I dislike takes that Danse would be just as conservative in modernized aus when it's clearly shown his staunch views of things come from his time in the Brotherhood and his deep-rooted desire to belong to something with a greater purpose.

Not to mention lines that show much more open-mindedness that get overlooked for his harsher sentiments when you first meet him. Like the oppurtunity to be a part of something is why Danse fell so far into Brotherhood dogma and it doesn't negate the offense things he does but I feel like it's just lazy to be like "hmmm he'd def be racist" just so it aligns to his BoS beliefs.

Have been actively resisting re-reading lionheart lately because my reading list is sooooo long and reading time is soooooo limited, so I was extremely excited to learn about M+G Readings! People with NPD: Hey actually the known cause of our disorder forming is trauma, most typically abuse. So can you please stop conflating having this disorder with being abusive? It’s really shitty to us as a group of trauma survivors, especially when there’s a pretty good sized portion of us that are not and never have been abusive. And those that are abusive, it isn’t the disorders fault they are, it’s their actions. Even if their disorder influences how they behave and react, they are still in control of what they do, and in control of whether or not they choose to work on their issues if they are acting in a harmful way to others, it is their choice to be abusive, not their disorders and quite frankly as trauma survivors it’s really harmful to put the blame for an abusers actions onto anything but the person themselves. Our disorder is already stigmatized as is, at least let us feel safe in spaces for trauma survivors please?

Narcissistic abuse is not real, just like endos are not real. No one is "scientifically predisposed" to being abusive. (This also includes borderline abuse, histrionic abuse, etc).

People can and are, trans without dysphoria or medically transitioning, and thinking otherwise is just hurting the trans community as a whole.

Yes Alastor is a narcissist. He is incredibly npd (narcissistic personality disorder) coded and I love him for it

However can you guys please stop calling him narcissist without really knowing what npd is? Because I know most of you looked at alastor, saw he had a very high opinion of himself and hes a bad person and labeled him a narcissist based on that

Please do more research into npd and, if you can, speak with people who have npd themselves before slapping narcissist on whatever you like. It is not a fun little character trait, it is a mental illness
