Finding out clown thinks he’s lt5 cpvp is so funny because he does bring it up from time to time. I know the smps he plays on usually doesn’t allow cpvp so he doesn’t practice it at all but like clown pls cpvp is so cool get good at it again
fuck yes this is the perfect tea for me the no 1 clownp cpvp hater on tumblr dot com. anon do u have links to where clown said that i need to know.
imo hes prob at least ht5. he at least knows how to hit crystal. but still hes not beating the pathetic meow meow allegations. it is so funny that people still to this day use him to clickbait cpvp content like you could not come up with a more washed cpvp guy than him. not even rasplin has the kind of skill gap discrepancy as him lmao.
ngl i gen do not think hes gonna lock in on cpvp ever again lol like the chances are so slim. cpvp has changed so much since the days he regularly played like so fucking much.
also also also not to bring up ferremc but btw do u know ferre has lt3 cpvp rank and i looked up his test and yall. this guy has, as feinberg once said, the most mickey mouse ass lt3 ever. his tester bumped him up from ht4 for no reason at all im not even joking. this guy ass.

They don't make pills for that...
One of the less talked about hallmarks of schizophrenia is the cognitive aspect. Typical antipsychotics work on D2 receptors, atypical antipsychotics work on serotonin 5-HT2 receptors, and both do an ok job at managing the positive symptoms of schizophrenia.
There are no pills for cognitive impairment. There are "cognitive enhancement" medications, but they are rarely, if ever, prescribed to people with schizophrenia, and their effectiveness is debatable.
There are things like diet and stress management (difficult when one eats the same thing every day for fear of being poisoned) that can aid in cognitive functioning, but there are no "magic" pills that "fix" the issues. Supplements are good, a balanced diet is good, but the problems with cognition and executive functioning persist.
Skill-building techniques help with the cognitive aspects of schizophrenia. Tasks that train working memory, processing, organization, attention, reasoning, etc. can help build up the pathways in the brain to support executive functioning skills.
While everyone's situation is unique and some people's symptoms are much more severe than others, people with schizophrenia do have the ability to learn and develop new skills. Just because it may take us longer than the average bear doesn't mean we can't do it.

After seeing Wilt in Good Wilt Hunting and Blootube and thinking back to Mavis' biking scene in HT2, I thought it would be fun to play with the idea of these two nice little cinnamon rolls who are secretly badasses when they get down to business meeting. (Not to mention, they're both fan favorites who's signature color is red!) I thought of the idea of Johnny, Ericka, and Mavis joining Wilt in a friendly game of basketball in the hotel gym where Wilt learns Vampires don't need to be BATS to fly.

Just read Misogyny and Supernatural (2015) by Nerdy-But-Flirty, which (I think) is very good. Not because I agree with all of it, but because it puts all in the context it needs and leaves it open for discussion. For example, it says “never got the impression that the audience was supposed to approve of Dean’s misogynistic attitude. Actually, the show rarely indicates that either brother is truly [...] a decent role model.”
Hands down, yes. Because in fact, Dean is getting called out on it over the years. Plus, I’d like to add that it’s an early 2000s series that we’ve had the privilege to watch outgrowing itself over 15 fucking years. If you watch closely, tone, humor and representation elvoved. Mostly, for the better.
Speaking about Sam and Dean, let’s not forget about John. Oh yes, he lacks parenting. But. He was never a downright bad person. Basically, he’s the (albeit fictional) prime example of why I say no to (executed!) death penalty in real life: The desire for revenge (slowly) destroys the best characters and only leaves (even more) broken pieces behind.
However, this leads me to what I disagree with the most: “Dean and Sam aren’t good people.” Kinda absolute and came as a surprise with all the (listed) reasons why the series is pretty much gray morality in a nutshell.
So if Dean and Sam, therefore, aren’t good people, here’s my first Hot Take: Neither of us really is.
Either that or I say (HT2): Dean and Sam are good people. Good, highly conflicted people working in a broken system. If applied to real life (leaving out Azazel and any absurdities), I would equate them and their morals less with “basically serial killers” and more with soldiers. A comparison that Sam himself has actually made more than once.
War demands sacrifices on all sides, and whether you are pro-army or not – it’s good that we do not equate soldiers with murderers because the intention is (usually) different. And at the bottom line soldiers are often just as traumatized. We know that, and still, far too often, they remain alone with it.
Considering all that, SPN may be one of the more realistic shows I’ve seen.

If Dennis didn’t get his fangs/vampire powers, that would’ve ruined the whole movie for me because Mavis would’ve moved her husband and son to California (she easily could’ve picked something less far away but no, it HAS to be the other side of the globe) and made them miserable because
1. They would be uprooted from their beloved homes without warning (Johnny knew about Mavis’ plan but decided ON HER OWN that they were gonna move the day right after their return to Transylvania).
2. Dennis would be surrounded by family members that bully him relentlessly.
Yeah, aside from my friend here I just can’t understand why Mavis doesn’t get more flack both in-movie and within the fandom. It’s always overlooked how Dracula only pushes hard for Dennis to have vampire powers once Mavis threatens to move the three of them away (and it’s very clear that he and the others still love Dennis regardless of whether he’s “human or monster”), whereas Mavis has been actively trying to keep Dennis away from monster culture/traditions since his birth. Plus there’s her additional hypocrisy of valuing her family’s safety above all else…only to invite her grandfather, a well-known and unreformed HUMAN EATER (which she knows), to meet her human husband and half-human son. The final nail in the coffin (ba dum tss) is how Mavis is never held accountable for any of that. And I’m supposed to take HER side?
It only gets worse in hindsight when part of the reason she tries to stop Dracula from being with Ericka is because she fears she’ll leave him and go live on the cruise ship…oh, so it’s only okay when SHE wants to leave?!
Tumblr media
Just watched hotel Transylvania 2 and it was good up until Denise got his fangs. It undermined the whole arc of accepting him as a human. Kinda like in my hero academia Miro lost his quirk while saving Eri, however he later returns with his quirk that was restored by the person he sacrificed it to save. The sacrifice means less because it was only temporary and could be seen as taking advantage of Eris gratitude

Remember how in the first Hotel Transylvania there were three distinct designs for the werewolf pups?
From left to right, one's face is oval-shaped, one's face is round, and one's face and nose are more square-shaped
Tumblr media
I'm also pretty sure the same round-faced model is what they used for Winnie (with some adjustments of course) before the sequels!
There were even variations that wore different shades of red!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And is this one wearing white??
Tumblr media
In the sequels, though...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think they just hit copy+paste a buncha times 🤔
To be fair, HT2 had these five unique models, but they were just made for an attempt at a visual gag and don't exist outside this scene
Tumblr media
Though this is what they look like when Dennis walks up to them, seconds before their closeups
Tumblr media
Now let's talk about the babies!
The babies in HT2 seem to all be the same character model, but are paw-sitively adorable! <3
Tumblr media
In HT3, a completely different direction was taken in terms of character design; they're all pretty much identical too, but some have smaller eyes than others (if they're overwhelmed by their army of puppies why do they keep having puppies???)
Tumblr media
They also have these low-key terrifying gaping mouths 😬

Metabolic Exercise for Hormonal Balance
Understanding the role of exercise in hormonal balance is essential for optimizing overall health and well-being. Metabolic exercise, a form of physical activity designed to enhance metabolism and hormonal regulation, can be beneficial for individuals with various hormone imbalances. This informative article explores the concept of metabolic exercise and its potential benefits for different hormone types. For a more in-depth analysis of metabolic exercise specifically for Hormone Type 1 (HT1), MN Insights provides a comprehensive article that delves into the subject.
The Significance of Hormonal Balance: Hormones play a vital role in regulating various bodily functions, including metabolism, growth, mood, and energy levels. Imbalances in hormone levels can lead to a range of health issues and impact overall well-being. Maintaining hormonal balance is crucial for optimal physical and mental health.
Understanding Metabolic Exercise: Metabolic exercise, also known as metabolic conditioning, is a type of physical activity that focuses on improving metabolic function and hormonal regulation. This form of exercise typically involves high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance training, and cardiovascular exercises. By incorporating these exercises into a workout routine, individuals can enhance their metabolism, increase energy expenditure, and improve hormonal balance.
Benefits of Metabolic Exercise for Hormone Types: a) Hormone Type 1 (HT1): Individuals with HT1, characterized by an underactive thyroid and imbalanced hormones, can benefit from metabolic exercise. HIIT workouts and resistance training can help boost metabolism, increase calorie burning, and improve insulin sensitivity. These exercises promote weight management and enhance overall energy levels.
b) Hormone Type 2 (HT2): HT2 is a generalized term that does not correspond to a specific medical condition. However, hormonal imbalances associated with conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or insulin resistance may benefit from metabolic exercise. HIIT workouts and resistance training can aid in weight management, improve insulin sensitivity, and regulate hormone levels.
c) Hormone Type 3 (HT3): HT3 is another generalized term for hormone imbalances without a specific medical classification. Hormonal irregularities related to stress, such as elevated cortisol levels, can be addressed through metabolic exercise. HIIT workouts, combined with stress-reducing activities like yoga or meditation, can help regulate cortisol levels and improve overall hormonal balance.
Customizing Metabolic Exercise: Individuals seeking to incorporate metabolic exercise into their routine should consult with a healthcare professional or fitness trainer. They can provide personalized guidance based on an individual's specific hormone type, fitness level, and medical conditions. A tailored exercise plan ensures safety and maximizes the benefits of metabolic exercise.
The Role of Nutrition and Recovery: To complement metabolic exercise, a well-balanced diet is crucial for supporting hormonal balance. Nutrient-dense foods, adequate protein intake, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates promote optimal hormonal function. Additionally, prioritizing sufficient rest and recovery periods between workouts is essential for hormonal regulation and overall well-being.
Conclusion: Metabolic exercise offers potential benefits for individuals with various hormone imbalances, such as HT1, HT2, and HT3. By incorporating high-intensity interval training, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercises into a workout routine, individuals can improve metabolism, regulate hormone levels, and enhance overall well-being. For further insights into metabolic exercise specifically for Hormone Type 1, MN Insights provides an in-depth article that explores the topic comprehensively. Seeking professional guidance and adopting a holistic approach involving exercise, nutrition, and recovery are key steps towards optimizing hormonal balance and achieving optimal health.

Been thinking of drawing Lucy Van Dracula and @stephreynaart 's Rosie McGucket-Pines together for a while. Them both being goofy big-nosed outgoing interfaith weird girls with a rebellious streak seems like "Lucy-Goosey" and "Rosie-Posey" would get along beautifully.
Also, Fiddauthor and Drericka are 2 of my fave ships rn and while I don't have a ship kid for Fiddauthor myself, I love @stephreynaart 's Science Baby AU and their character of Rosie.
Heavily inspired of course by that Dennis+Winnie scene from HT2.
