I've been obsessing over Classroom of the Elite and recently the idea of crossover between CoTE and Spy x Family struck me.

This scenario would take place in an AU where Anya and the Eden kids are aged up to be the same age as Ayanokouji. Eden and the Advanced Nurturing High School (ANHS for short) are both incredibly competitive so combining the different aspects of the schools like the existence of Stella Stars, Tonitrus Bolts, Imperial scholars in Eden and class/private points and the student council in ANHS. In this scenario, the Imperial Scholar with the most Stella stars would become the student council president. Characters like the Horikita siblings, Nagumo Miyabe and others from CoTe would be interesting to explore in this kind of setting. The different halls/classes compete for the top just like in CoTE but perhaps a little less intense.

Moving on, let's say Ayanokouji was accepted into the school at the age of 16 through some intervention by the school's headmaster/chairman despite the fact that he typically wouldn't have been accepted. Anya thinks nothing of him at first but as time goes by, she begins to notice the contradictory nature of his thoughts. She discovers the existence of the White Room and is unpleasantly reminded of her own past and so, she decides to befriend him. Being raised by a spy and an assassin amid a cold war, she didn't mind the callous and rather Machiavellian nature of his thoughts. His schemes were fun to play along with, almost like she was six and trying to help her father's mission succeed all over again.

To Ayanokouji, Anya was a bit of an enigma. She wasn't the most academically intelligent but she was sociable and friendly, surrounded by teens with influential backgrounds like Becky Blackbell and Damian Desmond when she herself seemed rather ordinary. But at times he couldn't help but find her intuition and ability to read between the lines a little uncanny. She had a way with people that almost made it feel like she was reading his mind. Not that he minded, of course. It made her more useful to him.

Honestly, I just wanna see Ayanokouji hanging out with the Eden kids and I think this would be an interesting AU to explore.

A Day Late and a Dollar Short

A classroom of the elite fanfiction, Manabu Horikita/ Kiyotaka Ayanokouji

I ​ lost a minute everytime I blinked. I had been working on a proposal for a new student council policy, and I wanted to make sure that it was perfect. But the effects of the long hours started to wash over me. The tree branches; curious against the window pane, urging me to take a rest. I had been going over the proposal to make sure that every detail was correct, I hadn't even noticed how late it had gotten. My eyes were starting to droop, and my head was starting to ache. my thoughts immediately drifted to my sister, Suzune. She was in Class D, the lowest-ranked class in the school.I shook my head to clear my thoughts. I couldn't afford to dwell on such whimsies.

I worked for another hour, until the pile of paperwork was finally gone. I sat back in my chair, feeling drained. I had done it. I had finished all of the work. But even though I was tired, I didn't feel satisfied. I knew that there would be more work tomorrow. And the day after that. And the day after that.

I stood up from my desk and grabbed my blouse to leave. Upon locking my door, I heard a sound emerging from somewhere down the hall. It got louder and louder until clearly heard. It was a violin. But I had never heard anyone play the violin in school before.I followed the sound of the quivering violin, the strings were plucked once more then sounded like

 a ripping galvanized iron roof, a shriek, and then a deep tone that sounded like a dying wolf. It was a captivating piece, beginning and end played on the cello.​I ​hesitated for a moment, but then pushed the door open and stepped inside​. The performer played as if the room was empty except for himself, It felt like I was the mirror inside his room. Then as the last strokek left the strings, I foundn my hands clapping.

​"That was good."

Ayanokoji lifted himself from the stool. It was an empty music room, except for the two of us​. "I didn't know that you played the cello."

​"I was just practicing." how easily humbled he would make himself sound. "I see, maybe then later you could show me your calligraphy skills, as a secretary of the student council"

He lifted his head ever so slightly, that uninterested feeling still reflected in his eyes.​ "Of course, you already declined my offer."

​"I'm sorry" his hollow voice echoed in the space between us. I silenced, waiting to feel it disappear whole through the walls. ​Whatever it was between us, I wanted it gone like that echo.

​"There's no need to be" I stepped closer, so he could hear my whisper. "How about a proper duel with me next time?"

​His eyes were still unmoved. I chuckled, "It's usually empty around 6pm."  Ayanokoji, those eyes of yours will look at me with more interest. "I'll be waiting".

Now that S2 of Classroom of The Elite has been put on Netflix, I feel that it is safe to say that I've shipped Horikita's OLDER BROTHER with Ayanokoji. From the very start. Yes, I know that it's a suggested harem. Yes, the media is full of ships with Ayanokoji with literally any girl in the series.

But that doesn't stop me. The only thing that is keeping me at bay is the lack of Manabu and Ayanokoji content. And it only fuels my need for more.

this episode was emotional as hell! I never thought the supposedly 'cold and calculated' premise of COTE could inspire such emotions...but here I'm. Manabu is just such a character, the only one who earned Ayanokoji's respect, and his parting words to each of them were just so powerful. also, I'm here for a short-haired Horikita!! their emotional embrace made me cry. also, Ayanokoji is sad that Manabu left, that's a flex in itself!!

btw hoping to see more of class B/D Rivalry and how Ayanokoji deals with the 'White Room' Problem within the school :)
