More humanized stuff one particular ship I like is bumblebee and steeljaw from Transformers Robots in disguise 2015.(Anyone else find Troy Bakers voice hot? No? Just me? Lol) Clearly I prefer to draw Bee as a female but I mean smol once a scout to leader woman with a group of rascals and dorks sounds so funny to me. (I did use another artists steeljaw as reference to make in my style, unfortunately I don't know the original artist to credit them 😔)

Okay so… I’m definitely a couple years late to the “party”, but what exactly is the deal with the Decepticons who crashed on Earth being animal related?

They never mentioned being Predacons (cause I assume those are still a future thing) and Maximals are the Autobot adjacent animal-Cybertronian fused bots. I just assumed they were some kind of version of Beastformers, but I never recalled them mentioning anything. Because I feel like that could be at least mentioned in the TFWiki. So am I just left to assume that some Cybertronians are forged with animal attributes and some aren’t, and that the Alchemor was made specifically for the Decepticons who fit into that category?

I know that I might be reading too much into this but come on. Am I just not remembering when Fixit would say “Beastformer” —out loud specifically? Or do they just not say it so we’re left to assume that they’re directly coming from Cybertron? Because there is a planet in Transformers Lore (maybe not specifically Aligned lore but I wouldn’t know) called Jungle Planet, which had many different aliases, that had Transformers that took on animal attributes over time.

Maybe the writers wanted to keep on pushing the Decepticons=bad and Autobots=good agenda a bit further by just making the Cons’ Beastformers to label them as “animals instead of people”. And it’s already bad enough if you look at RiD15 as just Transformer copaganda in general.

I dunno. Five minutes into making this post I literally just went to TfWiki and read about IDW’s Jungle Planet, aka Eukaris, and lightly skimmed its lore and it made some sense. Not complete sense—some sense.

But that still doesn’t excuse why the Alchemor ONLY carried Beatsformers. Or was at least 90% Beastformers, I did see a few Vehicons—BUT MY POINT STILL STANDS! >:[

I honestly have a really good theory imo, but that’s for a separate post, and this one’s getting too long.

Honestly, this situation will be even funnier if it’s a time-travel version. I can't go into too much detail for spoiler reasons, but Ashlyn Moore would have done several exploits that have left major ripple effects in the timeline. And then comes past Miss Moore, who is not quite that unhinged yet and fully unaware of anything except some TV show knowledge. She is going to be very, very confused.

When Starscream arrives, armor upgrades and all, and proceeds to cry at the sight of her?

The mini cons that were hunted to be used as a super weapon, why is the eagle calling her Origin?

In your Human!Daemon AU, RID2015 Edition, what's Steeljaws and Thunderhoifs favorite things about Earth? There least favorite thing?

-Steeljaw's daemon likes the alcohol, especially the wines. Has her own little basement filled with her favorite brands, some which are real expensive. Shares only when in a good mood or when she wants something. Likes to have a little sip of rosé wine after missions to help calm down.

-Thunderhoof's daemon enjoys football (that's soccer for my american friends) and gets really into it during championships. Own several collectors items of sport paraphernalia, like signed shirts and footballs. Very vocal about her favorite teams and refuses to do any heists when they are playing.

here i am again. trying my humanization attempts. not the happiest with Diamond Claw’s hair. had to redraw and restyle it several times before i could be somewhat okay with it. even then it’s not the best. however I'm just so tired of restyling the hair that I'm leaving it like this. there are custom brushes that can help but they are hard to find for Medibang Paint Pro.her arm is going behind her back yes. but anyway. love how her outfit turned out though. gave her a rhinestone ears hairband that resembles her ears. maybe it’s made out of real diamonds? who knows? if you're wondering her tail comes from the backpack she’s wearing (yes it’s a backpack). it’s attached to the backpack so it’s like those animal backpacks kids have. that heart necklace is a locket with little diamonds and a portrait of her and her dad. 

also not too happy with Steeljaw’s belt but i did want to add his tail into his design somehow. i saw someone have an idea where the tail is a clip in charm to a belt loop? so i put it on the actual belt. I'm sorry if his outfit is boring, i tried to make it practical but keep certain elements. i have no clue how to incorporate his ears into this design. tried a few things and they just wouldn’t work. gave him lots of pockets.

Transformers One is out, so I'm gonna repost my Transformers AU designs with some new faces as well!

Design Notes:

My aim for my redesigns was to be very experimental and unique, taking inspiration from Unicron Trilogy, Animated, Aligned, Generations/Classics and ONE for the aesthetic

Other than the above, I TRIED to implement similar aesthetics to non-Transformer Transforming things like Tobot and Metal Cardbot in the idea of making a modernized G1 type thing.

A few characters were genderbent out of reference to other versions (Jazz and Cosmos were done so to homage their Cyberverse counterparts) or for other reasons (Nightbeat became a fembot due to me merging both the Minerva and Nightbeat characters with the human headmaster being the former name and her transector identity being the latter; Soundwave was initially meant to be male, but ended up making the character female to account for the design and DJ vibe

Steeljaw and Blackarachnia were originally two decepticons from the previous set above. Guess which ones

The Trigger collab animation came out and it’s the best thing Transformers has done in the current decade.

Truly a love letter to Transformers from G1 to EarthSpark, it squeezes in everything it possibly can from most media. However the catch is that it’s only animated media and the live action movies, the comics (any assorted manga, Marvel, Dreamwave, IDW & Skybound) aren’t referenced, while some Japanese exclusive stuff gets a lil’ bit more attention (understandable since it’s, y’know, Japanese fans being nostalgic about the anime they grew up with).

Transformers Go, Q-Transformers, and the Beast Wars anime got particular attention.

This shot of Liger Megatron and Green Lion Lio Convoy is especially cool.

I think initially I was expecting a Trigger animated greatest hits from select moments from each show, and while they still technically do that in spots…

It’s mostly a mega crossover with different characters interacting otherwise.

And it’s all the better for it.

I mean where else are you gonna find TFA Optimus about to smash Masterforce Overlord’s face in?

There’s no real narrative, it’s just random cool shots though the closest thing to a framing device is the PV opening with Vector Prime looking down on Cybertron across all time lines.

Regarding EarthSpark’s contributions to the short, they’re minimal. The Terrans and Mandroid don’t appear at all, which is a little bizarre.

ES Megatron appears among the other Decepticon leaders instead of being with ES Optimus on the Autobot leader side.

You’d think Mandroid would be there next to BWII Galvatron instead, but I guess not. Sadly they omitted RiD15 Steeljaw too, instead using RiD15 Megatronus Prime’s floating head.

SatAM Robotnik voice: Ah well, life is not perfect.

The main ES rep are the Maltos.

This just reinforces ES needed to be 2D, because they actually look good. Roche’s style doesn’t work in 3D.

Anyway the human cast they chose for this final shot amuses me.

Love seeing my favorite Clays being included. The lack of RiD Steeljaw (G1 Steeljaw did appear with Lio Junior and RiD15 Aerobolt though) is forgiven.

Anyhow, the specific use of the Clays, the (S3) Witwickys, the Maltos and the Onishis (this is especially funny since Koji’s mom never met her universe’s Optimus) is somehow very random, but also kinda appropriate. Like I get Spike and Dot’s families, since it serves as bookends, but the Clays and Onishis still feel a bit random. Still, including both Robots in Disguise families is a nice touch in my book!

The short ends with a different bookend as mentioned.

What starts out as G1 Prime & Megs transitions to ES Prime & Megs shaking hands. The old with the current series. It works~! I admit I’m surprised they didn’t include TFONE somehow. I know it’s technically not out yet, but there’s enough material to have had Orion and D-16 have some kind of tussle. It would’ve been an interesting way to tie it into the above scene and this one:

When it comes to general rep, the stuff that gets the most focus is G1, Beast Wars, Animated, & Galaxy Force. Cyberverse doesn’t really get anything beyond the leader shot, but there is this awesome but very random shot of Croaton over looking Holi’s Rescue Patrol walking on a beach littered with the dead bodies of the generic Decepticons from “War Dawn”.

Sucks to be you guys.

It also occurs to me the Rescue Bots cartoons appear to be omitted along with BotBots, but that might partly be due to them not having Japanese releases? I’m not sure, but it’s funny how Q-Transformers is acknowledged of all things, but not Heatwave or Burgertron. Maaaaybe that’s for the best on the later…

Still the PV is a blast and is pry the most earnest passion project that GETS Transformers vs what we’ve been getting post Aligned cartoon wise.

I still hope this leads to a proper TF anime series made by Trigger, like what happened with Gridman. We need a return to good 2D animated TF shows and not more CGI slop like WFC or S2 ES. That Beast Wars and Machines are still superior despite being retro by today’s standards says something…

The catch however is the original video is region locked…

So let's start from very beginning- THE PRIME FAMILY

Basically Optimus and Ratchet adopted Arcee and Bee, after their mothers died while rescuing others while the war.

Next is KO family Tree

After the war KO and Bee was really short in relationship, but he cheated with Smokescreen and had accidentally 2 sons AND Ratchet from yesterday post is for them like grandpa and uncle figure, even tho he isn't blood related to them.

Strongarm family tree is much easier to understand, because she just has toxic dads and himbo bf XD

And there is basic relation tree between characters in rid15 :D

Maybe as time passed Vehicon m/n is more accepting that he's a cybertronian now. Him and the Vehicons have weekly hangouts and sleepovers.RID m/n is Russel older brother. Russell is fucking tired of the bots both autobots and Decepticons hitting on his brother.

The vibe vehicon m/n brings to the sleep over (he is listening to the other vehicons gossip)

Also I love the thought of Russel just sitting somewhere trying to play the games on his phone and is annoyed hearing sideswipe fail again at trying to impress m/n but end up failing. With them being yandere, you gotta take the minicons into account cause have you seeing these fucking guys? They are basically the same, a little short or a bit taller than a human. You gotta be scared cause they still have weapons and they still have abilities and half are some kind of animal with that animals or some kind of ability they have so it's terrifying that when you try to run away, they can just immediately catch up to you. Then yandere fix it would try and be around you more, especially if your some kind of engineer or something like that then he would definitely come over to you asking for help with this or that. Plus slipstream and jetstorm like to assist you with anything you need when your in the scrap yard. (I love the minicons in this show, they are silly and I like them so I'm throwing them into the yandere mix cause I think they are very silly)

Russel is definitely tired of how the autobots and decepticons try to rizz you up but fail every time and he basically has to yell at them to stop but it never does, basically tired of hearing this older brother getting flirted on by this point but he just doesn’t want to pause every game that’s two player cause the autobots are trying to call m/n over to show off something. (He still won’t forgive sideswipe for calling m/n over when Russel and m/n we’re about to win a Fortnite duo match. Lost his hard earned crown win)

I also think that strongarm would try and impress you with her knowledge and some skills she has cause of the academy she went to before coming to earth. She loves to sometimes yap about her times of cybertron or after missions she tells you how it went. She is less intense than sideswipe when she tries to win you over but does get in a fight with sideswipe when you're not around sometimes.

then you got sideswipe, He tries flashy and very dangerous things to impress you thinking it'll win you over but you nearly got hurt once but he still tries but tries to keep it from hurting you, he also tries to make jokes to get you to laugh as he does love the sound of your laughs. But him and strong arm do get into a fight sometimes over you.

Bee wants you to be safe, bascially having to call you ever five minutes or less to make sure your not being taken by the decepticons or anything like that but mostly tries and keep you safe by staying in the scrap yard with Russel and your dad cause what could be safer? He would kill a decepticon if they do try and hurt you or if they kill you. That decepticon would wish they stayed on cybertronian to serve their sentence than having to deal with what bumblebee will do to them.

Also thunderhoof would do the lean against wall with a rose between their teeth trying to be romantic but end up falling cause the wall gave out.

I can see insecticons and technoorganics being part of Conservationists.. Imagine Beastformers joining in or being born from Conservationists as next generation(s)  and those are closests in rhytm with nature and Earth maybe

I really like this take! Maybe it is in large part due to Moon and Earth's influence that this happens. Titans can turn themselves into hotspots if they meet the right criteria, and Earth's connection to Moon must have had an effect. Beastformers I think would puzzle Moon a bit since his previous citizens were largely composed of racing units and flight frames, but since they are his and Earth's "children" he would love them regardless.

Although I can see him kicking the Beastformers born of him off his frame once they reach a certain size. This would not be out of cruelty, but rather as an excuse to get them to go hang out with Earth for a while. Moon is a living breathing fortress, not a wilderness fit for Beastformers and their needs. This would in turn lead to humanity and Cybertronians having to get along one way or another, because Moon isn't going to stop evicting his grown Beastformer citizens anytime soon and Earth won't stop influencing him for as long as she lives.

Mars I imagine will forever think Moon is weird because of his odd offspring. There weren't any Titans that had Beastformer citizens prior to the scorching of Cybertron. Most Beastformers preferred the nomadic lifestyle. Pluto wouldn't give a frag about whatever Moon is up to. He's got his job and so long as he only has to deal with a few troublemakers sent to him every now and then, he will remain content. Unicron though? Oh he thinks the Beastformers are funny. Mainly because half of them come out with personalities that mimic Moon and Unicron has never had so much fun messing with spawn of Primus.

Everyday Thunderhoof passes by the quaint little cabin, out in the open field, with the human femme at the same time each day. She’s always sitting there on the porch swing outside. The human always waves at him as he passes the cabin, zero fear evident on her face. He never returns the wave, just huffs and continues on his way, deciding the patrol was far more important. He doesn’t want Steeljaw on his aft about this.

Today was seemingly no different. As he nears the cabin he sees her there, swinging absentmindedly on the porch swing. She seemed bored as she was swinging, but upon spotting the giant mech, she visibly brightened and waves to Thunderhoof. However, instead of just continuing on with his patrol as usual, he stops and stares at the human.

The mech grumbles to himself for a moment before deciding he has nothing to lose and heads over to where the human sits. Her eyes widen in surprise for a moment before she waves, with much more excitement this time. Thunderhoof rolls his optics but crouches in front of the human.

“Wow!” the human gasps, staring at Thunderhoof in awe. “You’re much bigger up close!” She stands up from the porch swing, holding her hand out to touch the giant but stops when his optics narrow at her.

“Ayo, show a little respect here, squishy.” Thunderhoof almost feels bad with the way she drops her arm and pouts. He makes a motion towards himself, “I’m Thunderhoof, see? I ain’t somebody y’should be messin’ with, y’hear?”

“Well, Thunderhoof, I’m (Y/N)!” She holds her hand up once more, this time for a handshake. “I’m real excited to finally meet you! It’s not everyday you get to meet a giant robot!”

Thunderhoof considers, before pushing her hand down with a digit. She’s soft, he thinks. But he pushes that thought aside with a huff, “Cybertronian.”

“Pardon?” (Y/N) gives a polite smile, albeit looking a bit confused.

“Cybertronian. ‘S what I am.” He averts his gaze, trying to keep his cool and tough demeanor. “I ain’t a ‘giant robot’, I’m Cybertronian.”

“Oh! Okay. Okay, got it!” She moves forward and gives the giant mech a pat on his knee. “Thank you for informing me. I’d rather not offend you!” Thunderhoof turns a glare at her but it falters at her smile and her soft touch on him. He can practically feel his spark trying to beat its way out of its chamber. How dare a human make him feel this way. 

(Y/N) keeps her hand on his knee, but her head tilts at the obvious battle going on inside the mech’s processor. “Thunderhoof?” she speaks so softly, worried. “Did I say something wrong?”

Thunderhoof grumbles and gives a halfhearted glare to the human. “Y’better take yer hand off me, squishy, before I squish you. It’s what you humans are good for, afterall.” The mech huffs

(Y/N) takes her hand off Thunderhoof, raising both in defense. “Alright, alright! Boundaries, I get it.” She smiles softly at him, “I just wanted to make sure you were okay!”

The large mech stares at her, processor racing, before he stands up and crosses his arms. “Why aren’t’cha scared, human? I could easily squish you under pede.” He growls at her, trying to appear threatening. 

She shrugs, “There’s not much excitement out here. Besides, if you wanted to squish me, I’m sure you would’ve done it already!” She grins up at him, hands on her hips now.

Thunderhoof scoffs, trying to find a comeback, before simply grumbling as he can’t find one. He drops to sitting, causing (Y/N) to wobble from the rumble of him landing on the ground. Once she stabilizes, she has a cheshire grin, “I’m right, huh? You don’t have the heart to squish me!”

He glares at her, his faceplates flushing a light blue. “You better keep yer trap shut before I change my mind.” She shrugs, moving back to sit on the porch swing once more.

She seems more than content to sit in silence with Thunderhoof, using her foot to make the porch swing rock. Thunderhoof watches her as she picks up the book that was sitting next to her to read. His glare softens just a bit, faceplates still flushed.

Perhaps he can sit here for a while longer. Steeljaw can wait.

What are RID2015 Steeljaw and Thunderhoofs Daemon like?

Steeljaw's daemon is tall and slim, almost frail looking but this appearance is deceiving as she's anything but that. She's sly and cunning, capable of charming almost anyone and manipulating them into doing her bidding. She is however not afraid of getting her hands dirty if needed and despite her slim build she's surprisingly strong and capable using a pair of clawed gloves.

Thunderhoof's daemon is large and in charge. She's a tall woman with wide shoulders and her hair is cut into a classic mullet. Just like her bot she's loud and domineering, always barking out orders at their subordinates. Easily annoyed and frustrated, she can be quite a jovial and playful person if things are going her way. Her moods change at the flip of a switch and she's not ashamed of making it loud and clear what she's feeling.
