Love a girl who is horny for the numbers. Like she keeps track of all my measurements: weight, hip and waist circumstance, calorie consumption.
She has strict rules like if my belly goes flat when I lie down at the end of the day I get measured and if my belly measures under what she considered acceptable she'll make me eat until it is. I'm not allowed to go to sleep until it is.
If my weight goes down the most movement I'm allowed is from the couch to the fridge and I'm on strict double meals until it's back up to an acceptable weight.
If my weight goes up she's all excited and horny. She's got the tape measure around me before I've even stepped off the scales excited to see my new measurements and write them down before dressing me in old clothes to see if there's any difference.
She records my eating habits and daily calorie intake. She'll poke and prod my belly to check how taut it is after each meal to see if I've really eaten to my full capacity. If I'm under what she deems acceptable in either category, it's eating till im tight as a drum or till I hit over my daily goal.
She checks my orders at restaurants and if the calories aren't high enough, she tells me what sides to add or tells me we'll be going home via the drive thru.
She likes to test my capacity too. Like how many meals from a certain place I can have, how many of a certain food item, how many cans of cider or litres of soda I can chug.
She keeps me perfectly plump exactly to her tastes. Not that I'm complaining

So I have noticed something very interesting. Gin is buttering up aizen to feed him to the god machine as some premuim petrol. BUT ALSO many powerful souls that die DON't get fed to the god machine. They go to hell because they are powerfull enough that their removal from the world harms the god machine more than feeding them helps it. So my question is, whats up with that?
there's a couple parts to this:
Powerful souls that go to hell because they're powerful ARE STILL feeding The Life Machine- All that power they're off-gassing in Hell is still going into The Life machine- Hell exists more or less as a ringer to squeeze spiritual energy out of souls before sending them back into the cycle to grow again.
It harms The Life machine more to consume a powerful soul in totality because then The Life Machine doesn't get to use that *particualrly good* soul to generate energy it needs again, and again, and again- So someone like Yamamoto is going to go around about a zillion more times, if things go well.
Problem is, things are NOT going well right now- the wheel is jammed and not giving the Life Machine nearly the energy it needs, so it needs an emergency calorie dump while Tech Support works out how to unjam the wheel, which may, technically, involve stopping and starting it again.
The final thing is a matter of scale. if we think of souls in terms of calories: >Regular animal/plant soul: One Cheez-it. Not a lot individually, but they add up. >Regular Human Soul: One Chicken Nugget/celery and peanut butter. it's technically a snack, but it's not satisfying on it's own. >Average Shingami, Quincy footsoldier or lesser hollow Soul: Fast-food meal. About as much food at most people really need in a day. >Captain-class Shinigami or Espada-class Hollows or Sternritter: Giant Meal At Grandma's House that leaves you passed out on the couch and the leftovers she sends you home with that feed you for a week. >Aizen, once he fuses with the hollow inside the Hogyoku and achieves his Final Form: Actually eating every last crumb of every last dish at the Family Reunion thanksgiving with four grandmas cooking: Two turkeys, A Standing Rib Roast, A Ham, six kinds of soup, two salads, four types of baked vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, potatoes au gratin, popovers, busicuits, rolls and bread, an actual ocean of gravy- and then there's dessert: Apple pie, pumkin pie, pecan pie, cherry pie, chocolate cake, cookies, early christmas cookies, avalanches of whipped cream. And ofc- cider and beer and hot chocolate and coffee and soda and fuck it just drink a whole gallon of milk while you're at it. More food than any human should consume in a whole year, let alone one sitting.
So you can see why Aizen is getting pulled out of the cycle for special treatment. He's gonna be there for The Life Machine to gnaw on for most of the series. And even then, after suffering the most direct and intimate contact anyone can get with what passes for god, The Life Machine may yet choose to send his empty, heavily chewed husk back for another turn because that why waste the seed of a good crop like?

I was feeling a lil bored, so I decided to make a little list of my personal safe/fear foods and ratings of them. I welcome any new recommendations of safe foods,because ’m getting BORED😭.

🎊🎁Safe Foods 🎊🎁
Spices (10/10)- Oregano, Chives,sage, rosemary,parsley,dill weed, paprika,pepper, chillli powder;you name it. Most spices have little to no calories, and embellish the taste of certain low calorie foods that are otherwise bland or intolerable! Additionally, certain spices act as an appetite suppressant, and that served as a helpful benefit throughout my wl.
Kimchi (9.6/10)-Fermented, so gut health benefits, anyone? Plus, it’s delicious all on its own, and adds volumes to meals, which helps me feel satiated faster. It’s 10 calories per serving, and in the jars I buy there are 16 servings, so if I were to hypothetically (GOD FORBID I GET TO THIS POINT 💀) binge and scarf down the entire jar, that would be only like 160ish calories.
Pomegranate arils (9.9/10)-Yall, these are so underrated;I feel like they should be talked about more- so many benefits, a crunchy texture, refreshing taste! Furthermore, the ones I buy come in gigantic cup containers, and IF you were to eat the entire thing, it would be 200 calories.
Pineapple-(9/10)-Satiating,refreshing, juicy, and low calorie. Plus, it gives me energy. Good on its own or as a side to other dishes (y’all, some of the combos I do with pineapple would apparently get me cancelled,according to my friend 🙄 . This was coming from a girl who eats honey with ramen and avocado with cheesecake, so she shouldn’t be talking 😒)
Berries (any kind)(9.5/10)-An amazing fiber packed sweet treat which keeps me full for hours. I recommend the Driscoll brand/ absolutely decadent! ✨
Kiwi,Tangerines,Grapes (as y’all can tell, I’m getting lazy 😅)(8.9/10)-Kiwi is good for the skin and promotes sleep;tangerine has energizing quality, whilst grapes are relatively low cal and pretty fillinggg!
Veggies (Bell peppers,cucumbers,celery,carrots,tomatoes, lettuce,cabbage,zucchini, etc.) (9/10)- Low cal, filling, and super versatile;they can be cooked almost any way!
Balsamic /Apple cider Vinegar (8/10- The only substances I’m comfortable dressing my salads with at this point. Balsamic vinegar is only 15 calories per tablespoon;I feel like it’s criminally underrated.
Ice 💀 (5/10)-Works surprisingly well to curb hunger when fasting;furthermore, I absolutely adore the crunch. However, it’s a bit, well, cold (duh 🤡) for my liking. Plus, the ice we have at my house is sticky and gross at first 😭? It goes away once you eat it, but still sus as hell. Zero calls thoughhh.
Chobani lactose free Greek yogurt (7/10)-Low-cal (ish); 60 calories per container, which is quite low for how satisfying it is. I love making little copycat desserts by adding cinnamon, honey (minimal), lychee, nuts, granola, fruit,frozen fruit, etc (careful with toppings in order not to accumulate cals). VERY filling.
Seafood (boiled,baked, or grilled;does not include fried)(6/10)- Delicious and a source of lean protein;eat in moderation/adhere to serving sizes at MOST.
Buckwheat (5.9/10)- Delicious and somewhat low cal;rather satiating. If I ever have to add carbs, this is my go to, since it’s not even a grain,but rather a seed. Honestly, hella underrated;however, sometimes it’s a binge food-
Black coffee (5/10)- Suprisingly not as revolting as most people I know make it out to be;curbs appetite really well. I don’t like drinking caffeine often though.
Herbal teas/Matcha-(10/10)-Super low cal,energizing,and filling! Wide variety of benefits too. Chamomile is a personal favorite of mine 🥰.
Lean meat (turkey breast, chicken breast, etc) (6/10)- Same as seafood.
Boiled eggs (6/10)- I prefer to eat the whites (17 cal), but when I include the yolk, it’s still somewhat low cal-seventy calories. Really delicious as an addition to most soups. Staple breakfast food.
Soups/Broths (6/10)- Satiating, filling, and light;I opt for the homemade soups in my family (it’s a staple food;it’s required at least once a day-)(my favorites are seafood soup,mushroom soup, and borscht)
I’ll post a fear foods list later because I’m lazy and this post was already rather late (I intended for it to go up Christmas Eve 🤡)

For 45 calories, I enjoy a super nice, tasty fall flavored beverage. I love love love it. There are so many varieties of fall teas and coffees with variations of apple, maple, cinnamon, & 🎃 pumpkin. I want to try them all but they are so soothing and comforting. Adore them!!
Next up is Republic of Tea Pumpkin Spice and Churro flavored coffee.

Could you extend on the fat/water for fuel thing you said while fasting please?? Also, some tips? Like you've done this for such a long time it's so impressive
I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to. I'm assuming you're asking about what your body requires to function while still fasting. I'll go into a lot of detail regarding this since I feel like it's important. First of all I'd like to preface this by stating that everyone is different. Some people have deficiencies or immune issues or blood pressure.. the list goes on issues. Before even considering a fast, know your body and it's requirements. I would hate for someone to read anything I write and take my word for it and do something that harms them. I couldn't live that, so please do your research. Regarding what your body needs; if you're already a very thin person, don't fast. You have to understand that when you're eating, your body is burning calories for fuel. When you're not eating, it switches to burning fat. This is ketosis. A lot of the goal of a ketogenic diet is to switch the body over to burning fat for fuel. This is the biggest reason for why people have a really goddamn hard time the first few days of fasting or even starting keto. What people refer to as "keto-flu." It's your body protesting against your switching over to burning fat, when burning calories is so much easier and it's instant energy. Burning fat is a lot more work. So, if you're already thin, your body won't have much fat to burn through. What your body will do instead if burn through muscle and organ tissue. You REALLY do not want that. Bear in mind that even if you have fat deposits, muscle loss is likely to occur anyway, as your body may burn through muscle it thinks you don't necessarily have use for. If you go past a 36h fast, autophagy also begins to occur where your body starts to heal itself. I personally love this and have healed my acne scars through this. I had really bad acne scars and now I have maybe a couple I can see if I look reaaally closely. Putting that aside. You need hydration A LOT of water, and you need fasting minerals (electrolytes). These are mainly sodium, magnesium, and potassium. Now I personally just make snake juice at home, because I like control over what I put inside myself. Water=2L | Potassium chloride =1 tsp | Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp | Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp Now it's up to a person to know how long they can fast and how long they should fast, however if you're planning an extended fast. I cannot stress enough to get a general check-up, get professional help during your fast if you can, and monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Some things I experienced through my many fasts has been throwing up by the way. Usually around day 7-14. I was able to fix this with a mixture of a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and pickle juice. I couldn't drink snake juice anymore, because it was too concentrated it made me feel ill. However the pickle juice had enough minerals to keep me satiated without being overwhelming and the apple cider vinegar balanced me out. No these do not break the fast. This is medically proven to aid with fasting, I didn't just come up with this btw. Also you may find yourself bloated with water as you lose weight and your body decides that it wants to fill the fat you lost with water. Potassium supplements can help with this. Just be careful with your dosage. Little goes a long way. You will pee A LOT. This is normal. You'll pee a lot in the beginning of your fast, as you drop water weight, especially when you got to bed. It slows down towards the middle when your body starts packing on the water. Potassium makes you start the hose again though. Anyway I hope this helps some people, gives some insight. Be careful. Take care of your bodies. Don't be stupid. I can do stupid things, but I try to be a self-aware and well informed idiot. That way I don't have anyone but myself to blame, because I know better.

Cut a ribbon the size you want your waist to be. wrap and tie it around your wrist like a bracelet. Every time you look at it you’ll be reminded of your goals. When you’re tempted, take it off and wrap it around your waist. See how close you are, or how far you have to go, and resist the temptation.
Always leave at least one bite of food on your plate. This will help you to be able to stop eating and prevent binges. It will also stop you from compulsively finishing portions even when you have eaten enough.
Save $1 for every meal you don’t eat, then use the money to buy yourself a non-food present.
Friends will only get in the way. Avoid them until you reach your goals.
Never eat in secret. This is a terrible habit that leads to compulsive binging. If you wouldn’t eat it in front of all your friends you shouldn’t be eating it at all! Also if you only eat around other people they will know that you do eat and assume you eat alone as well, thus lessening suspicion that you have an ED.
Never eat out of a box or jar. Always eat from a plate or bowl. This will help you in several ways: You will see how much you are really eating; you can determine in advance how much you will eat and not go back for seconds; using a small plate or bowl will make you eat even less; you can count/measure out an exact serving and know the accurate amount of calories you are consuming.
Give clothes to Goodwill as they get too big for you. Don’t keep them around “just in case.”
If you live alone, put thinspo and/or reverse thinspo pictures on the pantry and refrigerator. A mirror works well too.
When you have hunger pangs, picture your stomach eating away your fat, and that what you feel is the feeling of thinness and your fat burning away.
Coffee is an appetite suppressant. Drink it black or with Splenda or other no-calorie sweetener.
Count your bites, and the number of times you chew them. Plan in advance how many bites you can have. Then make them smaller or use smaller utensils.
Paint your nails so you can’t eat until the polish dries. Teeth whitening strips are good too.
Drink water before eating. If you’re still hungry, drink green tea or broth. If you still need to eat, you’ll eat less than you would have.
Eat low-calorie foods with strong flavors. Sometimes you’re craving taste, not food. For bouillon, use less water than is recommended. Peppermints, pickles, peppers, and mustard are good choices.
Do not eat anything unless you know the exact amount of calories in it.
Chew gum while cooking. That way you can’t take bites while it is cooking, and you won’t want to eat it once it’s done.
Keep food out of sight, not sitting out, and stay away from food and the kitchen to keep your mind off it.
Keep a pocket thinspo in your wallet with your cash so you won’t spend money on food.
For sweet cravings, lick a chopstick and dip it into a diet Swiss Miss pack.
Write your current weight on one hand, and your goal weight on the other. When you go to eat, you’ll be reminded how fat you are, and how skinny you could be.
The Four D’s: Distance yourself from food. Distract yourself. Delay eating Decide what your goals really are.
Green tea raises metabolism and is very good for the skin and overall health. Drink it in the morning to increase metabolism for the day. Add lemon to make it more effective and to add a detoxifying aspect.
Hot water with lemon is another good morning drink.
Spicy foods raise metabolism, if you don’t like them you can take cayenne pepper capsules available in supplement section of drugstores or health food stores.
Drinking apple cider vinegar is said to raise metabolism, have a few tablespoons, can also be mixed in water (with lemon would be best) or used as salad dressing.
Start the morning with stretching to wake up your muscles, the morning is also the best time to exercise because your body will use stored food (fat) as fuel instead of food you ate. It also processes food better throughout the day and gives you more energy if you exercise in the morning.
Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night, less than this can decrease metabolism by 10% and increase appetite by 15%. You look better and feel better when you have more sleep also if you’re sleeping then you’re not eating!
Keep good posture, it burns 10% more calories throughout the day. You also look better.
Vitamin B6 and B12 raise metabolism and give you energy.
Eating protein increases your metabolic rate by 14%.

hello! welcome to blog post #2! i was real stoned while writing that last post so ive been reading it a lot to make sure i said everything right. it made me think today about “eating healthy for cheap…” i mentioned lots of canned and frozen foods because i had fruits and vegetables in mind, but i want to clarify that senshi needs more than just fruits and veggies and WE DO TOO!! senshi complains about adventures meals commonly avoiding fruits and vegetables, and is persistent about the importance of a BALANCED meal. just like he said- you need fats, carbs, fruits, veggies (and more)!
i see people now are far too worried about how much protein or calories they’re getting, and health blogs barely ever mention vitamins anymore. nobody wants to talk about the yucky stuff, like fiber and digestion. digestion is easily one of the most important functions in your body (i believe) and you can do a lot for yourself by taking care of it!
since a lot of my health issues have been centered around my stomach and my vitamin levels, i focus on fiber. but if you live in america, you should too because you’re at risk of having the same deficiencies i have! 🫵 most americans don’t meet their fiber goal daily, and many people struggle with constipation as a part of their daily life. that will make you grouchy and more easily overstimulated + tons of other stuff!!! for some people and in my case, your body won’t always digest stuff right if there’s not enough fiber and you may not absorb the nutrients you’re eating. it’s actually recommended to try and consistently get vitamins from your diet and not pills, because you absorb it better when you eat it (just like the medicine senshi said worked better when cooked!) that’s also why it’s so important to hit all your food groups. carbs aren’t an issue, btw- you just need to make sure you’re eating healthy grains. i have a gluten allergy so i actually make most (hopefully all soon) of my carb foods from scratch (waffles, bread, pasta) which gives me more opportunity to pick what grains i get. not everyone has time to bake from scratch though, so oatmeal, wild rice, and popcorn are all some great cheap/easy grains to get in you!
(here’s the mayo clinic guide to grains. they have a guide about fiber too i can send to anyone interested. i’m a patient at mayo with their gender clinic team and i trust them as a resource, but don’t forget to talk to your nutritionist or doctor to figure out what you need and what would be best for you. don’t be afraid to ask them questions, it’s their job!)
you should be getting good fats too. avocados/avocado oil, olive oil, and oily fish like salmon are all some great examples of healthy fats. if you like to bake and you’re up for a challenge, i made butter-free cheese danishes for a friend this year using avocados as fat in the pastry dough!
probiotics can be found in things that are fermented, like yogurt or even olives and apple cider vinegar.
when it comes to meat, i know some people say red or white is healthier, but i cannot stress the importance of talking to your doctor about it!! people with certain medical conditions or allergies may not be able to eat certain meats, and there may be some meats that you should be eating MORE bc of your body or genetics. if you don’t eat meat or only eat red or white meat for any reason, let your doctor/pcp know so you can figure out if you need supplements.
when it comes to fruit and vegetables i get a wide variety since they’re easiest for me to put more of while i cook, so i honestly haven’t checked out what vegetables i SHOULD be targeting. however, when i buy fruit i aim for things high in fiber to help me hit my fiber goal (like oranges!) or i buy fruit that helps with anti-inflammatory stuff. i don’t remember what about the fruit/berries helps but i aim for blueberries and pomegranates. pomegranates really aren’t messy if you open them in a bowl or strainer under running water, and they can be as low as $1 some places for maybe 1/3 cup of seeds? not bad!
but anyways, that’s pretty much all i know so far. becoming informed about what your body needs can open up a lot of new dietary options for you that are still affordable. getting a balanced and nutritious meal should be more accessible but just like senshi we can help, encourage, and educate ourselves and our friends to build a better community. let’s figure out the right path to affordable and sustainable health, together!!

They drank it bc they liked it and it kept them energized. This did not have hops, just local grains, and would simply not have enough sugar to produce much alcohol.

Alright...it's been a while, but I'm back; I had to take some time off of posting due to personal circumstances, and in all honesty..kind of regret it. I gained back some weight, but have realized I need to get it together, and have come up with a pretty effective plan to get myself back on track physically and mentally, in terms of both WL and other aspects of life because good lord (little vent ahead): I miss where I was this summer when I lost weight. i miss the brief period when I was like 45 kg. Soooo, new stats:
Height- 5'1
SW/CW-48 kg
GW 1 (Reach by November 28/Thanksgiving Day): 46.8 kg
GW 2 (Reach by December 5/Day when I'm volunteering at Winter Festival/Day before Track Tryouts): 46 kg
GW3- 45 kg (Reach by December 13/Dat of Athletic Meet)
UGW: 44 kg
Soooo, I've crafted a diet/ mindset I believe should be relatively practical and sustainable enough to achieve this (hopefully results ill be achieved faster than expected; honestly, as long as I keep consistent with exercise and refrain from overeating I shouldn't be derailed). Plus, well....Thanksgiving break is coming up, so, this should be in my favor:

Focus on leaner sources of protein balanced with veggies and fruits; incoprorate a variety of salads (experiment; I've always wanted to try making a fall themed salad with no idea where to start), soups, lean turkey breast, squash/zucchinni, fresh fish, et cetera.
Walk, walk, WALK; throw on an oversize hoodie or sweater and go outside, traversing through your neighborhood to greet the sun and the stars. After all..you'd be surprised how effective 10k+ steps is.
On weekends/if time permits, go on a pre-breakfast run! take advantage of the chill in order to get stronger.
(Optional) Partake in strength training, as fat burns more calories than muscle, and you may achieve a more toned look!
Remember, although nutrients are important for overall skin/hair health, organ function, and energy levels, never place too much of an emphasis on it; if a portion is too much for you, STOP. Do not ever eat past the point of comfort under the guise of 'getting more protein in' or 'to fend off afternoon hunger'

Furthermore, this will allow you to expand upon a certain skillset, which will be beneficial for your mental health. Write poetry (my goal for this winter), partake in creative qriting, draw, read, knit, chrochette, paint, play an instrument, learn a language (also a favorite of mine...I want to continue studying Spanish, but want to learn a bit of Finnish as well? Random, I know, but I'm rather intrigued by Scandinavian culture, and apparantley, my mother is half Finnish!),dance, et cetera.
SLEEP! Sleep is a key pillar to weight/fat loss, since it reduces the production of Ghrellin and promotes Leptin (hunger/fullness hormones). Furthermore, you'll feel more energized and less compelled to snack (especially at night....if you tend to snack at night, I recommend going to sleep earlier.)
Take up journaling in order to reflect upon all which troubles you and stimulate clarity and peace.
(Optional/personal) Expand upon aspects of spirituality ( I haven't gone to church in a while, but for some reason I remember when I was younger and was more dedicated to my faith I felt more content, more at peace. Plus, if nothing else, it gives me a place to be on Sundays,something to focus on and serve as a guide throughout life. However, I understand everyone has their preferences and views on life, so by no means feel pressured to do this!)
Experiment with style; comfy sweaters paired with jeans are a go-to of mine, but aim for comfort with more of a neat, furnished appearance!
Note: This is essentially what I plan to do these next few weeks in order to romanticize my WL, so i decided to scrap it all together into a "themed diet". By no means take this as advice for health/restrictions. I'll likely start being more active on here, posting progress updates, WIEIAD's, themed diets, inspo, et cetera.
