So, I finished the rest of the current versions quest and, man, they really flubbed it with the story. Like, it had a good start but then no middle and the end had to overcompensate by being just Philomena lore dumping. Honestly, I feel like it was hurt by the fact the castle was there since launch and not added in later as a sub area (tho ideally not a separate instance like fireworks isle) from both a gameplay, and story perspective. Like, great if you're a new player who hadn't already picked it clean but there was nothing for anyone who did. The most praise I can give it is that like Philomena is hot and Livie was adorable.

Anon you are SO valid because man is that basement hard to describe. I made two versions of the diagram: one with location descriptions, and one with noteworthy furniture for a sense of how it's placed! Let me know if anything's unclear :D!

Some of the room sizes might be wonky because I am Not an architect, but it's more or less a good description!

by far the most anticlimactic ending for astarion is the one I got by sheer stupidity: killing one of the other spawn during the fight so it's now IMPOSSIBLE to do the ritual. I don't think the game is actually prepared for that because it never brings up the issue of ascension at all and later everyone's congratulating tav for talking Astarion down or whatever. thanks guys, but I didn't do anything but accidentally fry Dalyria with a sunbeam..

ngl, I didn't feel anything with most of the songs in this update, the only ones I'd highlight are Lit Up bf Mix, Stress Pico mix and Darnell erect (only because this one was obviously made as a joke), the Week 6 shaders make it look like one of those "Fnf with RTX" mods and it's not that it's bad it just makes me laugh. The Week 7 aesthetic also makes it look fanmade but heeeey, I'm glad they added Otis. He's cool.

And yeah I thinks that's all i have to say, yeah.

I like to make a quick update, you see I'm very slow on doing X reader and got few inbox requests from you guys.

The reason is I'm taking a break from doing x reader headcanon and oneshot. So far 2024 has been pretty shitty year and I want to focus on myself to breathe a moment. From now on I want to write my fanfiction life of a pirate since it helping me a little.

Im very sorry if any of you are still waiting for one. I need some time to keep myself together.

But hopefully when things gets all settle and better I'll get back to it.
