ok so i was just talking w my friend abt this so i figured i will share my thoughts

w belobog, we’re the first interstellar visitors in FOREVER, and there’s a total population of like. what. 90 people?? so we’re close w everyone there and it makes sense to go back now and then. w the luofu, we have that connection with dan heng. and the space station we go back there for supplies and stuff.

but the majority of the characters in the penacony arc aren’t even from penacony. really, it’s just sunday and robin, then misha and gallagher, right? even robin wasn’t back there for years before arriving for the main story. and penacony as a whole… it’s full of people that come and go. as expected! it’s a tourist destination!!

but still, like, with misha and gallagher… um… resting in dreamflux reef, robin presumably leaving again to continue her charity work, and sunday doing… whatever, there’s really none of the people we became close with still there

i think that’s why (to me at least) this is the first world where leaving actually feels like a REAL goodbye…

fuxuan and jingyuan is such an underrated dynamic since they’re usually overshadowed by the cloud quintet but i’d love to see more of their banter outside the luofu main quest!

okay so i finished and processed the first day of the sampo event. and I have somethings to say.

I already talked about the words that flash buy when you create the product here

But the premise of this entire event feels... off to me. Sampo Koski, finding a way to make money... and yet he gives us all the cash? That doesn't feel like him. This entire thing screams scheme and it probably is. But it feels strangely out of character for him to do it so obvious with us

There's also a moment where he mentions the World's End Tavern. But not as if he's ever been there, but more... to make a point?

He uses it as an analogy. But he still talks about the tavern in an oddly intimate way for someone who, so far, seems to be pretending not to be a fool.

and then? If you talk to him afterwards? he says this

That is the most Masked Fools thing Sampo has ever said directly to the Trailblazer.

It's important to remember that even if we know Sampo is a Fool and the Trailblazer technically knows thanks to Masquerade Duet, it's unclear if he knows we know.

so it's strange to me that he's all of a sudden coming out here with Masked Fools like words and stories. It makes me wonder if it has anything to do with him getting his mask back.. since this is actually the first time he's talked to the trailblazer since then (as far as I'm aware?)

that's all I have but god i'm going insane and it's only the first day. and we're going to get six more days.
