Along with other extremely spicy korean noodles like the Samyang Fire & Atomic Noodles and even the most recent addition to the "Pedas Giler Gang," Maggi Hotheads, the Daebak Ghost Pepper Black Noodles has established quite a name for itself.
The Scoville Heat Index puts the Ghost Pepper at roughly 1,000,000 SHUs, which isn't even at the top of the list yet! You may get a general idea of how spicy it is by comparing it to our hot Chili Padi, which has roughly 100,000 SHUs. One thing is for certain, though: this is not for the timid. I applaud anyone who can finish one cup, let alone more.
Now most popular in Dubai is Familymart they have more varieties with Halal Certificate you can buy from www.familyk.ae

Seafood Jjamppong Ramen
The Cuisine Popular spicy seafood-based Korean noodle dish Jjamppong Ramyeon is quite spicy. It is a gourmet dish created for each meal of the day to satisfy any appetites. It combines a scalding hot, rich seafood broth with quality chewy Korean Spicy Noodles.
This well-liked meal is available with instant noodles as the DAEBAK Seafood Jjamppong Ramyeon. The ramyeon (instant noodles made in the style of Korea) and a sachet of soup base are often included in the packaging. The soup base, which has a concentrated mixture of spices, seafood flavoring, and other flavors, is added after the noodles have been boiled in water and drained. For enhanced texture and flavor, some DAEBAK Seafood Jjamppong Ramyeon versions may additionally include extra vegetable or seafood flakes.
A tasty and spicy seafood ramyeon dish can be enjoyed at home once the noodles and soup base have been blended. For people who like spicy food and seafood, the DAEBAK Seafood Jjamppong Ramyeon is a popular option thanks to its strong and hot korean ramen flavor profile.
This filling cup of soup is bursting with flavor and loaded with vegetables and fish. The spice will clear your sinuses!
Chinese immigrants in Incheon, Korea, developed this cuisine, which was then adapted to Korean tastes. Jjamppong and jjajangmyeon, or noodles with black bean sauce, are common dishes for Korean Chinese delivery. Both are made with the same noodles and are frequently given in ginormous servings.
The mix of pork, shellfish, and other veggies stir-fried in gochugaru infused oil results in a hearty bowl of soup with rich tastes.
The typical meat is pork, but you can also use beef. Of course, if you'd rather, you can omit the meat.
Clams, mussels, shrimp, squid, and occasionally oysters are among the seafood used in this recipe, which is comparable to the shellfish used in jjamppong at Korean-Chinese eateries. On sometimes, oysters are added. But it can be modified! Utilize what you like or have available.
There are many different vegetables available! I utilized a variety of ingredients, including green cabbage, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and scallions. Napa or bok choy can be used in place of green cabbage. Baby corn and bamboo shoots are also delicious additions. Each veggie is only required in modest quantities in this dish.
As usual, you can change the heat level to suit your preferences. To alter the degree of heat, you can change the amount of gochugaru or add dried red chili peppers.
A typical recipe for Seafood Jjamppong Ramyeon is provided below:
Prepare the fish and veggies first. Shrimp should be cleaned and deveined, squid should be rinsed, and mussels and clams should be scrubbed to get rid of any grit. The veggies should be thinly sliced or julienned, and the squid should be cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat some oil in a big, deep pan over a medium heat. The seafood should be added and stir-fried for a few minutes so that it can start to cook and release its flavors.
The vegetables should start to soften when you add them to the pot and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
Pour in the homemade or store-bought base for the seafood broth. Pre-packaged jjamppong soup bases are available online or at select Asian grocers. As an alternative, you can create your own broth by simmering a mixture of seafood stock, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, gochugaru, gochujang, and other flavors.
Bring the broth to a boil, then lower the heat so it simmers. To allow the flavors to mingle, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook the instant ramyeon noodles in accordance with the directions on the package while the broth is simmering. When they are al dente, drain them.
When the soup is done cooking, taste it and, if necessary, adjust the seasoning. For greater heat, you can add more gochujang or chili flakes.
Pour the hot seafood jjamppong soup over a portion of the cooked ramyeon noodles in a bowl to serve. Chopped cilantro or green onions can be used as a garnish to add taste and freshness.
Seafood For people who appreciate fiery and savory seafood dishes, Jjamppong Ramyeon is ideal because it is often eaten hot. Feel free to alter this delicious Korean-Chinese noodle meal by adding your preferred seafood and vegetables.

While Kit Kat may have slowed down production of new and experimental flavors of late, Cup Noodle seems to have stepped it up as I found interesting options hitting shelves in both Japan and Singapore on my last trip. The first one I tried upon coming home was “Cup Noodle Hot Stone Bibimbap: Sweet & Sour Gochujang Flavor”, which, unfortunately, was really nothing special. Could have achieved the same flavor profile, and maybe more heat, by adding a tablespoon of actual gochujang into a normal Cup Noodle. The chunks of beef and pieces of kimchi you see in the pic there were non-existent. A swing and miss for Nissin on this one, IMO.

National Hot and Spicy Food Day
This day is dedicated to hot and spicy foods. Some hot foods include wasabi and horseradish, and some spicy foods are made with peppers that have a high capsaicin content. There is some information that suggests capsaicin is good for your health, and you can read about that here and here. Peppers with a higher capsaicin content are higher on the Scoville scale. Take a look at where different peppers and hot sauces are located on the scale.
How to Observe National Hot and Spicy Food Day
Hot and spicy foods should be consumed on this day. Common foods that are many times made spicy include chili, gumbo, chicken wings, and burritos. You can find some hot and spicy recipes here and here. Since this is a National holiday and an International Hot and Spicy food day takes place in January, you could try to eat spicy foods that originated from the country you are a citizen of or were born in. To celebrate the day you could also buy some hot peppers and have a contest with your friends to see who is best able to stomach them.

How Does Korea Celebrate Green Day with Street Food and Culture?
Introduction
Korea is renowned for its charming and unique couple-centric holidays, each providing a special opportunity for partners to express their love. Among these holidays, Green Day stands out as a delightful celebration that combines romance and nature. Observed on August 14th, Green Day is a lesser-known but heartwarming occasion that encourages couples to enjoy the outdoors and share green-colored drinks together.
Korean music and themes often enhance these celebrations, contributing to the festive atmosphere. Couples might delight in listening to popular bands like Blackpink, whose K-pop and pop music hits are perfect for creating a joyful ambiance. As Blackpink stars illuminate the music charts, their songs serve as a soundtrack for love. Likewise, BTS stars and their extensive BTS fandom infuse the day with energy and excitement, with their songs providing a lively backdrop.
In addition to music, couples can indulge in Korean fast food, adding a fun and delicious twist to their Green Day experience. It’s an ideal day for partners to connect with nature, making it a memorable and special occasion.
The Origin of Green Day
Green Day is a part of Korea’s "14th-day" celebrations, where each month features a unique theme for couples. While Valentine’s Day and White Day are celebrated globally, Green Day is cherished by those who love the peaceful beauty of nature and the simplicity of spending quality time together.
This day is often filled with the sounds of Korean singers and K-pop music, providing an ideal backdrop for the celebration. Korean pop stars enhance the appeal of Green Day, with their catchy songs creating a vibrant and romantic atmosphere for couples to relish.
Celebrating Green Day: Traditions and Activities
Embracing Nature:
A cherished way to observe Green Day is by spending time in the great outdoors. Many couples choose to take relaxing strolls in parks, explore picturesque trails, or visit botanical gardens. The vibrant greenery offers a wonderful setting for romantic moments and meaningful conversations.
To make their outdoor experience even more special, couples can bring along some delicious Korean street food. Ordering Korean food online allows them to savor treats like Samyang Buldak Ramen, a beloved Korean spicy ramen. Enjoying a meal of Samyang ramen noodles amid the natural beauty adds a distinctive and flavorful touch to their Green Day festivities.
Green Beverages:
On Green Day, a fun and quirky tradition involves drinking green-colored beverages. Soju, a popular Korean alcoholic drink, is especially enjoyed in its green-bottled form.
To pair with these drinks, couples might indulge in delicious dishes such as Sticky Veg Fried Rice With Soup, Sticky Egg Fried Rice With Soup, or Sticky Chicken Fried Rice With Soup, adding a satisfying and flavorful touch to their celebration.
Non-alcoholic options like green tea, matcha lattes, and smoothies are also popular choices.
Eco-friendly Activities:
Green Day also serves as a reminder to value and protect the environment. Some couples opt to engage in eco-friendly activities like planting trees, cleaning up parks, or starting a small garden together.
To enhance the experience, they might enjoy listening to Blackpink Kpop or Blackpink pop music, providing a lively soundtrack for their efforts.
After a day dedicated to environmental contribution, they can unwind with delicious Korean food ordered online, such as Samyang Buldak Ramen, making the day both impactful and memorable.
Matching Green Outfits:
For this festive occasion, couples often embrace the tradition of dressing in matching green outfits. This charming practice enhances the visual appeal of the day and reflects their unity and shared passion for nature.
As they revel in their coordinated attire, they might enjoy a meal of Korean spicy ramen or Samyang ramen noodles, adding a delicious and comforting element to their celebration.
The fun continues with music from Blackpink and BTS, which can set a lively and memorable tone for the festivities.

How do you prepare a Samyang Buldak Korean ramen noodle properly?
To properly prepare Samyang Buldak Korean ramen noodles, follow these steps:
**Ingredients:**
- Samyang Buldak Ramen noodles
- Water
- Optional toppings (e.g., boiled egg, vegetables, cheese, green onions)
**Instructions:**
1. **Boil Water:** Start by boiling water in a pot. You'll need enough water to fully submerge the noodles.
2. **Add Noodles:** Once the water is boiling, carefully add the noodles. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes or until they are cooked but still firm (al dente). Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
3. **Drain Excess Water:** After the noodles are done, strain them and leave a small amount of water (around 2-3 tablespoons) in the pot. This will help create a bit of sauce.
4. **Add Seasoning:** Open the Buldak sauce packets included in the ramen package and pour them over the noodles. Stir well to coat the noodles thoroughly with the spicy sauce.
5. **Optional Toppings:** You can add various toppings to enhance the flavor. Popular choices include sliced green onions, boiled eggs, cheese, or vegetables. Add these on top of the noodles.
6. **Mix and Serve:** Once everything is mixed well and the toppings are added, your Samyang Buldak Korean ramen noodles are ready to be served. Be mindful that this ramen is known for its spiciness, so adjust the amount of sauce used according to your spice preference.
Remember, the Samyang Buldak noodles are famous for their extreme spiciness. If you're not accustomed to very spicy food, you might want to start with a smaller amount of seasoning or adjust it to suit your tolerance level. Enjoy your meal!
