills.
He pulled back to place hungry kisses over your chest and neck, biting and sucking against the sensitive pulse point, getting the reaction from you he wanted. You dug your nails into his back harder and he hissed.
“Need you now, Eds,” you begged, the ache between your legs becoming unbearable. You needed him to fill you the way only he could.
He pulls back to look at you with those glazed over eyes. “You want my cock?” he asked, looking fully lost in the moment already.
“Yes,” you cried, rolling your hips up beneath him and trying to get him where you want him. Eddie took the hint and got on his knees between your legs. He slipped his fingers beneath the waistband of your panties and pulled them off slowly, savoring it.
He spread your legs wide, big brown eyes taking in the sight of your bare cunt laid out before him, all for him. “Oh, baby,” he groaned, reaching forward to trace a long finger through your folds. He held it up to show you just how wet you were before he popped it in his mouth, sucking it clean.
Eddie reached for his belt, undoing it and pulling it from the belt loops before tossing it to the floor with a clang. He quickly undid his jeans and pushed them and his boxers down his legs, kicking them off. You moaned when his hard length was finally revealed, and he gave you a cocky smirk.
He leaned over your body again, kissing up your chest and neck to place a peck on your lips before he reached for the bedside table, opening the drawer and pulling a condom from the box. He sat back up on his knees and ripped the package open with his teeth, sliding the rubber onto his dick.
He stroked himself quickly a couple times then leaned over you, resting his weight on one forearm as his other hand lined the thick tip of his cock up right against your entrance. Your heart thudded hard in your chest at the feeling, you just wanted him inside you now.
Eddie began to push into you, eyes watching your face as every inch sinks into your warm, wet pussy, wrapping around him perfectly. He felt like he was in heaven, and he couldn’t hold back the groan that spilled from his lips as he buried himself to the hilt. Your hands dug into his skin even harder, holding onto him like you’d disappear if you let go.
He peppered kisses all over your face and neck as he let you get adjusted. He pulled his hips back slowly, then snapped them back into you, drawing a strangled cry from your lips.
“Eddie!” you cried, already feeling so much when he’d only just started. You felt your core tighten around him, holding him even tighter, and he hissed as he set a steady rhythm with his hips.
“God, I’ve barely even fucked you yet…” he mumbled, drinking in your already fucked-out expression and mouth hanging open. He couldn’t deny what the sight of you like this did to him, his cock growing impossibly harder inside of you, his balls tightening, and suddenly he worried he’d cum way too fast like he did your first time together. You hadn’t minded, but he had been humiliated, and he didn’t want a repeat.
Eddie rolled his hips against you at the perfect pace. You tangled your hands in his wild hair and pulled him down to kiss you again, which he did eagerly, tongue in your mouth immediately as he tangled with yours and kissed you hungrily.
He groaned into your mouth as he sped up his pace, thoroughly pounding into you now. The sounds of the two of you - skin slapping together, bed creaking, your moans and grunts and whines and whimpers - filled the room, nearly as loud as the heavy music playing over his speakers. It drove Eddie even more wild.
He sat back up on his knees, grabbing onto your hips with a bruising grip and lifting them higher as he began fucking you with quick, shallow thrusts. You nearly screamed, the intense way his cockhead was ruthlessly pressing against your bundle of nerves with every thrust making you see stars in your vision.
“Fuck, you like that?” Eddie gritted out through clenched teeth, his curls bouncing with every wild thrust into you.
“Feels so good,” you managed to say between moans, hands tangling in the sheets since you can’t comfortably grab onto some part of his body right now, even though that’s what you want.
And it did feel incredible. Your mind was fuzzy and you weren’t sure anymore if it was from the weed or Eddie’s dick. You felt your release building inside you already.
“Fuck yeah it does,” Eddie spits out, and he looks like he’s lost in his own pleasure as his eyes fall closed and his mouth parts, grunts falling from his pretty lips with every brutal thrust. His head falls back and he uses his hands to help pull you against him to meet the thrusts of his own hips, making it even more intense, which you didn’t think was possible.
He looked back down at your body, one hand leaving your hip to rub circles on your clit with his thumb. The sudden sensation made you cry out with a high pitched “Oh!”, eyes fluttering shut as Eddie pushed you to the brink with calculated precision. He hadn’t been experienced when you had gotten together, but damn if he wasn’t a ridiculously quick learner.
He could feel you tightening around him, pussy gripping him so good he felt like he might fall apart right then and there. He cursed under his breath, hips moving a little faster as he pushed you to your release. “Yeah, cum on my cock baby, please, need to feel you making a mess all over me.” Eddie was practically begging as he spoke, desperate to make you cum so he could stop holding back.
“I…gonna cum, Eddie, oh shit-“
A proud smile spread across Eddie’s lips as you came undone for him, watching your pretty face twist in ecstasy as you moaned like his little slut, crying out his name over and over. It was music to his ears, and you were a sight for sore eyes as you utterly fell apart. More than anything, the feeling of your tight walls pulsing around him from your orgasm pushed him over the edge and into his own.
Eddie laid his body over yours the second your high subsided. He grabbed your hands and lifted them over your head, intertwining your fingers with his, and he kissed you hard as it finally hit him. Hard.
Eddie whimpered against your lips before letting out a long, low groan, muscles clenching and body trembling as he finished inside you, spilling into the condom. He kept pumping in shallow thrusts until he had spilled every last drop, his body completely spent as he came harder than he ever does on his own.
He didn’t move as you both caught your breath. Eddie’s body felt weak, like he had used every bit of energy he had. Finally he works up the effort to roll off of you, pecking your lips before he does. You hear him as he pulls the condom off, tying it up and throwing it in the trash can before he’s sliding up against you and wrapping his arm around your waist, your naked bodies pressed together.
You turned on your side and he spooned against you, your body fitting against his like a puzzle piece. His hair tickled your shoulders as he placed kisses to the backs of them before laying his head down against you.
“I love you,” he mumbled sleepily. You could tell he wouldn’t stay awake much longer. He had been thoroughly worn out.
“I love you too,” you said back, fingers gently rubbing his hand that was pressed right above your navel.
He hummed contentedly, and you pulled the blankets over the both of you. You had no desire to get out of his bed, to leave his warm embrace. Wayne never cared if you stayed over, and you figured you could sneak back into your own room before your parents noticed in the morning.
You really weren’t concerned with the logistics right now. This was the only place you wanted to be, and you didn’t care about anything else.
You felt your eyes beginning to grow heavy. Your eyes roamed over the familiar bedroom, messy as usual. You looked at his guitar hanging on the wall, the only other lady you’d ever have to share his heart with. Your gaze wandered to the bedside table, a polaroid of the two of you together on display for him to look at every night before he goes to sleep and every morning when he wakes up.
Eddie made you feel so loved and cared for. You hoped you made him feel the same.
You snuggled deeper into the warmth of his arms. You loved your boyfriend. Whether everyone in town thought he was the devil or not.

"tell your neighbor to find another personal driver"
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
jealous y/n
it was around three in the afternoon when you were holding your phone, looking at the screen showing the chat with your boyfriend, seungcheol. your fingers were still as you thought about the best way to express how intrigued you were. then, the words began to flow:
you: "oh, hey there! just casually wondering who that stunningly beautiful woman was sitting in the passenger seat of your car a few minutes ago? you know, the one that could easily be mistaken for a drama star? i mean, she's obviously someone very special to get a prime spot in your vehicle. just curious!"
seungcheol read the message laughing but still innocent, replied twenty minutes later:
seungcheol: "ah, that was my neighbor. i ran into her and offered a ride since we were going to the same place. where did you see us?"
you rolled your eyes at his shallow response. how could he be so distracted?
you: "oh, that's a secret." you: "you don't think you're forgetting something, do you?"
at that moment, he frowned, trying to recall something important, but nothing came up.
seungcheol: "i'm not sure, love. did i forget something?"
you: "MY RIDE CHOI SEUNGCHEOL!!!!"
he automatically slapped his forehead, feeling regret spread through his body.
seungcheol: "oh my god, my love, i'm so sorry." seungcheol: "i'm coming right now, won't take long!" you:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
you: "it's too late, my brother already took care of it." seungcheol: "then i'll go to your place and meet you there." you: "no need, seungcheol, seriously."
you weren't the only one sulking in the car; mingyu was too. he had an important commitment but had to interrupt it when you called. it wasn't like you could just leave on your own; your condition didn't allow it.
"your boyfriend is going to pay for this, you'll see," he said, focused on the traffic.
"want help with whatever you're planning to do to him?" you said, looking out the car window.
your brother ended up laughing at your pathetic situation, recalling when he parked the car in front of the medical center and saw you with a grumpy face, leaning on the crutch.
"is his neighbor really that pretty?" he asked, chuckling.
"very funny, kim mingyu," you replied with a clearly forced laugh.
"don't worry, i bet she's not prettier than you," he said.
"of course, i'm your twin."
mingyu dropped you off at your apartment and, back in the parking lot, called his brother-in-law.
he didn't even wait for seungcheol to say "hello" to voice his indignation. "hyung! you promised to take care of y/n while she has her leg in a cast. i had to interrupt an important commitment to pick her up."
seungcheol, even on the phone, lowered his head, feeling the lack of responsibility on his part.
"i'm really sorry, mingyu. i genuinely forgot about her appointment, it won't happen again."
mingyu sighed heavily, still upset, but he trusted his friend and knew seungcheol was sincere. "i hope it doesn't, she counts on your help."
seungcheol, apprehensive and worried, took the opportunity to ask: "was she very upset?"
mingyu raised an eyebrow, curious. "about what? the pretty neighbor or you forgetting to pick her up?"
seungcheol sighed, feeling guilty. "both."
mingyu replied curtly. "yes, for both."
"damn, i'm going to hear so much from y/n about this..." he murmured worriedly.
mingyu smiled on the other end of the line. "good luck, you'll need it."
seungcheol hung up and sighed deeply, already anticipating the scolding he would get from you.
feeling the weight of guilt on his shoulders, your boyfriend rang your doorbell. you walked slowly with the help of the crutch and opened the door. you looked serious as you saw him, hoping for an explanation. seungcheol hurried before you could say anything.
"love, i'm so sorry, i swear. i really forgot, i know that's no excuse. and about my neighbor... i should have told you, i'm sorry." he looked like a puppy that was left behind.
you watched him, waiting for him to continue.
"i was distracted, but that doesn't justify what happened. you deserve my full attention, especially now. i promise it won't happen again."
you evaluated his words and finally sighed.
"seungcheol, i trust you, you know that. and i don't mind you giving rides to others. but it was hard seeing you with someone else and realizing you forgot about me."
he moved closer and took your hand. "i understand, love. it wasn't my intention to hurt you, i need you to know that. please, give me a chance to make up for my mistake."
you hesitated for a moment, but he was being sincere, genuinely remorseful, and you knew that well.
"you are very lucky that i love you, seungcheol."
he opened a relieved smile and hugged you, being careful with your casted leg.
"i promise i won't let you down again, my love," he said, with his face buried in your neck. "i love you so much."
you returned the hug. "i love you too, let's forget about this. but one thing i won't let you forget: you still owe me several rides."
he laughed and kissed your forehead. "absolutely. from now on, you have a dedicated driver twenty-four hours a day."
you pouted at him, looking at him with a playful expression. "oh, and tell your neighbor to find another personal driver."
seungcheol continued laughing and nodded. "will do. from now on, only you will have that privilege."

the heart eyes?
Tumblr media
pairing: oscar piastri x reader words: 1.3 k warnings: none summary: you are in love with your best friend but he doesn’t know it (right?)
When your parents had told you that you would move to another city you had been devastated. You had been only six years old but still, you didn’t want to leave your friends behind.
But then you met Oscar. Your new neighbor. At first you only played with his sisters but then you started hanging out with him and since then you had been best friends. He was there when you didn’t feel well. When you were sad because you weren’t as good as he was in school he would come over to your house and give you a cup of hot chocolate.
When you were 14 you developed feelings for Oscar. No. Not really feelings. Yet. It was a crush. Something you just feel when you become older. But over time, this crush had become more. You really were in love with him now.
You knew Oscar didn’t feel the same about you. He had a girlfriend. Yes, he did break up with her after only a few months but he wouldn’t have had a girlfriend if he was in love with you, right?
Today you were at the Australian Grand Prix. You haven’t been to one in the last year as you simply didn’t have the time to visit one. And also you didn’t really want to see Oscar. You just wanted to forget him. Move on with your life. Get over those feelings for your best friend. But surprise! It didn’t work.
So now you were here. Sitting in your car in a random parking lot.
“I can do this. I will walk in that damn paddock and be normal. No need to freak out. He is your best friend”, you said to yourself.
Eventually you got out of the car. You wore a pretty orange summer dress and simple white sneakers. At the first Grand Prix you visited you wore high heels and swore you would never wear them again.
You hung the Paddock Pass around your neck and put on sunglasses. Then you grabbed your bag and walked toward the entrance.
While you walked towards it you pulled out your phone to call Oscar so you could ask him where you have to go. But before you could click on his contact you ran into someone. Lando.
“Oh my god. I am so sorry”, you apologized immediately.
“Don’t worry. Wait. Y/N? Long time no see! Oscar couldn’t stop talking about you last week! Come with me I will bring you to him”, Lando offered and you could only nod.
You have met Lando before and always got along well. He was funny and used to always be around when you wanted to hang out with Oscar at a Grand Prix. Not that you cared. He was a nice guy and you really didn’t want to be alone with your best friend when you were scared you might just kiss him at some point.
“Thank you but you really don’t have to bring me to him. I am sure you have more important things to do right now”, you said but Lando just shook his head.
“No no. I will walk you to him. And my room is directly next to his so I can just drop you off, ok?”, Lando asked.
You nodded and smiled at him.
“Thank you, Lando. Really.”
You silently walked to the driver’s rooms just occasionally looking up to check if Lando was still there to lead you to Oscar.
“So, he invited you for this GP?”, Lando eventually asked you to break the silence.
“Kind of. I haven’t been to one for a long time as I simply didn’t have the time for it”, at least that was half the truth, you thought to yourself. “So then I asked him if I could come to one just to have a day to relax, you know? And I didn’t have a long way to get here”, you said laughing.
“I guess. That’s nice that you are here to support him. Then you are officially a WAG now?”
You nearly choked on your own saliva.
“Sorry?” You said looking at Lando as if he had just told her he would quit racing.
“Well, when you are now his girlfriend you are a WAG, right?” Now it was Lando to look confused as you furiously shook your head.
“No! No no no! We are not… a couple or so. Just… friends. Not more”, you defended yourself as Lando looked a little surprised and embarrassed at the same time.
“Sorry. I just assumed since you are here now and Oscar was so happy that you finally talked to each other about your feelings. I didn’t mean to offend you or anything.”
“Feelings? There… there aren’t any feelings. We have been friends for so long. We are just… friends. Best friends”, you explained but couldn’t hide the fact that you were as red as a tomato.
“The feelings you obviously have for each other. The heart eyes? You talk about the other the whole time! Are you serious? You aren’t in love with him?” Lando was now looking completely confused.
“No. I am not”, you said, knowing you weren’t just lying to Lando but also yourself.
“Ok ok.” Before you two could say anything else you were standing in front of a wooden door with a piece of paper sticking on it. ‘Oscar Piastri’
“We are here”, Lando said the obvious.
“Yeah. Thanks for leading me. Otherwise I would have been lost.”
Lando nodded and smiled.
“Talk to him. It is not healthy to lie to yourself”, the Brit said before turning around and walking into his own room.
You took a deep breath and knocked on the door before opening it.
Oscar sat on a small couch in the room, scrolling though his phone.
Gosh, how can he look so attractive just sitting there.
“Hey, Osc”, you said as you walked into the room.
Oscar looked up and immediately smiled at you, seemingly happy to see you again after so long.
“Hey! I am so happy you made it! We haven’t seen each other in so long. I missed you”, he said as he walked toward you to give you a hug.
“I am happy to see you as well. Are you ready for the race? I am sure you’ll do great. I read you’ll start in second? That’s good, right?” You stopped yourself from rambling after a little as you realized you were nervous and a little panicking as you haven’t seen Oscar in a long time.
“I am, yes. But it will be hard to get to first. Max is directly in front of me and Charles behind. They are good so I have to stay focused the whole time and just have to drive well.” Oscar was still smiling.
“You will win, I just know it”, you said. “You’ll be first and celebrate and then we will go to that Italian restaurant we always went to with our parents.”
Oscar smiled as he looked at you. Was Lando right and Oscar really liked you? Or is Oscar just a good friend and happy that you believe in his talent?
“Thanks. That means a lot coming from you. I have to get ready now for the race. Do you want to stay?”
You smiled and nodded even though you weren’t so sure.
“Yes, of course. I will just sit here and read”, you said pulling out a book from your huge bag.
Oscar laughed that cute laugh that has always been able to make you smile even when you were sad or mad because of whatever was going on in your life.
“You really always have a book with you, don’t you?”, Oscar teased you, something he has always done as you really always carry a book with you.
You just grinned and opened the book do read. It was some silly friends to lovers romance, but you couldn’t help but see the parallels to Oscar and you.
Your best friends went to his warm up exercises and you really tried not to stare but it is hard when you see your best friend’s muscles tense like that. Eventually, some man you have seen around before stepped in the room and did the neck exercises with Oscar and you were really staring now.
Damn. How can he look so good??
a/n: sorry it took me a bit to continue this and it is still not finished but i didn’t have the time for it… there may be some mistakes bc english is not my first language and i didn’t reread it hahah!

Can I get a she fell first he fell harder where reader always had a crush on embry all throughout high school and always asked him out but he always rejected her nicely until she gave up then they meet again but she’s over him so he has to work extra hard to get her attention smut included???
ofc you can ! XD hope you enjoy :)
coming back - embry x reader
Barely being able to maintain eye contact, the floor and his shirt covered chest was more interesting. You felt fluttery and a fiery blush stained your cheeks.
“You dropped this.” he tells you. He held out a mitten that you dropped and you take it back.
“Thanks.” you say to him with a smile. He was so kind and warm. That’s why it was so addicting to be in his presence. You watch starry eyed as he walked away.
With his body now out of your view, your eyes then flicker to a paper hung up on the hallway wall.
You weren’t going to go. But, you had a newfound form of hope.
The next morning, you woke up earlier than your usual wake up time.
You made sure to make sure you looked extra nice.
You found him at his locker, he was alone. He was taking his jacket off to put it in there. You tap his shoulder as you walked up behind him.
He turns around and says hi, remembering the interaction from yesterday. He displayed a kind smile. Your heart skips a beat as you see that what he’s wearing looks great on him.
“I just um… wanted to know if you were going to Homecoming?” you say, you tried to hide the fact that you were nervous.
“Mm…I don’t think so. Are you?” he asks after thinking of the idea of going to a school dance.
“Yeah. I mean..I don’t know..But, um we could like..Go together?” you offer. There, you threw it out there.
A soft smile, “Oh. I think I’m going to sit this one out. But, thanks for asking though.” he says and off he goes to where his friends were at.
You sigh in defeat.
You didn’t go as well. You didn’t want to see people at your school dressed up for a dance and Embry wasn’t there. You still had hope.
You still made sure to speak to him when you did see him. He kept it brief.
One day in science class, it was a lab day. The teacher wanted the students to do a gravity experiment with dropping small balls and calculate how long it took for the small ball to drop to the ground.
The thing was, she wanted everyone to do it in the hallway since there was a balcony that showed the first floor of the school.
You were partnered up and you ran down the steps to retrieve the ball from the first floor. Your partner wrote down the time as they paused the stop watch.
Scooping the ball into your hand, you look over and see Embry walking.
“Hey.” you say with a smile.
“Hi.” he says back. He kept walking. You were a bit sad that he wasn’t curious about what you were doing, or showing interest that he wanted to talk more.
You did your best. Wearing what looked good, putting effort into your appearance. You stared at him as he would walk past. One time, he did look, but he just kept walking.
You heard his friends, wishing him a happy birthday. You smile as you look at the date, you made sure to keep note of the day’s date.
When he was in line at lunch, luckily his friends didn’t join him yet.
“Hey, birthday boy.” you say, he turns to see you and he chuckles lightly.
“Hey.”
“Have any plans?”
“Uh..Not really. Most of my friends have work. We’re going to celebrate it on the weekend.” he answers.
“Well..I could take you out. My treat.” you say.
He takes a look, you’re glad that you look nice today, the smile you gave him showed a lot of interest and you watched his eyes as he made a decision.
“That’s okay. I will just chill at home. Thanks for asking though.” he says with a polite smile and carries his tray away.
Your shoulder slump forward due to defeat. Even though luck was not on your side, you still had an ounce of hope.
You however, found yourself getting a tad bit jealous when he would laugh or talk to a girl that wasn’t you.
You wanted to know how it felt to have all of his attention.
You still cling onto your hopes when it’s time for prom. Your friends actually had dates and you wanted to go for the last bit of experience.
Hearing the prom date over the intercom during morning announcements, an idea pops into your head.
Smoothly walking to where he was, he took a quick drink out of the water fountain.
He smiled a bit when he seen you, your heart leaped with hope and joy. You smile back and ask him how his day is going, you were going to try the smooth approach.
“It’s going okay. How’s yours?” he asks. You seeped into the conversation, “Eh, it’s alright.” He’s walking leisurely and you’re walking side by side with him.
“Are you going to prom?” he asks you. You almost felt like you were dreaming, you nod with enthusiasm.
“Are you?” you ask. You watch as he thinks for a bit.
“Yeah. Are you going with someone?” he asks you.
You shake your head.
“Are you?” you ask and start to smile. He nods a bit, “Yeah. I got asked.” he laughs a bit.
“Oh…” you say and your entire expression is crestfallen.
“We’re going as friends but, still. Hey, at least I will see you there.” he says and before you realized it, you were outside of his classroom.
“Yeah. See you there.” you say sadly and watch him walk in the classroom and greet a friend of his.
You had to walk the walk of shame to your own classroom.
At prom, you tried to have a good time. Your friends even abandoned their own dates for a moment to include you. Your eyes kept looking over the girl that won Embry’s yes.
She danced with him, she laughed with him, and she even complimented your dress when you got something to drink. You couldn’t even dislike her even if you wanted to.
Life after high school had been easy on you. Studying for a career path that you have been passionate about, made you have passion for life for the future.
Coming back home for the holidays, you were happy to see your old friends on Christmas break.
The day before Christmas Eve, you stopped at a store to buy some gift wrapping paper. That’s when you saw him. You didn’t get the same fluttery feelings you had and to be honest, he crossed your mind but not in a romantic way. You would laugh lightly to yourself how intense you felt about the hopeful teenage romance. You were glad that he had a kind nature.
He was the one that spoke to you first.
“You’re back.” he says with a smile. He was in front of you in line and he turned around.
“Yeah. How are you?” you say politely.
“I’m good. And you?”
“Great.” you say.
“How long are you here for?” he asks you.
“Just until after New Years.” you just say and plan to leave it at that.
“Cool. We get to see each other often until you leave, then.” he says.
You give him a tight lipped smile and nod a bit.
He noticed your reservedness and another cashier opened their register and says she can take the next person in line in her line.
“See ya.” you just say and walk to the new cashier.
Embry was going to say something before you were out of your sight but you moved too fast, making his words get caught in your throat.
On Christmas Eve, you all exchanged gifts, each of you having a secret Santa.
It was nice and warm and you all talked about the good old days of high school.
Your friends knew you weren’t Embry-crazy anymore, you barely brought him up.
On a spur of the moment, you all go to the favorite coffee shop that you all loved. You got the hot chocolate and it tasted better than you imagined it would.
“I so miss this.” you say as you chew on the hot and semi-melted marshmallows.
Hums of agreement follows as they drink their own drinks.
You hear a bell and you look up and see that it’s Embry. You didn’t know he enjoyed this place too. You shrug and continue to drink your drink and fall into the table’s conversation.
“Y/N. Crazy we run into each other again.” he says with a smile. You lick the top of your lip a bit as the speck of whipped cream was resting there and you nod.
“I know right.” you say and continue your sip. Silence was met for a moment before your friend says that they’re done and if you guys were joining them in going back to the car. You all agree and you rise up and put your coat back on.
As your friends are deep in their chatter, he comes close to you and says to you in a hushed tone, “You have any plans for tomorrow?”
“Um..” you think for a moment, you were going to stop past your family’s home, but other than that, you were going to go back to your friend’s to spend the remainder of the day with them.
“Just celebrating with them and my family but, it was nice seeing you, though. I’ll see you around.” you say and walk out of the door with your friends.
He didn’t know how he could have messed it up. You weren’t the awkward teenager that he would see around school. The conversation was different.
You even looked different. You’ve grown into the woman that looked comfortable in their skin.
“Guys we should see the Christmas lights in the city!” your friend says as you all walk to the car.
“In the cold? No way.” you say, your teeth chattering at the light snow that started to fall.
“Come on. We don’t have to stay long.” they plead. You agree. They’re excited.
Christmas morning, you seen your family. Exchanged gifts, ate a bit of the dinner that was cooked and went on your way.
Walking through the city, your hands was trying to loosen the mittens so you can stick your hands in them. It wasn’t snowing when you left out, but it was starting to fall more gradually.
Dropping the mitten, you sigh a bit and lean down to get it, but someone was faster than you. Looking up to thank the person, you seen that it’s Embry.
“You following me or something?” you ask but you were teasing him.
His face turned into a look of horror, “N-No. Not at all!” he says.
Laughing a bit at his panicked state, “I was kidding.” you just say and you take the mitten from him, “Oh, and thanks.” you say and you walk to catch up with your friends.
“Wait.” you hear him say. You slow down your pace, he walks beside you.
“Yeah?” you ask as the mittens were now on your hands and you were stuffing your hands in your coat pocket.
“You’re seeing the lights right?” he asks.
“Yeah. Are you?”
“Maybe.”
“Oh.” you just say and continue to walk.
“I wouldn’t mind seeing them with you.” he says.
“Oh. Cool.” you say, your face grimaced a bit from the cold wind that blew in your face.
He walked with you, you all saw the Christmas lights. You and your friends took pictures. You only commented back when he would comment about the sight.
Leaving, he touched your coat covered arm, “You’re leaving already?”
“Yeah. See ya.” you say with a polite smile and wave and go about your way.
Embry’s face was crestfallen, but you didn’t see it. Your back was facing him and you and your friends talked about the lights you all saw.
You offer to go to the liquor store to grab drinks for the upcoming New Year’s eve party.
You placed the heavy bottle in your basket and seen Embry come in. This time, with a friend of his. They nod to each other as you both go in different directions.
You go to wait in line.
You felt a tap. You turn around.
“Hey.” he says. You just nod in greeting. You turn back around.
“What kind of drinks did you get?” he asked.
You show him the labels of each bottle.
“You have plans for New Years?” he asks.
“Sorta. I’m going to a party.”
“Who’s party?”
“You don’t know them.” you say. It was true.
“That’s funny. I’m having a party.”
“Oh yeah? Well, have fun.” you say as you place the bottles on the checkout belt. You were up next and the person in front of you were already handing the cashier their money.
“You should come.” he says.
“And ditch my friends?”
“Bring your friends.”
“Mm. I’ll pass. But thanks anyway.” you say.
“Please?” he asks. You actually give it some thought. “Oh what the hell.” you thought.
You fully turn to face him.
“I don’t know your friends. I barely know you, I just know you from the small interactions we had in school.”
“Get to know me then.” he says.
“Embry’s party?” your friend asks again. You nod.
“Uh oh. Here we go.” they laugh as they tease you.
“It’s not like that. I’m just going to show my face and we can leave.” you say and finish straightening out your outfit.
“Sure.” they say with a smirk and you nudge them to get them to be quiet. They just laugh instead.
You enter his home, it was a full house. The music vibrated the floor and you cross your arms as you scope the scenery.
A friend of yours scope out a guy they can talk to. You groan at the fact that they leave you to make their move.
You hear someone call your name.
“Hey.” you say.
“You made it!” he says with a smile.
“Uh huh.” you say as you take a look around. If it was his place, it wasn’t bad. People dancing and having fun with each other.
“Wanna dance?” he asks.
“Uh..Nah.” you say politely and move around him. He’s following you.
“Why not?” he asks, not in a pushy way, but in genuine curiosity. You shrug.
“I can’t dance.”
“Everyone can dance.” he says.
“Not true.” you say.
“Want me to show you?” he asks.
“Nah.” you say and ask, “What do you have to drink?”
“Anything you want.” he says. You chuckle.
“Seriously.”
“I am serious.” he says.
You walk away, while chuckling and shaking your head a bit in a friendly manner.
You had a drink in your hand as your friend was wrapped around a guy, them two explaining something that they had in common. It was evident they’ve been drinking, the loud passionate talking made you zone out a bit.
“You wouldn’t be bored if you danced with me.” he says and stands next to you on the wall.
“One dance. That’s it. You’re not making a fool of me.” you say in humorous fashion.
“Never.” he says.
You didn’t think you could be totally wrong. This moment, was true evidence that you had gotten a whiplash of emotions.
Everything that you felt like had been away, came slowly swimming.
An old blush came on your cheeks as Embry’s hands eventually pulled you close and moved your body with his to the music.
You didn’t want the song to be over. But, you already knew better. Stepping back with a small smile, you say, “I’m going to find my friends.”
You walk away before he could speak out, the transition of the next song was being blasted.
They were dancing with people they had gotten to know. Sighing a bit, you tried to socialize, seeing who else you could buddy up with.
They all just wanted to drink or take a shot. You didn’t want to get shit faced.
“Who are you going to kiss on the countdown?” he asks you as he stood close to you. Clearly feeling comfortable with the close distance since you two have danced.
“A drink.”
“That’s a waste.”
“What’s a waste?” you question and you fully face him and he’s wearing a handsome smile. You didn’t even realize how hard your heart was thumping until the silence fell into the air as he stared at your lips with hooded eyes.
You shake your head a bit as you felt like you were in a daze.
Sweaty bodies moved past you and you were back to the ugly reality.
“Are you leaving tomorrow?” he asks with a hint of sadness.
You shake your head, “The day after tomorrow.” He nods and keep note in his head.
“I want to see you before you leave.” he says.
“Why?” you whisper.
“I feel like I missed out on so much.” he whispers back.
Before you could respond, some shouts out, “Oh my god! Turn down the music!” The music is staring to turn down and Embry grabs your hand before you could process it.
He pulls you as the countdown from 20 seconds started to ring out.
Embry turns and counts down, “10…”
You catch on finally on, “5…”
By 3, you both are smiling and yelling with the rest of the room and shout, “Happy New Years!”
Cheering emerged and everyone held each other’s faces as they were pressed into each other. Laughing a bit, you see your friends occupied and you felt your chin being moved over and you were watching Embry’s face that was now in your view.
Inches turned into centimeters and before you both knew it, you shared your lips with Embry. You let him taste yours because he let you taste his.
The burning of your cheeks didn’t cool down when you guided some of your drunk friends in the car. You gave him your number and he did call.
He asks to see you. You go. After telling you his address, you knock on the hard wooden front door.
He opens it and looks happy to see you.
Your hands held up the wrapped covered gift.
You look to him as you both sat on his sofa.
“Open it.” he says.
You tear open the paper, your fingers slightly shaking.
You gasp a bit as you slightly smile.
It was a nicely sized stuffed animal that held a heart. It was wrapped good to where you wouldn’t have guessed. You lean over and give him a hug. He gladly returns it.
“I’m sorry, if I would’ve known you gotten me something, I would’ve got you something too.” you say as you look at the stuffed animal in your lap with appreciation.
“It’s alright.” he says and puts one arm behind you on the edge on the couch, “I have my gift here already.”
You look at him in confusion.
“Can we kiss again?” he asks. You look away and down at the gift he had gave you.
You shake your head a bit as you think and say, “If you would’ve asked me like two years ago, I would’ve hounded you.” you admit.
“I didn’t truly see what was in front of me.” he says.
“What changed? Why now and not then?” you ask.
He shifts to face you more on the couch, “I didn’t know what I want then. I know what I want now and it’s you.”
You just look at him. There was no hint of jokes, no hint of regret and most of all, no hint of shame.
“I wanted to let you know before you leave again.” he says. You nod in understanding.
“I don’t know.” you say. You felt confused.
“I’m sorry.” he says.
“It’s fine.” you say while smiling, “Where’d you get this?”
He tells you. He also told you how you were trapped in his mind as he was getting it.
“I wish we spent Christmas together.” he admits.
“That would’ve been nice..I suppose.” you say and look to him.
You lean and press a kiss of his cheek, you linger your lips there for a bit before pulling back.
He does the same, you huff out a nervous chuckle. He’s still close, he does it smoothly, placing his lips to yours as you watch him. You slowly close your eyes as you relish the feeling.
That what you two did. You both caught up with each other. Letting your lips show how much you both missed each other.
Your hand accidentally slipped under his shirt and you sighed before pulling back.
A sensual snack sounded off and he slowly opened his eyes and blinked at you.
“Im sorry.” you whisper.
“Do it again.” he says lowly and leans forward again. You let him take a hold of your mouth again, occupying your tongue with his.
He helped placed your hands back to his chest, under his shirt. You jumped slightly, from shock, when his lips leave open mouth kisses on your neck.
You small breathy noise escape from your slightly parted lips as your eyes closed at the tingling feeling that was now traveling to your collarbone.
His hands graced the bare skin that came from your slightly risen shirt. He graced a quick swipe of his thumb across your cheek as he then slowly rises your shirt.
Shirtless, you still felt warm. You sat in his lap as he cups your breasts as your back was pressed to his chest.
Your hips was grinding on the bulge that sat stiffly in between your legs.
“I want you.” he whispers. A kiss is heard as you felt the wet kiss on your neck. His hand snakes in front of you and circled his fingers on the sensitive covered nub. You wish he would take your panties off but he instead had you crying out. Crying out at what his fingers were doing. They were feeling how wet you were from just his fingers.
His fingers moved a part of your pantries to the side and rubbed his bare skin with yours. You arched your back and lean against him, your hips moving to make sure you feel every inch of his veiny flesh. Your center was making his flesh glossy as he stuck his tip in you, just a little at a time.
You wince. You squirm to get yourself comfortable as he holds himself to enter you.
You both move into his bedroom.
You both had gotten to know each other’s bodies well. You clutch to his back as his hips movements are rocking you painfully slow. You roll your eyes in ecstasy as you whine for him. He grunts in response and also keeps telling you, “I want you.”

Full moon sitting in the darkest night.
“So, sounds fun, right?”
“Huh? Yeah, sure.”
You kinda just agreed to whatever Mai said, busy doing your makeup and humming to the music playing from your speaker. But it wasn’t until a few hours later that you realized what you’d agreed to. You both were sitting outside now, waiting for Yuuji to pick you up, but he was ten minutes late. When he did pull up, he parked fast, seeing Mai’s already irritated expression. Hesitantly, he walked over to where you both stood.
“Heyyyyy…”
Mai pushed past him, brushing off his attempt at a hug.
“Save it, bitch.”
Yuuji ran before her, opening the door, which she thanked him for in the form of a sneer. He looked at you next, hoping for a more positive reaction as he guided you to the backseat.
“Are you mad at me too?”
“If I were, it would be in good reason. You’re late.”
He closed the door behind you and scrambled to the driver’s seat, promptly turning on the car and attempting to show he was in a rush.
“Look, I’m sorry, I ended up-”
“Just drive, Yuuji!”
Mai wasn’t giving him a break; not like he deserved one. He huffed and put the car in drive, taking off. You guys were going to a car meet; Yuuji was excited to show off the car he’d just finished modding, a WRX or something like that. To be honest, you didn’t know too much about cars, except what Yuuji would tell you, but that would involve you paying attention. Nonetheless, you wanted to be a supportive friend, so here you were.
Feel a breeze, smoking trees, cloudy in the ride.
Yuuji pulled up to a lot full of cars, parking in an empty spot towards the middle of the row. You noticed some cars in an intersection next to the lot, driving in circles as people hung out the windows. You weren’t gonna lie; it looked a little fun, dangerous, but fun. Yuuji got out, opening each of your doors.
“So, I’ll probably stay here if anyone asks questions about my ride, but feel free to check things out!”
“You brought us here so we could frolic around? Yuuji, you’ve gotta be shittin’ me right now.”
“Now, don’t say it like that. It makes me sound like an asshole.”
The both of you looked at him with a deadpan expression, but then he gave those puppy dog eyes, causing Mai to rub down her face.
“Fine, but you owe us big time. Let’s go see what they're doing in the circle over there.”
With that, you and Mai walked off. Yuuji told you to stay safe, but Mai’s reply was a middle finger. The air was smoky and smelled like burnt rubber, but you guys still pushed through the crowd to see the action. Cars were drifting in a circle now, another car coming in the rotation, probably the most dangerous thing you’ve ever seen.
Two of the cars drifting had pulled off to the side, and from what you could tell, the drivers were arguing. A couple of guys tried to break it up, but one flipped the other guy off as they both hopped in the driver's seat.
Narrow roads, so many caution signs.
“Shit, they’re about to race!”
You hadn’t even heard Yuuji walk up behind you guys, Mai looking back at him with a smirk.
“So, why aren’t you with your “ride”? No takers?”
Yuuji huffed, making her laugh triumphantly. The circle began to shift, noticing a gap opening as the two cars revved, one all white and the other blue with a black stripe across the side. You found the white one more tasteful, pointing at it and looking back at Yuuji.
“Oh, that one? An Audi S5. Other one’s a Scat.”
You nodded like you knew what he meant and looked back as some shirtless guy got between the cars, throwing it down. Instantly, both cars take off, the white one gapping the blue one by a long shot.
“I don’t know why he even bothered. The launch on the S5 is insane.”
As the cars finished, people began cheering; even Mai was clapping and nodding. They drove back to the lot where the cars were lined up. The Scat driver handed the S5 driver a wad of cash, returned to his car, and drove off.
“Damn, sore loser. Anyway, I wanna meet the guy who drove the S5. Y’all sit tight, okay?”
Before Mai could even curse him out, Yuuji had run off. You two scoffed and sat on the hood of his car.
“So, you upgraded the intercooler? I did the same to mine, it’s a W-”
“Welcome back, fucker. You brought a friend?”
Yuuji had returned to the car with a guy, and damn he was hot. You were too busy staring at his abs pressed against that black tee he was wearing or the outline of something that surely wasn’t his wallet in his sweats to stop Mai from chewing Yuuji out.
“This is Choso; he’s driving the S5.”
Shotgun sippin’; rollin' with the tide.
Choso looked at you and licked his lips, sending something down to your-
“Nice to meet you, really nice to meet you.”
You were blushing like crazy. Was he flirting with you? You were too enthralled to notice Yuuji and Mai going back and forth in the background.
“Nice to meet you, too.”
“So, you guys stayin' around for shots? I’d hate to see you go so early.”
Oh, he was definitely flirting with you.
“Depends. Want me to stay?
“If that’s fine with you, princess.”
“What we drinkin’?”
“Your choice.”
“Hm, whatever your drinkin’.”
He looked up and down at you, smirking a bit.
“I’ve got something in mind.”
“Is that so?”
“UM HELLO!”
You both turned to look at Mai, who had a surprised look on her face as Yuuji stood there in shock. Choso cleared his throat and gave an awkward smile to Mai.
“That is if you want to stay too, Mai.”
“Well, depends. What do you wanna drink, other than my best friend?”
You choked on your spit as your body jolted at Mai’s question. Yuuji began to laugh uncontrollably, walking up to Choso and slapping him on the back.
“Don’t worry, I got tequila in the trunk.”
“Oh shit, what kind?”
“Terramana, of course.”
“My man. I gotta bottle, too; I’ll go grab it.”
With that, Choso and Yuuji split. Mai gave you that look.
“Didn’t know you liked car guys.”
“I do now.”
You both laughed as she wrapped her arm around you, bringing you in for a hug. Shortly, Choso and Yuuji were back.
“Let’s get lit, fuckers.”
Want you to love me like you do that S5.
You knew Yuuji and Choso had at least three shots, but right now, they both were going on about the mods they did on their cars. You had found yourselves back in the circle of people drifting.
“Looks fun, huh?”
“Yeah, a fun death trap.”
“Nonsense, people do it all the time.”
Choso looked over at Yuuji, both of them with the expression that they were up to something.
Oh my, Ima give you the ride of your life.
You found yourself in Choso’s passenger seat, staring at Mai in Yuuji’s across the circle. You can’t believe you got dragged into this; what the fuck were you-
Choso’s hand found its way to your thigh, rubbing the skin there as he looked at you with a smirk.
“Nervous? Don’t worry, princess. I got you.”
It took everything in you not to jump on him then and there. Those pet names were dangerous; every time he called you princess, it sent signals down below, practically screaming at you to relieve it. You hadn’t even realized his hand had moved to the gear shift, veins in his hand flexing as he revved the engine. Then, you were taking off.
You swear you just died. The whole time, you could hear the rubber screeching smoke lifting off the tires as Choso and Yuuji spun against each other. Halfway through, you saw Mai climb through the window; you did the same, and man, was it fun. Both of them parked and spilled out of the car, laughing and giving each other a high five, panting with adrenaline. You walked over to Mai, who looked like she was 10 seconds away from barfing.
“You good, girl?”
“I think I might’ve pissed myself.”
The boys walked back over, calmed down as the high wore off. Choso wrapped his arm around your waist, and boy, was that physically effective. Yuuji patted Mai’s back, giving him an annoyed look as she sat up straight. He smiled at her with open eyes, signaling something to her. She caught on fast because then she said:
“Yuuji’s gonna drive me home; Choso lives on the same side of town as you, so he’ll be takin’ you home. That okay?”
Oh, they were on some shit. But obviously, the two of you were, too.
“Yeah, that’s fine with me. Choso?”
“Sounds good, princess.”
I swear, I would die for you.
You waved bye to Mai as Yuuji helped her into the car, giving you a wink as Yuuji drove off. Choso guided you back to his car, opening the passenger door. Once you got in, you had a good look around, too nervous to check things out the first time you got in it. Damn, this was nice. He had red leather seats and ambient red lighting around the car. Shit, how much did this car cost? Choso got in the car and put his foot down on the pedal, starting the car as he adjusted the air conditioning.
“You cold?”
“Just a little.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll warm you up.”
Oh, you were warm, alright. It’s like every word he spoke had a sexual undertone because here you were, getting wet over a question about the AC. He reached over and turned on the heated seat for you, smirking as he pressed the button. He placed his hand back on your thigh, rubbing back and forth; all you could focus on was how close he was to touching your pussy. He looked at you with half-lidded eyes, causing you to squirm your legs. It hadn’t gone unnoticed him smiling as he bit his lip.
“Ready?”
Ready for what? At that point, you gave up the idea of celibacy for the night, like you had any intentions to not fuck him in the first place. Now, you knew this wasn’t a good idea. The both of you were tipsy, and it was probably reckless to have him drive. But then again, he had just drifted the car thirty minutes ago, so he’d be fine, right?
“Yeah, let’s go.”
You know I'd risk my life for you.
We fit so perfectly, in need of your affection.
The ride back to your house was pretty fast, considering Choso ran every red light and was going 20 over the speed limit. You had half a mind to hold the handlebars on the car's roof, but you weren't doing anything with Choso's hand rubbing you through your shorts. Your body began to react to it, closing your legs a bit, but it was all in vain when he brought your thigh towards him, opening your legs wider.
“Don’t go runnin’ from me, princess. Promise, I don’t bite. Unless you want me to.”
You held everything in, taking the depths of your resolve to stop you from shamelessly asking him to fuck you in the car. He was definitely holding it in, too, a tent peeking out of those gray sweats, and fuck, you could tell, he had a big-
“We’re here, sweetheart.”
You sigh in relief as you realize you were in your apartment’s parking lot. He came around to open your door, those hungry eyes gazing at you as you climbed out of the seat. As soon as you were out of the car, Choso had you pinned against it, claiming your mouth as his as he grabbed your waist. Those eyes might have been hungry, but his mouth was greedy. He had moved onto your neck, sucking the skin there. Fuck, you were still outside, and you were sure he’d fuck you right here if you let him. You grabbed his hand and dragged him behind you to your apartment.
“Let’s go.”
I think I want more.
You couldn’t open that damn door fast enough. As soon as you turned around to lock it, Choso was behind you, kissing your neck and grabbing your ass as he ground it against his painfully hard dick. He flipped you towards him, picking you up and throwing you over his shoulder.
“Which room?”
“Furthest back.”
Oh, yeah, I need more of your intensity.
Choso damn near threw you on the bed, taking his shirt off as fast as possible. You didn’t even get a chance to check out his abs; he was already on you, bringing your shirt up and sucking the skin on your chest as he pulled it over your head. You watched as he unbuckled your shorts, swiftly pulling them and your panties down. The only thing left was your bra, which was not of concern right now, considering he had pulled it down so your tits could spill out. He groaned as he brought his mouth down to your nipple, bringing his fingers up to pump in and out of your pussy. Now, he was usually a bit more gentle than this; take it real slow and careful. But you two had been edging each other all night, and he needed to taste you. Now.
Love when you speed; no need to speak.
The first swipe of his tongue nearly had you crashing, having been teased for twenty minutes in the car. It wasn’t until he slipped his tongue in you that you had to pull your strength together to not cum so fast.
“Cum for me, princess. Stop holding back.”
God, his voice was too much. So much, you came on his face, just like he asked you to. He groaned as he slurped up your juices, face completely covered in your essence, but he honestly did not give a single fuck. He was a man in heaven. He grabbed both your thighs and pinned your body down, eating you out for a second round, craving how your body jerked when he made you cum. This time, you didn’t have the will to hold out. Still recovering from the first orgasm, the second wasn’t far behind. You groaned his name in defeat, knowing you were about to cum again.
“Choso…”
“Mhm, baby. Give it to me.”
In seconds, your body was moving out of your control again, gripping his hair and pinning his face to your pussy. As you came down, you ground your hips against his face, making him chuckle.
“Fuck, I need you, princess.”
I know you want more…
Choso couldn’t get his pants off fast enough. His dick was about to jump out his boxers; if he got any harder, it probably would’ve ripped through them. Positioning himself over top of you, he kissed you and brought his finger up to put your wetness on his shaft.
“Ready for me?”
You gave him a nod, gripping his shoulders as he slid inside you. Once he was all the way in, he brought his lips down to your neck, experimentally pulling his hips back and forth slowly, making sure you had adjusted to his size. Fortunately for him, teasing for hours and two orgasms later, you took him instantly. Damn, he was big. You moaned loudly at the feeling of him stretching you out, arching your back off the bed as he fucked you steadily. His face was inches away from yours, every couple of thrusts coming down to kiss you, throwing his head back to get his hair out of his face, damp with sweat from how good he was fucking you. And you were sure to let him know just how good he was giving it to you, moaning his name out like a damn siren, pulling him into your pussy as he picked up the pace.
…Ima give you more.
Fast, deep, slow, he didn’t care. He was gonna give it to you however you needed wanted it. He didn’t expect you to want to ride him, though, climbing over him and sinking down on his dick; boy wasn’t that a sight to see. He was losing his mind; you fucked him at a fast pace, tits jumping every time you brought your pussy back down to his hips. Fuck, you were perfect. You were doing magic on him, had to be; he swears he’s never had pussy this good. At this point, he needed to see you crumble again, so he took some initiative and grabbed your hips, fucking his dick into you rapidly.
“Choso, oh my god!”
“You like that princess?”
You were too fucked out to answer. Every thrust made you dizzy, putting your hands on his chest to steady yourself. Then there was that goddamn look on his face. His eyes were on you like a wild animal, groaning as you slid up and down his shaft. You wanted to see how much of a reaction you could get out of him, rolling your hips as his eyes rolled back. He was gonna cum soon, but he needed you to cum first.
Want you to love me like you do that S5, oh my.
He’s back on top, bringing your thighs up to his chest, getting as deep as possible. You were a blabbering mess at this point, and all he could do was smile as you tried to grab at the sheets, pussy about to give in at any second. With a quick dive, his lips came up to yours, his thumb reaching up to rub your clit. Every moan you gave went into his mouth, tongue exploring it as you came undone on his dick. And it felt fucking amazing. Your pussy clenched down on him, driving him crazy, your body squirming as you came hard from your third orgasm of the night.
Are you ready for the ride of your life?
He was done for. The feeling of your pussy tightening on him was too much, your moans of his name sounding like music to his ears. He didn’t even care anymore. Shamelessly, he moaned your name and whimpered into your neck as he came. God, it was like a fucking firecracker, his body feeling things it hadn't felt before. He had only fucked you this once, but fuck, he was addicted. He fell to your side, panting for a bit before getting up.
“Where’s your bathroom?”
I swear I would die for you.
He returned with a wet washcloth, cleaning the cum from your pussy and stomach, chuckling when you whimpered from the overstimulation of him cleaning around your clit. When he was done, he came and laid beside you, bringing you into his arms. You felt his head rest on yours, kissing your forehead lightly. Then, you realized that he would have to drive-
“Can I stay the night?”
“Hm, maybe. What do I get in return?”
“If you’re good, another round when we wake up.”
“I guess that’s better than you driving home drunk.”
“You mean “us.” I’m sleeping with you either way.”
You know I'd risk my life for you.

ok here's my silly request: Bill and the reader are childhood best friends. Tom and the reader never really got along, they're kinda like enemies though there's still something between them (of course). One day they decide to go on a camping trip and Bill invites the reader. To y/n's surprise Bill brings his new girlfriend and shares a tent with her. So the reader has no other choice than to sleep in Tom's tent. The reader and Tom argue a lot, but in reality Tom isn't too annoyed by the reader's presence and he's had a crush on her for the longest time. Somehow they figure out they like each other and yeah, the rest is up to you ;)

PAIRINGS: Tom 2007 x Female reader CONTENT: ANGST + SMUT + FLUFF SYPNOSIS: Bill invites Y/N on a camping trip, little did she know he had a new girlfriend he was bringing over and she had no choice but to sleep in the same tent as Tom. A/N: guitar tom WARNINGS: dom!tom, sub!reader, p in v (missionary), kissing, fingering, arguing and yelling
My phone started to ring, Bills face was plastered on my screen and I smiled, instantly picking up.
"Hey Bill! What's up!"
"Me and Tom are going camping, do you want to come?"
"Oh of course! When are you going?"
"Next week, we'll pick you up"
"Sounds good, bye!" I smiled and hung up, getting on with what I was doing.
The days went by and the day of the camping trip was due, I heard Bills car beep outside, altering that he was here. I got all my bags and ran outside, shoving them in the backseat.
"This is Katie, my girlriend, she's coming with us" Bill smiled warmly, I smiled and reached out, hugging her "Hey! I'm y/n" she smiled and introduced herself. Tom just rolled his eyes and stayed on his phone, ignoring all of us.
I ignored Toms shitty mood and closed the car door, the car started and we started our journey to the camp site. It took us 2 hours to finally arrive, we put all our stuff down, setting up the tents and some chairs to all chill.
I realized that since Bill's new girlfriend was coming, I couldn't share a tent with Bill, meaning the only option I had left was Tom and I couldn't bare the though of spending a whole night with him.
Every year we went on the same camping trip, Bill let me sleep in his tent and we would sometimes cuddle because it got so cold. But now, what was I supposed to do if it got cold? I didn't want Toms dirty hands on me, who knows where they've been?
I sighed and accepted defeat, moving all my stuff into the spacious tent. I set up my sleeping bag, then I felt Tom bump into me, sending me flying to the floor. He started to burst out laughing, not even bothering to help me off the floor.
I grunted and got up, shoving him, "what the fuck Tom! Don't make it any worse then it has to be, I don't want to fucking sleep in here with you" he scoffed, "yeah, I feel the same sweetheart don't get your panties in a twist" I just rolled my eyes and stormed out.
After a long day of doing fun activities, hunting for food and fishing we got back to our spot, Tom started a fire for us to cook the food and I started to prepare the fish, putting them on a small metal rack, the meat slowly cooking.
"You're doing it wrong Y/N, let me help" Tom grabbed my arm, commenting on the way I was searing the fish, I grunted and tried to push him away, "fuck off I know what I'm doing, you've never cooked a day in your life what do you know?" he continued to struggle with me, tugging on my arm.
With one last firm tug he pushed the metal rack, flipping the fish onto the ash and ruining the food completely. "What the fuck? Look at what you've done! Now we have no food to eat!" I screamed at him, smacking his hand off me and standing up, storming off.
He quickly followed, "how is it my fault? You're so stubborn you can't let me do one thing, you're so controlling!" he yelled back, I gasped and turned around, "controlling? fucking controlling? maybe you're just an idiot and you can't accept it" my chest heaved up and down, eyes narrowing at him.
He rolled his eyes, "whatever, fuck you" he pushed past me, grabbing some of the meat we hunted and cooking it, wasting our collection for tomorrows dinner.
After we ate and spent some time together we headed to bed, I dreaded this moment all day, being stuck in a tent with the guy I hated the most.
I headed into the tent, seeing that Tom was already fast asleep. "Thank god.." I whispered to myself, slipping into my sleeping bag and slowly falling asleep.
Later in the night I woke up, the cold air seeping into the tent and making me shiver. "Fuck.." I muttered, trying to warm myself up but to no avail. "Come here.." I heard a voice call out, raspy and groggy. I realized it was Toms and furrowed my eyebrows, "what?" "don't act stupid, you're so fucking loud just come here, I'm cold too" holding a hand out.
As much as I disliked Tom, I will admit I need the warmth. "Im not moving, you can come here" I mumbled, "so stubborn..fine" he groaned, getting out of his sleeping back and slipping into mine and wrapping his arms around me.
I felt a sense of safety, like I was protected. I do admit, we are supposed to be enemies but..I do like him and have for quite a while.
My eyes squinted as Tom turned the lamp on, my eyes taking time to adjust to the light "Y/N.." he suddenly spoke up, catching my attention, I turned around and looked up at him, "yeah?" I smiled softly "you know I don't actually hate you right?" he sighed "I really like you, I've just been rejecting the feelings for a while but I can't" before he could say anything else I just smashed my lips into his, his hand snaked around the back of my head and held it softly, deepening the kiss.
"I've liked you for years Tom.." I muttered against his lips, "I need you so bad.." he grunted, shifting his position so that he was on top of me, eyes darkening with lust.
He pressed his erection against my leg, "please?" I nodded and felt him pull my pyjama pants off, slipping his hands into my panties and teasing my entrance with his fingers.
He slowly dipped 2 digits into my wetness, thrusting in and out and picking up his pace, "gotta make this pussy ready for me, mk?" he mumbled, I nodded in response and bit my lip, his fingers curling against my g spot perfectly.
"Oh fuck!" I whined, he quickly covered my mouth, "shhh!" I smirked and continued to moan in his hand, his fingers stretching me out and warming up my hole for what was about to come.
He retracted his fingers, I whined at the loss of contact, "baby..." I pouted, he looked back at me and grinned "be patient liebe" he slid his plaid pyjama pants down, pooling down at his knees.
His cock was straining against his boxers, BEGGING to be freed. It looked painful. I reached a hand out and palmed his cock, earning a low groan from him, his head rolling back, "fuck baby.."
He came back to his senses and held my hips, sliding my panties down and taking his cock out, I gasped at the length and gurth, it was a solid 7 inches, gurthy and veiny.
"Holy shit.." my breathing hitched, his hands coming down to my hips as he placed his tip at my entrance, "tell me if you want to stop ok?" kissing my neck sweetly, I nodded and held onto his toned arms.
He slowly pushed in, stretching me out more then he did with his fingers, a pain submerging throughout my body. "Ah!" I cried out, nails digging into his biceps. "I know baby, just a bit more" he reassured, pushing what was left of his cock in me.
After bottoming himself out he let me rest, kissing my neck and rubbing my clit in hopes to soothe me from the pain of his cock. Eventually he pulled out before slamming back in, creating a quick pace, his length thrusting in and out of me perfectly.
I felt his tip directly hit my g spot, ramming into it at such speed the pleasure came in shock waves. I grabbed his hand and put it over my mouth, muffling the very loud moans about to escape my mouth.
He grinned down at me, pounding his cock into me, every inch that came and went making me want to scream out in pleasure.
"Fuckk!" I mumbled against his hand, rolling my eyes back. "So good.." he grunted, one hand holding my hip tightly, making sure I didn't fling all over the place from his brutal thrusts.
He removed his hand from my mouth and I shoved my face in the crook of his neck, kissing and sucking, leaving dark purple marks all over his neck.
I didn't realize in the moment but the consequences in the morning would be severe. How could we even explain this to Bill? How would he wrap his head around us doing this?
"So so beautiful" he muttered, triggering a smile to form on my face, blush filling my cheeks. He chuckled at my flustered state, "you're adorable, always blushing over the smallest things" I retracted my head from his neck and attatched my lips to his, kissing him passionately as his memeber drilled into my sopping cunt.
I felt tension build in my tummy, a burning sensation forming in my core. I knew I was close to my release, pussy clenching around his cock as it built up higher, "oh fuck!" I whined, my legs shaking as I came all over his cock, moaning against his lips.
He grunted, the feeling of my cunt clamping down on his cock sent him into oblivion. He rolled his eyes back and moaned a little too loudy, shooting his seed deep into me.
"Oh my god..." he panted, collapsing onto my chest, we both were trying to catch our breathes. After a while he finally spoke up, "hey, I mean at least we're warm now, isn't that what we wanted?" I giggled and slapped his arm playfully, "whattt? You know I'm right" he winked and sat up, helping me put my clothes back on and his too, spooning me again.
His arms were so strong and rough yet so gentle and kind. "I'm glad we got this off our chests, I couldn't wait any longer to tell you and it just exploded like this" he sighed "i'm sorry if it looks like I was just using you..I can assure you I'm not, I do really like you" he whispered softly in my ear, his breath tickling my neck softly.
I wanted to believe he was lying, that this was all just for a quick fuck but the sincerity in his voice said otherwise, the way his arms were wrapped around me and how he was so loving when we fucked, the kisses he planted on my lips randomly.
"I know Tom..don't stress yourself out, I'm just a bit surprised you still like me after our little altercation today" I sighed "I'm sorry I get so controlling, I can't help it" I cowered, my cheeks heating up.
He spun me around and grabbed my chin for me to look at him, "don't be so harsh on yourself, you were right I am an idiot" he chuckled "I only did that so I could rile you up, I love seeing you pissed off" he winked, pecking my lips.
I giggled "fuck you Tom, cmon, let's go to sleep it's really late" I yawned softly and rested my head against his chest, slowly melting into his embrace. "Goodnight schatz.." he switched the lamp off, rubbing my back softly.

TK and Carlos meet Tommy and Buck for the first time since the crossover episode
I'm not that good with crossovers but I hope you like it
---
"So you met them fighting wildfires here in Texas? When we live in the wildfire state?" Tommy asked as they drove through down town Austin.
Buck shrugged.
"It was pretty bad. They needed all the help they could get." he quickly glanced at Tommy "Hen and TK's captain actually went missing. Their helicopter crashed. We stole a fire truck to rescue them."
"You seem to do a lot of that, don't you? I'm kind of hurt you've never stolen one for me." Tommy teased.
"Next time I steal a truck, I promise it'll be for you." Evan vowed and held up two fingers. "Scout's honour."
Tommy laughed.
"That doesn't count if you were never actually a boyscout."
"How do you know I was never a scout? I had a lot of hobbies as a kid."
"Hmm. I know. But Maddie would have shown me the pictures by now if you had."
Evan tilted his head in his direction to signal he had a point.
"I'm sure you would have been adorable in the uniform." Tommy told him and brushed a kiss over the knuckles of Evan's hand he was holding.
"Damn right I would have!" he joked as he pulled into a free parking space near an apartment building. "Ok this should be it." He double checked the address as they walked up to the front door. He was excited to meet up with TK again but also slightly nervous. "We've kept in touch via insta and text and stuff." he told Tommy. "But I've never actually met his husband. I was supposed to go to their wedding... but then I got struck by lightning."
"Which seems like a valid reason to skip a wedding." Tommy said, taking his hand. "But you are the most accident prone person I know. Even if you were a cat your nine lives would be close to running out by now." he joked.
Just as Evan was about to ring the doorbell, someone called out his name behind them.
They turned around and saw a guy of around Evan's age in some kind of uniform walk up to them, with a large Bernese Mountain Dog happily following behind.
"TK! Hey! Good to see you, man." Tommy hung back as Evan let go of his hand to hug his friend. "Are we early?" he gestured at TK's uniform.
"No, don't worry about it, it's fine. I just took Buttercup out for a walk first before we went up."
"Is he yours?" Tommy asked, scratching the dog behind its ears as it sniffed his pockets.
"My dad's. But he's away visiting family for a couple of days so he stays with us." TK explained. "And you must be Buck's hot pilot."
Tommy laughed and shook TK's hand while Evan's face turned an adorable shade of pink.
"Just Tommy is fine." He said and turned to Evan. "Just how many people have you told about me as the hot pilot?"
"I...Well... I just... I mean... Y-you are a hot pilot." Evan stammered.
"Hey, I get it." TK said, patting his shoulder. "I married a cowboy and a cop in one. A very hot one too."
They followed TK into the building and they took the lift up to their floor.
"Carlos is making ropa vieja from his grandmother's recipe. He's planned a whole three course meal."
"You didn't have to go through all of this trouble for us." Evan said but TK waved his comment away before opening a sliding door. "It's fine. He loves to cook. Babe, I ran into Buck and Tommy downstairs."
An attractive man Tommy recognised from the pictures Evan had shown him, came to greet them at the door. He kissed TK and unclipped the dog's leash before turning to Buck and Tommy.
"Hey guys, come on in. I'm Carlos, TK's husband. Nice to finally meet you. I've heard a lot about you. Both of you."
"I might have called TK for advice when I was freaking out before our first date." Evan explained.
"And looking at you two now, it was pretty good advice." TK pointed out and ushered them further into the loft.
The place was nice. Stylish yet homey at the same time. TK quickly changed out of his uniform while Buttercup decided Tommy was his new favourite person in the world and draped himself over his lap, and Evan ended up helping Carlos in the kitchen.
"Just push him away if he bothers you." TK gestured to the dog staring lovingly at Tommy while he pet him. "He can get a little clingy."
"It's fine, I don't mind. Our neighbours had a Saint Bernard when I was a kid, I was always over at their place to play with it. This one brings back memories, don't you buddy?" he directed the last part at Buttercup before glancing around the loft again, eyes landing on a large terrarium. "What's in there?" he asked and TK's eyes lit up.
"That. is Lou. Louis the second. He's our lizard. Well... bearded dragon." TK stood up and opened the terrarium, moving a few things around, and lifting a lizard up out of it. "Carlos bought him for me, even though he's scared of him."
"I'm not scared of Lou. I just didn't want a wild flesh eating lizard loose in our apartment."
"I feel like there's a story there." Tommy prompted.
"Carlos is overreacting." TK insisted but didn't elaborate."Lou is actually really friendly and smart. And he likes Buttercup."
"And Buttercup was scared of him the first time they met." Carlos added.
Tommy listened to TK talk about the bearded dragon and made a mental note to look into where and how to possibly get one in LA. He'd have to talk to Evan about it but he had a feeling he'd be on board.
They spent the rest of the night swapping work stories while enjoying their dinner, and making plans for the rest of Buck and Tommy's time in Austin.
"I'll text you the details for that club I mentioned. You can meet the rest of our friends." TK promised Buck as he and Carlos walked him and Tommy to the door.
"And we'll meet in the park at noon tomorrow for the yoga class. I have an extra mat if you need it." Carlos told Tommy. The two had discovered a mutual love for yoga and agreed to go to Carlos' regular class together.
"And we can sit back and enjoy the view." TK said, bumping his shoulder against Buck's. "I'll bring virgin mojitos."

Req: tara carpenter with friends to lovers trope? Btw congrats on over 100💗💗
thanks anon <3 i love tara
100 follower event
warnings/tags: self-doubt(?) mostly fluff, pining
in my mind — tara carpenter
if only you knew what goes on in my mind
Tumblr media
Tara never thought it was possible to feel this way about someone, so intensely.
That’s what scares her. The way her heart hammers around you, the way she feels every touch and pull, hears every word like gospel, like you were made to be hers.
But you’re not hers, and she’s not yours. A fact that continues to plague her.
You’d met through Anika a few years ago. It was a normal day on campus when you ran into her, and Anika promptly introduced you to the rest of the group.
Tara fell hard. And fast. She just hadn't known it at the time.
It was like you were everywhere. She saw you on campus all the time, and whenever Anika hung around, you’re with her. How come she’d never seen you?
And thus, Tara befriended you without any other intentions, unknowing of what's to come.
It feels natural, the way you move together. You balance each other out. She can't believe it was after a night of partying and getting drunk, she'd inadvertently confessed to you.
It's hazy, but she remembers.
"Come on," You helped her get into bed, tucking her in after she changed out of her other clothes and into pajamas. "I'll get you some water for the morning, hold on." She whined when you pulled away, but you came back shortly with a glass of water and some tylenol, setting it on the nightstand.
"You know what?" Tara slurred. "We would make sense."
She remembers how you'd narrowed your eyes at her.
"Us, you know." She clarified. "We spend so much time together that we may as well just get married."
"Yeah?" You laughed, thinking it was just her drunk state. "You told me you didn't wanna get married."
"Yeah," she snorted. "But it's you! You're the only one I'd get married to. It's like...you see me, you know? You only make me a better person."
You gaped at her. And then a moment of silence, "Goodnight, Tara."
She doesn't know if the kiss she felt on her forehead was real.
After that night, she couldn't act the same around you, ever. Even Sam notices when she would almost panic when you came over for movie nights or to help Quinn with homework.
It's difficult not knowing how you felt about what she said, neither of you mentioned it in any capacity.
You act the same around her. She's unsure if that's a good or bad thing. You constantly take up space in her brain, even at the most mundane times--when she cooks, she wonders if you'd like the dish she made. When she sees your favorite spot on campus, she wonders why you're not there.
It's always about you.
The progression of your relationship is so natural that Tara doesn't even notice what you're doing.
She forced herself to stop acting weird around you because Sam pointed it out.
It starts with small things: bringing her favorite takeout when you happened to pass by on the street. (It was an hour away, why would you be there? She doesn't think too much about it.)
Then you start to come over more frequently, begin to walk her to campus more often.
You ask her to hang out a lot more. The two of you. Alone.
She almost doesn't notice because you'd spend almost just as much time with her before.
It's when you're both at an ice cream place, you wipe off excess ice cream from the corner of her mouth, that she gawks at you.
"What are you doing?" She doesn't sound mad, more...curious, than anything.
You pull away, "Oh, sorry."
"No, it's not bad, just--" She struggles to find the words. "Why are you...Are we--are we on a date?"
You smile. "Do you want to be?"
"Not fair," she laughs. "Answer my question first."
"No, we're not." You answer, and she tries to ignore the way her heart deflates. "But we can be."
She looks up at you through her lashes, and you push a stray hair away from her face.
"Yeah?" She grins.
You hum, "It would make sense. We would make sense." You recall her words from that night, and she realizes.
"Oh, it's like that?" She raises a brow, smirking. "I'll get you back."
"I can't wait."

TODAY WAS A FAIRYTALE
Tumblr media
summary: quinn and reader have been friends for awhile, still stuck in highschool. it doesn’t take long for quinn to fully ask the reader out and after their date, reader feels like shes apart of a fairytale, one she wants to be in forever.
pairings: quinn hughes x reader
warnings: just pure fluff!
BASED ON the song ‘today was a fairytale’ by taylor swift!
Tumblr media
you wore a dress. one that dropped straight to your knees. the white, soft fabric was littered with small sunflowers. the lace sleeves hung loosely on your arms as you sat on your bed, reading. your eyes would flicker out the window after every other sentence you read.
your clock read 6:00 pm as his car pulled into your driveway. you slammed your book shut, rushing to grab your small white bag and throw your sandals on. tucking a hair behind your ear, you closed your front door behind you and made your way to his car.
quinn stepped out. a dark grey t-shirt adorned his body, along with a nice pair of jeans and..air force ones! he definitely got styled by his brother. you stopped and stared. he looked good. he always did. it felt amazing knowing he was here for you.
you brushed your hands threw your hair, feeling like a mess. he walked over to you, grabbing your hand. “you look pretty.” he smiled, pinching a piece of hair between his fingers before tucking it behind your ear again.
it felt like time slowed down, but you know it didn’t. “thank you” you muttered, bashfully. your cheeks turned a slight pink as he tugged you to his car. he opened the passenger door.
“after you, m’lady” he smiled.
you laughed, “why thank you, prince charming.” you got in. he closed the door for you and ran to his side, getting in the car as soon as he could.
the drive was short, filled with conversation. talking about how they were excited for the date. talking about how jack styled his brother and if it were up to quinn, he would’ve worn something more ‘fancy’ in order to match you.
you liked how he was dressed though, it made the night more casual. he pulled into a random, vacant lot that was right next to a small hill that overlooked some mountains. you both walked to his trunk, you grabbed the blanket and two pillows he packed. he grabbed the picnic basket and small cooler, full of more stuff he packed. he didn’t tell you what he brought though.
you neatly set the blanket down on the grass, then placed the pillows down, next to each other.
“thank you for this, by the way. i’ve always wanted to do a picnic for a date” you spoke.
quinn smiled. “thats why i did this, i asked (your friends name) about things you liked and your ‘dream date.’ i hope this lives up to the expectation?” he questioned.
he sat down, taking you with him as he grabbed your hand. you laugh lightly, “its above my expectations.” you spoke.
“‘m glad” he grinned, opening up the cooler and pulling out a bottle.
your eyes widened. “quintin hughes we are not drinking champagne!” you mutter.
he lets out a laugh. “relax, its just sparkling water. my parents would kill me if i got champagne.” he chuckled.
you mentally sighed in relief. your body language relaxing. he pulled out a few snacks. a small charcuterie board was in the middle, along with chocolate covered strawberries, pineapple, some veggies and a few things of candy.
you two talked for hours. your eyes lit up every time he smiled. you liked his smile, one that he didn’t show often around others. you felt special.
you put the utensils and left overs in the basket before settling down next to quinn. your entire left side pressed against him as you two watched stars slowly peak out as the sun set.
the brunette boy looked over at you, his eyes scanning you, your face, your body. you looked at him, opening your mouth slightly, prepared to speak, but instead his lips were on yours.
his hand held your cheek as he kissed you. his lips were soft, they tasted like strawberries. your wide eyes then closed, your hand made its way to the back of his neck.
god he felt perfect. his lips molded perfectly with yours, like puzzle pieces that went together. perfect. perfect. perfect. you loved every second of it.
as he slowly pulled away, you felt yourself chasing him slightly, pulling him back into you. he was intoxicating. you could feel your heart beat, it pounded heavily against your chest.
you grab his free hand and place it against your chest as you keep your lips against his. can he feel it? the way he makes you feel was strong.
when you two finally pull away, his lips quirk upwards into a smile as his head rests on your forehead. “you think we could take this further and perhaps go on a second date?” quinn spoke with a goofy grin on his face.
“i do.” you smile.
the minute you closed your front door and locked it, you grinned. he liked you. he wanted a second date. he liked you.
“how was it, sweetheart?” you heard your mom ask. she had been at the short end of the stick, hearing you constantly talk about the date, before it even happened.
“today was a fairytale, mom,”

Goddess Wink ⭑˚💘⭑ 𝑠𝑢𝑔𝑎𝑟 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑒𝑘𝑠
bnha x f!reader
reverse harem, my hero academia x fem!reader, slowburn
Tumblr media
Ever since your Quirk first manifested, you’ve been the apple of everyone’s eye. With the goal of becoming a hero, you enroll to U.A. and soon find yourself drawing the attention of many. Will you form genuine connections with others, or is this all just your power's will?
previous | story masterlist | next
“You look down, [Name]-chan. Is something wrong?”
It was just before class, and Izuku was hovering over your desk with a concerned expression. You hadn’t really been aware of it, but you must’ve been scrunching up your brows or staring off into space for too long.
“No, don’t worry,” you smiled. “I’m not down. Just trying to think of a plan to get ready for the Sports Festival.”
“Ah, so that’s what it was…”
“What about you, Izuku-kun? I know your Quirk injures you pretty bad, so how’ve you been training so far?”
The freckled boy stiffened up, letting out a weary chuckle. “Well… I haven’t really focused much on my Quirk, now that you mention it. Realistically, I just don’t think I’ll be able to improve much on it in less than two weeks. I’ve mainly just been doing strength training and trying to prepare myself for certain scenarios.”
“Yeah, that’s pretty much what I’ve been doing, too. Ah—good morning, Katsuki-kun!” The blonde had just stepped into the classroom, and you waved over at him enthusiastically. He stared at you for a moment, confused, then saw that Izuku was right beside you and immediately scowled. He walked over his own desk, ignoring you altogether.
“Y-You’ve got guts, [Name]-chan,” Izuku mumbled. “Calling out to Kacchan like that…”
“Well, seeing as we hung out for a bit yesterday, I was hoping we’d be on better terms,” you frowned. “But I guess not.”
“Eh? With K-Kacchan?!”
Izuku was looking at you as if you were insane, which was understandable, especially from the standpoint of someone who’d been tormented by the blonde for so long. You still didn’t know all the finer details of what had gone down between the two of them. Maybe one day Izuku would trust you enough to tell you everything.
“We kind of ran into each other by the park in your neighborhood,” you explained. “I joined him on his jog, even though he was constantly trying to get rid of me, and we got food afterwards. It’s not like I was under the impression that we were suddenly best friends or anything. Just was hoping that he’d be a little… I don’t know, less of a dick?”
“So that’s what happened…” Izuku heaved a sigh. “Still, it’s amazing that you were able to convince him to do even that much. I’ve never known Kacchan to tolerate being around anyone, especially someone that he’s known for such a short period of time…”
You laughed. “I guess I’m just good at being pushy.”
He flashed you a wobbly smile, then Aizawa walked in and announced that it was time to begin homeroom. A lot of the schedule for the next while was just normal classes, presumably to allow the students to conserve their energy and give them extra time to prepare for the Sports Festival. Maybe if you pestered Katsuki enough, he’d finally give in and agree to train with you. Not that you’d actually use your Quirk on him but fighting one of the strongest people in the class was sure to give you some great experience.
Lunchtime rolled around, and you were going to sit with your usual group, though you’d promised Kaminari and Kirishima that you’d hang out with them at lunch tomorrow. Izuku and the rest went to grab a table while you were still getting your food. The guy waiting ahead of you in line looked oddly familiar, and it took a little while for you to remember where you’d seen him from. His wild, indigo hair stood out a good deal, after all.
It’s the guy who declared war on our class…
“Is there something you wanted from me?”
“Huh? Oh.” You hadn’t even realized you’d been staring, and you stood a step back, a little flustered. “Sorry, I just recognized you from the other day. You came over to Class 1-A to talk about the Sports Festival. I’m [Name],” you introduced, extending your hand out. “You said you’re from the General Department, right?”
The boy’s expression was apathetic, for the most part, but you noticed the way his jaw clenched when you brought up your class. “Yeah,” he murmured. “I am from the General Department.” He hesitated for a moment before taking your hand. “Shinsou Hitoshi. Though I doubt someone from the hero course would care to remember my name.”
You could sense the bitterness in his tone and made sure to smile extra bright. “I’ll remember it for sure. I have a pretty good memory, Shinsou-kun.”
“I see. Good for you, then.”
You were nearing the end of the line, and Shinsou had already grabbed his tray. You hurried to collect your own once you’d gotten all your helpings and stumbled after him.
“Shinsou-kun,” you called out. “Would you like to eat with me and my friends?”
Shinsou cocked a brow, indigo eyes widening slightly. “You want me, someone from the General Department, to sit with kids from the Hero Course?”
“I don’t really see what that has to do with anything. I can introduce you to everyone, and they’re all really friendly.”
“That’s fine.” He turned, glancing back over his shoulder. “But… I appreciate the offer. See you around, [Name].”
You slumped your shoulders, a tad dejected. Maybe you’d been too overbearing? But it really seemed like he had a personal vendetta against those in the Hero Course. It made sense. With the way your powers worked, if you’d taken the entrance exam and failed, you’d probably be pretty bitter about it, too.
You headed back towards your own table. Still, it’s not like you were giving up that easy. Shinsou seemed like he was probably a pretty interesting guy. One way or another, you’d get to know him.
Tumblr media
You’d tried asking your classmates about it, but other than Izuku, who still couldn’t fully control his powers, it seemed like everyone was going to train their Quirks. You didn’t really know how to do that, at least not without another person. Maybe you could practice on random people that you ran into on the streets? It probably wasn’t the nicest thing to do, but… it’s not like you had that many options, either.
You’d been walking with Izuku, Uraraka, and Iida to the train station these past few days. Izuku headed in the same direction as you, so you’d end up riding a few stops together. He was a sweet guy, and you really liked him, but you noticed that he always got extra nervous and blushy when it was just down to the two of you.
“Izuku-kun?”
“Y-Yes!” he squeaked.
You laughed. You’d barely even touched him on the shoulder, and he was already bright-red. “Sorry, didn’t mean to surprise you. I was just thinking, since you can’t really train your Quirk directly, maybe the two of us could spar and do other things to prepare? I’m trying to hide my Quirk up until the Sports Festival.”
“Oh, yeah… that’s true.” He furrowed his brows at you. “Um, but if the two of us were to train together… do you mean like fighting?”
“Sparring or something, yeah.”
“B-But I wouldn’t want to hurt you, [Name]-chan.” He stopped to realize what he’d just said, then furiously shook his hands. “N-Not that I’m trying to say I’m stronger than you or anything like that! Just, um—”
“It’s fine,” you giggled. “You’re definitely stronger than me physically. I don’t know if I’d even be any good to practice with, but I just thought the idea of training with a friend sounded nice.” You smiled again, and Izuku’s freckled cheeks flushed even further. He cast his head to the side, timidly averting your gaze.
“Yeah,” he nodded. “You’re probably right about that. I’m not sure how much use I’ll be either… but we can probably figure something out together. Right?”
“Of course!”
You grinned ear-to-ear and excitedly clasped his hands in your own. Izuku began outright steaming from his ears, so crimson-faced that you were afraid he was going to pass out. But he was too adorable for you to want to let go, so you squeezed his hands and marveled at all the agitated expressions he was capable of showing.
“By the way,” you said to the boy who was practically melting into a puddle. “Do you have Katsuki-kun’s number by chance?”
This seemed to jolt him back to his senses. “You want… Kacchan’s number? But… why?”
“Just wanted to thank him for putting up with me yesterday. It was surprisingly fun, but it doesn’t seem like he’ll ever talk to me in class.”
Izuku frowned. “Um… I don’t have his cellphone or anything, but since the two of us used to play when we were younger, I know his home phone number.”
“That’d be great!”
“A-Are you sure?”
“Yep, that’s more than enough! Thank you, Izuku-kun!”
With what was probably the closest expression to judgment you’d ever get from Izuku, he gave you the angry blonde’s home phone number, and then two of you eventually said goodbye at your separate stops. You were so excited that when you got home, the first thing you did was plop down onto your bed and start dialing the number.
A woman’s voice picked up. “Hello?”
“Ah, hello,” you greeted. “Sorry for the sudden call. I’m a friend of Katsuki-kun’s, and I was wondering if I could speak to him for a little bit?”
There was silence from the other end, and then the woman nearly exploded in your ear. “Friend of Katsuki’s, you say?! Katsuki actually has a friend?! And a girl, no less…! I can hardly believe it—Masaru, get over here! There’s a girl calling for Katsuki!”
You could hear another voice in the background—muffled, but very clearly male. Katsuki’s father, then. “Eh? Are you sure they didn’t just dial the wrong number?”
“There’s no way! She said Katsuki’s name for sure!” The woman pressed the phone back against his ear, and her voice shifted into something gentler and less brash. “Just one second, dear. I’ll go grab him for you.” She moved the phone again, but you could clearly hear everything she said next. “KATSUKI! GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE! THERE’S A GIRL WAITING TO TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE!”
“Huh?! Who the fuck is it?”
“What the hell are you asking stupid questions for?! You’re keeping her waiting, you little shit!” She spoke back into the receiver again and it was taking every ounce of willpower for you to not burst out laughing. “So sorry about that,” she apologized. “He’s coming down right now.”
There was more chatter in the back—you could hear Katsuki’s crude voice above everyone else’s. He was arguing with his mother even more loudly now, but eventually the voices stopped, and you heard a deep, raspy sigh as Katsuki picked up the phone.
“What the fuck do you want, [Name]?”
“Oh! You knew it was me!”
“Who the fuck else would it be? You’re the only dumbass in the class who even tries to talk to me.” He adjusted the phone in his grip, then grunted in confusion. “Speaking of… how the fuck did you get this number in the first place?”
“Izuku-kun gave it to me.”
“WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK—”
“Listen, listen,” you laughed, realizing you’d have to recover quickly. “It’s only because I asked him to, and he remembers your house number and doesn’t have your personal number or anything like that. I wanted to have the chance to talk to you again since I had a lot of fun hanging out with you yesterday! But sorry, I realize getting your number this way was kind of underhanded, ha-ha.”
He inhaled sharply. “I don’t have shit to say to you if you hang out with that fucking nerd.”
“What, really? You’re judging me just based off one of the people I’m friends with?”
“Yes. Just the thought of that asshole pisses me off, and now you’re telling me he gave you my number? I’m really gonna have to kick his ass after this.”
You gripped your phone tightly, nibbling on your bottom lip. “Oh, please don’t do that. As tough as you act, I don’t see you as the type who enjoys hurting people. And this was my fault anyways since I kept pestering him into giving me your number. You know he’s not the kind of person who can refuse.”
“Whatever,” Katsuki snapped. “Just don’t call me again.”
“Well, I won’t call you on your home phone if you add me to your contacts.”
“Why the fuck would I do that?!”
“Because, um…” You pursed your lips in contemplation. “Because if you don’t, I’ll just keep spamming your home number?”
“I’ll block your ass.”
“I can just call from a different device. It’s not like I’ll have forgotten the number.”
“You fucking—” Katsuki let out an exasperated sigh, and you chuckled, imagining just how huffy and worked up he must’ve been right now. “Fine. I’ll add you. Is that what you want, stupid girl? I’ll add you so stop calling my home phone or else my shitty parents will never let me hear the end of it.”
You smiled inwardly. Yay, I won!
“Okay! Add my number and text me so that I can add you back!”
“Fucking fine. Bye.”
He clicked off of the call, and you fell back on your bed, happily kicking out your legs. The chime of a new notification went off, and you smiled as you looked back at your screen.

#########
Ann is a teen at a boarding school with her brother Randy and friend Chatter.
#########
If this boarding school was huge on the outside, the inside was even bigger. Glass ceiling in the lobby. The stained windows were as big as trees and created rays of multiple colors. The sunlight made everything inside sparkle like the stars at night. The floor looked polished and white like the moon above. And what caught her attention the most was the chandelier above all the students. Silver, white, and blue crystals. But that wasn't the reason it stood out. It was the ticking clock that hanged onto the middle of the chandelier. Swaying back and forth and rocking the chandelier with it. Creating a storm of ticking and clanking sounds in the lobby. It was oddly calming to hear it.
###########
"Oooooh! What's this?" Jax zoomed past her curtains and stuffed himself into her closet.
"Jax! You can't just wonder around so carelessly!" Ann ran to her closet and opened the door. Only to be greeted by a sight that almost made her laugh out loud.
"Your aunt really packed you....... this?" Jax had put on one of the dresses Susan gave her. The purple one with a turtle neck and ruffled sleeves. It looked oddly good on him when he walked out and twirled to the mirror. Giving a few poses as he checked himself out.
"Is there something wrong with it?" Ann had forgotten about her annoyance. Whenever she thought a smile was impossible for her, he found a way to bring it back. Just like when they were kids, he always found a way to make her smile in the darkest of days. Well, making the impossible possible was always his thing. She should know this by now.
##########
"Chesires are children's tales." The student slammed Randys book shut.
"We don't know that," Randy was annoyed by this kids rude talk. He stood up and roughly stuffed his book into his backpack, "Hundreds of years ago, the White Kingdom had sightings of unkown creatures who can disappear at will."
"Ooooooo, how interesting," the boy rolled his eyes and opened another book, "A disappearing creature! It's not like we haven't discovered hundreds of those already."
"Chesires are different! They have healing abilities, their saliva can heal!" Randy was ready to list the abilities.
"Ew." The boys face scrunched up in disgust.
"Evaporation, levitation, conjuring things, shape-shifting-" Before Randy can finish his list, the boy slammed his book shut. The loud noise echoed in the garden, causing many students to look their way. Randy sunk on his bench for a moment, looking up at the boy in shock.
"I...... don't...... want to hear....... anymore talk about chesires." The boy said firmly, his teeth grinding together from the anger he felt, "We are doing a project on creatures we've discovered in Wonderland, not made up creatures of the night from children's books. Parents only made them up to scare kids in behaving!"
#######
"They're real?" Turtles' face slowly opened up into a shocked one. Her mouth hung low in disbelief while Ryphbons' mouth formed the biggest smile you've ever seen. So wide it almost stretched out of her face.
"They're real!!!" Ryphbon cheered to the point where the glass windows shook. Ann just groaned in pain and threw herself back in bed. She threw her blanket over her head and tried to go back to sleep, hoping this was a dream from her being ill.
"Awe, what's wrong?" She heard Jax voice above her. She groaned again, her hot breath filling under the blankets, irritating her sore throat more, "I just thought I should meet your roommates and make myself welcome. Since we'll be seeing each other a lot in this fancy little school of yours."
#########
"Oh, for the love of......... who put footprints on the ceiling!?" The principle demanded in a voice that traveled across the school. She pointed straight up to reveal dark marks on the ceiling and chandelier, "I told you all, curfew is at 10pm! No one should be tap dancing around here at that hour!"
The principal looked around the crowd of students who were all looking at her in fear. Her eyes scanned every single one, trying to find the culprit. Until something registered in her mind.
"Where's Ann?"
As if on cue, they heard a loud yell coming from outside. Everyone looked out the window to the side where the bushes were planted. The scream came closer and closer, signaling the doll was coming in fast.
Soon, a loud shattering sound filled the air, and the doll crushed onto some students below. Causing them to moan in pain while she laughed. The principal and the students looked straight up to see she had come through the glass ceiling. Leaving a doll shaped hole with her plush body somehow.
"Well then....... now that Ann is here, let's start the assembly." The principal looked down at her papers and cleared her throat. Not even giving a second thought at Ann's tardiness.
##########
These are rough drafts. They may look different when officially released.

Defender
(A house for Defenders. Or a castle. Or maybe just a place. Regardless that's where they were now. You were leading the charge, as usual. Followed by Mirabelle, Isabeau, Odile, Bonnie, and Nille. It was like that old routine, just follow Siffrin. It was... comforting? You weren't really sure.)
(The Defenders, as Isabeau had once told you, had a house of their own. All about protecting the weak and looking over the city and those in it. It looked welcoming, people coming in and out, bringing in snacks, running around, chatting. If you had time, you'd ask what was making the place so busy.)
(Why do I need to be the one in charge here?)
(I'm pretty tired, plus, you did good at guiding them before.)
(But-)
(You're their guiding star~)
(You groan internally. That was horrible.)
(You step into the Defender place. It looked grand and busy. It was built like a public place. So many smiling faces around, it would have made you relaxed.)
(You glance at your party. They all looked so tense.)
"Isabeau?!?"
Tumblr media
(The stranger went right up to Isabeau like they were old friends.) "Isa!! It's been, what, almost a year??"
(Isabeau hesitated.) "... Yeah!! Sorry I was just surprised to uh, see you!"
"Care to introduce us, Isabeau?" (Odile and the others were coming around to meet the new face.)
"Oh!! Right!! This is uh, Ramos! We hung out a lot before I left." (Isabeau mentioned each of you all in turn.) "Odile, Bonnie, Nille, Mirabelle and Siffrin! We're all traveling together!"
"Good to see you again Mirabelle!" (They waved, all chipper and smiling.) "I'm glad that I can see you again, not that I doubted you or 'beau."
"O-oh! Uh, thank you!!" (Mirabelle replied. Maybe telling them all that something bad happened here wasn't a good idea.)
"Are you guys just coming to visit? Or ya need a hand?"
"Someone grabbed Bonnie in broad daylight at the market yesterday. (Odile said, voice steady. At least she could keep a straight face here.)
"What!?!" (Ramos scowled at that.) "In the middle of the busiest place in town! Dunno if that's gutsy or stupid."
"I'd say lucky, if I caught em I'd knock their teeth out!" (Nille continued.) "If it wasn't for Mirabelle I woulda lost em."
"Oh Change." (Ramos shook their head.) "Well tell ya what. There's a few people who can help with that, I'll lead you there! Plus I gotta catch up with my buddy."
(Joke time.)
"Oh, do you keep flowers?"
(Ramos turns to you.) "Flowers?"
"'Cause you have a budding friendship."
(There were a mix of groans and laughs from your family and Ramos. Who moved towards you and was about to put an arm around you.)
(But stopped.)
(. . ?)
"Hey let's get going! The sun isn't waiting for us after all." (Said ramos, turning to lead you all.)
Tumblr media
(Ramos and Isabeau were leading the group, chatting and catching up. You were keeping step with them, glancing around the halls and rooms they passed. It all seemed so... Normal.)
(You glance back, Mirabelle was biting her nails (stopping as you give her a look) Odile looked calm and analytical as always, Nille and Bonnie were chatting. Bonnie sniffed the air.)
"Do you keep plants here?"
"Huh? This isn't another joke, is it?" (Ramos replied.)
"Wait! Wasn't there that guy who was keeping roses? It could be that! What was his name..." (Isabeau pondered.)
(... Wait.)
"What's it smell like?" (You ask)
"Huh?" (Bonnie glanced up at you.) "Oh, mint. A neighbor used to have it all over their garden, I'd smell it all the time."
"Oh no!" (Mira exclaimed.) "Mint is so hard to remove, a friend of mine at the House tried using Craft to get rid of it but that didn't even work!"
"Those poor roses..." (Ramos mused.) "He has been stressed lately, maybe that's why."
"Oh!! Maybe I could try, helping with that then?"
"Sure!" (Ramos walked over to Mirabelle and put a hand on her shoulder, and pointed down a hall.) "Should be down there, not hard to miss."
"I'm coming too!!!" (Bonnie ran after Mirabelle, Nille following right behind yelling at them to slow down.)
(Your hand twitches, about to protest but... They were already off, Isabeau catches your look, and smiles at you as if to say "they'll be okay." You hope so.)
"Not far now." (Ramos continued.) "Sorry this place can be a maze."
"I'm used to mazes." (You reply. Odile snorts at that.)
"Has Jouvente had a history of kidnappers?" (Odile asks.)
"Nope! It's supposed to be real safe here." (Another turn.) "Dunno why someone would try to grab a kid."
"Hmm." (You knew that look. If Odile had THAT look then something was up.)
(Another turn.)
"Oh don't worry M'dame, Ramos has always been able to help!" (Isabeau looked back and smiled at you.) "They helped me a lot with my defenders exams! It was a real struggle."
(... What?)
(Another turn.)
"Are the Defender exams particularly tough?" (Odile asked, ever curious.)
"Oh yeah!! But thanks to Ramos I didn't break a sweat-"
(You stop walking.)
(How many loops had you and Siffrin talked to him? How many lines of his has you memorized. You probably knew his history better than he did.)
(Then why was he getting it wrong?)
"You never mentioned Ramos before, Isabeau."
(He tilted his head.) "I haven't?"
(No. You haven't. Over hundreds of loops, of hundreds of variations. You never once heard that name. But you knew Isabeau asked a favor tree to ace his exams. You knew he studied. You knew he found it easy and didn't need help.)
(What's that smell?)
"You have not, no." (Odile adds.) "And I must ask, if Jouvente is safe, how'd you get that bandage, Ramos?"
(You look at the Defender. You knew their look too.)
(Fear. Fear about a flubbed line. Fear about a slipping mask.)
"Siffrin! M'dame! Please there's no need for any of that-"
(Odile pushes past Isabeau and grabs Ramos' arm.) "What's going on? I don't want to hurt you, Ramos, but someone tried hurting Bonnie."
(What. That. SMELL.)
"M-miss Odile please! I just want to figure this out and, and I want to help!"
(She looks at him for a moment, then stumbles back.)
(Ramos continued.) "If you'd just, just help me out here I'm sure we can-"
"Siffrin?" (Odile glances at you. Her face, it's, she looks panicked. Confused.)
(You look between her, Isabeau, and Ramos. What was going on? What was that smell? What weren't they telling you? Odile put a hand to her head. Isabeau took a step to her to help.)
(You could see Ramos trying to get back into character.)
(. . . Time to play your own role then. You draw your dagger.)
"!!!!!"
(You take a step towards Ramos and speak.) "Tell me the truth."
"I, I-I am I promise I am! I don't know why I'd ever lie to you!"
(Step.) "Liar liar pants a'fire~"
"Siffrin they're, I don't think they're a threat." (Odile mumbled.)
"They're my friend Sif!! Leave them alone!!!" (Isabeau added.)
(Step.)
"I don't want to fight you, but, but I will! I will defend myself!!"
(Step.) "I don't want to hurt you either, Ramos~" (You twirl your knife.) "But I don't know if I can hold myself back~"
(Loop, you're scary.)
"Siffrin?!?!" (Isabeau stood up and stepped towards you.) "What's gotten into you?!?"
(Running out of time.)
(You breathe in, and out. Dash towards Ramos and swipe at their kerchief.)
Tumblr media
(. . . You were right.)
"Siffrin! That's enough!" (Isabeau got between you and Ramos, but the star pendant was there for all to see. Why was Isabeau being so strange! Couldn't he see that's who grabbed Bonnie?!?)
"That's enough?!? 'Beau please, you can see they're wearing that blinding pendant!" (You were loosing patience.)
"That's just fashion! How do you know it's connected to anything!"
"It's not just fashion!" (You were yelling.) "It's a star! And it-"
"Stop making excuses!! You're just being selfish!"
(. . . Selfish?)
"You've been nothing but rude to me and my friends! You always have been!"
(What. No that, that's not-)
(Something's wrong, this isn't right!)
"I should never have trusted you."
(You feel a tug-)

PROM - R. LEONARD

The sound of my alarm blaring at 6:30 AM dragged me out of a restless sleep. Prom was just around the corner, and the pressure was mounting. All my friends had dates, and I was the odd one out. Desperation was starting to set in, and the idea of going alone was unbearable.
As I got ready for school, I couldn't help but think about Ryan Leonard. Ryan was a big deal at Boston College, playing hockey and living out his dream. We had grown up together, shared countless memories, and yet, I hadn’t seen much of him since he went off to college. Could I ask him to prom? Would he even agree? The thought made my heart race.
"Y/N, you're going to be late!" my mom's voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Coming!" I grabbed my bag and headed out, trying to shove my anxiety aside.
School was the usual mix of boring classes and the buzzing excitement of prom. My friends, if I could really call them that, were chattering about their dresses, dates, and after-parties. I felt like an outsider looking in.
"Hey, Y/N, who are you going with to prom?" Sarah, one of the self-proclaimed leaders of our group, asked with a smirk.
I hesitated. "I... I haven't decided yet."
She laughed. "Better hurry up. You don’t want to be the only one without a date."
The bell rang, and I practically ran to my first class, trying to ignore the sinking feeling in my stomach. As the day dragged on, I kept thinking about Ryan. Maybe this was crazy, but he was my last hope.
---- --- ---
Back home, I paced my room, working up the nerve to call Ryan. My mind was racing with a hundred different thoughts, each one more anxious than the last. Finally, I grabbed my phone and dialed his number, my heart pounding with each ring.
"Hello?"
"Ryan? Hey, it's Y/N," I said, my voice trembling slightly.
"Y/N! Wow, it's been a while. How's it going?"
"Good, good. Listen, I need a favor," I blurted out, already feeling the nerves creeping in.
"Sure, what’s up?" he asked, his tone warm and friendly.
I took a deep breath. "Would you... um, would you go to prom with me?" The words tumbled out faster than I intended. I immediately started overexplaining. "I know it's short notice, and you're probably really busy with hockey and school and everything. I just—well, you know how it is, all my friends have dates, and I didn't want to go alone, and I thought maybe since we grew up together and always had fun, it wouldn't be too weird, but if you can't, I totally understand..."
"Y/N," he interrupted gently, a smile evident in his voice. "Calm down. I'd love to go to prom with you."
Relief flooded through me, but I still felt the need to clarify. "Really? I mean, it's next Saturday, and you probably have a lot going on. I wouldn't want to impose or mess up your schedule."
"Next Saturday is perfect," he reassured me. "I'd be honored to go with you. It's no imposition at all."
I let out a breath I hadn't realized I was holding. "Thank you, Ryan. Seriously, this means a lot to me."
"Anything for you, Y/N," he said softly. "I’m looking forward to it."
His calm, steady response eased my anxiety, and for the first time in days, I felt a genuine smile spread across my face. "Me too. Thanks again, Ryan."
"Anytime," he replied. "See you next Saturday."
After we hung up, I collapsed onto my bed, feeling a mix of excitement and gratitude. Ryan Leonard, my childhood friend, and now my prom date. Maybe this prom wouldn't be so bad after all.
--- --- ---
The news that I was going to prom with Ryan Leonard spread through the school like wildfire. No one believed me. My so-called friends laughed it off, convinced I was making it up to save face.
"Yeah right, like Ryan Leonard is going to show up here," Sarah scoffed, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Stop trying to get attention, Y/N."
I tried to brush it off, but the disbelief and mockery didn't stop there. In the cafeteria, I overheard them talking about me while I was in line for lunch.
"Did you hear Y/N’s story about bringing Ryan Leonard to prom?" Emily giggled. "What a joke."
"I know, right?" Jessica chimed in. "It's so obvious she’s lying. Probably doesn’t want to admit she couldn’t get a date."
During gym class, they continued their taunts. As we were warming up, Sarah walked past me and smirked. "So, Y/N, how's your 'boyfriend' Ryan doing? Is he flying in on his private jet to take you to prom?"
Her friends laughed, and I felt my face flush with embarrassment. I clenched my fists, forcing myself to stay calm.
The worst was in English class. Mrs. Thompson asked us to discuss our plans for the weekend, and when it was my turn, I hesitated. I didn’t want to give them more ammunition, but I couldn't lie.
"I'm going to prom," I said simply.
"With Ryan Leonard," Sarah interjected loudly, rolling her eyes. "Isn't that right, Y/N?"
The class erupted into laughter, and Mrs. Thompson had to call for order. I sank lower into my seat, wishing I could disappear.
Even in the hallways, the whispers followed me. "There goes Y/N, the girl who thinks she's going to prom with a college hockey star," I overheard one girl say to her friend.
"She must be delusional," her friend replied. "No way he’d come back for a high school prom."
I tried to ignore them, focusing instead on getting everything ready for the big night. I bought a dress, arranged for hair and makeup, and counted down the days until Saturday. Despite the constant doubt and ridicule, I held onto the hope that Ryan would come through for me.
As the day approached, the tension only grew. My so-called friends couldn't resist one last dig during lunch on Friday.
"So, Y/N," Sarah said loudly enough for the whole table to hear, "ready for your big date with Mr. Imaginary?"
"Yeah, Y/N," Emily added with a smirk. "I hope he doesn't stand you up. That would be so embarrassing."
I took a deep breath and looked them straight in the eyes. "You'll see," I said quietly but firmly. "He’s coming."
They all laughed again, but I could see a flicker of uncertainty in their eyes. Maybe, just maybe, they were starting to wonder if I was telling the truth.
I spent Friday night in a flurry of preparation, my excitement mingling with nerves. As I lay in bed, I couldn't help but replay the events of the past week in my mind. All the doubts, the mocking, the disbelief—I just hoped that when Ryan showed up, it would be enough to prove them all wrong.
--- --- ---
The night of prom arrived, and I stood in front of the mirror, staring at my reflection. My dress was perfect, a deep blue that complemented my eyes, and my hair was styled in loose curls. I looked... different. More confident, maybe. But inside, I was a bundle of nerves. My heart was pounding, and my stomach felt like it was filled with butterflies. I couldn't shake the anxiety that had been building all week.
"Y/N, are you ready?" my mom called from downstairs.
"Almost!" I called back, taking a deep breath and smoothing down my dress for what felt like the hundredth time. I glanced at my phone, checking the time and wondering if Ryan would actually show up. What if something had come up last minute? What if he forgot?
I shook my head, trying to banish the negative thoughts. Ryan wasn't like that. He said he'd be here, and I had to trust him. I grabbed my clutch and headed downstairs, my heart racing with each step.
As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I heard a car pull up outside. My heart skipped a beat, and I rushed to the window. Ryan was there, leaning against his car, looking as handsome as ever in a classic black tuxedo. Relief and excitement washed over me, and I took a deep breath to steady myself.
"Coming!" I called out to my mom, my voice shaky. I opened the door and stepped outside, my heart pounding in my chest.
Ryan's face lit up when he saw me, and he smiled that charming smile that had always made me feel special. "Wow, Y/N. You look amazing."
"Thanks, Ryan," I replied, feeling my cheeks flush. "You clean up pretty well yourself."
He opened the car door for me, and as I slid into the passenger seat, I couldn't help but start babbling. "I can't believe you're actually here. I mean, I knew you would be, but still, I was so nervous all week. Everyone at school kept saying you wouldn't show up, and I started to doubt myself. But you're here, and it means so much to me. I know you're really busy with hockey and college and everything, so I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. It's just... thank you, Ryan."
He chuckled softly as he got into the driver's seat. "Y/N, it's really no big deal. I’m happy to be here with you. And besides, prom is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I wouldn’t miss it for the world."
His calm, reassuring tone helped soothe my nerves, and I smiled, feeling a little more at ease. As we drove to the venue, my mind was racing with a mix of excitement and anxiety. Would my friends believe me now?
--- --- ---
When we arrived at the venue, the parking lot was already filled with students dressed in their finest. The school had transformed the gymnasium into a glittering wonderland of lights and decorations. Ryan parked the car and came around to open my door, offering his hand to help me out.
As we walked toward the entrance, my heart was pounding again. I could already see some of my classmates milling around outside, and I knew they were watching us. The whispers started almost immediately.
"Is that really Ryan Leonard?"
"I can't believe he actually came."
I held my head high, gripping Ryan's arm for support. As we entered the gym, the room fell silent for a moment, heads turning to stare at us. The music continued to play, but all eyes were on us.
Sarah and her friends were clustered near the punch bowl, and I saw her eyes widen in disbelief when she spotted us. She quickly composed herself and walked over, her expression a mix of skepticism and forced friendliness.
"Well, well, Y/N. Looks like you weren't lying after all," she said, trying to sound casual but failing to hide the surprise in her voice.
"Why would I lie about something like this?" I shot back, my voice steadier than I felt.
She narrowed her eyes, clearly annoyed that her predictions had been wrong. "Whatever. Have fun, I guess."
Ryan squeezed my hand, and we moved to the dance floor. The music was loud, the lights were bright, and for a moment, everything felt perfect. I glanced around, seeing the looks of shock and envy on the faces of my classmates. It was a small victory, but it felt good.
--- --- ---
As we swayed to the slow, melodic rhythm of the music, the world seemed to fade away, leaving just Ryan and me on the dance floor. The soft glow of the fairy lights above us cast a warm, ethereal glow, and I found myself relaxing into the moment. Ryan's hand was steady on my waist, his other hand gently holding mine.
I looked up at him, feeling a mixture of gratitude and nostalgia. "Thank you for coming tonight, Ryan," I said softly. "You have no idea how much this means to me."
He smiled down at me, his eyes warm and sincere. "I'm happy to be here, Y/N. It's been a long time since we’ve had a chance to catch up."
I nodded, feeling a lump form in my throat. "I missed you. Things just aren’t the same without you around."
"I missed you too," he admitted, his gaze never leaving mine. "Life's been so busy with college and hockey, but I always think about the times we spent together growing up."
I bit my lip, trying to find the right words. "It feels like everything changed so quickly. One minute we were kids, and the next, you were off chasing your dreams. I guess I felt a little left behind."
Ryan's expression softened, and he pulled me a little closer. "I'm sorry if it ever felt that way. You were never left behind, Y/N. You've always been important to me."
His words sent a warm feeling through my chest, and I found myself smiling despite the tears that threatened to spill. "It’s just been tough, you know? With everyone at school and feeling like I don’t quite fit in. Having you here tonight... it makes everything better."
He squeezed my hand gently. "You deserve to feel special, Y/N. Don’t let anyone make you think otherwise. Tonight is about having fun and celebrating you. I'm just glad I get to be here with you."
We danced in silence for a few moments, the music surrounding us like a comforting embrace. I felt safe and cherished in Ryan’s arms, a stark contrast to the way I usually felt at school. It was as if all the doubts and insecurities melted away, replaced by a sense of belonging.
"Do you ever miss it?" I asked, breaking the silence. "Being home, I mean."
He nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah, I do. Boston College is amazing, and I love playing hockey, but there's something about being home that you can't replace. The familiarity, the memories... and people like you."
I blushed at his words, feeling a warmth spread through me. "I’m really proud of you, you know. Seeing you live your dream is inspiring."
"Thanks, Y/N," he said, his smile genuine. "And you? What about your dreams? What do you want to do after graduation?"
I hesitated, the question feeling both exciting and daunting. "I’m not entirely sure yet. I have some ideas, but it’s hard to know for certain. I just want to find something that makes me happy."
"You will," he said confidently. "Whatever you choose, you’ll be amazing at it. I know you will."
The song began to wind down, and I realized that for the first time in a long while, I felt hopeful about the future. As the last notes played, Ryan leaned down, his forehead resting gently against mine.
"Thank you for this dance," he whispered, his breath warm against my skin.
"Thank you for making it unforgettable," I whispered back, feeling a sense of connection that words couldn't fully capture.
--- --- ---
As the night went on, I started to relax, enjoying Ryan's company and the magic of the evening. We danced, laughed, and talked, just like old times. But, of course, it didn’t last. My so-called friends couldn’t resist making snide comments and trying to undermine me.
"Look at Y/N, acting like she's all that just because she has a famous date," one of them whispered loudly enough for me to hear.
"Yeah, it's probably just a pity date," another added.
Ryan stopped dancing and turned to them, his eyes blazing with anger. "You know what? Y/N is amazing, and she's way better than any of you who think it's okay to tear someone down just to feel good about yourselves."
The room went silent again, and I felt my cheeks burn with a mix of embarrassment and gratitude. No one had ever stood up for me like that.
"Let's get out of here," Ryan said softly, taking my hand.
We left the ballroom and walked outside into the cool night air. The stars were bright, and the tension of the evening seemed to melt away.
"Thank you, Ryan. For everything," I said, my voice filled with emotion.
He looked at me, his expression serious. "You deserve better than how they treated you, Y/N. Don't ever let anyone make you feel less than you are."
--- --- ---
The rest of the night was a blur of laughter and conversation. We drove around the city, talking about everything and nothing, just like old times. It felt like we were the only two people in the world.
After leaving the prom, we got into Ryan's car and drove away from the venue, the city lights twinkling like stars around us. The air was filled with a comfortable silence, punctuated only by our sporadic bursts of laughter and the hum of the car engine. Ryan turned on the radio, and we sang along to old songs that brought back a flood of childhood memories.
"Remember when we used to ride our bikes to the old park and play until it got dark?" Ryan asked, glancing over at me with a nostalgic smile.
I laughed, the memory warming my heart. "Yeah, and how we’d always get in trouble for coming home late. Your mom would call my mom, and they’d both be waiting for us at your house with that look."
He chuckled, nodding. "Good times. Simpler times."
We drove past our old elementary school, the playground now empty and quiet. "It's strange how everything looks the same, but feels so different," I mused. "We’ve grown up so much, but these places hold the same memories."
Ryan pulled over near the school, turning off the engine. "Let's take a walk," he suggested.
We got out of the car and strolled down the familiar paths, the cool night air refreshing against my skin. The playground was eerily quiet, a stark contrast to the bustling activity it used to have when we were kids. We walked over to the swings and sat down, gently swaying back and forth.
"Do you ever wish you could go back?" I asked, looking up at the stars.
"Sometimes," Ryan admitted. "But then I think about all the things we’ve experienced and learned. Growing up is hard, but it shapes us into who we are. And I wouldn’t trade that for anything."
I nodded, understanding what he meant. "I just miss the simplicity of it all. No drama, no expectations. Just us, having fun."
He reached over and took my hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "We can still have that, you know. It might be different, but the connection is still there. Tonight proves that."
We sat there for a while, lost in our own thoughts, the silence comfortable and familiar. Eventually, we got back into the car and continued our journey through the city. We drove past our favorite ice cream shop, and Ryan impulsively turned into the parking lot.
"Want to get some ice cream?" he asked with a grin.
"Absolutely," I replied, my excitement genuine.
The shop was nearly empty, and we ordered our old favorites—mint chocolate chip for him, strawberry for me. We sat in one of the booths, savoring the sweet, cold treat and reminiscing about the countless times we’d done the same thing as kids.
"Do you remember that summer we tried to make our own ice cream?" Ryan asked between bites. "We made such a mess in your kitchen."
I laughed, almost choking on my ice cream. "My mom was so mad! We got ice cream everywhere except in the bowls."
"It tasted awful, too," he added with a grin. "But it was fun. One of those memories you never forget."
We stayed there until the shop closed, then got back in the car and drove aimlessly, enjoying each other’s company. We talked about our hopes and dreams, our fears and uncertainties. It felt good to open up, to share parts of ourselves that had been hidden away for too long.
Eventually, we found ourselves at the edge of town, near the lake where we used to go fishing with our families. Ryan parked the car, and we got out, walking down to the water's edge. The moon reflected off the surface, creating a serene and almost magical atmosphere.
"I used to come here to think," I said quietly, staring out at the water. "Whenever things got tough, this was my escape."
Ryan nodded, his gaze fixed on the horizon. "I get that. Everyone needs a place like this. A place to find peace."
We sat down on the grass, side by side, the silence speaking volumes. After a while, Ryan turned to me, his expression serious. "Y/N, I’m really sorry about what happened at prom. I didn't mean to cause any trouble."
I shook my head, placing a hand on his arm. "Ryan, you didn’t ruin anything. You made it better. I’m glad you stood up for me. It showed me who my real friends are."
He smiled, relief evident in his eyes. "I’m glad to hear that. I was worried I might have made things worse."
"No," I said firmly. "You made it perfect. Tonight has been everything I could have hoped for and more. Thank you."
We stayed there for a while longer, the peacefulness of the lake surrounding us. Eventually, we knew it was time to head home. Ryan drove me back to my house, the conversation still flowing easily between us.
Ryan walked me to my door, and we stood there, neither of us wanting the night to end.
"I had a great time tonight, Y/N," he said softly.
"Me too. Thank you for coming with me. It really meant a lot."
He smiled, that same smile that had always made me feel special. "Anytime. Let’s not wait so long to see each other again, okay?"
"Okay," I agreed, my heart swelling with a mix of emotions.
He leaned in and kissed my cheek, sending a shiver down my spine. "Goodnight, Y/N."
"Goodnight, Ryan."
I turned to unlock the door, but before I could step inside, I felt his hand gently grab my arm. I turned back, surprised, and saw an intensity in his eyes that took my breath away. Without another word, he leaned in and kissed me, his lips soft and warm against mine. The world seemed to stop in that moment, and all I could feel was the electricity between us, the connection that had always been there but now felt stronger than ever.
When we finally pulled apart, both of us were breathless. I stared up at him, my heart racing. "Ryan," I whispered, my voice barely audible, "would you... would you stay the night? Not like that, I mean. Just stay. I don't want this night to end."
He looked at me, his eyes softening with understanding. "I'd like that," he replied, his voice tender. "I'd like that a lot."
I opened the door wider, letting him in. The house was quiet, my parents long since asleep. We tiptoed upstairs, careful not to make too much noise. Once in my room, I grabbed a spare blanket and pillow, offering them to Ryan for the bed.
"You can take the bed," I said, gesturing toward it. "I'll sleep on the floor."
But Ryan shook his head, a determined look in his eyes. "No, Y/N. You take the bed. I'll be fine on the floor."
I hesitated, feeling a mix of gratitude and guilt. "Are you sure?"
He smiled, his expression gentle. "Positive. I'll be more comfortable down here."
Reluctantly, I accepted his offer, settling onto the bed and pulling the covers up around me. Ryan arranged the blanket and pillow on the floor, making himself as comfortable as possible.
"Thank you, Ryan," I said softly, feeling a warmth spread through me at his selflessness.
He looked up at me, his eyes soft and sincere. "Anytime, Y/N. I'm just glad to be here with you."
I smiled, feeling a sense of contentment wash over me. It felt strange, having Ryan here in my room, but also strangely comforting. We had shared so many memories in this space, and having him here now felt like coming full circle.
"Hey, Ryan?" I said quietly, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Yeah?"
"Would you... would you like to share the bed? Like we used to when we were kids?"
He looked surprised, but a hint of a smile played at the corners of his lips. "Are you sure?"
I nodded, feeling a sudden rush of courage. "Yeah. I mean, if you're comfortable with it."
He hesitated for a moment, then nodded, his smile widening. "I'd like that, Y/N. I’d like that a lot."
We rearranged the blankets and pillows, making room for both of us on the bed. As we settled in, side by side, I felt a sense of closeness that I hadn't felt in a long time. It felt right, having Ryan here beside me, sharing this intimate space.
"Goodnight, Y/N," he said softly, his voice laced with warmth.
"Goodnight, Ryan," I replied, feeling a sense of peace settle over me as I drifted off to sleep, wrapped in his comforting presence. It was a night I would never forget, a night that marked the beginning of something new and beautiful between us.

1 under drabbles with Brock Boeser pretty plss
Thanks for this anon! I love writing for him🤍
You weren’t a fool to think you met Brock on accident. I mean, true it probably had been an accident that he almost knocked you on your ass when you ran into him, but the rest had to be fate.
He was a great guy, sweet and funny and someone you’d come to love having around. While you harbored a GIANT crush on him, it was very clear that he did not feel the same.
You knew he liked you, as a friend. He always wanted to hang out, but he didn’t look at you with stars in his eyes, or like you hung the moon or anything like that.
While it sucked, it made you feel good to know at least that he loved you as a friend. That kind of love was better than no love at all.
Your friends however didn’t see it that way. They argued, insisted that he had feelings for you beyond friendship. They tried to get you to make a move. But you refused. There was no way you were going to humiliate yourself in front of him and have him never speak to you again.
So you buried it and went along like everything was fine.
Which is exactly why you were getting ready for a blind date.
“If you’re not interested in anyone right now then what’s the problem with a blind date.”
Not wanting to out yourself and your feelings for Brock, you agreed, but you weren’t gonna be happy about it.
You moaned and whined and complained the entire time you got ready. You were meeting the guy, whatever his name was, at a restaurant downtown. It was a nice place, and you gave your name to the hostess. As she walked down the aisle and turned the corner you stopped dead, mid step.
Sitting in a booth was Brock, looking as surprised to see you as you were to see him.
And then he smiled.
“Should have seen this coming.” He said as you sat down.
“What do you mean?”
“What I mean is everyone’s always on me about dating and all that.”
“Oh.” You had secretly hoped that maybe he had seen it coming because he was realizing he was completely in love with you, but no such luck. Dinner passed by and after it was over, he tugged on your sleeve.
“Let’s take a walk, and then I’ll take you home.”
The walk was quiet for a while, until he spoke.
“Are you okay?”
“I’m fine, why?”
“Your just really quiet is all. Sorry our friends did this, I might have ruined your chance to meet Mr. Right.”
You laughed hollowly “I doubt that. The only person I think might be right doesn’t see me that way.”
“What?” He frowned and gave you a shoulder bump “I think a lot of people see you that way. Your beautiful Y/N.”
“Yeah sure.”
He was frowning at you “ No seriously you are.”
“It’s okay Brock. This was a set up. You don’t have to act anymore.”
“What? Wait hang on.” He stopped walking and grabbed your arm gently “What makes you think I’m acting?”
“You obviously have no interest in me, like that and it’s okay. But I- I like you, and yeah tonight was a set up and I don’t wanna get my hopes-“
“You like…me?” He asked pointing at himself, you had expected him to be weirded out, or awkward but he was smiling.
“I do, I have for a long time.”
“It’s funny you say that.” He reached forward and grasped your hand, tugging you closer “I like you too, and I’ve been trying to bury it because I always just thought you were out of my league.”
“Me? How many pucks have you taken to the head?”
He laughed and gave your hand a squeeze “Too many, but I’m serious.”
The revelation has sent butterflies to your stomach and you looked down when he realized he was still holding your hand.
“So what do we do now?” You asked, eyes moving up to meet his.
“Let’s kiss and see where it takes us.”
He leaned down and you stood on tiptoe and very gently pressed his lips to yours. It sent a warmth from your head to your toes, as one big hand came to rest on your face. You stood there for a while, kissing on the sidewalk, making up for lost time. He was smiling when you finally broke apart.
“Best first date ever.”
